Wedding Day: Fatgum x Chubby!Reader Imagine

I rarely write for chubby reader, so if you have an tips for improvement, leave them in the comments :))

The more you stared into the mirror before, the more you wanted to cover yourself up. It was finally your wedding day, the day you anticipated for the last few months, yet you just couldn’t bring yourself to be comfortable in your own skin, even though it was the most important day of your life. Dress after beautiful dress, and none of them felt right. Your thoughts ran wild in your head, crushing your emotions like a tumbling tidal wave. You’d almost convinced yourself enough to call the wedding off, when a knock came about the door.

“Hey..(pet name). You’ve been there for quite some time and the crowd’s getting a little restless.” he said calmly, awaiting your response. “Are you alright in there?”

You sighed deeply and looked in the mirror one last time, forcing a smile before opening the door. “Yeah…” you said dully, “I’m fine.”

One look at you and Taishiro knew something was wrong, this wasn’t the first time he’d seen you like this, and he knew just how to cheer you up.

He chuckled softly, “I love you Y/N, but you know I don’t like liars.” he said, making his way over to the nearby sofa, patting his lap for you to join him. “Come on over, and tell me what’s troubling you.”

You followed his notion, but stood beside him, with a look of worry on your face.

“Don’t be shy now, sit on my lap. This isn’t your first rodeo,” he laughed, pulling you into his lap as you let out a little yelp. “Now..tell me what’s the matter.”

You looked down your body, shifting in a way that covered your stomach. “It’s nothing..” you said hollowly, a small tear rolled down your cheek. “I just..don’t feel right..” you tugged at the seams of your dress.

His eyebrows furrowed in a mix of confusion, “‘Don't feel right?’” he said hastily, wiping the tears away. “This isn’t about that tummy of yours now is it?”

You nodded, and looked away from him. He quickly hooked your chin with his thumb, making you face him. “I've told you once before, and I’ll tell you again.” he said sternly, “You’re gorgeous, and don’t let anyone tell you differently. I’ve never seen anyone look more beautiful in white than you do right now.”

You smiled at his words, times like this always make you remember why you even said yes to him in the first place. “You really mean that?” you said giddily, pushing a strand of hair behind your ear in embarrassment. But your smile quickly faded, “But what about everyone else? What will they think? What they don’t want to see me with you what if-”

He placed a finger to your lips, “There was a reason I chose you,” he replied smugly. “ And there's a reason your last name is going to Toyomitsu. I didn’t want the others. I wanted you. And that’s all that matters. Who cares what the others have to say.”

Without another word, you threw your arms around him, bringing him into your tight embrace. “Thank you Taishiro..for everything.”

“Anything for you (pet name).” he said lovingly, as he glanced over at his watch. “Boy would you look at the time. I think they'd be announcing the bride by now. He said quickly as he fixed his tie and cuffs. “See you at the altar Y/N, I love you.” and just like that he was gone.

Mei Hatsume x Amputee(Arm)!NB!Reader Imagine

Hi! So I made a short fluff between Y/N and Mei Hastume from MHA! I hope you enjoy!

Disclaimer: This is my first time writing about someone who is an Amputee so if you are one, and you feel that this kind of insensitive, I'm very sorry. Please provide feedback to help me do better!

Note: Read this is a Southern Accent, it makes Hatsume sound so sweet.

"Holy nuts and bolts,  you're not going to believe how many ideas I just came in with!" Hatsume burst through the doors of the workshop holding a big box of what looked to be countless rolls of blueprint

Y/N jumped, knocking over a jar of nails, "Could you be any louder Hatsume?" They groaned, scrambling to pick them up.

"Sorry, I was a just a little excited." Hatsume said shyly as she placed the box on a nearby counter, "What ya working on?"

"My stupid arm again. It short circuited during class again and-" they tugged on the arm harshly, "The wrist won't budge."

"So..do you need any help?" Hatsume asked politely, trying not to irritate them. "I'm free for a little while."

"Yeah...I just can't get this screw loose." Y/N grabbed a small screwdriver from their toolbox, "I've tried every tool in this workshop and not one could get it out."

Hatsume pulled up a chair next to them and gently grabbed the arm. "Maybe, you just need a little bit of elbow grease. I know a lil thing or two about tinkerin'" She smiled, examining the wrist. It was in fact twisted, but it wasn't the first time it went berserk, so it was an easy fix.

Y/N sighed in frustration. "I've been trying all day. How much 'elbow grease'  do I need?"

Hatsume laughed softly, "You're so funny, but it won't take much. I'll have it out faster than you can say...well anything."

Y/N nodded with slight worry and allowed Hatsume to work on their wrist. Although their arm was artificial, it still made them wince when she tightened the screws a bit too tight.

"And..done." Hatsume said as she tightened the last bolt. "It was a little worse than last time so be careful."

Y/N flexed their arm and examined their wrist, "Just like new." They breathed a sigh of relief, just happy that they could move their arm again. "You know...I kind of miss my old arm."

"And why's that?" Hatsume said while putting away a hammer.

"Well you know....I could do a lot more...I could've been in 1-A..if it wasn't for this stupid arm."

Hatsume paused for a moment, "Hey now don't say that! Your arm is great, just because you're not in some "fancy schmancy" hero course, doesn't make you any less of a hero."

"Yeah but-"

"No buts, I don't want to hear it Y/N. How many times do I have to tell you? " She took Y/N by their 'real' hand, gently caressing it. "You're perfect, no matter what you're made of. " she chuckled. "I'd even say that there arm of yours gave you a stronger punch than any one of the fools in 1-A."

Y/N's eyes lit up, "You really mean that?"

"Of course I do! If anyone tells you different, wack them on the head, if you need help I'll give you a han- sorry."

"It's fine, I get that a lot." They both laughed.

My love, are you almost ready?” his sweet voice called out to you in hurry as he glanced at his watch.

“Yes! Just a minute, I’m almost done.” you replied, putting on your best pair of earrings. You looked in the mirror one last time, breathing deeply in satisfaction with your look. Finally, you opened the door.

“So..how do I look?” you said shyly, pushing a strand of hair behind your ear. “I know it’s not much but-”

“You look beautiful darling.” he interrupted, his eyes traced your body, drawing you closer to him with his loving gaze.

“Thank you..” you managed to mutter out, a small smile appearing between your lips.

“Shall we?” he said, extending his arm, in hopes that you would latch on.

“We shall.” you said, taking your arm around his, as you both headed into the night. (edited) p.s. sorry about the break, sorta forgot i had a tumblr, but im back now :)) and thank you for all of the notes while i was away.

Of course! Thank you for being my very first request! I hope you enjoy the Cho Sangwoo x NB!Reader Headcannons! (Sorry if it sounds like more of a fanfic, force of habit! >-<)

Cho Sangwoo wasn't always so coldhearted...

From the day he saw you in the lobby to the day that you lay there unconscious on the floor before you, he'd always felt something...for you

He's always been with you through every game, helping you even if it meant costing him his own life

Letting you join his team during tug of war, picking the easiest shape for you during the dalgona game. Hed made his mission to keep you safe

He was afraid to see you go, to see you leave alone.

This kept him up at night, keeping an eye on you at all times even during the night fights

He didn't even let the others get close to you. He didn't want them to spread any...lies.

However, you got close to Ali and Seong Gi Hun during the dalgona game, and promised to stick with them till the very end

This..did not make him happy. He took you away from them, hiding you away in the bathrooms when he could, even watching over you while you slept.

He did everything for you...

That was...until the marbles game

Manipulation came into play and the once perfect bond you had with a man you'd never even met slowly faded away into dust

You both knew one of you had to go

But in your heart you knew he'd take the fall for you

Not this time..

He played his hands in his favors, tricking you into believing he was there...just for you

It was all a lie..

A set up..

Sangwoo is a pretty closed off man, not one to show feelings or any sort of affection. He thinks it's a waste of time.

His 'dates' are never romantic, he figures just staying at home and watching a movie is good enough, even if he does have the money for it.

Sangwoo would always wait until you fell asleep first, he wouldn't admit to it, but he just wanted make sure you were safe.

He likes to hear you talk, it doesn't matter about the what or where, just hearing your voice ring through his ear puts him at ease.

He's the ideal husband okay

He's not good with kids. Hates them actually. He feels as though they get in the way.

His favorite pastime is to lean on the balcony of your shared apartment and watch as the cars go by.

He's more comfortable around you than anyone else, especially when he's had something to drink

Sometimes he'll over share and regret later.

Even if he did win the money, he wouldn't use it all on himself. He'd use it on you, someone he thought needed it more than him

After it was announced that you could leave the game, he urged you to stay home, and that he go back to the game alone, even if it meant that he didn't get to see you again.

Everyday, before you left for work, he'd fix your lunch for you, was it good? More or less.

When he is away playing the games, you'd look over at framed pictures of the both of you, praying that he'd make it back home.

During the dalgona game you became close with Ali and Seong Gi Hun and they gave you advice on how to get Sangwoo to open up more.

You got injured during the Red Light Green Light game, so he made it his mission to protect you while you were most vulnerable, especially during the night fights.

Sangwoo is a tea drinker, he always found it calming to relax during the break with a cup of tea, letting the steam rise and clear his clouded mind.

When you're asleep he'll plant light kisses on you're forehead almost as to say sweet dreams without actually saying it. He'll then leave the room without another word.

Karma Akabane Headcannons!

He’s not afraid to get his hands dirty

He’s always carrying a knife with him, not just the fake ones they give out to kill Koro Sensei either

Every once in a while you will hear an evil laugh echoe throughout the house/classroom

He basically lives in the detention room

His favorite food is anything that comes with a red sauce, for example, chili.

He is a fan of every game that involves a little blood being splattered

He laughs every time a character dies in a horror movie

He has one of those boards with the pins and the strings in his room plotting out different ways to kill Koro Sensei

His punching bag has become a bullet hole filled stabbing bag

He doesn’t like halloween because it doesn't live up to his standard of scary

His favorite game is Yandere Simulator

He watched the first Harry Potter movie and immediately got attached to Draco. He never watched it again after that.

He has the biggest horror movie collection known to man.

Favorite place to take you on dates will always be the shooting range. (He asked the employees to put up a picture of Koro sensei instead of the paper dummy)

Bakugo Katsuki Headcannons!

Of course he won't admit to it, but Bakugo enjoys being the little spoon in cuddle sessions

You guys are always going out to dinner because when it’s his turn to cooks he’s going to get angry at some point and burn the food

He won’t admit to anyone that you guys are dating at first but he will soon warm up to it. (He didn't want to be made fun of for being soft around you)

He is always making sure that you are in bed at the same time he is, because he doesn’t want to hear you complaining about a lack of sleep.

When you are away he has a teddy bear sprayed with your cologne/perfume and he dares anyone to touch it

There are most likely burn holes in one or more of your hoodies

He likes to surprise you with small gifts but he makes sure to tease you before he actually give it to you

You are his number 1 therapist

When you are in his bed, the cool side of the pillow no longer exists.

His idea of the perfect date is anything that is better than what Deku is doing. But he really likes going to the local ramen shop to get his favorite spicy dish

When you’re mad at him he’ll slide notes under you door to tell that he’s sorry

You have tried on his hero costume (yes the gauntlets too) at least once.

He has definitely given you a dumb nickname. So if you have braces your new name will be "brace face"

He lost you in a crowd ONCE and now he forever makes fun of how short you are

He likes when you are on his shoulders at concerts or other events...or just because lol.

You help him do his eyeliner before every mission. It’s like his good lucky charm.

ARISU:

pre borderlands:

super jealous!! hes one to threaten to hurt himself if you disobey him

he has hurt himself infront of you and insisted it was your fault, YOU made him like this, why are you crying? you're not the one with cuts all over your arms, he loves you so much, has also threatened to kill himself infront of you

borderlands:

after the seven of hearts, he relied on you for everything, if he couldn't live for his friends, he'd live for you, you can't leave him, the threats of killing himself worsen in the borderlands, ESPECIALLY if you make friends, if you spend more time with them he'll grow depressed, constantly talking about harming himself to you, he manipulates you into not making friends, and if you do? guess he's just gonna have to kill himself

CHOTA:

pre borderlands:

insecure as hell, constantly needs reassurance, he'll lock you in a room for days without any sunlight or food, cries so much, you're not even sure if hes being serious or manipulating you, sometimes it's both, he doesn't even trust karube or arisu with you, what if you like them more than him? he can't have that!

borderlands:

pretty much the same, but now he kinda has to let you be around other people

doesn't trust anyone to be near you, he's too scared they'll take him from you as always, hes not big on punishments, he'll only do them if absolutely necessary, cries before during and after the punishment

KARUBE:

pre borderlands:

aggressive and harsh, punishments are his favorite, thinks of it as fun along with loving you and wanting you all to himself, only wouldnt hurt arisu or chota if they were close to you, but would definitely hurt you

borderlands:

1000 times more aggressive than usual, not as bad as mira but still bad, once pretended like he was going to let you die in a game, if he makes it to the beach you're not allowed to leave his room unless for games, even then he will try to make sure you two are in games together, if you're not hes angry when hes back, and he takes it out on you

CHISHIYA:

pre borderlands:

hes a nurse so he purposely hurts you, and has you come in all the time for injuries or he drugs you for sickness, hes a little bastard, the other nurses are sick of you, and when chishiya overhears someone talking badly about you, lets just say he gives them the wrong drug for a patient who died and they got fired and went to jail, whoops! punishments are rare, I can't see him as one who punishes you constantly, will only do it if necessary

borderlands:

protective af, killed alot of players for you, during his plan to steal the cards he makes sure you have absolutely no idea, during ten of hearts you figure out what happened to arisu (not knowing chishiya planned it) and wanted to help usagi, chishiya didnt let you, obviously, why would you want help out arisu when you can be free from the beach?!

NIRAGI:

pre borderlands:

hes not as aggressive here, lets say you both are still in school, niragi is bullied and you're popular, one day you save him from a bully, from then on he's obsessed with you, he stalked you and took photos of you alone in your house, he got as far as taking photos of you changing, he felt guilty, but he never got rid of the photos

borderlands:

this is when he gets aggressive, especially at the beach, kills anyone that even looks in your direction,if you try to make friends, good luck lmfao, ESPECIALLY if you try to befriend chishiya 💀💀 goodluck walking!

has punished you with hurting you so badly you can't walk, so you HAVE to depend on him during games

MHA Halloween Headcannons

A/N: These are off the top of my head and I was really bored but uh- enjoy ig.

Aizawa dresses up like a mummy every year just for the purpose of sleeping in the coffin that Eri made for him.

Fatgum came to the party dressed as a bowling ball and rolled all over the dorms.

Eri loves going to the pumpkin patch to Mirio and Kirishima take her to them and Tamaki helps her carve them, (Using his tentacles to work on multiple of course.)

Keigo once lost a bet and had to go to a Pro Hero Halloween party in a princess dress. He owned the look though.

Rock Lock is the designated driver at the Halloween Parties, he dares not go near the punch bow. (Keigo spiked it)

Present Mic hosts all of the UA Halloween parties and they usually last until 1 o'clock in the morning. Of course a few of the students are knocked out before the whole thing ends, Bakugo and Tokoyami just to name a few.

Halloween is Tamaki's least favorite holiday but he wont miss the opportunity of dressing up like the Kraken for Halloween.

Mina and Denki once had cleaning duty in the dorms because they made they pranked called the League of Villains

Believe it or not, Shinso would be the one to spike the punch bowl, but he'd do it with Monster Energy

Aoyama is definitely winning first prize at every costume contest.

Jiro sets up Halloween Rock parties so she can have the excuse of having her own little concert.

Class 1-A once played Hide and Seek in the dark with Class 1-B and Monoma went missing, they found him later in the kitchen passed out with half an eaten piece of chicken in his mouth.

Shoji hates costume parties because he can never find any in his size. Hajime always offers to make one for him, and every time he refuses.

Endeavor is light weight and his drunk mood is worth being burned for

Midnight always knows what games to play, some of them...she might want to leave those to adults.

Mic puts very little effort into is costumes but they always look the best.

Shoto prefers to stay in his room and read during the party. Parties aren't really his thing.

Shoto: "I just know what's so fun about ruining my sleep schedule . "

Me: "Yeah me neither buddy."

Bakugo and Deku accidentally came dressed in the same costume one year, let's just say someone went home with a broken nose

One year, the party was so loud that League of Villains were almost arrested because people thought THEY were the cause of the noise. (Toya and Toga went to go check it out and ended up joining the party.)

Iida always tries to end the parties early, but ends up getting ignored every single time. Poor guy.

The Pros once had a pumpkin carving contest and Snipe shot at his pumpkin, and called it "art"

"Bullet holes are scary so I think my job is done here."

Random Anime Headcannons! MHA Version!

Happy Spooky Month Everybody! Here's some random HC's, if you want me to do more leave a note and lemme know in the comment below!

Mirko hates it when people play with her ears.

Fatgum loves seeing in his hoodie, but don't be surprised when he wraps you up in it like a burrito and pretends to eat you

Hawks loves taking naps. It may not seem like it, but that man works overtime and when he gets home from a long day of being the Winged Hero he wants nothing more but to fall asleep cuddling with you, and a mess of blankets too. (I just know he never makes up the bed)

Aizawa will send you on coffee runs in the morning when he too tired to do so himself, and he's not much a sugar guy. He will drink it black or with a little bit of cream.

Mirio once worked as an entertainer at a kids Halloween party. He came dressed as a ghost just to show them that he could phase through walls, some of them were amazed, and some just thought he was a real ghost!

Iida doesn't really believe in taking breaks, even though he would be the type of person to try and force someone else to have one. You would have to force him to relax sometimes. Maybe take him out for tea?

No matter how tough he is, Bakugo is afraid to order food by himself. If it's over the phone he'll ask you to come over and do it for him while whispering "tell them to make it spicy"

Shoji sometime gets self conscious about his quirk because it frightens little children so you would take him to the park that you grew up next to get him to open a little more.

Shinso is not big on talking about his feelings. At all. So you would have secret scream sessions in the middle of the woods where he can scream in different voices to cheer himself up. It make him laugh a lot too, something you dont get to see very often.

Kirishima is definitely your man if you want to have a good time, but sometimes he will try a bit to hard to please people so you will have to try and slow him down and take him someone where so he can enjoy himself and not worry about others for a change.

Let's try this again...

If you have been keeping up with my fanfiction, then you will notice that all post pertaining to the updates of my fic "Sweet Like Candy" - Fred and George x NB!Reader have been deleted due to some major changes that I making to the book.

The fic was 6 chapters, yet I was not meeting my standards of a good fic. So I tried again. I making another fic called "Chocolate Kisses" - Fred and George x Fem!Reader. A rewritten, new and improved version of the previous story. "Sweet Like Candy" has been taken down from my A03, to be replaced with the new story. However if you still want read the old story, click here.

Changes to the story include:

The story is now xfemale reader. (It was previously xNB)

Changed the title to "Chocolate Kisses"

Added more descriptive sentences and better dialogue

Increased word count (Chapter 1 already has 1,080 words)

Consideration for the rules of the 'Potterverse' (I had no idea there were rules, when it came to writing HP fanfiction, hence the reason why it was so hard to make the reader NB)

Writing Tip: Don’t Be Afraid of Mixing Dialogue and Action

So I’ve been reading a lot of amateur writing lately, and I’ve noticed what seems to be a common problem: dialogue. 

Tell me if this looks familiar. You start writing a conversation, only to look down and realize it reads like: 

“I’m talking now,” he said. 

“Yes, I noticed,” she said. 

“I have nothing much to add to this conversation,” the third person said. 

And it grates on your ears. So much ‘said.’ It looks awful! It sounds repetitive. So, naturally, you try to shake it up a bit: 

“Is this any better?” He inquired. 

“I’m not sure,” she mused. 

“I definitely think so!” that other guy roared. 

This is not an improvement. This is worse. 

Now your dialogue is just as disjointed as it was before, but you have the added problem of a bunch of distracting dialogue verbs that can have an unintentionally comedic effect. 

So here’s how you avoid it: You mix up the dialogue with description. 

“Isn’t this better?” he asked, leaning forward in his seat. “Don’t you feel like we’re more grounded in reality?” 

She nodded, looking down at her freshly manicured nails. “I don’t feel like a talking head anymore.” 

“Right!” that annoying third guy added. “And now you can get some characterization crammed into the dialogue!” 

The rules of dialogue punctuation are as follows: 

Each speaker gets his/her own paragraph - when the speaker changes, you start a new paragraph. 

Within the speaker’s own paragraph, you can include action, interior thoughts, description, etc. 

You can interrupt dialogue in the middle to put in a “said” tag, and then write more dialogue from that same speaker. 

You can put the “said” tag at the beginning or end of the sentence. 

Once you’ve established which characters are talking, you don’t need a “said” tag every time they speak. 

ETA: use a comma instead of a period at the end of a sentence of dialogue, and keep the ‘said’ tag in lower caps. If you end on a ? or !, the ‘said’ tag is still in lower case. (thanks, commenters who pointed this out!) 

Some more examples: 

“If you’re writing an incomplete thought,” he said, “you put a comma, then the quote mark, then the dialogue tag.” 

“If the sentence ends, you put in a period.” She pointed at the previous sentence. “See? Complete sentences.” 

“You can also replace the dialogue tag with action.” Extra guy yawned. “When you do, you use a period instead of a comma.”

So what do you do with this newfound power? I’m glad you asked. 

You can provide description of the character and their surroundings in order to orient them in time and space while talking. 

You can reveal characterization through body language and other nonverbal cues that will add more dimension to your dialogue. 

You can add interior thoughts for your POV character between lines of dialogue - especially helpful when they’re not saying quite what they mean. 

You can control pacing. Lines of dialogue interrupted by descriptions convey a slower-paced conversation. Lines delivered with just a “said” tag, or with no dialogue tag at all, convey a more rapid-fire conversation. 

For example: 

“We’ve been talking about dialogue for a while,” he said, shifting in his seat as though uncomfortable with sitting still. 

“We sure have,” she agreed. She rose from her chair, stretching. “Shall we go, then?” 

“I think we should.” 

“Great. Let’s get out of here.” 

By controlling the pacing, you can establish mood and help guide your reader along to understanding what it is that you’re doing.
