We have been in famine for more than three months. After the resumption of the war on Gaza, Israel closed the crossing. A loaf of bread has become a dream for my children. A bag of flour costs a thousand dollars.

Okay I watched the new TADC episode. Absolutely wild, amazing lore drops but I have a theory about the Mannequin that I'd like to talk about.

My first initial thought was that this a self aware NPC that Caine missed. But then I rewatched the episode...

As Jax walks past the doors there's Kaufmo, a normal Mannequin and a Frog guy (presumably an old friend of Jax that abstracted) We know that Mannequins are used as placeholders for the characters. So maybe we can see it as some type of default skin. It seemed weird to me that there was a door shown with a Mannequin on it and not a picture of Queenie for example. Why didn't they choose another abstracted character? And then I thought back to a weird scene in which Jax mentioned that his tail went missing. Pomni kinda giggles at this and says how he never had a tail to begin with. But Jax seems so distraught by this. Which could imply that he actually had a tail at some point. Caine is somewhat capable of changing their appearances for certain adventures. But what if his AI glitches and things disappear? What if a new player enters the circus and they are left with the default mannequin skin? So they go unnoticed. I may be completely wrong on this but it could be an interesting concept to explore. Especially to show that Caines AI is going off the rails.

It's not always ones choice to become a refugee we are forced by certain circumstances to flee from our homes living everything we have built our entire life behind but that doesn't stop us from our rights as humans. I wish the LGBTQ 🌎🌍 happy today and tomorrow despite some obstacles.

I personally believe Jax is transmasc tho

Remember when Jax said that his character design was peak male performance? That his ears and tail were the pinnacle of masculinity?

Usually tails on humans, if not on furries, are seen as a feminine trait. But Jax sees the tail he used to have as masculine.

The way he saw a tail as masculine even though societal norms see tails as the other way around shows that he took the time to understand what masculinity means for him.

this is usually something that trans and GNC people in general do.

possibly evil Jax might be a personification of his bringing ups as a woman. The way evil Jax said that his maid outfit looked good might be an instinct knocked into him from forced gender conformity.

the way Jax said he wanted evil Jax dead might have been a way for him to express that he wanted his femininity to go away

I’d argue that another dysphoric Jax is when he realised he didn’t have a tail any longer and he was shocked. When Jax lost his tail, he lost a part of his masculinity that he was so proud of

Some may argue that Jax being proud of his masculinity is because he might be a cis man who just has toxic masculinity. But out of all the things Jax is toxic in, masculinity is one of the only things he isn’t toxic about.

Jax takes pride in his masculinity not because he thinks men are better than women, but rather because he experiences masculinity in his own unique way and he learned to understand it

Dustin and Max friendship scene idea

mild s4 spoilers here

imo s2’s first half was a bit slow, mainly bc there were many scenes that didn’t really serve much purpose for character development or intense emotional arcs

one such scene in my opinion is definitely the scene where Dustin is looking for dart and it’s like 5 mins of them looking and doing like nothing else. It was kinda boring bc we don’t have any interaction between the characters apart from “I’ll look here you’ll look there” and like that

wasn’t a very interesting scene imo

but what if in that scene we had an interaction between Dustin and Max? like Dustin had a crush on Max in s2, and in s4 Dustin and Max have a really nice friendship, and imo that friendship in s4 just… happened, with no build up or anything

so like what if in s2 there’s a scene where idk, Dustin decides to open up to Max about dart. Max in s4 is shown feeding a dog, so it seems like she might’ve had a pet in the past. The two could’ve bonded over what it’s like to have a pet

this scene could’ve also drifted Dustin’s one-sided crush on Max into a platonic friendship between the both of them. Dustin would still have feelings for Max, but he’d also appreciate her as a friend

also it would make a somewhat boring, tedious scene into an awesome character development and friendship moment. Plus it would tease their friendship in s4 which is always good

omg I actually love this idea it’s so good for both characters, especially max since Dustin might learn to treat Max like a member of the party long before any of the others

like I’d love it if it comes in the new animated stranger things show too
