A little headcanon I have is that after Bart and Jenni met they start a hair day of sorts because I fully believe that Bart learned to braid for bonding with Jenni and in return she taught him about hair care. The hair days are scheduled around when Jenni wants a new hair style. And when Thad gets redeemed he joins because he gets help bleaching his roots, both Bart and Jenni scold him for how he treats his hair now he moisturizes . And then when Ace became kid flash he gets forced to join hair days by Bart. Also whoever hosts hair days gets to buy the snacks which is why they draw sticks for hosting. I just like to imagine the small speedsters see hair care as a love language which is why they have the best hair among the younger heros

A funny headcanon I have is that Hal had a crush on Larry Trainor when he was a kid. My brain one day was like "there would be documentaries about Larry. Hal's dad probably watched them with Hal" and with the whole fact Larry was very attractive before. He was probably Hal's awakening and his family probably just thought he was just a big fan of a dead pilot. It was a funny thought I had a week ago while in class.
