Regulus stumbling out of the Potter's fireplace, trembling to his core, two years after Sirius did. Two years.

aka a timeline in which Regulus managed to get away before it was too late

And isn't it funny that both heirs of the Noble House of Black ended up in the same place, in the same state (traumatized✨), both falling in the arms of their brother. Such happy lives they have :)

I thought I wasn't gonna be an angst account but I very obviously was lying to myself (but hey, that scene's the beginning of better days, isn't it?)

With all of the clothes thrown around the dorm, it is impossible to tell who's is who's anymore, especially James and Sirius. Undershirts, sweater vests, ties. The house elves can't even tell anymore.

Marauders at a water park

Sirius: doing stunts off the diving board James: speeding down a water slide Remus: chilling on a floatie in a lazy river Peter: in the kiddie pool Snape: Sitting on a lounge chair the whole time Lily: in a pool noodle war

Sirius Black is left handed

Remus first learns this when they are sitting with their hands interlocked doing work and Sirius just casually writes his essay with his left hand because his right is holding Remus’

And Remus is shocked because how has he never noticed??

And he’s not writing in his perfect Black cursive, his handwriting with his left hand is a lot messier, a lot more ‘him’

But the next day he is taking notes in class with his right hand and the perfect handwriting is back and Remus is so confused

So he finally asks Sirius about it and he tells him about how he was born a leftie

But his parents couldn’t have a defected heir, so they forced him to learn with his right hand

So now he can write pretty well with both but just defaults to the right because that’s what he’s always done

And Remus just decides at every opportunity to sit on Sirius’ right and hold his hand so he has to write with his left

Because it’s so beautiful and true and him
