I'll just answer this here because well, I don't feel like advertising this blog (because I really like my little space for myself) and I don't feel like discussing this on my main, also the person who asked this probably has access to both so...

So to start off, from my perspective, I don't. Simply put, my main has, slowly but surely, turned SFW in the past couple months for various reasons (and I'll only mention some here) and maybe a lot of people just didn't notice the shift, but it did happen.*

Also as my main grew in terms of followers, I lost the reigns a bit. I progressively lost a lot of my boundaries, because people would come to my blog, take the space as if it was their own or a public space they had to/were entitled to have access to and criticise me for my various boundaries. Boundaries such as the things I was uncomfortable with, the way I talked and just generally the way I did things around there, which was exhausting and forced me to change my approach on a lot of things. After a certain point you're kind of forced to play a diplomatic relations game, if you don't want constant drama and a ridiculous amount of people who have one sided beef with you, and it's stupid. It took the joy of being there away from me, which sucks, but it is what it is.

That blog became more of an idea people had of me and what they attached to the name, which inevitably had a lot more to do with who they are and what they thought of me, than what I actually posted and who I actually am.

So I'm mostly here now, this one is nsfw, my main isn't anymore, and this one is one I'd like to keep small mostly so I can kind of keep control of it and feel comfortable in it, be messy when I feel like it, just you know whatever I feel like.

*I didn't delete all of my nsfw posts there, but I deleted most of them and the ones I didn't delete, it was only because of sentimental value.

Also I feel kinda weird putting this here because this feels like step 1 of what I'm trying to get away from, which is having to explain my every move to people (what if I just felt like doing it?), but whatever, here it is.

I...tried to make a meme and got carried away and made A Thing that is like partially unfinished because i spent like 3 hours on it and then got tired.

I think this is mostly scientifically accurate but truth be told, there seems to be relatively little research on succession in regards to lawns specifically (as opposed to like, pastures). I am not exaggerating how bad they are for biodiversity though—recent research has referred to them as "ecological deserts."

If there is a story you wanna tell, but you don't think you will ever have the time or resources to organize and tell it ""properly"" as like...a novel or a comic or whatever, it can absolutely just be...a bunch of brain storm-y blog posts and sketches that you share and compile over time on your blog. That is still a story. It is still a format. In theory, it might not be the "best, most effective" format...but in practise, the best, most effective format is the one that is accessible enough to let you get your ideas and narratives out at all♡

And, yanno--it is just nice to be able to give folks some context for your characters n stuff :3c
