a/n: love on tour has come to an end 😭 it seemed only fitting to say goodbye to it with a small blurb from the love on tour series , the story of harry styles and y/n belmonte. thank you for all the love you always give me and i hope this blurb is enough to put a smile on your face. i love you, friends 💜

You adjusted the camera as you had it leaning against the bathroom mirror. You had finished your skincare and knew tomorrow was a big night for Harry and the entire Love on tour crew. There was a lot up in the air for your career and what was next, but in the next twelve hours, all you could think about was your boyfriend. He would be saying goodbye to a tour he poured his heart into, but most importantly, he was stepping away from what he loved to take a well deserved break. Harry couldn’t stay away long; he’d be back. They all knew it was only a matter of when.

Harry was in bed; he had fallen asleep as you played with his hair and told him about your day. The pasta you made from scratch at the cooking lesson you found in a small neighborhood. It wasn’t advertised, but the chef took a liking to you when you asked him more about his favorite dishes. It seemed that was enough to grant you a special spot in Mr. Caruso’s kitchen. He tried to play off his nerves, but you knew him well enough that this final show would be one he wanted to remember forever.

Once you knew your phone wouldn’t fall, you pulled up Instagram and started a live. It’s been a while since you did one. Usually, you do an origami piece with your fans to catch up with them. Tonight would be a little different. You hadn’t been on for a minute, and the number was increasing by the second.

Twenty.

Five hundred.

Three thousand in under two minutes.

“Hi, everyone,” you greeted cheerfully. “Sorry, I haven’t done one of these in a while. Life has been busy.”

The comments began to flood with “hellos” and “I love you,” but also a lot of mentions of Barbie, the film you finished promoting and starred in. You moved past those comments and instead focused on one asking where you were.

“I’m in my bathroom. I finished my skincare for the night and thought we could chat briefly.” You giggled as you saw Lloyd joining in. The number was past 35k, and although you thought it was ridiculous at this hour in Italy, the rest of the world was running at different times. “Lloyd!!! Buddy!!! Go to sleep!” You tease.

You first.

Shaking your head, you try to see if he comments again, but the comments are coming in at lightning speed.

“Sarai, cómo va tu día?” How is your day? You ask your best friend.

Boring. Send me a flight to Italy.

You frown at the screen. “Be quiet. I asked if you wanted to come. You said you were busy.”

A cousin’s wedding. Remember.

“Right. You’re officiating for them. I’ll see you in a few weeks,” you assure them knowing Naomi and Sarai will be staying with you for a week–two if you manage to convince them.

A simple night. Though lots of questions if you would be in Italy for the final show as no one has seen you for a few weeks and where Harry was. You decided to do the live to connect with the fans, but you also wanted to go to bed and join Harry because even a room away, you missed him. You wanted to talk with the fans to share you feel the same sadness that tour is ending because Love on Tour gave you Harry, and that’s something you’d never forget. The same feeling they all feel staring at Harry while being in the crowd is one that you feel too. You can’t describe it, but you all know it well.

You think back to that night in St. Paul when you locked eyes with Harry and knew life would never be the same again. You can honestly say you didn’t expect to fall in love with him and go on this crazy journey two years later, but there is nothing you’d change in your life because it led you straight to him.

“It might seem odd, I’m here talking with you late into the night.” You laugh at people calling out your time zone. “Well, it’s late for me. Maybe even weirder to do it without my overalls and stack of origami paper,” you take a deep breath before continuing. “I know a lot of you know about my relationship. How private we keep it because not everything is meant to be shared online. I like things to be mine, but Harry has never been mine alone. A piece of his heart belongs to each of you, and it’s not something I will ever forget. I am fortunate to love him and be loved by him. I don’t ever take it for granted.” You sniffle and turn away from the camera to compose yourself, but you know it won’t work. When you look back, the comments are filled with love, and it keeps you going. “Love on tour allowed Harry and I to reconnect and truthfully fall in love. I won’t say more because it’s something special to us, but Love on Tour ending is bittersweet. It’s a tour full of love where many of you met friends, best friends, and lovers. You know what it means to love someone because of an event and because of the distance. The love will only grow stronger, and that I can promise.”

You grin at Pauli’s comment saying how much they love you. You found the love of your life, but you also met new friends and built a bigger family.

“Whether you’re a fan of mine or only following me to get an update on Harry, I want to thank you for your kindness, not to me but towards him. If there is anyone who deserves all the love in the world, it is him. Most of you wonder why I’m saying this here and not to Harry, but he knows. I can promise you he does. Think he might be fed up with all the love and support I shower him with, but I’m doing it because I want to look back at this, who knows, maybe five, ten, twenty years from now, and be glad I shared this with you all. If anything, it’s something Harry can look back at when we have to be apart for longer than a day. Harry, sé que no estás viendo esto, pero eres el amor de mi vida. Un último baile mañana y estaremos de camino a casa. Que sigas cumpliendo todos tus sueños, mi estrella.”

You thank everyone for watching and signing off, turning off your phone, knowing the buzzing will start immediately. You know it will be shared all over the internet, and articles will be written by the time you wake up in a few hours. Usually, it’s something you’re careful about, but tonight you don’t mind. You’re proud of Harry, and you’re allowed to show it whenever you wish. You turn your phone off, knowing Harry loves his morning ringtone better than yours.

Turning the lights off, you know as soon as you’re wrapped in Harry’s arms, you're headed straight to dreamland. Crawling into bed is easy; moving the covers away from Harry proves to be a struggle every night. You shush him quietly to not wake him, and it seems to work until he shuffles over and drags you to lay flat on your back while he gets comfortable on your chest. He would forever be your little spoon.

“I love you, baby,” he mutters into the quiet of the night.

It makes your heart race even after two years together. You kiss the top of his head and repeat your favorite three words to him.

The final show has been nothing short of magical. Harry would spend the entire night on stage if he could, but you all know the show is close to ending. Harry, from the morning, had been cheerful from waking you up with a morning orgasm that led to making love, and once he let you get clothes on a walk along the water. You know he had seen your little speech but made no move to bring it up. It wasn’t necessary because you constantly told him how proud you were, and it was evident in how you proudly showed Harry off all day to a crew that already knew and loved him. You don’t know if someone texted it to him or if he happened to see it on Instagram, but he walked all day with an extra pep in his step. It could have also been the sex. Not a hint of sadness could be detected, and it eased your worries because it meant he was ready for a well deserved break.

You spent the show with Anne and Gemma, dancing your heart out. You knew Glenne and Jeff would pull you in for a final mosh pit as Harry danced his heart out to “Kiwi.” Harry had thanked the fans endlessly throughout the entire night. His speeches always bring tears to your eyes. He thanked the band and the crew. He thanked his family for the support they offered the past thirteen years. You didn’t expect a speech dedicated to you, so it caught you off guard when he mentioned you. All your shared family and friends cheered so loud, making it easy for Harry to spot you and even easier for the camera’s to find you and show you on the screens.

“I don’t know if some of you saw, but my girlfriend gave a lovely speech last night on a live,” Harry smiles as the crowd cheers for you. “She poured her heart out to you while I was sleeping.” He wags his finger playfully. “Like she doesn’t know I love my ego to be fed. Her love is something I feel even when she’s not around, but I am thankful she’s here tonight. She’s here, and she’s been dancing and singing all night. It's my favorite thing in the world seeing her happy.” Harry can see Glenne nudging her playfully, but your eyes never leave his. “I love being on stage and performing for you all. It’s everything I dreamed of, and I can’t wait to return soon to do it again.” Harry gives you a dimpled smile, and you know the look in his eye; even from a distance, you know he wishes he could kiss you. “No one tells you how much you miss out on. Family celebrations, nieces' first steps, and even graduations. The biggest to the littlest things matter. Bel has reminded me that even when I’m not there, I can send a reminder that I’m thinking of my family and friends. That everyone understands I’m doing what I love. I love being here with you all, but I also love being home.” Harry places a hand over his heart. “Bel has made me a better son, friend, and partner. Now I know this is sappy, and maybe you’re over this, and she’s going to tell me after this wasn’t necessary, but I do want it to be known that I’m happy. I have never been happier. And while I will be going away for some time, I want you to know I’m in good hands until I return and am yours again.”

The cheers are a mix of sobs and relief, knowing he will be back even with no set date. You can’t seem to stop crying. All the comforting Anne is doing is working, but it’s as if Harry broke you open by pouring his heart out for you on stage.

“He’s a bit of a romantic, my little one,” Anne teases as she squeezes you tighter.

“You’re telling me. I’m no match.”

Anne laughs, “you flew out the entire family and act like that’s not the greatest gesture.”

It’s true. You planned with Anne to make sure everyone could make it out by planning accommodations and rides for the final show to go smoothly for them. Harry deserved a large celebration, and it was important to have his family here. Naomi wanted to be here because if it weren’t for your best friend, you wouldn’t have found Harry in 2021 though Harry liked to think your paths would cross either way. Naomi’s parents, Ruby and Phil, made the journey for Harry. They happily welcomed him into the family. Viola flew in for the celebration as had Violet, your goddaughter with her father Alex.. Your family had become his, and they were here to celebrate two incredible years of a tour filled with love and joy. He deserved to have his family here after missing them so much. There was a wonderful celebration to come after the show ended.

“Guess we compliment each other well like that,” you told Anne. Small moments that reminded you how much a perfect fit you are for each other.

Harry clears his throat, “now, I’m sure Bel is flustered and wants me to stop, so I will. Thank you for being here. Thank you for changing my life. I love you.” He points at you, and you blow him a kiss he pretends to catch and puts it over his heart for safekeeping.  “I love you, and I’ll miss you.”

You don’t know what the future holds for your relationship. All you know is that your love will guide you through it all. Whether you get married, have kids, or simply exist to love each other, everything will work out the way it needs to because your love was written in the stars.

MARIMUI INFODUMP 💜🩵

💜 Mari has never smiled back at anyone besides her sister before, but Muichiro changed that as she smiled back at him a few days after meeting him. His kindness was just too much for her not to feel giddy.

🩵 Between who fell first and who fell harder… Both answers go to Muichiro. He fell for Mari after seeing her smile for the first time ever, and everything she did was just… enchanting to him. And then Muichiro fell harder for her after his memories returned. He noticed that she was still the same (or almost the same)… Just happier and more open. That smile of hers was just so contagious to him and his heart throbs every little gesture she does, especially directed to him. He couldn’t help but fall harder.

💜 Mari believed her feelings for him disappeared after he lost his memories and became a whole different person, hence why she was oblivious to her own feelings until his memories returned.

🩵 Muichiro is usually a guy that focuses on logic mainly. He doesn’t see importance in focusing with emotions or such. But with Mari, even unintentionally, he becomes different around her. He sometimes felt like his emotions get in the way everytime her presence is there. He feels his heart rate increasing everytime, and he doesn’t know why. He feels iffy everytime she spends time with another guy or becomes affectionate with her cousins/sister, but he always excused it with her needing to focus on training more. He was also quite oblivious to his own feelings until his memories returned.

🩵 Post-memory Muichiro would also realize Mari returns the same feelings as well, and while it does make him happy and relieved she likes him back, he doesn’t say anything. He knows the risk of being a hashira and especially with the upcoming war, he could likely die so he never directly admitted as well.

🩵 Muichiro was already pretty affectionate prior, but after his memories returned, it was like a total switch as he became more physically affectionate with her the same as when they were younger. Mari was flustered about this, of course.

💜 When Amane told the hashiras about the curse of the mark, Mari was really shocked and upset. She didn’t try to show it, though. It also made her feel less confident in confessing her love to Muichiro. This also caused Mari not to speak to Muichiro for a day or two.

🩵 I also like to believe that even though Muichiro seemed calm, he was also upset as he wouldn’t be able to live a fulfilling life with Mari.

💜 Mari was in the swordsmith village the same time as Muichiro. She arrived a day prior and she also left the day before the uppermoons showed up. During her time there, she and Muichiro spent their time together. Since Mari’s sword was broken, she could only watch him train, to which she’s disappointed. Apart from training, they spent time exploring the village, forest and even went to the hotsprings together to recover their bodies.

💜🩵 While in the hotsprings, Mari was nervous as she thought the water was deep, so Muichiro tested it out and assured her it wasn’t that deep. He didn’t understand why she was nervous about it…

🩵 Despite Muichiro’s not-so-good memory, he remembers Mari’s favorite food is croquettes… Mainly because Mari rambles on about it so much, especially about her sister’s cooking…

💜 Mari has a habit of getting distracted, but while it has gotten better, she still gets distracted so whenever Muichiro and her are in a joint mission together, he makes sure Mari stays focused (Even though her crow does that job…)

🩵 Muichiro keeps every gift Mari gives him. Even the ones he believes won’t have any use. Sometimes, he even holds one of them, looking at every detail and cherishing it.

💜 Mari loves showcasing and infodumping about bugs/insects to him since he’s the only one who doesn’t showcase any fear/disgust towards it.

🩵💜 Their favorite thing to do when they’re bored is to either fold origamis together or cloudgaze.

💜 Mari brings bandages around her at all times, so whenever Muichiro gets hurt, she always patches it up for him. She always kisses the bandage afterwards, which was just a habit she picked up from her sister. She was oblivious to the fact that gesture fluttered his heart.

🩵 Muichiro loves kissing Mari. He loves her lips especially but he loves kissing her in general.

🩵 In an AU where they both lived after the finale battle, Muichiro would kiss her scars since she’s often insecure about it, especially since she can’t cover them up. He assures her that she’s still pretty and the scars don’t ruin it at all.

💜 Mari became a total shut in after her sister’s death, and also quite hysterical. Even though it was tough, Muichiro made sure to be there for her no matter what. Also promising her that he’ll make her smile again one way or another.

🩵💜 After Mari became better (mentally), they both got engaged and married. Even having twin sons and a younger daughter.

DEPRESSION TIPS:

Hi all, as you all know it is winter and during this cold time of year lack of sunlight many people suffer from depression and seasonal affective disorder.aming many.other hard things in the world today.

Here are some tips:

Shower. Not a bath, a shower. Use water as hot or cold as you like. You don’t even need to wash. Just get in under the water and let it run over you for a while. Sit on the floor if you gotta.

Moisturize everything. Use whatever lotion you like. Unscented? Poundland lotion? Fancy 48 hour lotion that makes you smell like a field of wildflowers? Use whatever you want, and use it all over your entire dermis.

Put on clean, comfortable clothes.

Put on your favorite underwear. Cute black lacy panties? Those ridiculous boxers you bought last christmas with pink love hearts on the butt? Put them on.

Drink cold water. Use ice. If you want, add some mint or lemon for an extra boost.

Clean something. Doesn’t have to be anything big. Organize one drawer of a desk. Wash five dirty dishes. Do a load of laundry. Scrub the bathroom sink.

Blast music. Listen to something upbeat and dancey and loud, something that’s got lots of energy. Sing to it, dance to it, even if you suck at both.

Make food. Don’t just grab a Kit Kat bar to munch. Take the time and make food. Even if it’s beans on toast. Add something special to it, like a soft boiled egg or some veggies. Prepare food, it tastes way better, and you’ll feel like you accomplished something.

Make something. Write a short story or a poem, draw a picture, color a picture, fold origami, crochet or knit, sculpt something out of clay, anything artistic. Even if you don’t think you’re good at it. Create.

Go outside. Take a walk. Sit in the grass. Look at the clouds. Smell flowers. Put your hands in the dirt and feel the soil against your skin.

Call someone. Call a loved one, a friend, a family member, call a chat service if you have no one else to call. Talk to a stranger on the street. Have a conversation and listen to someone’s voice. If you can’t bring yourself to call, text or email or whatever, just have some social interaction with another person. Even if you don’t say much, listen to them. It helps.

Cuddle your pets if you have them/can cuddle them. Take pictures of them. Talk to them. Tell them how you feel, about your favorite movie, a new game coming out, anything.

May seem small or silly to some, but this list keeps people alive.

*** At your absolute best you won’t be good enough for the wrong people. But at your worst, you’ll still be worth it to the right ones. Remember that. Keep holding on.

*** In case nobody has told you today I love you and you are worth your weight and then some in gold, so be kind to yourself and most of all keep pushing on!!!!

Everyone is fighting a battle you know nothing about so all we can do is be kind and be there for one another.

Yes I have interesting fun facts for you about Yumemi!! I've accumulated together several bits of information that are probably harmless to let free into the world (probably)... so without further ado:

✨️Fun Facts About Koike Yumemi✨️

She is hypermobile! As in, 'double-jointed', as in super bendy and flexible. Naturally inclined towards things like gymnastics and dance even if she's out of practice! Can also freak people out with weird backwards bending fingers and other fun party tricks :)

A lot of Yumemi's high school time was taken up with idol activities and responsibilities... which has led to a lower level of kanji reading comprehension. Also her maths isn't great. Also she probably has undiagnosed dyslexia that she doesn't know about which isn't exactly helping the situation! have a doodle to illustrate this point:

Her childhood 'what do you want to be when you grow up?' career choice was to be a nurse!! She wasn't actually one of those kids who said 'pop star' or 'famous'... *side eyes the present* Anyways. Sometimes life throws you curveballs! she is not coping well

She hates bugs (only certain ones) but is also the person who will Remove the bug for you. If there's one person in the room not standing on a chair because of a spider it's Her.

She doesn't have many hobbies, but the ones she does are very tactile. Yumemi is pretty good at origami!! She can fold you a crane or a swan or a pinwheel or a hat or a dragon or much much more. Also enjoys sculpting small creatures with clay <3

my voice claim for Yumemi that I've settled on for now is Minori Chihara (I've linked one of those voice reels because they're cute but this va has SO much music released it's insane here listen to this as an example). I think the slightly nasally and soft voice works super well for Yumemi! Plus her singing voice fits my vision of her too... a little more mature sounding with some very powerful pipes!!

H/D Wireless 2022 Fic Claim: Wild Things

Read WILD THINGS on AO3.

Rated: E Word Count: 118K Summary: Forced to return to Malfoy Manor, Draco finds himself surrounded by an unfamiliar ancestral home, strange occurrences that spook his beloved horse, and one weirdly dressed Head Auror, who won't leave until Draco no longer wants him to leave. Features: A plethora of animals (magical and otherwise), one Head Auror Harry Potter with a truly weird wardrobe, dragons, a snake familiar, Artist Draco Malfoy, Dublin, Ireland, Malfoy Manor, and a bit of intrigue with some 90K of slow burn thrown in for good measure.

Well, it's reveals day, and that means it's time for me to claim my monster fic. What a rollercoaster ride it was. First, signing up, then actually putting the plot bunnies in my head onto virtual paper (all while trying very hard not to freak out as the word count continued to climb and climb...I swear it wasn't me, it was the gremlins in my head), and finally to keep quiet about it while posting commenced.

First of all, I'd like to thank the H/D Wireless 2022 Mods, who were absolutely wonderful about so many things...helping me find an alpha reader/beta, then accommodating my AO3 name change to help with my level of comfort, and finally granting me not one but two extensions. And that's just my own interactions with the mods, who are absolutely fabulous people and who deserve all the purple dragon love in the entire world!

As we move through the holidays into blue January, some of us need this list (and that’s ok) ♡♡♡

DEPRESSION TIPS:

Shower. Not a bath, a shower.

Use water as hot or cold as you like. You don’t even need to wash. Just get in under the water and let it run over you for a while. Sit on the floor if you gotta.

Moisturize everything.

Use whatever lotion you like.

Unscented? Dollar store lotion? Fancy 48 hour lotion that makes you smell like a field of wildflowers? Use whatever you want, and use it all over your entire dermis.

Put on clean, comfortable clothes.

Put on your favorite underwear.

Those ridiculous boxers you bought last christmas with candy cane hearts on the butt? Put them on.

Drink cold water.

Use ice. If you want, add some mint or lemon for an extra boost.

Clean something.

Doesn’t have to be anything big. Organize one drawer of a desk. Wash five dirty dishes. Do a load of laundry. Scrub the bathroom sink.

Blast music.

Listen to something upbeat and dancey and loud, something that’s got lots of energy. Sing to it, dance to it, even if you suck at both.

Make food.

Don’t just grab a granola bar to munch. Take the time and make food. Even if it’s ramen. Add something special to it, like a soft boiled egg or some veggies. Prepare food, it tastes way better, and you’ll feel like you accomplished something.

Make something.

Write a short story or a poem, draw a picture, color a picture, fold origami, crochet or knit, sculpt something out of clay, anything artistic. Even if you don’t think you’re good at it. Create.

Go outside.

Take a walk. Sit in the grass. Look at the clouds. Smell flowers. Put your hands in the dirt and feel the soil against your skin.

Call someone.

Call a loved one, a friend, a family member, call a chat service if you have no one else to call. Talk to a stranger on the street. Have a conversation and listen to someone’s voice. If you can’t bring yourself to call, text or email or whatever, just have some social interaction with another person. Even if you don’t say much, listen to them. It helps.

Cuddle your pets if you have them/can cuddle them.

Take pictures of them. Talk to them. Tell them how you feel, about your favorite movie, a new game coming out, anything.

May seem small or silly to some, but this list keeps people alive.

*** At your absolute best you won’t be good enough for the wrong people. But at your worst, you’ll still be worth it to the right ones. Remember that. Keep holding on.

*** In case nobody has told you today I love you and you are worth your weight and then some in gold, so be kind to yourself and most of all keep pushing on!!!!

Blaise planted a kiss against Ron’s temple and moved away to watch him with big black attentive eyes. “I only wanna make you feel good,” he assured him. I don't know if you even remember this, but -

Just over 3 years ago, you said to Mars @itsallaces how nice it was that they and I come as "a package deal".

I don't know if they mentioned it then, but we absolutely LOVED that - very soon afterwards we changed our phone contacts to have the 📦 emoji, and still to this day we refer to us being a package deal on a somewhat regular basis.

A year ago today we entered a domestic partnership (for QPR reasons and other stuff), so today is our 1st anniversary (traditionally the Paper anniversary).

Mars made us matching necklaces with origami packages inside, all because of how closely to our hearts we hold the term "a package deal" as used to refer to the two of us.

So I know we don't talk often anymore, but I just thought you might like to hear how much of an impact your words have had on us - I know that for my part, most of the time when reference to "a package deal" is made, I just take a second to think back fondly on that one little message you sent in August 2019.

     Welcome to 30/31 lol you are officially at the golden age internationally. Yeah!!!! Let’s go!!!💕 Thank you for working hard another year. You did well. 🙏This may get said a lot but I think everyone deserves to be told that at least by one person. I think it matters just like you matter too.❤️ Also, by the time I post this at 1pm it will be morning for y’all, right? GOOD MORNING! ☀️ I hope you start your day well. I still think it’s cool how since y’all have a birthday in Korea and y’all are ahead it’s like y’all get two days to celebrate lol 😂 I know I’m early but I enjoy being early. I use to enjoy posting late at night but these days I get too excited that I can’t wait to post and then I look at the clock too much out of anxiousness🤣 I remember the days on vlive when I would write on the same day I would post and it was wild because these days I write a day ahead sometimes and I have everything ready in drafts. Lol But, moving up ahead in the letter, I hope preparations for the Agust D tour are going well and that you are eating well, Yoongi. 👍I made a video about tickets and I tell you if I got them or not. Lol it’s a surprise you have to hear. 😆🔥✨

   Also, most importantly looking back into the past, I am glad you are in good health this time around for your birthday. Health is important and I remember those times you couldn’t attend events with Bangtan due to past health circumstances but I am happy you are doing better after such a long time.🙏 I wish to say this because it made me think of my past issues as well and I feel grateful to even be able to run even today and it got me thinking. I wish to say thank you to 2013 Yoongi and all the Yoongi’s after that year for keeping you well to the best that they could during those times. ☺️ Look at you now. I am happy for that. 💝 Sometimes the greatest gift one can have when they are born is the ability to keep going. I think that is lovely. Your parents brought you into this world and I am grateful.    But, yes. Lol I still very much think the March flower is lovely. 😭 Yoongi, before I get into explaining what I was inspired by for your birthday, thank you for unintentionally healing. Lol I will use the word Jimin says a lot because it’s true with the “unintentionally.” Y’all don’t have to try so hard to show something when it comes out naturally from your own actions. Jimin brought up a good point that really stuck with me because he was talking about how SUCHWITA became bigger not just literally but also meaningfully. And I was just thinking how you just had this idea to make a show and it became something very profound, calming, and peaceful even though maybe that’s not what you may have thought at first when you had the idea.  I then thought of you. You tend to go about things one way only for them to turn into something very beautiful. In your words, it is not only poetic but in what you do it becomes poetic and reminiscent of something that exhibits depth and harmony one way or another. I think that’s really awesome. 😭✨Thank you for being unintentionally poetic about everything you do. Lol I love you Yoongi! 💜

    For your first gift 💝 I think you might guess it lol but yessssss cat origami lol I did two but the second orange one was out of curiosity lol because I saw this cat Halloween diy video and it looked cute😭 lol don’t mind me.    Let’s go into the second gift 💝, inspired by some of your Instagram posts. I thought why not try them and I got into Fujii Kaze and his albums and photos from his albums and I wanted to try something with blue too instead of the orange, reds, and pinks Fujii Kaze used because I was channeling the Pisces water energy hehe I was like “why not?” Hehe Y’all have such aesthetic energy and I am not like that so I wanted to try it out for a bit and I got into it a little too much and I had fun!!!! Yoongi, you made me bring back 8th-grade Jenn and her perm. Yes, I found a wig that looked just like the curly perm I had back in middle school because my mom made me do it in the summer after my 7th-grade year lmaoo I remember when I told y’all that I messed my perm up after a while by washing it too much and it became wavy. Lol I didn’t like it back then because I was not feeling the look on me but now as an adult, I regret not admiring my curly hair more. Middle school Jenn is back for a bit haha just without The Sims 2😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 lol I was feeling the hair a little too much so apologies for the energy lol but, I loved your photos Yoongi and wavy and curly hair fits you really well and I think it’s cute and handsome on you. 🥰 Thank you for bringing these photos out of my creativity lol You inspired me. 🖤🤍 I tried to be aesthetic like y’all.     Fourth gift 💝, quotes and words you brought up from your most recent weverse interview. Yeah! Lol the longest segment in all of y’alls birthday letters. 😉Unintentionally long because I just think randomly. A lot. Lol

-“I wasn’t even sure it would be possible, since the original song is so famous, but J. Cole gave us permission. I want to tell him how grateful I am. It’s a song I only could have written back then. I still remember writing it during the first and second weeks we were promoting ‘No More Dream.’ The emotions I felt during that debut time will all evaporate over time, so I had to write it then or never.”  I think it’s awesome how now even Hobi worked with J. Cole. I feel like he felt that gratitude and it’s just lovely. You really are an artist Yoongi lol when you said you had to write it at that moment or it will never see light, that was the most artist thing to say. Lol You saw it so deep that it had to have its moment or it would never have it. You appreciate the power of a moment, a season, and of sentiment. You know it comes and goes and it is never the same each time. This goes with the idea of how music brings memories and how it is versatile because of that.  I dig it. 😎

All the members have come a long way, and there’s times when we’re exhausted but there’s also things we want to do moving forward, so I think we tried to include those desires as well.” With RUN BTS, although it is reminiscent of some of the past flare in y’all’s older tracks. It does not give me the same feeling to me as that of the older tracks. It has this energy that is different even with certain sounds that can be reminiscent. Something about it makes me feel that way and I love it. But this is just me. Lol I love that idea of “always running.” All of you together are just wanting to keep moving forward and going into it with courage. It’s scary at times but y’all choose to keep going in whatever way y’all can.

-“The version that’s getting released now is an instrumental containing a lot of the sentiments I felt in middle school.” With the demo version of Seesaw, I loved it. I feel like it could be also mixed into lo-fi. I love the last 20 seconds a lot because of how it changes into a whole 180 lol It is classic and I feel like I am being held gently for a bit. The piano is just beautiful. I love how you said you felt like messing around with it here and there and it still came out the way it did in the demo lol like I said, you are always unintentionally poetic and dreamy. 😭

-“I loved instrumental versions of songs by my favorite artists when I was younger. I would analyze them a lot and dreamed of becoming a producer…So I said to myself, I have to find this, and then when I was in LA or New York last year, I asked them to hook up all the old PCs and laptops I had sitting around in Seoul and find it, and they finally did. It turned out the second computer I used and the third one looked exactly the same and I couldn’t find it because I wasn’t looking on both of them, just the same computer every time.” I related when you said you took out the vocals in the tracks to keep the instrumentals but that all the files looked the same and hard to find because they looked the same 😂😂😂😂😂😂 that’s me with photos and editing like I use to not have a system with photos and they all had number IDs and I could not tell which ones I edited because I only ever changed some of the lighting in them and now I make specific IDs for edited photos and non-edited ones on my computer. It sucks when you make something and it’s like looking for a needle in a haystack lmaoo when I get photos off my iPhone they get long numbers as IDs automatically and I sometimes get lazy to change them when I download them. Lol You need to see all my files I got one for each of Bangtan’s birthdays since 2018 and each member has a file based on each year I organized them a bit lol It’s expanded into multiple files because of the edits and inspiration photos and collages lol I feel you Yoongi. 😭 If you still do more instrumentals these days I wonder if you name them differently for each time you get a spark of creativity lol 😂 But, I am glad the BTS CREW found the audio file.💜

This answered that question I had as well lol I was thinking about how maybe you wanted to separate the personas as well because you are in a different zone when you work as a producer to when you are writing to when you are SUGA of BTS and to when you are rapping. I think it’s interesting. As a kid, I always wanted to be good at many things and just be known for being able to do random things lol and I love when people engage themselves in different things and are so into them. They don’t keep themselves in one box and they get out of it and really see the potential they are capable of. I love seeing that in people. Like yes, tell me what you want me to call you, honey. You got many trades and I dig it. 👏👏

We are living and just figuring it out as we go. I love how you said it was nice knowing you have a friend like Chris to talk to and relate to about many different things. That’s just gold.✨ I am happy y’all are being surrounded even more these days by people y’all vibe with well. Chris Martin is a down-to-earth homie in ARMYs eyes. 💜lol He also has been cool in my sister’s eyes years ago and that says a lot because she doesn’t really feel that way about many people or artists lol They say as you get older you end up making deeper friendships. I believe that. I feel as we get older we place higher value in all our relationships so it’s nice to be with people who feel the same. 😇

It was an entirely different production experience for me; there was something about his attitude when making music that resonated with me.” I love how next to wanting to work with someone who is opinionated and has ideas you are very open to who you are working with. From the interview, I can see that your approach is to evolve with the person you work with. I think that’s also why a lot of the tracks you produced really brought something different that we have not seen from you before. You don’t have a specific signature to your flare and that’s new. It’s like you are taking it as you go. I dig it. Your production is undefined and unlimited. 🔥

-“…, but now I think it’s not knowing what to say that makes it difficult.” I really was wondering about what you said here. Lol This is also figurative to real-life situations as well as with creativity. Like when you feel burnout and you just are stuck that you can’t think of what to say. I feel it. Lol they say that when you stay still, you can find the answer to all your problems and I feel it with this too. I think at times even with creativity of any kind, we feel we did or said enough and we forget that we are open channels. We still got more to say but we may be limiting ourselves by what we feel we have already done. We at times have to remember that our work is not done as creators, writers, and storytellers. There is more to express, but we just have to invite those thoughts out by giving them space and the opportunity to be something if we allow them to. I think at times we worry that something has been said or done already, but that’s what art is for.      I shall get to the last gift 💝 hehe the playlist. I was inspired for the photos by a photographer I got into lately named Haruhiko Kawaguchi I talk about his work in two videos lol we are all in the plastic together hehe it looks as if we are under it with the pov of the camera from the videos lol but it was fun! I was inspired to do something alike but not the same with giant plastic bags. Lol I tried to think of moments that defined me. I got photos with the ARMY bomb and it was like preserving moments that felt like a deep part of me. I am an ARMY and I went to concerts and I felt like preserving a moment like that lol I also am in my favorite PJ shirt with my bath towel on my head and my Cooky coffee cup because it’s my downtime fit lol, I also captured one with myself wrapped up and Nox just staring at me at the perfect moment lol I got random moments. Some are personal like the one where I am screaming in the bag because it reminded me of my personal turmoil with the way I saw me and the world and also the one with my family frame where I smile. I thought of how things don’t last forever and in that plastic, it felt preserved into one moment that I can remember. I loved Kawaguchi’s work and the idea of love and I subjectively turned it into something of memories that can be preserved. Lol but enjoy with lyrics from tracks on this playlist hehe I wrote them messy with my natural handwriting of slight cursive and regular writing to add that personal touch hehe 😉 I enjoyed writing intuitively and naturally all over lol  But, let me get into some of the tracks haha 😆 This playlist is soft as hell with a hint of zest. Lol But mostly soft just for you. Lol JAMES BLUNT has been coming for my heart's edges lol ever since last month I have been just listening to his past tracks in my feelings for no reason 😭😭😭😭 but the homie has a voice that can touch many hearts. I love CARRY YOU HOME. 🎶AS STRONG AS YOU WERE, TENDER YOU GO🎶 ahhhhhhhhhh!!! Lol I thought of you. Haha TABIJI by FUJII KAZE AND ALSO SAYONARA BABY are NICE!!!!! Lol I loved those two tracks a lot. The lyrics are lovely I love these ones “If this universe was a classroom/ We are all together still learning/ I realized nothing stays the same forever/ And now I can be much nicer than I was yesterday” and “Goodbye is the word of love I can give to you/ For me, of course I wanted to stay with you forever/ But nobody can escape from goodbyes eventually?/ So I’m not gonna show my tears” that last one with Sayonara Baby I thought of how it’s hard to say goodbye to certain things and I remember the times I held my tears in the past because I didn’t feel okay to admit that reality. I loved those lyrics and the ones for TABIJI I love how the lyrics brought up about life and how we are all under the same universe and learning but also on how we can let go of hate because each day is a new day and we don’t know what to expect. It’s like saying that with a new day, kindness and understanding are very important. I love it. Hehe  I bring back some of my past to you with UNWELL by Matchbox Twenty because as a kid I related to the lyrics even though I didn’t fully comprehend them until now and I love how I felt the energy of the lyrics and when I was alone and I felt odd and anxious as a kid I saw that in that track. I played it a lot as well. I didn’t feel understood. If anyone has felt that and even if you did too Yoongi, this track is for y’all. I feel you. I also really love the track FIRE WATER!!!! It’s one of my favorites!!! 🔥🌊 🎶WE ARE BURNING WILD AND FREEEEEEEEEEEE🎶 yesssssssss!!!! Lol I found this track I got into and it’s just pure instrumentals and it’s called YOUR HAND IN MINE and you can just feel that soft energy as it picks up. Something about it is just beautiful to me and I added it second to last because I wanted to leave a soft sentiment and I thought of you.☺️ Your hands are in our hands. Let’s all take care of each other well. 💜 I ended the playlist with another favorite track of mines by SADE called THE SWEETEST GIFT and it is for you. My Valentine’s Day gift to The Historian really got out of hand, considering the fact that I generally do not celebrate the holiday.

This is a jar full to the brim with origami musical hearts and stars (mostly hearts). I decorated the jar with painstakingly placed washi tape, topped with a bird attached to the jar - made with the score of Vaughan Williams’ The Lark Ascending.

It fell on a Wednesday, which means that usually, he was in his office 2pm - 6pm prepping for his 6pm class, but I have a hunch that on that day, he may have gone to spend time with his wife with that kind of free time 💜.

I got an email the next day (after I experienced every minute crawl by in anticipation) - an email totally worth the week of sleepless nights:

There is indescribable joy in having reduced such a wordy man into a pile of exclamation points; of this work, I am proud. I replied that I hoped this was a positive response [a little late for caution but….]

He said, “No it’s lovely! A bit crazy, but lovely! Thank you!“ Me: “To be fair, I am a bit crazy, but lovely.” [I CAN’T BELIEVE I SAID THAT]

Him: “Sounds about right!”

I caught him the next day during his prep time, and between some of my own classes, I said to him, hey! And he said to me, so fondly and teasingly, “Hey, you crazy lady.”

Two months later I saw it still on his desk, hiding from student eyes but clearly in his line of sight in a tight corner. 💜💜💜

🐺Wolfpants👖Appreciation Post

I've been meaning to publicly flail over the lovely @wolfpants for a while now but I've been a bit low on spoons and very good at procrastinating. I'm still low on spoons and I'm also in a funk but in my opinion there's no better way to get out of the funk than to pay it forward, so I'm going all out on the kindness and purple love front.

So, at this point many of you probably know that I am positively obsessed with Tiny Home. I've flailed on Tumblr, in the comments section on AO3 in my fandom fam's DMs, in Wolf's DMs, and in multiple Discord channels. Am I done flailing? Nope. Not even close to done. I'm so full of love for this gorgeous 30K Dronarry with three idiots falling in love and making a life for themselves, breathtaking smut and such sweetness that my heart just can't take it. This fic is so good that right after finishing it, I scrolled back up to the top and started reading it all over again. This fic is one of those few fics where I wish I could oblivate myself and read it again for the first time.

And then there's this soft Dronarry titled A Little Effort which also melted me. There's just something about Draco's determination in that gorgeous fic and also Ron's willingness to help and then Harry's unadulterated joy at the end. Ever since Wolf's fics waltzed into my life, I've learnt that I cannot live without the softness of those three together in my life, because it's just, well, it's perfect.

Edges blew my frigging mind, because, oh my freaking gosh! The CNC element and the D/s undertones might not be everyone's cup of tea but they were mine and I'm utterly unapologetic about it. It was truly, truly, truly perfect.

And lastly (I mean, please, read every single one of Wolf's fics because they are just so so so good!), Wolf's Romp and Circumstance quite possibly ruined me for life. Like, the softness, the tension, the descriptions, the intensity, Harry's unashamed confidence, Draco's sex appeal... I devoured it the second I saw the notification pop into my inbox. Literally nothing was more important than reading that Regency!Drarry perfection, not even my own writing.

I wanted to limit myself to three recs, but I am unable to stop here and not flail over The Hollow. Remus/Draco is not a pairing I would have ever considered in a million years. For no other reason that I simply don't appear to be that imaginative (says the writer) but phwoar was this a treat. Remus' relationship with Sirius, despite being gone from this world, Draco's pain, their mutual connection, the intensity of it all, but also the softness. It blew my mind completely.

What this ramble essentially boils down to is me publicly declaring that I'm utterly in love with Wolf's kindness, the fact that they indulge my flailing, that they are simply one of the sweetest and kindest people, and that I am so fortunate to have had the opportunity to enjoy such perfection. Wolf, keep an eye out for a little gift coming your way in the very near future ;-) Much love 💜
