oh gosh i am getting soooo close to finishing this part 3 for let’s go, don’t wait

got some sweet low cal foods to help with cravings. I usually just eat one spoonful when i feel like having something sweet and it helps so much.

skyr vanilla yoghurt: 78kcal/100g

this one tastes so bad imo (like all of skyr tbh) unless you mix it with something, so berries/honey/some chocolate etc.

lychee jelly: 81kcal/100g

keept this refrigerated, trust me, so so much better. I mainly eat this bc i like the nata de coco pieces in there with the lychee aftertaste. you can also just get those but it’s not the same

protein vanilla quark: 67kcal/100g

actually tastes good, if you like quark you’ll like this, it’s so creamy and only has a little sweetness. technically could also add berries etc to this one but i love it by itself.
