Hear me out, Mephisto right as the fight starts, before they go into that magic arena, suddenly goes eyes wide and gasps and shouts out a spell in the direction of the girls, who are confused as to why nothing happened, then he charges at them running full speed, and they think he's about to attack them but he full goes over them like they aren't even there and catches a small child that was about to fall off a cliff.

The spell was to catch the kid because he wouldn't have got there in time without it

He sets the kid down, smiles nicely, and tells them to run along now so he can fight some ladies and then goes right back to being evil like nothing just happened

The girls are perplexed

Ooo bonus points if the little kid told him they wanted their toy back and he did one of those magic bubbles and made it move over to him so he could give the little kid the plushy that they dropped faster (likely the reason they almost fell) and then gets back into fighting mode

I have this cool idea for an Eggman piece that I'm obsessed with and have tried sketching a couple of times but I don't think it's going to come out how I'm picturing it but this is a case where I can't settle for less like I usually do but I know the outcome won't be anywhere near as cool and badass as I'm imagining it but I'm itching to produce it more than I have with any art in a while lol. I have to try though so I'm gonna keep at it

I love her Scarlet Lady AU! As someone who’s a fan of Chloe and the potential she had, I love seeing her be the very worst! While also still being humanized by the narrative

It’s all I really asked for with Chloe, and if I wanted her to get a redemption arc I could write it myself, make your own food and I really appreciate it! Plus the art and designs are soooo good oh my gosh-

the thing is that childhood doesn't just end when you turn 18 or when you turn 21. it's going to end dozens of times over. your childhood pet will die. actors you loved in movies you watched as a kid will die. your grandparents will die, and then your parents will die. it's going to end dozens and dozens of times and all you can do is let it. all you can do is stand in the middle of the grocery store and stare at freezers full of microwave pizza because you've suddenly been seized by the memory of what it felt like to have a pizza party on the last day of school before summer break. which is another ending in and of itself

The fact that people don't think friendship is enough to justify characters doing insane acts of love for each other baffles me.
