Heyy,love your headcanon stuff! Especially the Batboys things

Wondering if you could do a few headcanons with the Batboys where the reader gets injured from a sport,work or something like that and they hide it from the Batboys?

It's all good if you can't or already have written something similar to this :)

Dick

Thought everything was okay until he started to notice how you’d carefully and meticulously planned out how you should move your body, which almost made you look robotic in the process.

That was when he knew something was wrong when you refused to let him hold your afflicted side, strict that you weren’t in the mood for it, but it was obvious to dick that wasn’t the case.

He’d even notice your breath hitched in your throat when you moved a certain way too fast, pulling on your injured side in a way that caused you to stop and try to breathe through the pain that was coursing through your body before continuing on with your day as though nothing had happened.

‘Are you okay sweetheart?’ He’d ask softly as you held your side instinctively when you caught it on the edge of the counter, it was a brief bump but it was enough to have you fighting back tears from streaming down your face.

‘No.’ You’d whimper, ‘I’m not. I’m hurt dickie bird.’

With that dick immediately gets you to bed and assess the situation with your side, only to see a particularly nasty looking bruise blossoming across your side in hues of purple, yellow and more. ‘Oh why didn’t you say anything sooner?’ He says as he gingerly held a pack of ice against your bruises, holding your hand with the other as you squeezed it the moment the ice pack made content with your tender side.

‘I didn’t want you to worry about me and my stupid bruises.’ You admitted and dick couldn’t help but kiss your forehead.

‘I’ll always a worry about you sweetheart, no matter what I’ll always worry. So let me take care of you now.’ Dick told you as he then dedicated the rest of his spare time to making sure to ice your bruises while smothering you in kisses and words of affirmation into your skin to take your mind off of the ache in your side.

Damian

He just knows you’re hurt and it’s best not to act like you’re not because it’s not fooling him in the slightest.

Even if you tired to pass it off as something that’ll go away eventually, Damian would see through such an excuse with ease.

‘If that’s the case then why are you still struggling to pick up a kettle when making yourself a drink?’ He would ask and suddenly your mouth became dry and a mind blank of ideas on how to answer that.

Your silence was enough of an answer for Damian to know that you were full of shit and were only making things worse for yourself out of sheer stubbornness to not admit to him that you were hurt.

So Damian took it upon himself to make sure that your hand was properly bandaged, while telling you that you were not allowed to do anything that could cause you more discomfort or make things worse for yourself.

However he would personally over see your healing process himself when he wasn’t on missions, making sure that you were taking your medication, drinking enough fluids and eating enough food while doing the harder tasks for you without a single word uttered past his lips.

Damian was serious about your healing and didn’t want to see you further descend into pain if he could help it while with a look of perpetual annoyance upon his face.

‘If it bothered you so much to look after me then don’t bother-‘

‘No.’

‘No?’ You asked.

‘I don’t trust you to not hurt yourself even more, so let me do it until you can actually lift a kettle again.’ He said and you couldn’t help but smile at his way of saying that he didn’t want you to further hurt yourself out of fear, even if he did possess a unique way of saying it, but you wouldn’t have Damian any other way.

Jason

Had a suspicion that you were injured the moment you didn’t allow yourself to fully utilise your foot without groaning, grabbing on the nearest surface to steady yourself before trying to act like nothing ever happened.

Once Jason had enough of you pretending you were okay, when you clearly weren’t, He doesn’t hesitate to carry you off to your room with little struggle and put you down on your bed.

‘Jason what the-‘

‘You’re hurt and you didn’t think to tell me?’ Jason asked, a little hurt that you didn’t seemly guest him enough to admit to them you were injured, which only made him wonder about all the other times you had been hurt but didn’t say anything to him and instead suffered in silence until you were passed off as fine.

‘I didn’t want to worry you!’ You replied, seeing the hurt in his eyes and immediately feeling bad about your decision because you knew Jason valued honesty and respect in your relationship, and so you could only imagine what was going through his mind upon finding out that you were hiding something from him after having told him everything in your relationship thus far.

‘Of course I’m going to be worried when you’re hurt, you’re hurt and I don’t know how!’ Jason exclaimed but his hands remained gently when elevating your foot on the closest pillow he could find within reach. He then placed a soft, featherlight kiss to your ankle, leaving a pleasant tingle there as he looks at you tiredly. ‘I just want you to come home safe and not in bits, I just want to protect you and keep you happy.’

‘You already do that enough as it is jay birdie!’ You cried as you grabbed his hand and held it close to your chest, thumb rubbing at the pulse point on his wrist soothingly, while kissing each and every one of his fingers. ‘Besides I just tripped up on something when on my daily jog and it sprained my ankle, nothing more, nothing less.’ You explained to him as you pleased with your eyes for him to believe that you were telling the truth.

Jason, being the massive softy that he was towards you, sighed and squeezed your hand. ‘Okay chipmunk but I best not see you walking on your ankle until you’re better.’ He said sternly and you couldn’t help but chuckle.

‘As long as my jay birdie is the one taking care of me, then I’ll never step a toe out of this bed, it’s too comfy.’ You said and Jason visibly relaxed as he kissed your forehead. ‘That’s a shame, I like the aspect of having to carry you back to bed, I didn’t get my morning kiss before you left for your daily jog after all.’ He whispered against your skin.

You and Jason use your sprained ankle as an excuse just to cuddle and spend time together to make up for lost time between the two of you.

Bruce

Another one who’s sharp eyes immediately knows that your hiding your hurt from him.

The biggest give away was the fact that you didn’t put much weight on your afflicted foot and instead poorly attempted to hide your hobbling and facial expressions of intense discomfort you’re putting yourself through just to leave him unsuspecting.

You failed on all grounds when dating/married to a detective/vigilante.

Bruce knows you’re not okay and he’s not going to allow you to make things worse for yourself either, as soon enough he has Alfred help him set up a comfortable space for you to properly rest for the foreseeable future, making sure you had everything you could possibly need and more to make your healing journey more durable.

Even if you tried to deflect any and all notation that you were hurt. Bruce would look at you unimpressed because you were talking to someone who had once tried to fuck up thugs with a couple broken rips, fractured bones and more, only to be stopped by Alfred who walked him back to the manor like a disappointed and overtired father.

Bruce now understood what Alfred felt when he practically had to carry you to your shared room where you were to remain bed bound, not until Alfred said you were cleared to walk the manor without flaring up your injury.

‘This isn’t fair! It’s just a sprain!’ You cried as Bruce made sure that your pillows were fluffed and that your comforting blankets were even fluffier.

‘A sprain that could’ve worsened with how you treated it.’ Bruce replied as he put aside the ibuprofen gel and paracetamol tablets on the nightstand along with a glass of water before gently but quickly elevating your bandaged foot with a pillow.

‘Still i could’ve handled it myself.’ You muttered under your breath.

‘If by better you mean make it worse and prolonging the healing process, then yes I’d say you had it handled well.’ Bruce said sarcastically that you couldn’t help but notice the irony in the statement.

‘You’re just as worse!’ You pointed out, ‘how many times has Alfred has to stop you from going out at night while severely hurt?’

‘Too many to count.’ Bruce said under his breath but he only smiled at you and kissed your forehead before getting up from the bed and moved to the door of your shared room, but just as he was about to leave he gave you a pointed look. ‘You.stay.here.’ He gestured to the bed before leaving you to look up at the ceiling, knowing that if Bruce was going to be looking after you, there’s was little to no chance that he would let you step even a toe out of bed without looking at you like a overtired husband.

Bonus: baby dick and Jason are your ‘bodyguards.’ Who will tell Bruce if you even tried to leave bed before you were fully healed.

Havok and Cyclops dysfunction part 1

Hellions was a bit of a goldmine for Summers family drama. Alex had a bit of an episode and reverted to his AXIS inversion persona (not sure if that's the right word, but it seems to have triggered ongoing mental health issues, primarily violent disassociation.) He would have killed a bunch of humans if LOGAN didn't stop him.

Scott turns on big brother mode immediately, which is understandable, and the first time we see any hint of him standing against the Quiet Council. It's a little problematic - what makes Alex exempt from the same treatment as any other mutant? Scott implies he'd violently prevent the council from putting him in the pit if he killed people. He's right to object, as this is a complex issue, a health issue. That applies to everyone else in the dock too, though. For now, he's only willing to stand against injustice that affects those he loves nepotistically. Then fucking Sinister speaks up.

It's so very obvious that Sinister is arguing in bad faith. He already has too much power and any proposal giving him power over the vulnerable is indefensible. Everyone here should be aware of how much trauma this piece of shit has inflicted on Scott, Alex, and many more. Alex kinda thinks he deserves it, though he'll waver on that. Everyone on the council knows exactly what Sinister is, and I think not being more proactive with minimising the harm he could cause and making him redundant were massive failures. They need him for his genetic database and they'd prefer to not have him as an enemy, but he was given too much rope.

Sinister's proposal is The Hellions - the problem children of Krakoa sent on missions that reward their antisocial violence. After Greycrow executes Empath for messing with their heads, Havok argues he shouldn't be here. Kwannon disagrees and flags Alex's 'demons' - despite him coping okay with being at ground zero of Summers brother trauma. His 'demons' disagree too.

In a scenario practically designed to destabilise Alex, Maddie Pryor is there effectively utilising girl power. It's hard to tell how much of a factor magic is here but Alex slips into the role of Goblin Prince quickly. Maddie is pissed off - at Krakoa, at Scott, at Jean, at Sinister most of all. Angry at being used and discarded while her tormentor is rewarded, angry that they made a mutant nation for everyone except her. She plans to take Alex's head and throw it at their feet before overrunning Krakoa with an army of demons and cloned Marauders. Sadly, she gets shot, again.

Alex takes her words to heart and advocates for her resurrection. It's not the only reason, but the point is moot because the council votes no. Scott tried as well, though we only have his word to go off. I like to think he would, but he's not very supportive of Alex here. It's a far cry from his willingness to fight the council on his behalf. I guess a soldier will find violence easier than emotional labour. Honestly, it's difficult to tell where Scott is at here. He's incredibly family oriented in other books, but the good times are always easier than the bad times. This tracks with my experience of needing support from people and not getting it.

A good while later, Mastermind traps the Hellions in illusions of their deepest fantasies and desires. Alex's is ... interesting. Fantasy Maddie is nothing like RL Maddie, but she wants him and only him. That he's about to fuck a robot is grimly humorous and a little sad.

That illusion doesn't last, as it was only there to be yanked away and inverted. I'm skeptical that Alex would find this unpleasant, but it says something that fantasy Maddie is pliable and easygoing. 'Nightmare' Maddie has all the power and is an explicit callback to Inferno.

The illusion starts to break down which Alex interprets as Maddie punishing him by leaving. He practically shouts his insecurities and anxieties at Kwannon and Greycrow. They're not judging him, but he's not fooling anyone. Alex isn't scared of being alone and has no thoughts about being a budget Scott Summers. Totally.

Alex still thinks he doesn't belong in the Hellions, and he's right. Nobody does. However, he's ashamed to be associated with them in public. After all they've been through it's a dick move. Orphan Maker and Greycrow are definitely talking about themselves, but their comments fit Alex pretty well too.

This last one isn't really on theme - I just think it's hilarious. She did indeed eat his hands and him apologising for it is perfect.

I didn't really plan to explore Scott and Alex's relationship here, I just started off with Havok scans I found interesting. As I was thinking of a title, some theme that links these moments, it occurred to me that their relationship gets a lot of focus on Krakoa. It's spread out over half a dozen books or so, but that's for part two. They definitely have issues though - oh yes, and being around Sinister doesn't help.

"Seven Dwarf" robots (1993) by Kevin Warwick et al, Cybernetics Intelligence Research Group, University of Reading, UK. The Seven Dwarves are insect-like robots that autonomously explore their circular corral. The third and fourth photos above show 'Happy' and 'Bashful' respectively. Their goal is to move forward but not hit anything. Using their sonar sensors, they learn by trial and error how to achieve this goal. The robots communicate using infra-red LEDs located on the top of the head. Each robot transmits on its own frequency so other robots can identify which one is talking. They are controlled by a Z80 microprocessor, simulating an artificial 'brain' of around 50 brain cells, but even so, only 50% of the compute power is ever utilised. Rechargeable batteries provide over five hours of charge.

Real time flocking behaviour is achieved using a subsumption like architecture. The flock follows a leader, but can split up to go around obstacles by dynamically creating new leaders. Any robot can become a leader, and they transmit whether they are a leader or a follower. A robot becomes a leader if it can't see another robot ahead of it. Followers follow other robots, but give higher priority to following the leader.

OPM Webcomic Chapter 153 Review

Another straight-to-meta chapter. This chapter continues the flit from place to place, seeing how various heroes are reacting to the small issue of an organization bidding to take over the world by abolishing free will, starting with a little light genocide.

Reading this chapter, what I felt was not so much excitement as satisfaction. A lot of characters are having their tensions resolved. My first reaction was that indeed, the chickens are coming home to roost. Some of them are welcome.

Sweet Mask has finally discarded his mask to reveal his true, ugly self, and he's found that perfect hero symbol along the way. Webi's choice to pursue Amai in the first place is contextualised. Her ambition to outdo him and her choice of heroism as a means of doing so is rooted in her hatred of feeling helpless. She doesn't stop, even though she's overheating dangerously, even though she feels like she's careening out of control. But she doesn't attack the crowd cheering her on despite the attempted remote take over of her modifications. That's not surprising: from the get-go, we've been told that body modifications are taken up by people who have both the physical and mental strength to withstand the process and utilise their modifications, and those people need the mental clarity as to why they're putting themselves through surgery. It's a world away from the zombiefication the Organization has been inflicting on people they 'treat' and also nothing like the suits carelessly donned by unsuspecting Neo Heroes.

With Sweet Mask coming through to both save her and recruit her directly into helping him disable the suited erstwhile Soda Pop Boys, she feels seen by her idol and vindicated in her efforts.

We have Darkshine finally regain his confidence thanks to the C-Class hero, Protien Shaker, pointing out that he didn't so much go into hiding as get a much-needed mental health break. I can point out that it's all awfully convenient and out of nowhere, but we know that the webcomic is thinly-written. I'll say instead that Darkshine is a lovely guy and we've been rooting for him to get a break, however it comes. I'll also say that it's an indication of how isolated heroes are in this world that this appears to be the first time that someone is earnestly talking *to* Darkshine.

The last two chapters have been showing us that after their surprise, the S-Class heroes have been showing just why they're as feted as they have been. Not only have they been making short work of the robots, but they're also strong enough to help the controlled Neo Heroes despite the latter's freakish strength. Nowhere is this more evident than with Tank Top Master. Not only does he come through and save a surrounded Accel, literally taking on the slings of outrageous misfortune (um, okay, enough Shakespeare -- spear points, that's what I meant so say), and refusing to shame a penitent Accel. Having to pick himself up again and again has developed in TTM a core of determination tempered with humility, and he uses this to tell Accel to save himself so that he can come back again and be stronger. The latter runs off at Tank Top Master's urging but runs in the direction of the Hero Association in the hopes of conveying some useful information.

When it comes to learning humility the hard way, looks like wc Suiryu is going on a speedrun! He realised that the suits were a trap but alas, it was too late for him. I feel bad for him, but not too bad. If I'm going to feel bad for somebody, I'm going to save it for Psykos, who appears to have only agreed to help Fubuki and her group on condition that she gets to go away and that Fubuki doesn't come looking for her, no matter what happens. She's such a sad figure now. From the way she refers to Fubuki as President, it's clear that she still has respect for her one-time senior, and from the way she looked out for them as a rampaging Suiryu charged, it's clear that she still cares.

What do I need to say about Mumen Rider? We already knows he does heroism perfectly, and thanks to his modified suit, he's able to merge that pure heart with the strength to do more than be a noble punching bag for the villain-de-jour. He's able to do a lot but, this time, he's before a maddened martial artist in a suit. I worry for him. There's a reason many a hero gets their commendation for bravery posthumously, and maybe, martyrdom is what Mumen's really been aiming for all this time. ONE might yet give it to him.

With so much happening everywhere, it's anybody's guess where we'll go next: back to the showdown between Bofoi and Child Emperor, back to Neo Hero HQ and the epic fights between Metal Bat and Erimin and Destro, o that between Ryomon and A, onto the Hero Association HQ and what's going down there, catch up with Genos, or stay where we are and see Mumen Rider face what really could be his final opponent. And, of course, there is Saitama, wrecking his way through things. There are so many chickens coming home.

There is just one thing I haven't addressed. Remember what Machine God Body gloated about to Genos? About becoming one of the pillars of The Plan, thanks to his absorbing the others? The really gnarly weapons have probably not shown up yet.

This ain't over by a long shot.

"The Thallax were specialised, cybernetically-augmented shock troops manufactured and principally used by the Ordo Reductor of the ancient Mechanicum. The particular augmentations undergone by one of the Thallax are both severe and extreme, retaining only the brain (and in many cases the skull and spinal column), the life-sustaining viscera and nervous system as the basis of the articulated and armoured robotic frame which encompasses it. Other principal features of the design included a high-energy compact reactor system (whose emanations could not be endured by a less augmented organic system), allowing for extremely potent portable weaponry to be utilised, embedded Incunabulan Jet-Pack systems and arcane implanted sensory apparatus operating outside the usual realm of organic perception.

The 6 Thallax from the HH Mechanicum box, which I will be using as Kataphron Breachers in 40k. These lads are my favourite unit from the Mechanicum range, both in looks and lore and I forever hope and wish they get legend-ed in to 40k (never happening I know, but a trooper can dream). I shoved them onto some 60mm bases to avoid any "modeling for advantage" accusations and I'm pleasantly surprised by how ok they look on the larger base size, I was worried they'd look a bit weedy but I think they fill the space well (though I am very biased). They have some really cool extra gun options, with the Phased Plasma Fusil's, Photon Thrusters and Multi-Melta's, but not enough to fill a whole squad with. I dont want to muddy the proxy waters any further than I am already, so they're all getting the same, still very cool, Lightning Guns that I can pretend are Heavy Arc Rifles. So I'll keep the fancy ones for future kitbashing. Pic with Skit for Scale under the cut.

Sonic X Liveblog: Season 1 Episode 1 (Part 1)

Welcome to the first of my liveblog of Sonic X! For more context, please read this post first. Now without further ado, let’s get into it!

We begin with the intro song and one of the first noticeable differences between the sub and dub of Sonic X is the different opening! Sonic Drive is a pretty good song, the lyrics are certainly a good match for Sonic. Although having grown up with the 4Kids version of this show I think I’ll forever hold a fondness for Gotta Go Fast

...Whichever one you prefer though I think we can all agree they’re both better than the European intro song.

Hi Big!!!! It’s so funny that Big was pretty much to final official Sonic character to make a debut in STC which was my previous liveblog, and here in this new liveblog he’s the first character we see after the intro!

Oh shit this background music is awesome! This is what I’ve been missing out on all these years?

It’s a very action-packed opening so far!

As I’ve said before I’m not terribly familiar with the Japanese voices prior to watching this but hearing Tails and Amy for the first time I do think they match well with the characters

Oooh right, rings! I forgot that was thing in Sonic X. It’s funny to think about the different approaches different Sonic media have taken to adapting the game mechanic. They’re minor powers-up here and in SatAM, they’re portals in the live action movies (although that’s probably more meant to be like the special stage warp rings)

I don’t think I’ve ever noticed this while watching the show previously but is Sonic’s curled up mode done with a 3D model??

Dang, I know he’s powered up right now but Sonic is POWERFUL to smash through two giant robots like that

X, just like any kids anime, isn’t afraid to go with more humorous expressions. Honestly this is the tip of the iceberg from what I remember

Of course, also like many made for TV anime, areas where the animation budget can be trimmed with techniques such as static objects (or hands in this case) moving towards the camera just by getting bigger, will be utilised.

No shade though, it is sometimes the trade-off you have to deal with when you produce multiple episodes of something in a relatively short turnaround

Ooooooooh okay his voice is interesting! I don’t know if it’s just this one line but he’s very soft spoken compared to his various English voices, a touch younger sounding too? Will be interesting to hear what his voice is like whenever he shouts or gets angry

And now not only do we get to see Eggman himself making his first appearance, but also his henchmen for this series. I’ve made this joke before on my main but it’s really funny how with his henchmen they always seem to fall into the category of either one abused genius, or 2-3 dumbasses.

Yeah, Eggman’s Japanese voice is about what I expected it to sound like.

Meanwhile, Cream has a very adorable little voice! I already knew in Japanese that she always refers to people with the -san honorific since she has a polite personality but it’s funny to hear her call Dr Eggman that too

Everyone is here! I do realise they have everyone together in one location for story reasons so that everyone will end up on Earth by the end of the episode but is there any actual reason as to why Eggman kidnapped Cream? Or why Rouge is here?

Jesus that’s bright! Like he’s standing directly in front of stadium flood lights

Eggman’s robots in X certainly have a different design philosophy than in other Sonic media. Lot’s of plain silver or gold metallic finishes, and they usually have these very distinct glassy eyes/cameras

They’re awfully calm about this aura of god-knows-what heading towards them

He has subtle little eyelashes :)

Anyway, Junichi Kanemaru as Sonic is the one Japanese voice I was already familiar with prior to watching this. It’s good, there’s a reason he’s been voicing the guy from before I was born up to this very day. It might be a little difficult for me to get used to though, considering I’m very used to Roger Craig Smith, who’s voice direction for Sonic is kinda deeper, especially in Frontiers.

No commentary, I just like this shot

This makes me realise how little people in the Sonic movies freak out about Sonic’s appearance. Tom, Maddie, Robotnik and Maddie’s-sister-whose-name-i-forget are like, the only ones who really have big reactions.

Going by Sonic’s reaction though, the surprised feeling goes both ways

Yeah, speaking of the humans in X, their designs are ok. Bit bland, definitely don’t reach my personal gold standard of the human character designs in Unleashed, but at least they aren’t terribly jarring compared to the mobians

Here are the eyecatches- fact sheets! Very fun! I don’t speak Japanese but it’s easy to know from context that 100cm, 35kg, and 15 are his height, weight, and age respectively.

Using google translate though, the top three are different variations of his name, the fourth down is his species (hedgehog), fifth is his gender (male) and the bottom point says he has supersonic running speed

finished saiki k and i am not coping well

yeahh i get why they said theres no development until the last 2 episodes. because i have thoughts. more than i had for season 2 or season 1.

cannot believe this is only about three episodes. how is this just three???? im just going to go in chronological order and hope for the best and barely proofread loll

the future talks. ohhh i am ill about the future talks. saiki kusuo has more pressing matters than his future and it kills me every time. because he cant focus on himsef- there is an active volcano that he has always been rewinding time for. he cannot have the time to think about university or a future career until this is all over, which is so unlike me (a normal teenager) that it makes me ill because this is what a normal teenager should be thinking about, not the fucking country that you have to save by yourself. and at least i was so happy that they were crowding around kusuos desk until they started talking about the very future that he has to save, and then i was even happier to hear that kuboyasu and hairo want to become teachers because those types of characters always kill me (despite the fact that the anime also made fun on the fact that it is a trope too) and they are both really good picks from the gang to actually become them. i also enjoyed the quiz game they did to guess kusuos college- teruhashi was the only one to get a ‘hm good guess’ out of kusuo, and his chosen places are literally ‘economics’ ‘literature’ ‘literature’ and the fact that everyone said “thats so normal”in distaste implies that they believe that kusuo could do better. and then THIS.

and the fact kusuo thinks “maybe this could go on forever…” with a smile on his face???? like my dude you are wayy too attached to them noww..

ok so it seems i might even just. be doing a paragraph per episode. now.

the robot?? i agree with what i said my first watch: WHY IS THE SAIKI FAMILY SO DEPENDANT ON GENERATIVE AI AND ROBOTS. i wasnt sure which one it would do- if it would fool all his friends or if it would be too suspicious for them. but i was dead wrong- it says ‘yare yare’ too many times and it is obviously saiki kusuo in the flesh (get it?). i was growing more concerned (and out of breath from laughing) at all the shenanigans that happened along with how kusuo attempted to get rid of it, showing a bit more of his battle iq and intelligence along with his relationships with the other psychics, through his quick strategizing along with utilising his abilities to help in specific situations, along with the relationships he has cumulated with them in order to get them to trust him and follow his word when serious times arise. not only that, but kusuke gets additional information about all of that along with us the audience because he is also a part of the audience (my brain hurts from some of this stuff).

then for the battle. i am illllllll. so. for many many episodes, we have watched kusuo try and make plans to avoid his friends in all sorts of situations. but this bit? its golden. he finds a disadvantage from not knowing what toritsuka has been doing all week, and that temporarily weakens him until he comes up with a new plan on the given information he knows and has pieced together himself, and then used it to get his body back. then not only that, he begins to fight without his limiter. and we know its hard even with the limiter!! we watched him struggle to throw balls, and then practice to ensure that he could control his strength. amazing already, but then he begins to turn a bad situation into something favourable especially with toritsuka in the mix. because both saiki brothers are smart af. even if toritsuka isnt of use, kusuke reuses him as a hostage and then when that doesnt work, himself and the limiter (all things important to kusuo). kusuo is able to put together that the bomb was fake because kusuke spoke for too long and he remembered aiuras word and trusts her power.

and then the battle plan is so smart?? kusuo is able to use his disadvantages as advantages (teleportation doesnt need the 3 minute cooldown), and then purposefully drained his strength to be able to pick up the limiter and put it back into his head without breaking it. he could read toritsukas mind and realised that he didnt actually hate kusuo (i found how this was shown as really cool too? instead of the background it was soft shapes and colours implying friendliness as it showed both of them). he made enough of a friendship with toritsuka to get him not to hate him even after being brainwashed. kusuo dragged out the battle to try and gauge what the cat tank could do. AND HES SEVENTEEN. what shocked me further was the fact that he took out the limiter. which he thought would reveal his powers to the world. sure its an asshole thing of kusuke to say/do to kusuo but he at least disabled it a long time ago. but im more focused on kusuo. he took it out. he took it out. thats HUGE. he really thought he would be letting go of normalcy and never be able to go to school without being worshipped. and he did it on his own terms. i was so happy to see how he was smiling and happy thinking about his friends too.. like kusuo was happy with the time he spent with them as a normal kid. but then he was so ready to blast them with full power after both of their comments lolll. and i also found it interesting how kusuke took off his telepathy blocker when explaining why he disabled it so that his brother could know he was telling the truth. and the fact that they moved past the fact that kusuke made a limiter that completely erases kusuos powers?!??!?! and i was confused when toritsuka and kusuo moved past it so easily but. thank fuck they revisited that tidbit???? what made me sadder was the fact that kusuo wanted it so badly, and yet couldnt. because of the volcano. it was good foreshadowing when kusuo thought ‘move forwards.. theyre right. i should clean this up quickly’ in the first part of the episode and then to have this too.. the emotional turmoil is too much. on one hand he could get rid of powers he hates and yet he still has to save the world which he has been putting on hold because he needs more power. like yeah please kill me now, especially that last interaction between toritsuka and kusuo. like yeah hes fake mad at toritsuka at first but then he has to give his genuine thanks because there was no way kusuo would have won if it was just himself, as toritsuka was a key part of the battle from his new powers to his status as a hostage to the fact he broke past the brainwashing.

and when they finally start planning that trip (callback to the first segment of episode one!!) and they decide upon the place where an active volcano has tried to blow up for four years. absolute madlads. kusuo diverted them at first but its a comedy anime too- ofc they are going to oshimai.

and everyone asking why he cant go is hillarious too.. “what plans do you have?” “im sure its nothing important!” ‘im saving the world?!’ yeahhh he has to go, because he cares. he doesnt want them to cancel what they think is their last fun time together before third year. its not because his mom forced him. its because he loves them. the cumulation of four years with these losers has made kusuo soft for them.

when they actually get to oshimai, i would have loved to watch their shenanigans. im sure they are chaos incarnate while on a play date with each other, but i really liked how the anime showed the tension that kusuo had. even as the rest of them were having lighthearted conversations, there was always a pit in my stomach as kusuo continued to refer to the mountain and was generally downcast while the group did all of those activities i would have previously have laughed at if it was not for the huge threat right there and despite the fact that kusuo looks the same as always (silent, in the background, neutral face) i felt nervous because he had said so just barely a minute ago and hadnt mentioned again. its shown through the way he allowed teruhashi to do as she pleased, how he would look at the mountain constantly, not say anything mentally to the audience.. it was offputting and really set the vibes. his face reflected in the window, with owari yama right there too? perfect way to end the segment.

i found it clever how saiki used a previous part to help him: the robot. he now knows that nobody suspects anything if he just says ‘yare yare’ and he now uses this with his hypnosis (seen in many episodes, such as s1 ep 24) to mesh together a perfect stand in (according to his friends OOF). and then he uses the clones (from s2 ep22) to help with the eruption (s2 ep13). not only that, his plan is pretty good. he has already used toritsuka as a stand in (when kusuo turned kaido and nendo into stone) and then aiura has already helped him with a previous eruption which he had to turn back time on. it was also a callback to kusuo in the previous episode: no way kusuo would have asked kusuke for help on how to solve the volcano problem if they had not cleared some things up after the fight, and no way would he have if there was no power canceller, and no way if the limiter being pulled would still tell the world about his powers. this is a big climax towards things that the plot has been working towards, and it is a mix of everything: many specific instances, his training, previous lore, character development, his friends and family, kusuos priorities, his emotional stances. they all played some sort of part in his plan to enable time to move forwards.

i was concerned to see him beat up (because looookkk hes just two years older than mee and also pretty oppp) but i was so fuckin pumped that time was moving forwards and he was also pretty happy, given the smile. and the joy immediately left. because everyone showed up, and then to show that alternate universe where things were almost the same but slightly different?? and the fact that kusuo literally told all of them about his powers because he knew he could go back in time and erase all of that? its killing me because he did that because he knew he could experiment for a reaction and then erase it as if nothing actually happened. and it really seems like theres no getting out of it right. his friends saw him, they see the clones, they see toritsuka faking as kusuo, they see the real kusuo holding the ground and preventing the eruption. theres no lying to get out of it. but the same as i thought from the shipwrecked episodes, of course saiki kusuo gets out of it. kaido realises it too and he just wants the truth because he trusts kusuo so much. its been there since the beginning, how much kaido cares about saiki and wants him to be happy because kusuo has made kaido happy, and how much kaido values their friendship. he has always wanted kusuo to remain safe and happy and to be friends with each other.. we see how the rest of them just want kusuo to tell the truth, because they will love him no matter what. and it was shown through the alternate timeline, too, how they dont care about the powers, even if they dont understand, that they know kusuo and know that he has their best interests in mind because he is their friend. and somehow its nendo who is the reasonable one, we have seen him be kind and understanding towards both kusuo and others at so many instances but it is this one that touches kusuo because nendo has always been there for him, throughout all sorts of situations. sure he is dumb, but nendos strength is not athletics. it is his kindness.

then the fact that everyone agrees with him.. theres no way this is a comedy anime. this is a slice-of-life coming-of-age angst/horror anime which has comic relief. it was shown through the alternate timeline, too, how they dont care about kusuos powers, even if they dont understand, that they know kusuo and know that he has their best interests in mind because he is their friend. and he knows that even if it is a different timeline, that they would still remain the same in the stance. so he speaks. with his mouth. its huge!! his eyes are shiny because this is absolute confirmation that they would love him even if they knew that about him, because he has given them the same treatment- he has seen a huge part of them that they dont share, and he still loves them, so the opposite is also true. ..but he cant share it yet, not until his powers are gone of course. and it makes sense, of course. if i was one of his friends, i would prefer learning about that after his powers are gone- and this is a decision he is sure about. kusuos powers have caused him so much suffering. while he has many typical teenager traits, he is all in all, incredibly different due to his enlarged responsibilities over himself and the world. sure, his powers have helped him in many situations, but for kusuo, the bad outweigh the good and this has been his ultimate goal for a very long time. while removing his powers will not get rid of the weirdness surrounding him, it will get rid of a lot of the pain and stress. and i was so fucking excited when hairo said that kusuo called everyone over- because we the audience know what will be happening. and it would definitely be for the best, as kusuo really wants to apologise for many of the things that happened because of his powers.

and then the fucking window.

then this is why im very happy for the watch order to be posted. because this cliffhanger is too much without reawakened episode 6.

i find it so funny that while kusuo has lost his powers, that he still has the ability to break the fourth wall. when asked if his delusions are the same as kaido in middle schooler syndrome, he has to reply with an “absolutely not”. i love how he is feeling the effects of losing his powers. he has relied on his powers as another limb his entire life, and they are suddenly gone. even if they are overall bad, he still used them daily and isnt used to life without it because he was forced to live with it previously, meaning that he would find some use through the disadvantages. i also really liked how while kusuo could very blatantly feel the loss, he could also appreciate the beauties of normal life. actually be able to see his friends rather than just a skeleton, probably have a peaceful sleep, any of those powers he couldnt turn off have finally done so and he has a lot less weight as a result. it is really interesting to watch him try and get out of situations he would have previously avoided using his powers, as he has to rely on his own intuition and chance rather than himself and his abilities.

but it is an anime, and god hates him, so kusuo is stuck with teruhashi on their project. he sees the disadvantages everywhere- things that normal people are used to but he is not, and it seems like good representation for disability- having something and then suddenly having it gone, so you are only left with routines that are no longer possible because you are missing a key component. and not only that, there are hinders towards kusuos journey.

he gets a fucking bookshelf toppled over onto him. huhhhhhh???? would you really go so far as to kill a kid for accidentally becoming partners with a girl for one school project?? and i was also confused until i saw nendo- in all his glory. seriously, this guy is insanely good at protecting people without a single thought beforehand (he has to get it from his dad right). and not only that, we watch toritsuka and kuboyasu against the bullies- two people insanely good at beating people up. this is a great place to show some character development- nendo gives a speech to kusuo about how even the strongest can need protecting, and it is shown with how nendo instinctively went to protect him from the bookcase and toritsuka/kuboyasu went to beat up the ones who caused it.. finally kusuo himself can get protected by his friends. because he isnt used to it in the slightest. he desperately wanted to get rid of the powers without fully realising how much he relied on them for daily life. even in dangerous situations he would subconsciously rely on powers he doesnt have anymore, and he even realises it and doubts his decision. but nendo comes in and saves it and i find that very precious and important to kusuo to realise that he doesnt always have to be the overpowered one because there are people around him who still care regardless.

but it doesnt last. he cannot even get used to having no powers because they come back only two days later. the way it was presented was pretty cool, too, with how kusuos hand made an indent into the wall from where he slammed it, to the thought bubble from kusuke. and i also thought the way the dawning horror was shown was pretty cool. the purple and blue spirals towards a terrified kusuo without his limiters or glasses, at night, while kusuke continues talking and says that kusuo has evolved past being human in order to control his powers? yeah terrifying, i felt the horror in me too. because how long had he been evolving for? if hed gotten rid of the powers faster, would it have worked? if he hadnt spent so long on the volcano, could he be normal? was he ever actually normal? was it only recently since his body had changed to adapt? because with his body, kusuo relies on his powers. it could be compared to another heart, or a limb. his body needs powers because that is what they are used to. eyes that see through skin, a brain that can hear thoughts, muscles that are used to carrying boulders.. the list goes on and it shows that he has no choice but to use powers, as his mind has always been on fixing problems using parts of him that he has always had, his own biology has been on that. yeah psychological horror much.

the fact that it doesnt work. being told to live normally and peacefully without thinking about his powers doesnt work. because kusuo is far too used to them, he doesnt even think before using them for the little things in daily life such as opening the door or pushing in his seat. its like a papercut on your finger and only then do you realise how much you use that finger all the time- he doesnt realise it until its too late. and then he continues to remain ignorant until it actually happens, such as clairvoyance and new (useless) powers forming. he is already too used to it that he uses them without realising, because that was his normal. kusuo can also realise this with his dawning terror at each thing that happens with his power, with the foreboding patterns with dark colours and his horrified face. he is trying so hard to deny it because even if there are good things that come with his powers, ultimately, they cause him suffering. but it doesnt even fucking work.

its really sad to see him accidentally use powers, as they come back swiftly. kusuo is trying so hard to deny his symptoms but there is really no use: the illness is back. he teleported home, used clairvoyance, talked using telepathy, went invisible, used psycokinesis, saw through someone.. theres too many to deny that his powers are back. but kusuke asks valid questions: did anything good happen without them? and the answer is kusuo thinking about the bookshelf incident. because there are both good and bad things from it, he had to get protected and was weakened by the fact he couldnt see it coming, but it was good to know that so many people are willing to protect him. but then theres a fucking meteor. its also a manipulative thing for kusuke to do, asking that question and then thrusting a natural disaster upon his brother going through an existential crisis. because kusuo has a choice to make. he could try and suppress the powers even further and live a normal life until the end and let kusuke deal with it as that is the path that he chose. or kusuo could accept that the powers are a part of him and that people will still love him regardless, and make the choice to save the world and possibly never live normally again. and its a shitty situation all around. a seventeen year old should not have to make such a choice.

and yet he has to. because kusuo can hear his friends pleading for help, their fear, their reactions, confusion. kusuo knows he cannot have his father do something of this scale, or let his brother do something like that to their dad. he cant let the meteor hit earth because everyone he loves is there. kusuo was always one to complain verbally(mentally) about shit he gets wrapped up in, but from the context clues and his actions throughout the series, he has shown just how much he cares and tries to help even with how much he drags his feet and complains and insults. because all kusuo wants is for his friends to be happy, and to live normally. but those two things cannot coexist, at least not for long. and then he smiled. he chooses their happiness, because that is the kind of person kusuo is. he has said that he is a psychic in so many situations and for so many reasons, but at the start and end of the series, it is the same ten words.

“so my life of peace is over, but i feel that is not so bad after all.. perhaps i like to deal with hassles after all. yare yare. my name is saiki kusuo. and i am a psychic.”

ANESIDORA, or commonly known as PANDORA, was the creation of HEPHAESTUS as a punishment of the sin PROMETHEUS bore from stealing the fire from Zeus. the first human woman, she roamed the world with a mysterious jar (a pithos) that contained the ails and evils of the world. a "beautiful evil". traits intricately woven into every fibre of her being by the gods. a ticking time bomb, capable of unleashing havoc onto the very earth she steps on at any moment if she so wills it. that was the name and inspiration of the innate code woven into one entity. and for each cycle of the system, the entity was always present, always looping in the same fate like its predecessors; there unleashes a plague detrimental to any attempts to resist against the Gods, and her own fate lies in death, only to reincarnate once more. ISAIAH 54:16 states, "Behold, I have created the smith who blows the coals in the fire, and that brings forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy". and thus the "HEPHAESTUS" has created his magnum opus within the his governing realm. a tool of his. the capability of both creation and destruction, that even he finds himself captivated in the allure of the ingenuity of his mind. an infiltrator. a mole in the resistance of humankind. his.

"LIVIA" was the first to uncover the truth. And "Livia" was keen on utilising the entity for her benefit. therefore, when she found the unfortunate girl on the streets, whose entire existence was to be an unwitting spy, she knew she had to snatch PANDORA from the grasp of the smith and mold the code to backfire against its master.

"Livia" knew she hit jackpot. but she also knew of the dangers from the smith himself. after all, which craftsman would be pleased to have his magnum opus stolen by a no-good thief? in her mind, the best was to indoctrinate the young woman. even fleas know not to jump above the jar if suppressed for long enough. still, it didn't stop the young PANDORA to revere her mentor; no matter how the parasitic worms writhed in her mind that craved for discord, "Livia" helped soothe them. young Noel, or Boots (as she wore purple-laced boots when "Livia" first met her), was smitten. and when the time came for her mentor's long-overdued demise, she wept.

jaded was she who once blindly followed the "false" shepherd like a lost lamb. snarky and numbed, her moral compass fell into nothing but self-preservation and a self-serving attitude. Noel's mind came to the sobering revelation of the sadistic and unforgiving way she had been molded by the society around her. still, her humanity stayed hanging, though frayed and unstable. PERCY ("PERSEUS") LOCKLEY was the name of the newcomer who entered Zion. illegitimate son of some rich millionaire, he was a bitter yet determined young man who soon latched onto Noel for advice and help. he was there when Noel reunited and lost her father after all. he was like a younger brother to her, and a part of her despised the idea of tainting the younger folk's blazing indignation and determination against the unjust world. and so she stayed by him. and he stayed by her, scowling at anyone who dared to threaten him or his now adoptive sister. and when Noel's life as a rebel started gaining the Agents' notice (as a ship captain, as Smith's "long"-lost mole, Percy fought alongside her. he was the one true family she had left in this lonesome fate.

A Summary of Bryce Tankthrust's Timelines within the BRCU

The intention of this post is to review all major events involving/centred on Bryce Tankthrust across the BRCU timelines. Following the conclusion of BRYCE, a lot of considerable changes have been made to the overall nature of the pre-BRYCE Timeline theory that have immense and confusing implications. This will be a hopefully more concise attempt at deciphering the current state of the Timeline by only investigating one character, albiet a very significant and important one, and how her personal life as played out so far to our understandings.

As always, here's my BRCU Timeline reference!

Before the list commences, there's a few things that need to be explored.

Bryce Tankthrust's Birthday

Utilising her the publication date of the first video she featured in, her fanon birthday has been declared January 12th. Her birth year however, isn't as a clear anymore. The previous widely accepted assumption was 1971. This was initially inferred in Blame the Hero where in Episode 3, Bobby Worst mentions he is 7 years old. Later, there is a jumpcut that informs 40 years have passed, implying he is now 47 years old in the year 2033. However, the 1971 assumption operates under the impression that Bobby is 47 in the 2018, not 2033, throwing another spanner into the works. Otherwise, he'd be born in 1986.

Approaching this from a newer angle, Bryce is at least 10 when she meets Bobby, and 20 when she begins working for CallCo Phones. Utilising this logic, she has to be 20 or older by Episode 3, in which we see a 1990 NYE party being celebrated

The Current Timeline

Late 1960s

Bryce Tankthrust is born.

Bobby Worst is born.

Late 1970s

Bryce Tankthrust begins learning the Double Diva Diversion.

Bryce Tankthrust meets Bobby Worst at school. She cuts out her heart for him, and after a seemingly random and unprecedented interruption by Abraham Lincoln and Adolf Hitler, she grabs a dropped book about dictatorship and decides to run away with Bobby. Initially discarding the heart in a trash can, she retrieves it 20 minutes later.

Bobby Worst becomes an orphan after his father disowns him, and gets thrown into an orphanage.

Late 1980s

Bobby Worst is released from the orphanage at age 18.

Even Later 1980s

Bryce Tankthrust meets Donovan.

Bryce Tankthrust and Donovan begin seeing eachother.

Donovan dies after falling off a cliff.

Tammy Tankthrust is arrested and thrown in jail.

Bryce Tankthrust begins working at CallCo Phones

Bryce Tankthrust's heart (her own, that had been surgically reimplemented at age 10) fails. Gloria transplants an experimental mechanic heart into her; it is successful.

Bryce Tankthrust and Bobby Worst Reunite.

Bryce Tankthrust commissions Gloria to make a robotic reconstruction of Donovan.

After he was fatally injured by X, Bryce Tankthrust gives her heart to Donovan, so that he can perform surgery and give her his murder victim's heart.

Bryce Tankthrust murders the CEO of CallCo and his wife, and assumes his position as CEO of the company, now revamping it into Thankthrust Tellies.

1990

Bryce's heart (the one she got from the Accountant) fails, and she suffers cardiac arrest on New Years Eve.

Bryce Tankthrust moves offices.

Bobby Worst murders Delorio and the majority of Tankthrust Tellies' workforce and harvests their hearts to create a stockpile for Bryce. In the process, he undergoes a metamorphosis of sorts.

1990 - 1995

Bryce meets with the Angel Investment Firm, and declines their offer to take on 50% of her company.

Bryce Tankthrust rekindles with Gloria Goopty.

Bryce Tankthrust meets with the Angel Investment Firm again, and this time signs the contract with them.

Bryce Tankthrust moves offices again.

1996

Tammy Tankthrust is released from prison. Bryce and her mother also rekindle.

1996 - 2016

Bryce Tankthrust kidnaps the son of previous Tankthrust Enterprises employee Donna Phitts, and preserves his youth to make countless clones with hearts readily available for harvesting and utilising.

2020

Joe Biden wins the 2020 presidential election, and Bryce Tankthrust finishes her tenure as president of the United States of America.

2021

Joe Biden is inaugurated into office, and Bryce Tankthrust undermines the course of the election by initiating a capitol riot on January 6th.

News gets out that Bryce Tankthrust staged the incarceration of Bobby Worst when footage of the two of them conspiring is hacked and released to the public. As a result, all the stocks for her company plummet, and she is rendered bankrupt.

Queen Elizabeth II, who still holds a vendetta against Bryce, kidnaps Bobby Worst knowing it'll cause her significant grief and heartache.

Bryce Tankthrust and Donovan team up with the Mingeworthies to save Donovan, and defeat Queen Elizabeth II.

A heart begins growing inside of Bryce.

Bryce Tankthrust revitalises her company endeavours and continues business as per usual.

Bryce Tankthrust and Bobby Worst get married.

2023

The Angel Investment Firm terminate Bryce's contract upon learning she is no longer heartless. This also entails killing her directly consequently.

Bryce Tankthrust, Tammy Tankthrust, and Gloria Goopty initiate their contingency plan, and murder all the Angel Investors in a scheme involving Bobby Worst and Donovan.

Current Day.

this is such a stupid post but i finished watching poppy playtime chap 4 and i have critiques to make. rest assured i sat there like "HOLY SHIT THIS IS EPIC" the entire time but im still allowed to think critically about it. line break given for anyone who Does Not Care /lh

disappointed by the lack of utilisation of the antagonists. feels like they forgot the promo material they were putting out? having yarnaby be the stealth section felt odd to me when, considering his design, it may have been a better use of him to be a fakeout ally. to have him and his stupid face earn the trust of the player and have him oh so helpfully guide you through sections only to dump you right where the doctor wants you. rather than right out the gate go "THIS THING'S GONNA KILL YOU. AVOID HIM FOR 40 MINUTES (IF HE SPAWNS AT ALL)".

im also SOOOOO sad that baba wasn't used more. baba's trailer led me to believe they were a stealth-based "hiding in plain sight" kind of stalker, hunting down the other animals to survive. imagine if baba had been better used during the bit where you walk through piles and piles of dead critters. if things started moving and items were conveniently placed to lure you towards them. i also think baba should have been a RECURRING threat that lurked around the various entrances to safe haven, and something that you'd have to leave traps to defeat. not just..... hey run in circles for a while as this screaming sheep swings for your ankles.

im not even gonna talk abt how lacklustre the doctor was im so sorry. phenomenal voice acting and promo material only to have his boss fight end so so so soon. devastating. a failed tumblr sexyman. why not really use his power? his sense of control? FORCE the player to kill, don't give them a ceiling out. make him close and open doors as he wants, make him control the path you take and force you to see his ways, making the player EARN the right to confront him rather than "ah fuck fine. you can come see me now i guess." also the robot army should've been a constant throughout the chapter. they should've been left everywhere, "deactivated". you should have felt his presence constantly. look how i said im not gonna talk about it and then i talked about it thats how upset i am /j

ollie reveal was good but we all knew he was evil. prototype is definitely elliot ludwig.

also. doey..... i see what they were going for. could've been executed better. video tapes still made me tear up and the final design literally made me pause. banger just needed tweaks.

I just finished watching the new tpot episode and ouhhggggghhhhhh I have thinks and thoughts

Massive spoilers ahead, this is kinda a full episode review atp, I ramble a lot

First off I really liked One's area, it's super pretty and mystical but somehow feels sinister in a way? Like it's a little too dark to be fully whimsical and fun and mystical without a sinister hint to it.

This kinda also pulls towards my thoughts on One themself. I think they're pulling a cutesy coverup to something evil. I do not trust this number at all. And I pray this doesn't lead to her getting all these contestants eliminated because I am personally biased and will cry the day Fanny gets the boot.

Similarly, I'm really glad to have this storyline start going off. I really wonder what One wants from these characters. Are they as sinister as I am suspecting? I feel like One is moreso a Deal with the Devil type character and I don't think they're actually good friends with Two. I think that's a lie.

The characters themselves that are chosen are also really interesting picks. Fanny, Ice Cube, Basketball, Bell, and Bomby. It's kind of "what do these characters have in common?" I suppose it's they all needed something? Not entirely sure on that though, I mean yeah they probably do. A mouth, legs, help with Robot Flower maybe? An escape from being eliminated? It gets harder with those three to decide what they could get from One to be a part of their scheme.

At least I'll get to hopefully see more Bomby despite his elimination :3

Moving on, I really like the new teams. I think again Death PACT Yet Again is gonna be my favourite but the other teams are super fun as well. Truly devastating news that Golf Ball and Tennis Ball got separated. I fear neither have long left because of this. But on the off chance they do last, I'd like to see how they develop apart.

The challenge felt a little uninteresting but I think it was much more of a catalyst for figuring out team dynamics rather than be a focal point. Still pretty decent and a good finish to it. I personally love that Robot Flower ended up with Death PACT Yet Again.

Also really looking forward to one of the original exitors joining! I feel some of them were vastly underutilised in previous seasons and some got the boot just before getting interesting, pretty namely Dora and Liy come to mind. I voted for Dora because I'd like to see where she's going and what she'd do on TPOT. I think another interesting option would be Match. As much as I dislike her, I think she also has a lot of potential. Maybe a respark in her rivalry with Fanny, I think it would be interesting despite Bubble not being there. Maybe she would also serve as some motivation for Book to try and become better friends with Ice Cube before Match regains her trust.

Speaking of Bubble, I think I'd like to know what the BFB characters are doing. I don't think I'd like them to join the cast/show fully but maybe a check in? We already got Tear Drop in TPOT so none of them could join the show, but it would be interesting to see how they are.

I think in the future as far as theories I have go, I think One is going after either Golf Ball or Tennis Ball next. They're apart and need something and make pretty good targets. Although if it's a 1 per team deal I would also think Donut would be a good choice. He does have his arms missing but also I think he's been the most misused imo. He had a lot of potential on the pre split that I think wasn't utilised, especially with having Four's powers. I think this could be just what he needs.

As for further theories with One, I think they're definitely the weakest of the Algebraliens. Maybe their motivation is having all of these chosen champions and their "favour" is them giving One Twos power at the end of it. That's what I have so far, I mean I haven't seen enough to know 100% and I don't think that would be the case but that's my best theory.

I don't have a WHOLE lot of work done on Lebanon in regards to his life/his relationships to other BUT I have some basics laid out when it comes to personality...overall lovely guy to be around like I WOULD be friends with him. Very social person, hospitable. He KNOWS how to have fun and has an amazing sense of humour. Though I think that that stems from the fact that he partially uses humour as a coping mechanism (apart from just straight up complaining. He complains all the time about everything it can get pretty annoying super quickly)

I don't know how to word this segment but he's like...hm. I'd use the word spiteful but I don't think that English uses it in the sense that I want to use it. Errr, he survives not despite but AGAINST the odds. Like, DIRECTLY against them. The odds can GO FUCK THEMSELVES. Who THE FUCK do the odds think they are. Do you see what I'm saying

I feel like my descriptions of him here make him seem like yk a loud person and such but I actually don't think he is one, I can't tell you why

Overall I think he's a smart guy, has a way with his words. Reads a lot, primarily history books and such, along with classics (pretentious taste in books I fear). Loves art loves music loves dancing loves cooking all those nice things

Australia. I never felt a particular need to work on the guy, I very rarely utilise him🤷‍♂️

But I do have SOMEWHAT of a grasp on his character. Chipper guy, pretty annoying. He's a robot. Likes to provoke and fuck with people, competitive, et cetera et cetera. That's all I can tell you really, I don't find myself working with first world countries much

She's so fucking annoying. Like genuinely. Not in the sense that you wouldn't wanna be around her but in the sense that you'd ask yourself why the fuck do you tolerate her bullshit. She THRIVES on provoking people (despite the fact that she herself bites the bait and/or gets defensive very easily). Spiteful motherfucker (Lebanon parallel!) with quite the temper. She loves weapons she collects knives and swords she could yap about knives FOREVER. Always has one on herself

Pretentious. Pretentious bastard. She thinks she's better than you and she'll make SURE that you know that. She rarely takes life seriously, though, in her own words, that's because "if she did she would've gone insane by now" (circle back to Lebanon again! The Balkaners and the Middle Easterners are very similar in some A LOT of regards!)

When it comes to her relationships with others they're usually very complex. Like as much as she despises most of her neighbours she still somehow finds herself sharing drinks with them from time to time. She'll be shit talking them but when someone who's not from their little corner of the world tries to be xenophobic suddenly she's defending them. It's very odd and she'll vehemently deny any positive feelings towards her neighbours (aside from Greece and Romania) and family

And since I'm talking about her relationships to others I can't possibly not mention Russia. She's DELUSIONAL about that guy (not in a romantic sense, they're actually cousins). Like she has a russian flag in her room and consistently texts him even though he only ever texts her back for diplomatic reasons

Currently she's ruled by her fuckass boss SNS (Serbian progressive party) and she's not thriving at ALL! Overworked and underpaid, what can you do! She hates that guy with her entire heart but it's really not smart to speak out against him, because even though he primarily attempts to manipulate her she knows he's also not above breaking her jaw (because he's already done it once!). Thankfully, for the past while she's been oddly defiant. She's had enough of living under a dictator and paying the highest prices in Europe while having some of the worst pays
