I think I’ll start eating 1000calories a day.. in fruits and veggies and lean meat. Remove processed junk and added sugar… my parents really need to buy me whey protein powder like I need easy healthy caloric stuff I can drink so I don’t feel guilty… with the food volume and everything. We need to go shopping for food…

Reset!
I got bored.
It’s day 30 of lock down and i have zero motivation to work or do anything. So to motivate myself to lose weight, i ate all the shit food (buns, ice-creams, sushi, chips, cake, bread, naan...etc.)
so here’s to the reset button. I already did keto before and lose 5kg, then christmas happened, new year happened, sadness happened. I decided to go back to keto again and let’s up this by giving it theme week.

Hey guys! 👋🏻 Crystal here. Long time no post... My boyfriend and I recently moved from CA to IL and with the move, stress, going out to eat with family and a recent vacation we’ve both put some weight back on. 😕 It’s definitely time to apply the breaks so I’m going back to what I know best which is real food and calorie counting! Haven’t had a chance to go grocery shopping yet so it was slim pickins today... but here’s what I ate! It’s important to note I have a very sedentary lifestyle (haven’t rock climbed/yoga since Dec) so if you have a more active lifestyle you would need more calories. I’d like to lose 25 lbs. Not sure how long this will take me. My guess is 6 months or less. Hoping to incorporate some yoga very soon to speed things up and rebuild some muscle I’ve lost. Day 2: I went over on day 2 because of alcohol. Do not do alcohol kids. That's shit has lots of calories. That 1 potion of red wine was 115 calories 😱
Dinner was salt grilled half brinjal and the other half of that pork shoulder, which I was too hungry and forgot to take picture.
