Hello!! I bring u smthing super special to me today!! <3 is a— project? that I have waaaaay time ago!! And finally after being so lazy I finished it!! <33

I bring u— Finn&Jake! A Swap!Au of F&C of course :)) A thing I was SOOO EXCITED to show!! <3 Is something I plan to carry more than just some drawings! ;)) I have a lot planned!!

2!!— Guys! I know some re-drawings might look kinda weird and kinda not like AT Style, But the thing is this:

So, dont worry, that for future drawings of all this Au, will be better!! Will look better, and be more close to AT/F&C actual style since I improved w it!! <3👍

And 3!!— Dont worry if some designs doesn't convince ya! (cofcofSwapPrismocofcof) Some will definitely change in the future! :)) (cofcofWinterQueenCOFCOF—) but they have this "issue" cause of Clarification 2 I could say.. (In the moment I did the sketchs, all this wasn't planned too well... so I didn't put much effort into the designs...?)

first 2 doodles are based on @flame-shadow's headcanon that oro does embroidery! for the first drawing, i thought "oh what a coincidence because i headcanon kabbu doing embroidery too. ill draw them together doing embroidery because thatd be cute i think"

theyre probably exchanging embroidery tips or something

also first time ive done cell shading in a long time i think! usually not a fan of how it looks when i do it so i end up using a blur tool or just using a texture brush to shade hksjfs (though admittedly i did use blur tool on kabbu's embroidery pft)

second drawing just visualizes a family reunion using some of the things flame mentions (sheo teasing oro, mato getting an embroidery patch)

i think oro would have neater cloaks compared to the others because i imagine it'd be harder to do embroidery on a tattered/worn one

also ghost gets to be there. dadmato :)

third drawing, the hollow knight! i figured i'd draw hollow for the anniversary. it was originally going to be a doodle where they're post-infection (aka not infected), but then i got experimental and ended up making them infected (call me pk because of the way i infected this vessel)

fourth drawing, radiance <3 i ended up thinking "am i really celebrating the anniversary if i dont draw my favorite character". so she gets to be here too.

I'm so tired right now. Is 10pm at the time of sending this on my end. I DID IT THOUGH!!! Woooo. Since there are two, my blabbering won't be as long though.

Chapter 2 is the reason why there are two of them here. Would have sent yesterday on my end but I struggled so hard on the composition here. Like, I blanked the minute there was more than 3 people. This is what I get for not looking up a reference T-T. Also, I just had no clue what to do with Leon's outfit. Like, looked references of the pre-despair pics. Like, the photos. He never wears his school uniform though!! Like, he's just allergic to it I guess. It's just so close to his og clothes in canon though so I didn't wanna just draw that. So, I tried a balance? Who knows. Maybe he just slipped on the uniform jacket cus it was closer than his regular jacket and he was just too tired to change out of it for the day. I dunno though!

For chapter 3, this one was also a bit of a struggle since no matter what I did, I felt Chihiro didn't quite look right. Also, as you can tell, I drew Chihiro getting the hairs all ruffled. It was too cuuuuuute!! I loved that so much. That scene was adorable and also illustrated the nueance of these "mean" students. Like, I could gush more about the fic but I am just too tired unfortunately. Another thing to note that I wish to state here is that I was unsure how I should have posed Junko. I won't lie. Her posing isn't as good as it was in the first drawing. I did try and just play around with her outfit though. I liked the idea of her wearing a new bow each time cus she just has that kind of money to have each bow be different since she's just extra like that. Also, I am so sorry for what became of Byakuya's torso. It just became mush cus he's in the middle and I drew him last ;-; I'm glad I got Makoto in here though this time! He's just lost. And I totally didn't even bother to draw the troublesome trio's lunch cus I just had no clue what they'd eat. I am bad with that stuff. All I know is bad quality American school lunches and it shows -_-

2. Post-Punk Revival aka me and Atlas' ocs. I'm easing myself into drawing again but ohhhhh they're the loveliest creatures that I need to talk more about + finish their toyhouse pages. I have a few art ideas though so that's fun

3. Been going back to listening to this channel called Of Herbs And Altars from Dorian B and sigh. I love listening to all of his goth stories esp since I've recently introduced my roommate to their work so we've been listening to the nostalgia project whenever she's free/not tired from work. Also also finally got to order Dorian's book so whenever it gets here I'm gonna be binge reading it lol

4. Songwriting and such. I wasn't able to bring my bass when I moved so I unfortunately haven't been able to work on basslines and such so I've been focusing on actual lyrics. It's slow esp since I've never made a song before but it's been making me happy

5. Fashion ☝️☝️ I haven't really been keeping up with the fashion weeks but I have seen some real cool runways that I need to check out such as the Jean Paul Gaultier and Sandy Liang shows (and of course. Look at 90s Mugler runways again I miss them so bad). But I've been messing around with using lingerie as outerwear (aka just layering shit underneath slip dresses so my tits aren't completely out) and I can't wait until I can really use some outfits in public :3

This is all I’ve honestly managed to draw of these characters over the past few week if not even a couple of months at that.

Art block has really hit me hard this year. Though while I am back into finally being able to draw again, I do have a list of things I definitely will be drawing since I am now officially on Summer Break. Woooo, let’s go!!

Gundam: The Witch from Mercury Ep. 2 impressions

[G-Witch episode 2 spoilers]

Shet ang ganda! There was no action at all this episode but I think it's better than Ep. 1. The emotional beats, the plot + character development, the art, worldbuilding, the voice performances. Woooo my god this anime has exceeded hype so far!

Poor bb Suletta can't catch a break. But alas, that is what it means to be a Gundam protagonist.  I love Miorine too, good subversion on the damsel/princess in distress trope imo; even if she's trapped in her father's corpo nightmare kingdom, she's asserting herself and trying everything she can to take back control of her life.

Oh, I also noticed that this timeline does have unmanned/AI-operated mobile suits like Gundam Wing. But unlike Wing's mobile dolls, which were super-efficient killing machines, the drone suits here seem to be more like fodder. But it's too early in the show to say for sure. 

Something to note about the red MS after the ED: it deployed what looked like its own Bits or "drones", perhaps its own GUND system that allows it to control autonomous weapons. My guess is that in providing Gundam Aerial (w/c uses illegal tech) an avenue to exist, the other corpos will start bringing out their illegal GUND tech using similar excuses/loopholes, kicking off an arms race and escalation of tensions.

Now I wanna talk about the worldbuilding since this episode we get to learn more about the world of the Gundam Ad Stella (AS) timeline. I really like it so far. I think it’s a vision of a future that could happen if people like Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos are allowed to run rampant in space. Just look at how they run their companies now; if they expand to outer space with similar impunity, they'll turn it into an authoritarian corporate dystopia just like AS Gundam.

The trend in recent Gundam AUs (like IBO and WfM) seems to be putting emphasis on powerful private institutions like corporations holding authority in outer space, rather than state actors like the Federation and Zeon in the UC*, and I think this is a reflection of how Gundam interprets our present-day trends and projects them into the future. Who are the loudest, most influential, and most capable (in terms of resources) advocates of space colonization and exploration today? It’s not world governments, but aggressive megacorporations who see opportunities to expand out to space in order to shape the kind of future they want for themselves. This latest Gundam presents a rather dark projection of that future, and I am interested in seeing how our protagonists will challenge the oppressive systems that hold it together.

*though even the UC has this angle, particularly with the massive earth-space corporation Anaheim Electronics, which from Zeta Gundam onwards holds what is essentially a monopoly on so many industries, mobile suits in particular, giving them power to start and end conflicts with impunity whenever they deem it profitable.

To end on a lighter note, oh my goodness LOOK AT THE ED! you don't draw Suletta and Miorine like that and not expect us to ship them!! (+ in the OP they were holding hands and smiling at each other aaaa) My heart cant take this they’re so cute!!!

discolouration from lack of blood!! vampires have fairly bad circulation as is. so extremities get a little corpsey after a while without any juice- it goes away with prolonged blood drinking though.

i think they would consider it but i also think agnes is a hater and wouldnt be happy about another cat- i think a little betta tank would b an option for sure- but scarlet would probably like to have a lot of pets in general :^)

i wouldnt say so, itd heal up pretty immediately before you could even finish tatooing. which sucks- tattoos from before vampirism are now locked the way they were when turned, so even if the leg gets sawed off the leg'll grow back with the tattoo on it.

Whew, that was fun. Now, about my new header image, there was actually some thought put into the scene itself.

If you were paying really close attention to my wordbuilding, you mightve been able to figure out which way the image is facing. It's aimed in the general direction of the canon iterators! There are a couple of ways that I reflected that in the drawing.

First, and most obviously, you probably saw the trees just barely poking through the clouds. Those are the tops of especially large and ancient greatwood trees! This shows that we're looking towards the greatwood forest.

Second, you can't see any other iterators. If we were looking to the sides of my map, we would see either 1 or 2 of Eyes's neighboring cans, depending on which way we look. We would also potentially see some mountains.

This, plus the trees, is enough to figure out which way the image is facing when you look at my map.

(Jusy wanted to share, because I like thinking about these things. It makes it feel more special than if the drawing were just facing some clouds and antennas, whether or not the view made any sense)

Yezzzzzz to all that writing stuff and thing about my story—I also can't write just one or two chapters I am coded to write complete books by default and I sont have a manual for how to repair it....

We're hoping to make enough but the teacher thinks asking parents for any donations is a last ditch choice...but we have 40ish students, if every parent gave just a little we would have enough when adding in what we're planning

DVFSJDJ i wish i had that setting- i'm all oneshots and possibly 2 chapters, i physically cannot write more than like 3/4k words and CONSISTENTLY have good writing. it doesn't matter if i take breaks, have the most comfortable setting in the world, i just...can't keep good writing up,, i think the only exception is with soot house :'D

I was genuinely hungry yesterday, had a nice breakfast sandwich and tea, then some rice crackers, and finally for a Friday treat we got KFC as a family. I stuck mainly to chicken. But the dagger to my heart was popcorn, ate an entire bag and omg I do not regret it.

I did end up gaining a bit (1.2lbs), but it's ups and downs (also I'm supposed to start my period today or tomorrow) so I can't complain.

I've stayed sober too!! Woooo!! This isn't like, an addiction it's just a tolerance break. I still am maintaining a healthy relationship with weed but, I'm not going crazy lol.

I didn't draw at all yesterday though :( which sucks. I have so many commissions in my backlog I need to finish. For sure gonna focus on that tonight though!!

This is a neurodivergent space lol, my life also revolves around shows/games/books/etc. they are the only thing that make the monotony of life and job-having under a neurotypical capitalistic society bearable lol. I actually have been getting back into reading ACTUAL BOOKS lately which feels GREAT (because reading Actual Books when i am so tired and Non-Functioning all the time is Hard lol), i am finally going through my seemingly-endless TBR and also have reread some old faves this year. Games-wise, the only thing i ever think about is still the Dragon Age games, Alistair is the love and light of my life lol. Show-wise.... i am in Limbo because of the Exhaustion, tragically, and also just waiting on new seasons (OFMD). Witcher has a new season out, but i have not watched it yet because Energy and also i have no motivation to because the last season they put out was so bad (even if i hear this one is good, i have lost trust lol)

Writing is. Not quite going lol. I have not finished a fanfic in ages, and also have made little to no progress on any of my original work attempts either, tragically. Hopefully things look up for me soon cuz I wanna get stuff DONE again lol, this blog has become so quiet and near obsolete because i cannot FINISH anything and it is TRAGIC.

Also, I have little-to-no drawing skills, but I also unfortunately do not have much energy to apply to drawing you a picture atm :(( maybe someday. Sometimes I can draw something that makes me go "omg i am not Awful, maybe I could actually put thoughts and energy into learning this as a skill" and other times it is like "i will never put pencil to paper (or stylus to screen) ever again" lol. Maybe someday when i am doing Better again i will hopefully have the energy to draw you something!!
