marti pls gimme reccomandation what zinc oxide cream pls 🥺
i use this one!!
Tumblr media
it's the one i use on my patients to treat diaper rushes. moms are probably familiar with it as well bc it's used on babies!!! i promise u it's super effective. if u have acne or blemishes or eczema or just if your skin is irritated - zinc oxide is your friend<3 it has amazing antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. it also helps with acne scars!! don't use it as a moisturizing cream though!! it actually dries up your skin a bit. i recommend to use it before going to sleep! no more than twice a day. please remember i'm not a dermatologist! im saying it as someone who used it on herself and my skin improved a lot (i have dry but acne prone skin). im also saying it as a nurse but again im no doctor. mwah mwah
here's a better picture btw:

Looking For Acne Treatments For A Specific Skin Type?
1. Introduction to Acne
Tumblr media
Many people get acne, but few understand the disease. A lot of times, people assume that acne is just something that needs to be treated like any other health condition.
Click here if you’re looking for Best Acne Treatment in Delhi
But acne is not simply “sticking a tube in your face” or “taking pills every day.” There are many underlying causes why you can develop acne, and it takes an experienced doctor to diagnose and treat it.
There are two main types of acne: cystic and non-cystic. Non-cystic acne is classified by how large the clogged pores are which contain the bacteria responsible for the acne.
Cystic acne is classified as either deep or superficial. In most cases, surface blemishes are milder than deep ones. Deep pustules (white spots) may require treatment with antibiotics.
In some case, both cystic and non-cystic acne may occur together. They may also coexist with dermatitis (skin inflammation).
Other symptoms may include redness, dry skin, lumps or bulges, pain/itchiness, and loss of color. Symptoms are usually less when you go outside. If you feel much worse after being out in the sun, you are probably experiencing another inflammatory disorder such as eczema or psoriasis.
2. Acne Treatment by Skin Type
Tumblr media
There are several ways to treat acne, depending on your skin type. You may need both treatments.
Book an appointment with one of the Best Skin Specialist in Delhi
For normal skin, use oil-free skincare products. Make sure you choose these that are suitable for your skin type.
These can be found in the Best Skin clinic in Delhi or online. They include things like face masks and lotions made specifically for normal skin.
It is also important to know which medications you are taking. If you are already taking medication for another condition, then tell your doctor about it so they can keep you within the guidelines of using sunscreen and other protective measures.
3. Best Acne Treatment for Oily Skin
Tumblr media
If you have oily skin, don’t worry! You can still achieve clear skin with the right acne treatment. There are several treatments that will work well for your type of skin.
You can find products at your local pharmacy that help to treat oiliness. Alternatively, there are other medications that may reduce excess oil production.
Beta hydroxy acids are some of the most popular ingredients in anti-acne treatments. These compounds remove dead skin cells from the skin surface.
They also unclog existing blackheads and prevent new ones from forming. As your body doesn’t want clogged pores, it produces smaller amounts of oil to fill them.
Thus, by removing dry, dead skin and preventing new patches from developing, beta hydroxy acids can significantly decrease the amount of oil in your skin.
4. Best Acne Treatment for Dry Skin
For people with dry skin, use oil-free cosmetics. These can be expensive but there are ways to save money.
For starters, it is important to identify your skin type. Then you can choose the best acne treatment in Delhi for yourself.
You can also try one of these easy fixes before going to the store and buying a new face wash or cream.
Drinking more water will help your skin look better and feel better. Follow this advice from your doctor if you need to.
Also, remember that the healthier your diet is, the healthier your skin will be. Keep track of any allergies you have so you know what products to avoid.
Finally, exercise is an amazing thing that can improve your health and your appearance. If you don’t already, make exercising a part of your daily life.
5. Best Acne Treatment for Combination Skin
Tumblr media
For combination skin, try using salicylic acid. It’s a milder formula than many other acne treatments, which can be better for more sensitive skin types.
Salicylic acid works by drying out any pimples or blackheads and shrinking the pores that are associated with them.
You will need to apply it twice per week at least until you see some results. After that, you can reduce the application to once per week to maintain your result.
It is not safe to use this medication if you are pregnant or nursing.
5. Best Acne Treatment for Combination Skin
Tumblr media
For combination skin, try applying clinique’s newist mask. This hydrating face mask is made of five layers of peptides that work together to improve the health of your skin.- these include collagen boosting amino acids such as glycerin and arginine.
The first layer acts like a protective film over your pores, blocking harmful substances in your skin’s environment.
The second layer contains antimicrobial agents such as prolic acid or zinc oxide. These help kill bacteria and prevent infections.
The third layer serves as a temporary sealant. It helps make your skin more resistant to outside irritations and protect your skin cells from environmental factors such as chemicals, allergens, and other things.
The fourth layer works by absorbing excess oil and grease. Plus it improves the function of your sebaceous glands- which are responsible for producing oils that keep your skin moistened and protected.
Finally, the fifth layer promotes healing by helping increase blood flow to your skin. This helps repair damaged tissue and get fresh nutrients back into your skin.
6. Best Acne Treatment for Sensitive Skin
Tumblr media
If you have sensitive skin, your acne treatment options are limited. You can’t use things like alcohol, which is drying; salicylates, such as aspirin; or certain over-the-counter drugs.
However, there are many home remedies that can help reduce your symptoms. In most cases, using something natural will not interfere with traditional treatments.
In fact, some studies show that combining conventional medicine with natural alternatives may be more effective than trying to treat your acne at either level separately.
Here are all of the best ways to deal with acne when it comes up.

no no omg no this is good ! you'd be surprised some oils can help regulate the oiliness of the skin so its completely fine to use oils instead of moisturizer. ive had ppl skip moisturizers and just have rlly hydrating serum. TRIPLE AND DOUBLE CLEANSING ??? I LOVE THAT YES I APPROVE ??!!! and sunscreen is a must ! uva & uvb ( sun AND mobile ) are the number one reasons for wrinkles >:( love vit c, helps with brightening!! other ingredients like glycolic acid, salicylic acid and surprisingly, retinol ( did you know it used to be prescribed to ppl with acne until they discovered it had anti-aging effects? ) those can also help brighten the skin as well for blemishes or just to lighten the complexion and keep it glowy ! apricot is an ingredient that also prevents acne and helps your face not dry up too so i love it ! and i saw you also use collagen ?!!? YES YES YES !! an amazing ingredient that helps with the repairs of the skin barrier and anti-aging and may i also add, another alt for retinol ?? YOUR CHOICES ARE IMMACULATE 💯

“but I like my skincare routine!!!” Okay, more power to you, but you need to have the critical thinking skills and braincells to realize why the beauty industry is so fixated on selling you products that essentially try and eliminate little details and blemishes that everybody on the planet has. It’s insidious and it’s a scam. You’re not a porcelain doll, it is okay to have blemishes and wrinkles and eye bags and acne and all of that, that’s all normal!! You are a human being who is alive and living!!!!
You have 30 something year olds using anti-aging creams because they’re “getting old/older” like you are still young!!! You are not old!!! You are aging! That is normal!!!! You need to sit down and think about why society thinks visibly aging is unattractive and why having blemishes makes you “undesirable.” Having visible pores, wrinkles, acne, scars, all of that and more is completely normal. Your worth and beauty are not reliant upon how “clear” or “clean” your skin is or how white your teeth are. I promise.

How to get rid of acne?
Introduction
Acne is a common skin condition that causes pimples and blemishes. If you have acne, it can be hard to get rid of. Luckily, there are plenty of ways to help treat your acne without resorting to harsh chemicals or treatments that might cause other side effects. Nowadays various anti-acne kits are available in the market. Here's how:
Cleanse twice a day
The first step to getting rid of acne is cleansing your face twice a day. Use a mild cleanser and follow these tips:
Choose a non-harsh cleanser that contains salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide.
Make sure you wash your face thoroughly with lukewarm water, then dry off completely before applying moisturizer or makeup on top of it. This can prevent breakouts from happening when you reapply products later on down the road!
Exfoliate once a week to unclog pores
Exfoliating is an essential step in clearing your skin. You can use a scrub with salicylic acid or glycolic acid to help clear up acne, as well as microbeads, sea salt, and sugar. Jojoba beads are also great for exfoliation because they contain anti-aging properties that moisturize your skin as well as unclog pores.
Wear sunscreen every day
Sunscreen is a must for anyone who wants to get rid of acne, but it's especially important if you have oily skin or are prone to breakouts. The best way to keep your face clear of scars is by applying an SPF 30+ broad-spectrum sunscreen with an anti-aging formula every morning before leaving the house—and then reapplying throughout the day if necessary! Don't forget: You should also protect your ears, neck, and hands as well (just like normal!).
Use products with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide
Salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide are both beta hydroxy acids, which means they can help reduce the production of oil and inflammation on your skin. In addition to this, salicylic acid is also an antibacterial agent that kills bacteria that cause acne.
Both these products are available over-the-counter in many drugstores and supermarkets in different forms such as creams or lotions. However, it's important to note that you shouldn't apply them directly on your face since they may cause skin irritation as well as sun sensitivity (not cool). Try using them at night time before going out looking fresh! Always use the best acne scar removals products for treating acne and natural products give effective results within less time.
Don't sleep in your makeup.
If you have acne-prone skin, it's a good idea to avoid sleeping with all of your makeup on at once. You may be tempted to do so because it feels nice and clean, but if you don't use a good night moisturizer, the oils can clog up pores and irritate your face even more. Also: don't go out without washing your face first!
Use oil-free makeup and skin care products
You can use oil-free makeup and skin care products to help you get rid of acne. Oil may clog pores, causing them to become infected. This will make your acne worse because bacteria are more likely to grow in clogged pores.
Oil also causes breakouts by making the skin's surface look uneven, which triggers oil glands on the skin's surface that then produce more sebum (the natural oil found in human hair follicles). This extra sebum may flow out onto the face, causing pimples or blackheads.
Cleansing is the most important thing you can do to combat acne.
Cleansing is the most important thing you can do to combat acne. When you cleanse, it removes excess oil and dirt that can clog pores and cause breakouts. But don't worry: there are no harsh chemicals in cleansers like benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid—they're just made to soothe sensitive skin.
Cleansing twice a day is crucial for fighting blemishes; make sure to wash your face in the morning (unless you have oily skin) and at night before bedtime.
Conclusion
We hope that you found this article helpful. Acne can be a very serious condition, but you can take steps to get rid of it by cleansing and exfoliating regularly, applying salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide products twice a day, wearing sunblock every day, and using oil-free makeup.

Review of Skin79′s Natural Snail Mucus Soothing Gel
Skin79 is a well-known Korean brand that started in the 90s and became popular for its BB creams. Their Natural Snail Mucus Soothing Gel is designed to soothe stressed skin and promote clear skin and a fresh complexion. Key ingredients include 1,000ppm  of snail secretion filtrate (anti-aging, moisturizing, maintains elasticity, nourishing), hydrolyzed collagen (anti-aging, anti-wrinkle, aids in collagen-production), aloe extract (anti-aging, moisturizing, lightens blemishes and reduces acne, healing, reduces scarring), barbary fig extract (nourishing, antioxidant, replenishing, hydrating, skin protecting), bamboo extract (soothing, adds vitality, anti-inflammatory, removes dry skin, antioxidant, healing, hydrating) and cucumber fruit extract (hydrating, moisturizing, soothing, cooling, nourishing, softening). This soothing gel retails for between $7-9 USD, you can get it here for $7.65 + shipping.
Ingredients
Water, Glycerin, Butylene Glycol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Carbomer, Glyceryl Acrylate/Acrylic Acid Copolymer, Hydroxyacetophenone, Arginine, 1,2-Hexanediol, Betaine, Polysorbate 20, Snail Secretion Filtrate (1,000ppm), Fragrance, Disodium EDTA, Aloe Barbadensis Extract, Opuntia Ficus-Indica (Barbary Fig) Extract, Bambusa Vulgaris (Bamboo) Extract, Cucumis Sativus (Cucumber) Fruit Extract, Hydrolyzed Collagen
Tumblr media
The gel contains 100 grams (3.52 oz) and has a slightly musky scent that usually is in any snail product. It comes in a squeeze tube so it’s easier to take with you as opposed to many other gels that come in tubs.
Tumblr media
It's a thick, clear and typical soothing gel.
Tumblr media
It's very hydrating and relatively thick.
Tumblr media
It's super moisturizing once massaged into the skin and very refreshing.
Recommended use is to apply a proper amount on the face and body frequently, then gently pat in for better absorption. First things first, this does have an artificial fragrance so it's best to steer clear if you have issues with that. Otherwise, this product is a great option. It has a nice smooth texture and is very easy to massage into the skin (even my mom liked it and she doesn't like anything with snails in it lol). It works well on sunburns and dry patchy skin as well as really irritated, parched skin. Apart from the fragrance, there are no other irritants in this gel so it should be safe for a majority of people to use. I like that it came in a tube, easier for travel or taking it to the pool with you if needed. Definitely recommended for dry, irritated, and parched skin as well as skin with lots of redness.
What I like: this gel is really moisturizing and soothing and really does a good job of nourishing the skin. The ingredients are great and I liked the packaging a lot as it's more convenient than the big 300 ml tubs. What I don't like: the addition of artificial fragrance.
Pros:
Moisturizing
Soothing
Nourishing
Gentle
Calming
Refreshing
Nice ingredients
Great packaging
Convenient
Cons:
Fragrance
Would I buy again?
Yes
Rating: 8/10

Many people associate acne with tweens and teenagers, but the fact is that many adults also suffer from acne. If you feel like you should have outgrown acne long ago, but are still struggling to manage it, try following some of these tips. You will be on your way to clearer, more grown up skin in no time.
Did you know that acne can be caused by your deodorant? The deodorant covers pores, but some are worse than others. Opt for deodorants that do not use aluminum oxide as an ingredient. The aluminum oxide may keep sweat away from your body, but the aluminum particles can build up inside of your pores. If you are a woman, breakouts can get even worse around your time of the month. The extra stress gives acne an ample opportunity to appear more and the hormones that are changing at that time allow skin to go off course. Try to stay as stress free as possible during your period. To help rid Sameday Health of acne, drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Drinking water can help carry the waste material that causes acne and blackheads out of your body and work to flush out your skin. This will help clear your skin of blemishes and blackheads. Seeing a doctor to talk about acne and possible medications or treatments, can have many beneficial results. A prescription skin medicine may be prescribed to you that will be much more effective than one that is available over the counter. Also, useful information can be gleaned from the doctor on how to deal with the acne. Use home remedies instead of products you can find in stores. This will save you money and is more healthy. Apply hot compresses on your face and a little bit of a hydro-cortisone cream, also known as anti-itch cream. This works on pimples and other imperfections and you do not have to worry about harsh chemicals. Reduce acne! If you use a phone, make sure that you keep it away from your face when you speak! Phones can contain a lot of bacteria, which can get on your face and produce acne. Use a "hands free" device as an alternative, to prevent your phone from coming in contact with your skin! If you love to wear headbands or hats, make sure that they do not fit too tight. Wear hats or headbands loosely to reduce the irritation and blemishes on your skin and scalp. Also, make sure that you wash these accessories at least once a week, especially if you sweat. To help diminish your chances of initiating an acne outbreak, it is important to wash off after exercising. The movement incurred with exercise generates heat; equipment and clothing cause friction. Until you take a shower, the moisture and heat trapped close to your skin creates a breeding ground for bacteria to spread and invade your skin's surface. To guard against this happening, it is important to shower off immediately following exercise. Even though cosmetics are not a valid form of treatment for acne, many people use them when they have an important event and they wish to camouflage an acne outbreak. When you feel you must use cosmetics to help conceal your acne, avoid any oil-based compounds because they will aggravate your acne. The best cosmetics to use are water-based ones. Even though they camouflage for a shorter time than oil-based, they inflict less harm to your acne. You should wash your pillowcases several times a week. If you do not have a washer and dryer at home, make sure you have plenty of pillowcases on hand between trips to the laundromat. Dead skin cells, hair products and other body products, get trapped in your bedding and can block and irritate your pores. Your pillowcases may not always match your bed-set, but you can rest assured your bedding won't be contributing to future breakouts. As you can see, there are many methods for ridding your skin of embarrassing acne. Just because you're an adult and still have acne doesn't mean that you're destined to have it forever. Try any or all of the tips mentioned in this article to get the clear, fresh-faced look you've been dreaming of.

Acne Relief with Hypochlorous Acid: A New Approach to Clearer Skin
Acne is a common skin condition that affects millions of people worldwide, manifesting as pimples, blackheads, and inflamed skin patches. While there are numerous treatments available, ranging from topical creams to oral medications, a relatively new player in the field of dermatology is gaining attention for its efficacy and safety: hypochlorous acid (HOCl) spray. This gentle yet powerful solution offers a novel approach to acne management, targeting the root causes of acne without the harsh side effects associated with many traditional therapies.
Hypochlorous acid is a naturally occurring molecule that plays a critical role in the immune system, helping to fight off pathogens and heal infections. When applied as a spray, HOCl acts as a potent antimicrobial agent that can cleanse the skin by eliminating acne-causing bacteria and reducing inflammation. Unlike many harsh chemical treatments that can strip the skin of its natural oils and disrupt the skin barrier, hypochlorous acid is gentle and supports the skin's health.
The mechanism behind hypochlorous acid's effectiveness lies in its ability to oxidize the walls of bacteria, leading to bacterial cell death and a reduction in the population of bacteria on the skin. This decreases the likelihood of pores becoming clogged and inflamed, which are the primary causes of acne. Additionally, HOCl has anti-inflammatory properties that help soothe existing irritation and promote faster healing of acne lesions.
One of the significant advantages of using hypochlorous acid spray in acne treatment is its suitability for all skin types, including sensitive skin. It is free from fragrances, steroids, and alcohol, making it less likely to cause irritation or allergic reactions. Moreover, HOCl is simple to integrate into any skincare routine. It can be applied after cleansing and before moisturizing, helping to prepare the skin for better absorption of other skincare products.
Clinical studies support the use of hypochlorous acid in managing skin conditions. Research indicates that regular application can lead to noticeable improvements in skin clarity and texture, reducing both the severity and frequency of acne breakouts. Furthermore, the gentle nature of HOCl makes it an excellent choice for those who have struggled with more aggressive acne treatments in the past.
In conclusion, hypochlorous acid spray represents a promising advancement in acne treatment. By combining antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, it addresses acne in a holistic way that not only treats existing blemishes but also prevents new ones from forming. As more individuals seek out gentle and effective skincare solutions, hypochlorous acid is likely to become a cornerstone in the fight against acne, offering relief and restored confidence to those affected by this challenging skin condition.

The Power of Natural Ingredients
In recent years, there has been a noticeable shift in consumer preferences towards natural skincare products. With concerns about the potential harmful effects of synthetic chemicals and harsh additives, more and more individuals are turning to plant-based alternatives that offer gentle yet effective solutions for their skincare needs. One such powerhouse ingredient that has captured the spotlight is turmeric.
Turmeric, a vibrant yellow spice derived from the Curcuma longa plant, has been used for centuries in traditional medicine and skincare. Renowned for its potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, turmeric is revered for its ability to soothe irritation, combat free radicals, and brighten the complexion. When combined with the nourishing effects of sandalwood oil, another time-honored ingredient known for its soothing and skin-rejuvenating properties, turmeric becomes an unstoppable force in the quest for radiant skin.
Vicco Turmeric Cream harnesses the power of these natural ingredients, offering a gentle yet effective solution for achieving glowing, luminous skin. How to Use Vicco Turmeric Cream for Optimal Results
Incorporating Vicco Turmeric Cream or VTC into your skincare routine is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps for glowing, radiant skin:
Step 1: Cleanse Your Face: Start by cleansing your face thoroughly to remove any dirt, impurities, and makeup residue. Choose a gentle cleanser that won’t strip the skin of its natural oils and pat your face dry with a clean towel.
Step 2: Apply Vicco Turmeric Cream: Take a small amount of Vicco Turmeric Cream and gently massage it onto your skin using upward circular motions. Pay special attention to areas of concern, such as dullness, uneven skin tone, or blemishes. Allow the cream to absorb fully before moving on to the next step.
Step 3: Moisturize (Optional): If your skin tends to be on the drier side, you may want to follow up with a lightweight moisturizer to lock in hydration and further enhance the benefits of Vicco Turmeric Cream. Choose a moisturizer that is suitable for your skin type and apply it evenly to your face and neck.
Step 4: Repeat Daily: For best results, use Vicco Turmeric Cream twice daily — once in the morning and once at night — as part of your regular skincare routine. Consistency is key when it comes to achieving glowing, radiant skin, so be sure to incorporate this cream into your daily regimen.
