The top ten Alkaline Water Brands in India
Get to know which alkaline water celebrities and sports stars are drinking.
In the realm of hydration for health-conscious and discerning individuals in India, alkaline water has become a staple, offering a refreshing twist to the conventional thirst-quenching experience. As the market burgeons with options, navigating through the plethora of alkaline water brands requires a discerning eye. For those with a penchant for organic living and a preference for online grocery shopping, finding the right alkaline water is not just about hydration; it's a lifestyle choice.
But navigating the landscape of alkaline bottled water brands requires a discerning take. Not all alkaline water brands are the same or equal. Ionized alkaline water has emerged as a prominent player in the Indian market, dominating the shelves of health-conscious households. These waters, with their elevated pH levels, claim potential health benefits, including improved hydration and neutralizing acidity but this is misleading.
NATURAL ALKALINE WATER IS BETTER THAN IONIZED ALKALINE WATER
Ionized alkaline water is made alkaline through a process called electrolysis that splits the water molecule to artificially raise the pH - which sometimes is a temporary phenomena. Take the Kangen water machine for example - the pH is alkaline only for a short period of time. Then it comes back to normal. These machines follow popular trends but are not necessarily healthy for the human body.
The only alkaline water with actual health benefits is naturally alkaline water. Naturally alkaline water is essentially spring and natural mineral water with an alkaline pH. This water is full of natural minerals that have actual health benefits on human health
But how do you choose the best alkaline water brand in India? With so many options available in the market, it can be confusing and overwhelming to find the right one for you. That’s why we have compiled a list of the top ten alkaline water brands in India, based on their popularity, quality, and features. Among the myriad choices, one brand stands out not only for its exceptional quality but also for its distinct approach to alkalinity. For housewives navigating the online grocery landscape, the appeal of Aava extends beyond its refreshing taste. It symbolizes a commitment to a premium, health-centric lifestyle—one that aligns seamlessly with the ethos of organic living.
However, acknowledging the diverse preferences of our readers, we refrain from dwelling excessively on any single brand, offering an unbiased exploration of the landscape.
In conclusion, as you embark on your journey to find the ideal alkaline water, consider the diverse options available in the Indian market. Whether you're a health-conscious individual with an inclination towards ionized alkaline water or a housewife navigating the aisles of online grocery stores, the choices are abundant. But, perhaps, in the pursuit of optimal hydration and a refined lifestyle, the allure of naturally alkaline water  might just be the missing piece in your holistic health puzzle. So, as you reach for your next bottle of alkaline water, ask yourself: Does your choice truly resonate with the purity of nature, and does it align with the lifestyle you aspire to lead?

Animal of the Day!
Oriental Dwarf Kingfisher (Ceyx erithaca)
Tumblr media
Conservation Status- Least Concern
Habitat- Southeastern Asia; India
Size (Weight/Length)- 20 g; 14 cm
Diet- Insects; Small amphibians; Small reptiles; Fish
Cool Facts- The oriental dwarf kingfisher is one of the smallest species of kingfisher. They are also one of the few birds to only have three toes. Surprisingly, this bird lacks sexual dimorphism so both males and females sport their brilliant plumage. Oriental dwarf kingfishers mate for life and dig burrows in stream banks as their nest. The tunnels are carefully dug so the eggs sit on a flat surface but the entrance of the nest is lower, allowing for water to drain in case it rains. Both mom and dad raise their chicks, until the chick fledges after less than a month. As oriental dwarf kingfishers are not waterproof, they dart down to the surface of the water and spear small fish and amphibians with their sharp beak.
Rating- 13/10 (Contrasting colors are the best colors and nature agrees.)

CHIROPRACTOR BOKUTO KŌTARŌ
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
• Best friend/Tutor
• Warnings: grinding, pussy eatin!!, female reader (please don’t trust anything scientific I write, this is barely researched and I am not licensed).
• Summary: Bokuto wasn’t physically feeling well, but due to his good nature, pushed it aside. Although you were to help him with studies, you were far from blind. Luckily your major was almost perfect for the moment. He let you test your skills on him, so your hands roamed his body. Maybe it came off more sexual than intended…
Tumblr media Tumblr media
“Ughhh…” Bokuto groans.
A creak sounds from far behind you, alluding at the door opening. The sound of the fan gyrating in the background of the apartment slowly dissipates with the air, you assume, because stepping out right after his hot shower then being hit with the cold is the least pleasant thing in the world to him.
You take a sip of the lemonade that resides on the coffee table in front of you. The giant living room TV played whatever sitcom was aired ever since Bo kindly got you as comfy as possible for when he got back, but with your head buried in a book and a gel pen in your hand, it was of no use to you. Finally dressed, he returned.
However, he returned with his right hand placed on his left collarbone, rotating the left shoulder accordingly.
“Are you alright?” You ask. You didn’t look up. Thank god for your intensified range of peripheral vision from reading, seeing the man beside you with naturally fallen hair and water droplets still journeying through curves of his body in full attention would absolutely break you.
Yes, he was your best friend—but you were still a woman with eyes.
“Yeah, I’m okay. Must’ve just overdid it at practice,” he casually replies. You recognized the tone. Despite his loud tendencies, he was being quiet with you because of the item in your criss-crossed lap. The word “just” also apprised you not to worry.
He leans back on the couch with his full attention gravitating towards you.
“Alright Professor, what’s first?” Professor.
Bokuto was the most careless person you knew. He was also the most careful person you knew. Yes he was clumsy, yes he lost things easily, and maybe doesn’t understand others—but he tries. Despite many beliefs, he was extremely attentive on and off the court; his ability to read the room peaks anyone you’ve ever held conversation with. Most of the time he just willfully ignores it. He cared tremendously for anything that was close to him, hence the low volume of the television and the torrential downpour outside to compliment his high focus to your efforts in helping.
He set the room right for you, cleaning up, and being on his best behavior. You doubt he would’ve done such a thing for Kuroo (because he knows of your high expectations for him and he wishes to please you), so you admire the ability to plan his day fit. And the special treatment.
You flipped the book to your right, letting him survey the page without having to crook his head.
“Geographical Impact on Culture Practices and Language,” he reads the subtitle. He then looks at you for confirmation.
“We’re starting with Greece. Then we’ll move to India, then China,” you declare.
“Alright, we’re moving east.” He nods.
You smile and praise, “A great start.”
You’ve come to find the way he learns best is when he knows he’s doing something correctly, and also when he gets something wrong. However with the latter, he has to wield some determination, otherwise he’ll just lose faith in himself. Luckily that has yet to happen.
———
Some time into the practice you recognize the progress that he’s made. With each tutoring he has almost doubled the amount of pages the two of you have gone through, gradually picking up more and more information to build off of. His vocabulary has undeniably grown as well.
“China—as a sphere of influence,” he briskly catches himself: “kept good look on the Mongols because they knew of their ravaging proclivities, while also having almost complete isolation from the rest of the world. The ocean, steppes, deserts, and plateaus were a sense of protection, starting with the Tibetian.” He recites. His notes were short but sweet, he clearly writes down what he doesn’t think he’ll remember. Other than that, he can take a swift look at the topic and depend on memory for the rest.
“Bingo! that sounded great Ko.” You take your glasses off and blink a little, cleaning them off with a handkerchief you keep around. They resume their spot on your nose.
At some point earlier you scooted a little closer, shoulder to shoulder, so you could hold the book and review his notes at the same time. The soap he used you could probably guess the scent of. Once you lifted off him for your lens cleaning, Bokuto runs a hand through his hair and exhales happily, content with himself. He hisses though, quickly contorting his expression to one of pain.
“Shit,” he curses. He attempts to soothe himself by rubbing slow circles on your previous spot. He said it wasn’t anything (even though you doubted his statement from the beginning), yet you leaned on him anyway. You hadn’t meant to hurt him.
“Crap- sorry, was I on it?” You already knew the answer, but it didn’t seem like it was hurting him. Maybe the pressure didn’t matter in the moment, but when your weight came off, the pain returned with what it yielded.
“I didn’t think you were. You’re okay, I’ll put something on it.” He reassures.
“How does it hurt?” He mentally processes your interrogation before answering, probably thinking if Biofreeze would work.
“…It feels tight. Like something is tugging on it and won’t let go.”
“Does it hurt when you tilt your head like this?” You make the movement. He then mimics your action and shakes his head no. “Try the other side.”
He holds a face of slight confusion while attending to your order. He rapidly forms the previous countenance, an obvious sign of discomfort.
“It looks like an overworked muscle, so you were right. But you still need to tend to it.”
Your advice runs through his ear but out the other. You notice his absence of mind and slightly press on the sore shoulder blade spot in front of you to remind him, then it sticks to his brain what he needs to do. Hell, he was an athlete. He’s been told at least a thousand times.
“Can you stretch it out for me?” He asks innocently. Why not?
“Sure,” you agree. “Stand up.”
Following your orders has become his second nature. He knows you wouldn’t sabotage him in any way, so there’s no reason to defy them. You stand behind him, then walk to the open space of the apartment while instructing him to lay down on his stomach. Watching him obediently get to his knees and his muscles involuntarily flex in the short-sleeve shirt he wears does something to you (you’ll never say what). He does a single effortless push-up down to the floor. He lays silently, with his cheek resting in folded arms.
“It’s kinda cold down here.”
“Whatever,” you giggle, and follow him down. Fuck, it is kinda cold. Anyway, you go to check to see how his body is aligned. “I’m gonna lift your shirt up, ‘kay? Just sit still.”
He hums in acknowledgement and you’re pretty sure his eyes close. Your fingertips find the end of the thin cotton that does great things for his sharp figure, and lift only the back part. He slightly raises his body from his core, allowing you to pull just a little harder and get past his waist, leading to finally slipping it up to his under-arms. He aggravatingly groans at the temperature below him. You try your best to remember the context of said groan, while also ignoring the thought of his carved chest pressing on the hardwood.
The small things he does that prove his pure strength get your mind roaming. Being able to do push-ups with quickness, having utter control over his core, lifting heavy things with ease—you need to get a hold of yourself.
You run your hands along the freshly-washed, soft, skin of his back. It was an awkward angle being on his side, so you hesitantly swing your leg over, and reside right before his spine ends. Please, please don’t come off the wrong way. He lets out a heavy breath.
“Lay your hands outwards naturally.” He shifts. His left shoulder blade was slightly higher than the right, showing clear tension.
“You’re right handed, correct?” You inquire.
“Correct.” It comes out low and throaty, his face pressed to the floor. He was quiet every time you were around. He knew you appreciated few words—especially in a moment dedicated to studies and reading—so he’d trade out his loud self for your comfort, even if you didn’t mind the usual Bokuto that drew you to him the first time you met. He almost sounded tired.
You place your hands in the space between the scapula and press slightly. “Does it hurt there?”
“No ma’am.”
“So it’s only the left then. I’m going to run my hands along the bone while also pressuring the muscle. It’ll hurt a little, so just tell me when to stop.” Bokuto giggles a little, just airy enough to be able to hear. You don’t even acknowledge it because you don’t wish to be lead to the same sexual depravity his mind is situated in. Not like yours is any better.
You roll your hands through the muscle, upwards towards his deltoid, working it with a technique you were taught. This hopefully loosens it up the slightest bit if you were doing it right. You also tell him he could resume his previous position since you could sense how uncomfortable he was.
“Based on what I’ve gathered: not only do you constantly hit with your right hand, it’s your dominant arm so almost everything everyday is done on it. With your left, however, it’s not the main focus of what you do.” Your fingertips dig into his skin.
“I’m not sure what you necessarily work on in practice but because it’s not trained for nearly as much as your right, it’s taken a toll. The tension capacities are different. The scapula are naturally connected by the trapezius muscle so this is why it hurts to lean the opposite way,” you explain. You can almost feel his astonishment as he cocks his head behind him and looks you up and down through grey lashes. He still lays down, almost unbothered by you rubbing up against his bare back whenever you move.
“Y’know you never cease to amaze me? You know a lot about my body.” He compliments slyly. You blush at the word choice. He’s been very, very testy today.
You relent, “Not just yours, we’re all human Ko. Now take a deep breath.”
“Mhmm…Anything for you,” he states sarcastically. You could tell it was sarcasm, so why did it still affect you? You rise a bit on his back from the large breath. With a sudden press to the center, he curses in shock, then follows with an animalistic groan.
“Holy fuck, do that again,” he sighs. You press his head down between his arms, lift the left one behind his neck, and connect his hand to his right blade. You only tug a little, careful not to hurt him. Another faint crack.
He moans happily. You release him from your legs, saving the both of you from the suggestive position. It would only get worse from here, for when you needed him to turn over.
“Turn over, please.” He listens and grunts on his way up. Twisting his body over, now propped on his elbows, you could tell most weight was still shifted to his right arm. Bokuto rolls down to his back.
“You’re in charge,” he exhales, running his hands over his face. You knew he had to be cold, the previous warmth you provided was canceled out completely by the cool wood. This was where you’d have to straddle him again—except now it was ten times harder, ten times more suggestive—and you couldn’t stop the slight red from decorating your skin.
“It’s gonna be a little weird at first,” you warn.
“It’s only as weird as you make it,” he smiles knowingly. His knees come up, fully prepared for you to spread over him. Not to mention his chest was still out— It was far more entrancing than his backside. Nonetheless, you swing your leg over once more, and it takes everything in the male to not instinctively place his large hands under your lower thigh to help you. The first thing you do is pull the shirt as low as possible, attempting to cover any temptations.
“What? You scared of me?” Bo entertains.
You clear your throat more for stabilizing yourself, “No, it’s just not necessary at the moment. Left hand over your chest.”
“Sure,” he pushes incredulously, even you could tell he wasn’t the least bit convinced. You’re really fucking scared.
He crosses his left hand over his chest like a salute. His eyes never leave yours under long grey and black hair, except for when you order him to take another deep breath. You grab his arm and push left swiftly, but the pop sounds from his lower back. You must’ve pushed him too far left but he wasn’t complaining. “Sorry, one more time.” You lay forwards, building the strength to push more downwards this time into him, then finally get the spot you hoped for. His mouth opens for a moan again, nothing sounds but a breath of air.
“I would literally pay you for that. Is this just a secret talent?” He breathlessly questions.
“I major in exercise science, so we do a lot of studies on biology and human anatomy. The rest I just kind of guessed to be honest.”
Once he comes down from the feeling and opens his eyes to you still close on his chest, his head goes to dangerous places. Especially since you were smiling at him from your proud work and your back had a slight arch to it. This angle made your proportions completely surreal, your ass enlarging and your waist thinning at the hands of perspective. Of course, you did also just push with a significant amount of quick pressure directly into his groin.
“Okay, how does it feel?” You push up eagerly with your hands on his clothed chest. Your palms were perfectly atop his breasts.
“Like I need a cold shower.”
Surprisingly, you agree with this statement, it was good for the body and should be talked about more for people farther than athletes.
“Good. It’s great for relaxing the sore muscle,” You smile innocently. Ko laughs mainly to himself, “Yeah, it is.”
Your hair falls around your shoulders and over his head. His beautiful golden eyes were almost hidden by his long hair, but those large, expressive eyebrows could be spotted anywhere. They allowed you to read him like a book. At some point, your hands started slightly roaming the surface of his hard body, and your smile fell. You were subconsciously inching closer and closer to him.
Bokuto was disposed to let it happen. You’d been subtly rubbing up on him all day, and most of his words were limited because of you. God, how he loved listening to you go on and on about the subject he hated most, it made him at a loss for words; a rare feeling for someone who always had something to say. Your glasses framed your face perfectly, and your educated speech had him locked up in a poetic cage that you wielded the key to. The worst part is? He wasn’t sure if he wanted it unlocked.
You were already so close to him, his body, so when he brushed a piece of hair back with his fingertips and manually removed your glasses in a way that wouldn’t hurt you, you halted. It was almost like your conscious returned, telling you every bad effect possible. The angel on your shoulder was momentarily silenced by the devil, but finally broke free of the reigns just to declaim you the consequences of your decisions.
“Wait Ko,” you begin, “I-I um…don’t think we should.” You moderately shake your head. “It’ll change things.”
Your voice barely peeks above a whisper. He watched as the realization hit, your eyebrows upturned.
“Isn’t that the fun in it?” His eyes train to your lips before they finally find yours. “Things change all the time,” he smiles hopelessly. His large hand weaves through your hair and pulls you down to him.
Just like that, you were sold. Your full lips meet.
You moan gently in his mouth and fall chest to chest. Now your arch was fully purposeful. Pecks and sweet kisses dissolved into longer ones, it didn’t take long before he was sucking on your tongue like candy. You took up the job of twisting your head to search deeper into his throat, his current position rendering him unable to do what he desires to be doing to you. You think of the possibilities.
Maybe he’d take you on the wall with both legs under his control, slamming into you as you grab onto whatever leverage you could find. Or, he would bend you over in the shower with several fingers inside you and a hand on your throat, your body stuttering as the hot liquid runs down to the drain. You audibly moaned at this on accident.
Desperate, you grind down into him. His hands grip the fat of your ass, but he pulls from your puffy lips and away from your ruffled hair.
“Whatcha thinkin of? Can see it on your face.”
Your strong, independent woman composure was crumbling by the second above him, “Nothing,” you gasp, “just thinking.” He nips at your jaw, then follows down to your neck. He touches on a spot that’s always been sensitive, causing you to let out a keening whine, but he doesn’t say anything, so you assume he wants you to elaborate. You unintentionally moan, “Yes,” and he laughs into your neck.
“Tell me what about.” He’s pushing you further; seeing how much information he could get to leak out of you based off how far gone you were.
“You…touching me,” You reply, fully prepared for what he’s about to ask you next. You’ve read enough books to know. But that wasn’t the issue in question, it was how you’d reply. Would you crumble and shy away, or be bold and instruct him to give it to you? Would you elucidate it to him with the praising tone you know he adores?
“How was I touching you y/n?” Your name rolled so prettily off his kissing tongue. His grip on you tightened awaiting your answer, a problem beneath you that’s risen figuratively and literally.
“Um…” your blush spread so you tucked your face in his neck. “Your fingers were inside.”
It was a lot harder than it looks.
“Is that what you want?” A big grin spreads across his face—you can feel it.
“Yes.”
He finds your legs situated around his waist, sits up, and somehow comes to his feet. You were at least 5 feet in the air now. He casually walks to the couch and flips you on it, but a jagged edge cuts into your back.
“Book, ow ow-“ you wince in pain. By instinct you lifted back up, where he was already prying away the notebook hidden behind the pillows. He sends an apologetic smile and drags you along by your legs once the regained sexual drive returned. Next leaves your jeans.
Just waiting to see his prize, he gets them off quickly. The panties you wore were nothing absolutely special, but they were still lacy nonetheless; your previous being not finding a thong necessary on the way here. Bokuto could care less. The time you took thinking about it was the time he took to rip them off.
You scolded him for it, to which he responded “I’ll buy you any more you want” while punctually kissing your thighs. At the same time his fingers rose and spread your top folds, revealing the wetness you’ve gathered over the span of the past 10 minutes. He dunks a single finger in shallowly, then further pushes the digit deeper, and then turns it upside down so he could curl upwards. His large eyes focus on your heavy-breath reactions while his mouth licks away at your clit. The finger eventually comes out.
“Ko,” you utter. He hums in your pussy with his tongue swirling around. “You aren’t learning like this.” His throaty laugh reverberates up your center and through your body.
“Teach me.”
Once you get what he means, slowly, you reach for the casted away book as he holds your hips in place. It has proven harder than anticipated. His large arms encased your legs, wrapping around your thighs like a fucking present. You should’ve known he’d love it like this; it’s just you assumed he’d favor breathing.
Your glasses were in someplace on the floor elsewhere. Good thing you were near-sighted, but with how he was doing you, it would continue to be cumbersome. You open to a familiar page, already cracking when he sucks at your skin, but you resume a reviewing lesson nonetheless.
“Greece is—hmm—located in Europe,” you take a deep breath, “on the Mediterranean and just to the right of—“
“—The Italian Peninsula.” He completes. He slips two fingers in, scissoring you out and almost toying with you at this point. You were so, unbelievably wet.
You squirm in his hold and brush hair out of your face. He noticed how your eyebrows were forced upwards the slightest bit, resulting in a growing, complacent smile against your pussy lips. “Greece is surrounded by many little islands and water, therefore—”
“—Inducing maritime trade,”
“…And?” Your eyes shutter closed in the moment. The textbook was slowly dropping from your chest.
“Shipbuilding.” Breath fanned against your already extremely responsive body. Deliriously, you slightly open your eyes to find Kotarou’s jawline constantly moving with his pink tongue. He knew when to fill in the blank based off when you lowered the book to see him, expecting an answer. He’d never move away when speaking and just proceeded on with his job. So adroit, the male was—still tactful too, you had to be reading 10x less than your average speed.
You clear your throat, trying your best not to moan while reciting like earlier.
“The soil wasn’t ideal, so majority of the food was—“
“—olives, grapes, ‘n fish.” He was more muffled since the two fingers he had running through you were now pumping soothingly, and when he curled upwards again, the book slid off your breasts, prompted by the sudden arch you displayed, and even further bolstered by your fingers weaving through his hair.
“Great fucking job Ko, just like that.” The praise falls from your mouth and only provokes him to slurp and suck on your pussy harder. Of course, the words could’ve been relative to the studies, but both ways work. The squelch sounds relay through your brain.
His (somewhat) free left hand comes under your shirt, adventures it’s way past your bra. His large hand carries a respective imprint under your shirt. When he feels around the round of your breasts, he slows around your nipple, just waiting to suck on them when he gets the chance.
Feeling you up was his literal favorite thing ever. The thought of your hips automatically rolling up into his touch purely by will and desire fuels his brain in unimaginable ways. Calloused yet soft hands gliding along every curve and roll to memorize the trek of your body, the responses and reactions gathering into knowledge for reservation.
Your right leg was thrown over his shoulder, to which his bicep curled around to reach your upper body where his head dug through your lower. You were so close to nothing and everything, like something in you was held taut, just the interval alone precipitating another hiatus in your mind. His hand rolled around your breast almost as if it were a handle.
“That’s so good Kotarou, don’t stop—show me how good you eat it for me,”
He tried his best to circle his face around and flick the muscle over your clit. There wasn’t much room to move. An easy adapter he was, so he removed his digits and hugged you tight with twain arms. He held his tongue flat and idle, allowing full consent for your hips to gyrate and stutter on his face as you pleased. His long, variegated, fallen hair was threaded through your nails while he moaned himself encouragingly until finally, it snapped.
A loud stream of mushed words and imprecations poured from your lips and reflected off the walls into his covered ears. Unconsciously, legs locked around his head to prohibit his quit, and if your neurological clearheaded mind were apprised that the fingers drenched with your own slick were slipping over your abdomen, the feeling alone would’ve turned you over. However, it wasn’t, therefore creating the most mind-altering orgasm you’ve ever had.
All you could do was laugh whole-heartedly towards the ceiling at the whole thing as it washed over you. It was the epitome of cliche. You were his tutor, helping him out, and somehow ended up landing on the couch with his face betwixt you. His golden eyes were nothing short of a symbol of his happiness, proud of himself and you. You were definitely proud of him too.
No more failed tests!

The 7 Ancient Planets Since ancient times there have been 7 Ancient Planets: Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, Venus, Mercury with the Sun and Moon being also classed as Planets (or more correctly, Celestial Bodies). These 7 Planets were known to many ancient cultures and the Planets had energies applied based on their size, color, distance, speed of motion etc. Curiously, the Sumerians knew of these 7 planets plus another within our solar system which appears where the asteroid belt is. The knowledge of the 7 Planets was blended with the Theory of the Elements and Medical theory at an early time. There are 2 ways we can look at it: Western, Four Element: Saturn is Earth, Jupiter is Air, Venus is Water and Mars is Fire, the Sun being Yang (ultimate Fire) and the Moon Yin (Ultimate Water). Mercury is in the Center as Balance. Eastern, Five Element: As above, but Mercury is Metal Each planet has associations based on the Elements, Organs and Humors: Saturn is associated with the Earth, Spleen and Melancholy Jupiter with Air (Wood), Liver, Metabolism and Blood Mars with Fire, Heart, Circulation and Bile Venus with Water, Kidney, Fluid and Phlegm Mercury is associated with balance Sun with Fire, Heart and Yang Moon with Water, Kidneys and Yin So an Herb assigned to Jupiter will tend to nourish Liver and Blood, and so with the other Planets. Each Day of the Week is also assigned to a Planet from which their names are derived: Sunday–Sun Monday–Moon Tuesday–Mars Wednesday–Mercury Thursday–Jupiter Friday–Venus Saturday–Saturn A Lunar herb is best collected on the day of the Moon (Monday), and so with the other planets. Also, a cool herb could be more Yin tonic in nature if collected on a Monday, as compared to if collected on a Saturday which may be better to clear Heat and Damp. The day was also divided into equal proportions between sunrise and sunset, with each period being allocated a planet. So the first hour after sunrise on Sunday is allocated to the Sun, the next the Moon, and so on throughout the day. So a Lunar herb is best collected on Monday, and in the hour of the Moon. Later, this was taken further, and the Natal (Birth) chart was used to ascertain weaknesses in the Chart which could be treated or prevented with appropriate Medicine. Medical Astrologists would look for weaknesses in the Birth chart and aim to strengthen them with medicines. Even today in India, certain Healers study the Birth chart for weaknesses, then prescribe a particular Gem stone to be worn on a particular finger to restore balance. Each planet has an associated color, and stones of that color were associated with the planet. Astrology and the energetics associated with the Planets is just another method of energetic correspondence that was used by the Ancients to better understand and work with the Universe they lived in.

Sevika's tastes
Sevika is an old lady and she just wants to be left alone. She likes to look good but when it comes to clothes, Miss thing just doesn’t care that much. She always has practicality in mind. So, no dresses, nothing flowy, has to have natural fabrics so that her skin can breathe, and she requires that things are comfortable. Her shoes are always made for hardware with a strong sole and often reinforced. In the modern world, I see her working in metal working (specifically welding), so she has to have clothes that are multipurpose. Though, if she was forced to wear anything really nice, it would be a simple well-cut blazer and a button down with jeans or slacks that conform to her legs nicely. She prefers earthy colors, nothing too flashy. I think she’d really appreciate a nice dark green, or perhaps brown. I also feel that she would enjoy a nice flannel regularly.
With food, I’m afraid her palette is as unrefined as her clothing choices. She genuinely does not care what she eats, though she really likes chicken- loves hot wings, spicy food is her love. But, her comfort food will always be the food native to what part of India her family is from. I don’t think she’s the best cook, but she has a few family recipes that she knows so well (aloo gobi, chai, samosa, tikka masala, saag paneer). And, I think that on nights where she’s feeling really sad or lonely she always craves those foods. She’d love to cook with or for her partner, it’d be the best way to get to know her honestly. Because it allows for her to show vulnerability through actions and without words. She loves to take care of people and I think in modern times she’d mother her friends just a bit, always making sure they’re eating well, drinking their water, and sleeping right (if not she’ll give them some chai). She doesn’t eat beef or dark meats in general, and she isn’t the biggest fan of seafood or turkey. So, she sticks with her chicken and her paneer. She’ll eat tofu but it needs to be in curry or something similar.
This woman would love 80s hair metal, music is something that I genuinely believe she’d love so much. She’d play drums as a teenager, dead set on becoming the drummer of the next Metallica. She’d also love the old school heavy metal bands, Iron Maiden, Metallica, Black Sabbath, Pantera. She’d love them all. I think she’d like some old school 90s rap too, but none of the new-age mumble rap that’s going on. She wouldn’t really like Taylor Swift’s music, just because it didn’t vibe with her, but she respected Taylor’s ability to get a bag. She has had a huge crush on Adele ever since she heard the album 25 when it came out. She liked some of her music, but thought Adele was drop dead gorgeous and all mature and soulful and shit, hit her in the feels and made her whipped for this woman she didn’t even know.
For movies she loves shitty 80s slasher horror, nothing that makes her think. She’d sit back in her old recliner in her pajamas and house slippers whilst watching Slumber Party Massacre for the third time, and then put on Golden Girls because she feels that Dorothy Zbornak is her spirit animal. She likes a good sitcom too and a ridiculous drama (she loves Desperate Housewives), she likes the camp, the over the top acting and dumb plots, it makes her laugh and feel care free in a way she hasn’t been in a long time. She just wants to curl up with her pets (she would have many) and watch teen-based tv shows that revolve around crime or secrets (Pretty Little Liars, Riverdale, Vampire Diaries, even Buffy etc.). She likes how bad they are, but she gets so invested it’s ridiculous.
For personal scents she’d like more woody, alluring scents that are also kind of sweet. Think Amber by Rag n’ Bone (it smells so good), she doesn’t spray much, just a spritz, it wafts around her just slightly, just enough for women to fall at her feet. Her individual smell wouldn't be overpowering but it would definitely be clear. It’s grounding and soothing. Her sweat stinks though, every time she comes back from the gym, she goes straight to the showers because her own dogs don’t want to come near her b.o.
In general, Sevika is an old woman who couldn’t give less of a shit. She wants to be left alone with her life and her people and chill. Which is why, I feel like she isn’t that opinionated on much unless it’s boundaries or causes she cares about. She just doesn’t have the energy to be bothered with trivial things like which movie to choose for the night, or which restaurant to go to. She is tired and all she wants to do is eat good food with her partner and her pets in a little cottage in the middle of nowhere. She doesn’t like neighbors and she doesn’t like people in her business. She doesn’t need a perfect life, just one that’s hers.
for whatever reason the letters are being weird, it is killing me. Please ignore it.

hi there can i ask what are your favourite fics??
ahhhhhh this was so hard to narrow down since i think i have something like 300 beatles fics bookmarked on ao3 (plus a ton saved from livejournal but i’ve only included ao3 ones here). at first i was gonna pick a top 5 or top 10 but that was too hard so here are my top 24-ish i think? could have picked a lot more tbh. i only included fics that are completed, even though there are a lot i love that are either WIP or abandoned. also didn’t include any modern AUs though there’s a lot of those that i love as well! if anyone has any specific requests for other fic reqs i’m always happy to suggest more :)
on our way back home by kathleenishereagain
this fic has the most kudos in the fandom for a reason! old paul time travels back to the touring days and his relationship with john changes from there. love the way they integrated the magical realism into this and it’s just such a beautiful, touching story.
knowing that the sun is there by tarenas
john comes out after brian dies. lovely look at john’s individual relationships with all of the beatles and cynthia (but especially his relationship with paul of course)
cutting water with a knife by savageandwise
may’s perspective on john and paul. love love love. heartbreakingly realistic and so poignant. feels like it could have been a cut chapter out of loving john.
i’m so tired, my mind is set on you by dornfelder
god how i wish this is what would have happened in india. i’ve read this fic so many times, it just feels so real i keep coming back to it.
india, actually by inspiteallthedanger
jane notices that john’s india tapes are all of paul a la love actually. love jane in this and paul and john’s dynamic is great.
grow old with me by inherownwrite
john and paul in scotland in the 80s - paul breaks his arm and gives john a fright. such a tender picture of what could have been had things not ended how they did.
i was a younger man then (now) (post hoc) by fingersfallingupwards
using the time traveller’s wife premise in quite literally the best way i have ever read. the way it unfolds is…. stunning.
having coffee by dornfelder
old paul and john reflecting on life and being outed in the 80s through an interview. lovely.
to lead a better life by downtothelastdrop
1966 ringo mistakenly thinks john and paul are together, leading to a revelation of paul’s own.
going nowhere by inspiteallthedanger
fix-it where after surviving the shooting, john moves back to england.
if i could choose my own name, it’d be the one that falls best from your lips by kandakicksass
one of my favourite reincarnation fics ever. i really enjoyed how simple it was, how the pieces just slid into place so naturally.
the birthday party by merseydreams
everyone reunites for ringo’s 40th in july 1980. an excellent look at the dynamic between all the bugs and how things could have gone.
something old something new by inspiteallthedanger
john shows up to pattie and eric’s wedding causing a beatles reunion for the first time in years and some shenanigans and talks with paul. this fic is hilarious and THIS is my george, i love him so much
1967 by please_dont_wake_me
paul and john stay in paris after their 1961 trip. they return to liverpool in 1967 as a couple. this feels so real, the way every minor character is written… the dynamics between them all - every detail is excellent.
the beatles holiday au series by econhomework
an AU that follows john and paul (and george/ringo) being a committed couple in the 60s/70s and having their children via surrogacy. i’ve been subscribed to this series for years now and it’s a lot of fun getting an update that builds upon the last around every holiday, giving a little snippet into their lives as the kids grow up chronologically. (they also have other fics set in this AU in their beatles fic requests series)
the brother dearest series by javelinbk
jim and mimi get married, causing john and paul to become step-brothers (sort of). interesting premise and an even better execution of it. not to mention the idea of jim and mimi getting together will never fail to make me laugh (but also sort of makes a lot of sense???)
how much was mine to keep by mynamesbetty
paul is ‘unstuck in time’ and lives his life out of order a la slaughterhouse five (one of my favourite novels). done very well.
take a sad song and make it better by javelinbk
1980s paul moves his ex-boyfriend into his house because he’s an idiot but i love him. great fix-it.
christmas lights (keep shinin’ on) by distinguished_like
paul invites john to the mccartney family christmas party, leading to some discussions between the two. very cute early years fic.
here today by herspecialagent005
december 1980 except john and paul are hosting a dinner party for some friends in scotland, with magical realism elements. ugh loved this so much, especially linda and just all the little details of john and paul settling into a life together.
kissing the blarney by tikk
paul is the blarney - this turns into a superstitious ritual in the band which emotionally complicates things but ends very satisfyingly.
writing letters (on my wall) by 15clubsaday
70s paul writes to john under a pseudonym while they aren’t speaking. newly finished and wonderful!
the jumper by merseydreams
john sees denny laine wearing HIS jumper and flies back to england to retrieve it. this fic has everything: miscommunication, john being a dumb shite, jealousy, confused denny laine, paul in all his 70s glory, and lesbian linda. truly could not ask for more.
back to where you belong by sleeprettydarling
george on johnandpaul throughout the early years. i’m a big sucker for the george & johnandpaul dynamic and how complicated and devastating it can be so naturally i loved this.

I was hanging out with a little girl who fucking coughed on me and now I'm sick...
Usually I'll drink a shot of vinegar, ginger honey, cinnamon and cayenne pepper... but i don't have access to than rn...
And in my sick/ half sleep haze I was thinking about how our diverse cast of hot men would take care of sick s/o using natural remedies
So Shiva, jataka, Buddha, (it might be the same because India idk, I guess Thai for Buddha)
Loki (Celtic/Greek idk)
Kojiro (Japanese)
I need some ror men..
medicine!
Need medicine...
Tumblr media
I hope your sickness was short!
I THINK I'M IN LOVE WITH SASAKI BECAUSE OF YOU!
RoR: How do they take care of sick s/o (Shiva, Jataka, Buddha, Loki, Sasaki Kojirō)
Shiva
Shiva has never been sick in his life, so he freaks out a bit when you get sick. Not the most helpful companion you can find. At first he asks what to do, but if you are too weak to speak, then… oh well.
Shiva doesn’t leave his realm, so he doesn't know any natural, human remedies that could help you. He keeps you warm and sits next to you the entire time. He remains vigilant. Even he pretends it’s nothing, his wives can tell he genuinely worries.
Once the worst is over and you start to look more alive, Shiva does his best to keep you in a good mood. Say a word and he will even dance for you.
What’s surprising, no matter how hard you try, you can’t infect Shiva. He basically cuddles you, feeds you, and helps you change clothes all the time, and yet all the germs seem to ignore him.
Jataka
Jataka was sick himself, he knows it all too well. As soon as he notices the first symptoms, he is very caring. Even if it’s just a flu, he doesn't downplay it.
He prepares for you an ayurvedic drink. Depending on your symptoms, he will choose the right recipe. He makes sure you drink all of it, so don’t even try to argue. It’s a waste of time, this man is too stubborn.
Jataka provides everything you need, he even brings you a book to read or he reads to you himself. He is cautious and keeps his distance, but that doesn’t stop him from being very strict: he makes sure you drink enough water and that you’re warm.
Every time he checks if you have a fever, he caresses your cheek with his finger before moving away. It's the only physical thing he can do right now to show you his affection.
Buddha
His first reaction is to tell you to lie down. It doesn't seem to bother him, because it’s just the flu. He had it when he was human, it’s not a big deal, especially if you have everything you need right under your nose. But secretly it eats him up inside, to the point where he can no longer eat sweets. So he shows up on your doorstep with his very casual attitude and starts asking questions. He checks if you’re hydrated, if you have a fever, if you need anything.
Buddha was born in present-day Nepal, so he follows ayurvedic… a little. He knows it’s not 100% effective, but he still finds some methods solid. He would make you brew containing honey, tusi leaves and lemon juice, and force you to drink it. It’s the best for the flu in his opinion.
He sits at the proper distance, eats his sweets and talks to you. He isn’t the worst companion you can get. Isn’t the best either… Do you know how good this candy is? Oh, right, you don’t, because you can’t taste *smirk* Don’t waste your pillow trying to hit him…
Loki
Let’s be honest, Loki probably isn’t the best person to take care of a sick person. At first, he acts annoyed when you announce your condition to him, but after awhile when he sees you struggling with the easiest tasks, he begins to worry. Seeing you in such weak shape makes Loki a little, a bit… soft.
From what I’ve researched, the Nords believed that sickness was an attack of malignant spirits (often ancestors) on the body. Loki obviously knows better what’s going on with you, but I wouldn’t be surprise if he mentions this fun fact to you. He was probably the one who sold people this nonsense in the first place. Let's just hope you're not hallucinating…
Loki prepares you tea with honey and entertains you with his new diabolical plans of how to mess with humans. He doesn’t even need you to be active in the conversation, but it's nice to see you smile or snort from time to time.
Loki doesn't follow any rules (i.e. keeps his distance, washes hands) and he will probably end up sick as well. Guess whose fault it is? And guess will have to take care of him? AND guess who won’t lie in bed and rest but spread germs everywhere? That’s right…
Kojirō Sasaki
He is the sweetest guy you could have by your side right now. A little clumsy, but he has got a spirit.
Considering how observant Kojirō is, he'll probably be the first to notice the symptoms. Even if you deny it, he will prepare for the possibilities ahead.
Sasaki would prepare for you hachimitsu-daikon - it’s Japanese form of cough and throat syrup, made from honey and Japanese radish. Kojirō would make it for you just like his mother did when he was a child.
Kojirō doesn’t mind missing a few days of training, you’re his priority. He is with you as long as you need and entertains you with stories from his life. He can read you something until you fall asleep.
He makes sure you’re hydrated, always brining you fresh water or preparing ginger tea called shoga-yu. He doesn’t try to make you anything else, because he is terrible at picking herbs and might accidentally poison you.

Any word of advice for Sun girlies how to protect herself from evil eye?
light bubble meditation!! always visualise a circle of light around yourself. one of the best ways to build your "aura" or cultivate magnetism is to have an energy shield around you at all times. it's not rocket science, just close your eyes and visualise light surrounding you and keeping you protected.
some of the next tips are a little out there but if you're so inclined do try them:
Basil/Tulsi is known for its cleansing properties and we use it a lot in India. I recommend putting a stem of basil in your pillow (my nightmares went away after I did this) or putting a stem of basil in your bra when you go out (or your pocket). It's a powerful remedy against evil eye.
Consecrate an object of your choice, preferably something small and dainty (a crystal, a sea shell, a pebble, a feather, you don't want to pick something that carries any karmic energy) by chanting to it, meditating with it and suffusing it with your energy. Then carry it with you everywhere, in your bag or purse or whatever. It's like a good luck charm that's custom made for u
Pray to your Ishta devata. Sally Kempton talks a lot about goddess worship and I suggest watching her videos or reading her book Awakening Shakti but this is life changing!!! Obviously its not wise to casually dabble in Hinduism and deity worship so please study them, read as much as you can and gather as much info as you can. You'll naturally feel drawn to one Goddess over others and praying to her will keep you protected. Bhakti (devotion) is the greatest armour. I have called upon the goddess during times of immense turmoil and she's always helped me navigate with grace BUT you should never make a deity feel "used". If you're praying, pray everyday, not just when something goes wrong. Think of it as a relationship you build with someone. You have to show up and communicate with them everyday, only then will they want to be your aid in times of need. Give thanks. Always.
Black thread. I guess this could again count as appropriating Hinduism but 😬 compared to deity worship, this is nothing. Here's an article explaining it. Basically, wearing a black thread on your left leg will keep nazar away.
Burn incense/sage bc it purifies the energy of the space
SALT also cleanses. take a bath after mixing a few spoons of salt in the water and watch the effect it has on u.
The thing about evil eye is that it affects people who are spiritually fragile. They do not have an energy shield protecting them so they're susceptible to every kind of influence (they're easily influenced) and suffer the consequences of negativity more than others. Some people thrive in life no matter how much shit is thrown at them. Nothing affects them much. Others crumble easily in the face of even the smallest hardship or bitterness. That's bc they're spiritually weak. You have to build a spiritual base that is so strong nothing can shake you. Evil eye can't hurt you if your relationship with the divine is 💪🏼strong af bc God is bigger than any evil. And perhaps many of you dabble in astrology for fun and don't believe in God but vedic astrology kind of requires a relationship with the divine. Literally the remedy for any kind of issue in your birth chart is to pray.
I feel like many people have a passive understanding of prayer but it's a very purposeful exercise of faith. Finding time in your day and devoting it to God is a way to engage in conversation with yourself. If you hate/are afraid of God, that is a reflection of you and what you've been raised to believe. Once you really get into it, you'll understand that God is love and honestly prayer time is the happiest time of the day for me. My heart feels so full. Whenever I don't pray, I feel so closed off bc my heart is longing for that supreme love. You make your life feel purposeful by acting with intention and making the ordinary sacred and ritualising experiences. If you live like nothing matters, that's what will be reflected back. Your world and what you make of your experiences is a reflection of you 🫶 so make a temple of your mind
Sorry for long ramble but yk that's how I am by now 😌🤪

Most books on the Bengal delta begin by describing it as “riverine,” [...] the land is the product of fluvial action [...]. [I]n thinking about Bengal, one tends to imagine the ricepaddy fields [...]. It was not so all the time; Bengal was never really a land of farming [...]. Traveling through Bengal in the eighteenth century, the French traveler Orme saw a highly sophisticated water-based economy - the blessing of rivers - irrigated [...] by the monsoon rains and annual flooding. [...] The rivers were not just channels of water; they carried a thriving trade, transporting people and goods from one part of the delta to another. Today, Bengal is generally seen as comprising lush green rice paddies [...]. Rivers are often presented as causing immense grief [through seasonal flooding] [...]. Clearly, there is a mismatch here. [...] How (and when) did Bengal’s social milieu transform from water-based to land-based? [...] Bengal’s essential character as a fluid landscape was changed during the colonial times through legal interventions that were aimed at stabilizing lands and waters, at creating permanent boundaries between them, and at privileging land over water, in a land of shifting river courses, inundated irrigation, and river-based life.
Such a separation of land and water was made possible not just by physical constructions but first and foremost by engineering a legal framework that gradually entered the popular vocabulary. [...] BADA, which stands for the Bengal Alluvion and Diluvion Act, [was] a law passed by the colonial British rulers in 1825, following the Permanent Settlement of 1793. [...] The environment of Bengal can be described as hybrid, where the demarcation between land and water is neither well-defined nor permanent. Nature here represents a borderless world, or at best one in which borders are not fixed lines on the ground demarcating a territory, but are negotiated spaces or zones. Such “[...] spaces” comprise “not [only] lines of separation but zones of interaction…transformation, transgression, and possibility” (Howitt 2001, 240).
---
Current boundaries of land and water are as much products of history as nature and the colonial rule of Bengal played a key role in changing the ideas and valuations of both. [...] The debate on what constituted productive and unproductive uses of land preceded the application of English property law not only to establish permanent zamindari (a common term for the system of landlordism) settlement of land tenure in India, but also to valorize land in what had essentially been a land-water hybrid environment. The colonial land revenue system, by seeing land as more productive (being able to yield revenue) and useful, began the long historical process of branding the rivers of Bengal as uncivil and in need of control. [...] The problem with deltaic land is its non-permanent nature, as silt is stored by rivers: rivers do not always flow along a certain route [...] The laws that the colonial British brought to Bengal, however, were founded upon the thinking of land as being fixed in place. [...]
---
Experiments to fine-tune the land-based economy began in 1760 when Bengal, and its ceded territories, came under the East India Company rule. [...] To entrench the system, the Permanent Settlement of 1793 created zamindars (or landlords) “in perpetuity” - meaning for good. The system was aimed at reducing the complexities of revenue collection due to erratically shifting lands and unpredictable harvests in a monsoon-dependent area [...]. Alarmed at the possibility of dismemberment of their estates, the zamindars decided to bind tenants to the same conditions to which they themselves were bound by the colonial government, and one of their actions was to create patni tenures or perpetual leases. [...]
It also meant that the right to collect rent from the tenants, often through the use of force, devolved to the lower layers, making the upper-layer zamindars more of a juridical rather than a real social entity in the eyes of the peasants. The patnidars, finding how much trouble this arrangement took off their own back, created dar-patnis or patnis of the second degree [...]. The dar-patnis created se-patnis or patnis of the third degree. The East India Company, therefore, had to legalize, through Regulation VIII of 1819, the creation of such formations, thus giving a de jure recognition post facto [...].
The regulation, although innocuous and simple, was of great historical potency: it became the key that unlocked the door to environmental and socio-economic changes of unparalleled magnitude. From a riverine community, within a hundred years, Bengal was transformed into a land-based community. [...]
---
The meaning of property also changed as a result of this law: the cultivators began to lose the right to occupy the land that they had enjoyed since ancient times because the colonial British had enumerated the characteristics of the zamindari property as an absolute right of proprietorship in the soil [...].
[T]he Company then began to contemplate the problematic issue of legalizing the fictional entities of chars [...]. The law that was created for this purpose -- and still rules the rights of ownership of charlands -- is the Bengal Alluvion and Diluvion Regulation Act (BADA) of 1825. [...] BADA was meant to establish a set of rules to guide the courts to determine the claims to land “gained by alluvion” or accretion, and the resurfaced land previously lost by diluvion or erosion. Even if one takes it for granted that chars are technically non-land in the sense that they exist within river banks, the difficulty remains that when a piece of land is lost to bank erosion, it may not arise in exactly the same location or arise at all within the foreseeable future. This means the owner has no certainty that they will get it back when it resurfaces or when another char rises nearby. [...] Thus, the key to establishing land rights in the court of law remained the payment of rent, even on diluviated land. [...] Such a rule will, however, not be applicable if a river suddenly changes its course and separates a considerable piece of land from one to join it with another farm, but without destroying the identity of the land so removed -- thus preventing legal recognition. New accretions in large navigable rivers would be the property of the state [...].

Aava Alkaline Mineral Water -1 Ltr.| Buy Natural Alkaline Water Online - Aava Water
Alkaline natural mineral water is a type of water that has a higher pH level than regular drinking water. The pH level of this water typically ranges from 7.5 to 9.5, which makes it more alkaline or basic in nature. This type of water is sourced from underground springs that are rich in minerals such as calcium, magnesium, and potassium. These minerals help to give the water its alkaline properties and can provide a range of health benefits. Some of the potential benefits of drinking alkaline natural mineral water include improved hydration, better digestion, increased energy levels, and reduced inflammation. Additionally, some studies suggest that drinking alkaline water may help to neutralize the acidic effects of certain foods and drinks in the body, which could be beneficial for those with acid reflux or other digestive issues.

The Rise of Sparkling Water Culture in India
It's a bustling Friday night at your favorite bar in Mumbai. The air is alive with laughter, the clinking of glasses, and the anticipation of a well-deserved drink after a long week. As you scan the menu, something catches your eye – sparkling water. No, not just any sparkling water, but a crisp, effervescent companion promising a healthier and tastier alternative to traditional soda mixers. Welcome to the rise of sparkling water culture in India, where a refreshing twist is transforming the way we hydrate and indulge.
Tumblr media
The Rise of Sparkling Water Culture
In recent years, India's beverage landscape has witnessed a seismic shift. Gone are the days when soda water reigned supreme as the go-to mixer. Today, beverage enthusiasts, alcohol lovers, and bartenders alike are embracing the sparkling water revolution with open arms. And why wouldn't they? Sparkling water not only adds a delightful fizz to your cocktails but also boasts numerous health benefits that appeal to the ever-discerning tastes of today's youth.
Health-conscious consumers are turning away from sugary sodas and embracing sparkling water as a guilt-free alternative. With zero calories and no added sugars, it's a smart choice for those looking to indulge without compromising on their wellness goals. But it's not just about what sparkling water lacks – it's about what it brings to the table. Aava sparkling water, for instance, not only satisfies your thirst but also aids digestion and helps alleviate those dreaded hangovers, making it a bartender's secret weapon and a partygoer's best friend.
But what sets sparkling water apart from its flat counterparts is its versatility. Whether you're crafting a signature cocktail or simply looking to elevate your everyday hydration routine, sparkling water adds a lively effervescence and depth of flavor that can't be replicated. Imagine sipping on a refreshing Aava sparkling water infused with hints of citrus and mint, tantalizing your taste buds with each sip. It's not just a beverage – it's an experience.
Healthier and Tastier: The Sparkling Water Advantage
Move over, soda water! Sparkling water is the new cool kid on the block. Here’s why:
1.Healthier Hydration: With zero calories and no added sugars, sparkling water quenches your thirst without guilt. It’s like a refreshing spa day for your insides.
2. Flavorful Delight: Imagine sipping on a crisp, lemon-infused sparkling water. It’s like a tiny party in your mouth – minus the hangover.
3. Mixology Magic: Bartenders across India are shaking things up. Sparkling water isn’t just a mixer; it’s a secret weapon. It adds a delightful effervescence to cocktails, making them sparkle like the night sky.
As the sparkling water trend continues to gain momentum in India, one can't help but wonder: What's next for the beverage industry? Will we see an even greater shift towards healthier, more innovative options? Only time will tell. But for now, one thing is certain – sparkling water has firmly secured its place at the forefront of India's ever-evolving beverage scene.
Initially, Perrier reigned as the preferred sparkling water, capturing the hearts of consumers worldwide with its iconic green bottles and effervescent taste. Its crisp bubbles and refreshing flavor made it a staple in bars, restaurants, and households, symbolizing sophistication and indulgence. However, as the beverage landscape evolved and consumer preferences shifted towards healthier alternatives, Indian brands have emerged as formidable contenders. With its commitment to quality, sustainability, and innovation, Aava Sparkling water has quickly gained traction, captivating discerning palates with its crisp, clean taste and eco-friendly packaging. Shiva x Reader Headcanon - Love is a process

Tumblr media
Shiva, The Indian God, The Strongest God of India, The God of Destruction, and The God of Dance. He went by many titles, and he held them all with great pride, but the best title that he held, was The God of Many Lovers.
It was no secret that Shiva was a lover and that he loved having many wives, he adored his family and his friends. He was a fighter, but he was also a lover. He enjoyed dancing and making new friends. He loved it all so much, he was easily bored and was always off on a new adventure, but his newest and toughest adventure was yet to come.
It all starts with you, the deity of patients. You were humble and off on your own most of the time, it was rare when you came to a meeting, you were almost a legend, with how little you were seen. But you weren't, you were just very quiet. You didn't care too much for giant crowds and loud noises. You prefer the quietness of nature. You were usually around Buddha and Jesus, they were some of the more relaxed and peaceful gods in the lands of Valhalla, you enjoyed their company more than the others far, you didn't know of Shiva until the great meeting about humanity's fate.
Zeus, the leader of the gods, sat on his great throne of judgment, he held his gavel in his shaking hand, ready to cast judgment upon the human race. But, a lone Valkyrie stood, you personally didn't care too much for the human race, they were so loud and annoying, you voted for them to be killed off,
The sound of another god wanting the same caught your attention and you looked over at him. He was blue, with four arms, each having similar tattoos on them, they were dark blue, he had yellow tented eyes with orange pupils, around his head he had a yellow cloth wrapped around it. On his forehead was another eye, it was sideways and it was red and yellow with a black slit for the pupil.
He was wearing some yellow pants too, he was rather handsome. He was, however, very loud and too energetic for you and you didn't care too much for that. Once the meeting was over, you left, going to your lonesome, but you were stopped by the same blue handsome god.
"Hey, you're one of the deities that wander around here, right? I don't think I've ever seen such a beauty like yourself before." He said in a casual tone with a cocky smirk, you stared at him a moment longer, before you turned and continued on your way.
His smile dropped as he ran after you. "Hey, wait!!" He called after you, but you didn't look back, as you continue on your way. He huffed, but he followed you non the less. He spoke of himself and his life, but you didn't care too much, but you did listen to some of his words. Such as how he was The God of Destruction and that he was from India and that his name was Shiva. That was all you really cared about.
He followed you until you both entered a quiet area, he stopped in his strides, and he looked about in amazement at the place. "Wow, this place is beautiful... I didn't even know that Heaven even had a place like it." He said in a hushed voice, he was at a loss for words. You looked back at him and smiled. "This is the land of the celestials." You said. He looked around at the scenery. "It's beautiful here." He said. You smiled and walked over to your area he mindlessly followed you.
The place was like a beautiful and lushes jungle, the trees and the grass was so green and healthy, the flowers were from all over the earth, and they were just as big, the waters were crystal clear and it was so clean, the fishes and the animals were all so big and strong, even the fishes were too. In the waters, he could see almost every ocean combined into one, and every fish was swimming around in the waters.
The animals too were from all over the earth, they all lived in peace and harmony, there was no predator and prey, and they were all united as one. He followed you toward your area, which was under a pink willow tree, he observed the area. There were trees he never even heard of or seen before. They grew everything you could think of, from objects to snacks to food to vegetables and fruits. Even some of the trees were of colors he never saw before. He then watched as you made your way under the tree, the shading was perfect, and underneath you had a large pillow waiting for you.
It was surrounded by books, sleeping animals, and snacks. You got comfortable on your pillow, picked up a snack and you popped it into your mouth, you hummed happily at the taste and you picked up your book and began reading it. Shiva stared at you for a moment, before he decided to join you. He popped his own green pillow into existence next to yours, and he plopped down next to you. His upper arms were behind his back while his lower arms, and he laced his fingers together and rested them on his stomach.
He stared at the scenery, bewitched by its rare and unique beauty. You both sat in comfortable silence for a few hours, before he began talking. "My wives and son would love this place." He spoke quietly. You arched a brow at this, your eyes still tracing over the words in your book. "You have a family?" You asked him. He nodded. "Yeah, I may not seem like it, but I'm a family man and a ladies' man." He said with a devious smirk. You rolled your eyes at his words, but you smiled non the less.
"Are your wives also deities?" You asked him. He nodded his head once more. "Yup, they're all from India, and they're all so lovely too." He said in a fond voice, his eyes soft in the thought of his wives. You looked over at him, seeing his soft features, and you smiled at him. He seemed like a pompous ass who only liked to brag about himself when you first met him, but now that you're seeing him in a better light, he was actually a decent and honorable man.
You would say God, but Shiva was showing signs that he was more humanized than he let on.
After that, Shiva came by every day, he always came alone, and he'd relax with you for hours, you'll both engage in a light conversation, every now and then, Shiva's energetic side would come out, and he's have you dance with him, you'd always decline him, but his energy was so joyous and contagious that it'll make you get up and dance with him. You had great fun with him.
He eventually started to bring his wives with him, one by one, and you got to meet his wives. Parvati, Durga, and Kali. Parvati was the sweetest of the three, she was quiet and sweet, and you liked her the most. Durga was the most aggressive of the wives, she was rowdy and was quick to fight, but she was also more civil than her husband, you eventually learned to like her. Kali was a wild lady, she was hyper and mischievous yet she was sweet, she was a bittersweet pill.
He eventually brought his son, Ganesha, who was surprisingly a little pink elephant. You looked at his son, and then towards his wife, and lastly toward him... where the hell did the elephant come from? You silently pondered, but he noticed your expression and he waved you off. "Don't ask about it, it's weird." He said and you took him at his word. The more he visited with his family, the more you felt at ease and comfortable with them, and you quickly felt like you were one of them.
They treated you like family, they sang songs with you, they danced with you, and they shared their food and stories with you. You never felt so welcome. But you were a slow mover, you were the deity of patients after all, and you stuck to your own beliefs too. You slowly opened up to them, but it was so slow till it almost looked like you were distinct from them. Shiva would try to rush you into joining them, but you'd always decline, making him frustrated.
But you'd just smile at his childish behaviors. As time went on, he began learning how to approach you, it was hard for him, but he eventually got it, along with his wives and his son. Within 50 years, he had finally learned how to deal with you, and he felt proud of himself, but he popped you a question that you knew was coming up.
"Y/n, will you marry me?" He asked, you looked up from your book, and over at him. You then shook your head, and he gawked at you. "HUH!? WHAT DO YOU MEAN 'NO'"!? He shouted in disbelief, you smiled at him. "I just don't feel like settling down yet, you're a sweet man Shiva, and your wives are very lovely, and Ganesha is very sweet, but I'm not ready yet, wait a little longer?" You explained and finished with a question as you cupped his cheek.
He pouted at your words, He placed one of his upper hands on your hand that was on his cheek, while the opposite lower hand was placed on your waist. "But, Y/n, It's been 50 years, surely that's more than enough time for you to make up your mind!! I've been so patient with you, I did everything you needed from me, so why?" He asked you, the hurt in his eyes shined brightly, and you couldn't help but see the human in them. Shiva was a unique case to you, he was born a god, yet he was the most human out of all the gods.
"I'm well aware, Shiva, but just give me time, after all, Love is a process." You said, as your thumb caressed his cheek, and he leaned into it. After that, Shiva didn't ask you anymore, but he treated you like you were already his. He was trying to be patient and he was doing so very well, he would come by once a week, keeping balance among all his spouses, he was quite the master at it. He was still his energetic self, but he learned to be more quieter and relaxed around you.
Another 50 years have passed, and you still weren't ready to marry yet, but Shiva didn't ask this time, he didn't want to rush you, because he was understanding that for you, love was in patients. Another 50 years went by, and this time, he asked you. "Y/n, will you do me the honor, of marrying me?" He asked you, he was resting on your pillow, he's taken to cuddling with you, wrapping one of his lower arms around your waist while his upper two rested under his head.
You were once again reading your book, you closed the book, and you looked over at him. "Yes, Shiva, I'll marry you." You said in a soft voice. His eyes widen, and they shined like a baby who was tasting sugar for the first time. He then jumped up and he wrapped you in his arms as he celebrated. 'WHOO HOOO!!!! I'M GONNA GET MARRIED!!!" He shouted into the air, you cringed at his loudness, but you hugged him back either way just last tightly.
He laughed a joyous laugh, and you smiled, your head tucked into his chest. He was so happy he jumped up with you, asking you to dance with him in celebration, you laughed and you joined him, dancing to the sound of the wind that rustled the vegetation around you both, congratulating you on your union.

DAY 5623
Jalsa, Mumbai                July 10/11,  2023                 Mon/Tue  3:02 AM
🪔 .. July 11 .. birthday affection to Ef Rajesh Srivastava from Jamshedpur .. Ef Nikhil Saraswat .. and EF Mahesh B Solanki from Ratlam - MP ..  and my wishes and love for all ..❤️
NOW .. it’s  a late late late night but one that somehow remains awake till the writing is done .. it is now 3:05 am .. and a respectable time to rest .. a rest of necessity and reason , at the NDTV Banega Swasth India  campaign TV launch !
The pictures are here, but  the NDTV Banega Swasth India, late and I want to be in slumber ..
Better in to be in a better frame of mind after rest .. and advance the thoughts expressed by the Medical Community, in the campaign for health care ..
But more of that later .. its 3:14 in the morning ns
July 11,  2023 .... Jalsa ... 1:00 PM
It is almost afternoon now .. and I say sorry for the nonsense Blog ☝🏽 .. the head was working on one thing and the mind was doing something else .. it , happens in todays world, where the human has been crowded with millions of options and tracks and alternatives .. and the human is selfish enough , at times,  to get associated with all of them , at the same time .. not realising that when the different tracks are opted for , each of them has a story and a history of its own , to deal with which , is a mammoth task ..
It requires extreme will to do that, which satisfies all .. satisfaction is the most unobserved misunderstood word of the season .. everyone wishes to think of who I am, as what I have done  ..
We are all special cases, and we all want to say something in , say an appeal, against something ! Everyone insists that they are innocent, their innocence being at all costs .. even if it means accusing the rest of the human race and heaven ..
We all think that WE , I,  am the sensible one .. we sensible people are all selfish .. we think , or rather are determined to be who we are , by what we have done .. and what we have done, is attuned to the elements of nature, tugging, pulling us into every contract to make its terms look fair ..
THE IMPORTANT THING IS NOT THE CAMERA, BUT THE EYE .. the eye .. !!
AAAHHHHHH .. dear ones of my loved Ef , I build bridges of philosophical expedience and comfort, over raging rivers .. 😢
I wish I could have , in normalcy , been able to build the strong willed reality of bridges, over the raging, ravaging waters in Himachal and elsewhere .. 😢😢 .. in our land .. !!!
.. that little girl with the ‘gajra’ still haunts my heart .. I wonder of whether what was given to her was enough .. I wish I could meet her again, and give her more for her liking  .. and as I drive I keep looking out , but never see her .. or anyone that could know her .. or any other in similar ..
But what I see is somewhat touching for me, at an instant  .. this 👇🏽👇🏽 ..
Tumblr media
.. the Mother did not have a smile , as I followed them .. unknown to them .. and at a traffic halt or jam when there was a pause .. I drew my window down to indicate to the Husband, how much he had loaded the bike on himself and more the Wife .. what you see is the picture, after the lady recognised me  .. and then the smile  ..
But .. I thought .. this is a family out to get provisions for the home .. the Husband has a vehicle, no car , no facility to have the benefit of affluent home delivery , they need to go out and get it themselves .. the bike is the carrier .. of family of goods .. and of the thumb sucking , new born .. for he cannot be left at home .. what best can be done in such a situation is being done  .. the Mother happily looked at me and smiled in recognition .. her somewhat earlier withered with the woes of life and condition face , suddenly brightened up .. I asked, ‘can I take a picture’ .. she kept smiling .. I did .. pulled the glass up in some remorse , told the Husband, who was pulling out his mobile to take mine, to drive safe  .. waited till his picture moment was over .. the jam opened .. we moved .. and I was moved too ..
How life brings to us what it does .. how and what are its parameters at the moment of its choice .. who to give what , who to give not ..
.. and NO .. I did not feed the GPT for this post ..
my love as ever ..
