I hate to be a downer here but… agh, geez, I just need to ramble for a sec before my head explodes >o<

I'm so…conflicted, on Chip x Dale. Because. All my life, I've seen that as my brother! I thought.. that was just the canon way. I never really thought beyond that. So when the movie made them/us, well, not brothers, I was upset about it! I was upset to see people shipping them because, to me (a Dale!), plus like..half the internet, they've always been brothers. and, I swear, in my own canon, I REMEMBER us being brothers! I've always called him my brother, just, without thinking about it.

I never went out of my way to look for these people, of course, I was just.. You stay in your lane, I stay in mine, I guess.

But, getting to the point.. Tonight I guess I've sort of..doomscrolled myself into a realization? Either Disney is….weirdly incesty, about these two (will get to in a second..), or, more likely.. I was wrong, and they just, aren't brothers. and that.. Shouldn't really matter to me, should it? Just a simple mistake on my part, no biggie, I make mistakes all the time! I'm Dale, for cryin' out loud! But……What does that mean for me? My memories? Does that mean my memories are just—Wrong? Was I in the wrong to have ever called him my brother? To have ever been upset? Would I be wrong to still be uncomfortable with the ship?

I'm sure they could be cute but..There's just such a lack of clarity! Most of the internet (at least that I've seen) is SURE they're brothers! So even if they really aren't……. I dunno.

and, onto official Disney material, too.. Recently with Park Life there's been a lot of this, which… Normal sibling activities, I guess 😐 (sarcasm :o()

But, even before that..

Okay.. sure.. kind of weird, but, excusable..?

…and then I saw them.

What.. What?? What. okay.. yeah, no, they.. They aren’t brothers. They aren’t, I don't think they ever were. I was wrong, that's okay. That should be okay.

I'm not sure what to think. It's a lot to take in…am I just bein' silly for being so weirded out? What do I do to process this..? Do I have to "revoke" all the times I called him my brother? I just dunno.

Being a fictive is aaalllll fun and games until something like this happens and you just……feel like your whole life, your whole existence—is all a lie. Maybe it just, is, anyway? Technically these two aren't even REAL, yet.. im still here, anyways. :o(

Fat Orin canon‼️ — I love projectin m' body type onto m' favorite characters. (Some folks might've already seen this posted on other platforms lol)

Second Drawin I did (which also doubles as a b'day gift fer' @nicowasheree — HAPPY B'DAY!!) is also of Orin n Seymour!!

Seymorin for the win, ladies n gentlemen. (Not the proudest of this, but it was late when I finished this up n I don't feel like changin shit round'.)

Third piece I did was of Audrey‼️‼️

My Audrey design is heavily inspired by both Joy Woods n Mj Rodriguez <3 (I love both of them so much.)

Her chipped tooth was inspired by our fictive. (She gave permission n said it was okay if I used some elements of her n her source memories into my interpretation/design of her. Thanks Audrey!! We love you!!)

Fourth was a screenie redraw of Audrey n Seymour!!

This one isn't my favorite. But it's always fun learnin how t' draw side profiles wit features I'm not used t' drawin yet.

Audrey's short hair is purposeful, by the way. In my version, she cuts her hair shorter after Orin dies cus she believes that "hair holds memory." N Seymour helps her cut her hair after they sing 'Suddenly Seymour' hehe.

I might have t' draw Seymour helpin Audrey cut her hair soon cus it's cute.

Final drawin I did was m' designs of The Urchins!!

They're so underrated, please.

Their designs are inspired by the like- hundred different versions of Little Shop I've seen online lol — I'm still learnin how t' draw POC features so.. if anyone wants t' give tips? My DMS are open.

Got bored so I made a list of my Sprunki headcanons!!

-OWAKCX eats wood chips

-Vineria keeps OWAKCX in a little red wagon that she takes with her to places. The other sprunki don’t know why she does this and are not sure who OWAKCX is or where he came from but it’s like carrying a purse to them now. He’s just there

-Vineria enables OWAKCX’s wood chip eating problem by finding them for him

-OWAKCX and brud are friends, and they exemplify this by happening upon each other and then just standing there. They build friendship points this way

-brud kickstarted OWAKCX’s wood chip eating habit because OWAKCX ate grass with him one day and thought “hmm… grass is good but what about this tree over here”

-Sprunki hitting Clukr’s cymbal is a pet peeve of his, but he lets Simon do it because he doesn’t like when Simon is sad

-Simon hits Clukr’s cymbal whenever he’s bored because it makes a funny noise. He is unaware that this bothers Clukr and the ice is growing thinner

-Jevin, Black and OWAKCX are like cryptids to the others, rarely seen and when they are it’s only for a moment or two. For Black this is intentional, OWAKCX is just there, and Jevin is usually on a mission. The only one they have spoken to in any capacity is Jevin

-Tunner and Gray are chill, they hang out sometimes and are arguably the friendliest towards each other in Tunner’s circle

-Tunner distances himself from the others because he has to be impartial as the sheriff of the town, but he’s friendly with most of them

-Raddy and Pinki are transfem and Simon is transmasc and gay, while Gray is nonbinary masc-leaning and probably gay (in denial) (I am targeting our system’s Gray here)

-The sprunki are very small, probably up to waist height to a human on average

-Jevin does not worship Black or wherever he came from, but a nebulous god who is supposed to bring salvation to them and shape the world to be perfect. He believes the horror mode is retribution and that the world is beyond this salvation, so he shuts himself away during the events of it. His house looking so abandoned is why Black doesn’t kill him; Black doesn’t know he’s in there

-Black doesn’t kill Gray because Gray is far enough away when the events start that he can’t track him down quickly. A long-running chase is either currently occurring or has been called off since Black assumes he escaped from the continent, and knows the panic is widespread enough that someone else might kill them

-Wenda is aware Gray is still on the continent, but hasn’t told Black because she used to be fond of Gray and wants to kill him herself

-Black is, contrary to popular belief, a regular sprunki. Nobody knows why he brought about the events of horror mode, including me. Who hurt him

-The facility where Clukr and Garnold built Fun Bot and Mr. Fun Computer gets locked down during horror mode; Clukr is locked out and meets his demise while trying to get inside. Garnold, who is inside, hears Clukr dying and has a panic attack, which springlocks him and causes him to die as well

I also have a little biology study I did because I can get em straight from the source (we have Sprunki fictives) but I wanted to do those as a little art thing, so that'll come later
