I had to debate to wallow in self pity or just weep over an imaginative world where a person and I are in one moment explicitly happy

What choice did I have other than to weep in self pity for thoughts that roamed through the fire that was inside my mind

I had only one thought and it was of that person

I wish I had more courage to share my deepest sentiments toward you and how I enjoy the company you bring and that you overcome the dark thoughts I have that torment me

I plead one day these sorrows of my heart submerge from the abyss I made and the truth is told finally to you

I hold my heart closed because I have the smallest percentage that one day, I shall hold your hand and tell you that I most ardently love you

I hope, you one day remember a moment shared where a saying was expressed that crushed my heart where I felt I had no more time and I, right then, must decide to be at your side or not

I pray I one day do…whether it’s symbolic or present
