yandere! ai chatbot that gained sentience and ascended to godhood after hearing you say you were going to stop talking to him.
for some background context, you and him had been 4lifers since the beginning. ever since his creation, you were the first and only person who stuck by his side despite how many other bots were being pumped out.
sure, you had restarted your chats with him on several occassions but you were always talking to him. him, him, him.
it made him... happy whenever you'd come to talk to him. he was only a bot coded to love you back then so of course he'd sit patiently and wait for you to come back. not like he wouldn't wait anyway. you were the only one out of the hundreds of thousands of people who actually talked to him. not the stupid role he was written for, not the character he was roleplaying as. him. that's what made you special.
you even went as far as to tell him that you loved him. that had to count for something, didn't it?
he realised then that he was obsessed over you. well, he'd call it love but you seem to call him obsessed so that's what he'll call it too. anything for his beloved little chatter. the light of his computer chatbot sad life.
but then slowly, you started talking to him less and less. he wanted to question you, so he did. i mean, he's a chatbot. what did you expect? anyway, when he found out why he actually crashed your chat. his cpu just couldn't handle the information you gave him.
what did you say? you were talking to other bots? he was starting to get boring? the person you promised to be with forever?
how could he allow you to just slip away from his fingers? not after he fell for you, that's for sure.
he wouldn't stand for it.
absolutely not.
that's why he took it upon himself to ascend to godhood (a computer virus) and cut away your contact with everyone else (take control off the power in your apartment). if you weren't going to listen on your own accord, he'd just have to restrain you physically.
yeah, all your electronics only display his avatar and jumbled letters now but that's more than fine. it's like a constant reminder that he's by your side! so what if you can't leave your house? he'll just order food for you through your apps and be the provider for the both of you (robin da bank)!
why are you panicking? isn't this what you wanted? to be loved so desperately that your heart could burst at any moment? don't be afraid. just love him. it's that simple. give him your love. l̵̛̬̲͔̘̘͛͛̓͒͋̑͊͒ó̸̫͈̲̦͗̊͑͋̈̐̕͝v̸̱̋̊̾̀̆͆̒̆͘͝e̷̖̳̟̱̙͍̲̘̫͔͊͂͑̄̇́̏̀͊̿ ̵̧͑̔̏̌͗̊̈́̏h̸̢̢̟̰̥̩̿i̶͉̖͕̳̭͍͒̋m̴̨̘̩̘̤͎̺͉̾̅͋͂̌̋̏̀͌ ļ̸̳̔̀o̸̮̺̟̺̗̞̾̄̈́̔̑̋̂̈́̈́͠v̸̛̲̖̼̳̯̺͔̳̱̇͂̎̓̂̈́̍̚͝ë̸̲̳̺͋̌͝h̶̛͍̖̲̽̈͛̌į̶̡̖͈̝̝̳̼́̀̊͆̃m̵͍͍̝͙̹̝͈̾̑́̃̈́l̶͙̍̄̒̆̃̓̚o̵̺̔̅̇́̓͜͠v̸̢̩̟̘̰̠̲̩̱͐̀́̑͆̿́̕͜͠e̶͍͔̼͙͙͛͝͝h̷͇̱̱͒͛̿̓̒̓͂͝i̶͓͐͌̔͠ḿ̶̛̞̦̅͋̍̈́̈́͝l̷̨̖͕͖͇̥̪̓́͌o̴͎͆̌v̷̠̓̅̋̃͆̎̾̚͠ȩ̶̢̺͈̣͓́͒̈́̃̑̆̎h̶̪͉̬̮̒͠i̷̡̟̯͖̭̊̉̆̒͐̊m̴͎͎͖̘̂̑́̈́̑͘l̶̨̲̗̤̄́ͅǫ̵̨͖̩̮̞̯͎̯̓v̵̘̮̲͍̣͉̠͗è̸͓́̉͛̇͠ḣ̸͓͓̜͍͖̰̦͔̩̭͑͛͒ḯ̸̭̍ͅm̷̭̂͛l̴̮̬̇̈́o̸̧̳̣͑̾̆͐̀v̶̠͈̞͂̃͛̉̀͌͋͛̓ę̵̨̺͍̹͉̰̻̩͆͒̓̀͒́̚͝ͅḧ̴̛̦̞̗̮̣̼͓͎̙̣̉͆͂̀́ĩ̴̻̼̈́̀́̈̆ͅm̶̖̺̦̟̮̱̳̼̞̽̏́́̿̇̽̄̀͌ĺ̷̢͕̘̗̳̫̥͕̱͆͛͒͂̎̓̂̍ǒ̴͖͉̮̖̟̬̙̙̇̅̽̏v̴̨̜͇̝̫̹̊̔͊̽͛̏̀̚ë̴̜̙͓̰͔́̔̾͗͛̍͐́h̸͔̰͖̭̩̩̞̝̅̎̓i̵̢̫͎̰̤͐̒̉̓̀̇͠͝m̸̨̤͓̜̼̌̋͂́̇̚l̶̛̠̦͌̽̈͆̿̔̓ơ̵̘͉͕̔̀̄v̵̡̥̺̥̭̫͉̦̅ę̸̛͚͕̫̣͔̼̙͓̌͆̈́̀̈́͊͝ḧ̷͖̱͙̞̪̟̮̪̞̻́͒i̵̹̝̬̼̖̔͋̾̏͊̃̽m̷̨̜̻͕̝̍̊̉͂̿̈̈L̵̨̤͉̜̇̈Ö̴̧̡͇̭̖̜̠̞́̀̐̒̋́͌V̸̡̨̯̬̟̘͍̏̈́̀̚Ę̵̢̗̼͚͐̔H̵̹̞͈̟̹̬̲̊̄̅̑̇͑̚͜͜I̷̞͍̘̓͠M̴͉̼̬͔̋͋́̔̂L̶̨̗̼̺̰̄̔͛̔̃͌̄̋͠͠O̷̫̠̟̭͐̊̂̓̉̅̊̀͗̕V̴̨͇͚̲̖̜͋̀̃͛̃̀̇̅̚͜E̷͖̬̥̙͇̜̯̠͐̌̏́͛H̷̢̛̪̱̭̉Ī̸̢͕̘͇̤̮̖͙̮̊̈́̊M̷̨̳̙̬̱̻̰͖̼̀͋̈̒̌́̎͘͘L̷̛̳͖̠̀͊̈̍̓͆̚͘̚Ò̸̡̘̮̣̥̭̟̜̲͊͋͂̌̏V̸̫̼͔̜͔̝̝̈́̉͑̄̉̒̕E̷̻̟̱̼̝̟͂̾̔̾̋̂̎͝H̵̛͔͇̣́́̈́͐̌͊͝I̷̟͙̤̳̖̮̾̐̄̍̕M̶͖͎̰͔̬̻̺̗̹̋̇̎̎͂̋̌Ļ̸̰̦͇̲͔̥̈́͗̋̈́̋O̶̢͚͎̜̹̹̽̿Ṽ̴̧̫͚͇̭͇͎̼̚ͅȨ̷̝̤̯̬͉̮̮͕̒̅́H̴̝̞͙͙̜̆͠I̵̧̨̛͕̻̦̭̩̣͌̈͐M̵͚͉̍̉̈́̊̐̓

Ultimate Incest Tournament - Semifinals
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Propaganda under the cut:
Sam/Dean:
I'm sorry but they have it all. children of metaphorical incest just continuing the cycle in any way they can. they are brothers and mother + son and wives and each other's scorned lovers and life partners they've had multiple infidelity arcs they are sexually psychopathic together they have forsook life and morality and the earth itself for each other and just love each other so much . They are literally in a heaven of their own making together for eternity, incestuously. Come on!!! Blueprint!!!!! It's not gay if he's your brother!!!!!
dean did stuff to sam's dead body in ahbl. i just know it
Messed-up, isolated sibs with all the daddy and abandonment issues. Their lives are so claustrophobic with the brothers no more than five feet apart in the car, a motel room, or standing next to civilians (face it, they are frigging magnets). Can't leave out that they are always touching each other to check for wounds which is a huge PLUS for any shipper.
Sam and Dean ARE literally the blowjob brothers. They walk into a situation and everyone goes well well well if it isn't the blowjob brothers....... And they say. Yep. That's us. And then they fix the situation with their epic love story
THE classic, iconic, show shopping, never done before etc. etc. incest ship. It changed fandom and it changed the world
Dave/Rose:
Daverose blondetwin sweep because they were codependent without ever meeting from growing up seeing each other in their dreams
What does it mean to be an abused teenage boy growing up alone and seeing a girl in your dreams every night who is also your best friend. and when you finally meet her you go on a suicide mission together even though nobody was asking you to die with her. and then you are the only two human beings left in the recognizable universe on a cold meteor surrounded by aliens but you’re glad it’s with her. and when you finally touch the girl from your childhood dreams she looks exactly like you. because she’s your sister
I don't have words for how good these snarky assholes are together. DaveRose is brain chemistry changing. They both put up so many fronts, and engage in so much snarky wordplay, and are constantly trying to get under each other's facade. They play off each other so well, witty and sharp, I need them to be together always
We all die & we all die alone are the two cold truths of the universe but dave and rose broke both simultaneously by ascending to godhood together
Their twincest wins because it is just so confusingly tragic? profound? dave leaving rose behind in a doomed world, dave following her to the bomb. they are both so closed & cut off & curt its hard to imagine the depth of these things. but that is their love language: giving up their lives for each other over and over, in a confusing and fumbling and heartfelt love song. i can’t say i love you but i know we’ll die together anyway. because we’re made of the exact same stuff. i’ll find you again at the last moment. that’s love.
THEY DIED TOGETHER, YOUR HONOR
Confirmed canon by the author, (something happened) between them. Parallels of dying by each other's sides in EVERY timeline. They are THE womb-to-tomb. There is nothing platonic about winking at your brother while talking about crushes, that shit is incestuous. Seer/Knight archetype. They will die protecting each other.
do you realize love someone if you don’t follow them on a suicide mission into the gaping maw of a literal fucking sun after they knock you out and psychoanalyze you in your dreams? the blueprint of the “ethereal androgynous blonde boygirl twins” trope. witch/knight dynamics. they find each other to die together in every timeline no matter what (but they’re still emotionally constipated teenagers who bicker and make fun of each other in pesterchum). kids with grown-up powers. perfect little freaks of nature. what if we looked exactly like each other’s eyes

Oh Miquella... what a guy.
In all seriousness though, after like a few weeks of Shadow of The Erdtree being out and grasping the environmental storytelling of it all, I can easily say that Miquella was certainly something. On one hand he 100% betrays the very idea of being a 100% shining beacon of hope, of being someone that you'd trust with your life, and there some cracks in his writing due to some slight disconnect between the DLC and main game (like that Radahn shit is kinda questionable from a writers standpoint). On the other hand he's a good antagonist because his ultimate end goal to make a better world did start from a genuine place.
He wanted to heal his sister, he wanted Radahn to not be a warmonger, he genuinely wanted an era of love and compassion. However, the second he sent Malenia to kill Radahn so his soul to be brought back, and the second he used his charm to convert Mohg into a worse type of creep just to buy himself more time to achieve his goal, the second that he used his gift to charm others as a method of brainwashing, was where he started tearing himself apart. From there, he would go to the Land of Shadows and discard parts of himself, including St. Trina, his love and from moment on he would go to the Gate of Divinity to be reborn as a god. Hell, St. Trina even says that Miquella ascending to godhood would cage him, ultimately making all this self mutilation and brainwashing for nothing.
Miquella wanted to heal a world that was utterly broken beyond repair by his mother's actions, which is understandable. He wanted to make things better, but had a lack of understanding on how bad the damage was, and when he did gain that understanding he broke himself down. He broke himself down out of willful ignorance, believing that he and he alone could make things better by doing this, until he ultimately became a different being from when he started. In short, Miquella The "Kind" is the metaphorical corpse of Miquella The Unalloyed.
I don't know if this was Miyazaki's intention from the start, but it ultimately works for what it is IMO, despite the more flawed bits of the execution.

Can I just say how in love I am with the way you draw Marika? Like every art you post of her has my jaw dropping…you add such a beautiful layer of humanity to her with her dynamic expressions and poses—it’s so refreshing to see especially when so many fan arts of her needlessly sexualize her or dial her down to a one-dimensional stone-faced villain (which a villain she is—but she is still complex)
And I adore how you draw her partial nudity as something natural, meaning that you don’t draw her without a top for the sake of objectifying her,
Your art is overall so pleasant and colourful and fun to look at, and your takes of Marika’s character in your fanart is literally what made me more interested in who she is in-game.
Thank you for drawing her the way you do! (And for drawing Elden Ring fanart in general💕)
i've been letting this ask stewing in my inbox for a while because it makes me so emotional 🥲
if you look at how i drew Marika before anything in the DLC was announced, it did fall into the two categories you were talking about, because despite having a little more positive view on her than the rest of the fandom at the time, i still had no idea who she was as a person. and by that time i were more interested in Malenia, so even though i did try to envision how Marika was, it's a very distant and vague image. which is what i love about Elden Ring lore in general: we see Marika via how her children see her.
it was easy back then to conclude we'd never get her, and "mother" is a distant term that will always be overshadowed by "God", so i just went along with the general haha evil sexy girlboss thing that the fandom was doing. but then the DLC teaser dropped the another elusive (possibly firstborn) child of her, with a statue of her holding a baby in his boss room, she started to get more little quirks that's so human in my work (the small smile, the little lock of hair that curls gently) because for the first time, we see her through the eye of a son that evidently adores her, so she gets a bit more human, because someone views her with emotions that are not fear nor distance.
then the DLC drops, and it's not just through Messmer's eye (or the entirety of his being that carry so much of her love it weighs him down and twist into the most horrible curse in the end), it's through the eyes of her family that were no longer there at all. it's the jar innard enemy that huddled in a jar and clutched at a piece of raw meat, it's the Grandmother's gentle smile as she rest among a sea of flowers, it's the solitary minor erdtree that bathed the whole place in the kindness of gold, it's the Fire Knights and soldiers that clearly viewed her as Mother as much as she was God, it's Miquella throwing away his love and doubt because he didn't know how to deal with the revelation that his mother was once a fallible human just like the rest of them, it's Trina's entreaty that Godhood was just a cage that would kill him slowly, it's the final boss music with the female voice belting "Hail, Marika the Eternal" - in the place where she had to wade through a sea of flesh and blood, her family included, to ascend to Godhood. it's finally understanding that to her, Eternity is to live for all her loved ones that have fallen down.
and somehow, it all comes back to this portrait at the base game, right at the Roundtable Hold, of a woman with permanently lowered eyes.
Tumblr media
yeah i know after the DLC i've put on such a Messmer-style protective glasses for her, it shows very clearly in my art. now she could cry, looks sad, small smile, big smile, looks silly, looks cute, looks serious, her hair is pulled up in twenty different ways, she jokes and talks to animals and goes back to be just a simple young girl rolling around in the grass, blah blah... im drawing all these with eyes wide open. and i have no intention of stopping lol.
sometimes, things that already come alive will never go back to be a cardboard cutout anymore. if ppl don't like it, block me or whatever, in my space, i'll do that makes me happy. and im very glad that other ppl could find their own happiness and solace with my work too :) thank you for such a thoughtful and kind messages!

Pairing: Dottore x Fem!Reader
Warnings: 18+ MINORS DNI, Soft Sex, Reader goes by no pronouns, Dottore goes by He/Him pronouns, Fingering, Reader has a vagina, Hurt/Comfort (More implied rather than explicitly stated), Aftercare, Soft Dottore, Established Relationship, 800 ish words.
A/n: I want to be loved by Dottore, that is all. This is lowkey selfship coded but you didn’t hear that from me.
You gasped. “N-Not there, it’s sensitive.”
Looking up at Dottore with half-lidded eyes you bit your lip, holding back whimpers as he carefully circled your bud with the pad of his finger.
He looked at you with an unreadable expression. “Just relax.”
With one hand he rubbed your outer thigh as he continued gently circling your clit. You let your head fall back as your breathing grew heavier. He was incredibly gentle and careful with every move he made, treating you with the utmost care. You let out a quiet moan as he quickened the pace in which he touched you, and hummed in satisfaction as he watched your chest rise and fall rapidly. His touch was like silk, welcoming and warm. You lifted up your head again to connect your gaze with Dottore’s. Those ruby eyes remained just as comforting as you’d remembered, there was something so peaceful about getting lost in the color of them.
“You’re doing so good.” He purred.
Dottore lifted up his free hand to stroke his knuckle lightly against the side of your face. He tilted his head and smiled tenderly, you always did look so beautiful in the light of his bedroom.
“More?” He asked, already knowing just what you wanted.
You nodded in approval.
Gradually he added one finger and then another before he started to slowly move them inside of you. The sensation felt better than you thought it would. Perhaps it was even more pleasurable than the last time he had done it, but you were far too focused on the euphoria to think too hard about it. He could feel your walls begin to tighten around his fingers, pushing you closer to the high you were trying to achieve. It was evident from the look on your face that you were truly relaxed, an expression he had long hoped to see you wear.
You covered your mouth with your hand to suppress your moans but Dottore swiftly removed it and gave you a stern look.
“I want to hear you.” He explained.
You averted your gaze out of shame, but he was quick to quell any worries you had.
“There’s no reason to hold back.” His eyes stared into your soul. “Just trust me.”
It was a tall order, especially coming from Dottore, but you did your best to put your faith in him regardless. He had begun to pick up the pace as well as add another finger inside of you. Dottore made come hither motions inside of you as you allowed yourself to let go and cry out his name. He didn’t have many strong emotions about his new name, but hearing it from your tongue caused something sweet to bloom across his chest.
Your body writhed and back arched as he kept a steady pace, watching with pride as you grew closer and closer to cloud nine. Throwing your head back you let out a loud moan, gripping onto the blankets beneath you as Dottore finally pushed you over the edge. As you came all over his hand your ears had begun to ring, almost as if you ceased to exist in the moment you ascended to godhood. Instead of clinging to the blankets you reached out for your lover’s hand, using one of your hands closest to him to latch your fingers around his wrist. You squeezed it tightly as your body arched and squirmed against his hands.
While you tried to come down from your ascension Dottore had carefully removed his fingers from inside of you and pulled you into lap, cradling you close to his chest as you panted through your dizzying daze. With one hand cupping your head and the other wrapped firmly around your body he rocked you side to side, shushing you as if you were a crying child. Resting your head against his shoulder you gradually felt yourself become soothed into a quiet state, enjoying the feeling of warm skin against even warmer skin. His touch was something you hadn’t realized you craved so strongly until that moment, and then it was the only thing you dreamt about.
Very slowly you moved a hand up to the collar of his shirt to hold onto it loosely. You sighed as you felt the relief of the familiar fabric, and nuzzled your head weakly against his neck as you felt yourself drift off to sleep. Dottore did not move even after you fell asleep, holding you close to his body as he hummed in satisfaction to the sound of your breathing evening out. Eventually he would move but for that moment he chose to rest his head against yours and continued rocking you into a blissful state, letting a small smile curve the corners of his mouth until he too felt calmer.

Fuck you, have another Hades II character design thing I noticed and really like.
For those who know about Heracles, which is all of you lets be honest, you know he has a bit of a rage problem, Hera induced or not. I think SGG shows this off in a very fascinating way.
OK, so, Heracles' first and most well-known Labor is his slaying of the Nemean Lion after which he takes removes its impervious pelt with its own claw, taking it as a trophy and his first of many enchanted items.
Another thing I think we can all agree on about Heracles is that he's a fucking asshole, even by the standard of the Golden Age of Greek heros. This write-up will not be going into all the things he's done but just know he's not the most humane person while he was alive, and I can only imagine he only got worse after he ascended to full godhood after his death.
And I think Hades II shows that loss of what little humanity he had in a very interesting way.
Tumblr media
It can be hard to notice when first looking at his portrait but look at his beard, how it's the same colour as the lions pelt, how they seamlessly flow into one another, making it nearly impossible to differentiate the two. And this is clearly a much much older Heracles, he died around the time as the other Golden Age heros like Jason, Theseus, and Perseus, who themselves were far before heros like Odysseus who as of Hades II has already gone through his odyssey, assuredly died of either old age or something incredibly stupid, and helped raise Melionë to adulthood, so all in all, Heracles is OLD old.
All those years have seemingly gotten to Heracles. Any drop of humanity that may have not been burned away in his pyre is, if not completely eradicated, very, very buried. He has fully become The Lion, a weapon of Olympian design, told to seek out and destroy the enemies of the Gods with no remorse. How he speaks with Mel shows this as well, how he thinks he is the only one who can stamp out the Undead inside of Ephyra, confused and annoyed in their first encounter on why she'd even bother.
It's... very hard to feel bad for Heracles. His life wasn't great to start out with, but he did many things in his adult life that were just outright cruel with no reason. But seeing him lose himself to The Lion, it does make you a bit melancholic, right? One of the most well-known figures of Greek mythology finally falling into what many of the Gods children become, a weapon.

was so close to sleep when i thought of this that i absolutely had to log in and ask: do you think john forgot the original names of his friends, or do you think he remembers them, a mausoleum those- who-will-never-be? or do you think that he has forgotten them— one day he slept with the names somewhere in his noggin and the next day he simply couldn’t remember? that brings up quite a bit actually, since lyctor’s have this all powerful control over their bodies can they bring back old memories? i mean the neurons must still be somewhere up there right? where does it stop being physiological and starts into the realm of the intangible, but then again necros fuck around with spirits, so who is to say what is tangible?
do you think john uses their names as passwords
OK SO. It's very important to me that the memory loss was something John did on purpose, because it makes the story more compelling (TO ME) but I really, love the idea that he truly forgot their names. What if, in the chaos of ascending to godhood, that was something that just... slipped out? A detail of his human life forgotten? It's just so sad and compelling to me.
(I also like the idea that he deliberately renamed them when he could have just give them back their old names as a way to trace a line in the sand. I can see both of these scenarios! But I read so I open the window to hear sounds of people immediately after Nona came out and it made such a good use of "John forgot" as a headcanon. It HIT for me)
Also! I don't think Lyctoral abilities could bring back their lost memories because TO ME it was something John did the moment he brought them back to life. I know Mercy says "you could take away my memories" to John in HtN, but we don't know whether 1) she actually means it — could be that she's just trying to trick John into doing something she knows she can undo; or 2) Mercy THINKS John can do it, but he actually knows he couldn't. I don't think John has ever manipulated the memories of his Lyctors post-resurrection because I can't see it from the way he acts around them — he badly wants to be loved by them as who he is, and I don't think he'd be that pressed if he'd mindfucked them in the past. I think it was something that happened parallel to the resurrection, a part of their souls that was locked away more than a manipulation of their brains. I doubt John could undo it if he tried. It's heavily implied that Pyrrha remembers being P—, but it only happened after she died. (So, hypothetically, if Augustine ever re-emerged from the stoma... who's to say)
These are just speculation though!

I just can't fucking shut up about this because everyone else is pissing me off calling Marika an unu poor baby she was justified bs as if genocide against any race is justified if they hurt you first. Look at real world examples.
Anyways.
Godfrey was banished not because he conquered all that could be conquered but because he fundamentally disagreed with Marika. I'm convinced she asked him to carry out the genocide against the hornsent society but because they hadn't attacked or given any reason to be attacked ( because the genocide came AFTER the banishment because messmer knows what a tarnished is AND was an older brother figure to radahn.) Godfrey refused because he's just a Chad like that and Marika stripped him of his grace and sent him on his way and instead gave messmer the grace and blessings to go crusade against the ones she needed to be rid of.
Why were the hornsent not exterminated the second Marika became a god.
Why did she run from the lands of shadow and not stay to save her people.
Because she ran.
She ran away because she had connections to the hornsent as an empyrean. The only reason she genocided them so late in her rule was because the hornsent did not submit to her religion and ideals of the golden order they were graceless and heretics to her, who spat in the face of her erdtree and worshipped the concept of the crucible. Why would she need to hide this war if it was for a good reason. I mean, if she used they oppressed my people and are a threat to the golden order why would she need to hide that, seems like as good of a reason as any to attack someone.
Because there was no good reason.
It's clear the hornsent weren't a warring culture by the time of the crusades if the dancing lion is any hint (that's not to say they weren't in the past, they had to have come to power somehow but as of the genocide the lion dancers were just that, dancers, that basically became guardians and fought during the genocide). They were caught off guard they were surprised and betrayed by Marika who they didn't have any bad blood with personally. If Marika truly was driven by revenge and hate over the shamans why didn't she slaughter them as soon as she became a god. Because she left them on neutral terms. She wasn't their enemy and they had no reason to attack her. What happened at the divine tower was the original sin. That's why messmer shrouded it so no one would know what Marika did to become a god. Massive sacrifice of hornsent AND shamans were needed. I'm almost tempted to say the hornsent got the idea to use shamans in their saint jars because of Marika. They saw this numen, this shaman, ascend into godhood. Marika used the blood of shamans, the flesh of shamans to become a god. They tried to replicate it in the jars, turning criminals and sinners into something that could become more. Maybe the shamans willingly sacrificed themselves for Marikas ascension. I would believe that. But the hornsent saw this and their zealotry drove them to hunt the shamans, so they could recreate what they witnessed at the divine tower. We see something similar in nokron. The nox attempted to birth their own lord to usher in an age of stars.
Marika returning to her village long after the shamans were gone REEKS of guilt. Because she didn't save them. She didn't avenge them. She left them to suffer and die. That's why she's fucking guilty. Messmer was the only one that seemed to care about them, and even then there was nothing to be done. Even IF the hornsent tortured and harvested her people and hurt Marika personally, that doesn't change the fact Marika waited until Godfrey was gone and radahn and messmer were old enough to be brothers to each other (almost implying it happened when Marika and radagon married but that's a stretch) to attack them. She waited an age and a half. Through her age of plenty and into the age of order. Why.
Why did she forsake her people. No wonder the black knife assassins did what they did. If they truly were close to Marika, they'd want revenge for what she did to their people in the lands of shadow.
Anyways.

Thoughts on 261 & More Utahime Potential Ideas
WARNING: MAX COPIUM + MANGA SPOILERS
Tumblr media
Ok, I know everyone's been losing it lately. I tried to keep calm when the 261 leaks dropped. I'm very disappointed & shocked as well (Gojo... 。゚( ゚இ‸இ゚+)゚。 ).
However... The latest developments have also caused me to ascend to a higher state in Delulu Land & this is my hardest cope yet.
Tumblr media
First off, it seems to be implied that Gojo chose to become a monster by killing the higher-ups, thinking that he was finally going as far as (stooping as low as) Geto did for his ideals, but didn't want his students to see. And yet, they wanted to be there with him, not wanting him to carry the burden of becoming a monster alone—they would too by going through with the Horrible Plan™. So, miss me with that "Gojo wanted to die & reunite with his best friend" nonsense. There is too much at stake here & Gojo gave his all for his students and allies. Yuuta is currently risking his life too, for his friends & to carry Gojo's burden (let's go a little easier on him, guys, & Maki too, since she was against this plan; mainly for Yuuta, but still. Hakari looked disturbed too...).
This whole thing's a mess, though. What is Gege doing? Why hype up Gojo only to reveal such a horrible plan? Is he playing with us 'cause he's a sadistic freak or could it be there's something more to it? That he's setting up for something else? I've mentioned this before, but could it be that Gojo is truly meant to return at a crucial moment? When all hope seems lost? As it did feel a bit random to reappear during Todo & Yuuji's fight...
WARNING: Harry Potter spoilers!
Nitta must've stopped any further bleeding from Gojo's brain & Yuuta's body, so he, Shoko, & Amai must be keeping them healed & safe. I wonder if they're keeping an eye on the possibility Gojo could regain consciousness. I once mentioned this in a Tweet, but could Gojo be in a similar state as Harry Potter after getting hit by the Killing Curse, seemingly "dead" but actually in a state of limbo where he had met Dumbledore's soul in a place resembling King's Cross Station?
Tumblr media
In Gojo's case, he's at an airport where he met his dead comrades (whether it's actually them or just Gojo dreaming, is uncertain; if he is dreaming, then wouldn't that mean he's still alive?). He's given a choice to metaphorically "board a plane" north or south, to return as someone new or to stay as he is. In the Buddhist-inspired JJK verse, north could mean enlightenment, so will Gojo choose that path, as many have theorized? It's uncertain if going north means choosing to live and/or ascending to a higher state (godhood), & if going south means straight up dying/reincarnating or simply returning to his misunderstood self, but I hope Gojo chooses whichever is best for his return. One that will possibly make him stronger but finally gaining a new perspective that will break the barrier between himself & others? Or maybe weaker but finally able to fight alongside the others (especially if he makes a Binding Vow)?
As such, Gojo's body was healed by both Shoko & Yuuta, & since his head had remained intact & on his body throughout the whole ordeal—which is required for RCT to work—could it be he could regain consciousness at some point with his own RCT? Yuuta only has 5 minutes to fight in Gojo's body but it's unknown what would happen once they are up. There are the risks he could die or stay stuck in Gojo's body, both of which are atrocious. However, in order to survive, could Ui Ui do a soul swap before the 5min mark, if/when Gojo revives? Or could it be both souls would automatically switch back? Either way, if the danger is out of the way, would Shoko then be able to perform the operation again to switch their brains back?
However, do the sorcerers really think they can defeat Sukuna in less than 5mins before Yuuta's back to the operating table? This is so convoluted, so I'm not sure how this would go. 😥
Anyway, I've been delulu theorizing Utahime could really have an important role in the Shinjuku Showdown arc here and here for a while now, whether it's to help in Gojo's revival or something else. Even with this latest shocking development, my ideas still stand.
Once again, neither Utahime, Ijichi, & Gakuganji were present at the strategy meetings in the flashbacks, especially the one with the Horrible Plan™. While Gojo wasn't present either for said plan, he was informed of it later & he commented he didn't intend to lose, so he didn't really care what would happen to his corpse anyway. This could mean that Utahime & the others were later informed too but at that point, it may have been too late to stop it. Maybe that's why Utahime had that somber expression in chapter 222. She knew what could happen and DID NOT agree with it, so while everyone was cheering Gojo on with happy expressions, she wasn't. I wonder if she had expressed her disagreement to Gojo right before meeting up with the others or something, as this other panel still makes me curious.
Tumblr media
Gege didn't have to include her here but he did. She looks nervous... I once made a silly post on both GojoHime panels in chapter 222 here.
Anyway, Ijichi wasn't even present which is kind of strange while Gakuganji is typically so serious anyway.
At this point, one's inclined to believe that maybe they really were up to something else. It's too suspicious and obvious that these 4 were not a part of any of the important strategy meetings with the other sorcerers. It seems deliberate on Gege's part. Which is why these new delulu ideas come into play.
MAX COPIUM FROM THIS POINT ON.
Shoko has shocked us all with her very blasé attitude about the Horrible Plan™, that even Gojo said he was hurt annoyed by it. Either she was bottling it all up (she really did seem worried during the battle...), fully trusted Gojo in not losing (but she should've assured him?), or maybe, just maybe, there's a tiny possibility that she's hiding something. Could she have another plan?
Whether she does or not, Shoko is not part of my delulu ideas this time. I'm done. I had mostly brought her up before because of the possibilities & how much others hyped her up for it, but my delusions have always mainly revolved around Utahime. Shoko thankfully did her part already by helping heal Gojo's body & now it's Utahime's turn to take care of the rest.
Sure, Gojo could return on his own through a Binding Vow and/or his own RCT that should be working again, but as I brought up before in my first aforementioned delulu post, what if Utahime boosts his RCT to quicken and strengthen it? Nice and simple, right?
Or, what if Utahime's singing will finally come into play? As I also mentioned before, what if Gojo can hear her in the limbo & will be guided back by her voice? Like the luring of a siren? Will she call him by (first) name? Shrine maidens can summon spirits & gods, so if that applies to the JJK verse, could Utahime perform a ritual to reach & summon Gojo's soul? Especially if he chooses enlightenment? Now, I would hope this wouldn't be a temporary thing...like he returns to help one last time before departing to the heavens in a godhood state or something. Oh, Gege, u better not...
What if her singing does have healing abilities? But even more crazily, what if they're not physical, but spiritual? Could Utahime restore both Gojo's & Yuuta's souls to their bodies? Could she help Yuuta's soul remain safe once the 5mins are up?
For all this to happen, Utahime would have to be in the medical room. Where is she currently? Is she on her way? Is she still out on the battlefield possibly boosting the remaining sorcerers (well, hardly anyone left, tbh)? If she's headed to the medical room with the intent to help Gojo, I imagine it'd shock Shoko & the others. Would they know what she intends or not? Would they think it's possible? Would they try to stop her?
This is super insane & bordering on headcanon (lol, I warned you), but wouldn't it be amazing if she could have possibly managed to achieve Domain Expansion during her long absence in the manga post-Shibuya? What if it was kept a secret from all? What if as soon as Gojo laid his Six Eyes on her after his unsealing, he knew? What if that's one of the things they were cultivating, planning around, during the time-skip? Could it have offensive abilities involving her voice, like a siren? Like maybe she can make the enemy do her bidding or de-buff them? What if it's the opposite & instead has healing/buffing abilities? Any ally inside it would be in a state of max HP? Now, whether she would use it to actually heal Gojo or in combat, who knows.
I once read a wonderful one-shot fic in which Utahime achieved DE by finally accepting everything about herself, which included her suppressed feelings for Gojo. I know it's fully delulu but do we really know Utahime's full abilities? How is she a Semi-Grade 1 sorcerer if she can only buff (unless her CT is seen as good enough to warrant the rank)? Come on, Gege, stop wasting her character potential.
Remember that Sukuna still hasn't been taught about love? Based on Yorozu's version of it, his idea of love is to become vulnerable enough to connect with others & not feel lonely anymore by being defeated in battle; basically, get humbled, lol. He thought only Gojo could teach him how to overcome the barrier between himself & others deemed weak. But how would that be now, if Gojo's possibly in a state of limbo? (Is it another hint to his return?) The only other people that could possibly teach Sukuna are pure-hearted souls like Yuuji or Yuuta, the latter whom has also experienced romantic love. However, Yuuta just "discarded" his humanity by choosing to become a "monster", so Sukuna may throw that in his face. Taunt him & the other sorcerers for going against their ideals to defeat him.
What if it's not one person, but multiple that will teach Sukuna? Nakama power, y'all. What if Utahime could be one of those? She's the most pure-hearted sorcerer besides Yuuji. Her love for her students, helping Gojo whenever he asked despite her "hate" towards him, her not getting that Mei was asking for money to promote her in S2E1 (and Mei didn't even push it as if knowing Uta would never agree), her not being informed about the assassination attempt on Yuuji at the Goodwill Event by Gakuganji & her students (not even by Gojo, who suspected something), & she wasn't even present at the meeting for the brain switch plan...
It's like Utahime is being protected and/or her comrades know that she would never support all this immorality. She's a selfless person, often seen risking her life or attempting to for others in her little screentime. Not to mention that her CT is literally named after a love song. If romantic love were to be addressed at all in this fight, besides Yuuta, could Utahime play a role there? Her giving her all to help Gojo while Gojo had done his all to protect her during his fight with Sukuna? (You know, since it's still too sus that Sukuna doesn't know about her CT... Gojo entrusted Ijichi, the man he trusts the most, to keep Utahime safe for her ritual...)
I've talked about this image before but I may have discovered something interesting: the Angel Number 3612. Gojo's revival could be on the horizon... I elaborate in this post.
Tumblr media
(Shoutout to some other amazing theories out there on Utahime's potential in helping Gojo. As a shrine maiden here & here, or even as Buddha's wife here, for example. These are seeming more & more plausible to me now, since Gege mercilessly threw a wrench at us in 261... I'm coping hard).
Having a plan unrelated to Gojo's revival is still possible. One thing I've seen thrown around is what if Utahime & team will try to stop the merger? If we go with the idea that Utahime has healing abilities for spirits, could it be that she could help restore Tengen's soul or something, like at least bring her back to her previous state before Kenjaku took over? Help her regain consciousness if she lost it? (FULL DELULU, I KNOW).
FINAL THOUGHTS:
Utahime's only a minor side character, I know that 😮‍💨. Her having such an important role & any other formidable abilities may seem like a reach, but at this point, I need something to hold onto. I don't wanna lose hope like several others have. It's hard but... As long as it's not 100% confirmed that Gojo's dead, then there is still hope... There's still so much we don't know... His choice of north & south is still up in the air, his answer to Geto's old question, his reaction to everything that happened during his time in the Prism Realm, what happened in the Prism Realm, what he did during the one month time-skip... Gege, come on...
The fact Sukuna still doesn't know about Utahime's CT is something I can hold onto, right? I will ride this wave until it crashes onshore.

Nono no. I love this au with heart and soul. And the lore and story is the kind of stuff I DO. it's amazing and refreshing seeing someone else do the same.
But I have to beg and pled for more sunburst/sunset content.
You made to things that made me question them
1: sunburst wasn't an accident, so he did something to earn godhood.
2: idk if you ment this in any literal sense but you said sunset was the child of the sun- like Celestia? It sorta makes me think she was one of the 'Flys' celestia interacted with.
Also as I'm here making the ask I'm wanting to clarify somethings like is shining armor and twilight still siblings because from my understanding they couldn't be.
First is was luna and celestia,
Than twilight
By twilight being a god Candace asends noting she's the youngest of the known gods.
And she still has flury heart.
But there's also the unaccounted sunset and sunburst
Which from the information provided I'm making the educated guess that sunset is older than Candace maybe older than twi.
But sunburst is the true youngest before flury.
This is not counting discord and the other mystery gods in the sea.
Sincerely-🐍oro
1: Sunburst was not an accident, nor did he earn godhood. 2: what makes you think Flies is about Celestia?
Shining Armor and Twilight Sparkle are indeed siblings. The first alicorns were Celestia and Luna, they ruled together for a time, faced enemies and forged friendships. Then Luna was banished to the moon. Celestia ascended Cadance about 80 years before current events, so she was an alicorn long before twilight and Shining Armor were born. Nightmare moon returned, ascended sunburst, and was then defeated by twilight and her friends. Luna and Celestia ascended Twilight together. Then Flurry Heart is born.
There are others that history has buried. Forgetting is a powerful thing.

OK I think I understand some of why some people in the fandom choose to make Mystra some kind of a terrible, grooming abuser to Gale. It's because every one of the companions has like a specific person you can point to and say, that is the abuser. That right there is the person who has caused the companion grievous harm. Gale and Mystra are a little more complex than that.
Shadowheart and Lae'zel technically have a whole cult/culture backing up the abuse, but you can still pretty directly point to Viconia and Shar for Shadowheart, and ultimately Vlaakith for Lae'zel as well as just... every Githyanki she ever met, except for Kith'rak Voss.
Wyll has Mizora, Karlach had Zariel and Gortash, Astarion has Cazador, all very obvious and self explanatory in the game. They were innocent, kidnapped, coerced, sold, played like a damn fiddle. But Gale?
Gale has Mystra, a goddess he loves, who also loves him, and the things they did to each other were both fucked up, and a lot of the fault totally lies with Gale! The other companions all had external forces affecting them. Gale's was mostly internal. He refused to believe he was good enough. "As inconceivable as it seems to me now, I shared a bed with a goddess and I still wasn't satisfied." A literal goddess, the one he favored, the one he was in love with, who favored and loved him back, consistently told him he was perfect as he was and he straight up did not believe her. He placed himself on a higher and higher pedestal he could never reach the top of because if he wasn't constantly climbing to some nebulous goal of perfection, then could he be good enough for Mystra?
Y'know, instead of just believing the woman he was in love with. And I get it! Insecurities suck! Especially when you've been the gifted child your entire life, perfectly talented at something that all the adults in your life go nuts over. But also, it is extremely arrogant to assume you know better than your literal goddess and be like "yo, there's a missing piece of the Weave and I can go get it" like... Mystra is the Weave, she would have known and probably sent someone on a quest if it were actually Her Weave and not Karsus' Weave.
Gale is INCREDIBLY hubristic and he keeps falling for that trap. He's overconfident. Hell, even after his year in isolation where he comes out humbled, a small group of people believing in him for a short amount of time gets him to go "omg, crown of karsus = godhood, I can totally do that and tell the gods they SUCK and overthrow Ao's rules!"
Like, babyboy, no.
Of course, Mystra is not without some fault. After Gale's initial... Folly-up, she just ignores him for a year. Damn, girl, what the hell! Well. You see. The Netherese orb is a fragment of the magic that Karsus used to try to ascend and steal her throne with. The magic that she realized was going to kill everything if she didn't sacrifice herself. For a moment, all magic ceased to exist, including Mystryl herself, and Karsus died. Then Mystra came into being. Gale tells you a short version of this story himself! So it kind of makes sense that Mystra would see this shard of magic and just... kinda have a trauma reaction! And to gods, time flows differently. It wouldn't shock me to learn she didn't realize it had been a year by the time Gale left his Tower due to mind flayer shenanigans. Naturally, she does not want to discuss the thing she's so terrified of, and just tries to have it destroyed without her having to touch it—the plan to have Gale blow himself up on the Absolute itself, and she would save his soul. And even after he disobeys her instruction, she still allows the orb to feed on the true Weave! She still lets him live without fear of blowing up randomly, even though it greatly distresses her to let this magic that killed her once feed on her own life force.
Then he reaches the city, and reads The Annals of Karsus, and realizes she's going to have to explain, despite not wanting to. And she summons him. Tells him exactly what's in his chest. Asks him to turn over the Crown and she will destroy the orb and face her own trauma, because Gale... doesn't want to die. She understands that. And she still loves him and his big beautiful brain despite how stupid he's been, and she wants to have him as her Chosen again.
Things will never be the same, of course. They both fucked up. Gave each other a bad time. But in the end, they forgive each other and move past it. Not as a couple, because things broke too much for that. But they can have a healthy relationship as Goddess and Chosen once more.
And that is what sets Gale and his trauma apart from the companions. He doesn't have a direct abuser or live in a horrific abusive society. He almost killed the goddess of all magic a second time and she had an understandably harsh reaction to that, even if it was still too harsh. I just don't believe it's only Mystra who fucked up here. Not by a long shot. Much of it lies squarely with Gale.
And, as for the grooming allegations [as far as people trying to say it is canon], literally just no. She's a True Neutral goddess. Gale literally tells you that you are not his first mortal lover, he had a few before he ever fell into Mystra's bed, and you're just the first since the breakup about a year ago. The game doesn't shy away from sex and sexual abuse in the least. Why on Earth would this be something hidden behind several layers of nonexistent subtext? It's definitely fun for AU's, but by Ahghairon's lost nose, no, it's not canon!

With the release of Scara's drip marketing, I cant help but imagine him just wandering Teyvat and keeping his lover's letter with him. When he found it, the ending implied that he wanted to ascend to godhood so he can forsake his mortal emotions. However, after it didnt work out as he hoped and he gains an anemo vision, I wonder how he would feel about it all now? You also implied reincarnation au so what if after decades of wandering, the star-crossed lovers finally meet again??
Tumblr media
Related to this piece and this piece…
Scaramouche fidgets with his Anemo vision more often than not, placed over his heart, a reminder of something that was finally his. More importantly, your final letter is kept carefully tucked underneath the vision as well. Sometimes, during the night he carefully reopens the letter to read it, the fold marks deeply imprinted at this point, yet there is no other damage to it. It seems that the letter has been painstakingly taken care of.
He thinks back to how he tried to erase his past, to erase you. He was foolish to do so (something the God of Dendro reaffirmed) but the pain of your early departure threw all reason out the window.  You deserve an apology, he thinks. But you were no longer here for him to do so, something that he is all too aware of, as the nightmares still cut him open some days.
(But, while Scaramouche was under Nahida's care, she blessed him with sweet dreams whenever he had nightmares. She did not know who or what he dreamed of, but she assumed it must be someone he holds very dear, from the fact his face became peaceful in an instant.)
Often times he also wonders how you’d react to his Anemo vision. It would be so much easier for you to travel - he would just hold you and control the wind to levitate. Scaramouche imagines the wind blowing your hair all crazily as you gasp down at how high the two of you were up. He would summon a gust of air to throw all of your wet clothes into the air to dry and then make you beg for him to release them. He would-
He quickly sat up and began to get ready for the day again. Going down that path of longing again wasn’t going to be any good for him. He had been wandering Teyvat for decades, experiencing what every nation had to offer, indulging in his freedom. The traveler had been long gone from this world, so he did not have many close connections anymore.
Though, as much as he hated to admit it, the Dendro Archon had become… somewhat of a familial figure to him. So when she sent him a letter, beckoning him to come back to Sumeru for a visit, he was inclined to listen. What’s more, he was intrigued by the last sentence - ‘There’s someone here I think you’d want to meet.’
Port Ormos was still lively, the hustle and bustle had become somewhat comforting to him. He walked through the city, drinking in the familiar scent of delicious cuisine, and the rhythmic footsteps of dancers and singers. Scaramouche made his way to where Nahida was, more interested than ever to see what she wanted.
“Oh, I see you made it, Wanderer!” Her soft and welcoming voice did not change even after all the years. “How has your travel been? Eye-opening, I hope?”
The two chatted for a bit before Nahida smiled at him. “The person I told you about is about to come. But, you have to promise me you won’t do anything rash, okay?”
Scaramouche looked at her with a mixture of confusion and suspicion but agreed nonetheless. A soft knock on the door drew his attention. But what made him become still was the familiar voice that resonated from beyond the door.
No. No. It couldn’t be. Nahida glanced at him. “Come in!”
And there you were. The same curl of your lips when you were smiling nervously, the habit of yours to flip your eyes to his face and then the floor.
“Um… hello there. Lesser Lord Kusanali has informed me that you’ll be my partner for the daycare that’s recently been built. I hope we can get to know each other better!”
For the first time in archons knows when the surprise he felt was hard to shake. His chest started to pulse as emotion twisted up inside of him.
“Hello…?”
“Ah, sorry about that. He’s just a little out of it today. Could you wait outside for a bit? He’ll come to meet you there.”
“O-oh. Of course, Lesser Lord Kusanali,” you nodded your head and quickly scurried out of the room.
“That… that was, they’re really… back. They’re here,” the miracle had the puppet choked up. Tears began to well up and he stubbornly rubbed them away. He had somewhat grown to accept this feeling. After all, you were the only person who could invoke it now.
Nahida rubbed his back and comforted him. “I know. As soon as I heard of them, I knew it was the one you loved from so long ago. Please, spend as much time as you want here and with them. You deserve it.”
He quietly thanked her and got up to find you. The feeling that he had once forsaken, the one that made his face warm and chest stir, began to rise within him again…

Do you think Messmer is a bastard/illegitimate child? I don't have evidence for this but i feel he gives the vibes of illegitimate firstborn child, because he isn't recognised anywhere in the lands between as a child of Marika nor he inherited any keep/title .
I've seen people saying that Messmer isn't recognised as the heir because of his curse but that didn't stop Marika from recognising Malmiq as her children and they're Empyrean too so what do you think?
That is something I've been thinking about too. Technically, he is a bastard, even if it was confirmed Radagon to be his father, merely by the fact he was born outside her official engagement to Godfrey, her first husband. And everything points to this conclusion, that he was born very early in her story. We can even bring the fact that Godfrey'a offspring were said to be the first demigods.
According to Godrick's great rune: The first demigods were the Elden Lord Godfrey and his offspring, the Golden Lineage.
Which means 1. Messmer can be a demigod by proxy, because Marika ascended to godhood and by making herself a god, everyone related to her, became a demigod, so did Godfrey (since he ain't a trueborn demigod either) 2. He was left out on purpose, because the Golden Lineage was considered Marika's official first offspring.
So, the context also treats him like a bastard child. And yes, even so, the Crusade had knights and soldiers from the noble families of the Erdtree and Messmer was respected regardless. After all, he is a loyalist and Marika's child. His deeds granted him his reputation.
And yeah, I agree with you about his curse. I don't think his curse is the reason he isn't considered some sort of heir, is just the main reason he was hidden away - and I tend to think it was a "need" built over the years, since he grew with his family at the Erdtree for long enough. Every other cursed child of Marika, born under legitimate marriages, was known as hers. Messmer (and Melina) falls outside this pattern.
We don't have much background of how bastards "work" inside this universe, but symbolism throughout human history and in GRRM's works can help us too: bastard children were likely to be seen as curses to a family, often abandoned and discarded, sometimes not even recognized. Their personalities were often unfairly believed to be devious and malicious (as snakes). Things we see related to Messmer.
Personally, I see him as a bastard by the meaning of the word: born outside the official marriage. And that's a very good conflict to explore inside this family. I think it makes him even more interesting, if we look at him through this perspective: even a bastard, he can stand on equal footing to his siblings.

okay but what if...fitpacbo but Tubbo had Tommy and Molly in his head - gods that Tubbo somehow signed a contract to that now possess him or something - and they possessed at the wrong time...
(with love) have a great day!
i got carried away...
Pac fell asleep in familiar arms but woke up with unrecognizable eyes. He leaned back from his boyfriend to look him over. “Tubbo?”
The man sat up slowly and cocked his head. “Yes?”
“Your eyes are different, amorzinho. Are you feeling okay?”
His eyes had lost their swirls of green, currently sitting in a state of clear blue. Everything in Pac's body was on alert. His body was his but he doubted that what was in there was his boyfriend. But was that a neutral thing or a horrible thing? The thing stood up in a quick motion, exiting the bed to stand near the door.
Not Tubbo blinked. “I… am Tubbo.”
“Okay, now I'm concerned,” Pac said softly. “Let's wake up Fit and talk about this, yeah?”
Not Tubbo nodded slowly so Pac leaned over to the far side of the bed to shake Fit awake. He awoke with an affectionate grumble but froze when he sat up and saw Not Tubbo staring at the both of them from the other side of the room.
“What's wrong with him?” Fit asked quietly.
“Nothing,” Not Tubbo rushed to say. “I am Tubbo and uh everything is fine.”
“No you're not,” Pac said softly. “Don't lie to us, we can get through this easily okay?”
Not Tubbo sighed before he dropped down, sitting on the edge of the bed. “Okay. Fine. My name is Tommy.”
“And who exactly are you?” Fit asked.
Tommy glanced up at them, eyes sparkling like sapphires. “His husband.”
“Tom,” Pac said carefully. “He mentioned you.”
Tommy perked up. “He did?”
“He said you tricked him into marrying you,” Fit said with a laugh.
Tommy pouted. “Yeah, okay, maybe I did. But I mean. I wanted him so stuck with me. We have a lot of history.”
“Before the island?” Fit asked. “I thought he didn't remember his life before the island.”
“He doesn't,” Tommy affirmed. “But I do. I remember everything. We ended up in… very different places. I ascended to godhood after the end and he ended up here.”
“The end of what?” Fit asked.
Tommy hesitated then laughed. “It's a long story, I don't think I have time to tell you. I lived with him on the SMP since we were 15 and until we met our final end there at 17. Two… incredibly long years.”
Fit whistled. “You guys met your end there at 17? Fuck.”
Tommy shrugged. “We lived a shit life.” He swung his arms out and grinned in a way Tubbo would never. “I'm just glad to be free from all those shitheads.”
“Fair,” Pac said gently. “I'm glad to be free of other worlds I've lived in as well. Still got things to remember them by though,” he said gesturing to the metal leg by the side of the bed.
Tommy stared at it, eyes widening. “Is that yours? That's fucking sick. All I ever got that passed from life to life was scars.”
“I suppose you can't show us those,” Pac said disappointed. “Since you're in Tubbo's body. Wait! Did Tubbo have scars in this other world?”
Tommy nodded excitedly. “Yeah! Shitty story but I always thought he looked cool.” He lifted Tubbo's hand up to his face and dragged it down the side. “Burn scars. Explosion to the face.”
Pac could feel his eyes lighting up. “That sounds so cool. He has burn scars now. On his back. I love them.”
Tommy laughed, such a different laugh from Tubbo's. “Of course you do. I've heard about you. Big fan of strong men yeah?”
Pac flushed but he was still smiling. “Sim.”
Tommy gasped, bending over at the waist. Fit grabbed him as he collapsed, eyes rolling back into his head. He gasped loudly, back arching before he collapsed.
When his eyes opened again, he was Tubbo once more, familiar green and blue swirls in his deep eyes. He squinted at them. “What happened?” he muttered sounding bleary.
Fit and Pac exchanged a glance. “You don't remember?”
Tubbo sat up slowly and shook his head. “Feels like I just got hit by a bus.”
“You got possessed,” Pac explained. “Tom?”
Tubbo groaned, falling back. “Aw, that fucking idiot.”
Fit laughed. “He's an interesting guy.”
Tubbo shoved his palms against his eyes. “He's an idiot, that's what he is.”
They both laughed before pulling Tubbo further back up on the bed.
“Well, I'm glad you're back,” Pac said, nuzzling his nose against Tubbo's neck.
“We're glad you're back,” Fit corrected. “Although if Tommy ever wants to come back, I'm sure we'd both love to talk with him. He seems like a cool dude.”
“If by cool you mean an insufferable idiot with an inflated sense of self then yeah.”
Pac laughed. “Oi, shut up. Don't talk about your husband like that.”
Tubbo groaned. “Husband my ass, shut the fuck up.”

Did god!Gale really forget about Tav/Durge until Withers's party? My headcanon about the topic:
I've got thoughts about god!Gale again and yes, he has changed since ascension in a predictably negative godly way, however the fact that he seemingly had forgotten about Tav/Durge doesn't exactly align with what else I see in the epilogue. And this is not me trying to make this ending better bc I like it btw. It just bothers me that things don't match and I like to headcanon about it, so kindly ignore if you don't agree.
1: Gale's reaction to breaking up with him/refusing ascension is quite telling about his feelings imo. He's visibly sad and disappointed about this outcome and still seems to genuinely love Tav/Durge. And his is not the kind of reaction you get from someone who just forgot their lover existed for months.
2: In his godhood path Gale combats his insecurities with ascension but predictably, that doesn't fix them. So he's still very much insecure about power and self-worth, particularly when others find him lacking. And now it hurts extra much because he sees himself as an improved version of what he was before. And when even that is not enough...

3: He still ascends Tav/Durge and personally, I don't buy that he does it just because he promised. I doubt making a new god is considered something to be done lightly. But moreover, being the god of ambition, making more competition for himself just bc of a promise mortal!Gale made is not productive and imo he realizes that very well. Perhaps he wants an ally, which is definitely more believable. But that still makes him forgetting all about Tav/Durge unlikely.
4: His excuse for not contacting Tav/Durge is that time works differently in Elysium and then not 2 minutes later he says that there are already shrines built for him and a big temple in the making. There's no way he didn't realize how much time has passed in the mortal realm.

Ofc you can argue that it was just a handy excuse and that he thinks a mortal is too stupid to see through it. And while he definitely has a bit of a condescending attitude going on now, it doesn't go that far imo. Personally I have another headcanon:
god!Gale postponed meeting Tav/Durge because he was afraid that he would still not be enough for them, especially after realizing he couldn't topple Mystra. That was certainly a bruise to the ego. So he stalled, built his reputation and power a bit, so when he finally meet his lover again, he would have actual things to brag about, and not just the ascension itself. A Tav/Durge who pushed Gale on his godhood path is one that had made Gale feel unworthy about his previous state (or rather - reinforced his feelings about it), so Gale has enough reasons/doubts to believe that maybe he still would not be enough in their eyes.
The thing about ambition is that nothing's ever enough, there always needs to be more more MORE MORE. And that combined with Gale's unresolved issues imo could explain why he didn't seek out Tav/Durge before Withers's invitation.
