“A meeting before the calamity”

In a very large golden decorated hall, A man stood in the centre. He is meditating in a lotus position. He was interrupted by the coming of another person.

“Sire Aham.”A man with a thick British accent called, bowing respectfully to him.

“Yes, Sire Kilam?” The Man replied, While looking at him.

“Sire Aham it's the sorcerers again,” Kilam answered him. His face is expressionless.

“What of then, Sire Kilam?” Aham Asked, Facing the man.

“They are plotting something against us, It must be bad,” Kilam replied to Him.

“And what of Sire Russell?” Aham ponders at that. Aham quickly got up from the ground, he quickly fixes his clothes.

“He is on his way to Virginia,” Kilam answered him.

“Sire Aham!” Another man called.

“Yes, Sire Noah?” He muttered, looking at the man who called him.

“Sire Aham! King John III is coming.” Noah says, he took a moment to breathe.

“Really? How far along is he from Virginia?” Aham asks. Thinking of the two tasks at hand Right now.

“Two days from here” Noah replied, feeling a bit tensed because of the news. Of the new proclaimed King.

“Sire Kilam Please inform the King to prepare a proper welcoming to the “King”,” Aham responded, then he looks to Noah. ”and Sire Noah come with me to discuss the matter of the sorcerers” Sire Aham suggested

“Yes, Sire Aham” Kilam uttered then left to do his task, while Noah Goes with Aham to Discuss the matter. And what to do.

“So.. any suggestions?” Russell says, looking at all the superiors in the meeting hall.

“The sorcerers are looking for a way to take the cursed book. There is a suggestion, Sire Russell.” Mervyn Uttered while clenching his hands together upon the table.

“And what is it, Sire Mervyn?” Malcolm Says.

“Easy. Guard the halls with Guards, No not just any Guards. But Guards with anti-magic armors.” Mervyn replied.

“That is a good idea, But Sire Mervyn we do not have the time to craft anti-magic armor.” Sire Aham uttered.

“There is. The Sylvans. The Guardians of the forest.” Russell suggests

“I do not think that the Sylvans have the time to face mortals' problems.” Sire Aham added while crossing his arms.

“Then what about Orm?” Wilbur replied,” Orm? Orm the great forger?” Norman repeated

“Yes Orm the Great forger” Sire Aham replied

“I will ask Sire Orm, I know that he will not refuse us,” Millard suggests

“He will not refuse us, He must not!” Russell growled Anger defined in his tone

“Calm down Sire Russell anger is useless.” Sire Aham told him.” I pray the remained one to guide us to a solution, I know that the great remained one will not forsake us” Aham added

“Praise the remained one.” All in the hall said in union.

“Blasted, Those sorcerers. Nothing good comes from them” Russell Cursed, as he angrily slammed his hand on the table.

In a place that reeks of foul deeds and stenches alike. A demon smiles in pure happiness and mockery at the Sorcerers and mages.

“Ah!, That is Interesting, I hope their plans are thwarted.” Raquol sneered at the sorcerers. Raquol hated them to the bone. If there is anything Raquol hates other than Lucifer. It's the sorcerers and those lowly humans who beg the demons for help.

“I hate them so much, I wish that they disappear from the face of the universe” Raquol growls.

“But alas. They are Lucifer's favourite pets.” Raquol muttered in annoyance.”But soon, I’ll plot my revenge against Lucifer and those sorcerers” He promised. Raquol realized that he needs time to do so.

“But certainly not today,” He uttered, annoyed

Donovan is a great sorcerer, His birth alone is something to be explained. He is a hybrid between a Human and a Hudaronic, He is also a great huge beast that resembles a triceratops head and size. He is known as the “Master of evil”. He is the enemy to a lot of people mostly the Royal monarchs of Morbidia, And also to sorcerers.

He once cursed the Queen of Morbidia with a sleeping curse. But she woke up because of King William's kiss of “true love”. After the Queen found out about this she paid a female assassin to kill him. The female assassin managed to let Donovan fall in love with her. She tried to slit his throat but he managed to survive by turning into an hudranoic beast called “Antaris” then he ate her for dinner.

The news quickly reported to the Queen about the female assassin's death and the whole mission is but a failure she paid with her life. The Queen is burning with anger and hatred for Donovan. This unearthly beast and mongrel. She fears for herself, Her daughter, and her husband. The last thing she fears for is her people. She doesn’t care about them at all even if Donovan ate them or cursed them.

Donovan on the other hand promised himself to never be fooled by humans or fall in love with them. He had learnt the hard way That trust is earned not given easily. His hudranoic nature saved him from certain death.He’s thankful for it, He concluded that life is full of experience. And he must live it all.

Nothing can describe how awful a disgusting feeling is for the likes of Ashure. He doesn’t care about wasting lives and efforts. The only thing he cares about is his goal to be achieved. And that’s all he cares about it.

“I don’t care about the loss of children, on the contrary, I hate them.” Ashure cruelly confessed

Sadly there are many sorcerers, mages, and also normal people like Ashure. Cruelty is in their veins.

It’s safe to say that there are two types of people one’s that good and one’s that bad.

It's like two sides To one world.

“I don’t care about people's feelings, I killed my father and I didn’t care about it, Why would I care for people?” Ashure cruelly added.

And Cruelty is one of the main reasons for his demise.

“It's time,” An eerie voice spoke to him,” It is Indeed”

It’s one of these normal and lovely days for the Aepel family. It’s also a morning lovely day to wake up and do the daily routine.

Hadi Aepel wakes up to eat breakfast and do his daily routine stuff.

“Good morning honey!” Farrah greets him

“Morning beautiful~” he greets back

“I heard that Nora is giving birth today. I will go to her after I make breakfast!” she said. She finished the breakfast and then put it on the table. She and Hadi sat on the seats to eat.

“Oh, Honey that’s so kind of you to take care of her” Hadi muttered, after taking a spoonful of food into his mouth.,

“Is there anything you want? My dear husband” she uttered. Smiling to him. as she lovingly side-hugging him.

“No honey I don’t want anything I just wanted you to be safe. Be careful honey.” Hadi says.

“Okay then. I will be careful, Dear husband” Farrah replied, smiling at him

After that, Massoud knocks on the door. He completely startled them.

“Dear brother, what’s wrong?” Hadi asked, startled because of his brother’s sudden knocks.

“No, No nothing is wrong!” He apologized by raising his hands while giggling at their reaction.

“So what is it, Why did you come Massoud?” He asked his brother

“Mister Peitz and Mister Salem ask if you’re coming today for the work, You know,” Massoud replied.

“Oh, Of course, I'm coming to work today,” Hadi uttered back.

“Okay then! I will inform them that you’re coming!” Massoud muttered but before he left

“I can’t go with you brother, My wife is giving birth today.” He apologized.

“No worries at all brother,” Hadi said to him.

After Hadi finished eating breakfast, He left to work. And Farrah goes to Baby Aliyaa to feed her then she hands her to her Grandmother Salwa.

Farrah gently and carefully carries Aliyaa, Aliyaa is still sleeping peacefully on the cot bed. Farrah didn’t want to wake her up so she hastily and gently carries her on her shoulder.

Salwa is waiting patiently for Farrah to come with baby Aliyaa, Moments pass by and she comes with Aliyaa, She gently handed Aliyaa to her grandmother,

“Did you feed her Farrah?” Salwa questioned, as she gently carries Aliyaa.

“No, But I brought the milk bottle with me!” Farrah responded, As she left to fetch the bottle

“Good, Please hurry, my dear,” Salwa murmured.

“Okay!” Farrah replied. while fetching the bottle

Back to the superior’s hall. Every known superior

in Virginia is there.

“So. Is there something from Sire Ormm?” Sire Aham Spoke.

“Not yet,” Millard declared,

“I say we fight back! We will fight them to the bone! We are superiors we do not cower from mere sorcerers!” Sire Russell snapped, As he clutched the fiery swords,” I do not care I have a family to protect and care for!” He angrily Raised his swords, Upon Clutching the swords the holy fire engulfed him, Changing his citizen clothing to his Light one’s armor.

“We are the superiors! We do not run from danger, We fight it to the bone!” Sire Russell added, as his white wings spread out of his shoulders. The other superiors were moved by this and they all joined him.

Sire Aham calmly crosses his arms, as he carefully observes the scene in front of him.

He knows that it's foolish to take action unprepared. But there is nothing to do now as most of the superiors are swayed to Russell's side.

“Sire Russell, Please do not take action unprepared. It’s unwise!” Sire Aham cautioned.

“Sire Aham, You know that we are much stronger than them, Then why waste time making plans?” Russell maintained his anger.

“It's important to observe everything before reacting.” Sire Aham calmly retorts

Russell didn’t reply, In fact, He knows that sire Aham is right, and He is always right, So Russell took only a moment to breathe and clears his mind of negativity and anger.

It’s time. To react before the calamity,”

Anya [Last name unknown] (Codename: Starlight) is a spy, having escaped experimentation from Ostania, she now works for Westalis in order to maintain peace, using her mind reading abilities for the good of the people. She still somehow maintains that smug, childish attitude but with more of a sharp edge and cunning. She's the master of disguise and great with interrogation.

Her latest mission, Operation Strix, requires her to get a child in order to enter to Eden Academy to get close to the Chairman of Ostania's National Unity Party, Donovan Desmond, since he has a son there.

She first planned on adopting a child as old as Desmond's son but she hesitated when she read the mind of one kid that stuck out to her.

There's a child in the orphanage that can't remember his name. He's a victim of the war between Westalis and Ostania, she's pretty sure he's from Westalis as well, since a lot of kids tend to get misplaced during the war.

This kid is about 5 years old and is very smart.

She impulsively adopted him because he's cute kid.

She named him Loid Forger (the last name she chose for the mission) and from then on she's a mama.

Loid, however, figures out that she's a spy from the get go. Despite being the best in her field, she's careless with her things. So imagine her reaction when she read Loid's mind as he happily kicked his feet under his seat while eating icecream.

"Mama's a spy..."

She would absolutely crumple on the floor because this child figured her out WITHIN DAYS.

It didn't really take much effort for Loid to get in, he's pretty smart and cunning, even if he doesn't know the answers (which trust me, he knows it) he can stealthily get answers from other people without getting caught (which honestly makes Anya so proud)

He got in with one of the highest scores, but unfortunately—

Anya needed a husband.

So she went to her trusty friend, Becky Blackbell, a rich girl that has connections in the upper class and the government because of her father being the CEO of a military manufacturing company. Anya saved her during the war and they've been friends ever since. She knows Anya is a spy and she helped her by being an informant since she knows the ins and outs of Ostania much better than Anya.

She got him lists of men she can date (she was pretty much excited that the mission given to her can be an excuse to get her friend to mingle)

One of them is one Damian Desmond, a humble and average government worker (with a secret)

Damian broke off and ran away from his family's life because he was ignored in favor of his perfect younger brother Demetrius. He worked odd jobs, somehow avoiding his father's prying eyes and got himself a side job he never expected he'd get. He's smart, as always, and has this strong sense of justice, since he was given an offer that says he qould help his country in some way, he accepts. He works for an organisation called The Garden as an assasin, killing people that he was told to because they're evil. He wants to get rid of the evil from Ostania the way his father was much of a coward to do.

He's one of the best, being known as the infamous "Wolfsbane" because of his usage of poisons as his preferred killing method.

Anya ends up encountering him the same way as they did in the show/manga, at the tailor's

Instead, she read his mind.

She knows he's an assasin and was about to lead Loid away when this little fucker decided to play match maker for the mission and clung to Damian's legs, not letting him go.

And so Anya (internally screaming because she's talking to A DANGEROUS ASSASIN) offers a business proposal. She can get hee kid to Eden with a complete family for the interview and everything onwards, and he can have a perfect cover to hide from his father and from the secret police by having a wife and a kid.

He accepts this (very red faced as well) but in one condition.

He wants to take the Forger name, so his father can't find him at all.

Anya hit both a landmind and a jackpot, having the older son of Donovan Desmond, but also him not having a great relationship with his family, but she catalogues that for later.

The interviewers/housemasters recocgnises Damian but they didn't say anything.

Murdoch Swan (the prick) did decide to say something, saying how low Damian has gotten and how emasculated he must feel for taking his wife's last name (their excuse is that Anya has a phd, and she wants to keep her last name for it)

Then he went for Loid and made him cry because of a comment about how Anya is a... Ya know, for wanting to have another husband, that he must've missed his real father.

Loid knows his real parents are dead.

The interview goes the same way, with Anya kicking the freaking table in half because she was so angry instead of punching it, but she still hits a mosquito.

They thought they screwed up but they still got in thanks to Henry Henderson, who they found out punched the guy.

Loid enters the school and immediately befriends this "nobody guy" named Franky Franklin, a guy that somehow knows what is going on throughout the school.

Soon enough, Loid meets Yor Briar, a very pretty classmate that has gained a tonitrus bolt by punching a big bully that was bothering Loid and Franky. Franky is very scared of her because she sent that FIFTH GRADER FLYING.

Loid and her gained a bit of a puppy crush with each other, but they were too dense to figure it out themselves.

Fiona Frost is also their classmate, the "perfect" girl that has her eyes set on being with Loid, but Franky and Yor kept on crowding him so she never got the chance. She thought if she's in the same level as him then he'll notice her. Franky thinks she's a competative asshole, Yor thinks she's just stiff and needed friends, Loid, being five, thinks she's weird.

When Anya learned Loid befriended a Briar she almost screamed in delight.

Yuri Briar is Donovan Desmond's personal body guard, he treats that man like his own son than his... Well... Own son (sorry damian)

So by befriending Yor, they can get a connection to his overprotective brother, to which she can finally be in contact with Donovan and complete her mission.

Of course it isn't that easy.

The Beast of Darkness

The Beast of Darkness has been let loose and is offering Guts power in exchange for a sacrifice. Which begs the question what exactly it is. It seems like we are going to a definitive answer.

I decided to look back to see if there are any clues. Casca referred to Guts as mad dog and interestingly enough the Beast takes the form of a canine.

In Casca's dream world Guts appears as a dog chained to the coffin carrying Casca's ego.

In his own dreams the The Beast also appeared chained up.

It was revealed by Danann that dreams are part of the astral word which connects to Enoch Village.

Flora also appeared in Corridor of Dreams to aid Schierke and Farnese fulfilling her promise to meet ther again in the her dreams.

This made me think of Guts' dreams. In a dream which was inadvertently caused by Griffith Guts is chased by monster. It seems like the monster is just a manifestation of Donovan but it has been established that spirits can appear in a persons dream.

Guts has another dream after carrying out that mission for Griffith to assassinate Julius. The monster appears again but in the form of Zodd and it to kills the child Guts and Gambino.

In the dream the Zodd like monster turns out to be Guts himself. Which is similar to the when the evil spirits morphed into Guts as the Beast.

When Skull Knight first appears to Guts I'm guessing that Guts envisions as the monster in his dream which is interesting.

The Beast of Darkness when possessing Guts attempted to kill Casca. But it wasn't the first time Guts attacked Casca in a trance.

During their first time together Guts tried to strangle Casca when he envisioned her as himself when he was sexually assaulted. Visually he is represented as the monster from his dreams. I think this was the Beast of Darkness.

According to Skull Knight in order to challenge Griffith you have to exist outside the reason of the world. I'm guessing this is the power the Beast is offering.

I've always seen Guts being similar to Skull Knight and Zodd who could follow their paths since he donned the Berserker Armor and came into the possession of a Beherit.

I think Guts will end up surpassing them both. Unlike Skull Knight I think Guts will master the Berserker Armor and will use the Beherit his own way.

So what is the Beast of Darkness. I think he is the Beast of End described in the prophecies of the Holy See.

It seems like the Beast is a one that twice reincarnates. I think the Guts is the human reincarnation of an Apostle.

Although the coming of Griffith as the Hawk of Darkness was prophesied the Holy See was unable to identify Griffith as him. Maybe Ganishka was misidentified as the Beast of the End.

When Beast takes over the Berserker Armor Puck did compare Guts to an Apostle which I believe is a hint. Then there was his dream where he appeared like Zodd.

How could an Apostle reincarnate into a human? I think it was the result of Elf magic. And that it had to do with the elves of Misty Valley.

Guts compared the wish the elves granted with healing baby Peekaf to the Sacrificial Ceremony. I think Guts' previous life was turned into a human through an Elvin rite.

Puck indirectly compared Misty Valley to Elfhelm he said it felt like home. There was a large cedar tree located there and a hollow that appeared in the tree. I think a boss elf live in Misty Valley.

Skull Knight has suggested that Guts is connected to the elves and I think this is how.

Hmmmm..... genuinely wondering how much of the "SCOTT BELIEVED THEO OVER STILES!1" belief of fandom stems from not only racism such as the assertion that white characters just "know better" but also another facet of white supremacy, specifically anti intellectualism.

"Theo was evil! We saw it!!!" Yes, *we* the VIEWERS saw it but not the characters. Because we are often privy to things which they are not. Also, Stiles never produced any solid PROOF that Theo was untrustworthy.

"That's not Theo." Except... it is. It is Theo.

"Because you trust everyone!" Except no Scott doesn't.

Being friends doesn't mean having to believe or follow whatever they tell you, it also doesn't mean that you let your friends make decisions for you. It doesn't mean relinquishing control to them. Which is what they mean when they tag things as "Good Friend Scott McCall" 99% of the time.

I have spoken many times before about my frustration with the scene in Lies of Omission (5x09) in terms of its reception by the fandom. I have also been critical of the production's writing, because in summary, I feel that if the most important conflict of the season could have been derailed by one character saying one word ("scaffolding"), the entire situation could be seen as contrived.

But, to be fair, the conflict between Scott and Stiles does serve as an excellent character study for both characters. I may have a fundamental dislike for how the fight was resolved in Season 5B (and don't underestimate how much I dislike it), but I recognize that the fight addresses some fractures in their relationship and their individual psyches.

Especially after a friend of mine informed me of a high correlation of Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria in people with ADHD, Stiles behavior in Season 5A makes a lot more sense to me, when taking his earlier behaviors into account. We've seen multiple times over the previous 68 episodes that Stiles is insecure and that he attempts to cover up that insecurity with aggression, sarcasm, and lies. The implication is that they stem from his reaction to Claudia's paranoid hallucinations. He deflects and obfuscates because he believes that he's not worth it. Of course, someone suffering from this condition and enduring the amount of stress the entire pack is under will assume the worst possible scenario.

Given the Doctors' and Theo's skills and the failure of Donovan to kill Stiles, it's not at all a reach to use Stiles's conditions and habits against him, leading to this moment. To me, this doesn't make Stiles innocent, just consistently motivated. He's supposed to be the person who "always figures it out" and yet his own insecurity renders him almost completely passive in Season 5A, unless it comes to deceiving and lashing out at the people he loves. That is all he accomplishes, hamstrung by his own vision of himself.

On the other hand, Scott has his own weakness to confront -- his tendency to internalize his conflicts with others. In previous clashes, Scott has always swallowed his feelings, choosing to focus on helping others. For example, Peter Hale mentally and physically violated him repeatedly in Season 1 yet during the 37 episodes between Master Plan (2x12) and Smoke & Mirrors (4x12), he simply ignores every minute of that trauma. The only comment he ever makes to the man who tried to make him murder his friends and forced him to experience being burned alive is "you were never an alpha but you were always a monster." This is characteristic of Scott, so much so that the audience was shocked when he threatened Gerard in Visionary (3x08) even after Gerard had stabbed him in the gut, had threatened his mother, had tried to murder Isaac, and had extorted him with Allison's life. His mild hostility towards his father was enough for the fandom to imagine that Rafael was a bad guy on the level of child molester. There's no clearer expression of this than in his suicide attempt during Motel California (3x06) where he blames himself for everything that's happening, when, logically, none of it was his fault.

But no one can truly be a good leader if they can't confront the people they lead when those people do something wrong. He recognizes that Liam and Kira are having control issues in Season 5, but he doesn't address it honestly. What would have happened if Scott, in Parasomnia (5x02), instead of only taking Stiles's pain after he screamed "Because you trust everybody!" and recklessly smashed his hand in anger, had confronted Stiles about that belief (because Scott does not 'trust everybody') and the way that Stiles had been acting unstable? If you look again at Theo's story to Scott, the chimera's goal isn't just to tell on Stiles, it is to imply that it's Scott's responsibility to confront Stiles, which is a task Scott dislikes to the point of avoidance, "You have to talk to him." Scott reacts to Stiles's opening vicious salvo, the "Some of us are human!" speech, by ignoring the ramifications of that statement and focusing on a particular action -- Donovan's death -- instead of the larger problems of Stiles's behavior.

In other words, as much as I dislike the contrivance, the conflict was valid.

I've laid out in other places how much I dislike Stiles's behavior in this scene, even if it is in-character, but I have also recognized all the elements (the nogitsune, Claudia, the "pedestal problem," etc.) that helped make it happen. I've also talked about how there are similar elements relating to Scott: Kira's depature, Hayden's impending demise, the death toll of the doctors, and the way his responsibilities were forced on him by his loved ones. I've made it clear that Scott, to be the alpha, has to talk to Stiles about Donovan; the problem I see is that he tried to avoid confronting Stiles directly. If he had demanded that Stiles tell him the whole story rather than let Stiles shout at him, the end result would have been different. Scott had a responsibility to act with the authority his duties as alpha and 'protector of Beacon Hills' force upon him, and he didn't do it.

Still doesn't excuse his treatment in 5B, but it is what it is.

What I want to ask Stiles stans, and I would appreciate an answer, is what did they think Stiles's responsibility was in that scene? If Scott is to blame because Stiles tried to warn him about Theo and he didn't listen, how much blame does Stiles carry for not figuring out a way to stop Theo or reveal his machinations? In other words, in the middle of this horror show, why does Stiles get a pass for avoiding his duty and Scott doesn't?

Chapter 8 “A pact to sign”

In a dark castle, where the fog is thick and black, everything looks spooky and scary. There sat, Donovan.

As the fire in the fireplace is crackling. Donovan looks at the fireplace in pondering and safeness. He knows that the fire reminds him of his home and heritage. He isn’t scared of the fire, Nor, being cautious about it. If anything, he adores it and calls it home.

There, he looks at the fireplace for too long that it slightly hurts his eyes. But he didn't care, He kept thinking and thinking. He looks back at his life, from the moment of his birth specifically. He can’t know why he is hated. Nor, understand it, he just can’t figure out why he is hated and everyone fears him. As he takes a look at his life. From the moment of his birth. He remembered that he hatched from an Antaris huge egg. Then the rest is history. He remembered precisely the reason that made him what he is today. And that is Betrayal.

Unexpectedly a tear escapes his eye socket. He hates himself for being an emotional idiot. He remembered that he had fallen in love with his would-be assassin. And, she was a beautiful woman. Extremely beautiful. He remembered that he showed her his favorite place to be.

After a while of reminiscing old memories sweet and painful alike. Something or someone is planning something against him. The fire whispers to him of the queen of morbidia and her newest of schemes against him. The fire also tells him of a famous witch and mage hunter is coming to him. Donovan commanded the fire to show the witch hunter's face. And it obeyed him. The fire dances and dances until it calmed and shows Donovan the witch hunter’s face. Donovan, Grinned cruelly. He will enjoy killing and torturing another fool. But the fun is not beginning anytime soon. As the fire shows the assassin is coming in two days or so. Donovan will have to wait for the fun. He destroyed a lot of enemies and empires. He just destroyed morbidia recently. So killing a witch hunter is not a big deal for him.

He knew who sent the witch hunter. He doesn’t need to read his whole list of his enemies. It's very easy to guess and it's the Queen of Morbidia. He must teach her a lesson. One and final lesson that will silence her voice forever.

This time, Donovan will send this witch hunter’s head to the Queen. This a clear message to never cross Donovan again.

Donovan doesn't care anymore. He once cared for humans and their lives. In return, they wanted to snuff out his life. So, if anything, they must watch out for their lives. In the darkest aspect of Donovan, there is a quiet voice telling him Not all humans are alike. He shunned that voice cruelly and ignored it.

He doesn't care anymore. He once cared, but not anymore. The fool good Donovan is dead, now, all that remains is, Donovan the master of all evil.

He is reformed. Not by himself, but by what the humans did to him. They broke him and created a dark side of him. That wishes to eat all humans.

“They say evil is not born, they say right and it's so good” Donovan muttered.

But that's not all, as soon as he said that, the fire started to dance more furiously. Warning him of a great danger is moving towards him.

He will face them all. And he will defeat them all. He will put fear in their hearts. The fear of him.

In a distant land. A crumbling castle miraculously stood still. It's none other than a miracle that it still stands. But inside the building is something sickening and dark.

A scream of pain was heard accompanied by the sound of whipping. Something or someone is being whipped. That person is still screaming in pain and anguish. It didn't stop at all.

“So still resisting?” the tormentor taunted.

“I will resist until I die!” the man bellowed

“So be it” the tormentor sneers, the tormentor happens to be a beautiful young woman. With a whip full of blades. The person who is being tortured is an old man. But he resists bravely.

“So pathetic! Why resist in vain?” the woman voice rang. Her face is smiling like a lunatic person. But her face is still beautiful but scary. As she extended the whip with her left hand as she held the whipped base in her other hand.

The man did not respond to her, but he silently prays for a miracle, help. Anything related to that.

“Hehe, still praying? No one can save you” she said mockingly.

In the shadows, the woman's face is still hidden by it. But she decided to show herself to the old man. The old man knows her without seeing her face. Nonetheless, she decided to show her face to him.

Coming out of the shadows to the light. To face him and gaze upon his face. She sneered at him, she hated him, she loathed him. Her donkey-like ears moved hastily. She brays like a donkey. After all, she is one.

She started to bray again like a donkey, but this time she brays more hysterically. After that, she laughed maniacally.

The old man is scared, he started to pray faster in pace. He is scared, but he couldn't show It to the she-monster.

In moments, the woman vanished. She disappeared somewhere. The old man's prayers had been answered. The man hoped that she will never return ever again.

Raquol sat on his throne. Deeply unamused by what happening in Malrūn city. His city and homeland. He saw the human worshippers of Lucifer there. And it annoyed him so much. Soon they will worship him instead of that pretender Lucifer. He will soon resurrect Souma and let him rule instead. He hated Lucifer, for reasons he didn’t share.

But soon, the tables will turn and the roles will be swapped to his advantage. Ain’t, nothing in all the realms will stop him from achieving his goal. His only goal.

But, now he has only hope for things to go smoothly as he wants them. He must be patient now. Or everything will be spoiled.

“As an old wise man says, be patient!” he muttered to himself “ all things will be mine” he vowed to himself.

Hadi Aepel prepared his bags for a trip from his city Al Zeytune to Al-Durrah city for a work trip. Little Aliyaa desperately wanted to go. But he refused this. Stating that she is too young to go with them. So, Aliyaa grudgingly stayed with her mother, grandmother, her grandfather, and her uncle. While Hadi Aepel with Mister Peitz and two others of their friends travel to all-Durrah city. She watched desperately as they departed for the trip. As she sadly waves goodbye to them.

Hadi Aepel saw her little hands waving goodbye. He returned it with a wave of goodbye by him.

After they left with camels and carriages. Aliyaa left to sit with her grandmother. An old lady who loves to sew stuff and make delicious food.

Salwa Aepel, her grandmother saw her granddaughter Aliyaa sitting unhappily in a chair near her. So, she decided to cheer her up.

“My dear, sweet Aliyaa, your father had gone to his work. He will never take too long! He will just arrive in time. And, that is one week my dear!” she lovingly said.

“I know. Grandmother but, I already miss daddy.” Aliyaa whined to her grandmother.

“I know sweetheart, I already missed him too!” her grandmother responded to her

As the little girl she is, she stopped whining, instead, she kept whining for herself only. Never share it with anyone else.

As the times pass, and now it was already night, Aliyaa’s mother, along with her grandmother. They prepared dinner. Dinner includes rice, and meat and also salad.

They all gathered at the food table. Aliyaa’s mother and her grandmother. Started to distribute the plates and spoons on the table. Aliyaa’s uncle and his wife Nora sit nearby each other’s. However, there is a woman that Aliyaa didn’t recognise and she is Nouf, her aunt. Aliyaa never likes this Nouf. That woman seems beautiful and innocent. But Aliyaa didn’t like her. She feels that she is hiding something.

At the food table. Everyone sat to eat. The two mothers Aliyaa’s mother and her grandmother made sure that they gave everyone food and the tools to eat.

Aliyaa sits between her mother and her grandfather Alii. She always felt safe being near her grandfather. Although, the fact that he is an old man now. But still, he looked handsome and strong.

Aliyaa started to eat. She takes a small portion of food on her spoon. She then eats it. She munches the food. Tasting it. She is surprised by the taste of it. It's so tasty. So she started to eat by taking a big portion in her spoon.

After that, Her mother, Farrah Aepel. She prepared her bed for her daughter to sleep in.

Aliyaa brushed her teeth. Wear her nightdress and jump on the bed to sleep.

“Good night mother” Aliyaa sweetly says.

“Good night sweetie” her mother replied

In Morbidia, the Queen sat in a chair. Both of her hands were on a round big table. She wanted to cry. She wanted to do anything that expresses her despair. Because her kingdom is dying. And, the only thing that will help her is. Signing an alliance with King Midas. He is the only one who can help her.

As the Queen sat and waited for King Midas. Suddenly, a young man came, And, he is being guarded by two muscular bodyguards. The young man is handsome and his hair is rich blonde. And his eyes are the colour of the sea and sky. He is very attractive. The Queen however is middle-aged. And her face is nearly full of wrinkles. She kept staring at the young man in front of her. His handsomeness is breathtaking.

“So, you are the old bag of bones who desperately wanted to sign a pact with me?” The young man cruelly announced to her. His bodyguards snicker at her. After he said this. Which made her offended by that.

“Yes. Yes, it's me, your majesty.” she gulped. She deeply felt offended by this spoiled brat. She wanted badly to break his ego but she decided to let him off with this one.

“Okay then. But!, give me one reason to sign an alliance with you.” the young man demanded. As he points at her mockingly.

“Well. I’m the Queen of morbidia. Not just that. We both need an alliance. Because we both have a common enemy.” she told him.

Hoping this would persuade him. But to her dismay, he scoffed in return.

“You mean your enemy. Not mine dear. I had dealt with all of my enemies.” the young king denied.

“He will be soon your enemy. I know this. He hates all royals. Which mean you included!” she tolerated him

“Ha! I will destroy him once he dares to lay a single attack on my glorious kingdom!” King Midas boasted.

“Let me explain. You do not know this guy or in this case, this thing. I know him. And I fought him many times” she repeated once again.

“Since you know him, why you weren't been able to defeat him?” he sneers cruelly, his reply alone is a powerful slap to her cheek.

She was silent for a moment. She doesn’t know what to say. King Midas owned her by that reply. And she is speeches.

“You are right King Midas. I was not been able to defeat him because I have zero knowledge of magic” she excused. She hopes this weak excuse spares her some dignity.

“Hm. That is understandable.” King Midas added

“Yes, it is. Your Majesty” she answered him.

The young King of Phrygia. He is boastful, arrogant and mocking everyone who he deems weak or poor.

Unlike his father. King Gordios, was a fair and just King. He never mocks or boasts at everyone. All the people respected and loved king Gordios.

“So, tell me about this creature.” King Midas began “ And, most importantly, what did he do to you?” King Midas continues.

“This thing is called Donovan. He is a hybrid between a human and a monster called Antaris” the Queen told him of Donovan.

“I thought Antaris is long extinct, so what we are against is an abomination. Things are getting interesting!” he muttered excitedly.

“And dangerous!” she continued on behalf of him.

“It is, indeed” King Midas agreed.

“So? It's an alliance then? What do you say?” The Queen pronounced.

“It is an alliance then.” King Midas finally agreed

The Queen sighs in satisfaction. She is happy but she concealled it. She doesn’t try to show that she is happy or thankful.

It is a rare time when the superiors sit and enjoyed the weather and the place. But it is also this time. They sit on armed chairs and a huge round table. They talk with each other. They drink tea and talk. Sharing their experience. It's like a day off for them. And they will cherish it before they go on their missions and work hard to protect anyone. They are enjoying this blissful time and drinking tea.

“I missed these times when we only sit and drink tea” Sire Millard related

“Yeah, us too” Sire Kilam agreed

“Mhmm. We, the superiors deserve a break” Sire Russell said

“Couldn't agree more!” Sire Mervyn added

“We all agree on this, after all, who doesn't love a holiday?” Sire Aham giggles

Donovan, The master of all evil. Start to spy on his mortal enemy Queen Elysia of Morbidia. He too cruelly mocked her for being a pathetic monarch. She had reduced herself from a Queen to a beggar. He pitty her.

But he questions himself. Of all the kings why King Midas? Doesn’t she know that he is a spoiled brat? An arrogant, fool, a cruel person.

Doesn’t she know all that? Or she knows? After all, it is similarities that attract other people. These two are similar.

Donovan didn’t care if This Midas guy back down on his pact, and left her to face her doom, he doesn’t care about anything. The queen of Morbidia is the least of his worries.

If anything, he enjoyed seeing her like this. Weak, needy, and a beggar. She lost all the riches that her kingdom collected.

It's fun, knowing that King Midas will soon back down and leave her all alone. It's very funny. He felt the ecstasy of retribution. Oh, and, how he loves this feeling.

How little they know compared to him. How foolish and naive they are to think that they can finish him. He laughs at this. At this point, he needs to be more cautious. It's not the witch hunter that wants his demise alone. It's also King Midas and the Queen of morbidia. Donovan promised that he will end them all. And Right now, Time is of the essence.

No one threatens the master of all evil. And, those who do? They simply cease to exist.

Publisher Focus Entertainment has published another gameplay video of the Evil West action game, this time for 13 minutes. There are quite a few story cutscenes in the video and you can look at the death of the organization of hunters and the potential main villain. Unfortunately, this is all the information that we have at the moment, the game does not even have a name yet, nor any exact information, except for confirmation of its existence.Īccording to the latest rumors, the game will take place in Sicily between the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century. The plot will develop around the family of Don Salieri, the boss of the protagonist from the first part. I am happy to confirm that we have started work on a brand new project in the Mafia series! While it's still a few years away and we can't share more details with you right now, we're excited to keep working on this beloved franchise and keep our players happy with new stories. Throughout the interview, the creators revealed a lot of different details about their work on this wonderful series, but perhaps the most important announcement was made at the end of the interview and was made by Hangar 13 CEO Roman Hladik:

Whumpmas in July (Day 6): Mistake

A/N: I’m working on introducing some of the characters I write with, so this is a whumpee’s start with one of my usual whumpers, a whumpee collector who (pretentiously) calls himself “The Master”. I don’t think this needs any CW’s, but please let me know if I need to add any.

Jesse took a deep breath, and he knocked on the big, wooden door. Barely a second passed before he heard. “Come in.”

“Mr. Donovan? Sir?” Jesse cautiously opened the door to an ornate office. Tall, walnut bookcases lined two walls so they framed the fine furniture between. Mr. Donovan sat at his desk, backlit by a large bay window. He didn’t look at Jesse, continuing to write in his journal.

“Have a seat,” The man said. Jesse stepped around the leather studded chair and did so gingerly. He didn’t speak yet, too afraid to mess up this opportunity. He still didn’t know quite what it was, but he knew that he needed it. Mr. Donovan finished his thoughts and then set his journal to the side.

“So, Josiah—“

“Jesse,” The younger man corrected. Then, he realized he interrupted, and he backpedaled. “Sorry! I didn’t mean to interrupt. It’s just a habit. Never been a fan of my full name.” He laughed nervously. Mr. Donovan raised an eyebrow.

“Right.” Mr. Donovan grabbed a manila envelope and opened it, pulling out a small stack of papers. He set only the top page in front of Jesse. “Fill this out.”

“Sure,” Jesse looked around. He started to reach for the pen holder but stopped himself. “May I?”

“You didn’t bring a pen,” Mr. Donovan asked— or said, rather. Jesse’s face turned red.

“No. Sorry— sir,” He wasn’t normally one for formal titles, but in this case, he thought it was warranted. A few days ago, he received a call from Mr. Donovan. The man found his resume online, and he claimed to have a unique opportunity for him. Jesse looked him up to make sure it wasn’t a spam call. His full name was Henry Donovan, and apparently, he was quite wealthy, worth several hundred million, but he couldn’t find much more about him. An elusive type— not a man who often socialized, as far as Jesse could tell. Some part of Jesse wished he could find more information on him, but he feared looking this gift horse in the mouth.

The man hadn’t said no, so Jesse carefully grabbed a pen and twisted the tip out. He wrote his full legal name in the right spots, and then he looked down the rest of the page. The form contained a weird mix of personal, legal, financial, and medical information. He paused for a moment, wanting to ask why Mr. Donovan needed this. He didn’t quite feel comfortable putting his social security number in, but surely if the man was asking, this was legal. He must have a team of lawyers watching his wealth, and this wasn’t some shady online website. He filled it in and answered the rest of the questions.

He wrote his current address. He lived alone. He didn’t have a current employment. He didn’t receive money from his parents. When he got to the medical part, he marked them as deceased. He didn’t have any allergies. He didn’t know of any current health issues. His family’s medical history was clean. The last box asked him if he told anyone about this opportunity, and to share who. Jesse forced himself to speak up. “What do you need this for? What exactly is the opportunity? Is it research or something?”

“We’ll get to that in a minute. It’s fairly straightforward,” Mr. Donovan dismissed. As Jesse signed the bottom of the page, he pulled out two more pages from within the stack. “Sign on these lines.”

“It pays well though, right?” Jesse scrawled his signature a few more times, but the papers were pulled away from him before he could see what they said at the top. “You said you knew I was behind on my rent, but I have some other payments to catch up on. I was wondering if we might be able to frontload some of the pay? Then I can take less later.”

“It’ll all be taken care of,” Mr. Donovan promised. Jesse nodded. Right. He probably needed to get the job first. Or did he already get it? He drove all the way out to this insanely fancy manor, so surely he did something right. Mr. Donovan started to get up, and Jesse sprung to his feet as well.

The man walked to one bookcase and pulled on a few books. Then, he moved a few more aside to reveal a pin pad. He typed in a code, and there was an audible click. Jesse startled as a bookcase slid back. Okay… that was unique.

“Ah. Cliche,” He gave a weak smile. Mr. Donovan didn’t seem amused.

“Classic,” He corrected. Jesse flexed his hands at his side. “I need to ask that you turn off your phone and remove anything from your pockets. It’s a security concern.”

“I can keep secrets,” Jesse promised, but he did as requested. He set his wallet and keys on the desk, and he turned off his phone, setting it alongside. As an afterthought, he made sure they sat straight and neat. Then, he joined his potential employer at the bookcase opening. A staircase was visible now.

“After you,” Mr. Donovan gestured toward the stairs. Jesse hesitated. The whole scenario felt off. Not by much, but Jesse was generally suspicious of wealthy people, and the whole secret staircase thing wasn’t helping his secret lair vibes. Although, it didn’t look evil and dingy, nor like a sex dungeon. The stairs were nicely lit with elegant tile and an indent in the wall that acted as a railing. Mr. Donovan quickly grew impatient. “I’m a very busy man, Jesse.”

“Right. Sorry. I appreciate the opportunity. I really do,” Jesse insisted. Even if he was nervous, that wasn’t a new feeling for him, and he needed the money. Whatever he was getting paid, he was sure it would help, and he figured it’d be worth the weirdness of this all. The sum he needed to fix his entire life was probably mere chump change to this man. He forced himself to start forward. Mr. Donovan trailed a few steps behind him. At the bottom of the stairs was a small junction, with hallways going forward and either direction to his left or right. Jesse waited for the man to catch up to him at the bottom.

“Left,” Mr. Donovan instructed. “The door on your right.” Jesse went down the left hallway. There was only one door on his right, and it looked to be made of brass. Mr. Donovan had to scan his eye and fingerprint. The whole place was very high security, and Jesse wondered again what he was getting into. The door unlocked, and Mr. Donovan motioned him in. “Fourth on your left.”

This hallway had at least a dozen doors, but they were all made of metal. They had closed metal windows-- like prison doors. Jesse hesitated. “What’s down here?”

“I’ll show you in a second.”

“Why is it all reinforced? What is this?” Jesse asked. Mr. Donovan took a step forward, and it spurred Jesse to at least step into the hallway, still debating how much he could question in this position. He had to be pushing his luck as it was, and historically, no one appreciated his questions.

“Go,” Mr. Donovan said sternly. “Unless you want to end up in prison from debt.” Jesse felt his heart beating faster. He didn’t, obviously, but he wasn’t sure he wanted whatever was happening here either. Were there exotic animals in these cells maybe? Was he comfortable with that? Could he be? For the right sum? He didn’t know.

“Fourth on your left. Last chance,” Mr. Donovan insisted. Jesse numbly walked forward. He watched as the man typed in another pin, and then he opened the door.

It was a cell. A small cell with nothing but a white trash bin in the corner and a white padded bed. Holy shit. Holy shit! No. Absolutely not. No no no. Jesse took a step back, but Mr. Donovan was already behind him. “Go inside.”

“No!” Jesse yelped. “You’re insane. Absolutely fucking bonkers!” He swiveled his head to Mr. Donovan and then back to the cell. “What the heck is this for?! Do you think I’m just gonna go in there?!”

There was a click, and Jesse looked behind him again. Mr. Donovan held a small pistol in his hand. His soul might as well have left his body. Guns absolutely terrified him, and he’d barely seen any, much less had one aimed at him. He tried to find words in his dry mouth. He opened and closed it like an idiot.

“Step back,” Mr. Donovan ordered. Jesse compiled without even thinking. The man took a step after him, and Jesse moved back again automatically.

“Please,” Jesse’s voice strained. “Don’t shoot me.” He continued to back away, eyes trained solely on the gun. Mr. Donovan moved his hand, and Jesse flinched. The hand found the door handle. Wait. Jesse hadn’t even realized he was in the cell now. He surged forward.

The door slammed shut just as he got there, his hands hitting the padded metal surface a second later. He slammed his palms against it. “Wait! Wait!”

The window cover slid open, and Jesse could only see out through iron bars. “Mr. Donovan, please!”

“Technically, I have a doctorate--”

“Doctor Donovan--”

“-- but you will just call me Master.” The window slid shut. Jesse hit the door again in panic. He searched for a handle, for a crack, for anything to grab, and he found nothing. He yelled. He squeezed his fingers between the padding, but it was bolted down. He slammed his shoulder into the door so hard his entire body hurt with the impact, and he fell backward onto the floor.

Down there, the walls felt so high yet suffocating at the same time. He got onto his hands and knees and stared at the unmoving door. No... What had he done?

Heads Up Regarding Scott/Posey Fans

I’m so sorry you came across the infamous Scott McCall delusional squad. I lost the count of how many Teen Wolf fans they [Scott Stans] actively stalked and harassed out of fandom just because they had the audacity to criticize Scott’s canon hypocrisy and abusive actions and behavior, or because they didn’t worship the ground their toxic fav Scott walked on and preferred actually interesting – and heroic – characters to him. All of his so called “Scott McCall defense squad” posts are really just ableist anti Stiles, Derek and *anyone who isn’t his shitty fav Scott* rants full of bias, hate, ableism and selective canon erasure. This is the very same ableist bully who claims that Stiles is a “lying traitor” for being a victim of Theo’s blackmail and for refusing to share his own trauma [Donovan] with Scott like Scott wanted and demanded, but then claim that Scott is totes a hero and a genius for lying to Allison, to Kira, and to everyone around him, for conspiring with Gerard behind everyone’s back, for selling Derek, Erica, Isaac, Boyd, Matt and Jackson out to the hunters in exchange of Allison, for framing Derek for murder just because he wanted to be free to stalk Allison, play lacrosse and endanger innocent people’s life to his heart’s content, for giving Gerard all the information he wanted about Derek and his Pack (including that Jackson’s the Kanima and that Matt was his master, handing both Matt and Jackson over to Gerard), and for violating and dehumanizing an incapacitated rape victim (plus boasting about it in front of him), because “B-B-BUT SCOTT WAS A VICTIM OF GERARD’S BLACKMAIL! Rabid Scott stans will also use the “racism” card whenever someone points out Scott’s canonical flaws and abusive actions and behavior; it’s their MO and a cheap attempt to deflect any criticism and bully anyone who disagrees with them into silence. MAGIC Basics

The world of Shovel Knight is chock full of magic! Every living being and habitat contains some amount of magic. It's as common as oxygen and everyone is as accustomed to it. Nonetheless, not everyone can generate the same amount of it. Some are more gifted, while others are... Tinker. You can also regenerate magic (or extend your magical abilities) through training or drinking special concoctions usually made by healers, alchemists or even wizards in some cases (though, it's hard to find the ingredients, and they can prove quite expensive). People can decide not to use it and rely only on their physical skills. Some can implement it later in life (like a blacksmith who learns to forge magical weapons, and who has only worked with normal iron weapons at first), some can study it thoroughly (like healers) and some can use it for their main activities (wizards, Wizzems for example). Magic can even be considered a species per say, and this species can form symbiotic relations with the world around it (like attaching itself to another body to survive) - and sometimes it can become sentient, like it happened to Mole, Treasure and Plague (though, Plague was made sentient through artificial means).

There are multiple types of magic in this world:

You have elemental magic which is commonly used by Wizzems (a class of wizard specializing in one of the elements as they are very difficult to master on their own).

Material magic, objects that have either gained magical powers on their own or were infused with magic (think of Donovan's Caltrops which drain magic as you require it in order to summon them back, but also to make the spikes unsheathe - or Propeller's everlasting rose) - the amulet is under debate, it seems more... sentient than other objects, but not sentient enough to be considered full on Sentient Magic 

General magic includes almost any other feat you can perform using magic, the possibilities are endless

Dark magic...

Dark Magic: a general overview

Dark magic is by far the most dangerous and powerful kind of magic you can find, and very few people can truly master it. When practicing magic (elemental, material or general magic) there's a certain limit within where it's safe to practice. Magic doesn't undergo any major change, and its structure remains unvaried while its power may differ. Once the limit is trespassed (most times it's because the magic being used exceeds the safe zone), it starts to corrupt itself and becomes Dark magic. Dark magic requires great power in order to be practiced and controlled. To achieve that, it triggers a reaction in the user that is mostly known as corruption: in order to sustain itself, dark magic "feeds" on negative emotions as they're its primary source of power. The desire to control Dark magic itself comes from the willing decision to break those rules, thus putting negative feelings above self-control. Normally, magic draws its power from its user's primary feelings - Greed and lust are usually the ones to push the user to "unlock" Dark magic, thus, it will draw its power from them. Negative feelings are the primary and only feelings that could sustain it as they’re intense and volatile. The more dark magic you use, the more it brings out the worst of you as it needs to sustain itself, forcing your body to corrupt itself. The more powerful you are, the more evil you are. Most times, the bearer won't even notice the change in themselves and they could still believe they're in the right. Other times, Dark magic will corrupt the bearer so deeply that they'll be unrecognizable. It's important to remember that Dark magic isn't evil per se, but it is the result of the wrong use of magic. Like a chemical reaction, two elements that make an explosive compound may not be dangerous alone, but they're destructive once put together. The reason why Dark magic is considered evil is because, as any living or non-living thing, it needs a source to sustain it and the source happens to be the negative feelings of its user. It's a natural effect, but one that has disastrous outcomes.

Dark Magic: manifestation

Dark magic can manifest itself in different ways, depending on its user. Some examples are: - The Enchantress: Without meaning to, Shield Knight came in contact with the amulet, which, in order to preserve itself, corrupted Shield Knight through dark magic and possessed her. Still, there’s something strange about it. Maybe the amulet took over her body and imprisoned her mind in an endless void in for the express purpose of sustaining the evil sealed within itself? Who knows...

- Reize: While Shield Knight came in contact with Dark Magic by complete accident, Reize was forcefully corrupted by the Enchantress. His body and mind weren't prepared to take such a burden upon themselves, so the corruption was almost instantaneous. Thankfully, Specter Knight was able to erase the exceeding amount of magic by defeating Nightmare Reize, bringing the baby boy back to normal

- Black Knight: Some bearers are able to control huge amounts of magic without being corrupted completely, although the effects of dark magic can still be seen. Black Knight was able to control himself and avoid corruption, but his mind isn't totally clean - the unorthodox ways through which he tries to keep the Enchantress safe are the best example of the light corruption he faces. Once the Enchantress infuses greater amounts of magic into him, his wings spurt out and he starts attacking Shovel Knight ferociously, although he's still aware of himself and his surroundings. Though, this doesn’t seem to be his first tango with dark magic...
