When Mavado made a deal with Shang Tsung to get a hold of Kano he knew what he was getting himself into. He knew how deceptive the sorcerer could be. Yet he still made a deal with him so he could obtain Kano. He had to work his ass off to get that damn Black Dragon. He had to go through Sonya and Jax so he could get Kenshi. All that work to finally get Kano and torture him. However, he had to strike once the fun was done before Shang Tsung did. He sent Hsu Hao to deal with the sorcerers but got no reply. Of course, he couldn’t finish the job. Mavado had to do everything himself. Well, not fully alone. He brought you, his loyal girlfriend, to finish the job with him. He suspected Shang Tsung would have Quan Chi with him and could not risk dealing with a 2 v 1 situation.

His prediction was right. Both of the sorcerers were expecting Mavado but not you. You and your boyfriend put up a good fight. Mavado was skilled with the hookswords he stole from Kabal. You barely had to do any work.

This was a losing battle for Shang Tsung and Quan Chi. In an attempt to escape, Quan Chi decided to target you. He wasn’t focused on whichever spell he cast it just had to distract Mavado. You heard Quan Chi chant and as you went to face him you felt something hit your stomach, causing you to fly back. Mavado immediately turned around to check on you, only to see a cloud of toxic green smoke consuming you. It gave Quan Chi enough time to grab Shang Tsung and make their escape. Though Mavado lost his targets he had other matters to be concerned about. He ran over to you and tried to wave the smoke away. He couldn’t find you, not a limb or strand of hair to hint at your body still being there. But once the smoke cleared he was surprised.

Mavado wanted to ask what he should do with you but Daegon was already on the move. He can’t leave you alone. Anything could happen to you. But bringing you along would be just as dangerous. Hmmm

What i think about Levi (having to) be miserable about the rumbling

Some people think that after all the trauma of the rumbling happening, levi HAS to be miserable. After all, he's seen thousands of innocent people die and others died out of his sight, which must have scarred him to a degree for sure.

I think that after the rumbling, Levi would be traumatized. The rumbling is of course an allegory to a world war, and the fact is, no soldier has been quite the same after a war, and no person has been the same after various type of trauma. Looking up the definition of the word, you'll stumble upon this:

So in other words, each of us could be affected by trauma at any point in time. The difference between regular fear or sadness is that trauma affects you DEEPLY. It is something that could lurk inside of your head for years, sometimes even your entire life. Next, we'll look up at how trauma can affect a person.

Of course let's remind ourselves that what we're talking about is only fiction, but Isayama actually did a really good job at writing Levi. Looking at the symtoms, Levi has undirectly displayed quite a few of these symptoms, even if they were subtle.

RECURRENT, UNWANTED MEMORIES OF THE EVENT:

This symptom is not that present with Levi, as he often keeps a stoic, often numb outlook on things while Eren expresses distress over these. However, given the age gao between Eren, Reiner, Mikasa, or everyone else and Levi is that he has more experience with them. He is never questioning their sanity or doubting them in any way, but calming them down, since he probably has had his own fair share of experience.

FLASHBACKS

Again, this isn't something that occurs to Levi often, or *they aren't obviously shown* to be precise. But you see, he most likely does experience some form of them from his childhood back in the underground, by feeling the need to clean things up even when it wouldn't bother other people. He probably gets reminded of the little room he lived in with his mom and how he felt insecure about it since coming to the surface, as we've seen in the No Regrets OVA.

Thus, i doubt that rumbling hasn't left a mark on him.

UPSETTING DREAMS OR NIGHTMARES ABOUT THE EVENT

We all know that Levi suffers from insomnia. And honestly, all things considered, it makes sense.

SEVERE EMOTIONAL DISTRESS OR PHYSICAL REACTIONS TO SOMETHING THAT REMINDS YOU OF THE TRAUMATIC EVENT

This was all i could think about at the scene where he brutally kept slashing Zeke's limbs in order to prevent him from regenerating back. Some people could argue that it was simply to prevent Zeke from turning back into a titan, but i would argue that we've seen a much more efficient method back when Eren infiltrated Marley (specifically tying up his leg in a bandage, which has been proven as a functioning disguise)

So, Levi's judgement has been rash and unplanned, out of control even, since he not only endangered the life of someone he had to restrain but KEEP ALIVE, but his own, as well.

TRYING TO AVOID THINKING OR TALKING ABOUT THE SPECIFIC EVENT

This is also subtly alluded in the show, as he never told anyone about the past with his mother.

AVOIDING PLACES, ACTIVITIES OR PEOPLE THAT REMIND YOU OF THE TRAUMATIC EVENT

Now this is an interesting part, because Levi doesnt avoid much from his past, except the underground. But, who he has a complicated relationship with, is Eren, Mikasa, and Armin. He acts cold with them at times, harshly at others, but ultimately, he's trying to subconsciously fix his past mistakes.

The physical resemblance to his past friends is probably no more than a coincidence, but they do share aspects of Isabel's and Furlan's personalities that Levi sees in Eren and Armin, such as Isabel's undying curiosity about the outside world, and Furlan's analytical strategist mind, similar to Armin's. Now, you would think that the one Levi sees himself in the most is Mikasa given their ties to the Ackerman clan, but the thing is, Levi didn't know he was an Ackerman unril Kenny told him, meaning he saw her strength and want to do everything alone as simply something they shared. Eren however is also similar to younger Levi in terms of being hot headed, just like he used to be. As we all know, Furlan and Isabel died because he gave in and let them go on a mission he knew they could not survive, so now he had to watch Erem, Mikasa and Armin grow up, subconsciously being reminded of them, because their deaths caused him a lot of emotional distress.

NEGATIVE THOUGHTS ABOUT YOURSELF, OTHER PEOPLE, OR THE WORLD:

This might not seem like much, but his thinking and personality HAVE BEEN AFFECTED, no matter how stoic his face might be.

HOPELESNESS ABOUT THE FUTURE

Now, this is a 2 sided topic. When watching attack on titan, i noticed Levi's and Mikasa's loyalty, which however feels almost *passive*. You never see Mikasa or Levi having dreams like Armin who wants to see the sea, Erwn who wants to be free, Annie who wished to live a peaceful life, or Jean who wanted to date Mikasa.

Mikasa nor Levi have never expressed having a single wish which would not involve a person important to them. However, even Mikasa had something Levi didn't, and that is, hope for the future. Mikasa wanted to live a life with Eren. When it comes to Levi, he never really expressed any wish or hope because truth be told, after losing Erwin and Hange, he didn'thave any. His only goal was to complete his mission and prove that his comrades didn't die in vain.

I know what you might be thinking, but he opened his own teashop because he loved tea! Yes he did indeed do that, but again, he wasn't alone. He took in Gabi and Falco, so he had a reason to keep going. Now, some of you may say that that's not how a broken person would think, but oftentimes, we TRY to find a reason to survive. We TRY to keep going. We WISH TO WANT TO KEEP GOING. That said, Gabi and Falco are an important part of his life, they definitely help him stay grounded after the war. After all, he has been thrown from one kind of chaos to another where you have to adjust to a vastly different life in a short amount of time, but they undoubtedly do help him get by, maybe even find joy of the little things in life that he had no time to appreciate earlier.

MEMORY PROBLEMS, INCLUDING NOT BEING ABLE TO RECALL CERTAIN PARTS OF THE EVENT.

this is an aspect i can't really explore so far, as we know almost nothing about Levi's life post war. Maybe the new manga coming out will give us more insight.

DIFFICULTY MAINTAINING CLOSE RELATIONSHIPS

This one is pretty obvious. Levi did say women were quite interested in him, but he didn't seem to think of any of them in a romantic way. In fact he was mostly reserved even towards his own squad, only chatting with Hange who considers Levi a very good friend, and Erwin, whom he is loyal to as Mikasa is to Eren.

FEEKING DETACHED FROM FAMILY AND FRIENDS

This has been described in the previous paragraph at least for the most part, but i think it should be important to mention that he didn't really show an interest in Hange suggesting they should live together in a hut somewhere (that doesn't mean that he disliked or liked the particukar idea, i just wanted to show an example)

LACK OF INTEREST IN ACTIVITIES YOU ONCE ENJOYED

We know that Levi doesn't really seem to show fondness towards any hobby other than cleaning (which is mostly a trauma response) other than drinking tea perhaps, but i don't think there's anything else i could mention other than the fact that we've never seen him relax. Even while they were at the sea, he just awkwardly stood there. I am the kind of person which is mostly quiet among people reading my book, though it doesn't necessarily mean i feel bad in any way, so again, we might gain some more insight in the new manga chapter.

DiFFICULTY EXPERIENCING POSITIVE EMOTIONS

Again, he didn't seem to be happy about any of their accomplishments as soldiers.

FEELING EMOTIONALLY NUMB

Now, contrary to the popular belief that Levi is "stoic" (which is mostly his face going numb at best, you see where i'm going?)

Levi feels intense emotions. Problem is, it happens rarely. It happened when he saw Isabel and Furlan's deaths (the moment when he went emotionally numb) and when he saw Kenny for the first time in years for example (or turning Zeke into a kebab).

In short, please don't confuse stoicism with Levi's unhealthy way of not expressing emotions. Stoicism isn't about that. He just feels constantly on edge.

(And to be honest i don't think Kenny was the type of a parental figure to encourage Levi to express how he feels)

BEING EASILY STARTLED OR FRIGHTENED

This is something that wasn't expressed, so i won't talk about that.

ALWAYS BEING ON GUARD FOR DANGER

again same as the previous point however i think this is very likely as Levi was able to tell an attack was going to happen a second before it actually happened.

SELF DESTRUCTIVE BEHAVIOR

This is something Levi does. He always wants to work and fight, even if he's in pieces. He doesn't care how much he gets hurt. He just wants to save his comrades and complete his mission, blocking out everything else, including his own well being, which can be self destructive behavior. After all, just remember the screenshot i put above.

TROUBLE SLEEPING

an obvious one, definitely continues after the war too.

Levi needs someone to guide him. Otherwise, his own thinking rarely ever ends well

IRRITABILITY, ANGRY OUTBURSTS OR AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR

I'm just going to provide a manga exerpt here. No matter what the circumstances were, it was aggressive and they changed it in the anime too.

OVERWHELMING GUILT OR SHAME

There have been instances where Levi felt guilty and sad. For example when he could do nothing but watch Hange die, all of his other comrades, when he burdened his squad by allowing himself to be severely injured.

Even before, back in the no regrets special he felt ashamed for the soldier calling his room dirty.

Overall, I'd say that Levi was definitely affected by his experience a lot, but Gabi and Falco give him a reason to keep going, as even the biggest problem won't feel as impossible when you're not alone.

He's a character which is very close to my heart as we're similar in a lot of ways, and he actually helped me deal with many of my issues. despite labeling myself as aroace for a hot minute and finding comfort in that label and the community for a time—shit doesnt feel quite right anymore.

i have had ONE EX. one.

i genuinely think i was in love with him. i only felt what i felt with him,,,WITH HIM. nobody else. I felt the butterflies/giddiness, i loved his laugh, his smile, hearing him, his jokes, all the names he would call me, how much he said he loved me, our late night discord calls, having him around, just. him. when he rarely spoke abt shit that was bothering him it hurt me so bad, like i would hurt with him. and the mere THOUGHT of ME hurting him made me wanna sob.

as you can probably guess by the fact we’re exes, we’re not together anymore. it hurts. hell, my stomach tangled a bit as i typed that out. (could be cause recently someone who used to be a friend went and dated him and then got upset at me for getting upset at them but this ain't abt them.)

we broke up in like june last year, and i felt so fucking horrible about it bc it basically ended w him yelling at me over text at how horrible i am at listening and how i treated him more like a therapist—which i will admit i did. i sucked for that. it makes sense why tho, i was working through a lot of shit at the time, doesn’t justify it at all though. i should’ve treated him better. im desperately trying to fix it in my current relationships so that never happens again.

then again, he also treated me badly. he said things that really fucked with my sense of trust in people and just made me scared to get close with anyone like that ever again, or in general bc i was convinced everyone had some ulterior motive w me or secretly didnt give a shit abt me—but also i felt *I* was the problem. like every relationship im in is gonna end horribly bc im just that bad. its taken a lot to say that i feel loved by and trust my current friends, as well as trying to recognize that I deserve love, and im glad i can say that im getting better ^^

i concluded i was aroace almost a year after we broke up. there were a couple reasons. for one, i only really got that close w him. i dont really know if ive had a crush or what that feels like—in fact i think i faked one in elementary, the whole reason i got w my ex was bc he was flirting w me and it made me feel nice. (also bc i was worried he would be my only shot at love but i digress) i feel off when people talk about heading to poundtown or anything like that, the same with crushes—just crushes tho relationships i totally get—and i still struggle to wrap my head around attraction and how people just can look at someone without even knowing them at ALL and go “you. i want you.”

i wrote off how i felt when i was with him as simply some non-romantic form of attraction and called it a day.

but recently ive been reflecting on that, and i think i was wrong. the way that even now i get all these emotions by merely talking abt my ex says something. how upset seeing that "friend" going ahead and dating him after barely knowing him and just how angry i was says something. the way i cried seeing my best friend get a whole small crate of presents from their partner for their bday bc i was THAT JEALOUS says something. the way i yearn for affection and to be loved again says something. the way im starting to miss being in love again says something. the way i would always want some sort of relationship—even when i identified as aroace—but just never thought it would happen bc i didn't feel pretty enough, or mentally well enough, deserving of one, or like id ever be lucky enough to find someone who makes me feel that way again and how scared and sad that makes me,,,says something.

now in terms of poundtown—legit dunno. closest to that I've done w anyone was neck kisses from my ex, which i did really enjoy—but also i legit identified as ace like the whole time we were together and the few times he made jokes like that i felt uncomfy. plus the only way i feel i could be ok w going further w something like that is if its either excessively gentle or the most unserious thing ever. so tbh if i had to take a guess on how i feel abt that—not too keen on it.

okay angst time

charles after a race being big sad because the ferarri team (xavi) has fucked him over once again

he's done with media for the day and is decompressing in his drivers room, didnt even bother to lock the door. he's not really paying attention to anything until he hears someone struggling to open the door, (maybe because she's shorter than the door handle itself) and before he can answer it he is met with girl twin who runs full force into him to give him a hug.

neither fred or pear sent her over. she went to go comfort her uncle, her hero on her own volition. charles and her are so in tune with each other emotions because they spend so much time together.

charles is a person that girl twin holds onto so tightly, both emotionally and physically. So when he's hurt, her world comes to a stop.

what do you mean her idol isnt benig his usual happy self? that's illegal.

so she shows up for him. it doesnt matter that people have told her to leave him alone. all that matters in the world in that moment is her uncle, her godfather (dont tell me pierre wouldnt make his childhood bff his children's godfather)

and does it fix xavi still having a job even though he doesnt fucking do it? no. but it fixes the feelings charles has of not being enough, because he's enough for his goddaughter and that's enough for him.

also charles and pierre’s codependency absolutely means both twin’s are charles’ godchildren which defeats the purpose of each child having a different god parent but you just went along with it and said the next child would have a different godfather (charles was also that child’s godfather)

we exit out into a big open field at night. parsley stares up at the sky. zen is instantly taken over and god tells us we've been gone for 2 weeks. whoops. senna walks right up to him and says wheatley needs help. he immediately stops being mad and asks what happaned. he says it wont be an easy fix. teleport back to gods domain!

oh yeah sunnie is here. uh. fuck. god says he will send sunnie home safely. sunnie gives rouge back. teya hugs sunnie. no more fey portals! zen says god usually warns him before possessing him xD

here come some constructs to retrieve wheatley. senna lays wheatley on the gourney and places his hands over his chest. god says he will update us on him, but we need to know what happaned while we were gone. theres a map projection. zorbolt has made a move. expanding his reach. some towns we were gonna go to are gone. some were saved thanks to spingledorf, but hes only one man. senna is biting her thumb in anxiety.

theres another force. The Noble Ember. fun. competiting against them but they are probably not working together. can only hope. more danger! yay. he wants us to try and liberate those towns if possible to stall zorbolt. he doesnt have a fullproof way of halting zorbolts corruption.

level up! we have questions but were worried about wheatley. parsley tells android he has something to explain. why did iris know him? she was one of zorbolts leading engineers. parsley asks zen for a map of the place. nope cause uh why would he xD he finds one tho and sends it to his token. he fucks off. android fucked off. teya decides to follow and bother parsley xD senna goes to the rnd department to wait for news about wheatley.

parsley sets down SP. SP just asks where his dad. then asks where uncle? he doesnt know hmm. SP makes a sad noise aww. parsleys says zen might know. SP goes to find zen xD parsley goes to find a potion shop to get more potions. he sees a bunch on his map right next to each other. parsley grabs several health potions, so does teya. parsley gets some more javelins. he asks what teya is looking for but weapons arent her thing lol.

then he heads towards a clothes shop and looks for frilly dresses for wheatley aww. he asks for the frilliest dress possible. its the double person robot, velvet and silk! they start measuring him and he screams its not for him xD teya is just smirking xD itll take about an hour. he asks teya where they should go now. she doesnt know either lol. to the bar!

android enters the rnd department. senna sees him enter a door and follows behind. wheatley is in pieces floating in the air! fried circuit boards DX senna bites her thumb again and stands by a wall out of the way. she has her hands clasped in prayer. she prays to robotgod. he notices and glances at her and then goes back to work.

whealtleys body is reattached. robogod places his hands on his head and he starts glowing. god looks concerned oh no. some of his mind is gone?! he can restore most of him from the copy but afterwords its all gone. he can restore the events from everyones memories via 3rd person and needs everyones permission. he tells senna and android to go to the soul jar to meetup.

parsley and teya's tokens go ding from god telling them to go to the jar. he has to find spacecore xD he tries to call zen with the token somehow xD he called robogod on accident lol. its voice commands just ask xD he keeps dropping the token in surprise lol. zen hasnt seen SP so parsley hangs up lol. it called robogod again multi-call! 'teya we fucked up.' 'YOU fucked up.' teya uses sending to try and find SP. SP only replies hes at a building lol.

everyones at the jar but not SP. parsley deflates seeing wheatley dead. robogod explains the situation. needs to copy everyones interactions with wheatley. parsley says ok and it takes him by surprise, warning itll be painful. teya replies wheatleys worth it. senna looks a bit relieved aww. time for mind juice time!

time for a handholding conga line! wheatley, god, teya, senna, parsley, zen, and android. gonna get matching circuit tattoos again nice. oh this is gonna hurt. burning in the arms and intense headache. its for wheatley, endure it! screaming in pain. teya bites her tongue trying to control herself, ouch. burning into sennas scales. senna grits and bears it. parsley decides to disassociate. he gets a nat 1 and collapses to his knees as zen and senna hold him up xD. sorry zen thats gotta hurt. androids doing fine the fucker xD

the energy goes into wheatley! he gets a handprint circuit pattern on his head. we got nosebleeds cool. parsley pretends hes ok xD senna wipes the blood off of teya's face. SP shows up with some robots that think hes cool xD wheatleys eye start up! he stares at everyone for a second and asks what happaned. teya and senna tackle him in a hug as does space core. zen bear hugs the group. even android xD wheatley is shocked! 'oh. that looks painful.' god tried to keep the after death memories out. parsley gets off the floor and also hugs wheatley.

senna lets go and wipes her eyes. android whispers hes sorry to wheatley awwwwww. wheatley makes a whining sound. zen lets go, teya still hugs xD 'dont you scare me like that again wheatley!' android lets out a long sigh and lets go. 'im glad your ok.' he cares xD wheatley is just glad he cant remember dying. that makes android smile xD wheatley clings to teya xD

god tells us to get some rest. wheatley asks how everyone got hurt. android points out wheatleys scar on his head. senna holds a makeup mirror behind his head and has teya hold up her shiny shield in front of him so he can see. teya takes a rubbing of it for him. wobbly eye texture he puts it in the token. senna goes 'oh!' and takes the violin and sheet music out of the token and hands it to parsley.

wheatley asks why everyone has the circuit pattern. he thought robogod hurt everyone and asks if they have to kill him xD minus android points for that. 'no?' 'good cause i really didnt want to.' android gets pissy and says we used our memories to restore his memories so uh yeah xD wheatley grabs parsleys burned arm ouch. parsley asks if they can go kill his mom xD

wheatley realises its a fresh wound and backs up. he sits on the floor and parsley pats him. senna heals herself and teya while parsley drinks a potion. parsley pats him again lol. senna is giving wheatley a disappointed look.

from wheatleys perspective, robogod scanned him, then he wakes up with everyone worried and hurt and he has knowledge he doesnt fully understand and some of his friends dont trust god and its confusing. teya says some of those feelings might be coming from them. wheatley says he didnt think about what he was saying before he said it and is sorry.

teya changes the subject and says we need to decompress. parsley says its nap or drink time. parsley pulls out the map "ok dipshit squad roll out." "does that make you head dipshit?" android sighs and says he will forgive him just this once. zen agrees. parsley asks if were coming xD teya tugs wheatley along as senna pats him on the back.

we get to the bar! its jack daniels xD parsley just trauma dumping XD hes gonna make him something extra strong. parsley pauses him and says he has something he has to do. teya wants a strong fruity drink xD parsley tries to get wheatleys attention that he should have a drink. wheatley grabs an orb and parsley tells him to slow down. he also asks what would happen if he had some of the orb. wheatley says it would be bad for him xD

senna asks for their strongest wine. he leaves her the bottle xD senna downs it and then pours herself some more. zen has 6 orbs xD senna sniffs her wine and then writes in her diary. 'no you cant read it.' we remind zen its parsleys turn so he has to woo him xD zen goes to sit next to him. 'yes, talk, hmm.' parsley tries one of zens orbs. it feels like he got shocked xD senna asks for the orb! 'oh thats familiar.' she tries to hand it to teya but she refuses.

parsley gets up to get wheatleys gift. daniels hopes the orb doesnt leave damage and wheatley is unhappy about it. teya leans on him and hums a bit. senna drinks the cup and pours some more. android walks in?! senna waves to him and goes back to writing.

android yells at zen to slow down the drinking. he takes the orbs away boo. zen says android never has a good time and he should join them and have fun! hes mad they always do what android wants. he calls android boring. senna messages parsley to let him know. teya is trying to comfort wheatley in message.

i dont know if im being too sensitive but when my bf is having a not so good time it reflects in the way he interacts with me where he will be super dry or not respond to me and it kinda makes me annoyed because its not like i have any direct reason for him to act that way towards me. also according to him alot of the issues we have is because he doesnt think im happy to be with him and he doesnt like how i interact with other people because he thinks they make me happier than he does and I tell him that I am happy to be with him and he still doesnt believe me and he also says that he is not a priority to me and essentially what i got from him was that he doesnt like the way i express how i feel about things like if im happy or if im sad becasue he doesnt understand me. and it makes me feel like my feelings are not enough to make him feel happy or to correctly convey how I feel and i worry that if i dont fix something about how i do that he will break up with me because he said that me not prioritizing him is not what he signed up for and i kinda feel like im stepping around on eggshells as to how i word things and do things so that i can hopefully show that i am happy to be with him and it makes me mad because i feel like i shouldnt have to be doing that. Why do I have to change the way I show my own feelings because he has a problem with it. I can see how this can be selfish but I’m also apart if this relationship and I always seem to be the one that is the issue. It has been pretty much the same issues since the beginning and he said the last time we discussed this issue (at least we talk about our problems right?) that he misses what we were like at the start but then also said that his friends told him that it’s because we got more comfortable with each other and that’s what has changed. Requested: by anon, hiii! so I have a vigilante/adrian chase request I'd like to share. also, the reader's role in this is kinda inspired by margot robbie's take on sharon tate from "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood." (you'll see what I mean, hopefully)

so I was wondering if you could do a vigilante/adrian chase x fem!reader oneshot in which Y/N's happens to be local famous actress and just so happens to be with THE vigilante. she also, to everyone's surprise, has a child with him. people were quick to be shocked because vigilante's well....vigilante and she's THE Y/N. famous for her own starring roles. she's a bit outgoing, likes to have her fun and loves vinyls 24/7. and yes, she knows of her own partner's "work" and of course identity but that doesnt stop her from loving him any less. when he's not working, he's the adorable and insanely fun stay-at-home dad and is loving towards his girl.

one night, he comes home to them both and has a talk with Y/N about being a bit insecure, not only because of what he does for a living but whenever he's mentioned by people whenever Y/N's out for another role, people are quick to criticize the fact that "oh he kills for a living", "how can he hold a woman like her", and the most bothering, "he's a dad? how could he be? look at him". but she's quick to think that she doesnt care about what they have to say about adrian because that's her adrian, the one she adores. just some good fluff and cute moments between the two, adrian being an adorable father and maybe to top it off....some spice?? but yea! pls? thank you. :)

Interviews were kind of the bane of your existence at this point. After you had married Adrian you gave little to no interviews. It made them harder to get and therefore, more people craved them. It wouldn’t have been a big deal had you not married Vigilante. But you did. Now you have to deal with those consequences.

You smiled pleasantly, hands linked in front of you as you tried to remain civil as this interview started. The reporter this time around was a woman who had prying eyes and long black hair. You were only doing this because it was required for your new movie. At least one.

This was the one.

“Are you ready Mrs…”

“Just Y/L/N please,” you said. This was going to be trouble. She only had half an hour to torture you. You could last that long being polite. “And yes I’m ready.”

“Okay just…” She fixed her tie, looked at the crew and then there was a countdown to the start of the interview. You cleared your throat, adjusted yourself in your seat and started to smile. “Hello everyone, my name is Kiele Turman and I’m here with the infamous Y/N Y/L/N who is starring in a new highly anticipated movie ‘Batman: No Way Home.’ Tell us, did you get to talk to Batman about this upcoming project?” You laughed, happy that the first question was something you could answer easily.

“Yes actually! Funnily enough, they had to get his permission to do this movie. He came to set once and it was hilarious.”

“Oh that’s fantastic! Did you get to talk to him?” “I play the love interest, of course I got to talk to him.” Maybe this wouldn’t be so bad afterall if you just got to talk about the Batman the whole time. “He was actually super nice but he had to leave quickly. Fighting crime and all.” She nodded, joining you in the laughter.

“Speaking of crime, I have to ask.” Here it is. “There have been a lot of rumors about you and your husband, Vigilante. We know you are the mother of a two year old with him, how is that going? Considering his line of work?” You adjusted in your seat. You could already see this being added to compilations on Youtube of the awkwardly few amount of times you had talked about your husband.

“He’s a great dad and a great husband,” you said. “I’m very happy with him.” “Honestly, I’m surprised Batman didn’t ask you for his number, considering his murder wrap.” You scoffed, looking at your manager behind the camera who was giving you no emotions.

“I’m not here to talk about my husband. I’m here to talk about the movie if you don’t mind.”

“Well of course but you do so few interviews that it would be remiss of me not to mention your famous husband who took America's sweetheart for his own. You can’t blame us for being curious!” She had a smile on her face that was so forced it had to be hurting her. You nodded a bit, shaking your head. “At least tell us a bit about your little boy. How is motherhood treating you?”

“Well! I have a supportive co parent who takes Seth when I’m not around and so we’ve been trying to manage that.” You could feel her judgment. Letting your child stay with a murderer. “But he got to meet Batman so I think he’s got his hero down pat. His dad is rather annoyed about that.” That eased you up a bit and clearly she could take that.

“Oh how wonderful! I hear you also got a visit from Bruce Wayne of Wayne Enterprises who is funding the project.”

You mostly forgot about the interview until it came out a couple weeks later. You didn’t even notice when it dropped because you were so busy on set you hadn’t been on your phone all day. Now that the day was over you were more than happy to get back to your family and eat ice cream and go to bed.

You unlocked the door and stepped inside, tossing your bag to the side.

“Adrian I’m home!” you called, slipping off your shoes lazily. You ran your hand through your hair and walked into the house, peeking around the walls to find your husband. “Adrian? Seth?!”

Finally you found Adrian in the living room. He was wearing his regular clothes, a bomber jacket and some jeans. Seth was at his feet, playing with blocks in his little ‘Daddy’s Favorite’ shirt.

“Hey boys,” you cooed, walking up behind them. You brushed Adrian's hair out of his face and kissed his forehead before leaning down and kissing Seth’s head. “Are you okay?” you questioned, sitting on the ground beside your son. You put your hand on Adrian’s knee and he looked away from his phone then up at you. He gave you a half smile that was weak and didn’t meet his eyes.

“Yeah, long day.”

“Adrian,” you whispered, putting your chin on his knee. He looked down at you pleasantly.

“Am I a good husband?”

You were so startled you lifted your head back up. Seth was playing with your fingers, very happy his momma was home.

“Adrian you’re the best husband. Why? Baby?” You grabbed his hand, getting on your knees in front of him.

“That’s the baby,” he whispered, pointing to Seth. You giggled, shaking your head.

“Adrian.”

“Your interview came out today.”

Your face fell. You had completely forgotten about it. You had mentioned it to him when it happened but didn’t want to dwell. You knew how much that kind of thing hurt him.

“They don’t think I can be a dad or a husband,” he whispered solemnly. He had the saddest puppy dog look on his face. When he got sad it broke hearts. You put your hands on his cheeks, forcing him to look at you through his thick glasses.

“Adrian they don’t know you like we do. They only know things Vigilante have done. They don’t know that you have matching shirts with our son.” He laughed gently.

“I love the shirts. I think you should get one too.”

“I should.” Seth was going to fall asleep. You could feel him on your side that he was ready for his nap. “Hold on lemme put bubba down,” you whispered, picking up your son.

“Goodnight Seth. I love you,” he weeped quietly. You quickly took him upstairs and put him down where he was already ready to fall asleep. You grabbed the baby monitor and rushed back downstairs to where Adrian was still sitting.

“What if I can’t be a good dad? What if we shouldn’t have gotten married?” You shook your head.

“If I thought we shouldn’t have gotten married I wouldn’t have married you.” You grabbed his cheeks, forcing him to look into your eyes. “You’re the best husband ever. You’re the best dad ever. You’re here for me and Seth always. Not many men can say that Adrian.” You put your forehead on his and looked up into his eyes where he was looking at you dumbly. “I love you. I don’t care what other people have to say about our relationship.”

“Are you sure?” he pouted.

“Positive.” You brought up the baby monitor and pointed at it. “Look. We made that. We’re doing this and we’re doing it well. Who else can say that?”

“An alarming amount of people. There should be a test you have to take before having a baby.” You laughed and nodded, sitting back on your hindlegs. He was still sitting on the couch, a little bit better now. You put the baby monitor down and rubbed his knees, looking up at him.

“Adrian?” you whispered.

“Yeah?” he whispered because you were whispering.

“Do you know how much I love you?” He raised an eyebrow.

“Are you going to show me?”

“Yeah sweetie I’m gonna show you.” He shivered as he felt your hands drag further up his thighs.

“Oh!” You smiled gently and he was too excited to breathe evenly. “I love you.” “I love you more Adrian.”

“I’m gonna unbuckle my pants now.”

“I would advise that yeah.”

Hey professor, I've come to quite the predicament: my Tyranitar is showing some dental issues and the local pokemon center wasnt very helpful aside from telling me to "try changing his diet." The big guy eats a lot since he's a bit on the bigger side, and he loves to gnaw on bones, but recently those have been hurting his teeth. I've tried kinda grinding his normal food down and adding more berries to give it some kind of substance, but he doesnt seem too fond of the weird-looking mush in his food bowl. It just bothers me to see him looking so sad and I can tell he's not eating as much as usual. Any suggestions for something that'll help his teeth heal? Or maybe something he'd enjoy until he can handle his usual diet again?

So, turns out your buddy had a big shard between its teeth, was swollen, but I bet the nurses at the centre took one look in his mouth and mistook it for a tooth. Easily done, they can sink quite deep into their mouths.

This species chews, A LOT, and it’s totally fine and a little silly to try to stop that behaviour, so instead keep his diet as is, and just check him regularly for red inflamed areas, swelling, or difficulty chewing. I’ve walked you through what to look for (as shown above) you may also stuck mistake bone shards for tooth, same colour, usually stuck between the teeth themselves, so they easily blend in really well. In the wild these Pokemon will get this issue, and often chew things far too hard out of frustration, to try to dislodge the bone stuck within, so instead just check them regularly, I’ll give you the brace for inside the mouth, to be safe, alwasy use this, when removing bone you may cause a little pain, this can sometimes trigger the tyranitar to close their mouth, and with your arm in it, can end in tears. I’m sure you buddy is well behaved, especially with you but it just is safer for everyone to use the brace. I’ll give you the pliers too, firm grasp, one quick pull, no slow tease just do it like a bandaid and make sure you got a good grip. These are items all serious carnivore trainers should have, just to keep your team in good health. Remember, a tooth won’t budge, but the bone will wobble within the gum, don’t pull something you’re not 100% sure of, but to put your mind at ease, tyranitar regrow teeth and shed them just as fast, so no big issue if you find one or two here and there. Really bad breath can be an indicator of a bigger issue, keep your nose peeled.

With the bone fragment now removed, your bud should be able to eat again, you could let them deal with just raw meats for now, and add in a bone or two after a couple of days once they seem to regain their interest in food. Tooth issues are SO common in tyranitar, it’s one of the biggest reasons I have to handle them, and I’m sure I’m not alone in that. If the pain persists after more than a few days past this fix, it’s time for an X-ray, as this could be a bigger issue. They are bull headed at times, quite literally, and can easily end up with fractures within their jaws that can hurt quite a bit! This doesn’t seem to be the case as I saw clear signs of inflammation.

It’d be worth checking your other partners should they too enjoy a good gnaw, and remember to never cook your bones, as they shatter and shard much more when treated this way. Raw is best for these big beauties. Good luck out there, to all your team and yourself.

Paring: Corpsex reader, Sykkuno x reader (best friends)

You rolled over in your bed as your phone rang, hiding yourself further into your covers. You woken up yesterday morning and your depression had hit you full force. You couldnt really put a finger on wheat caused your manic depressive episode but it was kicking your ass. It had been a while since you felt like this and you couldnt find the strength at the moment to pull yourself out of it and in doing so you were pushing away the person you loved the most. Corpse. The love of your life but you couldnt even answer his phone calls or texts. Instead you physically turned away from his caller ID, the last time you had talked to him was through a text yesterday telling him that you needed space and that was all.

The more you thought about it the angrier it made you, the angrier you became with yourself. As your mind slipped into darker, angrier thoughts your phone rang again but think time it was your best friend Sykkunos ring tone, Big booty bitches. 

Corpse must have called him. You thoguht before reluctantly picking up the phone, wiping tears from your face. “What Sykkuno”

“Oh uh h-hi y/n. I just wanted to uh call you and check up on you, you didnt come to the Among Us lobby yesterday.” You sighed.

“Im fine Sy.” Your tone was short and rough, you hated acting this way but you didnt want to pull anyone else down intot the slump that you were in.

“O-okay, well im here okay. Love you y/n/n”

“Yeah love you too sy. Never forget that.” and with that you hung up on him, tears running down your face again as your thoughts continued down a dark route.

CORPSE POV

Corpse was going out of his mind trying to figure out what was going on with you. After your text yesterday he had been battling his anxiety on wether or not he should oush the situation, corpse knew you depression could get back sometimes but he also understood sometimes people just needed space. So he turned to the only other person he could trust right now, Sykkuno.

“Hey buddy.”

“Oh hey corpse, whats goin on?” It made corpse smile to hear that at least sykkuno was still his normal cheerie self.

“I need a favor, I think y/n is having another episode butbut she wont answer my calls so I was wondering if you could try and call her for me. See if she answers.”

“Yeah of course man, but why dont you just go over there?” Corpse sighs.

“Im going to but I dont want to push ya know. Its- this is a touchy thing.” Sykkuno hums in agreement before hanging up. Corpse paces back and forth in his livingroom till Sykkuno calls back.

“Hey Corpse”

“Did she answer?” Sykkuno sighs.

“Yeah and she doesnt sound like shes doing very well.Im actually really really worried Corpse.” Before Sykkuno could even finish his sentence Corspe was grabbing his car keys and hoodie.

“Im heading over there now, Ill text you later with and update. Thank you for calling her.”

“Of course, just keep me updated.” Corpse faster than he ever had , it was a mirical he didnt get pulled over.

Please be okay, please be okay. He repeated in his mind over and over as he run up to your apartment door. He entered quietly and quickly, not even bothering to take his shoes off. You entire apartment was dark and eerily quiet but as he neared your bedroom he could hear your quiet cries coming from the bathroom. He knocks on the door and tires to open it but it was locked.

“Go away.” You cried with broke Corpses heart.

“Baby girl, please open the door.”

“NO please just go away!”

Your POV

You felt out of control as you cried so you puched and yelp in pain. Corpse wastes no time kicking in the door.

“Im sorry baby Ill fix that I promise.” He says quickly as he kneels down beside you. You didnt know if it was the suddenness of the door kicking in or him beig here or both but you broken down into even more of a crying mess on your bathroom floor. Corpse pulls you into his chest and you try to fight him off. 

“No leave me alone, go away!” He only held you tighter and closer.

“Y/N I’m not going anywhere. We made a promise to eachother remember? We promised to never leave eachother remember? Me and you together. Im promise to fight next to you. So please just breath and let me help baby please.” Eventually you stopped fighting against him and clung to him like your life depended on it, and in this moment you were positive it did. You didnt know how much time passed between that moment and when Corpse finally stood, holding you bridalstyle as he carried you to the room. You laid both you you down, never letting you leave his hold. As you laid there Corpse left sof kisses around your face and whispered sweet loving things to you.

“You are so strong Y/n” He ran his fingers through your hair and kissed your forehead. “You are beautiful and smart” Corpse kisses your temple. “You are worth every single breath you take, every single atom and molecule in this universe that you take up you are worthy of.” He gently lifts you chin so you were looking up at him with your red, puffy eyes. “A wise girl once told me, that I know it gets hard and feels like the weight of the world is one your shoulders but theres two of us now and you dont have to take the weight on alone.” You sniffle and look up at him.

“Hey I said that.” Your voice was weak and horse from crying.

“Yes baby girl, you did, and I hope you knoe its true. I am right here.”

“I dont want to burden you, I know you have some much on your plate already I dont want to throw my shit on there too.” He shakes his head and lays his forehead on yours. 

“You arent burdening me, the only thing that ever puts more stress on my plate is when you push me away because I cant help you when you do that.” You sniffle reaching up and brush your finger tips across his cheek. 

“Im so sorry I put you through this.” Tears started to well up in your eyes but Corpse qucikly wipes under them and peppers your forehead in kisses.

“Hey hey hey none of that baby. Alls well now. Im here now.”

“Thank you my love. You are my rock.’

“And you are mine”

iwa noticed him doing this again so he sent you out to drag him out and distract him from this

bahahaha he is so whipped that a single ‘i miss you’ from you will literally make him break his back and bend for you

it was successful and you were in your room, your parents understanding oikawa and his antics since youve complained about it before, and he was sitting on your floor while looking through movies

BNHA characters and their genshin experiences

I've been way into genshin for the past couple months, if anyone wants to play with me message me (I'm lvl 45 rn) but be warned I have shitty internet and am a partial razor main

but this is mainly characters I can see actually putting time into genshin

Bakugou

Mains: Yanfei

his main has probably been most every pyro character at some point

he wants diluc so bad, whenever someone else complains that diluc ruined their pity he wants to ruin their existence

before yanfei his main was probably hu Tao

hed definitely play klee if he had her lmao but he doesnt and is patiently waiting for her rerun

he has a lot of 5 star characters and is f2p, he can always get banner characters within at least the first pity, but for standard 5 stars hes gotten keqing and qiqi way too many times and hes livid

especially as a previous hu tao main, he was begging for Jean, still has yet to come home

hes probably a very high level, not fully maxed out considering he hasnt been playing all that long, he was probably forced to start when the rest of the bakusquad started playing it and he just took off

has really shitty artifact luck though, like his characters arent bad or anything but they could be so, so much better

and ugh hes livid

explores everything, has 100% exploration everywhere, but hes not bored hes still got artifact farming to do and he enjoys terrorizing enemies

in co op he will set you and everything around you on fire. cope.

Todoroki

Mains: Xiao or Ganyu

probably only started playing because Izuku asked him to

kaeya has also been on his team since day 1 and he is never leaving doesnt matter his friendship has been level 10 for weeks now who cares

was f2p until xiao, who didnt want to come home at all, and he finally got him on his 180th pull

now he doesnt care and will buy primogems whenever hes bored

he has a lot of constellations on kaeya and hes so proud of that, probably c4, is considering buying way too many primogems just so that he can hopefully get his c6

now his artifact luck is godly, you'll go into a domain with him and be like ugh I got nothing and hes like I got a 4 piece set with all attack or crit rate/damage main stats like haha I hate you

but yeah his characters are very strong cause of this, but he doesnt put effort into building a lot of them, he only levels up and gives good artifacts to his team and a couple other characters he likes but everyone else just sits there for a while

hes not super obsessed with the game, but he does think its funny seeing bakugou get so upset whenever they do domains together

doesnt even bother doing daily tasks really unless hes trying to save primogems

Midoriya

Mains: Venti

hes so good at building characters, like he looks up builds online and watches those "do INSANE damage with these tips" videos - and he sets out to get them done and he does

bakugou is once again livid whenever they play together, because Izuku barely has to try and can do so much more damage than him

he does have to put in a lot of work for his artifacts though because he doesnt settle for the okay ones he needs the absolute best

he builds his favorite characters the most ofc, but he evenly distributes things to other characters he knows can be useful- those characters might not have insane stats but they're still good

will not kill timmies pigeons, hell hunt birds in the wild for fun though

definitely a food hoarder

also does a lot of exploring and probably has at least 90% for each area

Kaminari

Mains: Lisa

he is 1000% in love with Lisa, he took her quest very seriously

and so many people say shes horrible, he hates it, hes made her crazy strong out of spite

his team consists of only his wifus- meaning lisa, beidou, rosaria, and mona

for a long time beidou was his second but then rosaria came along and hes like ugh big tiddy goth gf, but lisa still remains queen

these are the only characters hes built though, save for a couple like probably razor and xiangling that he used before he fully got this team

is an ayaka saver

he doesnt care too much about most 5 stars but will sometimes get them just to say he has them, but they end up just sitting there rotting away because he never puts work into them

he does have hu tao though and would get ganyu if she ever had a rerun

Kirishima

Mains: Diluc Razor or Beidou

they're all on his team, the last person switches out but it's most likely zhongli or childe

hes all about dps, support who, he just wants to hit hard and do insane damage , so yes he made dps zhongli

except his builds arent that great, with some help his builds are decent, but on his own hell be like ugh that's some sexy 300 damage

probably didnt know what 90% of the stats even meant and just put random attack ones on people and went yeah that looks good

doesnt really care though and is just having fun so hell play how he wants (as he should) but he does have to ask for help when farming bosses

loves exploring but misses so much, hell get distracted easily and end up just messing around

honestly probably hasnt bothered to ascend his world since he got to level 35, if he did the quest hed probably go straight to 45 and even then hed still have extra exp because hes been there for so long oml

but eventually he would have to and hed be trying to do it like :,) this is fine and it takes him a lot of tries but he gets there eventually,,, only to immediately have another one waiting for him poor baby

Mina

Mains: Klee or Xiangling

thinks baizhu is hot (and is correct) so shes desperately waiting for him

was a I must play 24/7 player until after the last story quest, then she got kinda bored but still plays frequently so she can save primogems and likes playing co op

goes into random peoples worlds a lot

shes got some pretty strong characters and is proud of her account

definitely makes tiktoks of her playing with the bakusquad cause it's always v chaotic (it's probably only denki and kirishima most of the time, but sometimes either bakugou or sero will join in)

does all the genshin tiktok trends

shes a pretty high level since shes probably been playing for a while and has most everything done

she loves helping lower level people though she thinks it's so cute and loves the power she feels when she one shots things

Sero

Mains: Xingqui

hes a pretty casual player, kinda only plays when hes bored or the others make him play with them

but his stats arent too bad, they're fairly average but he gets by

has so many primogems because he doesnt bother to wish on anyone, probably wants kazuha though

he does get super invested into the story though, hes so curious about the world and where the story is gonna lead

probably watches a lot of genshin theory videos and now he over thinks everything in the game

he explores a lot, not so much to find every single thing but more so just because he likes looking at everything, hes very excited for all the new places

Shinsou

Mains: Childe

hes a very thorough player, he explores a lot and puts a lot of work into building his characters

most of them arent all that great but he has plans to fix them

his main team is very well built, not the best, but still good

he struggles when he has to switch someone out for a domain or something because his other characters are so painfully mediocre right now and he feels so bad

shinsou, playing a character that can do like max 200 physical damage and biggest damage is like 2 thousand, repeatedly saying I'm sorry, I'm sorry, you deserve so much better, I'm so sorry

even if it's not the worst damage by far, he feels bad about anything under his main team's stats because they're just so much higher

broke. has no primogems. spent them all on childe and his constellations. does he regret it? well he sure does appreciate his c6 so- hell manage

yes he spent real money on his stupid mass murderer who he loves very much

fights childe every day even though he already collected the treasure, he is but a humble simp

probably decently lucky with wishing like he can beat the 50/50 almost every time

Tamaki

Mains: Chongyun and Sucrose

he only started playing recently, probably kirishima got him into it, but he immediately fell in love

the first time toast sees the crater toast srceams in intense amount of pain- its so loud you can hear it all over the smp- and just dissapears for a few days before reappearing with no memories of what happened toast saying things tommy thought but never said- he calls eret "big brother" and eret fucking d i e s toast cals all the l'manbergians older siblings He's far too honest for anyone to handle tommy was always honest too but he learned from experince that honesty only lead to hurt Tommy was like an enderchest, you could never see beyond the exterior, everything inside was exclusive to him and him alone Toast is like when someone dies and all their fuckin items explode onto the ground. you just see everything and most of it was  pain and everyone feels bad because they thought he was the only one uneffected that nothing had ever put a damper on his happiness and energetic smile- at what point had that smile became fake? also for angst reasons the last memory toast has is before the elections toast has uwu boy vibes but more chaotic toast goes to dream smp from logstedshire purely for sam nook toast starts making his hotel since he sees nobody has a home (including dream LMAO) (and he wants to make a safe place since everyone keeps saying something about war) and wants to make one and asks sam for help since apparently hes good at building and sam lets him pay after he finishs the hotel and sam nook is there since day one because i dont think i could handle a world without sam nook toast: biting everyone tubbo: wHY DO YOU DO THAT?????? toast: once techie bit all the cupcakes and then said it was his cuz he bit it so im biting everyone to show their mine!!!!! tubbo: i- tubbo: i am both flattered and disgusted everyone, remembering how tommy used to bite everyone upon meeting and then everyone would get mad at him and yell at him until he stopped biting people on meeting: sadly whips and nae naes hes a BABY toast deserves the fucking world also i havent talked ab it but there is wilbur and fundy angst here fundy confronts wilbur also not that fundy is angry about not not not getting murdered by his father but also why does he consider tommy his unfinished sympohny and not him? he raised fundy too- maybe he just only ever loved tommy (based off his insecurity of how close wilbur and tommy are based off wilbur raising tommy and wilbur only being there for fundy by the time he was older and also using hybrid age go nyoom for this dream manipulates toast during wilburs exile along with wilbur and toast realizes both of them were being used by him and fucking screams lourder than he ever has before and dissapears for a week and then shows up at technos house (he got lost and he didnt know why he was at logsted shire- he doesnt remember the place) on the day of the excution and tries to help technoblade but keeps forgetting that everyone is trying to kill techno the butcher army is hesitant when "hey why are you all attacking big brother Techy-" "HE SPAWNED WITHERS IN L'MANBERG!" "he did?" toast asked tilting his head in confusion "YES! HE DID! AFTER YOU DIED! NOW WHERE IS HE TOAST! WE NEED TO CAPTURE HIM!" whenever tubbo talks ab how theyre planning on excuting techno or how there was no trial toast has flashbacks to tubbos excution but hes never able to hold on to the memories just leaving him feeling bad toast sees anything traumatic and just makes the blue screen noise toast has to reboot every time anything truamatic happens and when he does he doesnt remember what happens after

toast hurts on a "THE FUCKING IMPLICATIONS OF THIS" level just.. everyone trying to make up for not noticing tommys hurt and trying to be good to toast when its already too late... far too late glatt is also here because whenever ytoast dissapears after something trauamtic he bounces back to the land of the dead for the bit and sometimes he drags glatt out to the land of the living with him only works bc toast has unfinished buisness so he can freely go between and just stays in the land of the lving until he can finish his unfiinshed buisness ghostbur and toast wouldve been good friends if they ever met anyone yells at toast and he immeditly starts sobbing

basically when everything is calm and peaceful and everyone is happy together after dream is in prison and toast is like "oh... this is what ive always wanted"
