Honey, wonyoungism isn't about starving yourself. Just because Wonyoung is skinny doesn't mean you must look the same.
Don't look at the fact that Kpop idols are starving.
They are forced to do it, you are not!
Wonyoungism is about taking care of yourself, mentally and physically.
Starving yourself is not self-care!
Let's make sure that our BMI is normal. Let us be healthy, not emaciated.
Our face should look healthy and nice.
If you want to lose weight, fine, I have said it many times, but I can repeat it over and over again, you go to a caloric deficit, drink 1.5-2.5 liters of water a day, green tea, limit processed foods.
Wonyoungism is about being a better version of yourself.
Do you think that Kpop idols are happy with the fact of fasting? That they do it of their own free will? They have to do it.
This industry is fucked up, they treat them like dolls, but they are real people just like us. Have you seen the video of Rose from Blackpink? Have you seen Wonyoung now?
Have you seen idols faint on stage from exhaustion? You like it?
Please don't imitate their diets, it's so unhealthy.
I'm writing this because while on tiktok I've come across so many videos where people misunderstand Wonyoungism and starve themselves by imitating their diets.

What is it?
It's about taking care of yourself, mentally and physically.
start keeping a journal
start getting up earlier (6:00,7:00,8:00,9:00,10:00) (this will make your day longer 🥰)
sleep at least 7-8 hours a day (sleep is very important, the body needs to regenerate)
drink at least 1.5 liters of water a day (good for your skin and well-being)
start exercising 3-4 times a week (physical activity is very important, but if you don't like it, you don't have to exercise)
take at least 8,000 steps a day (Don't overwork yourself!)
make sure you eat healthy, limit processed food and sugar (Eat everything, just keep it in moderation)

take care of your hands (use serum, good moisturizing cream, cuticle oil)
