BEDTIME STORY (about love) — gojo satoru
in which satoru tells his daughter the story of how you met. those of you who’ve read this already know, but your now 4-year-old daughter is yet to hear it
girl dad satoru, father-daughter time, she/her pronouns used for reader, wc: 1k, not proofread, just a silly little thing
Tumblr media
“papa”
“yes, my life?”
“how did you and mama meet?”
“oh my, i never told you the story?”
“no, papa. you didn’t”
“well—"
one thing gojo satoru never fails to do, no matter how busy his schedule, is reading bedtime stories to his 4-year-old daughter. even when he’s swamped with missions, he would make sure he is at home by the time his daughter had to sleep — after tucking her in, he would sit beside her with a book in hand and read her a story until she’s fast asleep.
but tonight, your daughter asked for a different kind of story — the origin of your love, how the two of you met — and truth be told, satoru was more than excited to talk about it (as he always is whenever the topic in question involved you).
his eyes glowing with the same old dreamy glint anytime your name was mentioned, he puts the book on the nightstand and makes himself comfortable next to his little one in bed. slightly scooching her over so he could sit with his back leaning against the headboard, he cradles her in his arms and takes a deep breath before starting.
“it all happened on my birthday, 7 years ago”
“december 7th!”, your daughter excitedly points out.
satoru chuckles, his chest swelling with joy that his little daughter remembers his birthday. “that’s right, my life. your mother came into my life like a birthday present”, his lips curl into a gentle smile as he reminisces about the night that changed his entire life.
“was mama invited to your birthday?”
“no, but we just happened to be in the same restaurant that night. while i was celebrating with friends, she was there, on another table, with her coworkers”
your daughter hums, “i see”
“she was so beautiful, i noticed her the moment she walked in. and i couldn’t take my eyes off her for the rest of the night. i knew i had to go and talk to her before she left. something in me knew she was the one, you know?”
your little one tilts her head up to look at satoru, eyes curiously blinking, “but how did you know, papa?”
“my heart whispered it to me, beating relentlessly the entire time. it was like this unknown force was pulling me towards your mom and the whole time i was trying to come up with a plan, an excuse even, to go talk to her without coming off as a weirdo”
“and did you succeed?”
“well, by the looks of it—”, he points at her and gently boops her nose, “i did”
she chuckles sweetly, “no, papa—i mean did you manage to not be a weirdo?”
“hmm, i’ll let you decide on that one. so pay attention, okay?”, to which she silently nods. his hand rubs the top of her head softly before continuing.
“you see, i couldn’t think of anything but nor could i wait any longer. i decided i’d just go and say hi. so i stood up and made my way towards her table. i had to know her as soon as possible, because every second of inaction felt like it was taking away from my future with her. any second was precious, you know? if i could be with her sooner, be it even a planck time earlier, i had to take it — as it would only add up to the time spent with her”
“what is planck time, papa?”, your daughter cuts him off.
“it’s theoretically considered to be the shortest measurable time”
“is it less than a second?”
“waaaaay less”
“woah, papa you were down bad for mama”, your daughter gasps in amusement.
an audible laugh breaks through satoru’s lips, “yea, i was. and i still am”
“and what happened when you went over?”
“i said hi but she wasn’t having it at all, didn’t even bat me an eye. tried to chase me off before i was able to introduce myself. but i was already determined to make her mine, i knew it deep down that she was my person. so i forced my way and introduced myself”
“papa you’re a stubborn one”
“yea, but your mother turned out to be even more stubborn. she dodged all my attempts at her. so, i had to make it very clear to her, let her know that the man standing before her was the one to be her boyfriend, then her husband, and then the father of her children — therefore, in order for all this to work, i asked for her number”
“you really said all that?” — satoru nods to her question affirmatively. “papa, that’s so bold of you, honestly”, another gasp leaves your 4-year-old’s mouth. “and then?”
“and then she got mad at me, thought i was playing around with her”, satoru chuckles, brushing a hand across his face at the memory, closing his eyes to replay that very scene in his mind. your reaction is still pretty vivid to him, how your eyes grew wide in disbelief after what he had just told you...
i am gojo satoru, also known as the man to be your boyfriend, then your husband, and then the father of your children — and you are to be my girlfriend, then my wife, and then the mother of my children…
…and then how you narrowed your eyes and gave him a good lecture.
is this your move? you pull this on everyone you find remotely attractive?
“to be honest, i was slightly panicking internally — this was my best move, you know? and it was failing. but luckily, your uncle suguru came to my aid. he convinced your mom to give me a chance before blatantly turning me down. and she did — i got her number by the end of the night”, a soft smile painted on his lips again. “look at us now — wasn’t i right about all that?”
“papa, you’re a hopeless romantic”
“you bet i am”, he smugly confirms.
“…and a bit of a weirdo”, she cackles quietly.
“oi”, satoru furrows his brows. his hand softly tickles the side of her, incurring a loud laugh on her end. “shhh, time to sleep now or else mama will scold me for keeping you up past your bedtime”
“but, papa — you did well, being a weirdo paid off”
“yea, it really did — it gave me a home and a family”, his eyes soften observing the treasure in his arms.

leah williamson 🫶
reader saying i like you instead of i love you to leah and leah getting annoyed
Tumblr media
the bet II l.williamson
"do you want anything love?" your girlfriend murmured quietly where she was squished in beside you, about to get up to grab a drink where you were sat down for a movie night with some of your friends.
"another slice of pizza? please." you smiled hopefully which the blonde returned. "course, anything for you." she mumbled pecking your lips a few times sweetly causing your cheeks to warm.
"i love you." you sighed happily, both of you staring into one anothers equally as lovesick eyes. "i love you." leah whispered back kissing your nose. "i love you more." you grinned kissing her cheek. "i love you more." leah retaliated with a cheeky smile, pecking your lips.
"oh would ya give it a rest! shut up man." katie moaned from the floor, a pillow smacking the two of you in the head as the irish woman launched it your way.
"i love you most, end of." leah warned with a playful glare, kissing you softly again before grabbing the pillow and standing, swinging it with much more force than katie had as it thwacked her in the side of the head causing her to nearly topple over.
"oi!" you rolled your eyes with a snicker as the older girl shot up to her feet and chased your girlfriend out of the room, the sounds of their squabble echoing from the kitchen.
"you are down so bad." laura shook her from beside you as you gave her a strange look. "who taught you that? shut up!" you laughed quietly, knocking your shoulder into hers. "she's not lying. disgustingly in love!" beth fake gagged from on the other lounge.
"you're one to talk bethany!" you scoffed at the girls own neediness. "i do not shove my tongue down my girlfriends throat or feel the need to tell her i love her every thirty seconds!" beth defended herself, movie now forgotten.
"leave them be they are very sweet." lia chuckled as you sent her an appreciative smile before turning a frown on beth again. "i am not needy! and we don't do that." you huffed at the accusation.
"you do. i bet ya couldn't go one full training session without telling leah you love her or lockin lips!" beth challenged as your eyes narrowed and laura oohed beside you as again you shoved her.
"i could too! you're on mead, tomorrow." you accepted, beth settling back into the lounge with a satisfied grin as viv rolled her eyes at the theatrics.
~
"do you want a tea for the meeting babe?" leah asked sweetly as you played with her fingers where they were interlocked with your own under the table, everyone finishing up breakfast as todays session was an earlier one.
"yes please." you smiled appreciatively, leaning in to peck her lips but with a subtle kick to your ankle you turned your head to glare at beth as leahs lips fell to your cheek instead.
"forgetting something are we?" beth smirked as your girlfriend left and you remembered the bet from last night, sighing tiredly and shaking your head. "no! starts from now." you huffed, shoveling the last mouthful of your fruit salad into your mouth.
"you won't even last the first hour." beth teased with a smug smile as you ignored her and engaged lia in conversation instead. "here you go gorgeous." leah dropped back down in the seat to your other side with a smile, placing down the takeaway cup of tea in front of you.
"thanks baby." you hummed appreciatively, everyone starting to make a move for the meeting room. "i love you." leah smiled softly, tucking a loose strand of hair behind your ear. "i appreciate you." you returned her smile, booping her nose with your finger.
~
"stop!" you whispered with a grin, shoving away leahs hand which wandered higher and higher up your thigh, the blonde giving you a cheeky smile seemingly in quite the mood today.
"no." leah whispered back, hand darting out to pinch you as you smacked her, the two of you resorting to playing footsies as the meeting continued.
"do you want to go for dinner tonight? i can call and book us in somewhere after this." leah asked quietly, arm now draped across the back of your shoulders as your hand rested on her knee, finger tracing absent minded shapes.
"yeah that sounds nice." you agreed, kissing her cheek quickly and turning back toward the staff at the front of the room. "i love you." leah whispered, finger dipping just below the collar of your training top.
"we could go to that new italian place that just opened? i'm sure they have a childrens menu for you baby." you teased, leah rolling her eyes playfully as you both paid closer attention once the defensive tactics came out.
~
"looking good number twelve." leah whistled as she wandered past where you were squatting, steph shooing her away as to not distract you as the two of you were partnered up to spot one another.
"away with you!" steph warned as leah sent you a wink and a wolfish grin over the australians shoulder and returned to her own program where kim was waiting for her.
but of course considering the mood leah was in it wasn't long before she was hovering nearby again, everyone now having broken off individually to stretch and cool down.
"hello sexy." leah dragged her mat over and sat right beside you where you were rolling out some tension in your hamstrings. "hi." you smiled, not missing the way her eyes roamed your legs as your free foot shot out to kick her.
"eyes to yourself thanks we're in a work environment." you teased, switching over to the other leg and exhaling as the knot you were working on slowly started to dissipate.
"not illegal to look now is it? don't think i could bare to exist in a world where i couldn't stare at you." leah cheesed with a charming smile, laid down on her mat.
"stop perving on me and start stretching williamson." you flicked her with your towel as her grin only grew but she focused a little more on her stretches. "i love you." your girlfriend sang out with a wink, grabbing her roller and starting to work on her calves.
"i love me too, so glad we have so much in common." you teased, well aware of beths eyes on you from the other side of the room as you gave her a sarcastic wave.
"i love you." leah repeated, a slight frown growing when you pretended not to hear her, turning to work on your other leg as you chatted away to laia who was on your other side.
"i love you." you felt your girlfriend poke at your shoulder and you could practically hear the pout in her voice as again you pretended not to hear. "ow! leah." you felt a sharp pinch to the back of your leg and glared at her over your shoulder.
"i love you. say it back!" the blonde scowled as you rolled your eyes. "don't pinch me when you don't get what you want, you're not a five year old." you warned, finishing your stretches and getting to your feet leaving her behind with a bewildered look.
~
"thats good thats good! now press in tighter leah, block off any options of them getting it in the air lotte." jonas called out, arms crossed as you sat on the sideline with your water bottle, the team split into four as a series of small 6 on 6 games were being played as a cool down.
"so, how are you surviving without all your love and affection?" beth slung an arm round you from where she sat beside you making you roll your eyes. "perfectly fine! see i told you i could do it." you smiled victoriously.
"do what exactly?" alessia asked curiously from your other side with a raised eyebrow. "beth bet me i couldn't go all of training without kissing or telling leah i love her." you rolled your eyes as alessia hummed and beth made kissy noises at you.
"well that makes sense then." the blonde shrugged as you gave her a curious look. "what makes sense?" you questioned as beth finally left you be to annoy poor stina instead. "you haven't picked up on it?" alessia asked surprised as you shook your head.
"picked up on what?" "on leah!" "what about leah?" "how she's acting." "less i would appreciate it if you stopped speaking in riddles and explained yourself please."
"she's been grumpy all afternoon. even asked me if you'd said anything about being upset with her, and you've been avoiding her all training." alessia pointed out, taking a large scull of her water.
"well yeah because she looks like a kicked puppy every time she says she loves me and i don't say it back!" you groaned quietly as alessia smiled. "only proving my point that you are both disgustingly in love. its only been a few hours!" beth chimed in as you sent her a glare.
"less! don't encourage her." you smacked your friends knee as she grinned at beths words, the whistles blowing to end the session as everyone gathered around listening as the water bottles were passed around.
you could feel your girlfriends eyes burn a hole in the side of your head and it took every ounce of your self restraint not to turn to meet her gaze, skin prickling under the intensity of her stare as everyone was dismissed.
"now remember training doesn't officially end until you leave colney. no cheeky change room kisses!" beth warned with a wag of her finger and a grin as you pushed her off you with a huff and headed away back toward the training center.
"oi!" you heard the familiar accent call after you but pretended not to hear, walking a little faster as leah ran to catch up with you. "are your ears blocked today?" you skidded to a halt as leah popped up in front of you, arms crossed over her chest and scowl embedded into her features.
"maybe a little, hot shower might help." you tried to duck past her but had no luck as your body thumped into hers. "you're being weird. why are you being weird?" leah questioned, and you shot beth a glare over her shoulder as she waved at you happily.
"i'm not being weird. i'm just...tired." you lied with a small smile, patting her shoulder and stepping around her as her steps fell in line with yours easily, legs longer considering she was taller as again she stepped in front of you.
"okay. when we get home i'll run you a bath and give you a massage and we can take it easy babe, we can go for dinner another night." her hands gently fell either side of your face, eyes bright with concern as your stomach dropped with guilt.
"sounds good." you nodded with a smile, ducking as she leaned in to kiss you, her lips meeting thin air as you pried her hands off and hurried toward the training centre.
"babe!" leah huffed after you with a confused frown, concern melting into annoyance at your odd behavior as you spared her a glance over your shoulder and practically sprinted off away from her.
it didn't take long before she cornered you again, towering over you at your cubby. "are you mad at me? did i do something? say something?" leah asked, eyebrows knitted together as you shook your head.
"then why are you being so weird! you won't kiss me, you won't tell me you love me, anytime i try to speak to you you run away?" leah threw her hands up with a deep exhale and yet another signature scowl.
"yeah, you are being pretty weird! why is that?" beth decided to chime in, false concern written on her face as leah agreed and set her glare down onto you. "baby. i'll explain when we get home, promise." you stood and squeezed her bicep.
"kiss me." leah demanded, tapping her lips expectantly. "leah!" you blushed, well aware of more of the girls tuning into your conversation. "what? you don't normally care unless we're in the middle of a game or a session. so, kiss me." your girlfriend demanded again as beth grinned and wiggled her eyebrows.
"i can't. i've got a...a cold sore. so we should get home!" you grabbed your bag and tried to leave but the taller girl moved to be in the way. "you didn't complain about a cold sore this morning." leahs eyes narrowed suspiciously.
"its only come up today." you lied, clutching your jaw with a fake wince of pain as alessia shook her head from behind leah at the display. "fine. i love you." leah spoke, raising an eyebrow.
"i value you." you replied with a soft smile which did nothing to melt the annoyed frown in her features. "i love you." she repeated again, tapping her foot impatiently.
"i appreciate you." "i love you." "i really like being with you." "i love you." "i really like you." "i. love. you." leahs jaw clenched as beth watched on with delight at your obvious struggle as the changing rooms started to empty, viv and alessia watching on with a wince at the awkward exchange.
"thank you?" you tried every way you could to get around it, though that last response seemed to be the final nail in the coffin as the vein in your girlfriends neck looked ready to pop.
"really? you can walk home then!" leah spun around on heel, having driven the two of you today, and started to storm towards the exit as alessia shoved you from behind and gestured toward leah.
"wait!" you called after her, the blonde pausing but not turning around as you chanced a glance to beth whose smile almost looked like it was hurting her it was so wide.
"i made a bet with beth." you sighed, leah spinning around and eyes narrowing as she strode on back toward you. "you what?" the older girl stopped once again chest to chest with you.
"beth wouldn't stop teasing me about how affectionate we are and calling me needy, so she bet me that i couldn't go one training session without saying i loved you or kissing you." you admitted, the defender scoffing.
you prepared yourself for her to rant and rave, to yell and scold, to drive home without you and for a night to be filled with grovelling.
what you didn't prepare for was for leah to look right over your head, glare directed not at you but at beth who paled at the sight. "beth." leah dropped her bag to the floor and gently moved you aside, fists balled by her side.
"five, four, three-" leah started to count down, beths eyes widening as she looked around the room, jumping to her feet and running off as leah took off after her. "leah!" you called after her with a groan, hearing them start to argue outside.
"huh, that was not what i expected." alessia pondered as you sighed, grabbing both your bag and your girlfriends and hurried off. "really?" you stepped out of the change rooms to find leah had beth in a headlock yelling at her, the shorter girl fighting to throw her off.
"leah!" you called out, both of them stopping at your words, beth still locked up in your girlfriends arms. "i love you very very very much. can we go home now please? and i'll show you." you spoke calmly, your girlfriend instantly perking up at your words as beth groaned in disgust at the not so hidden intent behind them.
"oi!" the girl yelled as leah let go but not before pushing her to the floor, ignoring the colorful language hauled her way as viv appeared and helped her up, a smile of amusement painted on her lips having already tried to warn beth against meddling between the two of you.
"hey you lost the bet!" beth yelled after you in reminder as leah grabbed her bag and slung an arm over your shoulder steering you toward the exit. "yeah i did. but we didn't actually bet anything for if i lost beffy, have a nice night!" you grinned at her as her jaw dropped in realization.
"come here." leahs soft voice commanded your attention, her hand grabbing your jaw and tilting your head to the side, her lips ravishing yours as whistles sounded after the two of you at the display.
"leah." you pulled away with a slight blush as her tongue swirled the inside of your mouth and she sucked on your bottom lip before dragging her teeth down to release it with a slight pop, smirk present in her features.
"what? you've got a lot of making up to do baby girl."

Little Red Riding Hood where Reader is Little Red but also a werewolf
Love Interest and rest of chain can be assigned however
(Cause I'm always down for a fairytale au)
I did a little twist on this. Idk if this was what you wanted. I had to ask doggo experts for how doggos act around each other. I am leaving this off on a small cliff hanger because I do want to write more of this.
Twilight didn’t trust the new person in the group. Well. It’s more like he didn’t know what to think of her. She came in like a hurricane running after the Shadow like it was her prey. Then when the dust settled and she calmed down the group quickly learned of why. The short of it being that for some reason the Shadow attacked her brother and she took chase. Which then led to her to finally agree to join the chain. Much to the Ranchers chagrin. However, he knows better than to start an unnecessary fight. Twilight could be civil.
Civility could only go so far.
Little Red, as Warrior’s likes to call her, noticed Twilight’s presence and slight unease of her and ran with it. Twilight couldn’t understand just why she was always running circles around him talking about this and that. It confused him to no end when she instantly would stick to him even when he was wolfie. He had to on more then one occasion threaten to bite Little Red’s hands. She never cared or backed away from Wolfie when he showed a bit of aggression. “He is going to bite you.” Wild warned her as he watched Little Red try to play with Wolfie.
She looked up at Wild while holding Wolfie’s face, “what? No the baby is just playing.” That comment only made Twilight growl more.
“Baby? Wolfie isn’t a baby.” Wild was torn between being completely amuse and helping Twilight out as he did know about his slight distrust of Little Red.
“No no no, Champion. This is a wolf pup. He has to be like…” Her attention draws to the wolf as she observes the good boy. “Man I have to say maybe 10? He is very small even for that age. Wolfie is like an adult dog size but he is definitely a wolf.” She boops the snoot and quickly pulled back as Twilight tries to bite her hand again. This only makes her giggle more.
“I think your wolves might be just bigger than my Hyrules.” Honestly to Wild, Wolfie was the same size as most wolves, but he just shrugs and not questions that further. Twilight couldn’t understand why you were like this, he wonders if it was just an eccentric thing. He has met a lot of weird people in his life and Little Red might be one of them. After being free from your grasp he takes it upon himself to run away for now. Only because you don’t tend to grab his face while being Twilight and thats the most annoying part of being wolfie around you.
It wasn’t until they finally came to her era that he finally understood.
The village Little Red lived in was small, but cozy. It reminded Twilight of his own home. People tended to light up when seeing Little Red. But given the size of the group following them most villagers tended to just say hi and remarks that they needed to talk to her later. “My house is a bit further.” Little red said pointing to a path that ran into the woods. “It’s just me, my brother and Grandma oh and our cat. I’ll make sure to keep her out of your stuff. But we should have room to fit everyone.” She explains as the path slowly clears up to a cottage in the wood with a small garden. There was a small pup running around in the yard playing with said cat. Who was purely annoyed at ready to pap the puppy in the head.
Little Red’s eyes brightened “Link!” She calls out gaining the Pups reaction.
She dashes towards the house as the puppy starts running towards her. They meet halfway and the puppy shifts into a young boy. “You’re back! You’re back!” This Link giggles as he gets lifted in the air by his sister and spun around.
“I am! For now.” Little red nuzzles her brother’s face as she shifts her grips on her brother to put his weight on her hip. “Boy’s this is my brother. Link these are the adventurers I’ve been traveling with.”
She turns to the group with a smile. The chain was utterly confused and silent before Wind speaks up “Did he transform into a wolf?”

Birthday Boy (Jujitsu Kaisen)
Tumblr media
Heyo! :D A very very belated but happy birthday to Yuji Itadori! Am I over 2 months late? Yes. Am I still gonna share this with y'all? Heck yeah >:3
This is also a gift for the ever amazing @rachi-roo! I've already shared this with her, but I wanted to share it with y'all as well cause who doesn't love Yuji Itadori? (Totally not because I'm running out of writing mojo and resorted to drafted fics heheheheheheeeee) I hope y'all like it! :3
Cloud 9 (Taglist Peeps):
@thatbigbisexual29 @duckymcdoorknob @gladdygirl18 @baby-tickles2022 @mystwrites @chibisstuff @riisada @sp1racle
Summary: It's Yuji's birthday! Time to give the birthday boy as many tickles as he deserves!
Yuji woke up to blue eyes.
“GAH!” He yelped, falling as far back into his bed as possible. Gojo only grinned from his perch, clearly enjoying himself.
“Good morning, birthday boy~” He sang, tugging at the blanket hiding Yuji’s growing grin. “It’s time to get up- can’t spend your special day tucked in bed now, can we?”
“Is it an option?” Yuji asked, unable to fight down the giggles when Gojo’s eyes flashed, hands grabbing his sides through the sheet.
“I’m afraid not.”
The tickles came soon after, leaving Yuji yelping and giggling against his pillows. “Gohohohohojo shehehehehnsehehehehi! Agheahhahahahah hohohohld ohohohon! I ahhahahahven’t bruhuhuhushed my tehehehehehheheth yeehetet!”
“Don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of time to do that.” The older man snickered, giving Yuji’s upper ribs a pinch just to hear him squeal. “This is just me making sure you’ll stay awake through it.”
“Gehahahahahhaha, buhuhuhut I ahhahahahm ahahahhawhhwhahahhahaake!”
“Are you now? Hmm…” Gojo momentarily paused, taking in his flushed cheeks and heaving form. “I can’t tell. Let me double check!”
“GohohohJOHOHOHOHO!”
~~~~~~
His sides were still tingling as he walked into the dorm’s common space, finding Nobara playing on her phone. When her eyes caught his, she tossed it aside with a grin. “Happy birthday, you dork!”
“Oh thank you- whoa!” Yuji yelped when she practically leaped over the couch, hugging him tightly. This was new- Nobara wasn’t usually the type to throw herself in men’s arms.
Oh…
Oh dear.
“Wait- wait not you twohohohoohohooho!” The realization came far too late as Nobara’s fingers began zooming up and down his sides from behind, scritching along the back of his ribcage. “Nohhoohbahahahra cohoohohohme ohohohohon! I wahahahasn’t rehahhahhahdy!”
“What’s that? You weren’t ready? Oh you poor thing!” Nobara cooed at him, nuzzling her face into his stomach and adding an additional tickle factor. “Is the birthday boy too ticklish for his own good? Huh? Is he?”
Yuji let out a wheeze of mirth, trying to step back and out of her range with little success. It was like a dance- no matter where he went, Nobara was attached to him like glue. “Aehahahahhahaah! Nohoho-Nohohohobahahahra, pleahahhahahse! Whahhaait, wahahhait stahhahap-AH!” His back hit the couch, sending them tumbling over it. “Tihiihihme ohohohout, tihihihme ouhuhuht!”
“Oh okay.” Nobara stopped as promised, only to yelp when Yuji suddenly twisted their positions, sending them tumbling to the carpet below. With her trapped under him, he reached out and..
“Boop!” He tapped her gently on the nose before running for the hills, her cries of his name chasing behind him as he ran.
~~~
Time had passed, his body was starting to ache. He’d been running on the track for the past hour and a half with seemingly no end in sight.
“Come on, Itadori- don’t slow down now!” Panda called to him when he passed, cheering him on. Inumaki called out rice ball ingredients, something Yuji assumed was an encouraging statement. He gave them a thumbs up as he went to finish his last lap.
“Uh oh- better run birthday boy!” Panda called out something new in his voice. Yuji’s had enough experience this morning to know what was coming. “She’ll get you if you slow down~”
“Who-AH!” Yuji squawked seeing Maki flying after him, running like a curse with a mission. Flailing, he tried to pick up speed and outrun her- something he normally could do with ease. Maybe he was tired, or maybe he wanted what was to come, but Yuji soon found himself tackled face first into the track, just barely saved from injury.
“Should have ran faster, birthday boy.” Maki growled in his ear. Seconds later, fingers were tickling his armpits, making him flail and squeal. “Now you get to face my wrath!”
“AHHAHAHA! Noohohohot thehehehhehehre! Cooohohohohme ohohooohon, thahahhat’s soohohooho cheehehehap!” Yuji cried through his giggles, kicking his feet and flailing his arms as he tried and failed to block out Maki’s skillful fingers. “Nohooohoht the pihihihihihits!”
“Oo, he’s so ticklish! Look at him, flailing like a toddler!” Panda laughed as he came over, Inumaki by his side. “Come on, Toge- shall we lend a hand?”
“Salmon.” With that simple word, Yuji’s tickles went from one set of hands to three. Inumaki sat on his legs, scribbling into his thighs and the backs of his knees while Panda wormed a fuzzy hand up his shirt, clawing at his lower back and parts of his belly. Maki switched gears, grabbing Yuji’s wrists and pinning them above his head while the boys went to work.
“EHHAHAHAHHAHHAHAHAH! PAHHAHAHNDA! IIHIHIHIHNUMAHHAHHAKI! MAHHHAKI STAHHAHAHAP!” Yuji cried out, cheeks on fire and lungs starting to seize at the seemingly endless tickling. He felt like he was floating away, his soul leaving his body and hovering further up, up, up into the clouds and into the blinding sun.
“Mustard leaf.” Inumaki suddenly spoke up, making the pair pause. Yuji’s soul crash landed right back into his body, making him gasp for air through giggly hiccups.
“Yeah, you're right. Can’t kill him on his birthday- that’d be terrible.” Maki laughed as she ruffled Yuji’s hair, climbing off his back as the others moved away. Soon after a water bottle was placed by his face, one decorated with a panda.
“Thahahank you…” Yuji groaned softly as he took a massive gulp.
~~~
The sun was setting, and Yuji was feeling pretty good. The rest of his day after training with the second years was fairly calm. He spend a good hour just lounging in his room before Gojo busted in announcing they were going out. Soon after he found himself at the local arcade, battling Nobara in air hockey and flexing his dance dance revolution skills on Gojo and Megumi. They even ran into Todo who gave Yuji an oversized Takada shirt. “Only the best for my brother on his special day.” He said it with such pride Yuji couldn’t turn it down- even if he didn’t really know Takada that well.
At the dorms once more, he found himself standing in the common room, a layout of delicious things to eat and a massive cake before him as Gojo and Nobara sang off key happy birthdays. Maki, Panda and Inumaki sounded a bit better- and Yuji suspected Megumi was humming more than actually singing. It was so like him it made Yuji’s heart squeeze.
“What’d you wish for?” Megumi asked later, two slices of cake on their plates as they sat outside on the dorm’s roof, staring up at the stars. Down below, they could hear Panda and Nobara laughing over something, Maki putting away the leftovers from their dinner and Inumaki assisting Gojo in cleaning up. Their antics were like white noise to him; faded and comforting.
“If I tell you that, it won’t come true, will it?” Yuji grinned, snickering when Megumi rolled his eyes. “Thanks for celebrating with me today. I don’t think I’ve had this good of a birthday in a long time.”
“Huh? Wait, seriously?” Megumi sounded a bit shocked, turning to face the other. “What’d you do for all the birthdays before?”
“Stayed at home. Sometimes I went out, but most of the time I just kinda celebrated on my own.” Yuji shrugged as he took another bite of cake, thinking back. “Grandpa would celebrate with me when he could, but when his health caught up with him, he had to be hospitalized. He’d always tell me ‘Birthdays shouldn’t be celebrated with beeping machines and hospital food. Go celebrate with friends.’ I didn’t have the heart to tell him I didn’t have any to celebrate with.”
“Shit..” Megumi looked towards the skyline, unable to find words. Yuji felt a bit bad for dumping that on him so suddenly. “I’m sorry, Yuji.”
“Don’t be- today was great! Besides, those birthdays weren’t bad ones. They were just a bit..lonely, that’s all.” Finishing his cake, he put aside his plate as he leaned back on his hands. “Sorry- I killed the good vibes, didn’t I?”
“...” Megumi looked at him, then he put down his cake, turning to Yuji. “No, you’re fine. But I don’t think you should end the night feeling like this..”
“Huh? WHOA!” Yuji yelped when Megumi pushed him on his back, pinning him. “Should have guessed this was gonna hahahahppen.” Yuji was already laughing before Megumi began tickling, pinching along his hips and making the pink haired boy giggle. “Cahhaharefuuhuhl, I juhuhust ahahahte!”
“Don’t worry- I’ll stop before you feel sick.” Megumi let a rare smile pull on his lips as he carried on gently tickling Yuji, curling his fingers into not so ticklish spots just to keep him smiling. “Can’t have you bummed out on your birthday. It’s bad luck.”
“Ihihihit’s my paahharty, I’ll crihihiihy if I wahhahahan’t to!” Yuji giggled out, barely fighting off Megumi’s hands as they slowly worked up his ribs. “Yohoohohud crhihihiy tohohoho if ihihihit hahahapenened to yohohohoohu!”
“What happened? Oh- wait- that’s a song.” Megumi tsked as he tapped along Yuji’s belly, making him jerk and curl up. “You and your international playlist. I bet you have songs from every part of the world on there, don’t you?”
“Heheheheell yehhahahah! Whahahhanna hehahhar it soohohome tiihihime?”
“Sure. I’ll swing by and we can have a listening session. That’d be nice.” Megumi gently pushed him back as he pinched along the soft spots of Yuji’s skin, earning a squeaky string of laughter in return. “We can invite Nobara- get her in on it. She’ll bring pizza. I’ll get the drinks.”
“Soohoohounds like a plahahhahan! Agehahhhahahaha, ohoohhokay ohohohoaky!” Yuji cried out, catching Megumi’s hands and bringing them away from his stomach. “Thahaht’s enohohough.”
“Got it.” Megumi snorted before releasing Yuji, returning to his spot. With his cake regathered, he nibbled on a bite as he watched his friend curl up and wheeze, breathless with laughter. “You’ve got tickled all day, huh?”
“Yehahah…it was niiihce.” Yuji laughed, bringing himself to sit up. “Really nice. I had alot of fun today.”
“Good. Let’s make it a point to do this every year.” Megumi didn’t look at him when he said it, but Yuji could see how red his ears got, even beneath the dark sky.
“Yeah. Definitely.” Yuji laughed, his voice a bit thick as he fist bumped Megumi’s shoulder.
He was so happy he found them. His little sorcerer family.
Thanks for reading!
one piece characters reactions to you booping their nose
— including: luffy, zoro, sanji, shanks, ace
Tumblr media
luffy
— enjoys the sound effect that you make when you poke his nose
— “hey! that’s fun!”
— will definitely turn it into a game and chase you around the sunny trying to get you back
— “wait up! i just want to boop you too!”
— no matter how fast you run, his arm is stretching and booping your nose anyways.
— after you get tired of running from him, he’s trapping you into a hug, and when i say trap, i mean TRAP.
— this boy is not letting you go.
Tumblr media
zoro
— honestly doesn’t think much of it
— he’s used to your antics by now
— if you ask him to do it back, he will just poke your nose without making the sound effect.
— “i’m not doing that silly boop sound.”
— after a few minutes of pleading him, he will make the sound, but it will be so monotone and devoid of any feeling that you preferred him doing it without saying boop.
— “what’s with that face? i did the sound!”
— he’s wayyyy too proud to admit it and he has a reputation to uphold, but he does enjoy the boops!
Tumblr media
sanji
— he’s doing it to you before you do it to him
— when you boop him the first time, you think you might’ve accidentally done it too hard because his nose starts bleeding immediately.
— “no, no, darling, i’m okay! i just wasn’t expecting that from you.”
— it’s a ritual in your relationship now. going to bed? goodnight boop. just had a shower? post-shower boop. doing absolutely nothing? here’s a boop just because i love you.
— a day without a boop is a terrible day for sanji. you notice him being silent one day, and you ask him what’s wrong.
— “it’s embarrassing. you haven’t booped me today, so i’m feeling a little down in the dumps.”
— when you boop him, he goes back to his usual self, full of love and boops to spread!
Tumblr media
ace
— a booping maniac.
— is super confused when you boop him for the first time
— “what does boop mean? is this some game? am i losing?”
— but once you explain it to him, he’s in love with it.
— it’s so silly and carefree that ace will go around booping everyone.
— has definitely booped whitebeard before!
— “what can i say? i love to boop!”
Tumblr media
shanks
— an enjoyer of the art of the boop
— you’d think that an emperor of the sea would be too serious to enjoy booping, but he loves it.
— only on one condition though: it must be you booping him.
— he loves the way you say boop and loves the bright smile on your face when you boop him.
— “say it again. i like it.”
— this man loves to see you happy, so if it means him booping you, he will do it with no shame. he will pull you into his lap and boop you. in front of everyone.
— “what do you mean ‘everyone’s watching’? who are they to tell us to stop?”
I just got diagnosed with eds and ill have to pick up some knee braces tmr and im getting sm anxiety bcs I hate the hospital :/
Can I get a rain(and dew maybe?) fic w that exact scenario? I need my brain to chill 😭
i just scribbled something small very quickly in class, didn't want to make you wait, i know the feeling and it sucks. hope you like it and feel better about the whole thing soon. have some silly fluffy raindrop in the meantime
“Droplet?” Rain asked—mumbled—from where he was resting his cheek against Dewdrop’s shoulder.
“Yeah?” They have been stuck in a hospital waiting room for half an hour now. Rain had just gotten an official diagnosis and now the doctor told him to wait to get measured and fitted for knee braces right away. The diagnosis itself, even though a sentence of a kind, was a relief to the water ghoul. To the entire pack. It’s easier to fight back when you know your enemy and the peace of mind once the illness becomes a fact is unmatchable. The diagnosis was good.
But for some reason it was the braces that freaked Rain out.
“This is… weird,” he said, scooting closer to Dewdrop, chasing his warmth. It wasn’t exactly cold in the corridor, it was the hospital’s energy. Rain hated it, it all felt wrong and uneasy and filled him with additional anxiety about the whole ordeal. “The braces– it’s a whole… I dunno, ‘nother level.”
“Yeah, it is,” the fire ghoul agreed as he wiggled his arm from between him and Rain to wrap it around him and hold him close and warm, “but it’s not weird weird. Doesn’t make you weird.”
“I’m not so sure ‘bout that…”
“Would you say that to Zephyr?” Dewdrop asked and Rain bit his lip, his fake accusatory tone causing the water ghoul to smile a little.
“No,” Rain admitted. He brought his hand to play with a loose thread on the fire ghoul’s jeans. The jeans that had seen everything and somehow still were in one piece.
“People are gonna stare. I don’t like that off stage.”
“Exactly! Nothing wrong or weird in all that.” The fire ghoul shrugged, booping Rain’s nose with a finger. It was so cold that a second of contact was enough for Dewdrop to feel it and so he leaned down to kiss the tip of his mate’s nose with his warm lips. “We’re getting you something that’ll help. I am happy about that, even if you have doubts.”
“Oh, absolutely,” Dewdrop confirmed, but there wasn't any worry in his voice. He was confident in all he was saying and he couldn’t have known how much it helped Rain to feel better. “Humans do that, you know, but thankfully I can breathe some fire to take the attention away from you any time.”
Rain snorted at that. “You can’t breathe fire, droplet.”
“Sure I can,” he said matter-of-factly, squeezing the water ghoul against his side. “Besides, with your luck I bet your braces are gonna be the most badass things ever. And with your styling skill you’ll come up with the best outfits for them.”
“I’ll definitely try,” Rain chuckled, not caring about the people walking past them all the time. He leaned his body against Dewdrop’s even more, fully cuddling on the stiff plastic hospital seats.
“What’s that stupid slang thing that Phantom and Aurora use all the time? Oh, I know–” the fire ghoul giggled to himself. “You’ll slay, fish boy.”
“Serve cunt, even,” Rain added as he looked up at his mate and grinned.
“Lucifer, I’m too old for this.” Dewdrop shook his head. They both laughed for a few more moments before Rain’s doctor interrupted them, walking out of his office.
“Ready for the fitting?” he asked.
The water ghoul looked at Dewdrop, received an encouraging nod, and got back to the human. “Ready.”
synopsis : what's gojo without pranks?
a/n : got bored af. And i thought this would be cute— i thought.
Tumblr media
“HOLY—“
you wipe away the penetrable whipped cream that settled on your face, staring up at gojo in disbelief.
He had given your face a whole plate of whipped cream as you stumbled your way in the kitchen.
“HOW DARE YOU—“
Gojo laughs uncontrollably, with wheezes and snorts all the same while pointing his index finger towards you. “You should have seen the look on your face!”
“YOU BITCH. I DON’T THINK I CAN EVEN SEE.”
He continues laughing, the sounds of giggles dying down to a playful tone as he walks over to hug you from behind, leaning in from the side to take a peck of whipped cream from your face. “Oh, chill, y/nnn, it’s just a harmless prank!”
He licks his lips, humming in delight as the sweet taste graces his tongue.
You taste much better, he thinks.
“My make-up—” you whisper, carefully wiping away dabs off whipped cream over your face and proceeds to dip it in your mouth, letting the treat sink in your mouth.
how much whipped cream did he put in that plate?
“—IS RUINED.” you elbowed him hard in the stomach, but not enough to hurt him.
gojo winces, painting a fake sad look over his face, "heyy, be gentle with me, love, I'm delicate."
he sighs, clasping his hands together as he displays one of his best puppy eyes and convincing pout.
His eyes grasped the attention of the shimmering ceiling lights, clear azure irises widening it's lids.
He actually looked like a whole-ass puppy in the streets.
You grab a few pieces of tissue on the kitchen counter with a scoff, cleaning off the last bits of whipped cream on your face.
But you can't say otherwise that the face he gave you was incredibly cute. It just squeezes your heart to let it melt into a puddle of affectionate goo.
Those eyes make you weak.
But you're not losing to him so easily.
A sigh hesitantly leaves your lips, you cover half your face with an open hand.
Gojo smiles a goofy smile, pulling your hand away from your face to pepper your cheeks with gentle kisses and ending it with a another one at the end of your nose, making a 'boop' sound as he does.
"That means you'll forgive me right?" He looks at you expectantly, tilting his head slightly sideways.
you lean forward and cup his face with both your hands and lean in as if to kiss him, gojo was already fooled as he flutters his eyes closed and puckers his lips out.
he looks so silly.
But you pulled away at the last second, his eyes lifting its lids when the awaited kiss he thought was coming didn't, leaving him dumbfounded as he eyes you narrowly, not understanding why you pulled away so suddenly.
Then, the pang of realisation hits him—
"Y/n! Why???? Are you mad at me for doing that prank at you????"
You say nothing, successfully ignoring him as you walk out, throwing the dirty pieces of tissue in the rubbish bin while you’re at it.
"HEY. DON'T IGNORE MEEEE," he whines, arms stretched out, hands clench, unclench as he chases after you.
he absolutely dislikes you ignoring him, even if it's just a small tease, which he was well aware of.
A set of arms grab you from behind, pulling you close until your back hits a wall of hard muscle, you feel a chin rest on your head.
"I’m sorry, please, forgive me my dear y/n, what am I going to do without your everlasting love for me?”
You cringe, your hands on his forearms as you turn your head to face sideways, only a glimpse of gojo could be seen from your peripheral vision.
"In your dreams—“
the sudden feeling of fingers poking your sides caused your body to jerk in response, a small giggle curling the edge of your lips into a small smile. But you still couldn't shake gojo off you, his arms are around you tight to hold you in place.
you should be a bit stern maybe, maybe, you sho-
-poke. poke. poke. poke.
poke.
a few pokes, then birthed multiple tickles on your sides, gojo's fingers making it's work on the curves of your waist.
You held in your giggles, laughs and snickers in your stitched lips, bottling your stiffled laughs until you were about to burst like a balloon with too much helium.
Gojo urged his fingers to make it even more unbearable, your tickle spots being vulnerably attacked.
And you did. Burst. Into laughter.
So much laughter that it's starting to become contagious, like your endearingly soft smile...your profounded happiness, that melody of a voice you have-
Are more than enough to make this man smile ear-to-ear.
You could almost hear the pitter-patters of his heartbeats thrumming in his chest.
"Forgive me," he whispers to your ears, pulling your body down to the floor with him. "C'monnn, I promise I won't do it againnnn."
There was absolutely no way he would not do this again.
"Never—“
"Mhm?"
He sticks his tongue out, it emerges from the corner of his lip as he wraps a leg around your lower body, making sure you weren't able escape his antics.
"Y/n...sweetheart, I'm sorry, m'kay?" Even with the attempted apology, he still wouldn't stop his hands that were still latched to the shaft of your hips.
He can't help the softened expression that crept up on his face and spent it's holiday there.
"SATORU GOJO-" you gasp, "STOP- PLEASE."
"No way! Not until you forgive me." He says, leaning down to plant small wet kisses up the side of your neck, trailing red spots down to the slope where your neck meets your shoulder, and his hands never slacked off.
"Ah, okay! okay! I forgive you! I forgive you! Stop!"
Gojo smiles contently, watching how your breaths come out in huffs of invisible smoke.
"There, see? Not so hard now, is it?"
You turn yourself to face him, "Nah, it was very hard."
He holds his hands up in a show of attempt that he was gonna tickle you again, but you caught one of his hands, entertwining your fingers with his, both of you holding on tightly.
"Don't you even dare."
"Sheesh, I wasn't trying to, you're so grouchy." He grumbles, letting his face fall down to land a kiss on your temple and brings one of your hands to his cheek, clutching it tightly.
a few seconds pass by feels more like a few hours, he just stares at you, like nothing else exists anymore. Staring at you with his lovestrucked gaze, you couldn’t love him less.
“And, by the way, your make-up isn’t ruined,” he whispers, a thumb running over your cheek, “You look exactly the same without it, love, you’re just that pretty.”
you smile, your cheeks suddenly feel violently hot.
there it is, gojo thinks, there is that wonderful smile that has the power to brighten his day, make him forget the worries and stress he gained. You’ve stolen all the space he has in his world, because—
you are his world.
He takes a few breaths, appreciating the breath-taking view in front of him. He thanks the world, the universe, and god himself, for putting you two together.
He doesn't know what to do without you.
"I love you so much, y/n, I really do." He whispers, holding you impossibly closer to him.
“I know, I love you more, ‘toru.”
High Score
Tumblr media
 Leviathan x reader
~You take Levi to a human world arcade, where he is ready to show off his skills.
W.C: 2.1K
*This was kinda hard to finish since this was like mid-mental breakdown. But I got this done and I am so proud of myself for doing it.
Tumblr media
The summer heat of the human world is a welcome sensation on your skin as you drag a slightly sweaty Avatar of Envy down the sidewalk. As a notorious shut-in, Levi doesn't do well in the sun, and although you had only stepped out of the portal Barbatos had prepared for the two of you two blocks ago, he is already out of breath.
Suddenly, the Demon digs his feet into the pavement, preventing the two of you from moving forward. "MC?" pants, trying and failing to hide his exhaustion 'A-are we almost there?"
You see the familiar half-lit neon sign just a few doors away, "We are so close Levi. I promise it will be nice and cool inside; we can get something to drink and enjoy the Air conditioning."
"Air Conditioning," he repeats in an eager whisper and picks his head up with newfound strength. "Then what are we waiting for? Let's get to the arcade."
His orange and purple eyes are sparkling with determination as you walk the rest of the way to the old-school arcade, where you promised to show him all your favorite classic machines. The red-bricked building looks just the same as before you were magically whisked away to the Devildom those many months ago; the only difference on the outside is a touch-up of fire engine red paint on the double wooden doors.
Pulling open the faded brass door handles, you are met with a strong gust of air conditioning. This second wind hugs you like an old friend as you walk towards the mantra of beeps and boops the retro arcade machines are playing.
"What do you think?" you ask, playfully bumping into Levi's shoulder. "Does this place meet your expectations?"
"Uhh yeah," he exclaims, looking at the rows and rows of games. "This place is so cool Mc. It looks like the arcade in the manga, 'Help! I've been sucked into a game, and the Gorilla King kidnapped me instead of the Princess.'"
How he manages to say such a long title in one breath never ceases to amaze you. But the title gives you a pretty good idea of what game he should try first.
"How about we start with Donkey Kong?" you laugh, reaching into the pocket of your shorts and pulling out a large sandwich bag full of tokens. You toy with the zipper and take out two, one for him and one for you. "Each machine in here only needs one credit, so I think we will be set to play all day without having to get more."
He carefully takes the coin from your hand but doesn't put it into the slot right away. "A-actually you should play first, Mc," he mumbles shyly, stepping back from the temptations on the screen.
"I'll do my best, but I haven't played this in a while," you say, slipping your own token into the slot. "The theme song blares from the old yet well-maintained speakers as the text 'L E V E L 1' flashes across the screen.
You grab hold of the red plastic joystick and place your other hand just over the jump button. Mario's little legs manage to leap over barrel after barrel as he makes his little pixelated self up the ramps. You may be rusty, but muscle memory is working well for you. Within two minutes, you make it to the top of the platform without losing any of your lives. You look to Levi with a smile of victory.
"You're the GOAT Mc," he cheers, leaning over your shoulder to look at the screen, watching in fascination as Donkey Kong swipes the Princess over his shoulder and carries her further up the tower for you to chase.
"I don't remember this part," you murmur, trying to familiarize yourself with the next level. As you move, sentient little fireballs that begin to chase after you. Moving your joystick, you try to gain enough speed to jump over the flames, only to set yourself on fire.
Apparently, you can't jump over them like the barrels from the last level.
Oh shoot," you hiss, watching as Mario falls to the ground and a little halo appears above his head before the screen resets.
"You're good; you still have two lives left." he encourages with clenched fists.
"We got this," you say brightly, moving the joystick once more. You only manage to make it a few steps before accidentally running into the little fireball that was chilling on the blue ladder above you, making you lose yet another life. "No, no, we're good." You sigh, gritting your teeth. You are brought to the bottom of the ladder, and you manage to avoid the fireballs as you try to collect the support blocks that are holding up the structure.
"Keep going Mc; now's the time to take down the Boss," he says, watching as you remove the fifth support on the gorilla's platform. "Just as you are about to cross over to the last one, you fall down the gap you had created and lose your final life.
"That was fun, how about you give it a try." you suggest, "Do you still have the token I gave you?"
"But, you were so close." Levi cries, taking the loss much harder than you are. "Wait, what are those?" he points to the list of high scores that flash on your screen once the 'Game Over' screen fades away with curiosity.
"Those are the machine's high scores." You explain, "If you do well, you can put your name on the board for everyone to see."
"So these are my rivals." he breathes, his hand twitching in anticipation as he takes his token and slides it into the machine.
As the screen once again comes to life, you feel a shift in the air. A competitive energy radiates off of Leviathan as he grips the joystick. Although he has only seen you do the basics, he expertly navigates the first stage, leaping over barrels and climbing ladders without a hint of hesitation.
With the first half of the level cleared you are brought to the next phase, where you met your demise only minutes earlier. But Levi looks at the screen as if it is nothing more than a challenge and jumps in fearlessly, collecting vintage landlines, parasols, and support beams until the platform disappears.
With the first level being cleared in the blink of an eye, you realize that the two of you will definitely be here for a while.
"You're really good at this," You say, placing a hand on his shoulder. You notice how he seems to lean into your touch, and he spares you a glance as the screen transitions to the start of Level Two.
"Could you stay there?" he asks with a shaky voice. The screen in front of him does little to hide the glow on his face. If he wasn't holding on to the joystick, you know he would try to hide his blushing cheeks with his hands. "You might be my good luck charm or whatever normies say."
You only laugh and give his shoulder a reassuring squeeze. "I can do that. I promise I won't leave your side."
"T-thank you Mc." he murmurs softly, "I want to get that high score."
The thing with the Donkey Kong arcade game is that each level gets longer, faster, and more challenging. You have never even seen what lies beyond the end of level two, so this is all new territory for the both of you.
But Levi never falters, staring at the screen with amber eyes filled with determination. Even with a few strands of his purple hair covering his face, he seems comfortable. You are so focused on watching his features that you don't realize that he has successfully cleared level two just as easily as the first.
And what neither of you realize is that a small crowd of arcade onlookers are watching your screen from behind you.
The barrels in level three zoom across the screen at an uncomfortably fast pace, but Levi just jumps over them as if they were nothing. A part of you wonders if his skills are just a result of his inhuman reflexes, but after seeing how winded the Otaku got walking down the street to the arcade, you push that through from your head.
"Woah, is that guy even human?" one of the onlookers gasps as Levi clears level 3 without breaking a sweat. "I've never seen anyone get this far without taking any damage." You turn around to see that quite a large group of about twenty-five to thirty people are watching your screen in fascination.
The shy Demon's breath hitches; he doesn't usually play games in front of a live crowd, but you stop him from turning around and seeing just how large the crowd is.
"You got this Levi. Don't worry about them; they are just watching you."
"Live?" he murmurs with wide eyes. Despite his efforts to hide it, he trembles slightly. "I'm a shut-in for a reason; all this attention makes my stomach feel like it's tying itself in knots."
"Just think of it as a live stream." you encourage brightly. "If you focus on the game, you won't be able to see them at all."
"An IRL livestream?" he repeats, a small smile appearing on his face. "I can work with that."
"I knew you could." You grin, giving him a little peck on the cheek for good luck. He lets go of the joystick briefly to touch his cheek, trying to savor the sweet sensation of your lips.
"Look out!" One of the onlookers shouts as a barrel comes towards the in-game avatar. The next level had started.
 Levi's hands fly back to the machine and he avoids the obstacle in the nick of time. "Oh, my Diavolo, that was close." He mumbles just loud enough for you to hear. He turns his attention fully back to the screen and starts running up the ramp.
"Too close," you sigh as the crowd behind him only seems to grow in number and tenacity as they react to every little movement on the screen. The idea of flustering him with something as simple as a peck on the cheek is flattering beyond words, and you smile devilishly, planning to use this little method to distract him during your game nights.
"He's almost there." someone yells as Levi reaches the final platform. The Fireballs flicker menacingly, creeping across the screen, but they are no match for Levi's inhuman gaming reflexes. He climbs, collects, and leaps as if he were the one inside the game fighting for his life, holding the joystick as if it were his lifeline.
Aside from the machine, not a sound can be heard in the bustling arcade as everyone watches Levi grab the last support beam.
DK crashes to the ground, and the crowd erupts in cheers. Levi shyly looks over his shoulder to see just how many humans were cheering him on. He looks nervous, but this is one of the first times the Avatar of Envy has been so openly praised in a public setting. For once, he doesn't have to worry about not being as strong as Beel, as flashy as Mammon, or as put-together and OP as Lucifer. Today, he gets to be Leviathan, and people like him for it.
It puts a real smile on his face, even as the crowd thins and the arcade populace goes to play games of their own.
"Levi, look, you got the high score on the machine," you exclaim, pointing at the blinking Number One spot on the machine. Your interjection was a welcome, distracting him from thinking any more about his perceived shortcomings or petty comparisons.
The other scores look so much smaller than his, and a proud smile appears on the Demon's face as he types in the first three letters of his name.
L.E.V
"Should I start calling you Lev now?" you tease watching the cute way his brow furrows as he tries to figure out what nickname he should put instead.
He turns to look at you, accidentally pressing the submit button in the process. "No, I didn't mean to do that. Why am I so embarrassing?" he puts his head in his hands and stares at the score sheet.
Reaching into your bag, you pull out another token for him, "Now you'll just have to beat your own high score."
yep, all rounder rapper ita itayo didn’t know how to tie someone else’s hair properly. with another huff of frustration when the hairtie got stuck in the strands, he warned you before pulling it out with just a tiny bit of force letting your hair fall down and cover your face.
the short sharp pain made you glare at him, making him put his hands up in defense “i warned you, didn’t i?” keita reasoned, puckering up his lips wanting to lean in for a kiss. you simply placed a finger in front of his lips, lightly pushing his head back.
he pouted, trying to lean in for another but you quickly ran away. the whole house being filled of the noises of heavy footsteps from chasing and laughter. panting as you catch your breath, you surrendered in defeat when keita tackled you, peppering kisses all around your face, giggling at his ticklish touches.
all the running had got you both exhausted and ready to hit the hay. you both settled onto the shared mattress, immediately turning to each other as your hands helped rest your head. no words had to be exchanged to know how much he loved you, a soft smile paired with eyes of adoration, he booped your nose, giggling shortly after.
he turned around, huddling closer to you as you help pull him closer by the waist. keita being the smaller spoon was a normal occurrence; he loved being held and having a safe and secure presence around him. not long after, he was out like a light, soft snores audible from his side.
although you had a tight hold around him when cuddling, he somehow had got out of it and was on the edge of the bed, soundly asleep with no blanket around him as he unconsciously hugged himself for warmth.
you had accidentally stolen the blanket and left him shivering in the cold breeze. you smiled, he looked so cute when curled up in a ball, sleeves pulled over his hands in attempt for some heat. you threw the blanket over him, pulling the edges to cover his body, plopping back down and falling asleep in an instant.
later on in the night, keita woke up as he felt chilly; you stole the blanket from him.. again. he sat up, his hair sprung up to different points from moving all around the bed. he glanced over to your resting body, grinning as he found the way you wrapped yourself with the cloth like a burrito, cute.
he shifted closer to you, unwrapping a bit of the burrito and slid under the covers; nose buried into your neck, seeking the much needed warmth.
i have a suggestion if thats ok! rook caregiving for epel, fluffy preferred!! or malleus caregiving sebek, and comforting him? up to you, ofc! i have a few more twst ideas actually, if youd like to hear. no pressure to write them or anything!
minty anon or applesauce anon, whichever you prefer to call me '^^
Hi applesauce anon!! I did Epel and Rook playing! Epel gives me lowkey pet regressor vibes, so I decided to write fluffy stuff about a common occurrence when Epel gets zoomies!
+++++++++++
"Rook... Are you busy?" Epel began texting, pausing as he saw the three dots immediately, showing Rook had read his message.
"Non, not at the moment, why?"
"I'm feeling small. Zoomies."
"!!! I am on my way!"
Epel rolled over in bed, wiggling and ruffing into his pillow excitedly! He can't wait to play with Rook! Rook can be a little bossy, but Rook also lets him play tag and wrestle and playfight and all sorts of fun things! Playing is more fun with someone anyways!
Rook agreed to help Epel when he was small, and while that mainly meant keeping the little one out of trouble when he was small and feisty, making sure he went to bed on time, and making sure he ate, it also meant playing with the little boy when he got zoomies. Rook especially likes that Epel has so much energy when small, content to sprint around the front gates, empty sports field, and any unbusy place where they wouldn't get in trouble. It means that tag would never get old for the little one-- especially not when Rook introduces a keep away aspect with a ball or stick, the two chasing after each other like mad!
Whenever Epel got tired, they'd take a break and sit for a bit, Rook handing Epel a water bottle, a fruit-snack pouch, and some beef jerky to snack on while Rook asked the little boy what game he wants to play next, 'who's ball is that-- is it his? Is it Epel's ball? Hmm? Is it?' And riling up the little into yet another case of zoomies! These zoomies, however, are spent getting the little one corralled back into his room for some games that will calm him down.
Epel flops down on his sheets, panting as he squeezes his ball in his hands, before Rook tucks a stuffie under his arms instead, grabbing the ball before it pops and setting it aside. Rook sits down at Epels desk, working on homework while Epel catches his breath, and shifts into squeezing the stuffed animal, stretching, and enjoying his semi-nap before dinner time.
Rook boops the little boy's nose as he gently rises him an hour before dinner. If he wants, before they have to go, they have just enough time to play with some toy motorcycles or for the little one to colour something. Rook even offers the little boy to use some stickers to decorate whatever he'd like.
Epel sits criss-cross on the floor, on a small carpet, while Rook watches, praising Epel for his masterful use of colours and expressionism! Such an artisté!
Rook always makes sure to tell Epel he had fun taking care of and playing with him, and that if Epel wants to play again, he's always a text away!
The Fox & the Squirrel- Chapter 16
Tumblr media
Fic summary: Chasing yet another demon in a long line of hunts, the Winchesters get help from an unlikely source. But their new recruit isn’t exactly who she says she is. Savannah is used to looking over her shoulder. Life in hiding doesn’t leave much room for enjoyment, but traveling with the Winchesters just may give her a new lease on life.
Fic pairing: Dean Winchester/OFC Savannah Hart
Trigger warnings: elements of horror and witchcraft, references to past torture/trauma, Crowley is a dick, lies and deception, mutual pining, flirting, sex, typical Winchester shenanigans.
Read it on AO3 here: https://archiveofourown.org/works/16242644/chapters/37972217
“You guys are gross.” Sam complained, startling Savannah awake.
     “Huh?” she blinked rapidly, trying to dispel the blurriness from her eyes as she looked over at Sam. She paused when she jerked to a stop, unable to move further. “Why can’t I move?” she asked dumbly.
     “I’d say it’s the two hundred pound hunter lying next to you.” Sam quipped.
     “Oh god,” Savannah blanched when she looked down and saw Dean practically wrapped around her. “What am I supposed to do?” she laughed.
     “I’m leaving it entirely up to you to figure a way out of there,” Sam snickered as he shrugged on his jacket. “I’m going to get some coffee; you want anything?”
     “Jelly donut and strawberry milk?”
     “Sure,” Sam nodded. “Hey listen, if this…put a sock on the door if you don’t want me to come in, okay?” Savannah was sure she turned scarlet.
     “Oh my god Sam!” she whisper-shouted.
     “I’m just saying.” The younger Winchester held up his hands in defense.
     “Sam!”
     “Alright, alright. Tell Dean I’ll get him something greasy and disgusting.” Sam ducked out, cackling as he went. Savannah did her best to turn over to face Dean, regretting it as soon as she did. Anyone with eyes could see how handsome the man was and being this close was dangerous. Savannah was strong but this...this made it all the more difficult not to charm him.
     “Dean.” The man in question grunted sleepily, shifting slightly when she said his name again. Savannah frowned, unsure how to wake him. She didn’t want to startle or strike him; she was trying to be gentle. She could always- no, it wouldn’t be right to kiss him without permission. Then again, she’d be lying if she claimed she wasn’t curious.
     Stop lying to yourself, Savannah, you’re dying to know what it’d be like to kiss him.
     She wasn’t actually about to do this, was she? This was wrong. This was stupid. And yet…
     One small kiss couldn’t hurt. Right?
     Savannah inched forward and pressed her lips to his gently, hoping the action would wake him (but also hoping it wouldn’t; the entire situation was so embarrassing). Dean responded immediately, fisting her shirt in his hands and returning the kiss with fervor.
     Okay, maybe this was more dangerous than stupid . She could get used to being kissed like this. There was a hunger in his kisses, a hunger that ignited the eons-dormant fire in her belly and made her long for more. Savannah pulled away abruptly, startled by that train of thought. Dean made a noise of discontent, making Savannah pull back abruptly, running her hands over her face as she sagged into her pillow.
     “Oh god why did I do that?” she asked herself quietly. “Stupid, stupid, stupid-”
     “What the hell?” Dean murmured as he came awake. He perked his head up, rubbing his eyes blearily as he looked around the room. “Did you kiss me?”
     “Um…”
     “You totally did!” Dean crowed, booping her nose with his finger. “Were you beating yourself up about it?”
     “Yes.” Dean waved a hand in her direction.
     “Don’t. Wake me up next time,” Dean grunted, scratching at him stubble as he yawned. “Where’s Sam?” he mumbled.
     “Uh...breakfast run,” Savannah supplied quickly.
     “Awesome,” Dean turned on his side toward her. “You know...there are other things we could do besides makeout.” Savannah gulped nervously.
     “Like what?” she squeaked.
     “Well that depends...how long ago did Sam take off?”
     “Five minutes?” Savannah offered meekly.
     “Mhm,” Dean groaned thankfully, his eyes slipping closed as he stretched out beside her. “Well...we’ve got plenty of time. Plenty of options…” he offered leadingly, letting his eyes drift along her blanket-clad form. “Whad’ya say, gorgeous? Could make you see stars if you let me.”
     “I-what?” Savannah couldn’t stifle the giggle that erupted out of her. “Please tell me that line doesn’t actually work.”
     “Almost worked on you.” Dean flashed a cheesy grin, and she laughed harder despite herself.
     “Um...thank you, Dean, but I think that’s a little beyond my level of expertise.”
     “Oh, no sweat,” Dean replied, folding his hands behind his head on the pillow. “I’m just offerin’. If you’re not ready, you’re not ready.” The ball of nerves in Savannah’s stomach unfurled.
     “Thank you.”
     “Can I ask you a question?”
     “Sure.”
     “Why’d you kiss me anyway?” Dean asked, and Savannah froze. What was she supposed to say? ‘You were crowding me and I panicked’? ‘I just wanted to’? “Were you curious?”
     “I...yes,” Savannah admitted. “Have been for a while, to be honest.” Dean’s face widened into a pleased smile, and Savannah let out of a rush of nervous breath.
     “Well, gorgeous, here I am,” he tilted his head back, eyes slipping closed as he exhaled. “I’m all yours if you wanna kiss me some more now that I’m awake.”
     “How…” Savannah paused, not knowing if she could handle the embarrassment of admitting this out loud. “I mean...I don’t really know how.”
     “What do you mean?” Dean asked, his eyes darting to her face in surprise. “You can’t tell me you made it this far in life never kissing somebody at least once! I don’t believe that for a second,” he chuckled. “You never snuck out your window to see some guy? Made out under the bleachers after a football game?”
     “I’ve been kissed, it just...I didn’t really enjoy it.”
     “What was it like?” Dean asked. “Describe it to me.”
     “Um…” Savannah fidgeted anxiously, wiping her fingers together as she unpacked the memory in her mind. “Fast. Wet.”
     “Wet?” Dean pressed, eyebrows high as he regarded her with concern.
     “Sloppy,” Savannah amended. “And rough. It hurt my lips.”
     “Oh, okay, I see what you mean. The guy was inexperienced.”
     “He was...in a hurry, I guess.”
     “I’m sorry your first was so disappointing,” Dean said sympathetically. “I’d like to at least try to make up for it.”
     “How?”
     “I’ll kiss you, silly. Properly this time.” Dean’s green eyes flicked to hers hopefully before darting down to her lips.
     “I guess I don’t know what I’m missing.” Savannah chuckled.
     “I could show you...if you’ll let me.”
     “I think you’re the only person I’d let kiss me.” she admitted softly.
     “Yeah?” Dean’s eyes glittered. “What makes me so special?”
     “You make me laugh,” Savannah said immediately. “And you treat me like a person, instead of a trophy.” Dean’s eyes darkened slightly and he frowned.
     “You deserved better than the assholes who hurt you,” he said kindly, drawing closer to her. “Can I kiss you?” Savannah couldn’t deny her curiosity any longer.
     “What do I need to do?” she asked. Dean sat up, turning on the bed to face her and waiting patiently for her to mirror his actions.
     “I’ll walk you through it, don’t worry,” Nimble fingers brushed her (presumably) wild hair from her face, hooking the golden strands over her ear. Those fingers danced along her skin, tracing her jawline to her chin and then to her lips. His thumb brushed along the curve of her bottom lip, making the skin prickle as her breaths grew shallow. His fingers moved to the sensitive spot behind her ear, his other hand repeating the hair-brushing movement as he stared at her longingly. A shiver ran down Savannah’s spine as Dean drew closer, licking his lips. “See, the trick is...anticipation,” he murmured, grinning when she fidgeted impatiently, their lips centimeters apart. He leaned closer, so that their noses were brushing, each of them zeroed in on the other with hooded eyes. “Making the other person so desperate they feel like they’re about to burst into flame. Do you feel it?”
     “Mhm.” Dean smiled at her whimpered confession.
     “Close your eyes, beautiful,” he whispered against her plump lips, waiting until she obeyed to seal their mouths together in a rush of heat. The press of their mouths was slow, and sensual, and sent shivers racing down Dean’s spine. He felt Savannah’s hands move, hovering over his shoulders as if she wasn’t sure what to do with them. He broke the kiss to urge her to touch him. “You’re overthinking it, sweetheart. Just do what feels right. I got you.” He resumed his slow plunder of her mouth, clasping her a little more tightly when her hands clenched at his shirt-covered shoulders and her body relaxed a little more.
     Savannah sighed when he pressed their bodies together, fingers bunching in his shirt. Dean paused to be sure she was okay, letting her find his lips before taking the lead again.
     They’d found a rhythm now, their breath synced up as her timid tongue danced with his. Dean was feeling love-drunk; Savannah was intoxicating him, winding him up and he wanted nothing more than to make her come. His fingers itched to find their way under her panties and make her tremble and scream his name.
     Patience. He reminded himself. Go slow. He pulled away, letting his hands trail down Savannah’s goose-pebbled arms.
     “Hey.” he said softly.
     “Hi.” Savannah’s cheeks blazed red as she met his eyes, ducking her head to look at the comforter between them.
     “Was that the first time you’ve ever done that?” Dean asked.
     “No,” Savannah replied softly. “But it’s the first time I enjoyed it.” Dean clenched his jaw angrily, pressing his lips to Savannah’s forehead when she ducked her head.
     The door opened noisily as Sam returned, drawing both their gazes as he stumbled in the room with three cups and a bag of food clutched in his mouth. He kicked the door shut with his foot and set everything on the small dining table.
     “Good, you’re both up. Come and eat, we have work to do. I found us a case while I was out.” Savannah gaped at him like a fish, mouth opening and closing as her brain struggled to form a response. Behind her, Dean cleared his throat as he shifted awkwardly.
     “You two go ahead, I’m gonna take a shower.” He waited until Sam’s back was turned before darting into the bathroom without a second glance. Savannah snickered quietly, figuring he was just embarrassed like she was. She took advantage of Sam’s turned back to get out of bed and straighten her clothes before joining him at the small table to eat.
     Sam pushed her breakfast toward her without meeting her eyes, nodding when she thanked him.
     “What happened to the sock on the door?” he asked as she started to dig in. Savannah froze, mouth poised to bite into her donut. She blinked at the younger Winchester in bewilderment, face burning, as he stared at her expectantly.
     “We weren’t-”
     “Yeah, okay,” Sam gave a soft chuckle. “Then why is Dean hiding in the bathroom?” Savannah’s face was lava hot now, and Sam was grinning smugly. Savannah clicked her tongue in annoyance.
     “You heard him; he’s showering!” she argued defensively.
     “That’s not all he’s doing.” Sam muttered at his egg-white omelet, laughing when Savannah choked on her donut.
     “We just kissed!” She whisper-shouted around her food, making Sam smile.
     “And it’s about damn time,” he said. “Just remember what I said about the sock for the future.”
     “Oh my god, shut up.”  Savannah hid her face in her hands, wishing the floor would swallow her whole. The bathroom door opened and Dean made his way to the table, rubbing his hands together excitedly. He claimed the open seat at the head of the table, bringing with him the smell of his body wash.
     “So what’s the case?” he asked, taking a huge bite of his bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Sam debated for a moment whether to tease his brother, but elected to let the moment pass for Savannah’s sake. He wasn’t sure she’d be able to look him in the eye for a while. He rolled his eyes at his brothers bulging cheeks and turned his attention to his phone, pulling up the news article he’d been reading.
     “So get this-”
Favorite Final Fantasy Music (FFVII)
awwwww shit it's the big one
One: This is where I really gotta think about how I do these lists in order, cause FFVII has A Lot of sequels/prequels/sevenquels that have music, and I have played some of them (I have not played after years so that's why this convo is starting now) so the next one will either be another VII game or VIII and I'll do other games later, like and subscribe to find out
Two: I am of the Controversial Opinion that VII is Not the best FF, it is still a very good game, but I think it's overhyped (you can send giant meteors to my house that's ok) but, as usual, the music? That isn't overhyped at all. This shit slaps, and it all sounds super unique which I absolutely love. Every list from here on out (VI on out really) is going to be super hard and prob have a hefty honorable mentions list cause they're all just... so good. Anyways, it is time. 5. Tifa's Theme This is a beautiful song. My most favorite part about it is the melody. I talk a lot about how some notes or arrangements just hit the ears just right and twinge the heartstrings, and I'm sure there's a music theory concept that is why this is, and this song is definitely one that applies for me. (god I am so shit at wording things lmao). I love the marimba backing, the slow horn or whatever you'd call it, the wind, it's so calming and peaceful. This is a song I listen to when I want some chill, yet still happy times.
4. Birth of a God Here comes another controversial opinion, my hottest take; I like Birth of a God more than One Winged Angel, and I think it is GREATLY underappreciated. It's such a cool song! The creepy intro clashing against the upbeat drums, the organ absolutely rocking out, the weird up and down sound that plays before the main melody? This is a jam!!! Not to mention when it goes into Those Chosen By The Planet, linking it back to You Are Fighting Sephiroth? Bro. I know it's not As Epic as OWA, but it slaps so fucking hard and I wish I could jam out half as hard as the melody does.
3. The Chase Also known as Crazy Motorcycle Chase depending on who's translating the song! FFVII really suffers from "none of my songs really have a unified official translation" disease. When I say FFVII has a unique sound, this song is hard evidence of that. The weird little boops in the background, the UFO tractor beam, and then The FFVII Organ that is just the best, this sounds like an alien made music and I love it. I'm always bouncing around when I listen to it; this was also one of my like, first loves with FF music, I remember the days hoping that this would make it into Smash with Cloud (the miracle never happen..) and my love for this song has never decreased.
2. J-E-N-O-V-A Alongside The Chase, J-E-N-O-V-A is another one of my first FF music loves. It also has a title that's a nightmare to type so I'm going to try to minimize that. This is another extremely alien sounding song, with the constant BEE BEE bow boh boo boo in the back (you know what I mean), and the main melody sounds so menacing. Perfect for fighting a literal alien virus. I love the main synth noises, and I can't quite describe them which sucks. The song also gives this big hopeful ending, like you are winning the fight, like you're beating back this disgusting evil creature. This song is so cool and I will forever jam out to it.
1. Main Theme of Final Fantasy VII Contender for my favorite FF overworld theme, but being barely beaten out by a song in a later entry. This is the epitome of the FFVII sound that I keep talking about that hopefully you understand what i mean. It has so many of the instruments that make this soundtrack so special, with a beautiful melody and a feeling that is haunting and uplifting at the same time. This song feels like a sun rising, friends traveling together, but also giving you that feeling of loss and that the world is literally going to end. It gives a very similar sound to Aerith's theme, which is nice. The main melody, or the chorus as I almost want to call it, is one of my favorite arrangements of notes ever, and in the right mindset, I WILL tear up at it. I love how after the grand opening, it slows down, it gives you a menacing beating bass, before rising back up, sounding grand yet souring, and finally ending with a huge finale that just pulls at my heart in all of the best ways. This theme is a masterpiece. Fucking... I originally had this in the #2 spot, but as I was writing this, I realized Just How Much I loved this song, and so I bumped it up to #1.
Honorable mentions go to Obviously One Winged Angel cause it JUST BARELY doesn't quite make the list, Fight On and Let The Battles Begin, and the Opening - Bombing Mission.
 – Bonnie's Mixtape by Griffinilla and Replacer ft. Kaggy (Five Nights at Freddy's)
xXxXxXx
Sam hugged the Fredbear plushie, still half-asleep, even though she felt that it was already morning. She wanted to sleep a little longer, but she knew that she would have to get up. She kept her eyes closed, turning over and reaching for her smartphone. She frowned, confused when she felt something soft under her fingers.
''Good morning, sleepyhead.''
Sam opened her eyes suddenly, staring at Springtrap who was crouching next to her bed. Somehow, in her daze she had managed to miss the table with her smartphone and was instead touching Springtrap's nose.
''Oops, I'm sorry Spring, I-'' She then started laughing, especially after seeing his exasperated expression. She booped his nose playfully, with Springtrap not looking amused at all, but he still took things in stride.
''You really love to sleep as long as possible,'' he said.
''Yeah,… What time is it, anyways? 8 AM?'' Sam asked.
''Actually, it's a little past 9 AM,'' Springtrap replied in a dry tone.
''What?'' Sam's eyes were wide and she stared at Springtrap in surprise. She quickly got up. ''Why didn't you wake me up?''
''Well, whenever I wake you up early, you always fall back asleep,'' Springtrap replied. Sam figured that he had a point.
''Still, you could've woken me up,'' she muttered.
''I'll keep that in mind,'' Springtrap said, grinning. He exited her room and went downstairs, deciding to wait for her in the kitchen. He leaned against the table, briefly glancing at the fresh stack of pancakes he made for her, hoping that they didn't get cold. Sam joined him a few minutes later, staring at the pancakes with a hungry look on her expression. She took the strawberry jam out of the fridge and sat down, looking rather happy about the breakfast.
''So, we're going to Freddy's today,'' she said between bites. She glanced at her smartphone, checking the date and time of the grand re-opening of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. Springtrap sat across her, giving her a curious look.
While they had actually already been at this establishment several times, she was still quite excited. The place had been closed at the time, so it wasn't that surprising that she was eager to see it opened. However, this wasn't the first time she had visited a location connected to Freddy's.
Springtrap knew that she had been several times at the location Henry and Michael had managed, having visited it until it burned down. Considering how curious Sam could be, he was surprised that they didn't run into each other at some point. Nevertheless, he was glad that they didn't, as she would've certainly become his next victim if they did.
Even before that, being a self-proclaimed urban explorer, Sam had attempted to visit Fazbear's Fright during the week it was supposed to open, but had been chased away by the night guard, not knowing at the time that it was Henry himself whom she had seen. She did visit it again, this time with Springtrap, although there wasn't much to explore due to the place having burned down. Nevertheless, she was still happy about just being there.
The last location they had visited was Circus Baby's Entertainment and Rental, the only location that seemed to have survived Henry's purge. Aside from finding the remains of the Funtimes, they had also found the Nightmare Animatronics in a hidden area connected to the main part of the location. Rest assured, Sam was beaming when she saw what the place contained, even though that didn't last. She ended up getting herself accidentally injected with remnant, being left with a near-death experience, even though she did recover. However, both of them assumed that she might've had really died, only for the remnant to tie her soul to her body again.
It felt as if things would get only worse…
''Springtrap?'' Springtrap realized that he was probably giving Sam a blank stare, once again lost in his thoughts. He glanced at her, with Sam giving him a sympathetic smile. ''I guess you're more concerned about what might happen this time. After all, this is probably the first location in a long time that doesn't contain haunted animatronics.''
''Are you sure about that?'' Springtrap asked, his eyes flashing in a faint purple. Sam stared at him for a moment, then rose an eyebrow.
''Don't tell me you're planning on staying there,'' she said. Springtrap frowned.
''Of course not, but that doesn't mean that I won't explore it,'' he replied. ''After all, Fazbear Entertainment wasn't supposed to be a corporate entity anymore, but now they're back. I want to know how this is possible and what they're planning to do, as well as how long they will last, considering Freddy's dark reputation. There's no doubt that people know about what happened or have at least heard the rumors.''
''You're not the only one,'' Sam said. ''Not to mention, I'm probably not the only one who had played the Five Nights at Freddy's games.''
''True, although, considering what we had seen at the location, things seem to be fairly normal. If anything, what happened at Ricky's Wonder Shack might cause people to reconsider and decide to visit the 'new and improved Freddy Fazbear's Pizza','' he added the last part in an announcer's voice, quoting the description that had been put on the official Freddy Fazbear's Pizza website.
''I think you're right about the possibility of Ricky's having their reputation damaged because of what Connor did. I mean, in the span of 3 weeks, two employees have vanished and one of them was found murdered, a child had been kidnapped and drugged, and now they have another employee missing,'' Sam said. ''Sure, it's not even close to what happened to Freddy's, but the Wolfrun Corporation had always advertised Ricky's Wonder Shack as 100% safe, often claiming that they were much better than Fazbear Entertainment.''
''The only problem is that you need only one person to destroy everything,'' Springtrap said. ''From what I've seen, Connor is incredibly self-destructive and would do anything as long as it suits his goals. Honestly, I doubt that at that point he even cared about what might happen to Ricky's, or he might not have been aware of what would happen.''
''It's not like we can ask him now about it,'' Sam said darkly, looking down at her pancakes and stabbing a piece with the fork. She then added in a distraught tone, ''At least I hope we won't have to…''
''Don't worry,'' Springtrap said, with Sam looking at him, noticing his eyes suddenly glowing. ''If anything happens, you can rely on me. However, I don't think there's any point in worrying about it, unless you want to get stressed even more. The only thing we should deal with now is Freddy's.''
''I guess you're right,'' Sam said, nodding. As she thought about it, she slowly started to feel a mix of anxiety and excitement again. She remembered her visits at Henry's location and how much fun she had there, even though it was a trap, and she hoped that it'll be the same for this location. ''I hope we'll have lots of fun there, as I do believe that we deserve to enjoy ourselves a little.''
''I couldn't agree more with that,'' Springtrap said. While he too hoped that things wouldn't go wrong this time, he was aware that he had to remain wary.
When it comes to Freddy's, nothing is what it seems to be…
xXx
Sam was standing outside Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, feeling a little nervous about entering it. It was as if her stomach was filled with butterflies, but despite the anxiety she felt, she really wanted to go inside. If anything, the location looked quite inviting, with the neon sign featuring a cartoonish image of the mascots – Freddy Fazbear, Bonnie, Chica and Foxy – above the name of the location.
The location had already been open for a few hours and she saw other people going inside, wanting to join them. She wished that Springtrap was with her, but they both agreed that it would be better if he tried to get inside via the back entrance, as they were sure that someone might be wondering why an animatronic was entering the place through the front door. For all she knew, he already might've been inside the building, searching for her.
After taking a deep breath, Sam finally entered Freddy's.
The first thing she had noticed was how it different it felt being inside the building during the day in comparison to the times she had been inside during the night. Sure, it helped that there were actual people inside, either working or visiting the location, but there was also something else, something Sam couldn't really explain.
One thing was certain, though. Unlike Ricky's, which was almost always packed and somewhat dark, it seemed that Fazbear Entertainment went with the idea of keeping this location bright and comfortable. As Sam walked through the restaurant, it felt quite cozy and warm, if not even a little nostalgic. It also had a somewhat retro feeling to it, a callback to the good, old days, when Freddy's was at its heyday.
Okay, I like it…
Sam smiled as she observed the decorations on the wall, some of which were the posters of the mascots and even children's drawings. However, her attention was drawn by a sign that had bunch of rules written on it. One rule caused her to rise an eyebrow.
'''Watch out, you might lose your head. Keep your distance from the animatronics.' Are you kidding me?'' Sam muttered. She couldn't believe that they were actually referencing to the two Bites that had occurred. Hopefully, people won't get hurt this time. Hell, even the animatronics don't deserve dealing with idiots who have no idea what they're doing.
She turned to the area next to the stage, realizing that, while there were people there, the place wasn't as crowded as Ricky's Wonder Shack was. She didn't mind, as she actually didn't like huge, loud crowds, so she felt a lot more comfortable at Freddy's than she was at Ricky's.
She also observed the employees, whose uniforms consisted of black pants and dark purple polo T-shirts with a logo sewn on the left side of the chest. The logo was a black Freddy head inside a circle, with the name of the location, Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, being written inside the circle. They also had name tags clipped on some part of their clothing or worn on a lanyard.
Sam then stepped closer to the stage, observing the animatronics. Currently, they weren't singing, even though music was playing through the loudspeakers, the song being Freddy's signature tune; a music box version of Toreador March from Carmen. There was also a screen next to the stage, with Sam assuming that it served for announcements.
The animatronics themselves were quite similar to their incarnations from the 90s, but there were some obvious differences. To start off, the suits were brand new, the fur clean and neat and their eyes were almost glowing. They didn't have that stocky build anymore and were more proportionate. Also, unlike the last time Sam had seen them, they were dressed up now.
Freddy Fazbear was wearing his usual black top hat and bowtie, along with black pants, a white shirt, a black waistcoat with two golden buttons and black fingerless gloves. He was also holding a microphone in his hand.
Bonnie the Bunny was wearing a red bowtie, along with black pants, a white shirt and a red open waistcoat with a black stripe on the bottom. The sleeves and the collar were torn and black on the edges, with the waistcoat looking somewhat like a jacket. He was also holding a red guitar.
Chica the Chicken was wearing a sleeveless orange dress with a black shirt with puffy sleeves underneath it. Over the dress was a white apron with the words ''Let's eat!'' being written on the top. Unlike Freddy and Bonnie, who were barefoot, Chica was wearing black stockings that reached to her knees and orange boots that reached a bit under her knees. She was also holding the cupcake on a plate.
Foxy the Pirate Fox was wearing brown pants and a blue frock coat with golden accents. He was also wearing a white fencing shirt with a black belt-like strap over his chest. On his head was a black pirate hat that had a marking resembling a red fox skull in front of two blue cutlasses that were crossed. His hand, as usual, had been replaced with a hook and he also had a black eye patch. While Foxy was currenly alongside Freddy, Bonnie and Chica, he also had his own stage in a corner on the far side of the restaurant.
Now, this is impressive! Sam smiled as she crossed her arms, tilting her head as she observed the animatronics. They had put so much work into those animatronics. Hopefully, they will last. She almost jumped out of her skin when she suddenly felt a hand on her shoulder.
''So, what do you say?''
''Springtrap!'' Sam hissed, turning to the animatronic, who had a curious look on his expression. ''Don't sneak up on me like that!''
Springtrap just grinned, with Sam rolling her eyes. She looked past him, noticing that people, aside from a curious look here and there, weren't really paying attention to Springtrap. She figured that they believed that he was just another animatronic that belonged to the restaurant, even if he wasn't on the stage with the rest of the animatronics.
''Anyways, I see you managed to get inside,'' Sam said.
''It wasn't that hard, but I'm not really surprised,'' Springtrap replied, glancing around the room. He then turned to Sam. ''Say, have you already ordered anything to eat?''
''Not yet,'' Sam said. ''I was just looking around. It seemed that they added a few new things since we were here last time.''
''I've noticed,'' Springtrap said, then pointed at a booth at the far side of the restaurant. ''How about you get yourself something to eat and we could then discuss everything in peace?''
''Okay,'' Sam nodded, turning towards the counter where she could order her food. However, a bit away from it were three self-order kiosks. She went towards one, ordering herself a pizza with cheese and a soda. Aside from being hungry, she was also curious about how the food tasted. After she got her order number printed out, she went to the counter to pay for the food.
''Welcome to Freddy Fazbear's Pizza!'' The employee, a woman with brown hair tied in a neat ponytail, greeted Sam. Sam just nodded politely, smiling as she gave the latter her order. She noticed the name tag pinned on the woman's shirt, on which stood ''Kylie Anthelm, Manager'', with Sam figuring that she was the one in charge of Freddy's. As Kylie typed the order number, she added, ''We are also handing out free Faz-Tokens Passes today, as a gift for the grand re-opening of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. Would you like one?''
''Passes?'' Sam was confused when she was given the Faz-Tokens Pass. ''I thought that there would be actual tokens.''
''That's how it is now,'' Kylie shrugged, then smiled. ''Each pass has a code and if you go on our website and enter the code, you can keep track of how many tokens you have on your pass or you can check it over at the prize corner.''
''Okay, thanks,'' Sam replied, paying for her food. She glanced at the screen above the counter, with her number appearing as her order was being prepared.
''It'll be about 15-20 minutes until your order is done,'' Kylie added, with Sam nodding and walking away. She looked down at her Faz-Tokens Pass, wondering how many tokens she got on it. She wanted to try out her luck at the arcades and get a prize from Puppet.
There's so much to explore here. Sam looked around, mostly looking for Springtrap, but she also wanted to see as much of the restaurant as possible. She felt a little overwhelmed, knowing that it would take a while to adjust to this place, but she was really curious about what this place had to offer; not only during the day, but also during the night. I hope that they haven't changed the locks.
Sam had spotted Springtrap at the booth he pointed out to her, quickly walking over to him and sitting across him. She glanced around once again, still wondering why nobody was paying attention to the golden-green animatronic bunny sitting across her.
''Okay, have you even been approached at all?'' she asked.
''Not really,'' Springtrap replied. ''I know it's a little hard to believe, but it seems that people just aren't that interested in interacting with an animatronic.''
''Or they believe that, if they get too close to an animatronic, they might get hurt,'' Sam said.
''They wouldn't be wrong about it,'' Springtrap replied, sounding slightly amused. He noticed Sam's nonplussed expression, wondering whether he said something wrong. ''Anyways, what do you think about this location?''
''Well, for starters, I like it more than Ricky's Wonder Shack,'' Sam said. ''Although, it's still too early to say whether it's better than Henry and Mike's location.''
''At least it's not a trap this time,'' Springtrap said. He actually hadn't even seen the location Henry and Michael had managed, except for the salvaging room and the maze he was trapped inside. On the other hand, they had a good reason to keep him, Molten Freddy and Scrap Baby away from the main area.
''You know, as long as I get to enjoy myself, I'm happy being here,'' Sam told him.
''That's great to hear,'' Springtrap replied. Sam looked past him a few times, with Springtrap realizing that she was just making sure to see whether her order number would be called out. She then glanced at him.
''What about you?'' she asked.
''It certainly feels like I went back into the past,'' Springtrap said, glancing at the stage where the animatronics were. An announcement flashed on the screen, showing that they would perform another song soon. ''Even though some things are different, but I had already expected that. It's not as if Fazbear Entertainment would create an exact copy of a past location.'' He noticed Sam looking once again past him. ''You know, you could wait at the counter if you want. I'm not going anywhere.''
Sam gave him a sheepish smile, then stood up, walking over to the counter. Springtrap looked at her, knowing that she was quite excited, wanting to make sure she didn't miss anything during their visit to Freddy's. In a sense, she acted like a little child, impatient to taste the food, to play the games, to watch the animatronics perform…
She deserves to have fun. Springtrap sighed. That's how Henry and I imagined this place when we came up with the concept of Fredbear's Family Diner. It was supposed to be safe, to be family-friendly, with people not having to worry about anything. However, I guess that, with me being there, it just wouldn't last.
He could still vividly remember the diner. It may have been small and only have two animatronics, but both he and Henry were proud of their achievements. People loved to visit the diner and the children were overjoyed about their opportunity to run around and play games. It was a dream that came true, only to turn into a complete nightmare.
It was a nightmare I had created, something I was proud of. He didn't even notice that he was clenching his fist, his eyes glowing in a faint purple. Now, I'm back, and there's virtually no person who could stop me from doing what I want. He closed his eyes, still feeling the anxiety spreading through his chest. However, things are different this time. Not to mention, it's not like I need Henry's approval for this.
''Springtrap?'' He opened his eyes, noticing Sam's worried look. She had placed her soda and the pizza on the table, looking at him. ''Maybe coming here wasn't a good idea.''
''No, it was,'' Springtrap replied, with Sam sitting down. She gave him a questioning look, with him shaking his head, indicating that she shouldn't be worried about it. While not completely satisfied with the answer, she started eyeing her pizza. ''Anyways, I hope you'll enjoy your meal.''
''Thanks,'' Sam replied, taking a slice and biting into it.
''Does it taste like cardboard?'' Springtrap watched with mild interest as Sam almost choked on the bite, clearly not expecting such question. She rose an eyebrow, staring at him in bewilderment.
''What? Do you want to tell me that the pizza at Fredbear's and the previous Freddy's locations tasted like cardboard?'' she asked.
''No,… Well, not really,'' Springtrap said. ''I mean, we did have a few people complaining, but the food was otherwise fine. Besides, the complaints came when Henry and I weren't in charge anymore…''
''If you want to know, the pizza is actually really good, if hot,'' Sam replied, trying to make sure the cheese wouldn't fall off. ''It is better than the pizza at Ricky's, which, while it didn't taste like cardboard, it did taste a little strange. Hell, someone even made a conspiracy theory about them recycling their pizza.''
''Really? You didn't tell me that,'' Springtrap said.
''Well, it was a while ago, so I forgot about it,'' Sam told him, picking up the napkin to wipe her ketchup-stained fingers and then reached for her soda. ''In any case, I'm fine with it. Although, you'd probably want to try it yourself, right?''
''You know that that isn't possible,'' Springtrap told her, with Sam just grinning mischievously.
''Yeah,'' she muttered as she took another bite, ''one of the consequences of being undead.''
Springtrap stared at her for a while in silence, with Sam continuing eating her pizza. He then lifted his hand, placing his index finger on Sam's forehead, much to her surprise. She gave him a perplexed look, first glancing up at the finger on her forehead, then at Springtrap.
''You should know that there's always a way to learn from your mistakes,'' he said with a confident look on his expression. ''Keep that in mind.''
He then gently pushed her back, with Sam still feeling confused. She was wondering why he told her that, noticing that he still had that self-satisfied smirk on his expression.
''Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, Fazbear Entertainment would like you to put your hands together for the one, the only, Freddy Fazbear!''
The two then got distracted by the music that suddenly started to play. The two looked at the stage, realizing it was time for the animatronics' performance. Sam smiled as she observed the animatronics, feeling excited about the performance. She was curious to see how this would turn out, still remembering how things were at Henry and Mike's location.
''Hello, everybody! You ready to have a good time? I know I am! 'Cause it's…''Freddy waved, with him, Bonnie, Chica and Foxy starting to sing together.
''Freddy Fazbear's Pizza! For kids, it's number one! Freddy Fazbear's Pizza! Where fantasy meets fun!''
Freddy then stepped out, gesturing at the animatronics and then at himself.
''Well, let's meet the band! My name is Freddy, I'm the singer in the band, got a hat and a big bowtie! I'm a big, brown bear, but don't be scared, I'm a real fun-lovin' guy!''
Bonnie then stepped out, placing his hand on Freddy's shoulder and pointing at himself as he looked at the audience, with his guitar being on his back, held by the black strap.
''Bonnie's my name, I'm hoppin' along, floppy ears and a cotton tail!'' He then stepped back, taking his guitar. ''My guitar is blazin', this rabbit's Hare-raisin'! Just listen to me wail!''
''Take it, Bonnie!''
Freddy stepped back, giving Bonnie the spotlight as the bunny performed an electric guitar riff. The four animatronics then started to sing again.
''Freddy Fazbear's Pizza! You get yer pizza by the pound! Freddy Fazbear's Pizza! Where all the kids are safe and sound!''
Chica then stepped out, holding up the plate with the cupcake.
''Hey, I'm Chica! The lady of the group, my singing is a treat!''
''So sweet!'' Bonnie chimed in.
''But keep an eye on your pizza, 'CUZ I'M A BIRD WHO LIKES TO EAT! NOM NOM NOM NOM!'' Chica continued, giggling.
''Finally, there's Foxy! One eye and a hook for a hand! He hangs out over in Pirate's Cove.'' Freddy took over, pointing at Foxy.
''Now you've met all the members of the band!'' Foxy added, with the band singing together.
''WOO-HOO!! Freddy Fazbear's Pizza! The fun just can't be beat! Freddy Fazbear's Pizza! It's time for us to eat! Freddy Fazbear's Pizza! For kids, it's number one! Freddy Fazbear's Pizza! Where fantasy meets fun!''
''Shameless self-promotion much?'' Springtrap commented in an amused tone. Sam rolled her eyes.
''It would've been if they put advertisements in-between lyrics,'' she said, grinning. She was really enjoying herself, feeling that this was exactly how things should be. However, the joy she felt was replaced by a chilling feeling spreading through her chest. She saw Springtrap staring at the stage, as if reminiscing about something. ''You know, I wonder whether Fazbear Entertainment would be willing to make a song about the past of the Fazbear band. Now, that would be something interesting.''
''I don't think that they would want to deal with that issue,'' Springtrap said. ''I mean, they were trying to cover up the Five Nights at Freddy's games.''
''While I do understand why they wouldn't want to remind anyone of the horror show that happened over more than 30 years ago, I'm certainly not the only person who showed interest in Freddy's dark past,'' Sam said. ''I guess we'll have to wait to see what will happen.''
''Exactly,'' Springtrap said. ''So, what do you want to do now?''
''I had planned to have a go at the arcades and at least get some kind of prize from Puppet, just to see how she would act,'' Sam replied, glancing down at her half-eaten pizza. ''Maybe I should ask for a pizza box to take this home. I'm sure Mum would want to try it.'' She then glanced at Springtrap. ''What about you? Do you want to join me at the arcades?''
''Actually, I just wanted to take a look around,'' Springtrap replied. Sam shrugged, standing up and walking over to the counter to ask for the pizza box.
Springtrap meanwhile wandered away. While he was somewhat interested in how Fazbear Entertainment was managing the restaurant, he was more curious about the animatronics. He knew that they weren't haunted, as every haunted animatronic, aside from him, was destroyed in some way; not to mention the fact that he was able to see the spirits of the deceased due to being dead himself. However, he felt that he needed to keep an eye on them. Maybe it was paranoia, maybe it was his experience with the animatronics, but he felt that nothing was as innocent as it seemed.
I should ask Sam whether she'd want to return here after hours, just to see if something might happen.
He was restless, feeling the anxiety creeping up his body and entering his mind. He tried to shake it off, finding a secluded corner of the restaurant where he could observe the animatronics that were on the stage. They were in the middle of another performance, completely oblivious to the fact that they were mere replacements for their predecessors. They now had their own life, completely unburdened due to not having to share their body with the soul of a child.
This is supposed to be a good thing, isn't it? The children are free, except for the one that decided to torment me, and nothing of the past except for the memories has been left. Springtrap shook his head, his vision turning into static. He felt cold, with a feeling of emptiness spreading through his chest. Things are supposed to be fine, but why am I feeling like this?!
Static overwhelmed his vision, briefly flickering. He once again saw the restaurant, but it was different. It was dimmer and smaller, with people walking around with worried looks on their expressions. Then, everything went dark, only for Springtrap to hear a blood-curdling scream.
Suddenly, everything was bright again, with him realizing that he was back at Freddy's. Nobody had noticed him, but he didn't care. To the patrons and employees, he was just another animatronic created by Fazbear Entertainment. Even if he wasn't on the stage, they would just assume that he was probably following the AI's programming, even though in reality, there was no Spring Bonnie AI, only William.
Springtrap glanced at where the prize corner was, noticing Puppet handing out a Chica plushie to a little girl. Her arms were tied via strings to the metallic plates above her, allowing her to move around. She looked quite similar to the animatronic that had been possessed by Charlie; tall, black with white stripes on her arms and buttons on her chest, and a mask with red cheeks, blue streaks below her eyes and a wide smile. However, this version of Puppet was also wearing what appeared to be a black and white party hat with a bell covered in plush material on the top, so it would muffle the sound of the jingle the bell made whenever she moved.
Springtrap looked down, taking a deep breath. He knew that that scream would haunt him forever.
It was only the beginning… More had followed… His eyes started to glow in a faint purple. He tried to calm down, but noticed that he was shaking. It is different now… I said I wouldn't hurt anyone... I promised…
Springtrap glanced back at the stage, with Freddy, Bonnie, Chica and Foxy still performing. He thought about his plan, knowing that what he had in mind would draw Henry's ire, if not even Emma's. He also figured that the kid would lash out at him, but he knew that it would worth it. He wasn't breaking his promise, even if it seemed to be the case. The only thing he feared was that his plan might fail, but he was willing to take the risk. He hoped that everything would end up well, promising himself that he could make things work.
How can I resist, a promise, such as this.
However, there was still one person he needed to discuss his plans with. He knew that, without her, none of this would be possible. However, he wasn't sure how she would react to it.
Would Sam really be willing to accept my idea?
xXx
''There we go. He'll fit in with the rest.''
Sam put the Freddy Fazbear plushie, which had clothing similar to the actual animatronic, on her bed next to the plushies she and Springtrap had found at the Circus Baby's. She was really proud of winning the plushie, even though she had to go buy herself extra tokens, simply because she messed up at one game, missing out on the extra points that would've given her even more tickets.
Nevertheless, seeing Puppet giving her the plushie was a really great experience. As she had placed the tickets into the box on the counter and selecting the toy she wanted on the screen on the top of it, Pop Goes The Weasel started to play. Puppet suddenly popped out of the box, greeting her and reaching for the toy on the shelves behind her. She then turned to Sam, giving her the plushie. Needless to say, Sam simply couldn't stop similing during the whole encounter.
However, even that smile had faded when she noticed Springtrap's troubled expression. He didn't say anything during their return back home, having a rather distant look in his eyes. He would occasionally comment on something and he even looked happy when she told him how much she loved the visit to Freddy's and how this was one of the best days she had experienced. However, a moment later, he would be lost in his thoughts again. Afterwards, Sam kept quiet, deciding to confront him at home about it.
She sighed, turning to the bunny animatronic, who was staring at the floor, looking rather distraught.
''Springtrap-''
''Sam, I need to talk to you,'' Springtrap said suddenly, before Sam could get even a word in. She was stunned, but kept quiet. Despite being anxious, he also seemed to be quite determined to tell her about the issue. ''I've been thinking, and I was wondering whether you'd be interested in learning more about robotics; specifically, how to deal with animatronics?''
Sam stared at him in surprise. She didn't expect such a question. ''Are you serious about this?''
''I had this idea on my mind for a while, and now that Freddy's has opened, I figured that it would be a good moment to ask you whether you'd want me to teach you everything I know about the animatronics,'' Springtrap added. ''I mean, wouldn't it be better if you didn't have to depend on my help when dealing with another animatronic and actually be able to deactivate or even fix one on your own? After all, if our experience with Connor has taught us anything, it's that we could easily get separated and you'd have to handle the situation on your own. Not that you're not capable of doing that, considering how you dealt with the Drawkills.''
''Well, you do have a point,'' Sam said after a short pause, noticing Springtrap's eyes briefly flashing purple. ''I guess that learning how to deal with an animatronic would be a quite useful skill…''
''So, you do want me to teach you?'' Springtrap asked, looking both nervous and excited about the possibility of Sam accepting his offer. Sam tilted her head, crossing her arms on her back, staring at Springtrap curiously, with the animatronic wondering what was going through her head. Maybe I took the wrong approach... Still, there's nothing that can be done now. It's up to her to decide what she wants to do now.
''You know, it is an interesting offer, and I might accept…'' Sam said, watching the glow in Springtrap's eyes grow stronger. ''However, I want to know the actual reason why you decided to suddenly tell me all of this.''
''But, I had already told you…'' Springtrap muttered, only to keep quiet when he saw Sam frowning, obviously suspicious of him.
''While I know that I can trust you, William, you're still the kind of person who always has some kind of hidden motivation for doing something,'' Sam replied. Springtrap stared at her, stunned for a moment. He then sighed.
''You're just like Emma,'' he muttered, sitting down on Sam's bed. ''I was being honest with you when I told you that it would be useful for you to learn more about robotics, especially considering that you have shown interest in it.''
''While that's true, there's still more to it, right?'' Sam said, remembering their visit to the Machinations Factory and how she observed Springtrap dismantling the Drawkills, even helping him out with it.
''I admit that there is indeed more to it, although…'' Springtrap muttered, with Sam sitting next to him. ''I don't know…'' He shook his head. ''I hate how this sounds, but I just feel that I'm here on borrowed time. I do want to stay here, but I don't think that that is possible.''
''I see…'' Sam muttered, feeling concerned about Springtrap.
''I had figured that, in case that something happens to me, at least you would know what to do,'' he said. ''I mean, you're the only person so far who knows virtually everything about me, about my past, about Freddy's… I figured that, perhaps, it wouldn't be a bad thing for you to also know how to deal with the animatronics.''
''So, you want me to become your successor,'' Sam said, with Springtrap staring at her with a stunned look on his expression.
''I didn't mean it like that,'' he replied, only to fall silent. ''I know that this sounds incredibly wrong… I don't want you to think that I-''
''That you're going to continue with me where you had failed with Elizabeth,'' Sam had finished his thought, noticing the look of guilt on Springtrap's expression. His ears had lowered as he was staring down at his hands, shaking.
''I messed up, didn't I?'' he muttered, unable to look Sam in the eyes. ''I'm sorry…''
''William…'' Springtrap closed his eyes. Sam had sounded quite irritated, with him feeling his anxiety skyrocketing. He then heard her standing up and stepping in front of him. ''William, look at me.''
Springtrap rose his head, glancing at Sam. Even though he feared dealing with Emma whenever she got furious, he was more afraid of Sam's reaction. He felt that it was because he cared too much about her and he didn't want to make her upset or hurt her. As he looked at her, he noticed that, while she was angry, she didn't look as upset as he thought that she would be. Instead, she had a look of determination on her expression.
''Sam…''
''William, I am not Elizabeth,'' Sam told him in an icy tone. ''I understand that you see me as if I were your daughter, but don't treat me as if I were her.''
''Sam, you know that I wouldn't do that,'' Springtrap replied, feeling desperate. ''I know that you aren't Elizabeth and I wasn't going to treat you-'' He cut himself off, suddenly seeing static appearing in front of his eyes. He attempted to shake it off, only to hear a buzzing noise filling his ears, with a faint voice talking to him, sounding like an echo.
Daddy…
''No!''
''William!''
Suddenly, the static had vanished, along with that haunting voice. It took a moment for Springtrap to realize that Sam had hugged him tightly. He looked down at her, realizing that she was worried about him.
''What happened?'' he asked.
''You just lost it,'' she said. ''You started screaming and you looked completely horrified. Was that another hallucination or a memory?''
''I-I don't know,'' Springtrap replied, feeling both freaked out and exhausted. He thought that those hallucinations would stop, but it seemed that this wouldn't be the case. He felt that this was just another punishment on the top of the mess he was already dealing with. He glanced at Sam, who looked a little relieved that he was back to normal. ''This is just wrong... I'm sorry…''
''Will, calm down,'' Sam said, with Springtrap staring at her blankly. ''Nothing bad has happened; you just had briefly lost yourself, but now you're back.''
''You know what, just forget about this,'' Springtrap replied, frowning. ''This was a bad idea from the start…''
''If you ask me, it wasn't,'' Sam said, with Springtrap looking stunned. ''You made a good point that I should probably learn how to deal with the animatronics on my own.''
''Then, why…''
''As I said, I wanted to make clear that you to not make the mistake and suddenly start treating me as if I were Elizabeth,'' Sam told him. ''Considering how you still have those hallucinations and they cause you to lash out at people, I fear that something awful might happen if you confuse me for her.''
Springtrap stared at her in horror, remembering how he already had confused her once for Henry during one of those hallucinations he had, almost killing her.
''I would never hurt you…'' he said in a quiet tone, feeling as if he was just lying to her and to himself. If I don't figure out how to deal with those hallucinations, I will hurt her. He took a deep breath, trying to calm himself down. He knew that, the more he worried, the worse it would get. He glanced at Sam, who looked relieved that he seemed to feel better now. ''So, you really want to go through with this?''
''Yeah,'' Sam said confidently. ''I'm really curious about what you're going to teach me.''
Despite knowing the implications of this and despite a part of his mind still screaming that this might be just another one of his ideas that would end up in a disaster, Springtrap smiled.
''Okay, then,'' he said, pausing for a moment. ''Henry and Emma are going to kill me for this.''
''I don't think that this is possible,'' Sam replied. ''The most they would do is to try to figure out how to send your soul back to Hell.''
''Trust me, if I am going back to Hell, then it will be under my conditions,'' Springtrap replied, his eyes flaring up purple.
Pet play date | JJ, Dark, +ego pets
"Look I know it's a lot. So if you need any help, I already called the Ipliers and they can for sure come and help you out with this! We don't want you to be overwhelmed to take care of all of them-" Chase reassured as he watched as they stood in the middle of the living room with everyone's pets.
Jay smiles softly, holding his pet Rabbit, Peaches, in his arms as he nods, "It's quite alright champ. No need to worry about me. Now go on. All of you guys need to get going, I have everything under control."
"If you say so...let me know if Pringle's is being mean or anything." Anti warned before gently booping Pringle, his yellow belly ball python.
Jay watched as his friends said their goodbyes to their pets before leaving his house. He looked around his living room, seeing all the different animals in his house.
There was his own pets, his tan and dark brown spotted bunny-Peaches-that laid in his arms calmly. As well as his little dark brown hedgehog-Nutmeg. Who was over by Jackie's pet dog.
Jackie's dog is a German shepherd named Tucker. Tucker was a light tan and black dog with bright blue eyes. He was probably the most tamed pet in the whole group. Just sitting on the floor, smelling Nutmeg gently and with curiosity.
Marvin's cat is a Birman cat that is named Anise. She's all white with bright blue eyes. She was sitting on the coffee table, licking her paw quietly while giving Chase's dog a side eye.
Chase's pets are a Dachshund dog named Tootsie and a blue parakeet named Tweety. Tootsie is a simple black and tan wiener dog that was sitting by the coffee table, simply barking at Anise. While Tweety was in her cage, swinging in her little swing while seeming to be singing.
Then there was Anti's pet...a yellow belly ball python snake. His pet is named Pringle, who was simple slithering around JJ's feet and looking up at Peaches curiously.
Henrik's pets are a Poodle names Otto and a tonkinese cat named Minka. Both were simply chilling by the window next to each other. Sitting on the floor as they looked around.
As JJ looks around where he stood-he began to feel a sense of overwhelmed. Realizing the amount of animals he was in charge of.
'Yeah imma need to call for some help...god what did I get myself into...' he thinks, gently setting Peaches down on the ground as he goes and gets his phone. Being careful of where he stepped in order not to accidentally step on one of the pets.
Peaches was sniffing as she looked around. She wasn't used to the amount of bodies in their house. It made her feel nervous as she looked around. Only to squeak and jump back a bit when peaches noticed the snake slithering towards her. Her ears going down and freezing in place.
Pringles made a soft hissing sound as he went up to the nervous bunny. He gently flicked his tongue at her a bit- catching her sent with his tongue. He smiled, simply coiling in place-in front of Peaches. "hey...It's alright I won't hurt you! I'm Pringlessss! What's your name?" Pringles asked in a soft voice. Which only came out as hisses if JJ was listening.
Peaches stared at Pringles for a bit. She was trying her best to calm down and see if she could trust the snake. Peaches was always nervous around new creatures. Hell it took her a while to get comfortable with her owner-JJ-and with Nutmeg the hedgehog.
"Peaches.... Nice to meet you..." She mumbles softly.
Pringles let out a hiss of happiness as he wiggled a little in place, "Oh that's great to hear! You're very shy. But that's okay! You seem super nice!" He mentions as he goes over to get closer to Peaches. The bunny's ears going up a little as she listens to Pringles speak to her. Listening as Pringles began to speak more in order to get to know her
Tucker meanwhile was laying on the floor-his tail wagging excitedly as he nudged Nutmeg softly. "hey! Who are you? You seem so cute for a little spiny ball!"
"Hey! Watch it dog! I am not afraid to unleash my spines!" Nutmeg growled as he hopped in place a bit and glares up at the dog angrily.
"Well aren't you just an adorable thing! I'm Tucker!!" The German Shepard let out a soft bark as his tail wagged happily.
Nutmeg stares at the dog. He narrows his eyes a bit, "I'm not adorable." He answered with a grumble before looking down a bit, "I'm nutmeg.."
"Gah! Don't do that!" Nutmeg basically screeched when Tucker suddenly licked his face. Having it been unexpected-nutmeg was basically upside down now. Being helped by the excited puppy to be turned back so he could stand.
"Sorry! Sorry! I got too excited! It's nice to meet you! We'll be great friends!" Tucker claimed, hopping onto his paws.
"Yeah...great friends." Nutmeg mumbles, slightly with doubt. Watching as the dog offered for him to ride on his back.
With a shrug, Nutmeg took the chance and went to sit on the back of Tucker. As Tucker went to excitedly meet the other animals. Nutmeg curling up on the soft back of the dog.
Otto, Henrik's poodle, yawned as she stretched softly. She huffs, looking around as she could hear the singing of the bird. Looking down at Minka, Henrik's cat, she gently nudged her, "I'm gonna talk with the bird. She seems interesting." She told her before getting up and walking over to the bird.
Chase's bird is a blue parakeet, named Tweety. Tweety was simply swinging on her swing, singing softly as she swung around.
When Otto came up to her, Tweety's wings flapped a bit from being startled. She looks over, seeing the poodle dog smiling at her, "I'm sorry, I missed what you said." She mumbles shyly.
"Oh! I said I love your singing! I'm Otto by the way!" She spoke with a smile, her tail wagging gently as she looked up at the bird.
Tweety smiles, flying off her swing and getting closer to where Otto is, "It's lovely seeing you Otto. You have pretty eyes! I'm Tweety!"
Otto's tail went up hearing that. Her tail wagging even more, "aw! Thank you Tweety! That was so sweet of you!" She squealed. Her toes tapping the floor happily. Otto's eyes are one Hazel colour while the other is a light blue.
Tweety giggles as she watches. Flapping her wings happily, happy to have made a new friend.
Minka was curled up on a chair. Simply relaxing with her eyes closed, when she felt something brush over her fur. Opening one eye, she sees that another cat has gotten on the chair she was on. At first, shrugging it off, only to let a startled meow when another animal got on the chair.
Sitting up, she sees another cat there with her, as well as a Chase's dachshund dog. Minka huffs as she yawns, "What do you two want?" She asked tiredly.
Anise, Marvin's white cat, meows softly as she tilts her head, "is there a problem that we're here, darlin?? We just want to get to know you. I'm Anise."She purrs.
Tootsie, Chase's dog, stretched as he curls up on a spot of the chair, "You look absolutely darlin! It's good your owner takes care of your fur. Oh and I'm Tootsie." He hums.
Minka stares at the two in a bit of disbelief before huffing. She goes up to the armrest and looks down at them, "I'm Minka."
'I'm on my way.' Jay received that message from Dark. With a sigh of relief. He looks back in the living room, seeing that most of the animals are getting along. Walking in the room, JJ flinched when a puff of black smoke appeared next to him and then suddenly Dark was standing there.
This time though-Dark wasn't in his fancy suit like always. He sported a simple black button up shirt-the first two buttons undone.
Dark checks his watch, "hey Jay! I came as quick as I can-sorry, I had to explain to Google_B what to—Oh my goodness..." he was about to explain. Only for his sentence to trail off as he sees just how many animals there was.
At that time, JJ was picking up Tootsie. He looks over, seeing Dark. After knowing he had a good grip on Tootsie, JJ rushed over, "good! You're here! C'mon, we need to prepare them some food. Um lemme see the notes they left." He says as he grabs his notes that he took earlier.
"I already know Peaches and nutmeg's food. So don't worry about that. The cat's, Anise, Marvin's cat right there, loves her food perfectly chopped in small pieces. All equal or similar sizes-or else she won't eat the slightly bigger or smaller pieces. Also, she'll only eat from her purple bowl. God so special..." Jay began to explain. Just reading off of the sheet as he walks to the kitchen. He gently set Tootsie down as he huffs.
Dark listens while staring at the pets. Knowing it's gonna be a difficult time, "Alright...c'mon guys, let's get you some food in you." He says once JJ finished reading. Going to the kitchen to help JJ set the food.
"Let's divide. I'll do Marvin, Henrik's and mine. And you do Jackie's, Chase's, and Anti's." JJ signs before giving Dark the sheet of food for those pets.
Together they worked on getting the food prepared.
Once it was ready, Dark clapped his hands to gather the attention of the creatures, "Foods ready! Pringles, this is yours. Then Tootsie, and here you go tweety. And lastly Tucker." He says as he sets the bowls down and giving Tweety's bowl through the cage.
As he said the names, the animals went over to their bowls to eat.
Jay did the same with the help of Dark. Watching as all the pets ate from their bowls. Dark joined beside JJ, smiling a little, "Well...I'm prepared for the day. How long do we gotta watch them?"
Jay checked his watch, his smile falling, "well...hope you're prepared for another couple hours...they get off at 10pm-"
"Goodness gracious...well let's get to it-it's only 9am..."
Jay let out nervous giggles as he huffs. Going to get the things him and Dark will need. At least he could get to know Dark a little more better now. Watching as Dark sat on the floor and Otto went over with Pringles.
Otto easily laying her head on Dark's lap as Pringles went up his arm and curled around it a bit. Only for some of the other animals go over to also meet Dark.
Jay smiles softly, 'this won't be so bad then.' He thinks as he scoops Nutmeg-who had been head butting his foot. Nutmeg giving JJ kisses on the cheek. Making JJ smile and laugh softly.
Chapter 26: Beautiful reflection.
-Break the cycle-
Audrey’s mind fuzzed before she opened her eyes. A distorted giggle filled her ears. Her eyes revealed that she was sitting on some kind of execution chair. A long table sat in front of her, lost ones with bags over their heads filled the seats at the table.
Cups, candles, cake, and other foods littered the table neatly. The twisted Alice sat the end of the table; she laughed at Audrey. She sat in a large chair.
"Ah, awake at last. I was almost afraid you’d miss my party." The Alice said in a baby voice while pouting. Audrey’s mind still buzzed as she looked around.
"W…what’s going on?" The artist nervously asked. Alice laughed at Audrey before answering.
"Ohh, seems you’re just a little overwhelmed…" the Alice said smiling rather wickedly. Overwhelmed was an understatement, Audrey was horrified. She just wanted to sleep.
"It’s alright…honey~ I understand." The twisted angel said, she didn’t sound genuine. Audrey slightly flushed at the pet name before shaking her head.
"It’s not every day one gets to bask in the glory…of an Angel!" The Alice shouted with passion, she complimented herself.
Audrey took in the Angels appearance. Her halo was practically lodged in her head and it bounced awkwardly as she spoke. The artist wondered if she was even bothered by it. The angels dress obscured her feet, and a white ribbon wrapped around her waist, a bow sprouted from the ribbon. Black gloves covered her hands and one horn was much larger than the other. Half of her face was bubbling and melted, while the other side looked quite normal. Nothing like the Alice’s Audrey had met previously.
"An Angel?" Was all Audrey could spit out, the angel stood up to her full height. Much to Audrey’s surprise, the Angel was so tall, at least seven feet.
"Alice angel, to be exact! That’s who I am, sent from above! Impending perfection!" The Alice praised herself and spun around. She was…quite the actor.
"What do you want." Audrey demanded, swallowing her discomfort. The angel turned to her while making a boop sound before laughing maniacally.
"Ah, right to the chase. I like that~" the tall twisted Alice said while sliding over to Audrey.
"The truth is, honey. You’re one of a kind!" She continued, sliding closer, before being right up to Audrey’s chair.
"And, to put it bluntly…" the angel slammed her hand onto the arm of Audrey’s seat, closing in on the poor animator. The artist leaned back as the angel leaned forward.
"What I want…is your face removed, your skin pealed away like paper, and your insides torn out and tossed onto my table! Custom parts ready for my delicious feast and harvest!" The angel shouted, she basically climbed onto the animators chair, invading her personal space. The girl leaned back as far as she could.
Alice began to slide behind Audrey’s seat; out of view. The artist whipped her head around as Alice appeared on the other side. The angel placed her finger underneath Audrey’s chin, stroking it. The artist immediately pulled away.
Alice let out a demented giggled.
"And with your generous sacrifice…I will be beautiful." As the angel finished, she pet Audrey’s head like she was her child. She stepped down from the animators chair, giving her the space she so desperately wanted.
"But for now, let’s have fun! We have plenty of time for a bloodbath later~!" The angel began to slide away to her seat, Audrey stared on.
The angel swung herself around the lost ones, tapping each of their heads teasingly. "Oo! How about a game? Let’s all play a game of riddles!" Alice said, seemingly to herself, but then her voice switched to the baby one she wore earlier. Like she was a wacky cartoon character.
"Riddles? Oh, what a wonderful idea!" The twisted angel shouted, Audrey clenched her fists. She just wanted to nap that’s all.
"N-no." The artist spat out. Alice almost immediately turned her head in the artist’s direction, with a very angry look. She hummed before approaching Audrey again, the girl leaned back in her seat as the angel towered over her.
"Alright, honey. Here’s the deal." The angel put her hand out in a offering manner before pointing behind her victim.
"Behind you is the door to freedom. But it will only be open if you solve my little puzzle." The angel leaned back and turned around, sliding back to her seat before continuing.
"And return to your special chair. Then, I will pull this heavenly switch here. If you get the puzzle right, you walk away! Get it wrong…you fry. Let’s begin!" Alice cheered, before taking a seat on her throne. She leaned back comfortably.
Audrey didn’t want to play any games with this psycho angel but really she had no choice. So, she stood up. Alice gazed at her as she got clues for the puzzle from lost ones that littered the table. She really didn’t want to fry, and prayed to get the puzzle right.
Once putting in the puzzle, Audrey climbed down and approached the seat that would inflict her doom.
"Don’t be shy, take a seat sweetie~" the angel teased, she was certain the animator had gotten the puzzle wrong.
Audrey took a seat as Alice counted down and pulled the lever, she prepared to be shocked and fried. But luckily for Audrey, the pain didn’t come. She sighed in relief as the lights went dark. The wicked angel screamed and wailed in defeat. Her guests being shocked instead of Audrey.
Once the lights returned, the twisted Alice was no where to be found. The artist acted quickly, rushing out of the party room and finding her GENT pipe on a table outside, she was startled to hear the angels voice, but couldn’t see her.
"I see you there. No one likes a party pooper." The angel said grinding her teeth.
Just then, the lost ones that were once Alice’s party guests, attacked Audrey. The girl had no problem taking them down, she was used to their attacks by now. Signal towers flickered by her, she inserted her weapon to turn them off. For they made her rather dizzy.
Not only did they mute the the Realm Rulers powers, but hers as well.
Once she did that, the animator flowed onto the balcony above, grabbing its ledge and launching herself up. Many Alice cutouts laid about in the next room, as well as posters for her episodes and merchandise.
Suddenly the brick wall ahead shattered, Audrey gasped and ducked down for cover. The angel shouted angrily.
She had a gun now? How fun.
"No one humiliates an Angel!! NO ONE!!!" Alice screamed in anger, Audrey stood completely still with fear. Staring into the barrel of the gun.
"Now hold still, honey! This is gonna hurt!" The angel growled and started to shoot rapidly. The artist acted quickly, dodging into a blind spot as the angel laughed menacingly and manically. Once Audrey was out of view, the shots stopped. She could hear the crazy maniac reloading.
The angel stood tall atop a balcony, scanning the room in search of her victim.
"Where did you go?!" The angel snarled angrily. The artist snuck her way around, trying her hardest to stay out of Alice’s view.
While wandering, Audrey accidentally was caught in the twisted angels vision, she laughed while shooting. Unfortunately for Audrey, Alice was able to shoot the artist twice. The first bullet shot through her arm and the other shot through her shoulder. Of course, she threw herself behind another blind spot in pain.
Alice screamed threats and beckoned Audrey to show herself. Luckily the artist wasn’t spotted again. The angel shouted about how Audrey needs to help her be beautiful and all the things she’d do to Audrey once caught. She also shouted on how the artist reeked of the Ink Demon. Did she hate him too? Did the artist pick up his scent somehow? No matter, the artist rushed forward.
The angel continuously shot at random, startling Audrey. Alice shot part of the roof, causing it to fall and almost squash the artist.
She dodged it luckily. She had to keep moving. Maybe she could sneak behind the angel and banish her.
Eventually, she found her way behind Alice, being sneaky and quiet. When close enough, she launched herself at the angel. But unfortunately, the wicked Alice caught Audrey’s hand and snarled.
"How DARE you try and touch me?! Demon follower!" She growled and accused Audrey of worshipping the Ink Demon, she must’ve reeked of his scent.
Alice slung the artist over the edge, holding her by her sweater. Audrey panicked as her feet dangled.
The angel growled and raised the gun to Audrey’s face, just then the girl let out a gasp and grabbed the guns barrel. The angel lost her footing as Audrey pulled on the tip of the gun, both ladies fell.
Audrey hit the floor with a loud thud, she scrambled to get up. But the angel kicked her back down and stood tall over the her. She didn’t hesitate to cock the gun and point it straight in between Audrey’s eyes.
"Final curtain, baby. Let’s blow them away." The angel growled and put her finger onto the trigger, ready to blow Audrey’s face open. Just then at that moment, a sharp object shot through the twisted angels chest. Both girls stared at the blade in shock.
Alice slowly dropped the gun and gasped before falling into another Alice’s arms. The good Alice. The twisted angel gasped upon seeing the perfect toons face, she reached out in disbelief and gasped.
"My face…you have…my face.." the wicked witch gasped while stroking the toons cheek. The toon angel looked down at her with pity and sorrow, she knew her time was running out.
"It’s our face." She whispered, allowing the wicked angel to touch her perfect reflection. The dying Alice teared up, tears ran down her face.
"Ahh..I’m…beautiful." The twisted reflection gasped out, she wheezed and coughed. Her toon counterpart caressed her cheek.
"Always were." The toon Alice said, her twisted sister gasped. Letting out a long exhale, she passed. Audrey stared, she felt sadness for the wicked angel despite almost being killed by her.
That’s when another Alice, Addison, ran to the toon Alice’s side.
"Poor…Susie." Addison said with a sigh, she wiped her eyes.
The toon set the twisted Alice down before whispering to herself. She then acknowledged Audrey, helping her up.
"Are you alright Audrey?" The angel said, Audrey nodded and thanked the angel for saving her life.
"Alice! I cannot begin to tell you how good it is to see you!" The animator cheered and turned to Addison giving her the same gratitude. A wolf stood next to her hero.
"And this…must be your wolf!" Audrey said waving at the wolf, he waved back.
"Audrey, meet Tom. I assume you already know Addison?" Her hero said, introducing the wolf, Audrey nodded.
"Tom is my protector, my friend."
Tom nodded as Alice finished.
Addison leaned down over the twisted Alice, closing her eyes. The angel then noticed Audrey’s gunshot wounds, she attempted to treat them while she and the other angel toon chatted.
"You three got here just in time! Now I understand why you don’t like being called Alice." Audrey said, Alice nodded before raising her finger.
"The machine creates many of the same forms, at least on the outside. On the inside, we’re all pretty different. That’s why we look…somewhat the same. Especially me and Addison." Alice explained, it made sense…sorta.
"Well, from now on I’m going to call you something other than Alice. It just doesn’t quite suit you…" Audrey said, and began to ponder.
"Oh I know! How about Allison?" The other angel said, turning to her companions for an answer.
Alice thought for a moment before accepting the name. It wasn’t perfect but at least it differed from the name ‘Alice’.
"Okay, I’ll try it out." Allison said with a smile.
"Also, Audrey, what in heavens name are you doing in Wilson’s retreat?!" Allison inquired, Audrey almost cut her off when she shouted.
"Wilson! I almost forgot!" Audrey said, raising her hands, and almost hitting the angel tending to her in the face. She apologized before continuing.
"I-I have to get back right away!" Audrey stood up and walked past the toons, the two angels called for her.
"Audrey, are you crazy?! Wilson’s our enemy!" The two heavenly creatures said simultaneously. Addison ran back to Audrey’s side to finish treating her. The animator winced as she applied alcohol her wounds.
"Do you even know him? Have you ever talked to him?!" Audrey asked, accidentally shouting. Her aggression caused the wolf to step between the two. As if protecting Allison.
"He’s the one who had me locked up…" Addison sighed, while wrapping Audrey’s shoulder. The artist apologized for her sudden aggression, after Wilson had told her about why she’s here. She’s been feeling so bad for him.
"I’ve seen what he’s done. That’s good enough for me. He’s not a good man, Audrey." Allison said, trying her hardest to convince the artist. Audrey sighed before replying.
"Look, it sounds like he has plans to end the Realm Rulers, for good! And…I think he can help us all! I just…I just need to go back and hear him out." The artist said, once she mentioned the Realm Rulers, both angels looked at each other.
"…both Realm Rulers?" Allison asked, Audrey paused and shook her head.
"No…well, you see, the Weeper is actually on our side." Audrey said, tho it sounded like a mumble. She looked up to see Allison’s shocked expression. Addison and Tom also seemed shocked.
"I know I know you told me to stay away from her but…she saved me from the Ink Demon." The artist quickly said which caused Allison to wear a confused expression.
"How…strange." The angel gasped, scratching her head.
"So…can we please leave her out of it?" Audrey asked, she really didn’t wish to harm that creature.
"I’m not sure, Audrey. She’d be furious if we destroy the Ink Demon. For she cares for him… somehow." Allison said, holding her chin.
"Please? Just consider it, she can heal others! She’s really sweet. And I’m sure she’ll be more than happy to help, she told me she wants this place to be as safe as it can be, trust me." The artist pleaded, Allison sighed before answering.
"Well, if that’s true. You’ll both need as much help as you can get. The Ink Demon won’t go down without a fight! Tom, Addison and I will gather some of our friends. Anyone who’s left. Good luck, Audrey." Allison said, patting her shoulder. Audrey nodded and thanked Addison for her care.
"You too, Allison." Audrey said before picking her GENT pipe off the floor.
Addison picked up the gun that twisted Alice dropped before passing, and handed it to Allison, the angel gave addy gave her sword.
Audrey said her final farewells before marching into the hall ahead. She couldn’t help but think about Azael after that conversation. She hopes the little toon escaped the Demon and is working on making her way back to Audrey.
The animator smiled at the thought of her angel companion safe and sound by her side again.
