Tips for therians at school! (not all of this works/applies with all therians and that is perfectly ok.)
Clip a tail on your backpack! I haven’t gotten any harassment for it and it looks like im wearing a tail in my shadow without actually wearing one.
Kintype inspired makeup, ex: brown eyeshadow and eyeliner with some little white dots for an otter therian.
Make kintype/otherkin patches! Ive done this and its so fun.
Have a sketchbook/journal and write/draw your kintypes and alterhuman experiences.
Customize your shoes to have little paws/claws/talons or whatever your kintype has.
Get some kintype stickers and put them on your binder/journals.
Gloves with some kintype patterns or features.
Thats just a few, feel free to add any!

your kintype, theriotype, hearttype, whatevertype, etc. (for easily google-able things like general species or characters; do the below if you have a specific design)
if applicable, visual reference material of your ideal self (ref sheets, stock art drawovers, anything really. for generic species/character appearances, do the above)

A couple of ideas for alterhumans to help connect to your kintypes!
(pt: a couple of ideas for alterhumans to help connect to your kintypes! end pt) long post ahead :p these dont have any specific kintype in mind, so this applies to pretty much anybody! 1. Research more about your kintype! learning cool stuff is actually pretty fun, the more you learn about your kintype (whether that be from a book, a informational video, or a website) the more you'll learn about yourself and therefore you can connect to your kintype better 2. Eat some food that reminds you of your kintype! we all gotta eat in order to live, so you might as well eat something you enjoy and your kintype enjoys! you could eat some foods your kintype eats (ex: sushi if your kintype is piscivorous) or you could eat some foods that remind you of your kintype's habitat. make sure what your eating is safe and also be safe if you have any allergies and/or dietary restrictions! 3. Decorate your room/den to remind you of your kintype's habitat! there's many ways you can do this! if you have colored light strips you can change it to a color of your habitat, you can collect items that you associate with your kintype (this is also great if your dragonkin or another kintype that enjoys hoarding things!) you can get candles or air freshener that smells like a habitat to use in your room, and you can even print out some pictures that remind you of your kintype to put on your wall! theres many more too 4. play! many species of animals learn about how to survive by playing, so this can be good to connect with your kintype can be fun and euphoric! you can run around if your caninekin, headbutt stuff if your goatkin (please be really careful and dont headbutt any hard items i dont want anybody to get a concussion D:), playfight with your fellow kin friends if your...well...a lot of animals really, or pounce on stuff if your felinekin! but play dosent have to be physical all the time! you can also play video games with your kintype, rp online as your kintype, or if your a fan on DnD you can play dnd as a race that is or is similar to your kintype! 5. dress like your kintype! -im pretty sure you all know gear is quite popular in the alterhuman community, but along with that you can tailor your clothing style (pun intended) to match your kintype's appearence! i like to dress with bright colors and ocean themed accescories to match my tropical sea monster kintype. another example is that lets say if your polarbearkin you can dress in fluffy and warm clothing with white and blue colors. but also take the tempature into mind, i dont think you'd wanna dress like a polar bear when its 120 degrees out lol other things you can do: -make a pinterest board and put images that remind you of your kintype! (heres mine if you want a example) -draw your kintype, or make a kinsona/fursona to represent yourself -listen to some music! believe it or not spotify has a official otherkin mix that you can listen to, its pretty good! -watch shows or documentaries about your kintype -go to a zoo with your kintype -go to a place your kintype would live if you can (ex: the beach if your orcakin, or the mountains if your snowleopardkin) and yea! i hope this helps some folks out! theres many more ways to connect with your kintype including many posts that are focused on a particular species, so i'd recomend doing some research here! :D

Therian journalling prompts/ideas
make up or learn a secret cypher (i use an altered version of greenrune), find the coolest looking journal you can or make one yourself, and write everything you want, your secrets, your dreams, your therian experiences all without having to worry someone will read it. seriously. it's incredibly freeing!
doodle and describe how you feel yourself. a human? an animal? a mix? do you see an animal on two paws, or perhaps a human on all fours? get as creative with this as you want
make a scrapbooking spread. make it messy or neat, all to your preferences. add everything you possibly can think of in there that reminds you of your kintype, be it dried plants, colored paper, pictures of nature, or maybe even scraps of fabric. draw the paw/feet/similar identifying trait of your theriotype over it all. make it yours
do you have any gear, or want any? why or why not? delve into that thought, and see where your mind takes you. it's always alright to get off track
dedicate a page or two to your theriotype(s), with information you know, things that remind you of them, perhaps add images or drawing of the, as well.
what was the best/most fun shift you've ever had? why? what caused it? try to replicate it and see how it goes!
do you like to/want to do quads? make a tracker for what days you try, and keep notes of what you do well and what you need to practice more!
in similar suit, track your shifts, along with what kind of shift it was, what animal you were, what you believe triggered it, and how long it lasted. it can help you learn more about what kind of shifts are typical for you, and predict shifts a little more
territory. do you have any? do you remember any from animalistic memories? would you like some? plan ahead! scout out areas nearby, print pictures of it, and draw over areas you'd like to create. think that mound might look nice with a den right next to it? want to have a quads obstacle course? maybe an area where you can sit and do homework or relax? note all the ideas down, plan how you'll mark your territory, and draw any elaborate plans you may have!
list a few meal ideas for yourself that work with your theriotypes! if you make them, write about how they tasted!

some fun therian stuff to do
journaling or scrapbooking about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences as a therian. lmk if you want me to make a post going more in depth abt this
yarn tails!! their are many ways to do this, i like to look for tutorials on pinterest
decorate old clothing you don't use anymore with stuff that reminds you of your kin type. ex: i like to distress old clothes and use fabric paint or markers to add stuff such as pawprints, sketches resembling canines, canine puns, etc. i can also go more in depth if you want
make arm warmers with toe beans! there are plenty of tutorials for arm warmers made from socks and sweater sleeves, i suggest following those. for the toe beans you could simply draw them on or paint them using fabric markers or paint. a sharpie might work too. or!! you could use stuffing and some extra fabric to make 3d toe beans. also foam! lmk if you want more ideas for the toe beans or a tutorial on how i do it
decorate your collars! add pins, patches, charms, etc
decorate your food bowl using paint
sew simple fabric ears or clip on ears to a hoodie
go for walks in areas that remind you of your element and identify the plants and creatures around. i like to use books and apps for this
make nature potions! get mason jars and just have fun adding various stuff such as grass, rocks, mud, etc.
make embroidery bracelets or kandi bracelets! add little charms or lettering to them centered around therian stuff. i have some kandi bracelets that say stuff such as "woof" on them :) i also make embroidery bracelets with colors reminding me of my kintypes and element
make a kandi collar!!
decorate a simple backpack with markers!! add some fabric ears at the top or add a little yarn tail. i also love to make patches and pins :) charms are fun as well. just go ham!
paint or sketch pictures of your kintype(s). how you imagine yourself looking, etc.

Random thought that came to me after watching Strange Æons video on reality shifting the other day (hard recommend that video, absolutely fascinating insight into internet communities and belief).
I'm not in any Endogenic plural spaces cause I just don't relate to what's being said but I get the impression from the outside that it's very uncritically inclusive of experiences. Like, if you say you're plural then your experiences are plural even if that same experience could be quite common with singlets. Like for instance how pwADHD can have multiple trains of thought at the same time and mask differently in different social situations but would just say it's ADHD not that they're plural, but they totally could say they're plural and that would be fine with the community or even suggest that the ADHD singlet person is plural and just in denial or socially conditioned to think they're a singlet, right?
Whereas in other communities there seem to be much stronger attempts to draw lines around themselves to distinguish their experiences from those outside it. For instance the Therian community make attempts to differentiate having a theriotype or a kintype, with community made criteria like "shifting" being a requirement in some spaces.
In Reality Shifting Æons highlights discourse in the community between really accessing your desired reality or just lucid dreaming/daydreaming or the idea of having a "clone" that can deal with daily tasks while you spend time in your DR which many think is impossible.
Or another thing would be like pointing out that one kind of experience isn't enough, like "just because you have social anxiety doesn't mean you have autism, you need to have sensory issues and difficulty communicating and like trains as well" or whatever
Am I right in thinking this isn't a thing in Endogenic spaces? Or does it go on and I just haven't seen it? Like I imagine the whole anti endo thing is a good enough reason for it not to happen, you don't need it coming from inside the house as well as outside but then transmed communities exist, is there truendo? Is that a thing?

Step-by-step manifesting a kintype for fun!
(Otherlinking)
Read time (10-15 min)
Methodology:
It is heavily recommended you follow the process order as follows:
Research
Meditation
Hypnosis
Be sure to remind yourself that you can do this cycle multiple times in order to gain a stronger connection. Be aware that this involves hypnosis which is a powerful tool and something that can pose legitimate risk to some people (see FAQ for clarification)
Process:
-Research-
To start off this journey begin with learning more about your kintype. You should watch videos, documentaries, read the wikipedia page, read essays, conservation efforts. Truly become knowledgable with this animal and learn its in's and outs. From there go into specifics. Study anatomy, behavior and environment. Learn about how their body works and why. What diseases they can carry and pass on. What sort of behavior they exhibit. How do they socialize? Do they create roles of systems? Are there politics?
Once you've done a decent amount of research begin drawing connection's between you and the target kintype. Start with basic stuff like "they're black and I like the color black" and build up to more advanced connections like "they have a matriarchal society, I specifically like the role of female 2nd in command best as it reflects my day to day role in life"
If you cant gather a lot of connections you may need to make a bridge kintype first something more familiar to you, then once comfortable branching out farther. For example if your target kintype is a crawfish and your current kintype is a horse. A bridge kintype may be something semi aquatic like a beaver or salamander.
Once you feel comfortable with that kintype you can extend yourself farther to your target kintype. It may take some patience to get there but everything comes with time and dedication.
Now that you know a decent amount about your kintype it's time to dig deeper!
-Meditation-
Meditation can be done through some scripts i'll drop below. (Also a type of self hypnosis just not as intense as an fyi)
If you're new to meditation I would start with learning how to clear your mind. This alone can take weeks of work if you've never done it before. Essentially the goal is to relax so much you are able to wipe away your thoughts that typically run through your mind. Your inner thoughts and monologue should be silent through your will as an end goal. People with ADHD will have a harder time but Its still possible.
Clearing your mind:
Pick a comfortable place to lay down. Close your eyes. Take some deep breathes. Feel your body relax slowly. This meditation is a game of attrition so be ready for patience. Notice the thoughts in your mind and step away from them. Try to watch them from a detached point of view. The ability to hear them but not so close. Slowly pull yourself farther and farther away from them. Let them stay behind you as you drift off. This may be easy for only a moment but you may feel them come back. Don't be discouraged each time you practice you'll be able to keep the thoughts tamped down for longer and longer. Practice this until you're able to hold a strong silence in your mind for at least 15 minutes. This will be good practice for what's to come.
The path:
Pick a comfortable place to sit or lay down. Choose an area your able to feel safe in and do any rituals or habits you may need to do in order to feel completely safe or relaxed. This could be lighting a candle, locking your door, listening to music, cleaning your space ect... once you feel relaxed sit down.
You'll want to practice this a few times with your eyes open to understand what to imagine as you read. Once you understand the hang of the script close your eyes and envision it fully.
You are in your hearthome. The place you hold truly dear to you. Your in your chosen form and can look around to fully take in what's around you. You'll notice a path ahead. Walk through it.
Each step as you walk focus on one sense. sight, what do you see? What's in front of you? Whats to your sides? Next is smell, what do you smell as you travel along the path? Is it humid? Is it windy? Then hear, what can you hear? How do your foot falls sound? What do you hear in your hearthome? Then touch, how does the path feel? How does your form feel? Can you feel your true body?
As you become familiar with your senses let them grow stronger as you travel down the path. When they become very strong let the intensity fully relax you. Get lost in the world around you as you discover this place. As you begin to get more enveloped in your world focus on your instincts and follow them in your mind. Do what your heart desires in this place. In this world there is no consequence for being what you are you can do whatever you want.
when you feel satisfied return to the path and walk back towards the way you came. Each step bringing you slowly back to the physical world. Each step intertwining what you've learned about yourself back to your physical body. Once you return to where you started you'll be grounded again and able to do whatever you need in your day to day.
Familiarization:
Once you become familiar with the script above you can stretch your muscles so to speak with a few more scripts below. This is practice in widening your scope of focus and ability to adapt and change.
Bring yourself to your hearthome like you have before and bring yourself down fully. Once your relaxed and ready imagine a new place that isn't your hearthome. It may be something like a different ecosystem, a grocery store, a bouncy castle. Whatever strikes your fancy.
Here you'll take a moment to explore this new area and note all the ways your kintype may interact with this new space. Be sure to stay positive even if the environment feels unnatural at first. Notice as time goes on how you begin to adapt to the environment. Do you walk a little differently? Do your eyes adjust to the new light? Getting used to these changes is key. Noticing them is important. Once you feel comfortable in this new space explore it further and interact with it.
Once you feel tired you can head back from the way you came again. Leading back to your hearthome then back to the physical world.
Body morphing:
Bringing yourself down again you'll want to focus on your forms body. Try to change the size of yourself. Give yourself feathers. Maybe claws. Maybe become softer or smaller. Notice the differences and what parts may be difficult for you to note down later. Once you feel done return to your normal form.
-Hypnosis-
For hypnosis, I would recommend doing the first script once for the first time you drop yourself and try to not do it again (unless you feel it is really necessary) the second script is more so a reinforcer which is made to cement a new kintype into place. (I used this one the most) a third script is relatively simple to tie loose ends you may have after a roughly 4-5 month process. (for me, year long process so far)
First script:
At this stage your now in-tune with this animal and basically roleplay as it often. You may not feel as though it's fully you yet and need to cement this identity further. I would suggest mastering the two above steps. Being able to seamlessly go through "the path" meditation and having done enough research to info dump around 2 pages of content to someone if they asked. (Not a strict standard, just my recommendation. You want a very solid foundation which can take time but is worth it)
At this point (I hope) through mediation and research you can see some stronger connections that may have developed or become more aware of. Using "the path" meditation bring yourself to the same trail this time with the intention of becoming the target kintype. As you walk forward think of those new stronger connections. Imagine yourself turning into that animal slowly as you draw on those connections.
Remind yourself how good it feels to be this kintype. How this aspect of you is growing and your nurturing it. Knowing you are fully in control and able to make this commitment to a new sense of self. Imagine imagery that represents you and this kintype meshing. What that looks like. What you look like as this kintype.
Feel your instincts shift over. Drawing on your previous experience of familiarization and body morphing imagine your body changing as your perception changes into something new. You are not "shifting" but becoming yourself. Something you want to be. Something you always have been but never got a chance to express it.
Let that freedom sink in that you are now closer to understanding yourself. That you are free and can stop anytime you want. When your done morphing you can feel something in your core locking into place. Listen to yourself and answer any questions you may have about this new form. Deicide if it's truly for you. If so push yourself deeper into the feeling of your new kintype and feel it sink into you permanently.
As if a new aspect of you has taken root. You can wake up as your kintype. Your the same person you always have been but now with a new facet to explore the world with.
Second script:
Bring yourself to a state of deep relaxation and meditation. Imagine you (in your target form) in your desired hearthome. Explore similarly like you did in "the path". While noticing the connections you made previously to this new kintype. Praise them and even show them off in this world. (Ex: i am a good hunter, so hunt!) do this at least once a week! Practice makes perfect.
Third script:
For tying loose ends. Figure out what may feel missing and bring yourself back into a meditative state. Line up the problems and conflicts and look for possible solutions. Some conflicts may be issues with ego, self esteem, anger issues, disconnect, ect... Experiment with a few solutions such as "i dont think im cool enough to be x" perhaps challenge it with compassion and understanding. See yourself as an adult helping a child. Listen to yourself honestly and kindly. Give yourself support and offer solutions of kind words.
Once every question that can be solved is solved you can wake up. The desired effect will be a greater confidence in your identity. You may need to repeat this script a few times as well.

Practice makes perfect!
FAQ will be posted when people ask me questions. (This will be a growing collection)
Repeating this entire process will make connections much stronger even if you already mastered all of the steps. The act of repeating alone is very powerful.
FAQ:
How do you Choose a target type? -
whatever you want tbh the sky is the limit. If your like "that seems fun why not" and feel ready to commit your time to it then sure!
Are there any other Meditation and hypno techniques?-
this could probably be expanded further into a collection of hypnosis scripts and meditations but the ones i listed are a solid foundation. I would focus more on specalizations if i made more hypnosis like tying an identity to a trauma (in a healing way) or spiritually connecting with an identity (rituals)
Should I do any External stuff to?- i would recommend expressing your new kintype in anyways you see fit. For me i made a grackle statue and drew them a lot along with trying to do vocals and eating garbage so go nuts.
What would be a good outcome? Ideally you feel connected to a kintype you never felt connected to or wanted to feel connection but felt it was being stumped by something.
Do you think this would impact different Nerodivergencies? Yes!
‼️Systems are more at risk of creating full blown alters instead of a kintype!‼️
‼️Clinical lycanthropes will be prone to integrating a kintype into a delusion or developing new delusions. This process can also de-stabilize reliable and predicable delusions‼️
ADHD will probably struggle a lot with this technique and will probably need to do something external or multiple steps at once to feel stimulated
Autism should be fine? Same with cluster B disorders
Most noteably systems should take the most care to try this method because its **hypnosis** which is something systems are extremely prone to since they have an innate ability to dissociate easily. This can mean your brain can take the scripts "to far" and manifest something completely out of your control
If your a system and still want to do it id say go ahead but be aware of the risks. Taking breaks or taking the process very slow to make sure your stable may be the best course of action.

i vagguelly knew abt otherkin stuff beforehand but that was like. very vague and more in the lense of "eww cringe" bc that was all that was talked abt it
fast forward to me being 16 or so (maybe 17?) and i decide that today on www.tumblr.com im gonna go through the werewolf tag, and between all the art and poems abt werewolves i view a few werewolfkin posts and i go "huh.. thats interesting" bc i only vaguely heard of it but never really looked into it
so i dip my toes into it, and fall into the lake completely, and now im here
from which i will give some advice:
disclaimer: most of this advice comes from a psychological kin perspective, for spiritual stuff i can gather some info if you ask me but overall im not spiritual kin
1: sometimes the answer is not too clear, being alterhuman can stem from many reasons and overlap with many other things, furryness, autism, psychosis, spiritual beliefs, familiarity and importance to an animal or myth, a lot can play into it! for some beings, the experiences are very separate from each other, for others, they may cause each other or be linked or overlap, it can all depend and change around, so dont stress too much on whats what, but if you wish, you can play around and see what belongs to what, ive had the fact im a furry sometimes overlap with the fact im otherkin, and even fuel each other, but i still see them as separate identities, its all a big complicated soup. and i will say to just fuck around and see what labels you see fit
figuring out your kintype can take a while, and its not uncommon that what you first consider to be your kintype may not be the one that you actually feel you are. for example my first through upon discovering kin stuff was that i may be a cat, ive loved cats since i was practically born, ive always wanted to be a cat and themed myself around cats, hell my fursona is a cat! turns out im not one, ive tried and figured stuff out and experimented and well a cat just wasnt it. from this i'd just say to explore different animals or mythic beasts or types of robot etc etc
from that, what has helped me personally to figure out kintype stuff is to see what you desire feel and act, what kind of environment do you crave for? forests? mountains? deserts? theres a lot! what do you wish your body looked like? everyone talks about wanting claws and fangs and such but really think about it, what do you want for your body? what would make you happier? what would make you see your body more as your true self? any particular diet you have or wish to have? any behaviors you've derived from a being? maybe you hiss maybe you bark maybe you knead. do you feel limbs that arent there? such as ears? tails? horns? just look around outside and inside to see what you crave what you do what you want and such
one thing that i did while trying to figure out kin stuff was to just. draw how i view myself in my mind, and not concentrate on design or what i like and dislike on character designs, just like, draw what comes to mind on an "ideal body", you shift around features from the vague idea of who you are in your mind, draw different tails draw different snouts draw different body shapes, and see what fits and sticks, sometimes you can land on yes "thats exactly me", sometimes you can land on "its a vague idea of me but can aid me in figuring it out". thats kinda how it lead to me figuring out im primatekin, i had multiple different attempts and sketches of what i think i look like in my mind, and i just kept going until much trial and error later i found something. it went from "humanoid?" to "halfly animal-like" to "has a long tail" to "small and expressive" and eventually to a primate! (and thats how my mizamonkey design came to be QSHFHD). again for some this may bring a concrete design while to others it may be just a vague guide, not every tip works for everyone.
despite a few points ago where i stated that being obsessed with an animal or myth doesnt always equal to it being your kintype, it sometimes can be! and its sometimes how kintypes can originate to people (if we're taking the psychological otherkin route, this doesnt work too well with spiritual otherkin). sometimes youre just so obsessed and interested with an animal or myth or fiction trope that your brain kinda, adopts it for your identity. this is what happened to me for werewolves, since i was a wee lad ive been OBSESSED with werewolves and i read about them and drew about them and made stories about them that my brain has seemingly just. grabbed it and went "thats you". so look into your childhood or current state of living and see what animals and beings and such you connect with! again just as a few points ago, it doesnt always mean its your kintype, but it can be!
being alterhuman is different for everyone, i sometimes still think of this message i saw ages ago that went "ask 10 therians what being a therian means for them, and you get 11 different answers", so just because this otherkin experiences xyz, doesnt mean everyone does, and vice versa! i used to have a lot of stress about this bc i felt like i was a faker bc i didnt experience like others but after a while i managed to mellow out on it and its making me feel better!
related to that i would be careful about the resources you seek out bc from my experience seeking out resources has been a very 50/50, some tips and advice is great! while others are just why would you follow that. use your critical mind and see what suits you and what helps you.
this is more a personal opinion but i feel like the whole "choosing your kintype" debacle doesnt have a correct and concrete answer. to me if you were to just choose whatever kintype you want it may not actually be the kintype you feel like you are. i would absolutely choose to be a wolverine if i could! but it just doesnt align with my kintype and i cant force it as my kintype even if i tried. i would say that you can "try out" kintypes to see if it fits, its all about experimenting after all. its just that for most, its not as easy as pick and choose. its mainly bc your freely chosen kintype may just not be who you are, if you wanna choose a kintype either way, the community has adopted the term "copinglink" for such. for most alterhumans they did not choose their kintype. again its about trial and error
overall its going to be a lot of trial and error to figure stuff out. it took me 2 years to finally land on my proper kintypes! you may find kintypes and you may drop them. you may find yourself to not be otherkin after all! if you want more personal tips and questions you can message me here or on discord! I do not know much about Otherkin or Alterhuman, but I am here now. I have not confirmed anything, but I do not deem labels a necessity. Some things don't need sense, they just need to be.

Prompt: What are your feelings on (neomata)? + an aside on shifts and shifting
Neomata to me, after looking up what it meant, is definitely the most important thing to me for my identities. Without them I don't think I'd find any point or purpose in even saying I feel these identities or have any real connection to these concepts. For the most part, there's a few things that don't fall under that but like 80%? Yeah, without neomata I'd have no reason or feeling to think it's important or worth acknowledging.
I can easily see other people not having the same feeling towards them; even finding no real importance to them but for me I can't really say I have any strong feelings towards my identities without the inherent knowledge I have around them and what I unlock over time.
Mostly I think the importance lies solely in the fact I don't experience 'shifts' or phantom experiences. Because of that, I don't have anything that directly links any connections between me and these identities, beyond this knowledge that I feel inherently is knowledge of my experiences or life or inherently just being.
I never feel like I am suddenly more one in 'the mind' of one identity than another. I can sure feel more one kintype than another, or closer to a heartype than another; but it's not as shifting is described. It's more like similar to the mood of wanting to play one video game over another. Finding yourself really up to writing after a long time of being disinterested. There's no real mindset change just 'oh I think I'm more up for that right now'.
It's something I feel like people outside of me can look at and go 'yeah that's shifting' but I never once related to or connected to anything on shifting I read. The definitions themselves directly don't sound like what I'm experiencing.
Instead it's more to me like, as I find these bits of my identity, I'm always them. There's no change in that. It's just sometimes I'm more 'in the mood' to acknowledge that aspect of myself more. Like someone wanting to invest more time in their writing some days, and other days maybe wanting to be more into their drawing, or maybe this is the day they want to work out instead. Those are all hobbies the person has but they don't always put effort towards them at any time? No idea how good of an analogy that is.
Basically since I never feel like I'm looking through the word through a specific identities eyes, I can easily start to push them away from myself as maybe being too into an oc, or maybe having an imagination; but when that neoamata hits and reminds me of how much it feels like knowledge of apart of me; I can't just push that away. That feels like removing apart of myself not just some oc. Just then it turns into that oc is a way for me to interact with apart of myself but a bit separately. Or the imagination is me reliving or trying to even learn more about myself I haven't found yet. Like trying to fill in the pieces.
no idea if anything there makes sense from an outside perspective but I damn well tried.
