I'm trying to include more time stretching, yoga, isometric and mat time into my workouts, I honestly just feel better when I do them. I've also noticed I'm not as limber or flexible as I was when I was younger.
All that ofcourse calls for treating myself to a King Bee smoothie... A-Maz-Zing as usual. Just enough "sweet" to make it seem like a treat while still being good for me!
