audhd. first of all. hardly even a headcanon but its everything to me. my basis. my bread and butter.

he wants to have long emo rocker hair but keeps cutting it because he's scared of changing too much

constantly forgets to put in his piercings so its a 50/50 shot you'll actually see him with them

he's way more picky about music than you'd think, while still somehow shrugging and sayin he doesn't know his favorite genre he just likes music

he likes ska :3 he listens to a lot of the same music stan does, but he personally likes ska stuff.

Adding a snow visualizer to the media server this morning. Prototyping the effect on GPX meant that I mostly just ported the code over, only really had to modify it to make it more responsive to the music. I'm not sure I'm fully satisfied with it yet, opacity, flake thickness, and step speed (the amount by which the particle can change it's own speed) are all linked directly to the frequency pulled off the audio analyzer. It looks pretty nice for songs that spend most of their time relatively quite, but on loud/fast songs you lose a lot of the subtlety.

Y'all, these are not "windows shortcuts". Ctrl+home and ctrl+end are, yeah, but the rest are all very standard shortcuts across all major operating systems. ctrl+x/c/v/z were originally created by Apple (as apple+x/c/v/z and later cmd+x/c/v/z) in the 1980s and brought to Windows in the early-mid 90s. Windows-specific keyboard shortcuts would be things like ctrl+alt+delete or anything including the Windows key. All the ctrl+<a single letter> commands here are The Standard Shortcuts for any computer that uses a keyboard today. The Windows elitism is unnecessary and not even accurate. If you want to make fun of Mac, there are ways to do it, but this is not it.

That said, I did pick ctrl+a because I love me my mass highlighter.

just a couple of weeks ago i discovered that on windows you can move cursor left or right by one word using

ctrl + left arrow / right arrow

basically anywhere and if you add shift into the mix, you can select large chunks of text pretty quickly! i honestly feel like this has changed my life on a deeply profound level. how didn't i know something so simple yet useful before?
