Love ya! 🤭🫶🏼
part 2!
You’ve been working with Katsuki Bakugo, aka, the more professional word, “Dynamight” for a few months now. As his pretty little assistant, you have to deal with his bull shitting, make meetings for him, make meeting PLANS with other pro heros, schedule trips for him and his little bitch of a girlfriend, Kira. God you fucking hate her. You don’t really wanna admit that you have a big crush on Dynamight, but only your diary knows that information. But, you get why he chose her. She has the perfect long black silk hair that hangs out with her ass, glossy lips, pretty dark green eyes, slim hourglass figure, and perfect pale skin. But, you also don’t know why the fuck he chose her, because all she does on her free time is spend Bakugos money on stuff she wants. You’re also pretty positive she spent some of his money on a fucking boob job.
You come home to your cute apartment to your cat Loki, stretching on your leg begging to be carried and snuggle up with his favorite human in the world. If you’re feeling in the mood, you’d pick him up and put him on the little bed by the window where he spends most of his time sleeping, when  you two get up, sleeping when you’re getting ready for work, and sleeping when you’re at work.
Anyways, you’re in the mood to just sit in your bed, legs spread wide, with your box of toys next to you. head propped up on some pillows while your vibration toy is on your puffy sensitive clit thinking of Bakugo pushing his redish pink angry head through your sensitive folds while you’re moaning his name.
“F-fuck..! C-cant.. f-fucking take i-it! Bak- mh~ Bakugo!” You moan. The white bed sheets turning a light shade of grey.
You take a look down in between your legs to see what just happened. You’ve never squirted before? Usually your clit would just throb. You swipe off hair from your forehead when you hear your phone ringing.
You scramble out of the bed to get to your phone which was across the room.
:caller ID; Dynamight🧡💥:
“Shit!” You whisper yell as you tried to swipe answer.
“Hello? y/n speaking,” you say trying to sound professional and calm since you just fucking squirted.
“Fuckin know who you are.” Bakugo grumbles.
“Sorr-“ Bakugo cuts you off.
“Need ya to schedule a hotel for me and you. Got a fuckin mission in Tokyo and ya need to come with.” He says with an annoyed voice.
“I-“ you get cut off again, but with a girls voice.
“Katsuki! I need more laced bras! Ugh, you’re so cheap! Gimme your card now! And who the fuck are you on call with? Trynna cheat on me while I’m in the same fucking room as you right now?!??”
You’re guessing that’s Kira. God she’s annoying. She’s obviously a fucking gold digger out for his fame and money. You’d be so much better to him unlike his bratty girlfriend.
“I’m on the fuckin phone with my damn assistant brat! I don’t give two fucks if ya need laced ass bras! Leave me the fuck alone woman!” Bakugo yells.
“Make the fuckin reservations tonight.” The last sentence he said before hanging up.

with your auto workshop at risk of closing down, your best friend offers to introduce you to people who are definitely in need of your high quality services: underground street racers of blue lock, whose obsessions are winning the races. however, your arrival at the track makes them think otherwise.
✧ 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠. kira ryosuke, isagi yoichi, bachira meguru, chigiri hyoma, kunigami rensuke, barou shouei, niko ikki, mikage reo, & nagi seishiro x gn!reader

Tumblr media
𝐤𝐢𝐫𝐚 𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐬𝐮𝐤𝐞. the jewel. he has been your best friend since diapers, as well as your soulmate, partner-in-crime, ride or die, and a lot of other things referring to him as your other half. as your best friend, he hates to see you unhappy. for instance, recently, he tells you that he knows people who will gladly pay you a generous amount to fix their cars, risking your safety because it’s blue lock of all things. it’s not easy to turn him down, so you agree to meet your new potential customers at the track underground despite the consequences. the likes of you rarely come to blue lock so it’s natural to have everyone wary of your arrival, which he warns you to stay close to him.
𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐢 𝐲𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐢. the heart. he’s relatively new to blue lock, but is already very popular among the audience for the freshness he brings to the atmosphere, which most of the older racers lack. ryosuke’s his first friend, so at least there’s someone other than your partner who you can trust. you’re in his care while ryosuke checks in with the rest of his team, and he decides to give you a tour of blue lock to keep you entertained. he’s sweet and kind, asking you if you want water and if you feel alright because racers have been staring at you since you arrived. before he can say more, an uproar booms, caused by a racer standing proudly on his car with paint all over his body.
𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐚 𝐦𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐫𝐮. the monster. he loves decorating, especially his car which explains the spray paint, but is terrible at being an artist. on the surface, he seems playful and cheerful, performing some sort of gymnastics routine through the crowd to isagi and greets him with pinches and stretches on his cheeks. however, his gaze tells a whole other story. he’s dangerous, with the possibility that he can beat up the entire venue with his spray paint bottles. jokes aside, he’s made a strong first impression, and it seems like he feels the same when he’s up at your face, studying you intensely. that earns him a flick on the forehead from a red-haired boy who’s too pretty to be true.
𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐫𝐢 𝐡𝐲𝐨𝐦𝐚. the surge. he’s the fastest racer in blue lock, securing every victory at the speed of light. also known as its “princess”, but he doesn’t seem too fond of that moniker. as he approaches bachira to scold him for always scaring newcomers, his beauty is so unreal that you don’t even realize you’ve been staring at him until he tells you to stop and that you’re turning into bachira. in all seriousness, he apologizes for teammate’s antics, justifying that he acts like that before a highly anticipated race. he’s out due to a leg injury and has a teammate helping him to stay in shape: a bulky racer with orange spiky hair who you first see at the team garage.
𝐤𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐦𝐢 𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐤𝐞. the hero. he’s the strongest racer in blue lock in terms of endurance, outlasting everyone in those types of races. the de facto leader of team z, he acts as an older brother to them as he’s very protective and solves issues in a civil manner, which balances out his hot-blooded personality. he’s more than thrilled to have you as blue lock’s business partner, but first things first, as ryosuke has matters to take care of, he’s asked on his behalf to take you home. you thank him for the ride and being nice to you. embarrassed, he says he’ll see you at the race before zooming away.
𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐞𝐢. the king. he’s the leader of team y, the racer ryosuke’s been complaining about ever since he came back to your shop the day after your first time to blue lock. based on his description, he’s selfish and arrogant, claiming that the venue is his throne, and also that he’ll be one of the competitors in the upcoming race. ryosuke advises you to refuse him if he visits. after all, you have that right; but out of goodwill, you won’t. sometimes you wish you don’t mean the things that you’ve said because you disliked him upon the first verbal exchange. he had the audacity to tell you you’re his when he wins. you’ll follow ryosuke’s advice for sure when this guy comes.
𝐧𝐢𝐤𝐨 𝐢𝐤𝐤𝐢. the sentry. he’s the youngest member of blue lock and the only non-racer. instead, he has sharp eyesight for alerting everyone when the police are near. he’s seen your little exchange with barou, so he decides to talk to you about him. not only is his ability useful for avoiding trouble with the law, he can analyze hand movements and facial expressions, whether they’re genuine or not. barou rarely says that to anyone, meaning he’s not an exception to be captivated by you. this boy admits you’re one of the people he admires due to your mechanical expertise. as he had said, him and barou aren’t the only ones; a fan favorite’s waiting to be graced by your presence.
𝐦𝐢𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐨. the heir. he’s the leader as well as the second-best racer of team v. he considers ryosuke to be one of the best racers in blue lock, besides his best friend nagi of course, which is what he’ll use during his negotiations with you. a master at that developed by his upbringing, they worked on the majority of his teammates, earning their respect, so he hopes that you’ll find his terms reasonable and work for him. but what he doesn’t expect is you playing hard to get. you think a pretty rich boy like him deserves a wild goose chase for shits and giggles, but in fact, it makes his pursuit very exhilarating like his races. nagi thinks that what he’s doing is a waste of time.
𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐢 𝐬𝐞𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐨. the genius. he’s the best racer of team v and is ranked sixth of the top six racers of blue lock. most people would be happy about their achievements, but he doesn’t care as they’re essentially reo’s efforts. all he cares about are his video games and his cactus, until you arrived. he’s interested in attempting to impress you, with “attempt” being the keyword. but reo does all his work once again by introducing him to you as his most prized possession. you may not believe it because of his lazy disposition, but reo promises that you’ll see his full potential in the upcoming race. someone else who he doesn’t find to be a bother, he hopes to see you more often.

What’s your most unpopular DN opinion? (It can be about canon, fanon the fandom)
I don’t even know if you are still around anon, but I promised you an answer, and here it is. Unpopular opinion time! And here’s a really unpopular one: I wish Wammy’s wouldn’t exist and Ohba went in a different direction after L’s death.
I’m probably almost the only one with this opinion. I know many people love the Wammy kids, and I want to make this clear, this is not necessarily about the characters from Wammy’s. I appreciate them, some more, others less. However, you can like a character and still think the story would have been better without them.
First, a few points on why I don’t like the introduction of Wammy’s.
One thing I enjoyed a lot about DN up to L’s death is the lack of overused tropes. For example, DN isn’t L’s story despite him fitting more into the good guy role, L isn’t portrayed as a hero, Light isn’t portrayed as a villain, Misa isn’t the innocent victim who was dragged into this, and neither L nor Light is the chosen one(s), main characters don’t have an extremely outstanding design, and so on. Wammy’s changes this partially. There must be people, qualified ones included, in the entire world that have reasons why they want to stop Kira, but all of Kira’s antagonists originate from the same place – Wammy’s. That’s pretty much the secret-intuition-that-protects-the-world-from-evil trope. It also falls into the chosen one trope because only L’s successors are apparently good enough to put an end to Kira. Also, Near has a rather outstanding design. Having white hair isn’t impossible, but highly unlikely. In addition, he looks like 12 despite being 18 and always wears fucking pajamas instead of normal clothes. Mello has a somewhat outstanding design too, but it’s more the way the dresses. I won’t complain too much about it. Still, compare this to Team Kira’s new additions. Mikami’s and Takada’s designs are way more grounded.
Another trope I find annoying is linking everything to the same two or three people. Every important character that is introduced later in the series has a connection to one of the original main characters (being related, childhood friends, same former mentor, …). In my opinion, that’s just a cheap way to give a new character credit without them doing anything and make them more popular among fans. If the character is well-written enough, things like that are not necessary. Ohba goes hard for this trope with Wammy’s: Near, Mello, and even fucking Matt are all L’s successors, so they have a direct link to him. And, while it’s just a spinoff, and how canon it is is debatable, even the BB murder case goes back to L and Wammy’s. (I know AN wasn’t written by Ohba, but it fits the pattern.) Compare this to Light’s allies. Most Kiras had no previous connection to Light before meeting him. The only exception is Kiyomi after the time skip. In Misa’s case, Kira gave her the revenge she wanted. However, she’s likely still one of many with similar stories. She didn’t know Light before, and Light didn’t know her. Even how Misa got her DN is unrelated to Light and Ryuk. Mikami had to stand entirely on his own feet. He had no direct connection to Light or L whatsoever.
I’m also disappointed that Ohba toned down the realism with Wammy’s. DN wasn’t 100% realistic before either, but there is a drop in it with the introduction of the Wammy’s characters. We go from one rich dude who fights crime mainly for entertainment to an entire training ground for super-intelligent orphans to become the world’s greatest detectives. Then there’s Mello with the missile and ultra-fast healing powers, and Near winning because of magical guessing powers and plot armor. Both are also younger than Light and inexperienced. And while humans aren’t born with special powers in the DN universe and supernatural aspects are limited to the Shinigami and the Shinigami realm, BB has Shinigami eyes for no apparent reason. Technically, these are still connected to the Shinigami within the story, but the explanation given for this is extremely vague and unsatisfying.
The points I’ve listed so far would bother me less if they always would have been a thing or if both sides were treated equally regarding tropes and bullshit. But they are particularly noticeable for Wammy’s characters, while Team Kira is not so much affected.
Also, I liked that before Wammy’s became a thing, L was an extraordinary element. L appeared to be self-made. He even became an important part of law enforcement even though his main motivation wasn’t justice. Before Wammy’s introduction, his death would have had a massive impact on the DN universe because once he is dead, L doesn’t exist anymore and is no longer a secret weapon in difficult cases. Even if Kira is defeated, losing L in the process would be a massive loss. Wammy’s existence reduces L to a replaceable role. If he dies, someone else from the L-factory will take the position. The death of L as a person has almost no impact on the DN universe because L as an entity still exists, and that’s the only thing that counts. No consequences whatsoever. Barely anyone knew how he looked anyway.
I understand why Ohba went with L’s successors as a continuation instead of something else. He was playing the safe card by feeding the consumers something they are already familiar with. Going for different scenarios would be risky and require more effort. However, it could have been more rewarding if executed well. I would have liked a greater variety of enemies for Light and him having to adapt to new dangers. So, here are some scenarios that I would have found more intriguing than the one we got.
The premise of Mello’s arc was interesting; unfortunately, the execution was horrendous. But Light vs a criminal organization that, for example, wants the DN or Kira’s power for themselves isn’t a bad idea. A criminal organization would be a lot more ruthless than L. L needed evidence, while a crime syndicate would immediately shoot Light if he showed up on the list of suspects. And his family would be in danger too.
Or a revenge plot? Something like Kira killed a family member or other loved one (preferably justified, but could also be someone wrongly accused), and a bereaved person wants revenge. Now, this person is on a suicide mission, and Light has to fight against someone who has nothing left to lose. Their own survival is optional, only getting revenge before dying counts.
How about Kira vs a fanatic Kira fan? Someone who thinks Kira isn’t Kira enough anymore and feels they can do better? Maybe this person could make Light’s allies question their loyalty to him. Who are they loyal to, Light or Kira?
A female antagonist would also have potential (but not with Ohba as an author). Light tends to underestimate women. Now, Light faces one as a competent opponent, and he has to take one or more critical hits to realize the danger.
Anyway, the successor arc definitely has its moments, but overall, it is a lot weaker. And in my opinion, these weaknesses are primarily connected to Wammy’s. So, removing it could have been beneficial for the story. At least, that’s my opinion. If you have a different opinion, that’s great. But please, I’m not particularly interested in lengthy discussions about this subject.

The slightest break in our usual Eddie Munson programming for me to scream about Teen Wolf: The Movie.
Spoilers below the cut.
I'm an original Sterek shipper from back in the glory days. I watched the new episode each week. I was queerbaited to death. In the year 2023, why must I continue to suffer like this?
You chose the villain most associated with Stiles, but can't convince Dylan - the heart of the show - to come back? The reason Stiles is M.I.A. is that he has his 'own fires to put out' with the F.B.I. Lazy?! Lazy writing! He would have come A.S.A.P., but especially after Sheriff was taken by the Oni!
"Maybe you should call your son." What the fuck?
You give me this shitty Stiles-free movie, and then make Derek's son Eli a) obsessed with Stiles' Jeep and b) have the personality of Stiles? And have Derek and Sheriff Stilinski buddy up? And have Sheriff kind of go all dad on Eli too?
Don't get me started on Derek's death. I'm very pro-major characters dying but Derek has suffered unbelievable cruelty and yet, he triumphs. He builds a real life. Then you kill him. Not just kill him, but send him to, what, hell?
"Derek had complicated feelings about that Jeep." Give me Sterek or leave it alone.
Also, on the subject of Derek as a hero - @thisdiscontentedwinter made a succinct and absolutely correct post about it here.
AND, you chose a villain heavily reliant on Kira, her culture, and her family but won't pay Arden what she's worth? You use Japanese folklore and Japanese-American history (e.g. internment camps in the U.S.) but can't even begin to service the meaning or legacy of that? Kira isn't even mentioned?
You replace Kira with Hikari, a young Japanese-American woman, and a Kitsune. Don't worry - she's also Liam's love interest! That means she's got character! Right?! RIGHT?! She literally is just there to deliver Japanese lore, be another body in the fight, and make foxfire and ramen. "We're here for our pain," she says. Yeah, Hikari, you sure are. (Hikari is played by Amy Lin Workman, who is not Japanese.)
Nostalgia couldn't even save this. When you bring something so problematic into the current year, all it does is draw attention to how fucking problematic it was to begin with. Jeff Davis' ego is far too big for him to admit mistakes and rectify them here.
The only good things were Jackson being so Jackson, the introduction of more gore and swearing into the Teen Wolf universe (sorry but I love a "fuck" where there were previously no fucks allowed), Peter's entrance (he's even campier now), and Lydia and Allison's friendship being important.
There's already a huge catalogue of posts on Tumblr about why the movie was so fucking shit lmao. I'm going to enjoy reading them. And, oh my god, am I going to start reading Sterek fanfic again?!
Also, why is everyone wearing flannel?
I miss Isaac Lahey.
How'd everyone else feel about it? Are we all crying in Beacon Hills?

DS9 4x09 Our Man Bashir thoughts (I’m re-watching, so beware spoilers for future episodes!) [2 July '23]
*window crash* wait, no, is this...? AH YISSS, IT'S OUR MAN BASHIR, I am so hype to see this again!
I mean that the glass bottle trick was smooth
"Bashir. Julian Bashir." And then Garak starts clapping, hilarious
Aww, Garak being sad that Julian has been too busy with his new holosuite programme to spend time with him - when he finds out it's a spy programme, to boot, do you think he felt he was being replaced by something fancier and better? That Julian only hung around with him because he was a spy?
"It's so unusual for you to have secrets"... little do you know, Garak. If you're excited about this, how much will you enjoy his augmentation secret?
WHY ARE THEY STANDING SO CLOSE TO EACH OTHER (gayyyyy)
"I wonder what scared her away. You must be incensed." Garak is baiting him so much XD Yes, Julian, he wants you to be mad
This is already such a fun episode, I'd forgotten quite how much!
"I think I joined the wrong intelligence service." IS THAT AN ADMISSION, GARAK?! You've never admitted to being a spy before, I am sure!
Why does Julian need to get his suits made by Garak if the holosuite can produce clothes - or are all of these costumes his valet is bringing out ones he's bought and somehow saved in the programme?
"Nerys, please." There's just something about the way he says this. He's not acting angry like he is at Garak, he's seemingly more cautious about telling her off for being here? I guess he's starting to think it's not Kira?
Odo going "That sounded like Kira!" even though she sounds Russian... Something something universal translator? Or he's just so attuned to her?
Julian is so pissed with this turn off events disrupting everything into something lethal. He just wanted a fun time
I have never noticed the falcon on Miles' eyepatch before!
"But that's Miles." - The way Julian says that is so gentle...
His soft "Sorry, my dear" to his dead valet - oh, my love :3
"Right behind the spatula." Oh, ROM. Incredible engineering XD
"Welcome to paradise." Okay, Avery Brooks just stole this scene.
How have I only just realised the symbolism of the villain, who is trying to flood the world and restart a better life, being called Noah?
"O'Brien's gonna kill me when he gets back." XD
Ohhh I was wondering how they got from Dr Noah's room to the tunnel - I had forgotten the being-tied-up scene
"Honey, will you grant me one last request and take off those glasses?" Yes Garak, that eye roll is what we're all thinking... Julian's acting is so ridiculously earnest XD "Kiss the girl, get the key - they never taught me that in the Obsidian Order." Garak is being so unusually frank! Is this part of his ploy to win back Julian from the game? Trying to remind him that I was a real spy, you know, my dear doctor?
The waver in Julian's voice as he says "If you call for the exit, you might kill Sisko and the others..." :3
Boy, their argument in the tunnel is such a tense scene, even better than I remember!
"You dream of being a hero because deep down you're not." OUCH. The worst thing is, Julian probably agrees.
"That's all about to end now isn't it?" - bit of London accent sneaking in there
"It's working just as you planned! You've done it, Doctor." "Yes.But somehow I didn't expect to win."
Oh I love everything about this sceeeeene
"Lunch tomorrow?" "Of course. But why don't we have it at your place, in Hong Kong?" I DO NOT REMEMBER THAT LINE. WOW. GAY.
Okay, yeah, this is the point where they get together imo.
I mean everyone knows this episode is fantastic, but also, THIS EPISODE IS BLOODY FANTASTIC AND I LOVE IT TO BITS.

I have been thinking about Ace Attorney So Much lately so here is my ace attorney playlist and which songs are which characters! (I absolutely have thoughts about these songs more in depth... if you wanna hear feel free to send me an ask.... I have been thinking about ace attorney for months now...)
Quick disclamer and warning that I have only played the first three games, and also I have played the first three games so there will be spoilers!
The first three I have because of animatics! (And you should watch them, and if already have, watch them again!!!)
Hero by Faouzia! (Awesome Animatic by Modoo) Phoenix and Edgeworth <3
Look What You Made Me Do by Taylor Swift (Lovely Animatic by delightful mochas) The ace attorney games in general
The Garden by The Crane Wives!!!!!! (Amazing Animatic by Kiwinatorwaffles) Edgeworth <3
Anymore by CircusP/Vocacircus. This is a Godot song for sure!
My Boy by Billie Eilish, Dahlia signing about Feenie
She Doesn't Sleep by Anthony Amorim, is a Dahlia song!!!!! It's So Dahlia <3
One Day by Vocacircus, Mia singing to Godot <3
Can't Stop Me Now by The Score, this is a Edgeworth song but Only the first verse. The rest of the song doesn't fit him, but the first verse sure does.
Breathe by Vocacircus (Cover by nostraightanswer), definitely Godot singing about Dahila no doubt about it! (SUCH a Good Godot song!)
Teeth by 5 seconds of summer, Phoenix singing about his confusion between Iris and Dahlia <3
Someone New by Vocacircus, switches between Phoenix and Edgeworth a lot. Also (I think the bridge?) Dahlia sneeks in there (Phoenix starts singing about Dahlia)
Villain by Stella Jang (english cover by Justine's Mic), absolutely a Dahlia song. Maybe singing to Iris? Could also be singing to Godot, or both.
Monster by Kira... Dahila again <3 for most of the song she is singing to Feenie/phoenix, but the bridge is her signing to Mia.
Golden by The Score is phoenix, probably first game phoenix. It's a very hopeful song, I could see it working for the whole trilogy too.
Ok... that's my phoenix wright playlist <3
Love analyzing music and video games and stories and and and.... <3

Scott Was Never the Hero
Incoming Rant: Re-watching the first season of TW I have realised why I never felt that Scott was The Hero of the story even if the writers did not stop hammering the idea that he was pure and perfect and always right. He never sacrifices himself. This is a classic of fiction, the hero will always be the one who makes the greatest sacrifices for the common good and for those they love, renouncing happiness, normality and even their own life.
But Scott never does that. Even in the first season this is very clear. The first few episodes emphasise that playing lacrosse and dating Allison are things he wants, but are dangerous to himself and those around him. The narratively logical thing would be that, after a period of selfish refusal, he would realise that the right thing to do is to give up what he loves until he has better control of himself and his new powers, sacrificing his temporary happiness for the good of others.
Instead, the narrative rewards Scott with control gained through Deux Ex Machina and not hard work, he gets to date Allison and becomes a Lacrosse star without sacrifices and therefore doesn't grow or evolve at all. This keeps up for all 6 seasons. Meanwhile, everyone else around him is constantly sacrificing their safety, sanity and even life for the common good.
And ten years later in the movie nothing has changed. Scott’s still not the one performing the sacrifice, he's still not the hero yet. He gives nothing, but the narrative rewards him with true love. Meanwhile Derek gives his own life to save those he loves he is The Hero.
My reply to all of this?
Pretty much everyone else in Teen Wolf has been a hero in the show, and it has never been Scott.
We have so many other characters sacrifice and give up so much of themselves to Scott’s crusade, and to his illusion of power as a proverbial “True Alpha” (I throw up in the back of my throat just writing it), and we never see any of it acknowledged by anybody, let alone Scott.
As I have rewatched the series, it is glaringly obvious that Stiles is the true main character of the show. He is the one who pushes the narrative the most, he is the one who digs for the information when no one else will. He drove the entire narrative of finding out the truth about Derek’s past, about Malia’s past, about Kira’s past, and even about Theo (god, I hate his character, too).
Scott's actions throughout the years are completely performative and nearly always in his own self-interest. He coerces, guilts, and emotionally manipulates his "friends" throughout the show all in some perverse power play.
Derek, on the other hand, risks his life over and over again for not only his pack, but for Scott, too. Derek was willing to die for his pack, whereas Scott couldn’t even be inconvenienced by them getting kidnapped, assuming that they were already dead and not even wanting to go after them. Derek not only put his life on the line for his pack time and time again, but he also chose each one of them and gave them the option to say no to the bite. He made it appealing, yes...but he still gave them a choice. Scott never did.
Scott has never been the hero.
Ever.

https://deathnotefanon.fandom.com/wiki/Why_Light_Should_Have_Legitimately_Won
I talk about Death Note rather often on my main blog - especially about how Light Yagami is a BITCH, so if you ever wanna ask me about it there, I'll be glad to answer. In the meantime, here are some asks I responded to so you know where I stand regarding the childish serial killer and the childish detective and their weird little chess game.
Why Light was 1000% in the wrong with his Kira bullshit:
On how Light and L were two sides of the same coin:
Why I say Light did NOT have good intentions:
Kira is not a hero, he's just a serial killer with "acceptable" targers:
Understanding Light's actions when he didn't remember his Kira days:
Why Kira's defeat is a good thing:
The key diffence between Light and L:
The key difference between Near and L:
Why I think Light's grief for his dad was genuine even though I hate the fucker:

Best lines of every death note song and why:
Where is the Justice?
[Light]
What good is law that can’t
Punish those who break it?!
I love this line mainly because of the pure emotion in his voice when he sings it. He sounds so exasperated and tired. Justice was clearly a sore spot for him long before he picked up the Death Note.
They’re Only Human
[Ryuk, Rem]
They don’t see
Who they are is who they’ll always be
This line is great because of how the lyrics are the same but Ryuk and Rem each give them completely different meanings. Ryuk says it as a jest, a mockery of sorts. Rem says it with fascination and maybe a bit of pity. They can share the same beliefs and still view humanity differently.
Change the World
[Light]
But what would happen if it's true?
Imagine all that I could do
Light just picked up the Note and he was already yearning to be the one that made change himself. It makes you wonder how his career in law enforcement would have gone without the Death Note's interference.
Hurricane
[Light]
I am the God of a brave new world
Much better than the last!
well that escalated quickly.
Kira!
[Ryuk]
You think you’re making changes
But the only thing you can change is your name
This is such an underrated line because it's true. No matter how much someone prods at the system, it never seems to do much. I guess it's more like Light stabs the system as opposed to prodding it, but with the same effect. Humanity doesn't change easily.
I'm Ready
[Misa]
And the world may be cold
And the world may be cruel
But this world is all that I've got
I forget sometimes that Misa isn't just a Light Yagami fangirl. She actually truly believes in the systems that Light is trying to implement. She wants to change the world for the better just as much as he does.
We All Need a Hero
[Sayu]
When I get afraid, and all hope is gone
I reach for your hand and I belong
Cause someone like you, who's scared but won't run
Is standing his ground for everyone
These lines are painful for a couple reasons. The most obvious being that she's saying that Kira should be more like her brother, who is actually Kira. The hope and admiration on her face are enough to induce tears. The other reason being that those lyrics actually pertain to Kira for many, not just Light. So many different possible perspectives.
The Game Begins
[L]
The chase is on, the die is cast
I sift a thousand pixels
Until I chase you down at last...
The game begins!
I think this just reinforces the fact that L sees his competition with Kira as an interesting game to play. He sounds entertained.
There are Lines
[Soichiro]
You don't load a gun
[Light]
You don't
[Soichiro, Light]
Close your eyes and shoot!
This is interesting because Light skips that first line entirely and only butts in for the last portion. It's symbolic of the fact that Light disagrees with Soichiro for the first part. His father says don't kill anyone period and Light says don't shoot blindly. kill with purpose.
Secrets and Lies
[L, Light]
The line is quickly blurring between what's right and what is not
I don't care who gets hurt now
As long as I get one more shot!
This is my favorite line in the entire musical. It captures their dynamic perfectly. Neither of them care about anyone but each other and winning their game at this point.
Mortals and Fools
[Rem]
Try as I will, I just don't understand it
Love is for mortals and fools
tHeSe wOrDs wiLL nOt cOme bAcK tO hAuNt mE lAtEr tHiS wEeK
Stalemate
[L]
Just like two actors on a stage
Go through the motions that we both rehearse
Our little new atomic age
Eyeball to eyeball
We'll see who blinks first!
A staring contest is an excellent metaphor for their game of cat and mouse. It's a contest where the slightest upset of any kind can affect the outcome and victor, and it requires you to be completely concentrated on your opponent.
I'll Only Love You More
[Misa]
My restless life is worth so much more
Because of you worth living for
If I find you maybe love me too
I'll only love you more
These lyrics tend to remind me just how much of Misa's will to live is comprised of Light. It certainly explains her actions after his death. She deserved better.
The Way Things Are
[L]
Always only believed what was
Right in front of me
What I could see
Shinigami are real because
It's the only way
The only way
I have no fancy explanation for this one, it just reminds me of the scene where he hears the word shinigami and falls over screaming. Never ceases to make me cackle.
Mortals and Fools (Reprise)
[Rem]
Love makes you break all the--
[Ryuk] (spoken)
Rem
Don't break the rules
The reprise was hauntingly beautiful in which Rem takes up Misa's old lines and sings them, as she finally understands what Misa meant. I also appreciate the little bit of care for Rem that Ryuk shows here. A warning of sorts.
Honor Bound
[Soichiro]
Timelines and coincidences can't replace hard facts
But if what I'm seeing, bends as light refracts
Am I blinded to what my son lacks?
Can we appreciate the Light puns please.
Playing His Game
[L, Light]
I’ll catch him when
I look through his eyes
See what he sees
And then improvise
Until I can learn what puts him at ease
I’ll walk in his shoes
As long as it takes
There is absolutely no heterosexual explanation for this level of obsession.
Borrowed Time
[Misa]
I'm cheating death with every breath
And every song and every sigh
With every day that I don't die
Is borrowed time!
These lines are just so beautiful to me. She sings about how death does not matter to her because she's only alive now on account of Gelus's sacrifice. The vigor she sings with here is also so wonderful.
When Love Comes
[Rem]
When love comes, it takes you by surprise
You see things through someone else's eyes
Rem finally understands love. Also that last line reminds me of a certain line in Playing His Game 🤨
The Way It Ends
[L]
I've seen through you right from the start!
[Light]
I've simply let you play your part!
[L]
You'll never ever get away!
[Light]
Don't you see that you will die today?
I love how even at the end, they're both trying to prove themselves to one another. They're trying to show that they won, that they're the better man/person/detective. That last line of Light's kinda shut L up tho 💀

Finished a campaign for the first time ever a few nights ago. The gang concluded our Age of Ashes foray with a bang, and our cleric giving the manifestation of an evil god the finger (of death). Our party got to have happy epilogues where they settled into what made them most happy, a well-earned reward for everything they had accomplished.
As for my half-orc bard, Kira-- well, they don't really settle. So, they wandered off with no aim other than to continue wandering, and seeing the world, and sharing songs and stories. And if someone runs into them out there, somewhere, and spends some time listening to one of Kira's tales? They might hear the ballad of the brave three heroes who against all odds brought a new Promise to the world.

“Lovin her seems tiring..” Part 2
Tumblr media
Taggies/ warnings; Pro!HeroKats, cheating, fingering, creampie, blowjob, ridding, cumming, squirting, swearing, mention of sex toys, dirty talk, titty fuck, drinking, drunk messaging, dry humping.
part 3!
After that crazy call with your boss, you went right into making reservations so you don’t get yelled at the next week of work.
Wait. Is his girlfriend coming? Should you call and ask? Would he be mad? Do you reserve two rooms? One for you, and one for him? Of course you would! Why wouldn’t you? Don’t make this weird y/n.
You had a lot of what if’s. But, you wanted to be brave and call your hot headed hot boss.
ring, ring, ring.
“The hell ya want now? Thought i made myself fuckin clear.” He grumbles into the phone.
“U-uh,” you stutter. “S-so, is uhm, Kira coming like she usually d-does, or..-“
“No. Just make two rooms. One for you and me.”
“Okay! Thank you for letting me know. B-but i do have a question Mr. Dynamight.”
“Lay it on me.” He says calmly? Wow, you’ve never heard him so calm before.
“So, why I’m I coming..?” You ask a little scared.
“Need ya to come with me cause you’re my damn assistant and you should do as I say. See ya next week y/n.”
He hangs up. God, his voice was so sexy. You couldn’t get enough of it. At least his bitch of a “girlfriend” isn’t coming.
You go to work the next week after your short weekend. You get packed to go to Tokyo, and you plan to maybe go to Tokyo Disneyland since it’s not like your gonna be on patrol with him, right?
Right?
You make your way to the bus station to get to the Dynamight agency. It was snowing and a horrible day to wear a white high waist mini skirt with a cute flower cardigan. At least you have a snow jacket and shoes in the office.
You pay for your ticket and get on the bus. The bus station was pretty packed, you cant be late today. You decided to go on your phone to see the news, until you get a text from your boss.
:Dynamight🧡💥: I need ya to get to the fuckin office now. Go to my office when you’re here.
:y/n: sorry! Bus station is a little full today. I’ll get there as fast as I can! :D
You see the Dynamight agency and run out the bus as fast as you could. You knew Bakugo was a hot head and the last person you wanna piss off. It was kinda hard to run in the thick snow with uggs on, but you couldn’t care less. You NEEDED to get to your boss.
You open the large doors and greeted the front lady that at gives you little candies.
“Thank you Mrs. Hellen!” You wave goodbye and pop the candy in your mouth. You get to the elevator and press floor 8. As you get on, you notice you have a big whole in your tights. Fuck. Those were new too! Damnit.
You gracefully walk to Bakugo’s office and hear grunting on the other side of the door.
You knock on the door and you hear Bakugo startle and race to get up. You’re not sure what he was doing, but your little dirty mind thinks something else.
“What-“ he looks down at you. “Get in here,” He pulls your wrist inside his office.
“Good morning to you too, Mr. Dynamight.” You give him a warm smile and he falls back on his chair.
You notice his face is a little red and his cheeks are slightly puffed. You couldn’t help but also noticed a bulge in his hero cargo pants.
“Ay, eyes up here sweetheart.” He says with a a smug smirk.
“O-oh sorry. I was just thinking about my uh, hole in my tights.” You said. Nice save, you think to yourself.
“Uh huh.” He says turning his chair so the back faces you.
“So Mr. Dynamight-“
“We’re leaving tonight, did ya pack your shit?” You noticed he clenched his jaw when he span his chair to face you again.
“Yeah.. uhm, are you going to pick me up or-“
“Yeah. Text me your address when I leave.”
“Ok.. thank you for your time.” You spin on your heel to leave. You opened the door and took slow steps.
Well, guess you should start working.

Me thinking about how Ayva joined the crew like oughghgh. I think maybe me and Twigg has had a different image of how it happens, and I've never really talked about how I conceptualised it, SO HERE IS A POST FOR YOU.
So Ayva and the Riptide Pirates first came in contact at Joaldo. Ayva is very firmly on the side of the Navy and actually sets fire to the boats of the pirates to trap them on the island and leave them stranded, like they're NOT playing around here, it's all bad vibes. A lot of panic sets in but Gillion is like. Champion of the Undersea, Hero of the Deep, and with the big fuck you power of Destiny is able to put it out.
Ayva and Gillion basically just lock eyes and get in a fight, and it's really intense, but Gillion notices that Ayva isn't really.. Evil. Listen, he checked, and for a split second he saw kind eyes, and he is therefore legally obligated to give Ayva a chance to redeem themselves. This makes Ayva even angrier and she looks right about to maybe kill him, but while they've been distracted the pirates have organised their getaway, and Chip intervenes to drag Gillion away. Ayva thinks about stopping them but Gillion's words did hit her in a certain way, and they just decide to leave them be, letting the pirates get away. Ayva basically tells themselves that the Navy took over Joaldo anyways, which was the goal, so it doesn't matter (the first stage is denial).
Ayva probably takes the opportunity to interrogate people to try and find out more details about Jay's death, but it doesn't get them anywhere, and they're just left thinking while they get everything in order at Joaldo. Gillion's words have definitely had an affect on her, and it starts to sink in that Ayva hasn't been getting anywhere with their current strategy. Ayva thinks a lot before having the brilliant idea that they SHOULD take up Gillion on his word, and just fucking infiltrate the pirates!! Uh oh!!! So Ayva tracks down the Riptide Pirates!!!!! UH OH!!!!!
Ayva ditches the Navy without telling anyone the reason why except their family, so RAFT is basically having some... Internal issues while they try to cope with the disappearance of a pretty important Navy figure. Surely this will have no consequences later (KIRA......)
Anyways, Ayva catches up with Gillion and Chip and is like, "Oh hey, you really changed my mind and I realised the Navy is bad, you should make me a part of your crew." It's super sus but news has already spread about Ayva ditching the Navy, so it is a bit more believable. Gillion is like, "Wow, this is great, I'm glad you changed your mind!! Sure!!!" but Chip is soooo suspicious. For obvious reasons. And he is right. But Gillion manages to convince Chip that they should give Ayva a chance, so Chip reluctantly agrees. Do you want to add Ayva to your crew? WARNING: the following decision may have significant consequences.
Anyways, yeag, so then they proceed to go on some fun adventures. I'm aware if we went by the original timeline there wouldn't be that much time for them to bond, so events are probably shuffled around or maybe some original stuff is added.. But yeag, basically they get to have a lot of fun, do some stupid shit, and Ayva's weakness is revealed. Gillion shows that he really trusts Ayva and gives her the third necklace from Desire Island that him and Chip hadn't known what to do with, and Ayva realises just how fucked they are. Whenever Ayva thinks of them getting hurt, she's scared, because they don't want them to die like Jay. Ayva is really attached to the crew, and so they know they have a really difficult decision ahead of them.
THE BLOCK MAN THE BLOCK..
Okay so this is closing the end of this little tangent. But I think in the room where the Albatrio had initially spilt their secrets, Ayva also doesn't answer what her biggest secret is, but for a different reason. Ayva doesn't usually freeze up, but probably the biggest ultimatum of their entire life is flashing right before their eyes and they don't know how they're meant to deal with that, so she doesn't say anything. Chip gets REALLY mad at Ayva, he still doesn't entirely trust them and this basically just affirms his mistrust, but Ayva doesn't even say much of anything. She just becomes quiet and they keep to themselves.
When Jayson comes out, and the truth comes out about what had been Ayva's intentions, Gillion is just destroyed and Chip is ready to ditch her. Jayson tells Ayva to leave the pirates behind and to come back to the Navy, and Ayva is still quiet. And then Ayva is just like "FUCK YOU" and 1v1s their dad and tries to beat the shit out of him. Gillion and Chip get the most intense whiplash of their life as Ayva is just absolutely trying to knock out their dad, Gillion is left pogging and champing and Chip is staring like so surprised. Anyways, FUCK JAYSON, they escape the BLOCK and Ayva is undeniably a fucking Riptide Pirate now.
Chip and Ayva have not been getting along, but yo Chip daps Ayva up because that was the most METAL shit that's ever happened. And Ayva is so like utterly done with the Navy man, they're not going to let anyone hurt her boyz, they're her boyz.
Anyways, yeah. Hope that helps contextualise this post.

in honor of me not having the energy/mental capacity to tune into the riptide stream i have decided to compile all my favorite gillion quotes/moments from episode #90. obviously spoilers ahead. behold:
~ “Well that wasn’t your teeth so I’ll assume that was just a playful threat. The difference is: I’m going to actually eat you.”
~ Kuba: “I do wanna make sure I’m crushing you at your peak.”
Gillion: “You know actually, it’s funny you mention that because I was gonna get this new armor commission, so right now you’re fighting a very very weak, weak, unarmored version of me. So when you lose it’s gonna feel even worse.”
~ “You [pointing at Kenta] are gonna have an opportunity to attack but you’re not gonna do it! Cuz this is the small boy we keep on the ship, and that’s not what we fuckin do around here ok?”
~ “I was worried I was gonna need to use a spell or something. But I can save it all for you.” *rips his fucking shirt off and lets it fly dramatically into the wind* [i need everyone to understand that he did the 80,000lb anchor bit shirtless this is so important. also fuck canon his hair definitely came loose from its bun and flew dramatically behind him.]
~ *puts on the dread helm* “This is the helm I put on when I no longer need to be Gillion Tidestrider, Champion of the Undersea, Hero of the Deep. This is the helm I put on when I’m going to cut off your fucking hands. And I’m gonna make sure that whatever nightmares you walk out of here with are gonna be far worse than mine.”
~ *cuts off Kuba Kenta’s hand* “You know, I had some pretty bad nightmares recently myself. The crazy part of them was: you weren’t in them. Because the nightmare was I’d never be able to do That.”
~ “No I’m going to eat you! Not if i eat you first!” *Kuba Kenta grapples him with a bite* “No! You weren’t kidding!”
~ [directed at the moon] “Mommy help.”
~ “You know the crazy thing about nightmares, Kuba? They keep getting worse!” [makes anchor 80,000lbs and starts falling, grabs onto Kuba] “NIGHTMARE NIGHTMARE NIGHTMARE NIGHTMARE NIGHTMARE NIGHTMARE!”
~ “Huh. That is really soft- AAAGHHH”
~ Charlie: “I look at Chip then I look down at the cat then I look back up and give him a little thumbs up and then I fucking fall through the ground at 1000 miles an hour.”
Bizly: “I open up the door. I close back the door and look at Jay. (as Chip) ‘There’s a lot goin on out there.’”
~ ‘Light Mode!’ being the command word for the anchor because the command for Chip’s sword is ‘Hot mode’
~ “I just have a feeling if i get out on the dock wrong and hit my shin I’ll die. That’s kinda where I’m at right now and I do that, Chip, a lot.”
~ “When he’s up, and if he ever decides to come after us ever again, I will literally eat him as promised!”
~ “Is it just a thing then you people in the navy say to fuck with us before you die? Like just some shit like ‘I’ll be back’? Cuz that is kinda wrong.” *looks at kira* “We’ll be back.”
~ “Nice to meet you! Gillion Tidestrider. Sorry it couldn’t be on better terms. Thanks for being down there, I appreciate it. Um. Your vice admiral is a bit of a cock. Huge cock.”
~ Gillion: “I didn’t know you had gills, by the way. That’s great! That makes things a lot easier.”
Jay: “Yeah, no, they kinda hurt. When I put them in.”
Gillion: “…..When you what?”
Charlie: “And Gillion is deeply disturbed by this, enough to just leave the situation.”
~ *looking at the scratches from Kuba Kenta* “I’m sure I’ll figure it out. *looks at Chip’s bed* Hopefully he, at least, is sleeping a bit more soundly. And then I narrate as I crawl into my barrel, head first, and rotate into a fetal position.”
.
i am so very normal about him. anyway rb/tag with you favorite riptide quotes (gillion or otherwise) but please no spoilers for the latest ep.

Knowledge (A NSFW Swtor Oc Fic)
(A semi sequel to my first SWTOR fic you can read here . Highly recommend you read it for not only context but also a helpful visual aid. Set after Knights of the Eternal Thrones and around the time of Onslaught, so spoilers abound!)
The Barsen’thor slowly strode through the halls of the Alliance base. The low hum of panels, consoles and lights coupled with the low foot traffic added to the almost meditative calm. She used to walk among nature back on Tython; however Valkorian’s mind games he played in the wilds had sadly left a poor taste in her mouth. In hindsight, sharing a Sith Lord’s spirit in her body should have filled her with more dread than she’d ever let on while the Dark Lord of Many Faces still lived. Akin to an ever-changing parasite that gripped not only her body but her mind as well. Her connection to the force. Everything that made her what she was.
But such days were long behind her. Tenabrae. Vitiate. Valkorian. The Sith Emperor wore many masks but for all his plots and deceptions it availed him not. She could now walk around her base of operation with a new sense of freedom; free from his whispers of power and free from the games he worked so hard to force her to play. Her stroll took her to the Force Sanctum, as sparsely populated as the rest of the base at this late hour. The Voss Sana Rea was meditating with some Jedi Padawans; small rocks orbiting the group. Keshani’s skills in deception and stealth ensured her foot falls were barely heard. She paused to stop at near by holocron. A sad smile came to her face as she thought back to her days on the Jedi council. The memory being so clear to her as if it had happened yesterday.
---
She ran a gloved hand over the ornate chair in the Tython council room. Such a simple thing yet it conveyed so much to those who looked upon it. A symbol of the greatest of our order. The very best of the Jedi and she was now a part of it. It still didn’t feel real even after the Republic’s victory on Corellia.
“Still worried it might fly from you?” A familiar voice spoke to her as she turned to see her old master, Yuon Paar. It warmed her heart to see the old human walking about after all she had endured.
“I confess, Master Paar. I still don’t feel worthy even after saving you, even after saving Syo Bakern from the First Son and aiding the Rift Alliance. I still feel like I shouldn’t hold this seat.”
“And yet you do.” Paar’s feature softened. “None of us ever truly feel ready. Despite that we must have faith in ourselves as well those around us just as we trust in the Force. The paths we take are the right ones for us, even if we don’t feel ready. We must walk them all the same.”
The Barsen’thor couldn’t help but laugh. Even a Master on the council she can still teach me. Fitting.
“I just wanted to see you one last time before your first council meeting. I’m about to head out, Master Keshani.”
“In that case, May the Force be with you Master Paar.”
“And with you as well. ” She’d bowed her head as she left. Allowing the Barsen’thor to finally take her seat at the council table. Sitting within it didn’t make it any more real. But it did allow her time to get used to the feeling and perspective of looking at someone at the end of the table rather than looking to them.
The council chamber’s doors opened, revealing the other Masters of the Jedi Council to join their newest member. Bela Kiwiiks. The Torguta still attempted her best to hide her limp, however it was still clear that she was far from fully recovered from her injuries. Thank the Force Kira and the Hero of Tython moved quick enough to save her from the Shock Drum.
“Master Keshani.” She’d give a curt nod as she’d rush to take her seat as fast as she’d could, no doubt to give her body a rest. “You’re here early.”
“Master Kiwiiks.” The Barsen’thor bowed her head. “I wished to ensure I made the best first impression possible to my fellow Masters.”
The Torguta couldn’t help but smile and shake her head. “I think you saving more than half of our order nearly at the cost of your own life made impression enough.”
“Indeed.” Grand Master Satele Shan spoke as she entered the room as well. “All that remains for you is merely getting yourself acquainted with the day to day operations of the council. I can assure you; it won’t be as intimidating as you think it is.”
The holo-projectors in the center the room started to flicker to life, as the electronic chirps signal incoming projections.
“Ah I see the last of the masters are joining us. One moment.” The Grand Master quickly pressed buttons near the center of the table to project the images of those who could not join the session physically.
Master Kaedan, Gnost Dural, Oteg and Shol Bestros all having there holo-images projected into there chairs. Or hover chair in Oteg’s case.
“Hello again. I trust we’re coming through loud and clear?” The Qel Dor Master adjusting his mask somewhat, Master Dural’s image was somewhat weaker than the others, but his features were still clear enough.
Master Kaedan looked to the Barsen’thor a mild frown coming to his projected features. He was in one of his moods, as usual.
“Ah, the newest member of this council. I hope you will serve the Order well despite your youth when it comes to such things.”
“We have much to discuss.” Master Shan spoke quickly. “Events are unfolding all across the Galaxy and we must address them all as best we can; yet we can not neglect matters closer to home on Tython.”
Keshani clasped her hands and leaned forward in her seat to study the faces of her fellow Jedi Masters, trying her hardest to ensure she looked like she fit in.
“First things first, we’ve the testimony from a Padawan here on Tython regarding his fellow Jedi learners.” The Grand Master inputted some basic commands into the main projector in the center of the room to display some images of two Jedi in training. One male, one female. “A Padawan reported seeing two of his fellow Jedi engaging in romantic pursuits in the Gnarls. While still young they should be aware by now, the dangers of such things.”
“I agree!” Master Kaeden said, as his frown intensified his projection flickered and distorted somewhat. “A punishment should make it clear that such actions lead to the path of the Dark Side. Perhaps even expulsion.”
“While I don’t disagree with that, perhaps a less punitive approach might be best for us here.” Bela Kiwiiks spoke with a softer tone. “We risk pushing them closer together if we’re too harsh.”
“They are Jedi! Not school children. They must understand the discipline that it takes to become a Jedi, and if they can not grasp this notion…”
Keshani cleared her throat, working hard to divert her thoughts away from Tharen. Less the current subject of this council meeting turns to her. Let’s not get kicked off before I even fully sit a full session.
“If I may interject?” The Barsen’thor still kept the same reserved manner in speaking to them as if she were still a Knight, newly out of the service of her master.
“You are one of us now, my friend. There’s no need for such formalities. Speak your mind Barsen’thor.” Oteg smiled as his large radar ears twitched somewhat; his tone warm and welcoming.
Keshani nodded. “I agree with Master Kiwiiks. Learners are very impressionable at that stage during there development. Perhaps we should have a private word with this pair of them to explain why their actions are so dangerous. Maybe a lesson of some sort to help illustrate our point. A Punishment that carries with it a lesson they can take away.”
“There is no shortage of tales within our very own archives that could help prove such a point but also help show them that they can still become Jedi. Provided they do there best to atone for there mistake.” Master Dural stroked part of his mask, no doubt thinking of many archive entries that could do as he claims.
“You would merely give them a slap on the wrist?! If anything, this proves that they do not have the fortitude to become Jedi if they give in to the first temptation offered!” Kaedan furrowed his brow.
Master Keshani looked around the table and considers for a moment. “Grand Master, is this the first infraction of these two learners?”
“Yes. They are both very skilled and capable for those of there age. Had this not happened I’d say their future among the order is assured.”
“Are we so overburden with numbers of our order we can afford to turn away such promising students? Even the strongest among us can falter in the path of the Light. Let us show them how to avoid such temptations in the future; that they can still have a place among the Jedi -and- takes steps to ensure this lesson takes.”
“You speak as if it can be done so easily, Barsen’thor.” Master Kaedan locked his gaze on to the newest member of the council. “A measure of caution must be used to guard against our students from being lured to the Dark Side.”
“With respect, Master Kaedan, not all of the issues of our order faces are solved so easily with confrontation. These learners could very well fall to offerings of the Dark Side if we -were- to punish them harshly. We must impart our lessons to them in a fair manner.”
“I concur with the young Master.” Kiwiiks smiles at the newest member as Keshani finally relaxed into her seat.
“I hope for all our sakes you’re right about this Barsen’thor.” Master Kaedan’s hologram reclined somewhat in his seat as their seemed to be quiet agreement among the council on this matter.
---
Hard to believe that was one of the last times I saw Master Kaedan alive. She sighed as she remembered hearing the news that the Champion of the Great Hunt slew him while he was defending Jedi artifacts on Illum. For all his faults, he meant well. And was one of the best the order. The Barsen’thor decided not to linger any longer within the Force sanctuary. There is no death, there is only the Force.
Her casual walk brought her towards the military hanger, her wrapped feet feeling the cold steel and earth on her soles as she quietly made her way across her base.
She sensed her beloved, Lana Beniko, near the operation control center. Calling upon the force she attempted further cloak her movements in her shadow and become fully unseen and unheard.
Her steps became even slower, cautious things. Like a predator very slowly tracking the scent of some distant prey. As she stalked through her home, she glanced at the Republic Banners that stood along side Imperial; a dream come true for her in almost any other circumstance; however the invasion of the Eternal Empire ensured that the days when the Alliance unity were at its strongest were the days of nightmare. How quickly old hatred arises once shared threats vanish. How quickly old allegiances surface when the shield we both used grows too cumbersome and heavy to hold. She steadied her breath as she thought of returning to the Republic. Returning to the Jedi.
---
Keshani drew her lightsaber back after her latest wounding blow to the arms of the Sith. Lord Vivicar dropped his saber, clutching his side. The deathly emanations of the ghost controlling him still wafting from his form like smoke. “Impressive, Jedi.” It was Vivicar’s mouth that moved but the echoing booming ghastly voice of the phantasm that possessed his body exited his lips. “You might even have triumphed, but my victory is already complete.”
Her friend and traveling companion Tharan Cedrax slowly stowed his blaster and was already readying some kolto packs for the wounded Jedi.  Keshani kept her saber alight, ready to strike a lethal blow with a flick of her wrist should it come to that.
“My plague has spread farther than you can imagine. Jedi Masters across the galaxy are succumbing to it as I speak.”
The Twi’lek’s eyes grew wide as she searches through the force for the truth. Attempting to reach out and pierce any veil of lies or final trick. Her grip around her duel-saber started to tremble somewhat as her shortness of breath grew.
“The plague binds these masters to me. Hundreds of them-the heart and soul of your order.”
“Free those masters, Morrhage. Now!” She yelled as dizziness started to settle in. Her own wounds from the fight getting treated with basic med-packs yet still her body pulsed with pain.
A look of almost quizzical amusement came to the face of Lord Vivicar.
“And if we refuse, what then? Will you cut us down?”
This can’t be it. The plague lord must not win! He -cannot- win! Her thoughts raced back to all the trials and struggles that brought her here. Uncovering the nature of the Sith’s plague. The fallen Jedi that stood before her in Parkanas Tark and the final terrible revelation that he was nothing more than a puppet for an ancient Sith.
She had sacrificed too much for the Sith Lord to be victorious. Finding the lost knowledge of the Jedi shielding ritual among the Noetikons to inoculate those infected. A ritual that sacrificed a portion of her strength with each usage. A sacrifice she made gladly to save Jedi-Masters. Across the galaxy, planet to planet, getting weaker and weaker as Lord Vivicar’s minions hounded her and her companions every step of the way. She was so closed to ending this. If she stopped the plague at its source, then the part of her that she gave to the other masters would return to her! The close calls, the dizzy spells that gave way to fainting. The trembling hands and weakened limbs…All of it was needed to stop this threat! It can’t end like this. I’ve given too much. The Masters of the Order must be freed!
Lord Vivicar’s body looked up as the ghost puppeteered his twisted his features into a bloody smirk.  “Kill me, and you shall kill every master I have ever infected. Everyone! Shielded or not, they are still bound to me.” He slowly returned to his vertical base.
Keshani kept her dual saber at the ready, its green colour burning brilliantly in the dark confines of the mostly abandoned Sith Cruiser. Even with most of her strength sapped from saving the other masters via the shielding technique, she pushed on, drawing on all she could to stay on her feet. I sense no lies in his words, no deception…No…It can not be!
In a flash her mind went to all the master’s she saved. All the Padawans who endured the pain of seeing their teachers twisted into something monstrous by Terrok Morrhage’s plague. She thought of her own master Yuon being the first of the infected. The paranoia, the fear, the greatest of her order’s mind warped by such vile Sith alchemy to do terrible deeds.
“But what choice do you have? You can not let me live, and I am deathless. Your shielding talent can not harm me. You’ve lost!”
Even after all the wounds inflicted on her, the venom in his words cut deeper, stung harder. She glanced to her saber as Vivicar simply stood there, as if daring her to strike him down. She looked to Tharan, her companion giving her a knowing glance as if he wordlessly attempting to persuade her not to do it. The heart and soul of our order. They can’t die, I cannot kill them! There must be some way. There must be! Her vision blurred somewhat before she shook her head as she grew short on breath. Time was short. She needed to act.
She stowed her lightsaber away and took as deep breath as she could, and she summoned the last of her strength she could muster. Then I take the only path open to me…
“No matter what, Parkanas shall be freed from you, Morrhage.”  Keshani found her center and extended her hands, drawing upon the shielding ritual one last time. Lord Vivicar raised his hands in fear as he slowly backed away before his body started to violently convulse. If it is my destiny to become one with the Force, so be it. She prepared herself as best she could. Master Yuon, Master Syo. Qyzen, Tharan. Goodbye…
She could feel the last of any strength she had leave her body and shield the man before her. She could feel the Sith spirit fighting as hard as it could, trying to still hold sway over Parkanas. In a great rush of air and force Lord Vivicar flew back! Landing flat on the ground as the ghostly figure stood in his place, black as tar as red ethereal tendrils snaked around its form.
For a briefest of moments, everything slowed down, she braced herself upon her legs as she could feel it. The last of her strength had left her. She was spent. Her heart stopped; her vision was now blurred as she struggled to breath at all. All things simply fell still, as if time was frozen for her. It was akin to being in a speeder crash; one’s perception of seconds felt like minutes. Was this it? Was this her end? There is no death, there is only the Force.
Just as quickly, the moment passed. Her heartbeat returned as blood flowed through her veins and air returned fully to her lungs. She felt whole again
“No! This body is mine! Damn you Jedi!” The Ghost cursed as all the strength she had imparted to others over her travels slowly returned to her through the Force.
“When my strength returns, no matter the years-I will destroy you!” In an instant Terrok Morrhage’s ghost was gone. As if carried away from some unseen gust of wind. The shadowy tendrils that clung to his form lingered at first before they to eventually dissipated. He was gone. For now, at least…
“I’m…still alive. You spared me.” Lord Vivicar, or rather Parkanas Tark, got back to his feet.
“I have to admit. I’m a little puzzled on that score myself.” Tharan spoke up, his tone his usual heroic baritone with only the slightest bit of quizzical confusing underpinning it. She could tell, he was simply happy that such further blooded could be avoided.
“My mind is…clearer now. But-It was your duty to kill me and destroy Morrhage.”
Keshani took a fully deep breath of air for the first time in a long while. Even the dusty and stale air of the derelict Sith cruiser still felt like the freshest air of Tython. She looked to the confused and wounded former Sith Lord a tired look upon her features.
“Too many Jedi have been lost already. Including Parkanas Tark.”
Parkanas looked sadly to the side as he spoke. “Yes, Parkanas was lost. But Perhaps he deserves another chance. I can not return to the Order. But…Tython has its hidden places, Its forests. I could find peace there. I could…go home.”
“But first-Jedi, listen. Take this warning in exchange for my life.”
“You can’t trust the Order-or the Republic. You may be their heroine now, but they will abandon you to. Remember that.” And with that, the former Sith Lord slowly limped off the bridge and gave one last grateful look to Keshani before he finally turned his back on her and left. Leaving her alone with her medical doctor within the shadows of the Sith cruiser; when Parkanas finally left she fell to her knees, exhausted and looked to the ceiling as Tharan quickly saw to her remaining injuries.
---
He was right in a way. Keshani looked back on that memory with all the fondness of something precious. Even the darkest day of the past shining like a dream in the wake of all that’s happened. Still, abandoned or not, a Jedi’s duty is to serve. The slow partnership between her Alliance the Republic was a first step but she hoped that it would never have been needed. She wondered if she felt the same way the scattered and exiled order of the days of the Sith Triumvirate.
Did they feel they lost as she did? As anxious as she did? She contemplated what the future might hold Would there ever come a time where masters stand as I do? Lost? Alone? Scattered and rebuilding the order? She could hope that if this should ever happen again, the Order’s history and knowledge could be preserved in some manner, even if the Jedi themselves should fall. No knowledge deserves to be lost forever. In a moment she thought back to Master Gnost Dural and why it was so important to have a properly maintained archive. As dry as his work is, the library is the pillar in which the entire Order rests upon.
As she continued like a shadow through the carved rock of the Odessen she slowly approached operations centers and she saw her beloved, her better half, her dark advisor. She thought back to the first time she met Lana Beniko. The Sith Lord saving her life from a collapsing underwater lab on Mannan. She was thankful for any rescue in such a dire situation however she could never have predicted how her feelings for Lana would have developed from that first encounter. Teaming up with her to uncover the Revanite conspiracy and tracking the Sith Emperor to Ziost. The fact she broke her Code for her was something she could have never foreseen. I doubt Lana would have foreseen falling in love with a Jedi either.
She inched closer towards Lana who had her back to her, deeply focused on the console she was working at. She paused her work and sighed somewhat as she turned around to look at her partner.
“I can still sense you, love. Stealth or not, the force opens your presence to me.” She said, clearly amused by the Barsen’thor. Keshani dismissed the force that shrouded over her.
“You can’t blame a Jedi for attempted self-improvement.” She said with a wry smile.
“We’re married. Our connection is going to make any attempt to sneak up on each other nigh impossible.” Lana approached the Alliance Commander, her frown with her sulfuric yellow eyes making her even cuter in the Twi’lek’s mind. Keshani slowly took Lana’s hands in her own and her disapproving glower slowly faded as their faces were now inches apart; the Barsen’thor’s voice dropping to a whisper.
“We need another night together. Just you and me. No work.” She could feel a blush come to her cheeks as Lana batted her eye lashes at the Jedi and quickly kissed her. “How about a sparring match?”
“I’ll hand my current assignments to Agent Shan, your quarters. Now.” The Sith lord’s voice was urgent but not desperately so. More than likely Lana could sense Keshani’s own growing need; the need they both shared to be with each other. They quickly exchanged another kiss before they let go. Lana composing herself in public as Keshani walked back into the hallways, giving one last glance over her shoulder to her beloved before she moved on. Eagerly awaiting her wife’s rendezvous.
---
Keshani finished the last of her stretching as Lana paced around in the Jedi’s quarters anxiously, tightly gripping her saber hilt and ready to spar. The Twi’lek looked to the furniture of her quarters that had been moved to the side to give the pair as much space as they can. I wonder if she’s eager to get started so that we can finish and enjoy what comes next? She dynamically stretched, focusing on her legs to ensure they were ready for the work out that was to come.
As she stood back up, she took out her saber-staff, the yellow light coming to life with a brilliant glow, akin to a miniature sun. “Try to keep up.” She said in a teasing manner as Lana’s facial expression shifted from impatience to something else.
Her life partner’s yellow eyes told all the reaction that was needed without any words being spoken. Sith seemed naturally driven to competition, and Lana was no different and that minor bit of taunting seemed to awaken that side of her in full. She ignited her saber, blood red like a Manka-cat’s eyes, giving the Makashi salute as she easily shifted into Form 2, holding the hilt in both hands. The Twi’lek flourished through the air with her weapon, opening with her Ataru ready stance.
In a sudden burst of energy, the Barsen’thor leapt into action by cartwheeling near her sparring partner; bringing a series of overhead strikes before trying to transition into vertical slashes. Lana’s form kept to it’s fencing strength, her red saber clashing with the yellow as she kept defensive movements to a minimum. Not a single wasted movement nor energy in her actions. The Barsen’thor did not relent in her assault, leaping in and around her opponent, using the chairs and tables around her for higher leverage or the briefest of pauses before leaping into position.
A common mistake for younger Jedi was always assuming that a Sith’s usage of a lightsaber might reflect their code of wild passions and rage but such assumptions could too easily lead into being exploited by a veteran duelist who could sense the expectation and adjust accordingly. As a Jedi Master, Keshani knew to try and study a foes movement as quickly as possible to discern strategy; however, her time spent with Lana as both an ally and lovers meant they knew each other too well at this point. No doubt Lana thinks much the same. Much like all their previous duels, Lana kept on the defensive awaiting for her opening.
Expending energy rapidly, Keshani attempted to deliver a skyward blow downward from another leap, resulting in a prolonged parrying clash between the two sabers. The Twi’lek attempted to use the two edges of her saber to her advantage by pushing the uncontested edge closer to end this spar.
In a moment, Lana’s rage came through as she summoned her almost preternatural strength to hold Jedi’s weapon at bay and then summoned a quick burst of Force lightning to block the advance of the second edge. Caught off guard the Barsen’thor was forced back and as she predicted Lana unleashed all that she had kept hidden for this duel. The precise strikes and lunges of her fencing style came all at once like a tempest of blade work. While prepared, Ataru’s weakness in prolonged battle was too pronounced as she was forced on the defensive. Blocking and parrying, taking away the range that her weapon granted her as Lana’s counterattack didn’t cease as she took more and more ground from her partner.
Keshani, running out of options, hurled one of the spare chairs to buy time however it did not avail her. Lana, with one simple upward cut, bisected the makeshift projectile and the two halves clattered behind her. Not a second wasted, the Sith pressed forward, one or two more powerful strikes came, and she promptly disarmed her Jedi opponent, pointing her lightsaber but a few inches from her throat.
“Had this been a real duel I’d have killed you a breath and a half a go.” She huffed as she deactivated her saber. “You’re not taking this seriously. You need to stop seeing me whenever we duel."
Failure was always an opportunity to learn, at least in Keshani’s mind. She had already made a note of ways to push harder through a fencer’s concentrated guard. Her frown only adds to her beauty…
Keshani got back to her feet as she Force pulled her lightsaber back to her as she stowed it away.
“Well, anything to say for yourself?” Lana folded her arms as she awaited a response only to be met with a kiss from Keshani, one she readily and eagerly returned. The pair of them paused as Lana chortled softly.
“Every time with us then?” She asked with a hint of blush coming to her cheeks.
“You did say that the taste of adrenaline suits me.” Keshani almost giggled as she turned Lana’s own words against her. The pair returned to kissing each other as their hands eagerly roamed over there respective robes as they slowly made there way over to her bed.
---
Any guilt, shame or regret that plagued Keshani about almost anything faded when she shared nights with her beloved. Her own Dark Advisor. The Galaxy, its troubles, all her ills and worries faded when she devoted herself to loving her. To worshiping her.
Lana moved her hand to the back of her neck to keep her firmly in place, using her strength just enough to illicit additional excitement from her Jedi lover but not to cause undo pain. The Jedi Master could not fully explain why it pleased her so; the little things during there nights together such as Lana overpowering her and leveraging her strength or sweet lustful nothings she’d whisper to her only made the Jedi crave her more. Her cravings are almost as strong mine. It’s been too long.
Lana’s muscled legs continued to wrap and lock firmly in place around the Twi’lek’s head as she continued her loving devotion to her. Not even with any of her previous lovers did she give herself so submissively to Lana. That was not to say she did not enjoy her trysts with Tharan Cedrax however those intimate moments came from equal footing. With Lana however, she’d gladly submit to her, pledge herself to her. Being overpowered by her, dominated, using her flexibility in any way she commanded was the only thing she could conceive when they were together.
A long breathy moan escaped the Sith lord’s mouth as she writhed and shuddered, her entire body tensing up around her lover. Keshani could sense her building anticipation as she increased her speed. Her legs tightened around her head and back as they both shuddered in there writhing embrace; waves of pleasure shock waving through both of them. They both lingered as they savored the sensation of climax with one another before Lana slowly untangled her legs from her lover and simply fell backwards onto the bed, drenched with sweat.
The Twi’lek sighed heavily as she simply laid there before she recomposed herself, and crawled up to gently wrap her arms around her Sith lover. They shared one last kiss and silently rested together, there bare chests slowly rising and falling as they held each other and drifted off to sleep.
Keshani’s dreams let her travel down her memories once again, however lacking the focus of her waking ruminations. Moments, people, events and places all blurred together. Her arrival on Tython, meeting her Master for the first time, her appointment to the Jedi Council, creating her own Holocron with Master Owa, debating the nature of the Force with Voss Mystics, first meeting her future Padawan with the rest of the Rift’s Alliance, her secret wedding ceremony with Lana officiated by a droid. All of them playing and replaying as they almost blurred together.
Then came dreams she had not seen before, not memories of any sort but something else. Dreams of some prospective student finding her holocron and studying with her teachings. A woman who looks much like Nadia but was no Padawan. A great Jedi Master with an emerald saber standing against enemy of the Republic and the Jedi. Visions of that same Master taking a Padawan and telling her of the Barsen’thor and her travels. Just as quick as the visions came so did more things not of her memory.
Visions of a hooded figure arguing with the Grand master of the Jedi order, visions of burning capital ships and great planetary battle fields between the Republic and the Sith Empire. This hooded figure striding through the great tombs of the planet of Korriban, as this figure’s lightsaber turned from yellow to blood red. Quicker and quicker the visions came, far too quick for the Jedi to perceive in her dream. The Jedi temple destroyed, Tython burning, her old companions dead and slain by this hooded figure, her breathing quickened as she tossed, turned and thrashed on her bed as she could feel the heat of the roaring fires and the smell of battlefields across her travels.
The visions ceased, only to linger one image. A Sith Lord clad in armor as black as night with her dual saber ignited. Standing upon the rubble of Coruscant, she turned to reveal it was…her. Her eyes were as red as her saber, but it was the Barsen’thor to be certain but corrupted, fallen.
She awoke, more like erupted, from her sleep; tumbling out of her bed and scrambling to her feet as she looked down at her trembling hands. She tried her best to steady her breathing but could feel her tears welling in her eyes and trailing down her cheeks. She heard Lana stirring, she turned to see the Sith lord, a look of grave concern on her face as she approached her.
“I saw…I saw visions.” Keshani started to babble as her mind was still racing from all she saw and felt. “They couldn’t have been dreams, I…”
She choked down a sob as Lana quickly approached her and pulled her into a hug, supporting her so she still stood on her feet.
“I saw myself…-fallen-. I saw myself as Sith. Corrupted. Killing all that I held dear, killing everything I…” Her words stopped as Lana pressed her forehead to hers, attempting to calm her.
“Promise me…Promise me you won’t let that happen, promise me that…” The Twi’lek’s words were cut short as she looked deep into Lana’s beautiful eyes. The sulfuric yellow, telltale signs of the Darkside.
How far have I fallen? How much do I drown in attachment that I ask a Sith to protect me from the Darkside? I ask all that the Jedi comes stand against to ensure I can remain a Jedi. What has become of me? I’ve failed. As a Master to Nadia, as the Warden of the Jedi Order and as a Jedi master…
Her tears continued to stream down her face as Lana hushed and cooed her beloved as she stroked her back to settle the Jedi’s nerves.
“I…I do not know if my words can offer any comfort.” Lana started to speak slowly, a soft, almost mournful expression on her face. “But you are the woman I fell in love with. And…and I will do everything I can to ensure you stay the woman I fell in love with. Now, and for as long as we share this galaxy together…”
She gently leans in for another kiss and wiped away tears with one of her thumbs.
“My love.” She whisperd as Keshani felt all was right just for the briefest of moments before her fear returned. She simply nestled her head on to her shoulder and returned the hug to her beloved, there bare bodies pressed together in the cold metal room they shared. Unsure of what the future held for them. But knowing they would face it together.
(I'm tempted to write some other stories about my other SWTOR characters and experiences in the presented story-line if I can find the time. Hope you enjoyed these two short stories!)
