The sound of ice being scraped by the skates of the hockey players filled your ears, making you cringe at the unpleasant noise.
Crossing your arms, you watched as they skillfully passed the puck to each other, determined not to let the opposing team take control.
You hated hockey, and it wasn't just because of the sport itself. It was the type of men who played it - cocky, entitled, and overly aggressive. Every time you came to the rink after their practice, you would find the ice in terrible condition, thanks to the rough way they played.
The University of Tokyo was notorious for its hockey team, and not in a good way. The players were known for their douchey attitudes and their reputation as "fuck boys." As you watched them play, you couldn't help but notice their ridiculously attractive appearances. It was almost as if the only requirement to join the team was to be a 6-foot-tall, handsome guy. Despite their looks, you couldn't stand them.
You sat next to your friend in the cold arena, her eyes glued to the fast-paced hockey game unfolding in front of you. She munched on her popcorn, a smile spread on her face as she yelled your friend's name, "Go Yuji!!" You couldn't help but laugh at her enthusiasm, even though you weren't a fan of hockey yourself. Suddenly, she exclaimed and started choking on her popcorn, causing you to quickly pat her back and make sure she was okay.
As you looked back at the game, your eyes narrowed at one of the hockey boys who had stopped full speed and scraped the ice so badly it made you cringe. This was one of the reasons why you hated coming to these games - the roughness of the players and the damage they caused to the ice rink. The poor ice rink didn't deserve such treatment. Wondering what the ice rink did to deserve this.
You couldn't help but feel a sense of annoyance as the game went on, the constant yelling and cheering from the crowd only adding to the chaos.
The fans roared with excitement as one of the Hockey boys received the puck, deftly dribbling past the defender with ease. As he stopped momentarily, a wide smile spread across his face before he swiftly went left, skillfully dodging the goalie and scoring a goal for his team.
The crowd erupted into cheers as the score changed from 1-2 to 1-3, with Nobara screaming and spilling her popcorn in excitement. She saw Yuji skate towards her, a grin on his face. "Next one's for you, Kugisaki!" he shouted, before skating back to his original position.
As the team huddled up before getting off the ice rink, you couldn't help but feel bored. Hockey was never your cup of tea, despite your father being a huge fan and dragging you to countless games as a child. But as you watched the boys high-five and congratulate each other, you couldn't help but feel a sense of camaraderie and team spirit in the air.
The energy in the stadium was infectious, and even though you weren't a fan of the sport, you couldn't deny the sense of excitement and unity that filled the air. As the second half began, you settled back into your seat.
Nobara looked at you with a small smirk on her lips as you both sat in the stands, watching the hockey game below. The arena was buzzing with excitement as the home team took on their rivals.
Nobara noticed your gaze and nudged you, "So Y/N, what about that one?" She pointed towards a tall blonde man, his hair disheveled and stuck to his forehead from the sweat buildup on his helmet. As he lifted his jersey to wipe his forehead, the "puck bunnies" in the stands went wild at the sight of his chiseled abs.
You shrugged and replied, "No thanks, not looking right now." You grabbed your bag and took out your phone, snapping some pictures of the action on the ice.
Nobara pouted and scooched closer to you, placing a hand on your shoulder and shaking it. "Don't be like that, Y/N. You have to get over Toji soon." She was referring to your recent breakup with your long-term boyfriend, who happened to be a hockey player on this very team.
You sighed and leaned your head against Nobara's shoulder, taking in the energy of the game and the cheers from the crowd. Despite your best efforts, you couldn't help but feel a pang of longing for the excitement and passion that came with being in a relationship with someone like Toji.
You couldn't help but feel a pang of nostalgia as you watched Toji, the man who you used to love before he cheated on you with some random sorority chick, interact with his teammates. You remembered how much you used to admire his skills on the ice and how he always seemed to effortlessly lead his team to victory. But as you watched him now, you couldn't help but feel a sense of bitterness towards him. You were still hurt by the way he had treated you, but at the same time, you couldn't deny the fact that he had genuinely treated you well at some point.
As you continued to watch him, you couldn't help but wonder how things would have turned out if he hadn't cheated on you. Maybe you would still be together, cheering him on from the stands. But now, you were just another face in the crowd, trying to hide your emotions as you watched your ex move on with his life.
Kugisaki, your best friend, noticed your gaze and followed it to Toji. She let out a sigh, knowing all too well about your past with him. But she didn't say anything, just letting you take a moment to yourself.
Toji Zenin, a living legend in Utokyo. He was the captain of the hockey team before being demoted due to the fact that he was the reason why the ice rink was broken during your freshman year. He may have been just a year older than you, but he seemed so mature and confident on the ice. That was one of the reasons why you had fallen for him in the first place. But now, as you watched him interact with his teammates, you couldn't help but see him in a different light. He was just another guy, no longer the perfect image you had created in your mind. And although it hurt, you knew it was time to move on and let go of the past.
You remember the day you met him like it was yesterday, sneaking into the ice rink to practice late at night. You were startled when he caught you, but instead of getting angry or telling on you, he just teased you and then let you go. He was the man who showed you what love was, and you were grateful for his presence in your life.
He was the reason you continued your skating career, the one who motivated you to finish tryouts even when you wanted to give up. And now, as you looked at your calendar and saw the upcoming final, you couldn't help but feel overwhelmed. Just 20 more minutes until the game was over, and you could finally go home and take your mind off of everything. But for now, you couldn't tear your eyes away from the man who had once meant everything to you, and still held a special place in your heart.
You were supposed to be studying for your midterm in sports medicine, but here you are, stuck at a hockey game. The players were fiercely competing, their skates gliding across the ice as they chased after the puck. The sound of sticks hitting the ice echoed through the arena, and the cheers of the crowd filled the air. Suddenly, the referee blew his whistle and signaled a roughing penalty, causing the crowd to boo in disagreement. You couldn't help but feel annoyed at the interruption, wishing you were back at home studying instead.
But you knew you couldn't just get up and leave without your friend Nobara dragging you back in. Sighing, you resigned yourself to staying for the rest of the game, trying your best to enjoy it despite the looming thought of your midterm.
One of the players had gotten up from the ice and was now furiously cussing out the referee. His white hair stuck out in all directions, his angry words audible through the mic attached to his helmet. You knew instantly who it was - Satoru Gojo, the star of the hockey team and the most popular guy on campus. Girls flocked to him like "puck bunnies," as they called it in hockey slang. But to you, he was just the man you absolutely despised.
Growing up, you had always been in the same social circles because your parents were close friends. Your father and Satoru's both shared a love for hockey, so you were constantly in the same presence as him. And it seemed like he was good at everything he did - sports, academics, socializing. It was infuriating. As you watched him being escorted to the penalty box, a scowl immediately replaced the look on your face. Satoru Gojo was the last person you wanted to see.
The enemy hockey team slammed into the glass, right where you were sitting, causing it to shake. The sound of their bodies colliding with the glass was loud and jarring. Nobara, who was sitting next to you, looked both amused and thrilled by the intense action happening on the ice. One of the players fell to the ground, but he quickly got back up and flashed a smile at Nobara before returning to the game.
You couldn't help but notice her blushing and giggled at her reaction. "I'm definitely coming to their next game if this is my view," she said, fixing her hair and staring back at the player.
The game continued, the energy in the arena was palpable. The coaches and fans were yelling and cheering, urging the Utokyo team on as they made their way back to the goal. You could feel the intensity building as the clock ticked down to the final seconds. And then, with a swift and powerful shot, the Utokyo team scored another goal, solidifying their victory with a final score of 4-1.
The iconic music of the game began to play, the Utokyo hockey team skated onto the ice, their sharp blades slicing through the smooth surface with ease. Each player had a look of fierce determination on their face, and you could feel the excitement building in the air. As they reached the center of the rink, they gracefully removed their helmets, revealing their sweaty, yet glowing faces.
The girls in the audience erupted into screams and cheers, their excitement and admiration for the team palpable. You couldn't help but feel a surge of adrenaline as you watched the team prepare for the game ahead. Their strong and confident presence was enough to make you believe that they were the best hockey team in the world.
Grabbing your things, you followed Nobara to the front of the gymnasium where everyone was eagerly waiting for the hockey teams to come out. Tapping your foot impatiently, you scanned the crowded room, trying to find your ex among the sea of faces. "When is Yuji coming?" you asked, crossing your arms in frustration.
Nobara rolled her eyes before interlocking arms with you. "He's coming soon, now help me look for that hot hockey player we saw earlier," she said, a mischievous glint in her eyes. Just then, the Kyoto boys walked in, some of them looking dejected and others trying to hide their disappointment after being defeated.
But your attention was immediately drawn to the tall, handsome guy who walked in, laughing at some joke his friend had said. He had a confident stride and a charming smile that caught everyone's attention. Your eyes widened as you realized it was the same guy Nobara had been drooling over earlier. And it seemed like she wasn't the only one, as you saw several girls in the crowd blushing and giggling.
As he made his way towards the group of girls, your heart raced in anticipation. You could see Nobara practically melting as he locked eyes with her and walked up to her. They both looked nervous, fidgeting with whatever they could find in their hands. But before you could even process what was happening, he left with her number and an invitation to one of the parties she was throwing later that weekend.
You were tired and hungry, and all you wanted to do was go home and rest. But you knew how much Yuji loved playing hockey and how important it was to him, so you waited patiently.
Finally, after what felt like hours, Yuji emerged from the locker room with a huge grin on his face. His hair was a mess and he was drenched in sweat, but he looked incredibly happy. He immediately ran over to you and gave you a tight hug, causing you to wrinkle your nose at his sweaty smell.
"You reek of sweat," you said, playfully pushing him away before he could hug your friend Nobara.
"Nice to see you too, Y/N," Yuji replied with a chuckle, his light brown eyes sparkling with mischief. You couldn't help but smile at him. He was like a little brother to you, and you were proud of him for pursuing his passion for hockey.
Ruffling his hair, you couldn't help but praise him for his performance on the ice. "I saw your shot, good job," you said, a genuine smile on your face. Yuji beamed with pride, and you knew that your words meant a lot to him. Despite the fatigue and hunger you were feeling, seeing Yuji's happiness made it all worth it.
His eyes glistened with excitement and his cheeks flushed with a rosy tint as he listened to you compliment him. You couldn't help but giggle at his reaction, finding it endearing and cute. But before you could say anything else, your attention was caught by a certain someone sprinting towards you, looking like he was silently cursing to himself. It was your neighbor , and he seemed to be in a rush.
He came close to you and let out a sigh of relief as he reached you. "I'm stealing her real quick," he said, a mischievous glint in his eyes.
You raised an eyebrow in confusion, but before you could question him, he grabbed your body and pulled you close. Leaning his arm against your body, he whispered into your ear, his hot breath sending shivers down your spine. "Just go along with it, okay?" he said, propping back up with a smirk on his face.
You turned to look at the white-haired male, opening your mouth to say something before being interrupted by the sound of his mother's voice. She let out a loud squeal once she saw the two of you, quickly hitting her husband's arm before coming close to you with a warm smile on her face. "I always knew you two would end up together," she exclaimed, causing you to blush and your friend to avoid your gaze because he knew you would be furious with him for this stunt.
"Y/N, I'm so glad! I've always wanted another girl in my family, besides my baby girl now," she said with a bright smile as her husband propped up Satoru's baby sister. You couldn't help but smile at the adorable sight of the 4-year-old girl with her white hair tied into two small ponytails and her face covered in chocolate.
"I'm glad to be a part of the family," you replied, placing your hand on the back of Satoru before pinching his back, making him wince. "I'm going to invite your family to dinner tomorrow! We haven't had a get-together in years... We definitely have a reason to have one now." She covered her mouth before giggling, and you couldn't help but feel a slight sense of dread at the mention of your family coming over for dinner.
Excusing herself, his mom walked away with her husband and child, leaving you and Satoru alone. You could feel the anger radiating off of you as you stared at him, if looks could kill, Satoru would have been dead long ago.
"You told your parents we were together...?" you asked, your voice dripping with disbelief and rage. Satoru's face fell, knowing he had made a grave mistake. He tried to explain himself, but you cut him off with a smack to the head.
"You're kidding me, right?" you scoffed, crossing your arms and raising an eyebrow at him. He looked like a child being scolded by his parents, and you couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction at that.
"Uh, about that," Satoru started, a sheepish smile on his face as he scratched his head. Before he could say anything else, you stormed away, pushing open the gymnasium doors and striding towards the parking lot.
This is dangerous. So fucking dangerous, playing this game with you. You know that getting involved with someone like Satoru is a recipe for disaster. He's charming and confident, but you've seen the way he treats women. He'll use them for his own amusement and then discard them without a second thought.
“What if I pay you to date me?” He asks with a mischievous glint in his eye, watching as you stomp towards the parking lot, completely ignoring his request.
“No,” you say firmly, not even turning to look at him.
“But I got plenty,” he says, following close behind you.
“Don't care,” you reply, your tone laced with annoyance.
“All right, so it’s obvious you’re not interested in money,” he muses, as if you haven't spoken. “Has to be something else then.” He pauses for a moment, deep in thought. “Booze? Weed?” he suggests, trying to find something that might interest you.
“No, and no, and get lost,” you say, your voice dripping with sarcasm.
He continues to follow you as you walk towards your car, his footsteps matching yours on the sidewalk. “Okay then. I guess you’re not into party favors,” he teases, a hint of a smirk on his lips.
"How about a date?" he offers, leaning against the doorway of your car.
You roll your eyes, trying to ignore the smug look on his face. "Why would I want to go out with you, the most arrogant and obnoxious guy on campus?"
"Because I'm charming, handsome, and irresistible," he grins, winking at you.
You scoff, not buying his ridiculous act. "Yeah, keep dreaming, Mr. Hotshot Hockey Player."
He laughs, clearly enjoying your banter. "Come on, just one date. I promise to behave."
You shake your head, crossing your arms over your chest. "No way. I have better things to do with my time."
"Like what? Study?" he teases, raising an eyebrow.
"At least I have priorities," you retort, trying to hide the hint of a smile on your face.
"Fine, be that way. But just know, everyone wants to go out with me," he says cockily, flashing you a dazzling smile.
You can't help but laugh at his confidence. "Just out of curiosity, after you wake up in the morning, do you admire yourself in the mirror for one hour or more?”
"Two," he replies without hesitation, causing you to burst out laughing.
"Do you high five yourself and talk yourself up?" you ask, unable to resist teasing him further.
"Of course not," he smirks. "I kiss each of my biceps and then point to the mirror and thank my old man for creating such a perfect male specimen."
You shake your head, trying not to smile at his ridiculousness. "No thanks, I'll pass on that date.
"Three months." He mutters, his voice confident and determined.
"Three months and if I don't convince my parents or get Naomi back, I promise I won't ever bother you or contact you ever again." He sticks out his chest confidently, smirking at you as if he knows he's already won.
"Three months?" you ask incredulously, your voice laced with disbelief. "Seriously? Three months is too much," you say, pursing your lips before letting out a heavy sigh. Three months of pretending to be in a fake relationship with him just to make his ex jealous.
"You're my only option." He pleads, his eyes boring into yours.
"Incorrect." You scoff, crossing your arms over your chest. "There are plenty of other women out there who would be more than willing to help you make your ex jealous." You wanted to say no, to turn him down and drive away.
"You're right, but she hates you the most." He says, his voice barely above a whisper. You hated him so damn much, but you couldn't deny the fact that you were intrigued by him.
There was something about him that drew you in, that made you want to know more.
You couldn't believe it. You thought this kind of shit only happened in movies, in books, or in some ridiculous fan-fiction.
But no, this was reality and the touch of his hand squeezing yours made you realize just how utterly fucked you were. You tried to laugh it off, thinking he was just playing some sick joke the hockey guys told him to do. But when you saw the serious look on his face, you knew he wasn't joking. He didn't even have a glint of mischief in his eyes, just pure determination. Your heart raced and your palms started to sweat as he shook your hand, his strong grip making you feel like a limp noodle.
You could feel the pulse in your ears as he squeezed your hand. But as you stood there, feeling like a deer caught in headlights, all you could think was, "Fuck."

i have made a comprehensive list as to why i think that itadori yuuji and fushiguro megumi love each other and are soulmates (platonic or otherwise)
edit: i also may or may not have an entire stanza by stanza analysis of the first year trio’s songs if anyone wants that too….
i read the entire series from start to finish in one sitting for this. here it is:
saving each other without question or second thought (volume 1)
megumi: “i don’t want to let him die.” gojo: “personal?” megumi: “yes.”
yuuji eats the finger to save megumi.
note: in the manga he is not trapped in a curse’s mouth
their entire interaction during the detention center (cursed womb arc)
yuuji: “fushiguro! please.”
yuuji to megumi before fighting finger bearer alone
Megumi: “it was a selfish, emotional decision.”
megumi telling yuuji why he saved him
megumi running back to grab the name off the body of one of the inmates because it’s what yuuji would have wanted
“what kind of woman is your type?” “as long as the person is compassionate (see also: has unshakable character, unwavering kindness, etc.), i can’t ask for more.” (chapter 17)
yuuji’s kanji quite literally translates to unwavering humanity. could be a stretch, but an interesting connection considering that gege does not just throw things around like that
not necessarily a moment where i think they love/care for each other, i just love it, but… (chapter 33)
“i don’t know what he was up to while he was gone, but if it comes down to a brawl without any cursed energy involved… itadori would win.”
nothing special, just megumi appreciating and acknowledging yuuji lol
before the exchange event, megumi noticing something happened to yuuji (junpei’s death) (chapter 33)
megumi: “itadori, you okay?” yuuji: “well, it’s a big job but i should be fine.” megumi: “no, something happened, didn’t it?” yuuji: “huh, what are you talking about?”
megumi can tell that something has been/is bothering yuuji, even after his insistence that he’s fine
megumi being worried about the kyoto students trying to kill yuuji; specifically, he’s the one who figured it out (chapter 36)
yuuji stepping into the fight with hanami after fushiguro gets the bud curse (chapter 48)
yuuji: “fushiguro, don’t worry”
btw, this is a direct parallel of point two, back in the detention center
megumi: “if you die again, i’ll kill you” yuuji: “i guess i can’t go dying on ya then”
yuuji checking on megumi at yasohachi bridge when tsumiki was mentioned to have gone to the bridge and being worried when megumi tried to send him and nobara back to the school so he could exorcise the curse by himself (chapter 56)
megumi telling yuuji to go after kugisaki from the domain, parallel of the detention center when yuuji told megumi to go after kugisaki (chapter 57)
yuuji: “if you get in trouble, you better get out too!”
after the fight at yasohachi bridge, both megumi and yuuji are protecting each other from their burdens (chapter 63)
megumi: “don’t tell him.”
explaining to nobara that yuuji eating the finger caused curses to start killing people
yuuji: “hey! don’t tell fushiguro. don’t you dare tell him”
yuuji to sukuna after being told that because of him people were going to die.
see: cursed womb arc; “why’d you bother saving me then?
this one is just another funsie thing that i wanted to add, but in It’s Like That, megumi is the first person that yuuji notices when he arrives at the diner, completely bypassing nobara and ozawa (chapter 64)
the entire fight with the inverse guy was just peak duo-ism, you can’t even deny it, there is so much content in there (chapter 94–98)
megumi: “itadori!” yuuji: “no worries, it’s just a scratch!!!”
giving parallels with gojo and geto when toji first snuck up on gojo
megumi, using rabbit escape: “let’s retreat for now.” yuuji picks up a bunny, bc of course he does
inverse guy: “man up and come at me!” megumi, pointing at yuuji: “that’s really more his style.” yuuji: throwing a fucking car
yuuji: “i’m heading into the station” megumi: “fine, but–” yuuji: “’if you die, i’ll kill you,’ right”
them just working together in general, we love to see it
fellas, is it gay to think of your friend during your last moments? (chapter 117)
“i’ll see you later!” “sorry… itadori…” megumi summons mahoraga and apologizes to yuuji.
post-shibuya arc, yuuji spends the entire time between shibuya and the culling games avoiding megumi in order to protect him (volume 16)
megumi and yuuji taking on the burden of the deaths in shibuya arc together (chapter 143)
yuuji: “i killed people! because of me, lots of people died!” megumi: “it’s our fault, don’t be selfish and give up all alone.”
megumi tries to explain to yuuji that they need to save who they can
parallels grandpa itadori’s last wish
yuuji: “no, fushiguro, it’s because… as long as i’m around… you will suffer!” megumi: “so start by saving me, itadori! … i’m begging you, itadori. i need your strength.”
yuuji has a purpose and a reason to keep going (see chapter 212: “thank you for giving me a role to play”)
yuuji telling yuuta to kill him if he ever switches to sukuna, without hesitation, in order to protect megumi (chapter 144)
yuuji: “sukuna is plotting something involving fushiguro”
megumi not caring about the dangers of sukuna so he can stick with yuuji (chapter 146)
megumi: “if that happens and i die, just have him (yuuta) kill you” yuuji: the point is to not let that happen
they just care about each other, your honor
yuuji trying to avoid megumi once again before the culling games (chapter 146)
megumi panicking at yuuji getting beat by hakari (more so than panda was) to the point where he was about to jump over the rail and start interfering (chapter 157)
megumi: oh no! if he gets hurt anymore… “itadori! that’s enough!”
yuuji (again) trying to avoid being with megumi during the culling games in order to protect him from sukuna (chapter 160)
yuuji: “i’m just worried!” megumi: “are you going to say that every time? it’s annoying a waste of time!” (he is stubborn, refuses to be separated from yuuji)
they are bickering like an old married couple here imo
megumi and yuuji are split up and start working to find higuruma. they are each told different locations and immediately think of each other (chapter 162)
megumi: “shinjuku…” i hope itadori is on his way there too… yuuji: “ikebukuro?!” is fushiguro there too?
another cutesy one that i just wanted to add: megumi smiling when he realized that yuuji got the points to add a rule to the culling games (chapter 168)
megumi waking up and immediately speaking to yuuji (he doesn’t acknowledge hana or anyone else in any way, shape, or form for like an hour (chapter 199)
megumi immediately notices something is up with yuuji when they learn about “the disgraced one,” and this has one of my fave duo interactions with them (chapter 200)
megumi: “itadori, what’s wrong”
always so akin to yuuji’s feelings bruh
yuuji switches with hana to communicate to megumi that sukuna is the disgraced one. hana is just staring lovingly at megumi, megumi is only concerned about yuuji
their cute little charades act, oh my god they are so fucking silly bro
megumi: i don’t get it. what’s he trying to say?
oh my god bro pls
yuuji: *nod nod* did he get it?
yuuji is fully resolved in dying because megumi and tsumiki (as far as they knew) are safe, so he is okay with dying as long as they can live
megumi is immediately worried about yuuji killing himself and dying to end sukuna
my god they are both so worried about each other all the time
megumi is quick to notice yuuji’s disposition towards hana (chapter 210)
megumi: “this isn’t like you.” yuuji: “you sure about that?”
megumi: “don’t be dumb.” yuuji: “i’ll apologize later…”
can they stop flirting in dire times?
yuuji thinking of both gojo and megumi as they gave him a role in the world (chapter 212)
maybe i should have done it sooner. i could have helped fushiguro and disappeared. thank you for giving me a role to play
megumi suppresses sukuna’s technique when he first incarnates in his body (chapter 214)
literally any point during the fight with sukuna where yuuji is locked in on saving megumi (shinjuku showdown arc)
“wake up, fushiguro.” (chapter 251)
i’ll do it as many times as it takes! “wake up, fushiguro!” (chapter 263)
“you’re right, sukuna. i have the ability to end your life. if you release fushiguro and return to me, i will spare your life.” (chapter 265)
literally all of chapter 266 bro this entire fucking chapter hurts me so fucking bad??????
megumi just wanting a peaceful life with his sister and yuuji
yuuji knowing and understanding megumi’s pain to the point where he knows it isn’t fair to force or expect him to want to live
“i’ve started to understand and emphathize with the decisions made by people who encounter unavoidable realities, like grandpa. for that reason… for that reason, i can’t tell you to continue living, fushiguro.”
megumi: “huh? what’s with that face?” yuuji: “nothing, it’s just that… it’ll be lonely without you, fushiguro.”
what if i was suicidal?????
megumi hears yuuji telling him it’ll be lonely when he’s gone and sees one (1) tear form in his eyes and immediately locks in, using his technique to throw sukuna off guard and allow yuuji to land a hit

see chapter 168: megumi smiling when he realized yuuji got the points for the games
EDIT: OH MY GOD CHAPTER 268????????
megumi: “i think i’ll try to live for someone else.”
also, see yuuji and megumi’s theme songs that were selected by gege:
yuuji’s songs:
heart ni hi o tsukete by 9mm parabellum bullet – a song about two people struggling to recover from their traumas and pain and wondering if they will find love within each other.
the last line of the song is “will we love each other? will we not love each other? will we turn to ashes?”
itsuka dokoa de by kuchiroro – this song overall seems to be a sort of conversation that the narrator is having with an unknown person. there is mentions of belief, love, and a desire for a simple, mundane life.
love is mentioned a lot throughout this song (it’s 13 minutes long and translations are hard to find online though)
megumi’s songs:
hakujitsumu by uchujin – the song is about wanting to save someone, but also battling with their own internal struggles as they try to navigate their trauma.
“don’t disappear yet, i’ll rescue you.”
island in the sun by weezer – this song is about a narrator and their desire to run away with someone and live a peaceful life, away from their troubles so they will “never feel bad anymore.”
this song i feel reflects most with that idyllic life that megumi wanted to build for tsumiki and yuuji

megumi fushiguro is not new to the feeling of embarrassment.
In fact, he’s quite used to it considering he’s best friends with Itadori Yuji and Nobara Kugisaki, who apparently can’t go a single day without causing some sort of a scene. As well as being raised by a certain white haired, 6’3 man adorned with a black blindfold.
“Stop it! Why didn’t you order your own if you’re just gonna eat off my plate?!” A certain pink haired boy screamed, slapping away the greedy hands of the ginger.
Nobara quickly whips back her hands to her chest, cradling them with a look of offence for one, being slapped and two, being denied food, replied; “maybe because I wasn’t hungry then?!”
Yuji stared at Nobara with a blank face, “go order now then!”
Now it was Nobara’s turn to stare at Yuji, as if it was the most obvious thing in the world, “No! cause it’ll take too long and I won’t be hungry by then!”
“Yeah cause you’ll have eaten all of mine!” At this point, Megumi wanted to slam his head onto the table as if to wake him up from this embarrassment. But he couldn’t, because if that were to happen then he’d gain the attention of a certain y/c/h sat just three tables away.
All Megumi had done since they arrived 30 minutes ago was sit in a corner booth, with his head turned towards you and stare at your angelic form while sat opposite the two loudest idiots he calls his best friends with half his face buried in his high collar.
That was until you turned your pretty head towards them. Their table. Him.
At this realisation, Megumi’s eyes widened and a blush crept up his neck and stained his cheeks as he quickly whipped his head in the opposite direction, conveniently towards the wall next to him.
Or maybe not so convenient considering he probably looked like an idiot staring at a plain wall. But what else was he supposed to do when the one person he actually liked was staring straight at him?
Well, maybe not at him exactly but he was grouped with these idiots considering he was sat at the same table so that counted for something.
This was certainly not the way he wanted you to notice him.
And this did not go unnoticed by a particular boy sat opposite him, suddenly forgetting the petty argument moments before as he he took notice of his friends red face hidden in the collar of his uniform. Also, why was he staring at a wall? He’d barely even touched his food?
Observing the repetitive way Megumi’s eyes would go back and forth from darting around the cafe to quickly look at something or someone across the room.
Confused, Yuji’s eyes slowly followed where Megumi’s went.
Oh.
Oh.
The next day, Yuji took it upon himself to help his best friend out. And who better to recruit than the one and (thankfully) only Satoru Gojo, who was very keen on taking part in this plan.
What kind of adoptive father would he be if he didn’t help his growing son find love. Just the thought brought a tear to his eye.
Sat behind the dark haired boy in question, Yuji, as inconspicuous as he could possibly be (considering he was sat next to Nobara), raised his hand in a thumbs up motion. A signal that the plan was ready.
Satoru took notice of this as well as the longing gaze Megumi held as he tried to discreetly take a glance at you every few seconds. How had he not noticed before?
With a very loud and very obvious fake cough, Satoru gained the attention of his students. Satoru went to stand from his chair when he accidentally knocked some books over which were conveniently (or not so conveniently) placed on the corner of his desk where the said books landed on his feet, perfect.
“Ak! I’m injured!! Man down!” Their teacher yelled as he dramatically fell to the floor with the back of his hand placed on his forehead as if he was in one of Nobara’s dramas. He probably took inspiration from them actually.
The students, clearly not fazed in the slightest, turned back to their previous conversations ignoring the cries for help coming from the floor. Except for you of course.
Standing up and making your way towards your “injured” teacher, you crouched down to eye level as he lay motionless on the floor as if already succumbed to his fatal injuries if not for him peeking from under the arm that lay across his face.
“OH! Y/n-chan! My saviour! I feel as though I may not make it…” the said teacher explained in an overly dramatic sigh. “I’m sure you will Gojo” you replied with a slight pat on his stomach. “But if I don’t… I want you to do something for me-”
Before Gojo could ramble on any further he was cut short, “I’m not buying you mochi” you stated with a blank face.
“I understand why you would think that but no” he started before quickly switching back into his role, “these books that just so happened to fall in unison onto my now clearly fractured foot, needed to be delivered to principal Yaga! Oh what am I to do now!” Your teacher explained in an almost pained voice while flailing around on the floor.
“Why doesn’t Y/n do it!” The pink haired boy popped up from behind Megumi, who had been watching the ridiculous scene play out. “What a wonderful idea Yuji! Oh could you Y/n-chan? Would you help an injured man like me deliver these urgently needed books for me?” Gojo’s voice now laced with faux desperation while you were left confused, did he owe principal Yaga something again? Is that what this was about?
“Uhm, I suppose so, sure.” You could barely get the words out before Gojo jumped up onto his feet, realising his mistake and quickly leaning against his desk, the “fractured” foot elevated in the air. “Megumi! Why don’t you help Y/n-chan out huh? Be a gentleman will you?”
Megumi, already figuring out what he was up to planned on declining before he set his eyes on you. He didn’t care if he came off as rude, but to you? Megumi didn’t want you to think he was some sort of high and mighty jerk. That was the last thing he wanted.
So with a huff, Megumi stood, stuffing both hands into his pockets as he made his way towards you.
“You didn’t need to help me. They aren’t that heavy anyway” you tried explaining as you both walked towards Yaga’s office, trying to fill the silence with something, anything.
“It’s fine, really.” Did you not like his presence? Why were you acting so awkward? “So… your friends are pretty loud huh” you chuckled out.
Megumi grimaced at the recent memory, “You remember that?” He prayed that you wouldn’t remember that time, or at least not remember him.
“How could I not, it was pretty entertaining. Especially the way you stared at a wall” so you did notice him. “It was better than listening to them squabble.” He grumbled out with a sour look plastered on his face until he heard the prettiest sound leave your mouth, reminding him of a soft melody.
You laughed. Sure it was at him but you laughed at him. He made you laugh!
“Squabble? What are you? An old man?” You managed to wheeze out, the previous awkwardness quickly forgotten about.
“Y’know, with the way you’re teasing me and if I didn’t know any better, I might think you like me” what was meant to come out as a joke only started a chain of teasing on both parts. “I could say the same to you mr. Fushiguro” you retorted, a sly smile sneaking it’s way onto your face.
“And if I do? Would that be okay?” The sudden seriousness his voice held startled you. Slowing to a stop, you looked up at his tall frame and saw how genuine and truthful his eyes were causing a blush to quickly rise to your cheeks.
Averting your gaze towards the floor, you answered with a small smile,
“I suppose it would”

rizzless sukuna pt 5
lowkey this is almost feels like crack at this point 😭
idk what im doing. im just going with the vibes i started with when writing this series lmaoo
Part 1 | 2 | 3 | 4
---
It's a beautiful Saturday morning; the sun is bright, the birds are chirping, and Yuuji is currently setting up the gaming console as Nobara and Megumi make themselves comfortable on the couch. His parents are out running errands together and Sukuna is… actually, Yuuji doesn't know and currently isn't concerned with his brother's whereabouts because it means that Yuuji and his friends get the house to themselves for the time being.
Nobara kicks off her shoes and plops down in the middle of the couch, resting her feet on the coffee table. Megumi drops next to her, pulling out his phone as he looks around. He glances back to Yuuji as he asks, “Is Sukuna not here?”
“Who cares?” Nobara replies, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear.
“Uhh, I don't know,” Yuuji says over his shoulder with a shrug as he gets to his feet. He makes his way back to the couch, tosses a controller to Megumi's lap, and hands another to Nobara. Taking a seat next to her, he sighs, “Probably vandalizing old buildings or something.
Nobara snorts. “Egging houses,” she adds.
“Surely he's done that before,” Yuuji comments as he picks his character and kart.
It’s no surprise that Yuuji and Nobara battle for first place in every race. Both are extremely competitive and weirdly good at this game. Megumi, however, almost always finishes in dead last. He doesn’t care; he never has and probably never will.
“Hey, Megumi, do you ever not come in last place?” Nobara asks with a shit-eating grin, pulling her eyes away from the screen and over to her friend. His brows are pulled together, and there’s a deep frown on his face as he falls off the edge of the map again.
“Do you ever shut up?” he grunts.
Yuuji cackles. “Don’t you play with Gojo?”
“Not because I want to,” Megumi sighs, dropping the controller when he finally finishes the race.
“Well, I guess someone has to give him enrichment time,” Nobara hums and crosses one leg over the other.
The front door opens, and Sukuna steps inside the house. He wipes his face with the hem of his shirt as he walks into the living room. Of course, the last thing he expects to see is Megumi sitting on his couch.
Their eyes meet, and Sukuna feels his heart skip a beat.
Instantly, Megumi’s eyes flicker from Sukuna’s face to his exposed abdomen and back up again. It’s only a split second later that he looks away, awkwardly scratching his cheek as he looks down at the controller in his hands.
“What are you losers doing?” Sukuna asks as he steps into the living room.
“We were having a good time,” Yuuji states without looking away from the screen. His character throws a red shell, hitting Nobara’s kart and allowing him to take first place. “Yes! Take that, Kugisaki!”
“This is why girls don’t like you!” Nobara shouts, shoving Yuuji hard enough that he falls off the couch.
The boy lands on the ground with an oof! but it doesn’t stop his focus from the race.
Sukuna watches the scene play out with his top lip curling in annoyance. As he rolls his eyes, he takes a seat on the arm of the couch next to Megumi. He can’t help but notice that the boy is in last place and after spinning out, immediately drives into a banana peel that he could have easily avoided. Sukuna snorts in amusement.
“Dude, you’re shit at this game,” he says, nudging Megumi’s shoulder with his elbow.
Megumi huffs, opening his mouth to reply, but his words are cut short temporarily as Nobara tries to kick Yuuji’s controller out of his hands. She cackles when she’s successful, only for Yuuji to grab her ankle and pull her down onto the floor with him.
Turning to look up at Sukuna, Megumi states with a deadpan expression, “This is why I don’t play.”
Raising an eyebrow, Sukuna looks over at Yuuji and Nobara who are simultaneously trying to race and knock away each other’s controllers. A grin spreads across Sukuna’s face and without thinking, he reaches down and grabs the controller from Megumi’s hands, their fingers brushing. Sukuna’s gaze briefly meets the other boy’s before he’s turning back to the TV.
With Yuuji and Nobara distracted trying to sabotage each other, it doesn’t take much for Sukuna to quickly catch up to the front, but not without adding a couple teasing jabs to Megumi’s poor choice of character and kart.
“Why on earth would you pick Baby Rosalina and the Badwagon?” he asks with an amused snort.
The younger boy shrugs. “I just hit the randomize button. I don’t care that much.”
“Obviously,” Sukuna retorts. He shoots Megumi a teasing grin.
Megumi rolls his eyes. “The only other time that I play this game is when Gojo forces me and Tsumiki to play with him."
Sukuna grimaces. “Sounds awful.”
“It’s not that bad. Gojo is just a sore loser so Tsumiki usually lets him win so we’re not stuck there all night.”
With a hum of acknowledgement, Sukuna briefly wonders if Megumi would be down to play with him, just the two of them. It doesn’t sound like a bad idea. The only thing would be convincing Yuuji to let him borrow the switch or getting Yuuji out of the house long enough for Megumi to even come over. Well, he supposes that’s something they can figure out after they’ve had their movie date.
“Yes! First place! As I should be!” Nobara exclaims as she finally finishes the race with Yuuji on her tail with a close second.
Yuuji scoffs. “Only because you knocked the controller out of my hand and made me fall off the side of the map.”
Rolling her eyes, Nobara waves a hand dismissively. She leans back against the couch and stretches her arms above her head. “You’re just a sore loser.” Her eyes flicker back to the screen and she sits up straighter. “Megumi coming in 4th place?! And here I thought you just liked losing."
“Whoa, how’d you get so good so fast?!” Yuuji asks with a laugh. He looks over, his head tilting to the side when he sees that there is no controller in Megumi’s hands. That’s when he notices that his brother never left and is instead sitting on the arm of the couch with the controller in his hands. “Hey! That’s cheating too!”
Nobara looks over with a frown as Sukuna is handing the controller back to Megumi. He pushes himself to his feet, pulling his phone out of his pocket to check his notifications.
“Thanks, Sukuna,” Megumi says, the corner of his mouth quirking up.
Without thinking, Sukuna clicks his tongue and shoots Megumi a wink. “Any time.” He doesn’t bother sparing a glance to Yuuji as he turns around and heads out of the living room and up the stairs to his bedroom.
A long silence draws out in the living room, both Nobara and Yuuji staring at Megumi in a mixture of shock and confusion as Megumi watches Sukuna go. When he turns back to his friends, he shifts in his seat, growing a little uncomfortable. “What?”
“What was that?” Nobara asks, the game now forgotten with her full attention on Megumi.
“What was what?”
“That!” She gestures vaguely in Megumi’s direction. “With you and Sukuna. He was… nice to you.”
“So?” the other boy cocks an eyebrow. He leans forward and places the controller on the coffee table before sitting back. “Is Sukuna not allowed to be nice to people?”
“No,” both Nobara and Yuuji say simultaneously in the same deadpan tone.
Yuuji pushes himself up to his feet, setting his own controller on the coffee table. He turns to Megumi, hands settling on his hips. “He’s not even that nice to me and I’m his brother."
Megumi shrugs. “I don’t know, maybe he felt bad for me because you two were being insufferable.”
“Sukuna doesn’t feel bad for people,” Yuuji says with a shake of his head. “He’s the one who makes people feel bad.”
Again, Megumi shrugs. “He’s always been nice to me.” He gets to his feet and excuses himself to the bathroom.
Nobara and Yuuji watch as he leaves. The moment they hear the bathroom door shut, they’re both sitting on the couch and facing each other with wide eyes, ready to conspire.
“There’s something weird going on here,” Nobara whispers, tapping her chin with her finger.
“You’re telling me. The other day, Sukuna was making plans to invite someone over when I wasn’t here.” He pauses, looking around to make sure that they’re alone. He leans in a little closer, cupping one hand around the side of his mouth. “And even worse, there’s someone with a nickname in his phone.”
Nobara’s eyebrows shoot up, her eyes widening. “A nickname? What kind of nickname?"
“It said ‘Raisin Boy’.”
“What the hell does that mean?” she asks, her eyebrows instantly pulling together in confusion.
Yuuji shrugs and leans back. “I dunno.”
A look of determination settles over Nobara’s face. “Well whatever it is, we're getting to the bottom of it!”
Yuuji grins, matching Nobara’s determination with a high five. "Operation: 'Find out who Raisin Boy is' is now underway."

“I want to have a connection with someone. I want to be needed by someone. I want the confidence to feel like it’s okay to live.”
[0][1-Here!]
─── ⋆⋅✮⋅⋆ ──
"Ask the second years!" Yuji chides, the two of you huddled up on the floor. A note book sitting on your lap as dozens of manga lay across the your desk. "No way!" You create a an 'x' symbol with your hands.
"What if they think I'm not good enough for him!" You cry out, tugging at your hair. Your phone digs as a notfication from Junpei pops up.
"Ha..? They wouldn't." The pink-nette deadpans.
"Think about it..!"
The heroine was cornerd in a desserted hall as the rival scowls. "Why do you keep bothering him! Weirdo!"
"There's gotta be someone we know who has info on him.." Itadori ponders aloud. "Someone with experience.."
Grabbing your phone, you see the small text. Even he was trying to help you out, even if he was doing special training with Nanami. You read outloud the text he sent.
"Junpei said: "Someone one that knows him well enough." "
Yuji hums in agreement. "Someone we know too.."
The two of you stew in thought as Nobara and Megumi return back to the classroom. Lunches in hand, converseing quietly.
"Wait."
Fushiguro pauses, a strange look on his face. The brunette blinks, turning her attention ahead of them.
"Geh-!? Creepy..." Kugisaki mumbles.
There teacher, who had been hiding by the doorway, watches excitedly. Teetering back and forth on his long legs. Readying to jump into the classroom, like a dog having there name called!
"I got it!" You cheer, jumping out of your seat. Slamming your hands against the desk, your gaze faraway.
"Who?"
"Todo!"
Aftee those words were utter, you could hear a small distraught yell from outside.
─── ⋆⋅✮⋅⋆ ──
"Okkotsus type eh..." Todo mumbled, his muscular frame leaning back against the chair. "Hmmm.. Well, when I first heard of him. I thought of some total badass."
"He is-!" You tried to defend, but stop yourself, never actually seeing him in action. But hearing how Fushiguro respected him, along with being a Speical grade, hell, even close with your seniors!
He... Was a power house.
But. What did you actually KNOW about HIM?
Shaking away your thoughts, you wait expectantly for an answer.
"Ha! When I saw him though, he looked like a scared lamb!" Todo laughed. "But, I could feel his cursed energy as soon as he stepped in the arena."
Sipping at your drink, you watch your friend smirk as he recalls the memories. You nodded along, especially the smallest details.
"But type of woman... He never really told me." He shrugged as you choke on your straw, coughing into your fist.
"Though, your strength to puruse him is admirable!" Todo pat your shoulder ruffly, laughing again. "I'm quite good at reading people, so I'm sure I know his type!"
You sweated, maybe asking the second-years should of been your first choice.
"A strong, resilient woman, with a big rack." Todo nodded thoughtfully.
"...." You smack your head against the table as Todo smiles smugly at his answer. "...Thanks, Todo..." You grit out, before popping your head back up in realization. "Oh! Right, I almost forgot, here!"
Taking the papers out from your bag, you slide them over to him. Whispering, "for your trouble's." You said seriously.
"Huh? What's this.." He picks them up, then immediately becomes quiet.
Holding out your hand, he takes it quickly. Gripping it firmly as the two of you share a look of aknowlegement.
"Good luck! (Y/N)!"
"Thank you!"
─── ⋆⋅✮⋅⋆ ──
Eyes ahead on the lap course, you huff as you do. Not as good as your pink haired friend, but doing your best!
Hearing laughter near the bleachers, you slow your pace to get a peek.
Maki laughed manically as she swiped at Yuta with her spear as he expertly dodged. Swinging back at her with his blade.
You gaze in awe, almost stopping completely until your nudge by Kugisaki. "Hey, you' alright? You seem space-casey." Your pace became snail-like as the two of you walked and talked.
"I'm fine, just thinking!" You laugh it off, glancing away.
"Hmmm..." Nobara sighed. "I heard from Itadori that you went out on a date."
"HUH!? -A-h.. No!" You explain your situation to jer quickly, fumbling a bit on a few words. But making sure your point came across.
"Good! Cause' I thought either one of us went on a date we'd tell each other, that idiot was lying, I knew it!"
You bashfully defended Yuji, "He just meant "going out" not.. "OUT." " Nobara scowls. "Your worse than he was when I asked."
Huffing, she leaves your side, but pauses. Glancing back at you. "Though, I'll be sure to help you dress probably for a real date." She sassed, before leaving the track to grab her watterbottle.
You follow after before driffing over to Panda's side discreetly as you could.
Noticing you, the cursed corpse welcomes your presence. "Hey (Y/N)! You wanted to see the action?" Panda jokes as Inumaki agreed. "Salmon."
Face warm, you take a seat with them. "Ah, well... I wanted to ask something."
"Go on.."
"Is.. Is.. Okkotsu, seeing anyone?" You smile anxiously, gazing at your senior classmate hopefully.
"Kelp."
"Oh-ho~!" Panda pats your back encouragingly. "I see! You should of said something sooner! Toge is right though, he's single."
You beam, letting out a relived breath. "Ha... I was super curious, but I got worried, then I asked Todo. And he said Yuta's into big bo-"
"He perfers normal." Panda interupted your rant.
You pause, shutting up. Waiting for him to continue eagerly.
Before Panda could continue, Maki yells at you. "Oi! (Y/N), don't slack off." She calls at you, while you squeak when seeing even Yutas attention directed at you.
Slumping in your seat, you smile reassureingly at your two seniors. "Right.. Sorry."
You hop down from the bleachers, not daring to catch a glance at the male who held your heart. Gazing ahead, you walk past Yuta as your eyes light up when seeing Yuji call you over to the field.
"Hey! (Y/N)! Junpei said he's free this weekend to see Earth Worm Four!"
You scream back with delight as you ran to him. "No way! You think we could convice Nobara and Megumi to come with-!"
The Heroine misses the glances she got, oblivious as a typical shoujo maiden.
Maki sighs at your shouting, ignoring it as she glances at her friend. "Yuta, we can take a break now. You don't seem very focused." She mocks, reading his slightly stiff movements easily.
"Sorry Maki."
"YUUUUTAAA~!" A cheery voice sings, walking into grassy area.
"Oh, Gojo-Sensei?"
"The one and only! But, I got a mission for you."

Home (Is Wherever I’m With You)
Tumblr media
synop: meet the gang!
a/n: lololol not proof read. still getting used to writing. this is pt 2 —> pt 1 here
word count: 1.1k
“Yuuji! Arms up more!” Panda yelled from the sidelines, as he watched the pink haired boy get absolutely pounded into the ground by Maki’s weapon. “I’m- trying-!” He would yell in between getting whacked. “Not hard enough!” Kugisaki added, which made the second years laugh.
Megumi walked out to the field where the rest of his peers were watching the (one sided) battle. “What’s going on?” He asked the girl standing next to hom. “Itadori is getting his ass handed to him by Maki!” She laughed. “Oi!” The boy yelled from the field. “Why don't you get down here and try!” Nobara put her hand behind her head and looked away.
The ongoing battle was interrupted, much to Itadori’s relief, by a clapping Gojo, with Yaga standing beside him. “Well done my beautiful students!” He laughed. “Especially you Yuuji! I’ve never seen someone get taken down so quickly! That’s a real skill!” After he said that, Yaga promptly smacked him upside the head.
While Gojo was off whinging, Yaga took his glasses off and began to clean them. “Ahem. Students. I’ve decided that, with the upcoming Exchange event, you’ll need to be able to better deal with a… different… kind of cursed technique. Someone who excels at both close contact and their technique.”
Megumi knew where this was headed, as he could sense her cursed energy since the pair walked down. “What, are we getting a new teacher or something?” Maki sighed, hoping they would get someone a little less… well let's say childish. “Hey! I excel at both of those things!” Gojo continued to whine, but a new presence appeared behind him, giving another smack.
“Yeah dumbass, but he needs someone who doesn't act like a teenager!” You yelled. Yuuji audibly gasped. “It’s a woman! A beautiful one!” He accidentally said aloud.
“Sorry Yuuji! But this one’s taken!” He said, grabbing your face and peppering it with kisses. Yuuji and Nobara stood there with shocked looks on their faces. The three Second Years had met you previously, due to the fact that you had helped Yuta when he first came to Jujutsu Tech Megumi and Yaga both stood there with their hands on their faces.
“Ew Satoru, get off of me!” You said, shoving him away. “Someone… actually likes.. Gojo?” Nobara said, still in shock. “You know… you know him right?! You know his personality!” She asked. “Unfortunately so. But he can be polite when he wants to.” You replied, still shoving him away.
“But hi kids, I’m Y/N L/N. I’m another special grade sorcerer-" "And my girlfriend!” Gojo interrupted. “Yeah yeah you big goof. Now where’s- ah, there he is.” You said, locking eyes with the raven haired boy. “Megumi~” Gojo said, matter of factly, “Aren’t you gonna come give your mom a hug~” He teased. Megumi’s face turned bright red, and all the others went crazy. Now even the second years didn’t know that. “She's your mom?!” Panda yelled. “How could someone so beautiful give birth to someone like him?!” That one was definitely Kugisaki.
“Oh, oh! I’m not his actual mom! Gojo and I raised Megumi from when he was little!” You smiled, patting his head. “Y/N-san, I thought you were in Africa with Yuuta.” He asked. “Oh, I was, but the kid insisted I come back and help you all get ready for the exchange event. By the looks of it, I’m not sure there's much I can do. Aside from that one over there.” You said, pointing to Yuuji, who was still making heart eyes at you.
“HAHA, you hear that! She thinks you're dumb!” Nobara bent over laughing, while hitting Yuuji on the back. That seemed to take him out of his trance. “U-h! Y/N-san! Forgive me!” he said, bowing down. “You’re very beautiful!”
You didn’t know how to respond, but he seemed like a sweet kid. “Thank you, Itadori!” You patted his head. His face turned beet red. “EXCUSE ME!” The young boy said while running off.
You smiled while watching him hysterically run, occasionally tripping over his feet. You turned back to the group to speak. “Maki, nice to see you! How’s that sister of yours?” “Evil as ever.” She replied with a scowl. “Panda! Have you grown since I’ve seen you last!” “Maybe you’ve just gotten shorter, L/N-Sensei.” “Ah, Toge! Look at you! You changed your hair!” “Salmon!” The boy smiled.
You stuck your hand out, making eye contact with Nobara. She returned the handshake. “L/N-san! It’s not too late! You can still run from Gojo-Sensei! There’s plenty of attractive sorcerers that aren’t crazy!” She said, leaning in. “Yeah, but they aren’t the strongest like I am!” Gojo smirked. “Now run along children, we have adult things to talk about! Except you, Megumi! Y/N and I want to catch up!”
(flashback)
“Gumi, you have to eat something!” Gojo sighed as he placed an assortment of fruits in front of the younger boy. “Don’t wanna.” He said, going back to coloring the dogs on his paper. Just as the white haired man was going to beg again, he heard the door unlocking, making both boys swivel their heads around.
“We’re back!” Tsumiki yelled. “And we brought treats!” Gojo ran over to you, panicking. “Y/N, my beautiful girlfriend, please tell that demon child to eat!” You glanced over at your adult boyfriend, who was wearing a sanrio apron and his signature round glasses.
“Satoru… it’s hard to take you seriously when you look like Hello Kitty…” Gojo pouted. “Please my love, he doesn’t listen to a word I say! He only listens to you and ‘Miki! He hates men!” He whined. You looked over at the smaller boy once more, who was happily eating his strawberries next to his sister.
“He seems to be doing fine.” You shrugged. Gojo began to fake cry. “You’re so mean to me, Megumi!” Megumi didn’t spare Gojo a glance. “You’re annoying.”
-
As soon as the kids were asleep, you plopped down in bed next to Gojo, who was reading a book, titled ‘How to make your kid like you’. “That book isn’t going to do anything, you know.” You said, still face down on the pillow.
“But he’s so mean!” Gojo whisper yelled, placing the book down. “He’s just… special. One day he’ll be grateful for what you did. But for now, let him be a moody pre-teen.” You finally lay on your side, facing the beautiful blue eyes you’ve grown to love.
“Y/N, he needs friends. He needs a best friend, and it’s gonna be me!” You threw a pillow at his face, sighing. “He’ll be fine. You didn’t meet Suguru until you started High School.”
“Yeah, well, look at how that turned out.” You looked up for a second, thinking of what to say next. “We still have Shoko, right? And Nanami. Well, me more than you, but you get the point.”
Gojo sighed. “Why does everyone hate me.” He pouted. “They don’t hate you, Satoru. They just don’t get you like I do.” You said, gently placing a hand on his face. He brought his closer to you, until your foreheads were touching.
“Promise you’ll love me forever?” He asked. “Forever and ever, and even a but after that.” You gave him a small peck on the cheek. “Y/N… I have to tell you something important…” He said.
“Yes, Satoru?”
Instead of speaking, he sneezed on you.
“HAHA, I GOT YOU!”
“I’M SLEEPING ON THE COUCH.”

Unspoken Love
Nanami Kento x Reader
Three part series, post Shibuya where our Nanami survives!
(Song Inspiration: Need 2 by Pinegrove)
Part 1: The Meeting
“Nanamin, how are you doing?” Yuji asked when he walked inside the library. Nanami sat there reading the daily newspaper. Once he heard Yuji, he looked up and softly smiled.
“I should be asking you that,” he said when he put the paper down. Yuji slightly blushed and took a seat next to him. “I’m doing better.” Yuji warily looked at him but the soft look in Nanami’s eye and smile was convincing enough for the teenage boy. “And you?”
“I’m still worried about Kugisaki-san,” Yuji said. “But they say that her chances of survival is getting higher.”
“Fushiguro-kun?”
“He’s recovered.” Nanami nodded, glad to hear that the students are okay.
“How about Maki-san?”
“Great! Her scars are pretty cool like yours.” Yuji suddenly covered his mouth. He hoped that he didn’t offend Nanami in any way. Nanami couldn’t help but smile at the young boy. Yuji rested his hands on his lap, his body relaxing. “Oh, I got you something.” Yuji pulled out a small box out of his sweater pocket. Nanami thanked him and unwrapped the gift. It was a new eye patch. The material was softer, something that he desperately needed.
“Thank you, Itadori-kun,” he said softly and replaced it with the old one. Nanami felt relief. It felt better around his head.
“I’m glad you survived, Nanamin.”
“Thank you for saving me, Itadori-kun.” Content silence filled the air. Nanami grabbed his paper and started reading again while Yuji played on his phone.
Yuji waved at Nanami happily when he announced his departure when the clock struck 5PM. He hoped his favorite bread was in stock at this hour. He thought maybe he could stop at the store to gather some ingredients for tonight’s dinner.
Despite his better mood, he is still conscious about his body. The scars visible on his face is still a big change in his life. He never expected to care much about his appearance. He never understood why he started to care about it now. But as time passed, his anxiety eased and his mood became better.
He walked inside, the smell of freshly baked bread filling the air. He felt more content. He was happy that he was able to find this unique cafe/bakery. A cafe filled with fresh pastries and bread along with delicious drinks. Tables spread around with book shelves wrapped around the walls.
Nanami went over to the shelves, hoping to find a new book of interest to borrow. Even though he was reading title after title, he was distracted from the soft sounds of someone jumping. When he looked up, he watched you struggle reaching for a book on the top shelf.
He didn’t know what came over him. His body had a mind of its own as he walked over to you instead of walking away. He paid attention to the book that you were so close to reaching but never achieving. When you watched someone’s arm reach out for the book, you smiled.
“Thank you!” you said happily. You turned around. Sudden butterflies fluttering in your stomach when you looked at him. The book remained in his hand, his arm still out to hand it to you. You didn’t want to move though. Once you took the book, he would leave. And you didn’t want him to.
“Your book,” Nanami said, bringing the book closer to you to grab. His voice brought you out in the trance that you were trapped in. You nodded and slowly took it. A small gasp escaped your lips. It was just a small brush against his fingers yet there was this intensity that you felt.
“Th-Thank you,” you mumbled shyly. You felt your cheeks warm up. You wondered if you were blushing. If you were, was it evident on your face? And the big question was, did he feel that intensity too? You have a feeling he did, based on how his eyes slightly widened for a fraction of a second. But you didn’t want to assume.
When Nanami raised an eyebrow, you assumed he didn’t. You just thought that maybe today was just an off day for you. Besides, you did work overnight shifts and you did sleep for four hours after a consecutive fourth night of work.
“Studying to become a doctor?” he asked after noticing the book he grabbed for you.
“N-Nurse,” you corrected. You watched him nod. Silence consumed you two. Neither of you didn’t feel like walking away. Despite Nanami’s nerves and insecurities, he wanted to stay longer.
Needed to stay longer.
“Would you like to have some tea with me? Or coffee, um…” You ended up introducing yourself, the book hugged against your chest. Nanami bowed in response.
“Nanami Kento,” he said.
His heart is still racing. He never thought it would race this fast for this long. The smile on your face left him in so much shock. He was impressed himself that he was able to hide his nerves. He was even surprised that he didn’t walk away even though he was worried that you would look at him with some sort of disgust. But the look in your eyes says otherwise. Beautiful eyes that made him mesmerized.
“I-If you change your mind, I’m at the corner over there,” you informed as you scanned the area. It was slightly crowded at this point, every table filled up with customers. You pointed at the one empty table and Nanami noticed it being cluttered with your laptop, IPad, textbooks, papers, and stationery materials. With his long silence, you looked back and felt embarrassed at your mess. “I-I can tidy it up.”
“It’s okay,” he said softly. “I was just browsing and then leaving.”
The sad look in your eyes caught his attention. If he wasn’t so close to you, he would’ve thought your were being polite with the smile that you brought to your face. Was he always this good at reading people?
“I hope to see you around,” you said. With one last bow, you left.
Nanami watched you walk back to your table. You smoothed out your skirt as you sat down and fixed the top of your socks. You rolled up the sleeves of your knitted top, getting comfortable and ready to study. He watched you flip through the pages of the book. The way you focused and how you would talk to yourself. You somehow got him in some trance. He almost forgot why he came here.
“Mister, why do you have that eye patch?” The sudden voice of a young boy brought him out of your spell. He slowly looked down and the young boy looked at him with curiosity…interest. It made Nanami blush.
“It got hurt in a fight,” he answered with a small smile.
“Does it hurt?”
“Not anymore.”
“It looks cool. Is that why your skin looks like that?” Nanami stopped himself from frowning and nodded. “Are you hero or something? Like a superhero?”
“I guess you can say something like that,” Nanami answered.
Quick footsteps approached them and he watched a woman grab the boy by his shoulders, scolding him for leaving her side. When the woman turned to Nanami, her eyes widened. She looked apprehensive that it made Nanami nervous. Without a word, the woman grabbed her son by the hand and pulled him away from Nanami.
Nanami walked to the door, freshly baked bread forgotten. But he didn’t forget you. He took one last look at you. You were engrossed with your book and note-taking. He remembers your soft look towards him. They represented everything good for him. Nothing fearful or repulsive. Nothing that he feared from people to react with.
He would’ve loved to join you. And in the back of his mind, he knew he should. But after earlier, because of one person, he decided against it. He decided to save himself from the possible humiliation coming his way. And so he left, with you left in his mind.
He saw you for most of the afternoons out of the two weeks that passed. He never mustered up the courage to go up to you though. He never stayed for too long anyway.
Nanami would usually arrive before you, reading a book he found interesting in the shelves. You entered the cafe tiredly, usually a yawn would escape your lips when you do. You walk over to the counter and pick up your to-go order and sit at the same corner table from when he first met you. It was your usual spot.
But he sighs dejectedly and hid his face in his book. He still looks down on himself, even more now again. He can’t help but think how beautiful you are. You looked perfect.
You are perfect.
“Do you like tea?”
His head shot up. There you were with a cup in hand. His eyes traveled up to your face. You wore a soft smile, your eyes gentle yet bright. Your cheeks slightly pink, he assumed from the cold wintery temperature outside. Typically, you dressed up. Today was the first day he saw you in something comfortable and casual.
“Thank you,” he said softly. His voice was deep, it made your insides flutter and yourself blush. You curled a strand of your hair behind your ear.
You pretend to not notice, but you knew he was always around. Your nerves got the best of you. So you backed away and left him alone. The stoic expression wasn’t that inviting but his soft brown eyes were inviting that it contrasted his cold, stoic face.
“Sorry if I’m a bother,” you said quietly. “I-I’ll leave you alone now.” You quickly turned away and scurried back to your table. He watched you hide your face with your laptop. And he couldn’t help but slip out a smile when you took a peek over at him a few minutes later. Your cheeks turned pink and you bit your bottom lip.
Nanami then turned away. He hid the left side of his face with a frown. He sighed. There was no way you could have some sort of interest in him.
It’s all in my head.
Nanami brought the cup to his lips. He sighed in content from the taste of Earl Grey tea. He placed it back on the table with a soft smile. Your small and kind gesture warmed his heart. Even just for a small moment, he forgot about his insecurity.
“What’s this?” He noticed a marking on the cup that hid behind the cardboard warmer. He slid the warmer down only for his eyes to widen.
Your number.
When he looked up at you, your eyes were glued to the computer. He wondered if you were avoiding his gaze or just that focused on your studies. Nanami stood up and grabbed the book and tea. Slowly, he walked over to you. The closer he was, the more nervous he became. It was already too late to back away since your eyes followed him.
“Is this seat taken?” he asked curiously. You shook your head. “May I?” You smiled as the tension left your body. You quickly tidied up the clutter behind your laptop so Nanami could have room for his book and cup. “Thank you.” Shyly, you looked at him and smiled.
“You’re welcome.”
You looked up at him and he would look up at you. But you never caught each other’s gazes. And that was fine. Nanami noticed that your smile never left your face. The pink of your cheeks appearing every so often.
So he finally relaxed. He sat back and enjoyed the content silence with you.

❝𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐮-𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐢❞ Chapter 07
Tumblr media
Satoru-Sensei | ←Previous chapter • Next Chapter →
Summary: A few days ago was the anniversary of your death. His former students come to meet him. How could they think he forgot about you? Why does Megumi look at him so suspiciously?
Tumblr media
"Yo! Sensei! We haven't seen you in such a good mood for a long time!"
Has he ever been in a bad mood? After all, his mood had been unchanged for two years. He has been happy with his life for two years!
But maybe he really was brighter now?
And this can only be due to the fact that he woke up with the memory of last night.
Is seeing your red, wet and fucked up face something that makes him feel better? It looks.
The white-haired man turned around in the corridor, looking at the pink-haired man who ran up to him.
The young adult had the same smile on his face that he always had at school.
"How was the mission, Yuji?" he asked, shaking his hand in greeting.
"I tried to get back to school as soon as possible."
"Ooh? I don't believe teenagers love going to school!" he laughed and invited his former student into his office to sit and talk.
"Fushiguro and Kugisaki should be here soon. How are the first years doing?"
"On a mission at the moment."
"Eh?"
"They are to check an old building where noises were heard at night. It could be a curse, or just some animal." He sat awkwardly in his chair.
"I would also like to have such missions! So easy! As a grade 1 sorcerer, I can't count on something like that, right?"
"As a special grade sorcerer, I cannot count on any mission that would be as quick as the blink of an eye. Even though it's like that for me." He put his cheek on his hand. "I heard there is a special occasion for which you came here quickly."
"Yeah, this–."
The door suddenly opened, revealing Kugisaki and Fushiguro.
The girl looked at the pink-haired man with small scars on his face.
"You were supposed to wait for us at the entrance!" She shouted, regardless of the fact that she was at school.
The longer skirt of her uniform was rolled up as she sat on the small couch against the wall. Her longer hair fell over her shoulders. Brown and red ombre on her head.
Fushiguro, who had changed the least out of all of them, sat next to her. Because his hair was just a little shorter.
The only person who hadn't changed at all out of all of them was you.
According to them, you had no way to change because you lost your life.
According to Gojo, you haven't changed because you look almost the same. Except your body has grown as it should.
Making you even more beautiful than you were before.
Gojo hasn't changed either. He's the same. Everything as it was.
"Sensei, this Occasion –."
"Gojo-san, how long have you been talking without us?" the girl asked, ignoring the fact that Itadori was talking.
"Actually, we've only just started." He replied.
They didn't have to call him sensei. Only you said that.
But Satoru-Sensei was different than Gojo-Sensei. Because you called Satoru-Sensei, affectionately. You said that to him with love.
"What happened?"
"I was just asking Yuji about the occasion you came for." he explained to her, gesturing towards her classmate.
"Oh... Continue..." she said suddenly, being quiet and calm. Suddenly so serious.
"A few days ago was the second anniversary of (l/n)'s death... We didn't want anyone to think that we didn't remember her. That's why we wanted to come here."
After the pink haired man's explanation, there was an awkward silence in the room.
Well, they experienced the loss of a classmate. To them you are dead. For them, you are no longer in the world. You were their age, they knew you. And now you were gone for them. Because you died at 16. Death at a young age, something no one wanted. Anyone could regret that this happened to you...
Nothing could undo 'it'.
Death cannot be undone.
Especially since your body hasn't been found.
And the only person who didn't care was Gojo. Because for him you didn't die. He has been seeing you every day for two years, hugging you and kissing you. For two years you have always been with him. That's why he didn't feel sad when his former students talked about it.
"Tomorrow we go to the cemetery together."
"It's nice of you to remember her like that." he said with his thumb on his chin.
"We went to class with her. We were at the site of her death. We all could have died there, but this curse targeted her..."
"It was..." the short-haired man with a scar between his eyes began when he heard the girl's statement.
"Anniversary of the death?" White-haired muttered.
"(l/n) died two years ago..."
"..." His face looked thoughtful.
"Sensei, you remember (l/n), right?"
He tilted his head, looking at him from under the black blindfold.
Could anyone think that he would forget about the best student? About someone who cuddles up to him every morning and sleeps soundly in his arms?
"Who do you think I am, Yuji? How could I forget (y/n)-chan?”
"That's fine! Sorry... I just started to think you didn't remember what happened." He smiled at him.
"Maybe I'm not good at remembering random people's names. But I could never forget (y/n).”
From the corner of his eye, the white-haired man saw the dark-haired man on the edge of the couch look at him. As if analyzing more than others.
Megumi was always so...
He already suspected something earlier... When you were still at school. He has already shown something like suspicion towards Gojo.
His favorite student is you? You spend the most time with him. But the way he took care of you was even different than the one he knew. He had known Gojo for so many years. And he knew that what he was giving you was not ordinary care. It was something he had never experienced, despite spending almost fourteen years with him.
The white-haired man knew that Megumi was suspicious and didn't believe everything he said. Even though he trusted his sensei as someone he could trust with his life.
Something was wrong. His facial expression. Indifference in the voice when the pink-haired man talked about your grave.
He was indifferent... Even though he felt the loss of his loved ones very strongly.
So why was there such indifference in his voice?
But as long as Gojo doesn't show anything that might make them suspicious, everything will be fine.
Hide you from the world of Jujutsu. Hide you from the whole world. Assure you that you will not suffer and miss. Ensure that you will be the happiest. This was what he had to do.
Hide you and hide with you for the rest of your life. Forever. To ensure that nothing and no one will tear you apart.

ღWhat the JJK characters listen to part 2
ʚCharacters included: Yuuji, Megumi, Nobara, Inumaki, Yuuta, Maki
⤑Back to navigation ⤑part 1
a/n Nobody asked for a second part. Do i care? no. idk if im missing anyone anyways YO THIS IS FUN
Tumblr media
Yuuji Itadori
Honestly, he screams Shakira to me, and Jennifer Lopez too.
His entire music taste consists of 2000s pop music thats super nostalgic and at the same time makes you cringe.
ALSO, he has the Backstreet Boys on repeat. Like literally on loop all the time.
Tried, keyword tried, getting into classical music just to seem cultured and fancy but he ended listening to piano covers of Call Me Maybe and Britney Spears.
He´s the type of person you´d take with you to do carpool karaoke cause you know he´s gonna play the songs everyone knows.
Honorable mention: NewJeans (cause he´s secretly not so secretly a kpop stan)
Megumi Fushiguro
Isn´t it obvious?
He´s SO Lana Del Rey coded.
ALSO, he had a Melanie Martinez phase that´s really not a phase but he says it is.
Other than Lana, he listens to soft beat type of songs, like Cigarettes After Sex, Men I Trust or Clairo.
Even if its not his usual vibe, he lowkey highkey really enjoys Coldplay after Yuuji showed him one of their songs, especially their softer tuned songs. (aka Sparks im gonna cry hol up)
Honorable mention: Billie Eilish
Kugisaki Nobara
SHES A BARBZ ALL THE WAY
Her whole vibe is hot pink and a hot girl typa gal. That applies to her music taste as well.
Shes very much into female rappers like Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion too.
And lets not forget the classic pop stars like Ari or Jessie J.
Shes honestly in that sense a lot like Yuuji. They both connect because they listen to a lot of older pop music, except Nobara listens to more girly ish songs or in general songs that are very much female empowerment (queen behaviour)
Honorable mention: SZA (she had Kill Bill at full volume on repeat every time the boys annoyed her)
Inumaki Toge
Okay listen. I see a lot of headcanons that Inumaki is a huge gamer, like Fortnite type of gamer.
The first thing i thought of when i thought of this was dubstep and electro music. Also underground beatboxing.
Like bro i´m sorry im not but to me gamers are equivalent to that when it comes to music and im telling yall cause i had A PHASE (very cringe one we do not talk about it)
I also feel like he tried to be emo once but he only got as far as listening to Twenty One Pilots which isnt even emo so.
Honorable mention: Pitbull, he started listening to him as a joke because of the memes but its not a joke anymore
Yuuta Okkotsu
Ok ok to me he´s very soft boy coded, kind of like Megumi but more bright and cheerful.
HES A SWIFTIE. I dont make the rules sorry
You know that 2020 phase where everyone listened to soft music like Clairo, mxmtoon, Conan Gray, etc? Yeah he never got out of that phase.
BUT, hes evolved yall, his top genre is indie music.
lowkey feel like Inumaki got him into Twenty One Pilots and now he uses their music as an excuse to scream. He´s hella good at rapping their songs too like zayum.
Honorable mention: One Direction cause he never got over their disbandment
Maki Zenin
HEAR ME OUT
Before yall say anything listen to me.
I had to think this one through but shes very much rapper vibes to me, like og 2000s rappers like 2pac and Eminem.
I dont even know WHY but she just screams west coast thug life type of music.
Disses on modern rappers except Kendrick Lamar and MAYBE Travis Scott but thats saying too much.
I´m also convinced Yuuta introduced her to Joji and she cried in her room afterwards.
Honorable mention: Bruno Mars, dont ask

S2 : Chapter 4 - Exchange Event 1 ☆☆☆☆
༄                                    ༄                                 ༄
We all stood in the courtyard in front of the woods by our school. Today was the day. Butterflies invaded my stomach, my anxiety evident within a glance. Kugisaki took my hand and squeezed it as reassurance.
"You'll be amazing!" She told me softly, tucking a strand of hair behind my ear. I rested my head on her shoulder, taking deep breaths to calm my heart.
Gojo walked up to us a little later, with a smile on his blindfolded face, accompanied by Principal Yaga, who looked less than pleased with him.
"Students! Are we ready?" He asked us as we all nodded.
"There are 7 of you, so we've assigned pairs for you to work in. We decided that the second-years would be fine to go on their own. As for the first years, we decided on Fushiguro and Okumoto as a pair, and Kugisaki and Itadori. Of course, if you have your own plans, go right ahead, but this is our recommendation." Principal Yaga announced, earning a giggle from everyone.
"We're being set up for failure here. Those two are NOT going to be exorcising curses." Maki whined, gesturing to me and Fushiguro.
Fushiguro flushed slightly before muttering something under his breath and crossing his arms.
"Alright, that's enough!" Gojo clapped his hands. "Now, go and prepare yourselves. You'll be expected to meet the Kyoto students in 30 minutes."
We all departed from the area. I picked up my usual fanny-pack, fastening it tightly onto my body.
Fushiguro appeared beside me. "I hope you don't mind working with me." He played with his sleeves, which made me laugh a little.
"Of course I don't." I told him, standing up fully after tying my shoe laces.
"It's just we've spent a lot of time together recently, so I hope you're not disappointed."
"It's starting to sound like you're the disappointed one." I teased, which caught him off guard.
"I-I'm not! I was just wondering, in case you wanted to switch partners or something. I'm sure you'd prefer to be with Kugisaki-" I cut his tangent off with a snicker.
"I was joking! People have said our cursed techniques work really well together, so I'm sure we'll be fine. And I like spending time with you anyway." I spoke, looking anywhere but his eyes.
He smiled softly. "Let's go. The others are probably waiting."
LATER
"What on earth..." I stood, completely bewildered. A muscular individual was staring Fushiguro down as if he wanted to kill him.
"Are these the Kyoto students?" I whispered to Kugisaki, to which she nodded.
"Fushiguro~ Nice to see you again!" A girl with deep green hair mewled, threatening to throw herself onto him.
"Mai, it's been a while." He responded calmly.
"Cold as always, huh? Can't expect much from a student at this trashy school." Mai remarked.
"Why are there two Maki's?" I asked Kugisaki again.
"That's her twin sister, Zenin Mai." She answered.
"Well, we can tell who the prettier twin is." I said quietly, or so I thought.
"What did you say, freak?" She stepped towards me. I stared her down, not allowing her to intimidate me.
"I said we can tell who the prettier twin is, and it's clearly not you."
"Watch that dirty mouth of yours. I could kill you right here if I wanted to." She threatened me with a smirk.
The atmosphere grew tense as I felt my fists tighten.
"Girl, I will wipe the floor clean with you." I said passively. I always avoided causing a scene, but she got on my last nerve.
"You won't do shit." She cursed as I reached my breaking point.
I stood there, shaking with rage. I raised my hand, the familiar gun shape present as I shot a beam of pH 4 acid at her.
It wasn't extremely corrosive, but it was enough to do a little damage. It landed on her clothes, burning a hole through the dress she wore.
"You bitch!" She screamed, lunging towards me. She landed a punch on my face. Blood spurted from my lip as it busted open. I went to return the favour, tackling her to the ground and landing punch after punch, slap after slap.
As I straddled her, I felt two pairs of hands grab onto me, pulling me up.
I turned around to see Gojo and Fushiguro pulling me off of her.
"Let me go!" I attempted to fight them off of me, but their hold was too strong.
I eventually gave in, letting them pull me up.
"Seiko, no fighting yet!" Gojo scolded me, only earning a snarky scoff from me in return.
"I'm putting you in time out for now." He pointed to a corner, ordering me to go there.
"You're not serious." I looked at him blankly, my face still pounding as his hand remained in that direction.
I rolled my eyes, walking over to the corner and taking a seat, my back facing everyone else. I rested my fave on my palm, letting out a huff as I played with the broken staircase I sat on.

"Hey, you!" A boy from the Kyoto school called out to me.
Todo Aoi. Third year and first-grade sorcerer.
I hummed in response. He stuck his colossal finger out at me, pointing towards me.
"What kind of woman is your type?" He asked, a completely serious expression cast on his face.
I squinted my eyes and tilted my head slightly at his question.
"What?" I asked, completely confused.
"You heard me. What kind of woman is your type?" He repeated in the same tone.
"Is this a comedy act?" I asked him as I stood in the empty hallway.
"This determines if you die at the exchange event today or not!" He roared, the depth of his voice scaring me.
"Listen here, Fushiguro. I went out of my way to ask nicely. If you don't reply, I'll kill you right now." Todo spoke. "By the way, my type is a tall girl with a big ass!"
I was even more shocked as I searched my being for an answer.
"I guess... I don't really have a specific type." I began to speak. "If one's character is unshakeable, that's the least I'll ask for." I took a deep breath.
Todo's eyes pricked with tears.
"But." I continued, causing him to halt. "Given a choice, my type right now is kind of tall girls with pretty eyes... and... nice lips." I answered his question, earning a satisfied look.
He began to cry, placing his hand on my shoulder. "You've done well, my brother!" He embraced me. I cringed away from his hug, only making him bring me closer.
"Let me go, please." I said plainly.
"You're my best friend now! I can't let you go. " Todo led me away into the distance.

FUSHIGOVER pt. II [I HAD ONE JOB]
1 / 2 / 3 / 4
Tumblr media
First of all, I didn't want to go to any party that night. Hear me out. From what I understood, my bare existence was apparently a threat to the cursed energy regulations in the school, so getting overly excited wasn't the best idea. Second of all, I somehow managed to avoid Fushiguro all day, so he wouldn't make my heart palpitations even worse. Normally, I'd also crack a joke about the whole "leaking" think in the context of Megumi, but even for me, it seemed completely inappropriate.
But that was a party Yuuji's decided to throw especially for him. Was I about to miss it?
Hell fucking nah.
I've said that me and alcohol didn't get along really well, but there was something about Nobara's drink-making technique that was making me forget about that awful relationship. Sometimes it made me forget even the parties, but such situations were quite rare. So when Kugisaki passed me a glass full of something, the only thought on my mind was...
"Cheers." Maki suddenly appeared next to me and sat comfortably on the couch. "Is that..." She pointed her glass in my direction. "Is that Nobara's poison?"
"Yeah. I was just supposed to be thinking about not getting hammered, but I don't think I can take it sober."
Maki laughed and looked around the room.
"Why is that dumbass not here yet?" She took a sip of her drink and sighed. "Yuuji's done literally everything to gather us here today."
Well, he did a great job, looking at the amount of people gathered in the room. Panda, Inumaki, Yuuta, all the first-years and even Hakkari were there. I guessed it couldn't be that hard though. Everyone waited. We were friends, and the friendship was even more hardcore than anybody could imagine.
I've had these thoughts from time to time. Looking at my friends, their scarred bodies, faces, hearts and souls - thoughts that made me angry. We should be dying from drinking too much during a party in Yuuji’s room every week instead of actually dying.
"Yo, Fushiguro!"
My heart stopped.
The room suddenly became way more lively, with students cheering, moving around and clicking their glasses. Somebody even got his hands on the light switch and started turning the lights on and off.
And in this whole mess, I couldn't breathe.
He stood there, leaning against the doorframe, a little bit taller than the last time I'd seen him, but also a little thinner. He wore black jeans and same colour long-sleeve that fit those broad shoulders of his so freaking well. His dark hair was messy, and it became even messier when he nervously ran his hand through it, definitely not expecting the excited reactions. For some reason, the nervousness in him was always mixed with a little bit of irritation, but I've known him long enough to see that in reality, he was glad. For some reason, he's never had too many emotions written all over his face. If you wanted to look for those - you had to do it right.
His eyes.
What a phenomenal thing, to be sitting. My knees went weak without even noticing. I stared and stared for what seemed like an enternity, and then I did the only one thing I could do.
"FUSHIGURO!" I pushed all my awfully lovesick thoughts as far as I could and jumped out of the couch, giving surprised Maki a small heart-attack. "YOU'RE BACK!"
Don't get me wrong now. I've never been the introverted type. I was just apparently really good at overthinking my feelings and these three weeks without him were the worst possible thing that could happen to me. Because I had been thinking. And really, was there that much to think about? I've had feelings, that's right. Romantic feelings. But my feelings were my problem and I had no intention of making them his problem. Not now, at least. It was under my control.
Fushiguro apparently heard me and he looked around, finally landing his gaze on me, which made me panic a bit, but being the fraud and impostor that I've always been in my little life story, I just smiled. I don't really think I'd smiled that sincerely ever before.
I had one job.
Just don't cry, you idiot.
Yuuji and Nobara had already hugged him and said their greetings. It was my turn.
And then, the world stopped once again.
It felt as if I made a wrong step. You know, the moment when you go up the stairs and you're ready to get even higher, but there's nothing - and you put your foot down and feel like you sink. The moment I got closer, the moment I could see him clearly, his soft scent lingering in the air, it felt as if someone took my heart out and ripped apart once again.
His cursed energy. Darker then ever, but his, so his, that it made me go insane. My hands started to shake. But here I was. A brave person.
"We've missed you." My voice was a bit quieter now.
And I hugged him.
He really became taller. And still, he was a little bit stiff, but the moment he wrapped his arms around me, I became exactly the same.
"Hi, (Y/N)."
I had one job.
I felt his breathing, slow and surprisingly relaxed, his warmth, this weird mix of his showering gel and... well, him, just him, and that alone made me kinda forget where I was. I turned my head around, to get a little bit closer to him, his chest, and then I heard it. The heart.
Beating.
It was like a wave. Honestly, a tsunami - as if it hit me and was ready, ready to rip him from my embrace, to take him away from me yet again, somewhere where I wouldn't be able to see him anymore. To hold him. To feel him. I squeezed my fingers on his black shirt even harder. It was definitely cotton. He wouldn't wear anything other than that.
I love you.
At that moment, I really hoped you could say it out loud. But I couldn't.
I had one job.

im getting emotional about this

Yeah, ain't tryna be cool like you Wobblin' around in your high heeled shoes I'm clumsy~ made friends with the floor Two for one, you know a bitch buy four! And two left feet, you know I always drop First thing a girl did was bop I'm the whole damn cake and the cherry on top! Shook up the bottom, made a good girl pop
Tumblr media
Average is your middle name, crippling anxiety is your game.
The Jujutsu world is not for the faint of heart, so you wonder where that leaves you. With nowhere else to go, you continue on with your missions and assignments, wallowing in your self pity in your free time.
When Gojo had asked you to supervise the first years on a mission while he went and did god knows what, you died a little on the inside.
Not once did they need your help--hell, you didn't need to even be there. It was just for appearance sake. Eventually, you just sulked and told them to take care of one half of the building while you took the other.
There were a lot of third grade curses scattered about, so you instructed them to stick together. Not that they'd have any trouble anyway, but at least they wouldn't get bored.
Unbeknownst to you, they'd finished faster than you planned and circled back to let you know, only to witness you absolutely clobbering a borderline grade one curse with a lackluster expression.
You'd let out a demurred sigh before startling at the sight of them behind you, staring with slack jaws.
Nobara and Yuji had immediately jumped you while Megumi stood back nodding appraisingly.
"W-What?"
"That thing had so much cursed energy!" Yuji's eyes sparkled with admiration, "how'd you do that?!"
"Yeah! What the heck!?" Nobara heckled you, "have you been holding out on us!?"
"No!" You'd reeled back, shrinking in on yourself at her outburst, "I-I'm a rank 1 sorcerer..!"
"WHAT!?"
You wince at their chorus, turning tail and speed walking back to the entrance of the building while they followed you like puppies.
"Why do you sound so surprised..?"
"Well, you don't look like it." Megumi states plainly, and you inwardly cry at that.
"O-Oh," Your voice cracks, head lowering pathetically, "I see..."
Your successful supervision of the first years and their raving reviews resulted in Gojo piggybacking off of you a lot more often. In turn, you spent more time with the unique trio who were more outgoing than you.
For some reason, they kind of adopted you too.
You've always been one to take care of your juniors, leaving them a basket of snacks outside their classes or after training. If you happened to be assigned someone on a mission or for supervision, you'd give them some money for lunch, sometimes even joining them.
Other than that though, you tried to stay out of everyone's way.
Inumaki and Panda adore you, Yuta looks up to you, and Maki tells you to grow some balls. Though when you almost cried at that, she'd huffed and patted you on the head.
Your kouhais thought you were kind of cute like that.
You thought you were pathetic.
"Senpai! Let's go get lunch!"
"We're going shopping now."
"Senpai, come help me practice close range for training."
"SENPAI! Hold this!"
"Oh, let's see what they're selling!"
"I'm not letting you say no. Next shop!"
"Senpai, what do you think of this skirt?"
You have no idea why Nobara is so insistent on hanging out with you. Sure, you might've looked cool in the first few missions, but already you can tell her skill is on par with yours.
Besides, she's so much cooler than you.
When you hesitate to order your food, she orders for you.
If someone shoulder checks you a bit too rough on the streets, she's spinning around and barking at them, threatening to tear them into shreds.
You're nowhere near special enough to garner her attention, so why the hell did you have it?!
Nobara is pretty, and energetic, and you feel like a senile old croony in her shadow. And if not a senile old croony, then a dusty moth hovering next to a monarch butterfly.
Besides, you feel bad that she's wasting her time with a nobody like you. You appreciate the effort, but you don't want to be holding her back.
"--SENPAI!"
You yelp when a pair of hands come slamming down on either side of your face, stinging your cheeks. Nobara stares down at your seated from with narrowed eyes and a disgruntled pout.
"I've been calling you for the past five minutes! Get up, I don't like this shop. We're moving on."
"Oh, okay," You pick up the shopping bags you'd placed down to give your arms a rest, letting them hang in the crook of one elbow while the brown haired beauty occupies the other.
With no reservations, she drags you to the next store over that caters to a more minimalistic style. She lets go of you to peruse through the accessories and quickly becomes torn between the rose gold and silver options.
You shuffle the bags to weigh evenly onto your now free arm and look around for a place to sit. Seeing nothing, you purse your lips unhappily.
Nobara drags you around a bit more, holding onto the things she likes before leaving you outside the fitting rooms with a stern 'don't move'. You deflate at the lack of seating, resigning yourself to leaning against the wall with a sulk at the ache in your arms.
"Now!" She opens the patternless curtains with a flourish, "how do I look?"
Kugisaki sports a beige pleated skirt with a thick black belt and silver waist chain that's meant more for style than practicality. A white faded t-shirt with a poison laced rose printed on it is tucked into her waistline neatly, a faux fur cropped jacket finalising the look with a rose gold necklace sitting pretty in the dip of her collarbone.
You swallow tightly.
"Y..-You look good..!"
She deadpans, "You say that everytime."
"But it's true!" You glance off to the side, "you always look good..."
Nobara squints her eyes at you with a pensive hum before turning up her nose and retreating back into the fitting room. You flinch when she flings the curtains closed a little more aggressively this time around.
"ALRIGHT!" You stiffen like a deer in headlights when she reappears with a wide, unforgiving grin and a much too cheery sparkle in her eyes, "YOUR TURN!"
"Huh!?"
Before you could blink, you had been freed from the burden of the shopping bags and shoved backwards into the fitting room where she had emerged. In an instant, a pile of clothes are tossed your way before the privacy curtains are flung shut.
"Try those on!"
You sweatdrop at the mess of clothes scattered around you, "U-Um..."
The curtain jerks back and a heavy wad of accessories are pegged at you. You let out a shriek, trembling when they smack into the floor length mirror with a sharp and dangerous thwack!
"Those too! HURRY UP!"
You whimper.
Tumblr media
"N-Nobara..!"
Your eyes are watery, embarrassment pricking at your tear ducts with your face pressed up against the fitting room mirror, Nobara's hand forced down the front of the pants she'd made you try on, button up cropped top undone and skewed unevenly on your shoulders as she licks at your nape.
She plays with your swollen little clit, her other hand groping your left tit in its cup while she nips at the black choker she'd picked out.
Your hot and shaky breaths fog up the glass of the mirror, and you whine when she slides her fingers down to gather more of your slick before rubbing circles on your pleasure bud.
"Mm~?" She smiles against your neck, kissing across your shoulder and leaving sweet teeth marks across its skin, "hey, keep it down..! We're in public, remember?" She snickers when your lips tremble.
"H-Hah..~"
You don't even know what happened--one moment you were showing her another one of the outfits she'd all but thrown at you to try on, and the next you were shoved back behind the curtain with her lips against yours and her hand down your pants.
In an instant you were reduced to a whimpering mess, heart fluttering from her kisses and stomach contracting from her not so innocent touch.
"P..-Please..?" You have no idea what you're pleading for, but definitely not for her to stop.
"Oh, my poor senpai," She pouts by your ear, and her demeaning tone sends a wave of heat straight to your core, "does it feel good? Hm~?"
Her expensive gloss leaves shiny lip stains across your neck.
"Ah! Y-Yes! Yes!" You keen as she slips her middle finger between your folds and dips it into your slobbering hole. A whimper escapes you at her teasing before she grants mercy and slides it in knuckle deep.
She chuckles, her voice a low whisper, "Oh? Just like that, senpai?"
You nod frantically, sighing happily as she slowly thrusts it in and out before adding in another finger. Your body tenses as she crooks them up into the roof of your cunt, and she hones in on the spongy spot inside you.
"God-- you're so cute like this!"
You end up coughing after barely stifling a shriek, legs shaking as you grab onto her wrist, "S-Shit..!"
"Yeahh... just like that," Nobara giggles, suckling the sensitive skin under your ear as she digs her fingertips into your sweet spot, latching her iron grip onto your pussy when you start bucking back against her.
You feel embarrassed to be seen like this, shy at the prospect of your gorgeous kouhai watching you squirm and plead pitifully.
Yet you can't help but preen at the sight of her pretty lashes fluttering at you when you do, barely able to fathom the overwhelming feeling of her presence dominating yours. Pushing and pulling you as she so desires, playing nicely with her precious senpai for treating her so patiently all the time.
"O-Oh-- fuck, fuck!"
"Oh~ Oh..~" Her brows bend inwards, mouth agape as she watches your fucked out expression in the mirror, copying your breathless moans.
You hiss, clenching your eyes shut as she holds onto your cunny. You can feel your wetness dripping from her hand and soiling your garments through and through.
As she adds in a third finger, your eyes roll into the back of your head, and she uses her other hand to push up your bra and fondle your naked tits.
She starts thrusting in and out again, fingertips pressing into that squishy spot over and over and over, palm grinding deliciously against your glossy clit.
Pleasure shoots through you like electricity, and your body shakes as the coil in your tummy just gets tighter and tighter in tandem with the gummy walls of your pussy.
"Hng! Ahah... Mm~!"
You struggle to keep your voice down as you feel your peak quickly rising.
"N-Nobara! HM~!! K-Kouhai..!"
"Oh! Do you like this, senpai?" She licks a stripe against your neck, and your thighs snap shut around her slender hand while you whimper and whine.
A white hot rush burns through you, and you bite down on your lip as an agressive wave of utter bliss crashes over your entire being. Your hot and plushy walls pulse and throb, and your breath hitches in your throat as you feel yourself gush.
You let out a pathetically muffled whine, slacking against the cold glass of the mirror to ground yourself.
Your orgasm leaks from your throbbing cunt, white slick seeping between her fingers and gathering around her knuckles as she gradually slows to give you some reprieve.
Nobara lets out a soft moan beside your ear, cooing at you, "My big, tough senpai~ You've always been the squirmy type, haven't you?"
She noses at your warm cheek, leaning forward to kiss you endearingly.
When you pant against her lips, she swipes her tongue out to mingle with yours. Sucking on it lewdly, the fitting stall is quiet aside from the faint music playing from the main room and the rhythmic squelching of your cunt. She sighs contently.
"Mm, so good for me..."
You shudder when her fingers leave you empty, and she brings up her hand to lick clean at the slick and cum coating it.
She hums at your taste, the sheer slick reminiscent of her pretty gloss that she'd smeared all across your neck.
Gathering your bearings, your eyes flutter, and you gasp when glancing down at yourself. A humiliating flush engulfs you at the massive wet patch staining the store's clothing, ignoring how your sloppy, greedy hole gushes at the prospect of what caused it.
"Nobara!" You whisper shout in horror, "t-these pants aren't mine..!"
She tsks, a little pop sounding after she sucks her ring and middle finger clean.
"Relax~ I'll buy them for you," She grins wickedly.
"Consider it a reward, and a memorabilia for today since you've been so good for your kouhai~!"
Nobara cackles when you let out an undignified shriek.

Do you mind if I ask your top 10 favorite characters (can be male or female) from all of the media that you loved (can be anime/manga, books, movies or tv series)? And why do you love them? Sorry if you've answered this question before.....Thanks...
I haven't been asked this question before, so thank you for asking!
I'm not sure if I'm going to run over ten, so I'll include duos/dynamics as well. (That was a mistake.. this is soo longggg. Thank you so much for asking but I don't think you knew what you were getting into. /pos.)
(In no particular order.... and I've written a lot about most of these characters, sorry if it's a bit long <3 )
Just a note that my JJK analysis's are up to the Hidden Inventory arc. I keep rereading that one to avoid the pain of the Shibuya arc... but I should be on my last reread for now!
Character quick list:
Donnie and Mikey from Rise,
Teacher and Shiva from The Girl from the Other SIde,
Itadori yuji, Megumi Fushiguro, and Nobara Kugisaki from Jujutsu Kaisen,
Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto from Jujutsu Kaisen
Inej Ghafa and Jesper Fahley (sorry if I spelled thier names wrong!) from Six of Crows
Emma, Norman and Ray from The Promised Neverland
And I really liked Roz from the Wild Robot, and The Magnus Chase series, but It's been a while since I've read them. Currently reading 'A tale for the Time Being' and I like Nao's deep thoughts and unabashed honesty. She's also quite dark and casual about dark themes, and it does feel like how my brain used to be... dark stuff is casual there.
I do like Katniss Everdeen from the Hunger Games. I watched the movies but have not read the books yet, and I want to before I start analyzing. I also want to read Sherlock Holmes so... yea.
#1: Donnie and Mikey from Rise of the Teenage mutant ninja turtles
Tumblr media
Donnie is literally me. From the way he pronounces random words from his theater kid energy to his obsession with science. (I don't like physics but I'm writing a fanfiction on biology soooo....) I have a need to be useful otherwise I'm wasted space (because the information is more useful and important than the individual), go on infodumps for hours, get irritated and defensive easily and overall, I've never related to a character more. I just don't have the same empathy levels. For that I share traits with Mikey. I like being overly nice and trying to listen and make everyone feel heard. I also get very emotional very fast and constantly need hugs.
Also his relationship with Mikey reminds me of two of my siblings.
Rise of the teenage mutant ninja turtles took me out of a depressive period with the most intense hyperfixation I've ever had, and it's the first time I've read fanfiction (Like father like son..... sobs)
Tumblr media
#2: Teacher and Shiva from the Girl from the Other Side.
Tumblr media
They have the most wholesome found family relationship ever. The pain they give me is insurmountable. Every time I reread the manga I have the widest, dopiest smile because the wholesome scenes are so so so pure. I don't see a lot of stories that let the mundane be that special.
Also the way Shiva's written is just.. chefs kiss. Because she isn't written as an annoying child. She thinks she's being helpful, and she is helpful. All she wants is to keep everyone together, and for everyone to be happy, and the thing she hates the most is people hating her/being scared of her.... and the guilt. The most depth-filled child character in existence here.
And teacher... Just... *screams*. His overthinking and endlessly caring demeanor. The way he second guesses everything he does and worries so much that he gets worried about worrying. He's also quite hard on himself.
And I think they are supposed to represent the two sides of loving others. Shiva is the 'they make me happy and I can help them' part. The wholesome, childlike side.
Teacher is the worrying side. The side that tries so hard to protect the others that their anxiety drives them crazy.
Tumblr media
(I got up to the second delux edition.)
#3 The Tokyo Trio (Itadori, Fushiguro, and Nobara) from Jujutsu Kaisen. (my most recent hyperfixation.)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Itadori: His fear of regretting his life, using a role to avoid that, making sure not to think about his execution or his death too much. Him trying so hard to help others in a way only he can do. Using 'dying a natural death' to justify to himself that he's okay with this (he isn't). Fearing death that he doesn't have control over. Structuring his life around caring for others. The sweetest bean here.
Fushiguro: HIs morrallittyyyyy. The way he needs to be the one to deliver fairness because the world isn't fair to him. The way he thinks bad people shouldn't be saved, that they deserve retribution, and that good people will let themselves suffer because they are good. So Fushiguro is going to protect good people as much as he can (see Itadori.) Itadori and Fushiguro's morality struggle is sooo interestingggggg aaaa-
Nobara: She's the strategist of the group, the one who'll keep emotions out of the missions so she can enjoy herself later. Kill people? Well, it's part of the job, she's not going to let that effect her. She tries not to get attached to people, and values enjoying herself in Tokyo. ITADORI AND NOBARA'S DYNAMIC IS SO FUNNY (and she would've gotten along with Gojo... I just want an episode with them accidently meeting each other on a shopping trip and getting into trouble.)
And I'm sorry in advance for all the writing I'm about to include:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Fushiguro:
Tumblr media
Nobara:
Tumblr media
#4 Suguru Geto and Satoru Gojo from Jujutsu Kaisen
(Also I love Shoko despite how little screen time she gets. )
Tumblr media
I've analyzed them here and I'll include my notes and written analysis... but overall...
Tumblr media
They encapsulate a comfort and trust and love for each other that I rarely see. It's something indescribable and special. They truly transcend labels for each tother and just.... yeah the relationships and dynamics in JJK are on another level. I've ranted about them before <3
AND I'LL RANT ABOUT THEM MORE:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
#5? Inej Ghafa and Jesper Fahley.
(I read this before I started writing my analysis's down. Everything from here on out has less writing. Thanks for being patient with me <3)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
(I prefer book them to Show them tbh... although I haven't watched all of the show and I prefer books/manga to shows sometimes because it's easier for me to analyze as I'm reading and reread)
Also it's been a while and I'm doing some analysis from memory so I apologize for any inaccuracies!
Why I like Inej: Her making herself a tool for others so that she could survive. She put her own wants and past to the side so she could become dangerous, so no one could take advantage of her again. Her growth to chasing her dreams, living for herself, saying that her heart aims true for making the world better. She has such a good arc.
Why I like Jesper: He's impulsive and silly and him not being able to get rid of his addiction to gambling even though he's aware of how it's making his father more in debt. Him using a skill he has (sharpshooting) to express his Grisha powers and not wanting to acknowledge that he's a Grisha. ALso him and Wylan. Adorable.
#6 Emma, Norman and Ray from the Promised Neverland.
(last one for now!)
Tumblr media
Emma's caring nature and will not hesitate to beat you up if you're being self-sacrificial. (I wish they went more in depth with Emma's disregarding other's emotions to do what is best for them. Could've been cool conflict). Her wanting to save everyone no matter how hard it will be, loving her little siblings so much. The betrayal of Isabella towards her. ('She didn't like the tests, but she liked her mother's praise'). How scared and conflicted she became. How much she mourned her old life.
Ray's cold cut nature, practical, resourceful. His backstory in which he had to live with the death of his siblings for years, to the point where he resolved himself to save only Norman and Emma. His preparation for years and years to make sure they were safe. Not wanting to save all of the Grace field children because it would doom them all.
Norman knowing that they might not be able to save them all, but wanting to try for Emma. How much he strategized, how hard he tried. How he's in between. How scared he was for himself, how much he admired Emma's care for others, how he tried to strategize for all of them. How he hid his pain and fear.
______________________________________________________________
ThANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE ASK!
and to all my mutuals/followers, @mylee-sketches, and anyone else who stumbles across this post...
yes I hyperfixate.

title: we’re on each other’s team
tags: canon-compliant, post-kyoto goodwill event, pre-shibuya arc, friendship, taking care of each other, they’re protective of each other, fluff, domestic fluff
rating / word count: Gen / 3.2K words [chapters: 1 | 2 | 3 | 4]
relationships | characters: platonic itafushikugi | fushiguro megumi, itadori yuuji, kugisaki nobara
summary: Nobara and Yuuji take care of a stubborn Megumi. He hates it (he doesn't).
“Listen, I normally don’t like to share my products because they’re expensive, but I’ll make an exception just this once.” She puts the bottles by the sink and pops open the cap off one of them. “Sakura scent, okay? You’re not allergic or anything?” “No, it’s fine, but what’s wrong with my shampoo?” “Fushiguro, you use the cheap 3-in-1 drugstore kind,” Nobara says pityingly in a tone that implies something is very wrong with that. “What, do you also use it as a body wash?” “Well.” Megumi looks at Nobara like the answer is obvious. It says right there on the label after all. “Yeah.”  “Dude,” Yuuji says with the same horrified look Nobara is giving Megumi. “Why do you hate yourself?” “Why did I, for even a second, think Gojo-sensei raised you better than this?” “What? It’s practical!” Megumi reasons, sounding defensive when even Yuuji comments on it. “And it was on sale!”
