I just want to state I am the EASIEST person when it comes to writing with someone and immediately deciding I love it/them/their muse. I’ve also been forcunate enough to encounter so many people while maintaining this hobby that I will 100% forget to include someone who has been influential. To be honest, I appreciate everyone I write with because they put up with my fickle, hot and cold, moody ass. I am not the easiest person to write with, definitely one of the fucking slowest in churning out my replies, dealing with my general antisocialness LMAO and so impulsive we might have plotted something I promptly take a u-turn on....

So to begin I think anyone I am actively writing with now is a joy. :’) but to be more specific there are a few people who happen to jump to the top of my mind: @smokinmirrors - I have never had this many threads with one person, haha. Granted, it’s usually my whore ass requesting it but that being said Mason is so lively and feels like a character I know intimately enough to make anything work with. She’s written in a way that feels real, ya know? And the mun is so easy to plot with. Also she replies hecka quick which makes zero sense to me-- but I love Mason and Audrey <3 @solisocasum​ - we haven’t written anything consistent lately but that doesn’t matter. You write so well, you can put your muses in any situation with mine, and I still cling to the thought of our old destructive pairing. Literally Gil and Soo ruined my life at one point. LMAO. I have never once looked back since those days. And you’re one of the few people I let know where I move to as testament to how much I adore you. @temporalobjects​ - Sacha is the fucking CUTEST. Plus our knock off of interview with the vampire is truly iconic, ngl. Gadiel is a budget Lestat LMAO. That aside, I sometimes stalk your other threads to just read really good scenes and characters. I like how you think and am really happy / grateful I came across you.

Character intro: Audrey

Inspired by: Kitty Fisher, Charlotte Hayes, Lestat de Lioncourt, Katherine Howard, Anne Boleyn, and myself.

Character summary: she/they, white-French, bisexual, a vampire following the year 1780. Camille’s half sister, daughter of a Vicomte and an actress. Awfully skilled with her tongue, but, don’t let her promiscuity fool you. She’s also a poet and strives to have the best of intent… for a vampire.

Fun Fact: she isn’t as innocent as she appears to be, pay attention to her.

As genre commentary: I loathe the trope of “sex worker with no adjacency” so Audrey is my primary subversion of that. She’s not particularly “moral” but she’s the most sympathetic and well constructed character in this work, and that’s why she’s the primary narrator.
