18wks since I’ve been on keto and regularly exercising. I’ve been on and off during that time with the diet but for a few days max at a time. It’s all about balance. Still drinking occasionally and still having odd carbs on meals out but it’s working for me. Start weight 14.6 today 12.7. Nearly two stone lost that’s around 12-13kg.
