Where do you find the manga panels for your headers?

I usually find the panels and/ or titles on mangacap account on Twitter (eg. HornetPills, FAKKU, and lewdxvisuals). Most of my headers are from → “Lady K & The Sick Man”, “Infiltration! Agent on the Edge”, and ���Hachisuka’s Family Kotoribako.”

How do you make your headers?

On Canva! I did a tutorial for getting that colorful ombré look right here <3

Where do you make your memes/ get those silly reaction pics?

I make all my memes on imgflip, and the unhinged pics - including the infamous werewolf ones - are mainly from Pinterest and stan Twitter. 

What are your writing tips?

As long as you give credits/ tag me then yess you can take inspo lovely! It's the same thing with me - if I've taken inspiration, the author will be linked in the A/N, if not, the work n' concept is completely my own!!

What fandoms do you write for/ have you written for?

Currently, only JJK - but if you checkout my first masterlist you'll see that I have written for a lil' bit of AOT and Haikyuu.

What is your posting schedule?

9:30PM - 10PM EST on Wednesdays and Sundays for my fics; and you’ll usually catch me answering asks from 1:30PM onwards and 11:30PM onwards the rest of those days. Tiny reminder though that I don’t answer asks on days I post my writing and for 24 hours beforehand (ya girl will be busy typing away something diabolical 😩.)

Why did you miss a posting day?

I try very, very hard not too n’ I miss a posting day very rarely - I promise!! 99% of the time it’s because I’m super sick, though, and I’ll let you babygirls know prior to that. Dw, I almost always bounce back on schedule for the next posting day <3

Why do you call your followers “babygirls”?

Ah, I’m daddy Tony and you all are just my babygirls heheh. It started off as a joke at first because I tend to start most of my announcements with “bonjour babygirls” even irl, but it eventually just grew to me referring to all my gorgeous followers as Tony’s Cult of Babygirls - took a page out of Geto’s book there.

I also tend to sift through a variety of pet names when responding to individual asks/ comments - like sweetheart, lovely, ml, gorgeous. etc. Do let me know straight-up if this makes you uncomfortable, because using those is simply my default.

Why didn’t you respond to the thing I tagged you in?

My top Isekai/roFan webcomics (I have read far too many) (and will continue to do so)

Who made me a princess. Gorgeous art and gorgeous story.

The Fantasie of A Stepmother. Also gorgeous art, and a beautiful story. Focus on found family, with a smart protagonist. (I'm obsessed with Nora and Shuri).

The Wicked Tale of Cinderella's Stepmom. One of my favourites. MC wakes up in the body of Mildred, the mother of two daughters and her step-daughter Cinderella. The relationship between the girls and our MC is so well written, and the romance is *chef's kiss*. It's more Josie vibes, and has a realistic portrayal of aristocratic society. MC is a mama bear; don't get on her bad side!

Why Raeliana Left The Duke's Mansion. This now has an anime adaptation, for good reason. MC and ML are smart, and now writing this list I want to go re-read it haha.

The Perks of Being an S Class Heroine. This one is hilarious, and the plot and pacing is so good. It starts with a tutorial period with all the MC's as kids first, so the romance isn't central so far, but I love our FL and the plot and all the characters are interesting.

Wall of Glass. Okay this one is historical rather than fantasy BUT it is so good highly recommend if you want a more realistic portrayal of the class system (I think it's set in Victorian England). Our FL is a noble lady who gets a big wake up when her father sadly dies and their estate is bankrupt, so she has to work and earn money. ML is the opposite - he is a commoner who has worked his way up and hates the nobility. They first meet when she's a noble, then later when she's a governess. (If you happen to like the book North and South by Elizabeth Gaskell I recommend this comic & vice versa. If you like Austen then PLEASE read North and South!).

Villains Are Destined To Die. I absolutely love Penelope and Callisto's dynamic, and I really like our MC. They just work so well together. I like Callisto's sardonic personality. (Also, he's a major simp for her. Literally jumps blind into danger for her; and he feels safe with her because he knows she's got his back too.) CW for abusive parent/siblings - not physical, but emotional and neglectful, and I think the MC has an unhealthy relationship with food. Because of her abuse she is malnourished and has gut problems (mentioned in her past life), and when she's anxious/stressed she completely forgets to eat, but all of this is discussed in the novel. The fact that Penelope dismisses it as no big deal is questioned by other characters, such as our devastatingly handsome ML. The plot/world lore is hella also interesting.

Mabon

Here is what I have planned for Mabon, just like last sabbath, this includes activities, food, some spells, etc. It's more of a blog type post rather than tutorial. But perhaps this could inspire some of you into what to do today or next Mabon or whatever!

🍞 Foods

Apple Pie:

190c, 20-30 min.

Add 320g flour, 15g sugar, and a pinch of salt. Then add 220g butter. Slowly add 90 ml ice cold water. Careful not to warm up the butter, the crust must stay cold.

Add 6 apples, lemon juice, 130g brown sugar, 2 tbsp flours, cinnamon, nutmeg, all spice, cardamom, etc. 

Place the filling inside, then the second crust part on top, brush with an egg yolk.

Coffee:

1 tsp spice mix of cardamom, cinnamon, all spice, clover, a bit of pepper, nutmeg.

1 bit of caramel syrup.

1 tsp sugar.

Pour in coffee.

Top it off with foamed latte milk and a bit of the spice mix for decoration.

Fruits:

Mabon is the celebration of the second harvet, the fruit harvest, so I'm planning on eating lots of fruits like fig, apple, and berries, because that's what I have currently in the fridge. I'll have a glass of wine for dinner as well, my dinner is not Mabon themed this time around so no need to write it here.

🍎Spells

Bury a needle or a knife underneath your front door, it’ll kill anything you don’t want entering and protect your home.

Create a protective belt by cleansing the fabric or cord through smoke. Ornament with bells, mirror, charms, amulets, satchels, beads, etc. If it’s a cord, add 9 knots.

Carve a candle with your information and add desires to it. Dress it with Flying Devil Oil, light it for protection and to rid yourself of minor curses you might have let hang on to you.

Thoughts on the Mystery Labrinth

spoilers ahead for the game so don’t go further if you haven’t finished it.

I’ve seen mixed feelings about it all over (more so off tumblr than here) and that made me want to put my two cents in. Why not. Remember when I said Vivia was a yapper? Me too that’s why I fuck with him. I’m not proofreading this have fun with my typos.

Disclaimer: for the entire game I forgot you could get skills. Entirely. I didn’t get any of them nor upgrade anything. Do skills make the game too easy? Don’t know. I won’t go too much into difficulty for that reason.

Overall feelings

I like it! I’m a mystery labyrinth enjoyer. I dig the mechanics, my favorite being anything with the truth blade. Bobbing and weaving between trying to pick the right keys to answer questions was so fun.

One of my favorite parts is how each one changed to suit the case. The final labyrinth being Kanai ward?? Chapter four being the lab?? Good shit. Even how it framed questions and the mini games looked were different per case, which was a cool surprise. I thought they’d be more copy-paste, but every chapter felt distinct.

As such, it is very difficult for me to apply any blanket criticism to the mechanic. They all had different strengths and different weaknesses.

If any of this comes off as too negative, I don’t at all mean it that way. I’m just better at going in-depth on critique. I’m a certified ML liker. Give me more of that in the sequel.

Per chapter thoughts

Chapter 0: The chapter is good, but given this is the “tutorial” level, it drags a lot on replay. I feel like a lot of the explanation and exposition about it could have been condensed better. I know plot-wise it’s so Yuma stops freaking out, but the game could have taken more liberty with leaving things ambiguous and “it’s a game so there’s game mechanics” would have been a fine explanation. This is straying out of just chapter 0. Id much rather condense some of the exposition and put it towards real-life character development.

Otherwise I enjoyed it. Zilch was a great antagonist, and has some of the best designs. And he gets two?? As he should. There’s an interesting irony in him having two ML forms given he’s technically two people. (The Hitman himself and this other identity he’s taken on for the hit)

Chapter 1: not a ton to say honestly! Perfectly serviceable ML with nothing too stand out, which is ideal for chapter 1. It functioned great, and Seth was there AND Halara so it’s the best one. Jk that one is to come but also like-

Chapter 2: this is where what I said about the accompanying character affecting the chapter really did it a disservice. Sorry Desuhiko but you needed to can it once in a while. I’m not a hater of him, but he got pretty repetitive. Unlike the other chapters where the character either functioned perfectly fine (Halara) or actively made it better (Vivia), I started getting annoyed by him and replaying doesn’t make it better. I wish the game leaned into a few of his other traits other than just horny.

That aside the actual ML?? Stellar. The different hallways, the eerie music. The realization that they all come together into one path because the girls are working together, followed by the sickening realization that we’re going to kill three girls was a gut punch in the best way. This is my favorite ML for handling the consequences of reaping the culprits soul.

Chapter 3: another one that didn’t stand out to me. Granted this is because chapter 3 was the weakest one, but that’s more the fault of the chapter than the ML. That said, I loved Fubuki in it. I thought she was going to annoy me, but her small arc with Shinigami and working through her own insecurities was really nice to play through.

Chapter 4: OOOH you sly dog you’ve got me monologuing. What a great chapter. Props to the people who caught the twist coming because I didn’t until Vivia started getting weird about how we didn’t figure out the culprit. Granted I was drunk when I played this the first time, but it was so good. In such a painful way. This is a chapter where the accompanying character makes the fucking ML. Vivia’s arc, the fight he and Yuma had, the uncertainty if we were going to have to maybe kill him to escape, or if he would come to see our point of view?? Incredible. I’d say it’s my favorite chapter, but then we’ve got

Chapter 5: after 4, I didn’t think this one could hold a candle to it, but I was proved so delightfully wrong. The setting being kanai ward, the ambiguous antagonist, shinigami trying to steer us away from finding our identity as Number One all while we approach the final face off with Makoto, it was so so good. So fucking good. And the final battle? From the voice acting, the framing, the way it played out, it was just so fun. Slowly picking away at the truth both literally and figuratively while we shattered Makoto’s mask, it didn’t disappoint once. Makoto in general is a perfect antagonist to finish off the game. I could go on.

Overall I can’t wait to see how the ML is handled in the potential sequel. If we get anything akin to chapters 4 and 5 I’ll pass away because my heart can’t take it but it will be so good

As promised, I'll start uploading tutorials for my Shadowheart cosplay. I'll start small: a few words on the tadpoles. What you need (no link since you'll probably have different brands available) :

a 3d printed tadpole; I printed it myself, took Dark Nyarl's model, but there will probably be other models soon if there aren't already;

everything you need to paint a 3d miniature (primer, purple and gray paints; optionally, some vanish);

a round glass jar with a cork stopper. Those key words gave me nothing in my region, but it got easier once I figured out that the required volume is around 120 ml;

2 component resin. Important: it needs to allow for thick layers; measure the height of your jar - the resin should be poured in in one layer;

greenish resin color pigment. Important: it needs to say that the pigment is translucent. Semi-translucent will not do.

Here are some details:

I modified the 3d model's size. The tadpole on the left was 5 cm high and turned out to be too small, so I printed several more 6 cm big. If you can print something at home, I don't need to explain to you how to print and paint it, but if you're asking someone else to print one for you, remember that a miniature needs to be primed before you paint it (there are liquid primers you brush on, and there are spray cans). Here are the colors I used:

You don't NEED varnish after, but the paint will crumple somewhat in the resin later on. It's not really noticeable with a naked eye, but keep that in mind anyway.

Glue your tadpole to the jar from the inside if you want it to stay in a specific position. Be warned that it'll look very chonky once there's resin around it. Follow the instructions for the resin: mix the components as suggested (use a kitchen scale if you have one), add your color pigment and mix it in. It took me 10 drops to get the color you see above.

I tried pouring in several 2cm layers of the most standard reson, and it didn't work out for me, I could see the layers. A pro might know how to avoid it, but a newbie should try to find the kind of resin that can be poured in a 5cm layer of thicker. Here's the old version:

If you want to avoid having bubbles in your resin, research bubble-removing methods in advance if there are no tips in the instruction that comes with the reson you found. Let the resin solidify as per the instruction!

Hihiii lovely- I could never get sick of you wdym 😼 And oooo SO- when I first started off I didn't have a set theme or anything either, there's no deadline and no restrictions- so the first thing to know is to take your own pace, and do things as you like ml!!

And THEN after a few posts I started using manga banners + that gradient font (you can find the tutorials in my FAQ) and then after playing around on Canva, I made my theme - starting off with base colors I wanted to have domineer my blog, then making gifs with manga panels, then carrying those same color schemes and themes out for masterlists n' all!!

Legends Arceus seed RNG manip tutorial

Ok because there's barely ANY tutorials online about this (and no, discord is NOT an archive of knowledge) ever since the switch emulators got nuked, I want to share the ideal way to RNG manipulate seed spawns on Pokémon Legends Arceus. Not outbreaks, but the seeded spawns.

So what you need is the game, a way to check your pokémons' IVs and abilities (e.g. PKHeX), some way to take notes or screenshots, and of course the pla-reverse-gui (on Lincoln-ML's github). To maximise the chances of getting shinies you'll want to get perfect research on the pokémon and own the shiny charm.

In PLA the whole map of an area is seeded when you load in (you reseed by leaving to the village and returning to the area) with each spawner having its own seed. If you know the seed of a spawner you know exactly what pokémon will show up after you catch/KO the current ones on that spawner. There are multiple types of spawners, some will always spawn 2 pokémon, some always 1, and some will spawn an inconsistent number of pokémon, like 1-3.

These latter ones currently can't be RNG'd because we can't figure out the seed. Single 'mon spawners are just not worth it because there are no multiple paths to the pokémon generated so you will easily need some 60 iterations to get the same pokémon that you'd get in 10 on a double spawner.

Pokémon respawn when the time changes (e.g. from "morning" to "midday") or when the weather changes. Static alpha spawners take multiple time changes to respawn, I personally wouldn't bother with those.

Unfortunately you can't control the weather… or can you? Well...

I recommend doing this RNG manipulation during the quest to meet the lake trio. When you're ostracised from the village there is NO WEATHER at all to fuck up your respawns. You also don't have to talk to the fucking professor and go through multiple prompts just to leave an area. Life is much simpler.

Onto the real tutorial

Have autosave off for all of this.

Pick a spawner, let's use a triple qwilfish one here. Go to the area of it, bring 3 empty slots in your team, get near the spawner, and save. Catch all 3. You need to be able to distinguish future qwilfish from them so jot down some characteristics like gender, level, stats.

Reload. We will now discover what the seed finder calls pokémon 1. Catch/KO 1 pokémon, ensure the other 2 are still there and didn't run away or somehow despawn (happens A LOT with stuff like basculin). Teleport to camp. Rest/advance time, preferably to some other day time to prevent day pokémon from despawning into drifloons and fucking all of this up. Go back to the spawner, catch everyone there. One of the qwilfish will be different from the originals, that's your pokémon 1 and you can fill in its data on the seed finder.

Reload. We will now find pokémon 2 by basically the same method. Catch/KO 2 pokémon instead of 1, ensure the remainder doesn't randomly despawn, go rest to advance time, save when you get to the spawner, then catch everyone there. You should have an original qwillfish, pokémon 1, and a new qwilfish which is pokémon 2. These are iteration -1 of the generator.

If this is not the case then you got fucked over by a weather or time change or a 'mon despawned when it shouldn't, or you caught a pokémon from another spawner by mistake.

Fill in the seed finder data. Ideally evolve your pokémon if you're getting small ones so you can fill in multiple measurements to save on calculation time.

Seed finder will toss you a seed, put that into the generator as well as the filters you care about. In my case I have max shiny odds and want a shalpha fish with whatever stats.

If you didn't save AFTER catching pokémon 2, you can pick any of these. If you did save however (like to trade the pokémon for IV checking), you'll have to pick paths which start on 3, because you despawned everyone from iteration -1 and then iteration 0 will have 3 'mons.

You can open path tracker if you want to be anal and catch everything to make sure you progress correctly. But basically all you need is to follow the path and on each advance catch/KO the number of pokémon stated. So a person who saved after getting pokémon 2 will pick a path like 3-1-2-... which means now they advance time, go to spawner, catch/KO 1 pokémon, advance time, catch/KO 2 pokémon at the spawner, etc etc, until they catch/KO the last pokémon, advance time, and find at the spawner whatever it is they manipulated for.

Please note that alphas can't spawn near other alphas. If you want to manip for an alpha and there's one close enough to hear the alpha music in the spawner, then go despawn it before your manipulated alpha is meant to spawn.

Anyway enjoy your hunts! It's a slow but very easy to accomplish method and nearly impossible to fail. Also more relaxed than MMOs and allows you to catch "skittish" or "neutral" pokémon who you can't multi-battle like in the MMO RNG manipulations.

i still try to figure out how tumblr works, but i think this recipe is worth sharing. it makes around 8 buns and the filling can vary. i made 4 apple pie inspired and 4 classic cottage cheese buns.

ingredients:

dough:

• 500g of all purpose flour • 25g of soft butter •20g of fresh yeast • 250 ml of warm milk • 3 egg yolks and 1 whole egg • 1tbsp of sugar • pinch of salt

cottage cheese filling:

• 250g of cottage cheese (from a block) • 1 egg yolk • 2 tbsp of vanilla pudding powder

apple pie filling:

• 2 diced apples • cinamon • 1tbsp of sugar

• 1tbsp of butter • a splash of water

crumble:

• 1 tbsp each of sugar, flour and soft butter

tutorial:

1. take a spoon out of your flour, mix it with sugar, crumbled yeast and milk. let it rest for 10 minutes, then combine all the dough ingredients and knead for a while until a soft non sticky ball forms. if you need it add more flour and maaaaybe a bit of oil if it’s too sticky. let it rest under a tea towel for an hour.

2. in the meantime blend all the cheese filling ingredients together and boil the apple filling ingredients, then blend them too.

3. combine the crumble ingredients together with your fingers and preheat the oven to 180° celcius.

4. on a baking sheet (or two) place the dough divided into 8 equal balls, flatten them like little pizzas with high edges and put the filling in the middle. cover with crumble and bake for 30 minutes.
