I went easy with the background but I still think it turned out really nice!! I also head cannon that Mettaton keeps stickers on himself and that he changes them out occasionally. He called them his tattoos.

Supertale originally had a more complex story about Mario universe fusing with Undertale, but I realize now the simple explanation is the better one; Undertale characters with minimalistic personality changes get Mario character roles. Sans: Similar to CrossBones, this more active Sans still prefers to lay back and relax with a good pun or two, but will jump in to save the day! Papyrus: Papyrus wants to shine as a hero in his own right, he's better at hiding his fears than Luigi. Toriel: The Queen of the Underground, she's calm, polite, and able to use fire magic! The perfect ruler! If only she didn't say so many bad puns...

Mad Mew Mew: The best Princess. She built her own kingdom right above the Underground. Even so, she still lives in Papyrus's sink in this universe as well.

Pink Addison: Are they friends? Lovers? Brothers? DEO they even have genders? No like Pink will tell you; after all, they're too busy cheating and scamming.

Spamton, full name Spamton G. Spamton, is a Darkner from the Cyber World. He is initially encountered in Cyber City, where he is fought as a miniboss. He is likely based on spam emails.

If Kris helps him enter the Queen's Mansion's basement (either through the LoadedDisk or freezing Berdly), he transforms into Spamton NEO, which serves as Chapter 2's bonus boss on a normal route and the main antagonist and final boss of the Chapter 2 Snowgrave Route. As a bonus boss, he holds one of the Shadow Crystals.

Shop

After his battle, he appears as a shopkeeper in the Trash Zone. His shop is unusual in that his items are not what they appear, and their prices fluctuate rapidly while looking at them. He is also the only shopkeeper that the party cannot sell items to, with the "SELL" option being replaced with "BUYMORE!!" His wares are:

Appearance

Spamton appears as a diminutive puppet and ex-Addison that wears yellow and pink glasses that sometimes change colors and a long-sleeved black V-neck shirt, with black hair that is slicked back, appearing similar to a pompadour.

After becoming Spamton NEO, Spamton assumes the form of the machine he inhabits. The body of this form looks like a disheveled Mettaton NEO with a gaudy pink and yellow color scheme, and a laser cannon mounted onto his hand. Countless green wires suspend him in the air. His pink and yellow glass colors swap places. He also grows bat wings, one side being green, lilac, and purple, the other being yellow, pink, and magenta, and has teal-green and grey thumbs.

Swatch mentions that many people have failed to imitate his look, and some people have even gone so far as to impersonate him. Spamton's slick black hair, multicolored glasses, pointy white face and black suit are noticeably similar to Swatch's outfit, and Spamton admits to it during a live Q&A during the Spamton Sweepstakes.[1]

Spamton's design seems to be based on a number of popular depictions of puppets, having the face and style of dress seen on classic ventriloquist dummies with the nose of Pinocchio. This is also hinted at in his Spamton NEO form when he refers to himself as a puppet, and with the song "A Real Boy!"

Spamton has the ability to increase the size of his head. In his NEO form, his head is constantly larger than usual.

Personality

Spamton was once a natural salesman, always willing to cut a deal. While he still bears a shadow of these traits, his deals are now often nonsensical or violent. He claims that he became a salesman not for the money, but for the freedom to make his own deals. However, he still attempts to scam Kris for money (which he refers to as "Kromer") at every opportunity. His speech patterns are similar to typical obfuscated spam email text, with many words replaced with non sequitur variants in square brackets that could imply incorrectly-applied mail merge variables or hyperlinks, or various voice glitches.

In much of his dialogue, he seems mentally confused and insane, seemingly projecting himself onto Kris, contradicting himself, and saying things which make little sense, without warning. This mental instability seems to clear up briefly after fighting him in his NEO form, as he wishes Kris success with their journey without using broken English.

Spamton consistently spells "generosity" as "genorisity," "guarantee" as "guaranttee," and "special" as "specil," with an exception for the latter at the end of the Spamton NEO battle after snapping all the wires.

Main Story

History

Some time before Kris and Susie entered the Cyber World, Spamton existed as an unsuccessful spam email Addison, overlooked by Lightners and never able to catch a break.[2] Despite his lack of success, he always proclaimed to his fellow Addisons that he would be a "big shot" one day.[3]

Desperate, Spamton began to look for any way to become more popular. Eventually, he came into contact via phone with someone who could help him, and suddenly he began to be wildly successful. From that point on, Spamton was "on the phone all the time," being aided by an unknown person.[4] His fellow Addisons became jealous of him for his sudden success, and stopped going out with him.[5] His success landed him his own room at the Queen's Mansion, and he began to brag more and more about his deals, ranging from TV commercials to cars.[6]

Then, as sudden as his success was, it came crashing down. The stranger helping Spamton vanished, and all his sales went with them.[6] Desperate, Spamton started spending all of his time "praying" in the basement, obsessed with an "artifact,"[7] presumed to be the machine he uses to become NEO. The machine was created by an unknown Lightner with the help of Swatch, digitally visualizing their hopes and dreams. However, those dreams never came to be, and the machine was abandoned in the basement with the rest of the corrupted data.[8]

With nothing left, Spamton was to be evicted from the Queen's mansion. The day of his eviction, one of the Addisons went to visit Spamton, but found he had already left. Spamton had left his phone hanging off the handle. Spamton presumably left in the middle of a conversation, as the Addison could hear someone on the other end, but after putting the phone to their ear it only made "garbage noise."[9] Likewise, Kris's Cell Phone only makes garbage noise when used in the Dark World.

Abandoned by all of his friends, Spamton was reduced to living in a dumpster in a Cyber City alleyway.[10] Despite his fall from grace, the Color Cafe in Queen's Mansion continued to sell his trademark bowtie, albeit with the brand name cut off.

At some point, someone (presumed to be Spamton) attempted to impersonate Swatch by mimicking his monochrome suit and colored glasses, in order to obtain something (presumed to be the NEO machine).[11] Additionally, somebody (presumed to be Spamton) attempted to commission Sweet Cap'n Cakes to sneak into the Queen's Mansion (presumably to grant him access to the machine), but they declined;[12] Spamton later convinces Kris to do likewise.

After asking him about friends, he brings up an individual named Mike. When talking about Mike, Spamton tells Kris not to trust what they hear on TV because "THE MAN'S A CRIMINAL."[13] Spamton also exclaims "ARE YOU GETTING ALL THIS [Mike]!?" at the end of his NEO fight if he is defeated violently, implying Mike may have recorded for Spamton in some capacity in the past.[14]

Chapter 2

Normal Route

Spamton is first encountered by Kris in Cyber City, where Kris seemingly disturbs the garbage container in which Spamton is residing. After a short interaction, Spamton engages Kris in combat as he continues attempting to convince them to accept his "deal."

Later, if Spamton was defeated through mercy, he can be seen again in a shop to the left of the Trash Zone. After Kris accepts yet another deal, he tasks Kris with bringing him an Empty Disk located in a basement in the Queen's Mansion. After purchasing a KeyGen from Spamton, Kris can retrieve the EmptyDisk from the machine in the dilapidated basement. Upon returning to Spamton's shop, Spamton proposes his final deal to Kris: transmitting Spamton through the EmptyDisk and returning it to the machine in the basement.

After Kris places the LoadedDisk back into the machine, Spamton transforms into Spamton NEO, much to his delight and excitement, but is horrified to see that his new form is held up by literal puppet strings. He attacks Kris in an attempt to obtain their SOUL, believing that it is the key to earning his "freedom." Before he can, however, Susie and Ralsei enter the room, and Susie interrupts him by using her Rude Buster spell to knock him out of the way, leading Spamton NEO to launch the three into carts, and battle the party for all of their SOULs.

Spamton NEO can be defeated either by fighting or by cutting the wires controlling him. If he is defeated by fighting, he attempts to continue the fight by turning into "Spamton EX," but his gravely damaged body explodes as he attempts to transform. If the party cuts all of his wires until one remains, Spamton NEO realizes that Kris is trying to free him in spite of his efforts to kill them. He dances gleefully and thanks them, asking them to cut the last wire, only for him to helplessly fall to the ground without any strings to hold him up.

No matter the method, once he is defeated, Spamton returns to his normal form and becomes calm and lucid. He laments how he could not become anything more than a puppet, but compliments the party's strength and wishes them well. He then offers himself to the party, transforming into either a Dealmaker (when defeated by cutting his wires) or a Puppet Scarf (when defeated by fighting). Kris also receives a Shadow Crystal.

I have this idea for an AU that probably won’t go anywhere. And someone’s probably done it before me.

Jon and Martin’s “somewhere else” being any multitude of universes. Since I've been dragged back into the Undertale fandom, here are some moments that I may expand on later that I think would be funny/interesting to see:

The fears being made real in the Undertale Verse because of Jon and Martin (whoops)

MONSTER AVATARS RAHHH - head-cannons are: Hunt Undyne, Lonely Alphys, Buried Toriel, Stranger Mettaton, Web Muffet (no duh), Slaughter Asgore, Desolation Flowey, End Asriel, Eye Sans, and I couldn't figure out the entities for Papyrus, Chara, or Frisk, but I think for Frisk it would be either the Stranger, Desolation, or Lonely, for Chara it would be End, Desolation, and the Dark? And I really have no clue for Papyrus - maybe the Spiral? I'll make a more detailed explanation of each later. If I have the motivation

Since Jon and Martin are used to more "human" looking monsters, they would obviously be off put by the different creatures that make up Undertale - goats, dogs, flowers, skeletons, fish, weird cat like creatures, etc

Depending on how the au starts/how much power Jon has in that place (Jon and Marin either ending up in snowdin or above ground after the monsters are freed) - Jon would definitely use his power on something by accident. Either a human or a monster

Jon and Martin being used to the literal kill or be killed world, going into a world that is almost the exact opposite. For both of them it would almost be a paradise.

Seeing the Beholding and Lonely "magic" against Monster Magic. The way the Beholding would want to Know a monster, the different types, and how they live, and the Lonely feeding on the doubt that the Monsters will ever leave. The isolation from the rest of humanity and the knowledge that humans see them as less than.

The whole idea of becoming an avatar is loosing your humanity, so, in theory, Jon and Martin would have partial monster souls. Or their LOVE would be through the roof. Either way - an interesting thought. I mean, what really is a monster - the true definition?

Just some silly food for thought as I cope with the end of season 5 and the time until The Magnus Protocol Airs.

I know next to nothing about Toon Town, but your drawings of Duck Shuffler (I think that’s what his name is anyway) intrigue me. I don’t know if he actually has a lisp or that’s a head cannon, but the way I read his text is the exact same way I read Mettaton’s text when I played Undertale. I don’t know, it just made me smile. By the way, you have a very nice art style!

New Old Au: Undertale Civil War

I was going through my old drawings and stumbled upon some concept art for Undertale Civil War

And au similar to Underfell but here there are three factions battling for control of the underground:

The Royal Family led by Asgore which rules the Ruins and New Home. They seek peace yet will punish those who step out of line. Notable members include Asgore, Toriel, Asriel (formerly), Chara (formerly), Flowey (or so he pretends), and Napstablook (or so he says)

The Royal Guard led by Undyne which rule Snowdin and Waterfall. They seek justice for monsterkind against the humans and Asgore and want revenge after Asgore executed former leader Gerson for a misunderstanding with Chara that lead to their death. Notable members include Undyne, Papyrus, Snowdin Canine Unit, Gerson (formerly), Napstablook (so he says), the Tem (the guards foot soldiers), and Shyren

MTT Fanclub led by Mettaton who rules Hotland and the Core. He seems conformity and dictatorship led by him after he witnessed Asgores unfair power. Notable members include Mettaton, Alphys (brainwashed after receiving a head injury), Napstablook (a spy), Burgerpants (cannon fodder), Bratty and Catty, and Mad Mew Mew

Some charecters don't align with any group like Sans (who's homeless and often assaulted by the Royal Guard), Muffet (who formed her own group and frequently hacks Mettatons feeds), and Nice Cream Guy (who was rejected by the Royal Guard for being too nice)

Asgore is the guardian of the Ruins. He's kinda and gentle yet blames himself for what happened to his children and with Toriel. Doesn't hate Toriel but also doesn't want to get back with her just yet (he's more forgiving than her cannon version). He's slightly graying and wears reading glasses but also has cool orange and blue sunglasses when he's vibing. He actually wears a professor kind of outfit (turtleneck sweater and tweed vest) with a pink flower tie under his robe. Kinda a dork. More reluctant to fight you than Toriel. Makes really good tea as opposed to pie. Likes to read about slimes (foreshadowing for future swap). When you call and flirt with him after you call him dad he replies "Why'd you have to call me daddy is such a suggestive way my child". Believed Frisk to be the future of humans and monsters yet also believes that if things don't change there will be no future for either.

Toriel is the reluctant queen. She put herself in charge and looks down upon Asgore (she doesn't want to admit he's right). She's stubborn and kind of a bitch. She sucks at gardening and instead knits. What does she knit? Duplicates of the Temmie Plush her lost child had. Can't handle grief. Offers pie to you before the fight. Despite her curvy armor she's still rectangular. Uses a scepter with MKs face engraved on it to never forget why she's doing this. Instead of keeping coffins for the humans she dolls for each of them (just an excuse to design the other 6 fallen human who actually do swap). She's more cold than Asgore but only because she knows that if she lets the slightest emotion show she'll break down in tears.

Alphys is the captain of the Royal Guard. Her building is completely different from Undyne's tall and slender body. She's short and stocky and proud. Her weapon, an axe, reflects this which opposes the thin spear Undyne uses. Don't worry she's not wearing actual skulls. Just replicas. Trains with Sans but doesn't let him join because of his low stats and just the fact he's a middle aged man in a mock superhero costume. Has trouble controlling her anger. Has a tough and gruff voice but a squeaky laugh. Unlike most swap Alphys she's just as THICC outside of her armor as she is inside and is proud of the way she is. She still has a crush on Undyne she refuses to admit even more than cannon Undyne. Doesn't wear an eye patch because she thinks her scar makes her look more badass. Also has a crush on the queen (she likes dominant women) but not the player (with the whole hating humanity thing) or the unknown (she doesn't believe in that). A bit more willing to do her "date" since she admires the humans ability to outdo her. Passes out not from heat but just from exhaustion as it never occurred to her to train in cardio but still requires water. Anime is real right?!?

Undyne is the royal scientist. Likes anime styles video games slightly more than anime. Her favorite is Oki Doki Art Club starring Hop Hop Muscly Sorree (or some name like that). Has anime body pillows. Experiments with determination. Wants to insert herself into your invention. Built Napstablook a robot body after coming to his video game club. Still kinda hot headed. Has a slight lisp as opposed to a stutter. Should wear braces but doesn't because she doesn't want to look like a "complete nerd". Gets flustered easily. Keeps secrets..... Is blind in one eye but never tells anyone how. Her date dress is the same one cannon Mettaton wears during the music segment but more proportionate to her (she claims she looks like a cute anime girl in it and you better agree with her on that).

Hapstablook (yes that's what I'm calling him. Deal with it) is the recluse ghost. Dreams of being an actor but has stage fright. Afraid of criticism and flustered by praise. Easily startled with makes him cry glittery tears. The houses don't swap just the details of them. I know cannon swap Mettaton isn't pink but I think it's fitting for him to have a slight pink hue. A hopeless romantic who writes romance stories of star crossed lovers. Listens to motivational podcasts through his earbuds. Has a Fancyblook attire where he makes either a fancy hat or dress with his tears (I can't decide). Gender fluid. His covered eye is heart shaped but he finds it grotesque which is why he covers it. Wishes he had legs. Owns a slime farm which he and his cousin cared for. Misses his cousin. Would you smooch a ghost?

Napstabot is the idol of the underground. His box form is an old timey radio and his ex from incorporates sound equipment. Doesn't cover his eye but it does glow during neo form (which will be revealed on the special genocide addition. More masculine than Mettaton and uses bro rather than darling. Instead of oh my he says "radical!!!!". Uses a fake nineties cool dude voice but his real voice is soft and gentle. Likes his arms more than his legs which is demonstrated in the order they fall off. He gets more easily flustered by compliments as he's not used to direct compliments. He's also not used to insults which cause his self esteem to shatter and he starts crying but eventually he will get over it and even try and better himself. He actually cries ALOT in private. He also isn't as social as he acts on camera and actually prefers to be alone or with his cousin or Undyne. Cries when killed to add extra guilt (he takes it as you not liking him or if it's done before he's sparable he takes it as you being a false friend). And I normally don't get into battles but since Mettaton's fight is my favorite ill cover Napstabot's. For starters his interruptions are as follows: a musical quiz show, setting up a music studio with the last instrument being a human soul but Undyne requires a synthetic human soul, a quest where you must find him a new prop, and finally a big musical number where he wears classic Alphys dress and a top hat. During ex he has a Livestream where you have to raise likes through posing (seductively causing napstabot to blush heavily), boasting (which shocks napstabot and makes him a bit jealous of your ego), and heel turning (which he takes personally). You can also throw your stick which he nervously fetches much to his embarrassment. His attacks are a punching attack that mimicks Mettatons kicks, a five way punch, sound wave speakers speakers replacing Mettatons punches, electric heart (unchanged), discoball (unchanged), bomb attacks (unchanged), union regulated break (the text now says "I'm not feeling up to working on my break dude"), small napstabots that shoot music notes, and boxes (unchanged) he also shoots a single small lightning bolt the turn right after he loses one of his limbs and a tear the turn after his health becomes fatal. Instead of an essay he asks you to write a song. If it rhymes he gets shocked and remarks "that's better than I could ever do.....". Similar responses as Mettaton's if it's basic. If you compliment him he blushes and gets flustered. If you compliment his legs he's shocked as he thinks his legs aren't desirable. If you compliment his arms he blushes and flexes for you (so sexy). If you compliment his hair he blushes and remarks how it has a natural bounce. If you compliment his personality he blushes, gets flustered, and remarks how he wishes more people paid attention to that. If you compliment his voice he sings a short melody. If you compliment his dancing he mentions Undyne literally giving him two left feet. If you mention loving him he blushes and remarks how despite getting that alot he always gets flustered by it. If you mention Toby he remarks how that's not his name but it does sound sexy. If you insult him he cries but then gets an annoyed expression and the music stops while he replies "insults are a gateway to the way you feel about yourself" then a "bitch" sound effect plays and then things go back to normal. If you curse he mentions getting demonetized. Ok this is too much.

The rocks swap with the dummies. Not much to remark because this is already too much so......

Alrighty how about 14 with Mettaton and 9 with Toriel?

This is a long ass post, so buckle up buttercups >:)

So, if you really think about it, Mettaton IS a robot now. He fused with his body, considering he can die in Stabby Stabby/Nuetral routes. Robots can’t absorb alcohol, therefore they can’t get drunk.

Now, the argument could be made that he just absorbs the magic that makes up the drink then sends it to his power core, like an organic body. The that funky drunky flow intoxicates him.... But that also contradicts my personal head cannons on how Metta’s body works.

I’ll make this brief (if that’s possible in a post of this length lMAO), but how I think that MTT gets his power is either through electricity or, in a worst case scenario, gasoline mixed with magic. While I believe he can eat and drink monster food, it’s stored in an internal compartment before being broken down into manageable magic chunks over a series of several days. So, alcoholic beverages would give him at most a buzz over the course of like a couple of days.

That being said, there’s hope!!!

Remember when I said that I headcannon Metta runs on gasoline if he can’t get any electricity? Well, the means he can switch between which tank he’s drawing from. And, there is a type of gasoline made with a base of Ethanol! Which is the compound used to make drinks alcoholic! Therefore, the alcohol would be going to his core at the rate needed to actually get drunk.

Which means, if he wants to be drunk he can just switch into gasoline mode and slip into whatever tipsy needs he has! As long as he’s filled up on ethanol!

But!!! Yall didn’t come here to hear about Mettaton’s autonomy, so let’s talk about his drunken habits!!

I like to think he doesn’t drink often, mostly because of the aforementioned not actually realizing he could till he was on the surface. But, some of the best examples of how he is in a drunken state would probably be back when he was a ghost.

It was probably some rough times back then. Shyren’s sister had just fallen down, and it’s inplied the cousins are rather close with the family. Add in a healthy dose of dysphoria and yearning for a greater audience- no, purpose... It must’ve been rough for Metta.

Mabey to cope, the cousins invested in some ghost ale?

I like to think when buzzed, Mettaton is just a (somehow) more confident and showy version of himself. Just with less motor control and a higher chance of making impulsive decisions.

Once we pass into drunk territory... things start getting more emotional. There will be tears. Probably a lot of them. He’s very emotional and can and will state his mind. Heartfelt confessions might happen, rivalries may happen, or he may just tell you what you already know.

If the cousins cracked open a cold one.... Well.... That may of been the first indications (aside from behavior they’d picked up but not said anything about) of what was really on Metta’s mind. About how desperate he was.

Metta didn’t remember it in the morning. Blookie never told him what they talked about. It was never spoken of again.

Ok!! On a slightly higher note: Toriel!

I’ve always seen Toriel as having a very smooth sounding, mezzo soprano voice. It’s nothing remarkable. She doesn’t belt often, she doesn’t have much of a verbrato, she just sounds like your normal 50ish woman who sings abit too much in the car. But, her voice is warm and soft and perfect to fall asleep too, especially when a smile gets in the way of her vowels.

She sings fairly often, probably the most in the main cast (aside Mettaton and MABEY Papyrus). Be it in the car, or when she has too much to drink, or when singing a lullaby to her kids.

I’ll start with lullabies since I believe they’d be the most personal to her.

We don’t know exactly when the monster human war happened, but I’m of the belief that it happened sometime in the Middle Ages, which would place Toriel’s childhood in medieval times. While she wasn’t born there, I also think both Toriel and Asgore’s families hail from Ireland. Her mother would sing to her every night, sometimes mixing in ancient tales of wild beasts and faeries.

It’s a sentiment she’s passed down to her own children.

Albeit, she changed a few lyrics or scenes in the stories to make them less terrifying, besides when she was caring for some of the older souls. There may also be a touch more happy endings than there were in the older days, and mabey a couple more injuries instead of deaths. But for the most part, they stay the same.

The pieces she dare not change though, are the ones she sings in Gaelic.

Frisk hasn’t learned the language (yet), so Toriel finds no need to change any details to such relics. Plus, they have a lot more of an emotional connection than most of her other songs or stories. Her eldest two children were incredibly fond of them

(Also the song I used for these doodles is called Bó na leath-adhairce (One Horned Cow). The woman who sings it (Muireann Nic Amhlaoibh) sounds a lot like how I imagine Toriel sounding. But like. With a lot more vocal training. She still sounds like she’s singing through a smile and I love it)

On a much more fun note, let’s talk about Toriel’s drinking songs!

So, this doesn’t happen often, but if the moods right and Toriel’s had JUST enough to drink.... She might attempt to start up a drinking song with whatever crowd she’s got around her. She doesn’t know many songs, and she only half remembers the rest, but goddamn it if she’s not gonna try it.

It’s awful. Any recognizable lyrics are either slurred, butchered, or in a language no one else can understand.

But she looks like she’s having so much fun, no one ever tries to stop her.

Hell, some people might even join in, if there’s been enough to drink in the house. If that happens, and if she’s feeling confident enough, Tori might even get up and dance a little bit, dragging whomever she pleases in as well. If she’s drunk enough to start singing like this in public, then she’s definitely drunk enough to do some dances.

Mostly though, she just sticks to lullabies.

As for the second part of this prompt, it’s a lot simpler than all of the rest of this post. Toriel enjoys most music, especially the choral verity. She’ll let anything on the radio, so long as it’s appropriate when Frisk’s in the car.

Her favorite genres though, are Classical, Folk, and Celtic. They were the styles she grew up with and remains fond of to this day. They bring back a feeling of Nostalgia without too many memories, just how she likes it. She also quite enjoys Operas, and plans on taking Frisk to see one once she gets the hang of the internet.

She used to adore ballroom music and waltzes but....

Now they just bring back Memories she’d rather not have.

Undertale head cannons?

Omg where to begin?!?!

I think asgore and chara were very close and loved growing plants together and having tea time :)

Majority of the main cast is autistic :))

Following that last one Flowey/asriel is particularly face blind and that’s why he mistakes frisk for chara

Uhh a pretty common one but sans and alphys are besties and they talk about space for hours,,, one of the first things they do on the surface is go stargazing :-)

Asriel and toriel used to go bug hunting based off the fact that toriel offers to take frisk when they are in the ruins,,, the whole family would also frequent blook farm and cheer on the snails, asriel would always win bc he knew just the right way to cheer his snail, chara would always lose bc they were too enthusiastic and their snail would get overwhelmed LOL

Bc of this sometimes flowey goes and hangs out with the snails and talks to napstablook despite them not know who he was

I like to think the surface is set in Aotearoa, was going to set it in Australia bc that’s where I’m from but I’ve decided that’s where I have deltarune set

Also bc of this and following the theory that sans is from deltarune and was transported to undertale sans has a slight Australian accent :o)

Frisk is mainly non verbal, tho they only really speak when on the phone (I’ve also seen ppl hc that they speak ‘with their soul’ and I really like that)

Sans and paps can understand most languages, they are fluent in nzsl and teach everyone else so they can communicate with frisk :-)

Before falling into the core gaster was semi verbal but post core he uses nzsl bc his speech has become so garbled that no one but his sons can understand him

Grillby is similar to gaster where his speech is distorted (bc he’s made of fire) but if he focuses he can say a few clear sentences like in the pacifist route

Gaster used portions of his hands to make sans and paps - his main goal was to create a being with a human soul (that’s why I draw them both as human skeletons as opposed to bird guys like gaster) so they could cross the barrier but instead he got 2 kiddos lmao (also VERY SOFT AND FULL OF CALCIUM isn’t completely just papyrus being silly, at certain times of the year he and sans get that baby bird fluff on the surface of their bones, it comes off pretty easily tho so it’s not really noticeable)

Frisk doesn’t really understand their gender yet and bc they are so young they describe it based on their surroundings, after entering papyrus’ room and seeing his do not enter signs when asked for their gender they reply ‘papyrus’ <- idk where that one came from I remember seeing a post about it but I love it to bits

After their plan failed chara’s ‘spirit’ went dormant until frisk arrived, they have no idea what happened to asriel but after the neutral route (after flowey says he doesn’t understand why frisk is sparing him) they start to really recognise that flowey is in some way somehow asriel

Mettaton overheats when he is embarrassed/flustered and his internal fans are very loud LOL

Chara and asriel’s combined soul is gone, I feel like after souls are ‘used’ they fade away - the same happens to the human souls after flowey/asriel absorbs them

Toriel, asgore and gaster are old af and have been around since the barrier was created (ummm thousand year kingdings slow burn anyone?? SJDNDJJDNX)

Undyne is like asgores daughter and asgore is sometimes reminded of chara bc of how outgoing and determined they both are :-)

When they get to the surface toriel teaches papyrus how to cook ‘properly’ but some of his habits brush off on her instead lol

I’ve probably got more but here are the ones that popped into my head!!!

So….it started with this post I made. I had found this art from one of my 2020 sketchbooks and thought it was a neat cross over idea. But then I realized the two characters (Toriel from Undertale and The Snatcher from A Hat in Time) actually have a lot more in common then meets the eye. And THEN I realized their both head cannoned by fans to have adopted orphan children as their own (Frisk and Hat Kid). And moments after making the post I realized….I wanted to draw this cross over idea so so badly lol. So I did:

And I’m satisfied with the way the drawing turned out! But the ISSUE is….now I’m hooked on the idea and it might just become my new hyper fixation 😭

Because shortly after I finished drawing these characters hanging out, I realized there’s other characters that should also absolutely meet each other. The most obvious was DJ Grooves meeting Mettaton. But then other ideas came to me like WD Gaster meeting MoonJumper. The Temmie’s meeting the Seals from the arctic cruise DLC. Maybe even the Mad Dummy meeting the Mafia boss in the jar and The Conductor!

And then I started thinking about Deltarune too. Ideas like Seam meeting The Badge Seller. Bow Kid cosplaying as Ralsei, Mustache Girl cosplaying as Sussie, and Hat Kid cosplaying as Kris. Perhaps Queen could meet The Empress? Although I’m unsure how well that one fits lol.

So you see…

Now I want to draw ALL these scenarios happening in different art pieces. And maybe even make a whole story about it. Someone help me please lm*o

Mettaton NEO headcanons

NEO's got a whole set of sharp, threatening teeth, and long fangs. If he was in a position where he was close enough, and was so filled with hatred that he was feral, he could do some serious damage with his teeth, tearing and biting. Most of it is for show, though, to scare his opponent.

Mettaton NEO's wings can actually move. He's able to extend them far above his head in a V-shape, and lower them below 180 degrees. This doesn't really affect his mobility, since his wings are powered by magic and jet fuel, but sometimes they have strategic benefit.

NEO also has an arm cannon on his right arm, sharp claws on his left hand, the ability to shoot lightning bolts from his left hand, the ability to shoot lasers from his right eye (the one he's blind in), huge, powerful wings which allow him to fly and can be weaponized, and the ability to detach his legs (which hover below his torso with a magnetic pull).

NEO's voice is very deep and electronically distorted. He also has the ability to emit demonic, animalistic roars.

Gaster Corrupted Spamton! This one I had a lot more ideas for since I have Spamton brain rot currently. I decided to lean into the ideas of his Neo body possibly being not from Mettaton, but from Asriel, with an aesthetic of static and malware.

He's the second of the Gaster Corrupted bosses. Here, Seam, Swatch and possibly Jevil fight him after the four Addison's disappear from Castletown. They find them being held captive by Spamton, who is far less talkative than normal, and the fight starts with Spamtons normal form. His attacks are easy enough, but when phase two starts is when it gets difficult. His strings are now red and have to be cut, but unlike in the game, he actually protects those wires and will fire a cannon if the shopkeepers get close. Also thinking a cart ride would be happening during this. Once the last wire is cut, he falls to the ground, much like in the Pacifist route, seemingly defeated, and the characters all get a moment to collect themselves.

But it's not over. Jolting upwards Spamton let's out a scream that causes the Addison's and Swatch to keel over in pain. Swatch blacks out, and it transitions to the third phase with him waking up while being healed by Seam. If Jevil is an Ally here, he's fighting off some of the attacks so Swatch can get to his feet. Here, Spamton has four main attacks, all based on the Addisons he has under his control now. He's now mostly protecting the heart on his chest, and now the goal of the phase is to get Spamton to snap put of it, just long enough to break the heart in two. His attacks are reduced if the Addison Puppets are cut down, but cutting down all of them will just result in him putting them back up, with stronger strings. Also when struck by something he briefly glitches into an Addison form.

At the end of this fight, Spamton glitches into his Addison form one last time, before collapsing, and the Addison's return from being puppets. The form he was in seems to melt away as he turns into an Addison again, but he is exhausted and will be out for a while. Swatch picks him up and tells everyone they should head back home. Seam and Jevil lead the way, with Swatch near the Addison's as they ask how Spamton is doing.

Much like Jevil, Spamton will help you in the later fights as either an Ally or defense item.
