Along the same lines of people Making Choices on how to comport themselves around dogs, recently a woman at a dog event asked me for breeder recs, telling me she wanted to get into bitesports.
I was like, sure, here are the usual suspects, blah blah blah, and she asked if she could pet Zaku. I said yes and she immediately leaned over and put her face right next to his to encourage kisses.
Right next to the face of a dog she doesn't know, of a breed specifically selected to bite humans.
So she's going to need to learn better canine management if she wants to continue down this path.
Swift dp x dc cuz im sitting at after church lunch.
Jason met Danny while he was dead. He only ever knew Danny as Phantom, a newbie hero and ghost.
He was resurrected long befor the Perah fight and cuz of the odd circumstances behind the re-lifing of Jason todd Jason had also forgotten about the GZ and his best friend Phantom.
Years later hafter the family has kinda healed something happens that causes Jason to remember his time as a ghost (head trauma, cult stuff, dream, ect). So he goes to Amity park to find his friend but instead meets a short, nerdy space scientist named Dr. Nightingale (Danny) who he cant help but fall head over heals for.
*whispering this from the corner of my office with the lights off, so nobody knows it's me*
My students' first essay is over social media, so they must cite sources from social media. They don't have to be credible. They just need to be from social media because we have to get through pp. 348- 352 of the APA Manual. One student just asked me about citing a TikTok video that cites a Twitter/X post and a Tumblr post, so the student needs to correct the citation (Tumblr user or Twitter user, year, as cited in TikTok user, year), but y'all . . .
THE TUMBLR POST IS ME! It's a non-BL post, but I'm shook! I'm stressed. I'm pressed. Obviously the student does not know who I am, but how is the world so small? I interrogated them. They do not have a Tumblr. They only saw the video through TikTok. I'm safe.
On the 30th anniversary of the X-Files, I ate lunch sitting across the table from Chris Carter and Frank Spotnitz whereupon I heard many, many stories and previously unknown show factoids. I will attempt to disseminate many of them when I come down from my high, but for now, I’m dead. 💀✌🏻
