governmental board that supports artists by funding

innovative projects. Stories like this showcase how

vital national and international support is for creators,

allowing brand new, original ideas to shine—ideas that

might never see the light of day if funding only went

through commercial channels that favour “surefire hits.”

Just imagine if TADS hadn’t had that support—we might

never have had the joy of seeing it on our

screens!🌍✨

One unexpected and incredible side effect of TADS’

popularity? Renewed interest in animation history. Its

nods to Raggedy Ann and Andy: A Musical Adventure (

1977) brought attention back to this nearly forgotten

gem, now beautifully preserved thanks to

@TygerbugGarrett's (on X) careful restoration work.

I would do stories branching various characters and various universes. Mostly character x reader or character x oc. I’m also considering doing some Harry styles stories as well but let me know if you want to see that. That may be limited to patreon only

The sun was setting over Tacitus, casting a warm, golden light on the quiet suburban streets. Officer Orion Blake sat in his cruiser, sipping his coffee, as the crackling of his police radio filled the silence. It was an ordinary evening, one of those peaceful ones where nothing seemed out of place. It should have made him feel at ease, but a knot of tension sat heavy in his chest.

He glanced down at his files—it was the worse part of his job. His daughter, Sarah, had been at school all day, probably still working on the Homecoming decorations with her friends. It was hard to believe she was almost done with high school, growing up faster than he was ready for. Mila Weston and Talon Payne were in her grade—kids Orion knew all too well from the various patrols around town, but Sarah always seemed to stay out of trouble. She had her mother’s sense, he always said.

A familiar voice crackled through his radio, interrupting his thoughts. Rylan stein, his old friend and colleague, was on the other end, checking in as usual.

"All quiet over there, Orion?" Rylan’s voice held that soft humor Orion had come to rely on. 

"Yeah," Orion replied, trying to shake the unease from his voice. "Too quiet, maybe."

"Better quiet than chaos," Rylan chuckled. "Heading over to check on mila, make sure everything’s okay with her. I don’t trust these prank calls that have been going around." 

Orion frowned, fingers tightening on the steering wheel. "You think there’s more to them?"

Rylan paused. "Don’t know. Probably just some kids messing around. Still, keep an eye out."

"Will do." Orion clicked off the radio, but that strange sense of foreboding lingered. He couldn’t shake the feeling something was brewing beneath Woodsboro’s quiet surface. Something wrong.

He took another swig of his now lukewarm coffee, eyes drifting to the dashboard photo of Sarah. Her smile lit up the frame, carefree and full of life. The thought of anything happening to her was unimaginable, but the nagging feeling in his gut wouldn’t go away.

That night, when he returned home, Sarah was already fast asleep. He stood in the doorway of her room for a moment, watching her breathe. A peaceful moment. It wasn’t often he got home early enough to see her these days, the job pulling him in every direction.

"Love you, kid," he whispered before closing the door gently behind him.

OC Spotlight: Francis

Francis grew up in the upper class, constantly questioning his father Stefan Cartier's corrupt beliefs. Though Stefan was a respected official with a positive public image, he was abusive behind closed doors. Francis's mother wasn't in his life, and he had no idea what happened to her, which only fueled his hatred for his father.

From a young age, Francis was subjected to his father's unfair and manipulative views of the world. Despite the luxurious lifestyle, he longed for a life beyond the gilded cage, to experience the world as other kids did. His father, who was one of the governor’s assistants and head of the transactions/goods department, often hid his true nature behind a facade of respectability. But behind closed doors, he was strict, stern, and physically abusive, tolerating little to no dissent.

Francis's life was a constant struggle between obedience and the desire to break free from his father’s oppressive control. He often kept to himself, simmering in the darkness of his father's shadow, attending to his chores and lessons with a heavy heart. Despite the abuse, Francis's spirit remained unbroken. He knew there was more to the world than the lies his father fed him, and he was determined to find it.

After a particularly heated argument, Stefan decided to send Francis away to work for S.E.R.A.P.H., an organization that his father was in charge of funding. Stefan hoped that this experience would instill fear and respect in Francis, making him more compliant. However, this plan backfired spectacularly.

At S.E.R.A.P.H., Francis found something he had never experienced before: camaraderie and support. He formed close bonds with his new group of friends and found parental figures who cared for him genuinely. These relationships helped Francis see the world in a new light and strengthened his resolve to fight against the corruption his father embodied.
