Itulah proses! Kamu perlu melewati semuanya agar mengerti arti berjuang dan beristirahat dengan cara yang bijak. Kalau nanti lelah, berhenti dulu. Tarik napas dalam kemudian perlahan berjalan lagi. Jangan dipaksa lanjut kalau masih lelah. Tapi, kamu juga butuh tegas kepada dirimu sendiri. Kamu hanya boleh terpuruk sehari. Hari berikutnya tak ada lagi alasan kamu meratapi semua. Bangkit, bersemamgatlah! Harapan memiliki hidup yang baik layak kamu dapatkan dari proses panjang perjuanganmu!

REMEMBER : You're allowed to make your life as comfortable as you want no matter what usual rules says.

Exemple : I was really tired after my work day and I didn't want to stay up because my feet were hurting, BUT I had to take a shower while I still had the motivation. So I just sat in the shower. It's not a bathtub, there's not much place, but I could sit down and shower myself like that. And it is so more pleasing than forcing myself to stand up just Because™.

You can change your habits to make your life easier and enjoyable. No one is entitled to follow stupid traditional rules.

Mungkin saat ini aku mulai menata hidup2 aku kembali, dengan diri sendiri, keluarga dan lingkungan. mulai membentuk kepribadian entah dengan ilmu ataupun dengan pengalaman. tapi yang terpenting dari itu adalah aku percaya bahwa Allah membimbing aku selama aku menjaga perintah-Nya dan juga menjauhi larangan-larangannya.

Karena itu semua adalah kunci dari segala keburukan. maka yakinkan diri terus agar proses ini Allah meridhoi-Nya

the funniest meltdown ive ever had was in college when i got so overstimulated that i could Not speak, including over text. one of my friends was trying to talk me through it but i was solely using emojis because they were easier than trying to come up with words so he started using primarily emojis as well just to make things feel balanced. this was not the Most effective strategy... until. he tried to ask me "you okay?" but the way he chose to do that was by sending "👉🏼👌🏼❓" and i was so shocked by suddenly being asked if i was dtf that i was like WHAT???? WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME?????????? and thus was verbal again

so, everything is always going right, and the idea that when you see things you don't like that things need to be fixed, is refusing to see that everything is happening as it should, even if it seems really bad. flowing is relaxing and knowing. not forcing yourself to "know" or believe or feel or anything. negativity and pain and fear popping up doesn't mean you aren't relaxing and knowing. true relaxing and knowing is none of that mattering. if you feel like you don't "know" and have to make yourself "know" to make sure everything is okay, that's not knowing. it's submitting to the 3d reality, to the assumptions of the ego that are truly irrelevant.
