maybe it's the heat (so miserable...), but i'm already thinking about xmas specifically if i want to sell any holiday fandom merch stuff. probably GW related and most likely like these:
i'd make for sure our boiz, and maybe either/or relena and/or zechs though the main question would be what color combinations for their itty bitty snow hats~

This is Kaien, my rescue HuskyMal<3 he has been the most tolerant and loving boy! As you can see I've used him in many of my photos (even the ones with me in them...yep old school tripod and RUN AND POSE) and he's been great to use in period photo shoots as "a wolf"(lol he's too small)
anyhow, I've turned on Tips as I've fallen on hard times financially with a big "separation", losing my job and then moving states. Nearly Christmas few companies are looking to hire.
and yesterday we had a HUGE Vet bill as the poor guy is sick Pancreatitis they think A vet bill that would set me back with a job a month. I put it on the Credit card but... trying to do what I can while still job hunting.
Yep looking for money but in return if you send a tip, send a question. about Silicone casting, trapunto stitch, airbrushing, fiberglass, armoring, Kimono's, dyeing... and I'll post information on the techniques.
I'm also a photographer of 30 years so questions to those are also open. As this tumblr is just started here's my two Facebook Pages:
https://www.facebook.com/InoliImages/
https://www.facebook.com/InoliShibaCosplay/
Also watch my cosplay page if you're looking to buy a costume as I will be posting some of my older Cosplays for sale and depending on complexity depends on the price. most have been competed so you will not be able to do so. I will also be altering some Kimono, making them a little bigger or dyeing out some marks and if need be embroidering over other issues. this will take a little time.
If you're in Colorado, I'll be offering shoots as well.
I do draw....but moderately well.
and karabast tagging the skills that i can think off the top of my head is a paragraph of tags, sorry ^^;;

I think lots of new artists make the mistake of thinking good art is down to the materials. Lord knows i thought the same when i was younger, but in actuality some of the best art i’ve seen was made with dollar store acrylics and paint brushes.
Don’t get me wrong, having access to high quality materials definitely helps elevate your craft, but it’s really not as important as a lot of people think. If you’re good at what you do, it’ll translate no matter what materials you’re using. Don’t stress so much about having the best or most expensive gear, focus on building skill, technique and conceptual knowledge.
Because if you can make good stuff with $2 paints, when you finally *can* upgrade to more expensive brands you’ll already be miles ahead of everyone else.

Hey Baku!! I'm considering beefing up my redbubble or selling art elsewhere and wanted to ask, how is it working for you? Do you like it, and do you have experience with other art selling sites?
ah I might not be the best person to ask about that... I don't like redbubble and I don't enjoy the thing they just did with their margin and payout, but also that's just kinda how platforms are? if it's not this then it's something else. any of the print stuff I offer is fully on request now anyway (except for when I really like a piece and think it'd make a great print lol) - I don't really treat redbubble stuff like how merch artists do it, there's very little calculation involved in upkeeping the store, and it's absolutely not where any significant amount of my income comes from. at most I get enough to reach the payout margin every two months, otherwise it's definitely not uncommon for it to lie around at no movement for months on end. I'm not even involved enough to figure out how to tag my stuff on there without getting it lasered off the face of the earth by IP holders lmao. quality-wise their stuff's about fine, nothing exceptional to 'em, it's a good spot if you want to offer a variety of products at about the same level of effort and aren't too fussed about the margin. and that's as far as my use of the site extends

after a few days’ work, my tiny version of the Werthers Waistcoat is complete!
it was very fun trying to imitate @vincentbriggs‘s original (which can be seen here and here) and despite the difference in scale, I tried to do my best to match the construction methods as best as I could throughout.
the major differences are all owing to the scale difference - I haven’t yet figured out how to do functioning and nice-looking buttons and buttonholes at this size, and the gold was really starting to flake by the time I got to that point, so those are rather hasty embroidery and pins instead, and I’ve skipped the pockets and pocket flaps entirely.
I was considering cutting the wrappers down to match the original stripes better, but it was tricky enough to hold the larger chunks of plastic in place while sewing as it was, so I left them whole instead. overall, I expected most of the components to be a lot more stiff and bulky than they actually ended up being, and aside from having to remake the back several times, everything went surprisingly smoothly, and I’m quite pleased with the results!

maybe im just a grump but honestly i treat stuff i dont want on ao3 with a very "i do not see it" kinda attitude. like, yeah, i think trollfics are annoying, and a friend made a strong case recently for why it's not really an appropriate place for ai-generated stuff either but like. any time i see something like that my response is "damn that's annoying" and then i ignore it.
there's very occasionally been like, actual campaigns to annoy users (like that time assholes put like 300 tags on all their trollfics to "protest"(?) something??), and in those cases i'll actually bother to report people, but if its only like 2 people that annoy me i don't see much point. they can go be annoying out of my sight i dont care.
