It was so sexy of J. M. Barrie to describe Captain Hook like that. What color are his eyes? Forget-me-not and profound melancholy. Correct.

JOMP BPC - 25th May - Borrowed
I'm very lucky that I have a friend who lends me lots of books. Her taste includes childhood classics, so here I am reading Peter Pan for the very first time.

More Peter and Wendy sketches because younger me is having a blast
Doodles under the cut!
Had bit more fun with Peter’s design here, making it more leafy. I added two feathers on his hat because the tattoo i have of him has two!
(It’s an old book design which i completely fell in love with)

As promised, here is the second piece in my series of portraits. This one is of a twenty-something Wendy Darling from Peter Pan. I still struggle with drawing people in profile but I’m pretty pleased with how this turned out. The practice I put in is paying off slowly but surely!
