Non-Hazbin Hotel characters that are better than Lucifer Morningstar

I hate Lucifer Morningstar. Why do fans find him attractive? He looks like a skinny twig like every male character Vivienne Medrano draws. Except for Adam! I think.
I added Wreck-Gar, Cheese Sandwich, Banana Man, Probabilitor the Annoying, and Blumfump because they're voiced by Weird Al.
Speaking of Weird Al, Vivienne Medrano wanted him to voice Lucifer since she's a big fan of him, but he didn't because he's a Christian (which I didn't know that until this July).
EDIT: 7/9/24
I should've put Mortimer in the better than Alastor post because he uses Voodoo for evil purposes, but I forgot. Oh well.
I replaced Mortimer Handee with Bonechill from Super Paper Mario because he is inspired by Lucifer.

Hey what's your favorite class in DD&MoreD?

A fellow DD&MD’s fan! When I was younger I particularly enjoyed the wizard class.
However, after the not so enjoyable encounter with Probabilitor the Annoying I would say my love for that class has dwindled.
At the moment I quite like the rogue class. I have been experimenting with it in my games with Dipper and I must say it is a fun class to play.

Ford & Stan: bravery and heroism

This is going to be about Stan’s vs. Ford’s types of heroism/courage. More specifically old Stans. I want to focus on the period at which they’ve already matured and already gone through and survived the worst of their lives. Them at their bravest, you could say.
I’m going to start with something a tad (or very) controversial. Among my Gravity Falls merch, there’s my sticker album. This is how they describe Ford (translation below) 👇

“Differently from his twin brother, [Ford] is valiant, intelligent, and has six fingers.”
“Valiant” is basically a fancier way to say “brave,” so... yeah.
The friends I’ve showed this to were indignant on Stan’s behalf. My album was being unfair to him! And yes, I agree. If Stan wasn’t brave, he wouldn’t have faced Bill alone. And regarding his intelligence—Alex has commented before that all four Pines are quite intelligent, just in different ways. Mabel, for example, has much more emotional intelligence than Ford. But I digress. That isn’t the subject of this post.
The thing is: I wasn’t very surprised about Ford being considered more stereotypically intelligent than Stan. Ford is, after all, a recognized genius, of a very obvious sort. His nicknames go from “IQ” to “Brainiac.” But Ford being considered braver than Stan... where does that come from?
Certainly, old Stan has never behaved in a cowardly way in situations where Ford in his place would never, right?
Or perhaps... perhaps he has.

Meanwhile, Ford was doing a Ford-core speech about the true meaning of being a hero.

Was this an exception to the rule? Or the norm?
Looking at Stan’s and Ford’s expressions as Probabilitor the Annoying appears, probably the norm.

Or Stan’s behavior in these self-explanatory moments from the comics:

“But,” you might say, “Stan had so many brave moments too! Against the zombies, against Bill!”
Yeah! He sure did!

But what did all of those badass moments have in common?

Ah, yes! His family—mostly Mabel and Dipper—being in any kind of danger and/or needing his help.
In fact, what I found hilarious about the very first moment, with Waddles, is that he started off as a complete coward. The same kind of man who ran away screaming from the goat. Attempting to sacrifice poor Waddles while he hid beneath the mushroom, survival instincts kicking in. But if it truly concerns Mabel’s happiness? And, let’s be honest, Waddles’, because he does have a soft spot for the pig? Then he finds it in himself to face a dinosaur!

Waddles knows how he works, hahah.
Stanford Pines, meanwhile, is a different breed of dog.
When in danger, his first impulse doesn’t seem to be fear, but pure, unbridled rage.

That’s pretty much his default mode. Ford has a classic, very obvious type of bravery that is easily identifiable as such. I could keep giving you guys examples, but if you’ve watched GF or read Journal 3 at all, I won’t need to. I think it’s self-explanatory given that this guy wanted Dipper to suppress his fear by focusing on his intellect:

To him, emotions are a weakness. They hinder his clear thinking. They need to be suppressed.
I also find it fascinating that he canonically endured insane levels of torture at Bill’s hands. He was emotionally, psychologically, and physically abused—Bill manipulated and deceived him, haunted his dreams, controlled his body like a puppet, threatened to commit suicide with it, hurt it all over to the point of giving it bruises, used it to ruin his reputation with the townsfolk, tattooed it without his consent, made his eye bleed, drove a nail through his hand, made him eat live spiders, pulled his bones out of their sockets, threatened to erase his memories, messed with the meaning of words in his brain, hunted him down, humiliated and mocked him publicly, turned him into a golden statue, electrocuted him—overall violated his consent and bodily/mental autonomy in horrific levels and subjected him to excruciating pain. And yet, every time he faces Bill, he faces him with impressive courage, always confrontational, always resolutely angry. He never wavers in that anger, not even for a second.

Ford’s biggest moment of fear as a lone hero, even if brief, was when Bill threatened him with, “I’ll make you talk! It’s only a matter of time,” before beginning the very torture pictured above.

That’s still him being courageous, of course. Courage is not the absence of fear, but doing the brave thing despite the fear, and we watch him resisting Bill’s torture resolutely after that.
Remember, though, how I said Ford conducts himself as if emotions are a weakness? Despite all of Ford’s bravery and resistance, Bill is right when he tells Ford, in that very scene, “Everyone has a weakness, tough guy!” Because what finally, finally breaks Ford is to see his family—the most important people in his life—in danger.

It’s the same old weakness Bill used against him in TBoB, calling Stan’s number to threaten suicide in Ford’s voice—the one thing that made Ford say, “But then [Bill] crossed a line” and “No. [Bill] wouldn’t,” in despair, even after all the terrible things Bill had done to him.
In this sense, Stan and Ford are perhaps opposites of each other. Look at how, even though Ford looks defeated here, Stan’s expression hardens in the second gif—with determination.
Look, too, at how Ford looks away, how his hands shake when he has to erase Stan’s memories, the sacrifice that Stan is making so stoically, due to his feelings for Stan:

(Read this meta, if you want, for more on how this must have been terrible for Ford.)
Why do I say Stan is making the sacrifice so stoically? Why does he acquire this look of determination as Ford is hopelessly planning to give himself up to Bill? Well, Alex seemed to imply in the commentary of Weirdmageddon 3: Take Back The Falls something I already believed to be true: that it was Stan who offered himself up/volunteered as the one to have his memories sacrificed to save all their asses, not Ford who suggested it to him. (“And even though it’s Stan who agrees to—‘I’ll be the one! Erase my mind! It’s fine. It’s worth it.’—like, it’s a sacrifice for both, like, Ford at this point is willing to get his brother back and has to lose him again.”) Stan shines when his family is in danger!
Meanwhile, when does Ford’s brand of bravery shine the most? I think it’s telling that, despite the jokes about Ford being a damsel in distress, you still have a man who survived thirty years completely alone in the multiverse while having a bounty of an entire galaxy on his head. In a way, I think Ford is way more in his element, so to speak, when he’s his own company, he’s the only one in danger, and he just has to take care of himself. He’s the lone hero, after all.

Even with Dipper, before whom he peacocks by showing his more cavalier side, sometimes to the point of recklessness (according to Alex and Rob Renzetti in the DD&D commentary, Ford would never act that irresponsibly around Stan), he seems to get hindered by his responsibility to care for his nephew, as it was shown in Dipper and Mabel vs. The Future with their fight against alien technology. The robots wouldn’t even have been activated, after all, if not for Dipper’s adrenaline levels.
Stan, on the other hand, is at his core a family man. He will make himself brave even in occasions he wouldn’t normally be, for his family! All for his family!
In the commentary of Not What He Seems, Alex and Matt Chapman point out the badass side of Stan:
Alex Hirsch: When I saw the storyboards, they managed to make Stan this awesome action hero while still keeping him Stan. [...] He steals a wallet, he smashes somebody against the wall, he sasses him but he also has this just great Inception moment, and it’s because we’re building to a big question about “who is Stan?,” I felt a moment of seeing him be kind of awesome further increases your “who is this guy?,” right? He keeps going back and forth between like “oh geez my back” and you’re like “all right that’s the Stan I know” and then like “whoa, he just did an awesome jailbreak! Is he some kind of super villain? Who is he really?”
Matt Chapman: And in Scary-oke early on too, you know, you get to see Stan—the street-fighter in Stan come out too.
Alex Hirsch: There’s more of Ford in Stan than I think Stan realizes. I think it only comes out in certain moments.
Stan’s badass moment in NWHS was, too, in service of his family, particularly one member: Ford. Stan needed to escape the agents, to ensure that the portal was fully activated and successfully brought Ford back. He needed to be there for Ford. The “Ford in Stan” that Alex mentions does come out when Ford himself was in (perceived) need of Stan.
If Ford’s bravery (or at least his suppression of fear) comes from focusing on his intellect, as he advised Dipper, Stan’s bravery comes from the opposite thing: focusing on his emotions, on his feelings for his family. Ford might be right about emotions being a weakness, but they are his weakness. They are Stan’s strength, in the same way their loved ones are Stan’s strength and Ford’s weakness.
At the end of the show, Ford learns that Stan has been so terribly brave and noble and saved the world for the sake of those feelings. That is part of the weight that Ford’s “You’re our hero, Stanley” carries.
Hopefully, by the end of it all, Ford has come to a place where, despite not regretting his previous mindset, he sees both emotions and people as a valid source of strength!

pre weirdmageddon (and a little bit of post weirdmageddon) appreciation post for stan and fords relationship since the canon details and nuances are super unappreciated.
two things i really love about this era:
stan isnt as much as a spineless simp the whole fandom (freaks and gens alike) characterizes him to be to be around ford and fords love for stan is actually the most obvious here, like WAY MORE than in literally any other era of their relationship sans childhood stans, in my personal opinion
regarding stan's side on this topic, its hard not to be categorized as a perpetual yearner with no backbone when you spend 30 years trying to bring back your twin even after he abandoned you for 10 years and you come running like a dog the second he calls you with a post card. but after ford says he wants stan to stop using the mystery shack for tourist traps and is effectively kicking stan out, he drops the famous disownment. lots of people think he doesnt mean it, saying it in a fit of anger, but like. here he is, blatantly ignoring ford's call for a family meeting. one he very obviously heard 😭
i still remember when i first watched this episode when it aired in 2015 and thinking how weird it was they went out of their way and animated stan obviously hearing ford's call for a family meeting, rushing santiago (which the urgency would imply he was going to go to the meeting) then just. didn't show up. and ONLY showing up in the end with a joke about money.
stan heard the word family coming from ford's mouth and just excluded himself, uninterested in entertaining the situation thats obviously important to ford. reaaal far cry from the same man who got two words on a post card and came running despite over 10 years of no contact (before he knocks on ford's door, he even says "he's family. he won't bite" something close to that)
that's a soft ball though. thats probably just him being petty, not wanting to give ford any satisfaction or just not wanting to be around ford (anymore). heres something a little more damning though: not wanting to save ford during weirdmageddon.
this was a hell of a high stakes situation, where in universe the people were outright worried about dying or WORSE. dipper solemnly tells stan about how he and ford tried to stop bill on their own, and that this lead to ford getting captured. you would think that stanley pines, famous for punching zombies in the face and climbing barefisted on mountains to save dipper and mabel, for fighting a dinosaur to get waddles back for mabel's owm happiness sake (after he fucked up lmao), for helping save a mutated cow from getting eaten because mabel begged, for getting in trouble in the government to remove soos' birthday from the calendars because it upset soos, for getting eager to punch robbie in the face because he and dipper believed he was mind controlling wendy, would ofc jump on the fucking bridges to save his dear bro from the hands of the demon that literally caused the apocalypse.
but...

and heres the kicker, he even does some victim blaming 😭

and you know what? i cant blame him. all ford ever seems to do is just get into trouble who needs to be saved or for stan to do something to help ford clean up his mess. from the 1980s to probabilitor the annoying, stan is pretty much done feeling like he has a responsibility to save ford after ford's blatant ungratefulness for stan and his efforts to patch things up. hell, in that probabilitor mess, stan even said "let him get a few bites out of fords brains" (mind you, in this situation it actually IS his fault💀)
and the thing is, stan wasn't even always like this. he was being all badass in nwhs with the government agents just so he can run to ford, who we know he was expecting to come out being frail and collapse into stan's arms ("I need to be there when it happens!" <-this is him not even knowing where the kids are, so this is purely for ford). so his cowardice all through out weirdmageddon... thats not inconsistency or just a gag to make him seem so pathetic, oh no baby. thats just stan who stan is. he's not sticking his neck out for anyone outside of this family.
and right now? ford isn't family
and listen, i'm not saying stan doesnt love ford anymore by the way. ofc he does. the way hes acting is because he loves ford so much, and his resentment and bitterness is so god damn potent is because of how ford refuses to return the energy... or at least, from his perspective. (more on that later) but from here on end, stan may say "my brother" here and there, but he clearly doesnt consider it to be true anymore.

sidenote: i acknowledge that ford not appearing in the picture in the weirdmageddon portion is, in a doylist sense, because the main characters are dipper and mabel, and stan is ultimately sacrificing himself to save them not just because they were the ones in immediate danger, but because theyre the center of the show. however, in a watsonian sense, this does carry some HEAVY implications about where stan's thoughts about ford lie, especially since we know how proficient he is in the mindscape since DREAMSCAPERERS, that he can in fact mentally imagine whatever he wants, and actively chose not to involve ford. you either think about it too hard or you don't, but it id what it is. im also just a huge ass overthinker anyway.
also, a post i already made on stan's consistent angry body language that comes out when he's around ford all through out the pre-weirdmageddon era over here. there's also the fact that you never catch stan smiling at ford unless its to mock him, which you cant even say the same for ford, and only approaches/calls ford when theres an emergency, like with mabel's faceless face freaking him out or when theres a narrator voice haunting him. and called him a damgerous know it all to the kids, not ford, so its not just a petty insult— he meant it. because its true.
so that's stan's side, how he proves he's capable of having balls and cutting out someone toxic in his life when he reaches a breaking point... for like a month, but still. a hot take no one will agree with, but i actually do think stan temporarily disowning ford was the healthiest decision he ever made in his life, forced him to work on himself and have goals not related to his brother like run for mayor (even if its to mask his inferiority complex) and try to eat gnomes during the apocalypse. it also just fucking sucks that he has to LIVE with the guy during this😭 divorce is so hard when you have kids.
now what about ford's side? why, even tho ford is so closed off to stan during this, i think this is the era that shows how much he loves stan too?
well, those arent mutually exclusive. if anything, thats why its so obvious. ford is honestly... kinda delusional about their relationship at this point. read about it here by my good friend the internal workings of ford's mind during this era, and lets take a look at how it manifests in his actions too.
we all know about ford immediately jumping to save stan in comix up with an intense determination. its VERY important to note that while the comic is focused on stan and soos' dynamic, ford is the one who is the only person focused on actually saving stan, while literally everyone else was having fun with the art style changes and comic world (where even dipper was easily distracted). give it a reread to see what i mean. in mabeland, dipper was the only one not distracted from the mission of saving mabel depsite the fact the temptations were getting to him too. this is because dipper loved mabel the most, and so does ford with stan. everyone else may understand the lowstakes of the comic mission since stan is trapped, but safe, but stanford over here is fullblown panicking. 😭

its not just that he would want to save stan no matter what, its just he would literally not rest until they get to him. (also comix up is the best for canon protective ford stuff, which is in pre weirdmageddon)
(a similar moment of him saying he'll be away for 3 days but when stan calls hes immediately back. however i do think its more for mabels sake here, it is so cute how ford doesn't like modern phones, but stan still somehow contacted him though.)
and unlike stan, who seems to go all off on wanting to avoid ford as much as he can, ford is the one who seems to be continously making interactions between the two of them. you can see it in how he invited stan to play a game with him and dipper in ddamd (leading to stan blowing up at him), how he asks stan where hes been in stanchurian candidate with a grin, how in journal 3 he mentions constantly approaching stan to talk about x thing or do y thing.

these are pretty one sided interactions, and stan is noticeably NOT nipping at ford's feet for any of these. ford is acting as if this is just natural, because to him... it is.
he and stan may be on bad terms, but that doesnt mean they can't exist under the same roof together and occassionaly cohabitate like they used to, as if what stan said about them not being family doesnt even matter. because of course it doesnt. of course stan doesnt mean it. of course theyre still family. (and unlike stan, "my brother" means something and someone very specific to ford, displaying once again how non-serious ford took stan.) and despite how ford acts, he's very, very used to knowing he has some sort of sway over stan, you can see in how he knows he never even considered the possibility that stan would deny going to gravity falls for him in the 1980s, and even when they were teenagers.
none of this to day ford isnt still resentful towards stan though, like we've all watched the show and read the books, the man's grudge is still super present. but he thinks he's holding a grudge against stan as his brother, as is family, one that he will always have no matter what. i'm saying this with ford as my favorite between them— ford is unfortunately extremely sure of the idea that he doesnt need to put more effort into their relationship and also used to framing the way he treats stan as a favor to stan himself ("prove his worth to me," "giving you a chance to do the first worthwhile thing in your life"). he loves stan despite himself, stan will always love him and clearly will do anything he wants, who cares if theres a bad blood here too?
it blows up in his face right at weirdmageddon too, because it does matter, to stan. theres a lot of hurt on both sides but stan had meant what he said, that he disowned ford. stan gets mad at ford for pretending theyre still friends in ddamd (and only apologizes to dipper later), and stan readily accepts fords condition on leaving the shack as soon as the summer is over because thats what ford sowed. and thats what he sowed at weirdmageddon, for not thanking stan or trying to understand on a fundamental level that stan didnt want peaceful coexisting, he wants his brother back, which ford didn't give so screw him. that's how you got grammar stanley, thats how you got stan refusing to save ford, that's how you got this whole mess.
on a final note, i think that if anything, if ford knew that stan truly meant they were no longer brothers any earlier, that stan really did disown him, it would cut extremely deep. i mean, look at how he reacts to stan calling him a dangerous know it all: something that stan only told the kids but he apparently heard. it booms over the TRUST NO ONE being written in the journal, along with his biggest regrets— falling out with fiddleford and bill tricking him. it hurt enough to make it to his biggest regrets that stan doesn't trust him (something ford also doesnt do with stan!)
youtube
how THAT one measely, but genuine insult from stan clearly hurt him a lot. ford loves stan so much and cares so deeply about what stan thinks about him, and yet is too prideful to make efforts to take it back or fix their relationship where he does believe he's more victim than not. so i suppose, he just reaps.
#stancest#archive#save for later#is there a point to this whole meta? nah#its mostly for myself#because i love them#and this is my fave era#also ive been wanting to write this for months i just only now did it lmao#anyway i also wanted to involve sthe fact stan clearly disliked ford during dont dimension it but eh#they were cute in that#ill make a diff post for it instead lmao

"Namer Matar: Namer has lost his baby due to a sudden illness that affected his newborn twins. The family is devastated, and his wife is struggling with postpartum in conditions of genocide while grieving her newborn."
https://gofund.me/e125dbb3
This is a vetted campaign, and is low on funds, €4,649/20,000. More info under cut.
More info on vetting here.
From the fundraiser:
"HELLO BELOVED COMMUNITY
My name is Wael, I'm making this account on behalf of my family member Namer Matar.
Below is the story of Namer;
My name is Namer Matar. I am a father of four children, and my wife was pregnant. We live happily together, running our own business—a factory for stones, transportation, and contracting.
We tragically lost my brother Ali to drowning in the sea off Turkey. His funeral was the day after October 7th.
Due to the war, my family and I have been displaced from our home several times, and eventually we had to leave the entire neighborhood. We were separated and scattered, each searching for shelter.
Our home, our workshop, and our equipment were all bombed.
During the war, my wife gave birth to beautiful twin boys, Ali and Zakaria.
Three months later during the war, both boys developed a serious health condition that required intensive care. Due to the poor healthcare system, Ali's condition worsened and he passed away immediately. Zakaria, the other child, is still undergoing treatment. Thank God, he has recovered somewhat, but he still needs treatment abroad. Unfortunately, there are no open borders. Additionally, Zakaria suffers from lactose intolerance and cannot tolerate regular milk, only lactose-free milk, which is rarely available in stores and, when found, is prohibitively expensive.
I want to treat my son and send him abroad from Gaza for medical treatment to restore his health. I also want to help my mother and father leave Gaza after the suffering and the loss of my brother Ali. I want to secure a better life and living conditions for my family.
regards,
Namer Matar"

how goes the next chapter of KMKY? i am super keen for more, but obvs take your time!
hi bud! I am 43 pages into the next chapter and it's going well! Here is a tiny sneak peak of the D&D scene!
Having set up a rudimentary game with the graph paper lying around in the lab, Stanford was having an excellent time.
Dipper had brought the board game downstairs, with the rule book, and several key decision cards scattered around the gridded board on the dirt floor of the lab. Having just completed their character sheets, the adventure was about to begin.
“Okay, so my character is a human wizard slash artificer - battlesmith and order of scribes respectively - with an archivist background and I’ve juuust finished my ability scores.” Dipper scribbled on his character sheet, before throwing the sheet down between them. “Boosh!”
“Is that what the kids are saying these days? Boosh?” Ford queried idly, picking up Dipper’s character sheet to read through it.
“Oh, uh, Wendy – I mean, someone really cool said it once and I guess I just kind of picked it up. It’s not like everyone’s saying it.” Dipper rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly, trying to play it off.
“It was hard enough keeping track of the popular slang back in the 80s.” Ford rubbed his chin, impressed by Dipper’s clever allocation of his ability points. “I guess a lot can change in 30 years. I like that you chose artificer for your class. My old friend Fiddleford used to choose artificer too, but he was always more of an alchemist than a battlesmith.”
“Huh. I guess that makes sense.” Dipper frowned, looking down at his notepad. “You two were really close then.”
“As thick as thieves.” Ford confirmed with a nod, filling out his own character sheet. “Before everything with the portal came to a head of course. And – there, that’s my character sheet done.”
Reaching over to read through it, all thoughts of McGucket set aside in favour of the game, Dipper blinked at Ford’s character sheet, surprised.
“Warlock/Fighter multiclass? Really?” He looked between Ford’s ready grin, and the character sheet, squinting at the details. “Shouldn’t your charisma stats be higher than intelligence if you’re playing a warlock. Charisma is the spell modifier.”
“I’ve never really understood why it’s not an intelligence class myself, but given the scope for multi-classing, I can leverage both classes and become an eldritch knight. There’s not a lot a good eldritch blast can’t take care of, in my experience. It’s just like a laser gun!”
“Fair enough.” Dipper shrugged, moving his character piece around on the board. “Great Uncle Ford, how did you get other people to play this game with you? I keep thinking Mabel would love to play this, but I just can’t convince her. I get the feeling she would be a bard, if she gave it a shot. And Wendy could totally be a Ranger!”
“Stanley mentioned Mabel is musically inclined.” Ford rubbed his chin, considering his past attempts to get others to play with him. Stanley never did, choosing instead to mock him, and the only other person he successfully coerced to play was Bill, but he never truly committed to the experience. “You could always try bribery, that sometimes works.”
“And bribe her with what?” Dipper shook his head, before sighing. “Never mind. At least I get to play with you.”
“Are you ready?” Ford questioned, bringing Dipper’s focus back to the board, picking up the 38-sided die and rolling it between his knuckles.
“As ready as I’ll ever be.” Dipper said gamely, crossing his legs more comfortably beneath him.
“Alright.” Ford waved his hand across the board, sitting behind the cardboard cut out of Probabilitor the Annoying, setting the scene. “The reigning monarch of the land of Mathematica has put out a call for mercenaries across the land to take up a quest to rescue his daughter, Princess Unattainabelle from the devious clutches of the King’s arch enemy, Probabilitor the Annoying, the worst wizard in all of the land. Your task, should you prove worthy, is to gather your party and venture forth into the Algebraic Swamplands, to Probabilitor’s castle deep within his dominion, and brave his radius of evil to find the Princess and rescue her from his sweaty clutches. Your quest’s probability of success is –“
Ford paused to roll the 38 sided die, the die landing on 21.
“Not bad. Could definitely be worse.” Dipper remarked.
“You’re telling me. Once Fiddleford rolled a two.” Ford barked a laugh, remembering the campaign fondly.
“Now that’s playing on hard mode.” Dipper grinned. “21 should be a walk in the park, comparatively.”
“I like those odds.” Ford shared a grin with his great nephew, delighted at their shared conspiratorial joy with the game. “So, you’re in the tavern on the edge of the Swamplands, your character has accepted the quest. What do you do now?”
#knowing me knowing you#a sneak peak as a special gift#this is the scene i'm working on rn. i have 40 other pages of content before it that i think you're all going to enjoy#plus a billford concept i haven't seen nearly enough in art that i'm hoping will kick off after the chapter comes out#a real reading between the lines in the journal reference for the folks who are into that#but now we have ford and dipper bonding over dnd#enjoy!

constantly have the entire princess unattainable scene and the entire ducktective finale on loop in my head god i love that episode
like: Alright, you enter the chamber. Princess unattainable beckons you. But wait, it’s a trap! An illusion, cast by probabilitor the annoying! You know his weakness right? PRIME STATISTICAL ANOMALIES OVER 31 BUT NOT EXCEEDINGLY 57! Yes! In your face you, cardboard wizard! The old boy looks a bit different than he did back in my day. Yea they change the art every few years. Thankfully you missed the period when the creators of the game tried to make it “cooler.” Man this game is wack! YOU DARE CHALLENGE PROBABILITIZZLE!? I PUT THE CAT BACK AND ROLL THE DICE DONT STOP TIL THE WIZARD, DIGGIDY DUNGEONS AND ALL THE THAT. RATED FOR THE 9 DOUBLE DEUCE. AVAILABLE WHEREVER DOPE GAMES ARE SOLD! PEACE! Must have been dark times those 90s. Yeesh sounds like a good time to be stuck between dimensions.
and: I just don’t understand who shot you! The only person clever enough to defeat ducktective is…DUCKTECTIVE! Wah wah wah wah. Wah wah. WAH!
