Just vs. Unjust Refutations

Whoever is known with always intending with his refutations, sincerity towards Allah and His Messenger (ie: sincere advice), it is compulsory that he is honoured and respected and regarded just like the various Islāmic scholars that we have mentioned previously and their likes and those who followed them with goodness. ومن عُرف منه أنه أراد بردِّه على العلماء النصيحة لله ورسوله فإنه يجب أن يُعامَل بالإكرام والاحترام والتعظيم كسائر أئمة المسلمين الذين سبق ذكرهم وأمثالهم ومن تبعهم بإحسان. But as for the one about which we know that he intended to belittle them, vilify them and expose their faults! This kind of individual will be dealt with with (sharīʿah compliant) punishments that will deter him and his likes from these lowly traits (i. e backbiting, slandering and so on). ومن عرف منه أنه أراد برده عليهم التنقص والذم وإظهار العيب فإنه يستحق أن يقابل بالعقوبة ليرتدع هو ونظراؤه عن هذه الرذائل المحرمة. These intentions are known at times via the confession of the refuter or via him admitting it. ويُعرف هذا القصد تارة بإقرار الرادِّ واعترافه، At times, it might be known through the circumstances surrounding his action and words. وتارة بقرائن تحيط بفعله وقوله، So, whoever is known with religiosity and respecting and honouring the muslim scholars, such will not speak about refutations and explaining of errors except in the manners which the great Imāms of Sunnah saw it. فمن عُرف منه العلم والدين وتوقير أئمة المسلمين واحترامهم لم يَذكر الردَّ وتبيين الخطأ إلا على الوجه الذي يراه غيره من أئمة العلماء. The fifth picture is a screenshot of the Margaret Mead story.

Mead explained that where the law of the jungle—the survival of the fittest—rules, no healed femurs are found. The first sign of civilization is compassion, seen in a healed femur. 

The next screenshot is of a slightly different font. The letters are pointier and the lines are a little curvier. It says, “Susan Finley returned to her job at a Walmart retail store in Grand Junction Colorado, after having to call in sick because she was recovering from pneumonia.

The day after she returned, the fifty three  year old received her ten year associate award — and was simultaneously laid off, according to her family. She had taken off one day beyond what is permitted by Walmart’s attendance policy.

After losing her job in May 2016, Finley also lost her health insurance coverage and struggled to find a new job. Three months later, Finley was found dead in her apartment after avoiding going to see a doctor for flu-like symptoms.

The fact that we can't trust anything that comes out of Cale's mouth. He's such an unreliable narrator I can't even believe it if he says that the color of his shirt is red. For all i know it's white but it's covered in his blood. Dude will just straight up update his narratives like Microsoft Windows.

Literally can't trust shit that comes out of this guy's mouth unless I've got third parties (frequently in the form of poor Raon, Choi Han and Alberu's reactions) confirming it.

Cale would be like: Yeah, my shirt is red. Choi Han, to the side, nearly in tears: With blood, it's red with blood.

Laughed my self silly over my hc about Tobirama having an insanely low tolerance to poisons and it offends him so of course he throws himself into finding a way to make sure it never becomes a problem again so he purposely doses himself and nearly gives Hashirama an aneurism each time because

"What the hell are you doing spit that out!!"

And Tobirama simply glares with the very much poisonous mushroom in his mouth before Hashirama lunges

Hashirama is shrieking as he tackles Tobirama and tries to pry Tobirama’s mouth open to snatch the mushroom away and Tobirama curls his legs, knees to his chest and plants his feet on Hashirama's chest and he *kicks* and Hashirama goes flying and Tobirama takes that moment to swallow the mushroom whole.

And that's the moment where the cain instinct activates.

Hashirama comes running back and punches Tobirama in the stomach in an attempt to get him to throw it up but Tobirama stubbornly keeps his naughty poisonous snack and retaliates with a round house kick of his own.

The room soon becomes a battle ground- the table is crushed under Tobiramas body as he's thrown into it, the chair smashed as he hefts it up and smashes it onto Hashiramas head, the walls are littered with holes from punches and kicks and the occasional body being thrown into it.

The window is shattered when Tobirama tries to make a break for it by escaping through it before Hashirama hauls him back into the room by grabbing onto the back of his shirt

The only reason the fighting ends is because the mushroom eventually takes affect and it makes Tobirama double over to vomit and Hashirama sighs and gently rubs his back.

"I told you to spit it out."

"I would have been fine."

"You can't be eating poison on your own! At least have someone with you!"

"I did!"

"A CLONE DOESN'T COUNT!"

"Brother, shut up and restart my heart, I'm going into cardiac arrest."

This is just my opinion because Duke and Damian only have like 1 major interaction but it is so so important to me that they love each other. They are radically different Robins with contradictory conceptions of what Robin looks like. They are boys of Colour navigating a predominantly White family/society, grappling with the ways their heritages are erased, demonised, or used against them. They symbolise the future. They are each other's biggest insecurities, and are pitted against each other all the time. Their mothers call them by the same name. They can be rude and prickly and hard to deal with, but they're also deeply compassionate and empathetic. And they love each other. They love each other in spite of, and because of, all of the above. At its core, their love is an act of solidarity.
