just my 2 cents but people decrying the rise of “puritanism” because the leads in twisters don’t kiss is sooooo funny and stupid and dramatic. guys i think this is probably the first time ever that the hot leads in an action blockbuster didn’t kiss like it’s not an epidemic. it’s not a sign of people “becoming prudes” i think it’s just not that srs… just write fanfiction if you want them to kiss

Now that I think about it, and it might be useful for some stressed student like me, I sometimes use essential oils or simply scented candles to help me through exam season (or even incense of you are familiar with it).

Usually I stick to this two flavors:

Orange - citrus flavors in general help with anxiety, giving a sort of interior peace. I use it especially when studying for exams, few drops on my hands and I breathe it in and out three times.

Lavender - its scent is super relaxing, and can really help with states of real tension. I use it for my “stress-induced” migraines. Placing few drops on my fingers I massage my temples and forehead. It can help with insomnia.

Since the key to be healthy is to be stress-free and relaxed, I personally think that students could really benefit from this.

idk how people draw in public, i need to adapt to this and learn bc I'd really like to go sit in the park and draw and get some sun...

I use limited tools/colors when i draw because I never make full colored pieces or anything, usually a page or spread is a single color or analogous colors, but I just dont like the idea of not having supplies on hand if I change course in what I'm drawing....

The nice thing about being in a really safe neighborhood is that I'm no longer looking over my shoulder every time I go for a walk, but the annoying thing is that now the only bar in walking distance is a fancy wine bar. Like come on man. I just want to drink my after-work beer and read my book in a laid-back, relaxing environment that is not my tiny apartment. Now I gotta put on a good shirt just to do that??? I gotta buy your overpriced wine??? There needs to be a law where there's at least one place to get $5 beers every few blocks, the culture needs it
