gsa stands for galaxy soldier army! they were a group that formed to oppose nightmare trying to take over the universe, but they ended up losing the war against him and almost everyone in it died except for meta knight, who was said to have been the last surviving star warrior. the anime has never been lore-heavy and the whole war was just a vague overarching setting thing, but in some episodes you'll hear some cool more indepth tidbits about it

the 4 knight looking guys you see when people mention the gsa are... actually they have near 0 lore. they appeared for like 30 seconds and no one except for arthur had any lines. people like me are just insane about them and make up a ton of stuff about them, which is why you'll see everyone's gsa interpretations can be really different. that's the fun of being a gsa fan though imo! the only canon lore we have on those dudes is that arthur was the leader of the army, and falspar (the green one) was known as the strongest knight

I am going to The Club(TM) on Saturday for the first time with a couple friends do you have any advice :(

if u like drinking definitely do that lol. for sure improves the experience. usually when I go w friends we end up sitting on the patio talking to whichever strangers sit down which is honestly my favorite part so I recommend it lmao. I can only handle the dancing to incredibly loud music part when I'm appropriately intoxicated so I spend most of the rest of the time talking to people outside. I've had some incredible conversations with strangers at the club

ALSO if you're not into loud noises you should get like concert earplugs! you can get ones that just block excess noise so you can still like hear if someone says something into your ear but the music won't be blasting you. it makes it all MUCH more bearable

As a completely unbiased party here i must tell u ive observed the levels of hyunjin-directed lust have spiked massively in recent weeks or even months. jisung has been flubbing it with him constantly but changbin and lee know as well have really been pushing it with him and he looks extremely exhausted every time. (note that 2/3 of the culprits are HIS ROOMMATES oh you know it's bad for him.) now obviously all of this is happening as hilarious "jokes" and i think the bottom line is this would be deeply frustrating behavior regardless of your sexuality (as i cannot speak to hyunjin's identity ON THE RECORD). so i have a theory that part of his reason for dramatically chopping his hair is to try and curb this behavior, thinking that maybe if his hair is very short they will remember he is a dude and stop trying to make him their very funny joke prison wife. of course this is not going to work and im sure hes realized that by now but i fw him for trying <3

Thank you for pointing out that Alfred seems to just be Gay Twink Raphael. I've seen people say Raphael's one of the worst written characters in 3H Back In The Day, but now this bootleg Dimitri acts basically like Raphael about muscles except somehow EVEN MORE ONE-NOTE about it and people love him for it. Isn't he a lord?? You know a pretty important character?? He shouldn't just be an even shallower version of a ONE-NOTE SIDE CHARACTER from the LAST ENTRY in the series

yeah, it's kind of typical. i don't enjoy raphael much bc the game doubles down hard on 'cares only about muscles' and 'cares only about food' and though he's meant to be a comedic side character who isn't supposed to have too much depth, i think neither of those tropes are funny so it just makes him wholly skippable in every sense for me. which is why im fairly sure im not going to enjoy alfred, because i don't like the trope his entire personality is based on, and so far it seems like apart from that he doesn't have much else going for him. which is kind of tragic for a lord, lmao! but they've got a lot of those in this game, so maybe intsys thought they could afford a few gimmicks.

i think the main reason why many people who also don't like raphael much now do like alfred is exactly bc of what you're pointing out: gay twink. for some reason intsys gave raphael the face of a 40-year-old coal miner with hair to match, and i think that didn't do him any favours. alfred in comparison has a flower-themed, frilly costume, and in classic anime fashion he's slender and baby-faced. that's a bullseye design for a lot of players when it comes to likeability! and then, of course, home of sexual. that alone seems to be reason to like him for many players, even if he's not a very interesting character otherwise. for me personally it's played off way too much as a comedy bit so it doesn't pull me in at all, but people can like what they like ofc.
