5 Essential Tips for Maintaining Top-Notch Salesforce Org Health
Introduction: Salesforce has become an indispensable tool for businesses to manage customer relationships, streamline operations, and drive growth. However, just like any other complex system, your Salesforce organization requires regular attention and care to ensure it remains efficient, effective, and aligned with your business objectives.
In this blog, we'll explore five essential suggestions to maintain a top-notch Salesforce Org health, helping you get the most out of your investment.
Best Tips for Managing Salesforce Org Health
Regular Data Cleanup and Maintenance: A cluttered and disorganized Salesforce Org can lead to decreased user productivity, slower system performance, and inaccurate reporting. Regularly conduct data cleanup exercises to eliminate duplicate records, outdated information, and irrelevant data. Implement validation rules, workflows, and data governance processes to ensure that data entered into the system is accurate and consistent. Consider archiving or purging old records that are no longer needed, which can significantly improve system responsiveness.
Optimize User Training and Adoption: Even the most powerful tools are only as effective as the users who operate them. Invest in comprehensive user training programs to ensure that your team fully understands the features and functionalities of Salesforce. Regularly assess user adoption rates and address any issues or challenges they might face. Encourage the use of best practices and provide ongoing training as Salesforce releases updates and new features
Govern Customization and Configuration: Salesforce offers an array of customization options to tailor the platform to your specific business needs. While customization is valuable, an excessive amount can lead to complexity, slow performance, and difficulties during upgrades. Establish a clear governance framework for customization and configuration. This includes guidelines for when to use declarative tools (like Process Builder) versus custom code, as well as regular reviews of custom objects, fields, and processes to ensure they remain relevant and effective
Implement Robust Security Practices: Data security and privacy are paramount in today's business landscape. Regularly review and update your Salesforce security settings to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive information. Implement strong password policies, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and role-based access controls to minimize the risk of data breaches. Regularly audit user permissions and deactivate accounts for employees who no longer require access to the system
Stay Informed About Salesforce Updates: Salesforce continuously releases updates, enhancements, and new features to improve the platform's functionality and security. It's crucial to stay informed about these updates and assess their potential impact on your organization. Create a process for reviewing and testing new releases in a sandbox environment before rolling them out to your production Org. This practice helps identify any potential compatibility issues with your existing customizations and allows for adjustments before affecting users.
Conclusion:
Maintaining a top-notch Salesforce Org health requires a proactive approach that involves regular cleanup, user engagement, customization governance, security measures, and staying updated on platform developments. By following these five essential tips, your organization can ensure that Salesforce remains a powerful tool that contributes to your business success, helping you drive growth, streamline processes, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Preaching to all people who think some content creator are messaging minor for no reason
aka Twitter/tumblr cross over users.
AhEm... YOUR INTERNET PROVIDER(S) CAN SEE THE THINGS YOU DO WITH YOUR INTERNET AND THAT INCLUDES MESSAGING
(and discord... because you're using the internet to get on there... As hotspots too)
This means if a content creator is messaging a minor in an inappropriate or bullying way (in the UK at least) they would come knocking at you door asking for all your personal information, identification, means of contact and be asking questions.
Has that content creator been arrest yet? Nope.
Is cyber bullying/harassment a crime in the UK?
Yes! Under the laws:
Protection from Harassment Act 1997
Malicious Communications Act 1988
Defamation Act 2017
And can even prevent you from getting jobs in the future of your employment wants to look at your social media! Which is legal! (as in they want to make sure you're not a weirdo or anything! They can't deny you a job based on political stuff or opinions on other companies!)
Is messaging a minor inappropriately a crime?
FUCK YES‼️‼️
Sooooooo keep this in mind when you post things online, that the government CAN BE INFORMED OF YOUR ACTIONS ON THE INTERNET BY YOUR INTERNET PROVIDER IF YOU DO SOMETHING SUSPICIOUS OR THAT BREAKS THE LAW

Reminder that your era allows activated charcoal to be used in food colouring, supplements, and other "edible" items without warning you that it can negate medications such as birth control, antidepressants, pain relievers, and more. Don't eat it! Be careful! emojis: black heart, blue heart, masked, spoon

Also what people need to understand before leaving condescending shit in the tags is that by and large nobody is frustrated about CBT (yes the therapy, insert obligatory giggling) not being a mental health "panacea". People are frustrated about:
Therapists making zero attempt to ascertain whether CBT is right for their patients before diving in with a methodology that can actively make some mental health problems worse; and/or
Patients who do say "hey this really isn't working for me" being told (or frequently berated) by friends, family, assholes on the internet, and not-infrequently therapists themselves that they just need to work harder rather than offered alternatives; and/or
Systematic difficulty accessing other kinds of treatment because the healthcare system is fucked and CBT is more likely to be covered by insurance

Last night, as I went to bed, and reached for my evening medication that helps me stay afloat with a depressed brain, and happens to have the side effect of making me sleepy, I noticed that on my bed, right by the leg I had folded underneath myself sitting down so I could swallow water, lay a single, innocent, little, yellow pill, just chilling, that looked exactly like my evening medication.
I was pretty shook. Medication comes in strips where I'm from. To take one, you need to punch it out. It didn't haphazardly topple out of a bottle. I also, coincidentally, and - since I take an antidepressant that also happens to make me sleepy, as well as melatonin, a medication that's supposed to make me sleepy - inexplicably, had been unable to sleep the night before. Did I punch out my antidepressant and just forget to take it? I've forgotten to take it before, but never like that.
Then, this morning, as I was getting out of bed, I found another pill on the mattress. This one was white and looked suspiciously like my morning antidepressant. With some concern, I tucked it away for tomorrow, since I had already taken today's.
I have no memory of punching out medication and then not taking it. And somehow I've done it twice.

My mental mood as of lately has been up and down, but I have found improvements. Since I made new YouTube account and such, I got the chance to clear up and have a better recommendation / home feed for YouTube to where I can have low toxicity and so on. Which has helped me a lot because it also encouraged me to re-find my childhood creators that I'm able to remember. A lot of which being Minecraft Youtubers like LDShadowLady and Sqaishey Quack (Squaishy being the one who introduced me to my favorite calming series Slime Rancher)
Of course today wasn't the best, but I couldn't control that and tried my best to give myself a break and a safe place. Which I'm glad I did even with how hard it was due to the triggers that others around me pulled around me which was related to the solar eclipse and religious views.
Earlier today I spilt. As in me. Into two. And then fused back. I'm not the same. But I admire how we were able to heal enough to fuse in the first place which im proud of. I take this as a sign of me healing even if it's a long path.

one of my biggest criticisms with the way the Talimance is portrayed is that the game makes no explicit indication that Shepard....does anything or make any "real" sacrifices when it comes to having sex with a quarian. Tali juices herself up with every herb, ointment, injection, cybernetic installation and medication in the galaxy to try to avoid literally dying and Shepard is out here like a germ goblin not even showering beforehand.
