It’s always so funny to me how there’s the hp fandom and how there’s the marauders fandom and how despite all of that

I can’t have a normal conversation with anyone about it irl because we’ve literally created our own dead gay wizard lore starring four chaotic ass men, the badass, feisty ladies (lily evans owns me btw) and this slytherin twink along with his whole slytherin squad and the one ravenclaw everyone loves

Shouto and Ochako being such close friends that people think they're together is one of my favorite funny tropes because Shouto is over here like "I'm gay but if anyone hurts her, I will murder them", and Ochako is over here not even saying anything, she'll straight up jump someone if they try to hurt Shouto.

Originally I didn't plan on having Eddie and Luddy be besties (or even be that close as neighbors) but overtime I was able to realize that it made the most sense to have Eddie be the first neighbor that managed to get Luddy to open up. Sure, I wanted to think it would've been either Wally or Poppy (since they're also very sweet & all) but honestly; it would've been Eddie. His clumsy, absent-minded but kind-hearted nature is perfect for helping the overly anxious librarian/poet to slowly gain a little more confidence.

Okay I know the Minyard Josten rivalry is a fun idea, hell I've written about it plenty. But like.

You cannot tell me that Andrew would waste the energy trying to aggravate Neil by saying dumb shit on TV when he can get twice the reaction with half the effort by antagonizing Kevin instead.

It's so easy! They haven't spoken in a month cause of life stuff and Andrew wants to check in but he's too lazy to text so he calls Kevin a doo doo head after a game and voila! Kevin calls three minutes later.

Neil is not here to be mean...per se. It's just that when you're used to getting everything you want from your besties by calling them little bitches and triple dog daring them, it's hard to kick the habit. It's like a chew toy, except the toys occasionally bite back. Enrichment in the enclosure.

And Kevin. Kevin knows what they're doing. He knows he's being played. But when there's exactly three people on the planet who can not only handle your caliber of assholishness but throw it back at you, and you're only married to one of them, you take what you can get. And sometimes that means tweeting the Andrew Minyard is Short blooper reel you've been compiling for six years.

i love the fact that the pjo tv series has given us a better insight into grover and annabeth's friendship. since the books are all in percy's pov, we have such a limited view of how connected annabeth and grover are, how important they are to each other

grover was one of annabeth's first friends ever. it was not only thalia and luke who protected her, but also him. grover was there and, even though he was young and scared, he fought for annabeth alongside two of the most important people of her life at that time

and even more than that, in a way grover was the only one who really stayed with annabeth. luke turned his back on her, he betrayed her in the worst possible way. thalia died and came back to life years later, and then she became a hunter and no longer stayed at camp. but grover, even though he had his own goals and responsibilities, stayed

he stayed, not just because he wanted to or needed to, but because he loved annabeth and percy with all his heart. grover may have seen his first job as a protector as one of his greatest failures—for thalia's death and for annabeth's suffering and, somehow, for who luke became in the future—but imagine how he felt knowing that annabeth managed to survive. that thalia got to come back. that percy is alive, after everything. that they won a literal war

grover is percy's protector, but he's also annabeth's. he's percy's best friend, but he's also hers. always and forever
