I love how Vivia and Fubuki’s hair look like they where dyed in paint.

It's pretty surprising how much effort Vivia would have to put into dying his hair, let alone any of his other make-up and dress-up routines. I know next to nothing about dying hair, but from what I've heard, having segments of his hair remain the natural black color would most likely be very difficult to achieve. It's in his hedonistic nature to make sure his looks are perfect, even if it requires him to exert some of that stored energy from sleeping throughout the rest of the day.

And I wouldn't be surprised if Fubuki looked at a bucket of light blue paint and thought 'oh, hair dye!' and dipped her head right into it and came out lookin' like a candied apple.
