The quick answer is yes.

Purebreds have stronger instincts across the board, and two together have more of a risk of things getting out of hand since they're perceptive to so much more than just regular alphas and omegas. If we go back to when the reader punched at alpha, it was said she was reacting to Simon's emotions. So she was affected by Simon because she can pick up on those subtle changes like Simon can. That's why Simon can read the reader so well and notices so much about her. I touched on this a bit in chapter 23 and I'll be going more in depth with it in chapter 25, but the reader isn't quite as aware of it as Simon and she's particularly susceptible to losing control because she doesn't even know she can utilize or control those heightened instincts. She never learned how.

So yeah, that's partially why things got so feral and primal between them.

Well, here's the result of that! As I did, I made a Danganronpa: Despair Time Episode Guide, full of links to specific, labeled parts of each episode to make it easier to rewatch and reference. The document should be available to all, so hopefully it'll come in handy for anyone who's interested in theory writing. Since it's taken me a bit review the story, I've already been using the guide to put together some of my theories over the past couple of months, and man has it saved me some time.

my parents, enraged that I didn’t sort a massive mound of clothes yesterday (after doing the other chores they asked), essentially decided they are going to start charging me rent.

But he also seems to be the type to giggle when he's about to cry/nervous.

I don't know the image of him talking to Ghost after maybe a more dangerous mission, starting to giggle because Ghost probably said something funny and then him just suddenly dissolving into tears while giggling. Little laughs that turn into a sob. Because he just got hit by the grief of what they do for a leaving and maybe he could've lost Ghost. Simon being hit hard with whiplash by Soap's reaction and feeling very very worried and heartbroken.

Sometimes a ship post is just a vent post but hear me out:

Astarion thinking he's being manipulative when he isn't.

Like hes really genuinely upset about something that is of like minor inconvenience to Wyll. Blood drinking is a great example.

He's absolutely starving but he doesn't want to admit it and A) admit weakness or B) risk being viewed as too dangerous to have around because he's hungry. So he's just suffering in silence for a while until some how wyll notices what's up, gets him to admit he's hungry and then immediately offers to let him feed. Just because of basic and kindness it doesn't even have to be at the love stage yet, though this would absolutely probably persist past it.

But in his brain he just can't comprehend someone actually showing him compassion or kindness? Even wyll? So even though he did absolutely nothing manipulative just admitted to his needs he convinces himself that he is just such a master of manipulation he doesn't even have to try.

unironically when y'all equate calling lucio montag to calling julian ilya it does genuinely piss me off

julian and portia's given names represent their closest loved ones, family or people they consider family. they like being ilya and pasha equally to their chosen names.

to lucio, "montag/monty" represents the "family" that never loved or accepted him or let him be himself. he chose a new name that fit the person he actually wanted to be instead of the one he'd been forced to be.

if you call julian "ilya" he'll be surprised but happy. if you call lucio "montag" you will break his fucking heart.
