Hey Charlotte, it’s Tom Houston, as a former smoker myself I have a little advice on how to quit. At least, it worked for me.

Gum. Chew gum. Do it as often as you can, whenever you want to smoke. Doesn’t matter if it’s spearmint or berry flavored, just get some gum and chew it. It’s how I stopped after I came back from the deployment, and I haven’t touched a cigarette since 2009.
