Don't have specific theories but here's some I like and/or made myself

- Macaque's creator is the Wind, or how I call them, the Winds of the World

- The other 2 Celestial Primates, Baboon and Gibbon, are older than Wukong and Macaque and have lived another life time before them

- Erlang Shen was probably sent on a mission far away so he doesn't know what's happened, I'd like to think he's on Vacation, but with Wukong once again chasing trouble and Heaven in danger, seems unlikely he'd be on vacation without anyone trying to get his help

- Okay this is a long one- back in the Spider Queen special when the gang went to Heaven and it was weirdly empty- I feel like someone on the inside, Heaven, knew what they were doing and cleared most of Heaven to help them

- Same as above, mostly, I feel like that same person ordered the noodles in Seaspn 1 a Hero is born. 1, PIF hadn't tried Pigys Noodles till later in the season, Redson only cared about 'His moment' in freeing his father and probably wouldn't order noodles in case that's ruined, the Bull Clones can't eat what's the point, and FINNALY, Wukong didn't know MK so how could he just order noodles specifically for MK to be there?!

Just feels like someone's been helping the Gang since the beginning

And my theory is that it's the Gold Star of Venus

The only member of Heaven to usually have a brain cell qnd voice of reason, 2, he's helped Wukong and Tripitaka before, 3, he's weirdly been absent, especially in season 4 considering he's the Jade Emperors assistant

- Oh and also I think Wukong didn't know Nuwa created him till Season 4

I love the way Dorian and Ashton both talk to the Arch Heart.

Because Ashton is hell bent on dragging them down to their level. Ashton wants every bastard with a superiority complex to feel a boot on the neck for just a moment. It doesn't matter if that person has more money, more magic, or infinite power. They would be no where without the people they're standing on. The workers they exploit, the libraries they study, the worship they receive. All that power comes from the collective, the little guy. And Ashton wants all of them to come down to earth and fucking see who they've been using for the first time.

While Dorian is still stuck on the narrative that mortals are their children. You don't give birth to things that are not of you, or are completely different than you. Dorian keeps hearing "we're like you". He keeps hearing about the fear of mortality and the bonds of family. He knows that the gods and mortals are the same. And he's hell bent on reminding them that they are equals. If they weren't the same species: how could they come so close to godhood? How could a mortal become a god? Dorian speaks to the gods with no reverence, no policing of his tone. Because as they sit at the Arch Heart's table, with fake food and fake wood and fake bounty, they are equals. They are both in the same position. Dorian Storm does not think himself a god. He just knows the Gods are the same as them. Him and the Arch Heart both create and revel in beauty. Of course one gave to the other. But everyone must have a teacher. And there will always come a time where the teacher and the student can play a duet in such harmony no one can decipher who once taught who.

It’s hard enough for them to parents with their own grief, but the boys are gonna be beyond devastated and blame themselvesssss

it is interesting and terrifying to talk to my mother about aging.

she, my uncle, and my father all help take care of my grandparents, and during our call she flat-out told me that, at some point, my siblings and I will likely need to move my parents out of their house into continuing/graduated care. That step would have been so beneficial for my grandparents---for the aging parents of many of my mother's friends---but that generation seems so resistant, so stubborn; they want to age in their homes even if said homes have stairs, sharp corners, haven't been properly cleaned in years. "I am going to try and be more open to change," my mother said with a slightly-embarrassed laugh; we as her children just might need to remind her sometimes.

meanwhile I---a thirty-year-old woman who previously would have described her overall posture on aging as "that's a future problem!!!"---am quietly freaking out.

The house starts to cough on fire.

Wukong absolutely has a tree of Heaven's immortality-granting peaches after he planted the pit of one of the peaches he stole on FFM. One turned to a whole orchard, and now FFM is full of both immortal peach trees, and peach trees that make you immortal. After Tripitaka's accidental immortality, the trees were labeled to be able to tell "immortal" from "immortality-granting" to prevent that from accidentally happening again (it does not prevent it from happening on purpose though)

Dionysus was given the recipe for the immortality-granting peach wine from Wukong, and he supplies Wukong with nectar and ambrosia in exchange for the peaches to make into wine. It's become the champagne of the Olympians- only for the most special of occasions. MK's birth (and then later Rumble and Savage's births) is one such occasion

Yeah, unless Wukong is eating the pits too, theres probably a lot left over from his gorging. I hc that the tree Wukong and Macaque were chilling under in their S4 memories was one of these "stolen" peach trees.

According to the chinese mythos, the peach trees themselves only produced fruit every few thousand years (varied between when individual trees were planted), and Wukong is smart enough to plant and cultivate his mini-orchard so that theres always at least one tree ready to fruit. The immortality-causing fruit are probably interbred with regular peach trees already on the island, so the effects aren't as obvious. Also means that theres endless anime-esque peach blossoms everywhere on the island.

But now I'm imagining the special Peach Champagne getting served after MK's birth in "The Monkey King and the Infant" au, and Wukong forgetting something very important...

Tang: "Oooo! Bubbly!" Pigsy: "A bit sweet for me." Sandy: "I've got a little white soda if you need to cut it." Wukong: "Wait... think I'm forgetting something very important about this wine." Macaque, has a tiny taste of the wine: "...Peaches, is this is the wine you made with Dionysus that one time?" Wukong: "Yeah it is- UH OH!" Tang, already finished his glass: "Why uh oh??" Wukong, flashbacks to accidentally giving Tripitaka immortality: "It happened again!" Years later... Wukong, telling the story to the kids: "And that's why your Pama Tang looks really good for his age!"

Great measures are made to make sure that the kids don't accidentally drink the champagne during Rumble & Savage's births.

oo snowkit becomes snowcarve?

He does!

In StarClan, you can use the names and appearance that you could have had, if you died young. It's very rare that you get permakits or permapprentices. I lifted from the COTC story about Smallstar and his siblings.

(Though, in BB those kits actually survive and it's MAPLESHADE’S kits who lead to the law on protecting children, Darkstar's Commandment, the Queen’s Rights. Smallstar is the leader of WindClan and xey're super chill. Xey own a lovely shawl.)

So Snowkit chooses to appear as Snowcarve, an Honor Title he would have earned for the creation of a full written Clan cat language, expanded from the simple glyphs. I'm not sure if he's a popular patron, but I do know that Bramble and Tawny invoke him sometimes.

Unfortunately though he's more invoked for general guidance by the two of them, not for possibilities like I think he'd like. He watches over them though, like a guardian angel. A lot of cats secretly have those.

I'm not sure who he follows around more often though. I think he LIKES following Tawny more because she's a better listener to his omens. But he feels like Bramble NEEDS him more, y'know?

Also notably, Snowcarve was technically their uncle, but the relationship is best described as "1st cousin." Rabnir in Clanmew, a familial role about somewhat distant but parallel growth, seen also with Brightpaw and Swiftpaw.
