Unlocking Your Core Potential: Kettlebell Workouts for Strength!
Unlocking your core potential with kettlebell workouts involves a combination of dynamic movements that engage multiple muscle groups, enhancing strength and stability. Exercises like the kettlebell swing, Turkish get-up, and goblet squat are particularly effective for building core strength. Adam Boyd recommends focusing on proper form and controlled movements to maximize the benefits of kettlebell training. By integrating these workouts into your routine, you can improve not only core strength but also overall functional fitness, leading to better performance in various physical activities and everyday tasks.

if you haven't made a self rec list, this is your tag/invitation to make a post recommending a few of your works (writers, artists, audio, any creators).

“Before I ever started painting and before I even started taking drawing seriously, I was in love with the idea of painted animation. Frame by frame, each painting coordinates with the one before and the one after to create life. I still have a lot to learn and there are a lot of technical things I don’t know and will improve on but I like this start. Forget thoughts, focus on actions. Regarding this specific animation I really love the shapes of the shadow on the ground.” - Dilhaar
"I want them to be my bbg" "I want to kiss them" "I want to fuck them" Well I want to be their mother. What about that?? WHAT ABOUT GETTING TO MOTHER THOSE UNSTABLE FICTIONAL KIDS HUH??
How to Improve Posture with Kettlebell Exercises: Strengthening Muscles for Better Alignment!
Many people spend much time hunched over, like sitting at a desk all day or being inactive on weekends. The good news is that regular kettlebell exercises can help improve slouched shoulders and a curved back. According to Adam Boyd Jacksonville, kettlebell training strengthens the muscles that cause slumping and enables you to become stronger and in a better position.
Ryan is coming back as Robert and Mackenzie is the new Adam (straight best friend who's directly related to Moira) or (the hugest or) Mackenzie isn't as straight as he thinks. There's not a third way around what "Emmerdale" has currently been doing where Aaron is considered. I would prefer the prior as the latter would just be an unoriginal retelling.
“The Satanic Temple: The Lasting Influence of the Abraxas Circle” by Spencer Sunshine
This is excerpted from Spencer Sunshine’s book Neo-Nazi Terrorism and Countercultural Fascism: The Origins and Afterlife of James Mason’s Siege. It documents how Siege—the “bible” of aspiring neo-Nazi terrorists like the Atomwaffen Division—was created and disseminated. In particular, the second half deals with the role played by four 1980s and ‘90s countercultural figures: Boyd Rice, Adam Parfrey, Michael Moynihan, and Nikolas Schreck, who in turn collected a group of collaborators which Sunshine calls the “Abraxas Circle.” The end of the book includes a section about the influence of the Abraxas Circle on TST—especially the infamous 2003 “Might is Right” show.
We've made the excerpt on The Satanic Temple available for more people to be able to read for themselves (and cite), but the whole work is worthwhile.
It's really amazing how small the cast of characters is over the decades. Just the same handful of people showing up over and over again.
A ton of work went into tracing the influence of James Mason's Siege from its origins to its boosting by "iconoclasts", etc., to its status now, and you should support the work of antifascist researcher Spencer Sunshine if you can so that more can be done
I’m aware I am watching these films out of order, I still can’t find the first one on Criterion on Demand, but c’est la vie.
Maybe it’s because I always believe my friends, but I would never have let my friend drive onto the highway after hearing her vision. Wack. Her friends were not there for her.
I can’t help but feel like this whole series is like that text post about Apollo gifting people with Sight.
(Edit: THIS ONE!)
Also very wild to say “have you noticed anything ironic?” to a person that believes they’re going to die. That’s pretty twisted.
Also, sometimes, it’s not fate coming to get you, it’s a lack of kitchen safety and WHIMS knowledge. It all gets us in the end. Regardless, the tension in each death scene is so worth it.
I think that this twist on the original narrative was compelling but sometimes the actors couldn’t sell it. See: “See what? 😐 Pigeons? 🤨” and “😃 Tim! 😐” Other actors were putting their whole pussy into their performance to the point of near camp. But I think that horror movies like this make a person like myself easier to digest the horror.
You should watch this film for:
The yearly reminder that WHIMIS safety is indeed important
Edging. You get it if you have seen a single movie in this franchise.
The mid 00s dialogue, with gems like “Suck my junk, biatch!”
