ADHD Vs Autism duo bracket!
Inspired by the iconic meme format, as well as Tumblr polls such as @autismswagsummit @adhdswagcompetition @purpleandyellowshowdown @aroaceswagcompetition @2023himbotournament @pinknredbracket @plural-bracket @besttship @egg-poll @littleguyshowdown and the MANY other epic tournaments I've been following over the past couple months.

Rules:
Do not submit real people/actors/YouTubers/ect.
You can submit multiple duos, but no not submit the same duo multiple times.
Please use the form to submit one duo at a time (for the sake of organisation and my sanity). Duos submitted via the ask box will not be counted.
Duos can be anything (platonic, familial, romantic, enemies, just two people who feel very neutral about one another) but the two characters need to be from the same piece of media and preferably have interacted.
A character does not need to have ADHD/autism in 'canon' to submit them. That kind of rep is pretty sparse so this competition will mostly be based on fandom interpretation.
One duo per piece of media will be allowed into the competition (tentative rule for media with multiple iterations, in cases such as a duo from ROTTMNT and a duo from TMNT03).
Duos do not need to strictly have only ADHD or only autism. You could submit a AuDHD Vs Autism duo. Literally any duo that carries the energy of this image. It's a competition based on a funny meme format that will not be adhered to with 100% strictness.

i just went downstairs to make lunch and decided to knock out a few dishes. i realized i had gotten my bandages wet and put my lunch in the microwave so it wouldnt get cold and went upstairs to redress it. i realized the bathroom trash was full and today is trash day, so i took the bathroom trash and my bedroom trash out. it's been like 20 minutes and i didn't even realize until i got myself a glass of water

I recently got diagnosed with ADHD and survived a semester of college with all As so I want to share how I managed my ADHD this semester :) I used to make Cs and stuff and I was under HUGE amounts of stress so I’m not sharing this like it’s easy I had to make myself VERY disciplined to do this, it all takes time
(I have inattentive type and I’m on a low dose of adderall, also I’m not a therapist so these may or may not work for you)
1. The second I get a big task like an essay, to study for a test, or something, I start planning it out the day of so I can already have my wheels on the ground, this helped me a lot with procrastination so when I did spend hours procrastinating the day before or of I wasn’t way behind
2. Write my assignments in a schedule the first day of classes and print out every syllabus so you have them on hand, then you don’t have to worry about writing them as the days go by,, I know schedules are hell and I rarely looked at it during the semester but it still helps!
3. If I want to do something fun like read, watch a video, or hang out with friends, I do it! Even if I feel like it doesn’t pay off after it’s better than sitting in front of work spiraling cause brain no worky
4. I exercise at least 10 mins a day, something with fun music or an encouraging instructor to get me happy ^^ I don’t do it every day, but I try to and along with getting more strong my body and mind feel better and it helps me manage my stress and focus better
5. Everyday checklist, I include meds, what classes I have to take, when my jobs are, if I want to exercise, and remind myself to do something relaxing so the whole day isn’t this looming task, but several individual tasks that I can easily manage, and so I feel accomplished as I check them off
6. Talk to my professors and fellow students, you’d be shocked at how clueless others are or how willing your teachers are to help you succeed, I really try and find ways to make the huge tasks seem smaller and easier to deal with as possible
So far these have worked for me, of course it’s only been a year but I want to share ways I’ve managed my adhd that I wish I knew years ago I hope others find this helpful ^^
