Cold villains. Elegant, refined, maybe, with disinterested eyes and icy composure. Their breath makes a shiver run down your spine, their freezing fingers following the curve of your neck. The coldness is almost, IS inhuman. A ghost of the past come to haunt you for eternity. A vampire, come to steal the life from your veins and the vigor from your step. A victim of scientific experiment gone horribly, horribly wrong.

Vs

Hot villains. Temperamental, wild, feral, full of barely contained desires and unquenchable rage. Their eyes spark and burn and blaze with all the things they want to do. Are they made of fire, or are they just full of energy? Sweaty and passionate and involved. They would never sit from the sidelines. Their very touch leaves blackened ash in the wake. They are so very angry, and will not back down, even if it might be wiser to.

Random headcanon for Slay the Princess.

With how Adversary brings up "Psycho analyzing" her. I love the idea she is actually super technically minded and well read, to the same degree as Tower. Meaning every now ans then she will drop some high conceptual idea in a conversation amd catch the voices and other vessels off gaurd.

Eye of the Needle headcanons.

She is the Draconic side of Adversary overpowering the demonic side. (Naturally Fury is the inverse) and as a result has to resist the urge to snatch up Damsel & Prsioner whenever she sees them.

She doesn't want to hurt them, they just look too much like the definition of a princess, and her dragon instincts kick in. Must have pretty princess.

Eye of the Needle is actually pretty relaxed in general, with no LQ or Stubborn to get her riled up that is. Combining this with the idea she could be cold-blooded, then when she is left to her own devices, she tends to find a high up spot to sunbathe for hours.

During the colder months she and Beast, Den, or both can be seen snuggling a legitimate giant pile of snoring limbs on the floor. EotN does this primarly for warmth, and it isn't uncommon to see her carrying around someone like a teddy bear for the same reason.

It is usually Smitten who volunteers for "EotN's teddy bear duty", with second place going to Damsel, and third place going to Stranger.

Prisoner has jammed one of her heels into EotN's stomach too many times for her to try and snatch Prisoner up without explicit consent. Which is rarely given.

the finished product of Adversary will likely be around the length of a full book which. was not at all what i'd initially planned but i ended up with something i feel like has real potential

maybe kinda dumb that im so invested in making a thing that started as a prequel to my lesbian robot smut actually good but whatever

anyway just a lil update on where ive been and why ive been posting less the past few weeks!!
