‼️Important info‼️: okay so I’ve been thinking about this idea for an AU and stuff where Cory, ness, max, Vanessa, and Mike are all in a silly little friend group and they call themselves the “Fazgang” and they just hang out and stuff. I imagine they all met someway through Mike. Mike introduced Vanessa to Max since him and max have been friends for a while, then Mike meets Ness because him and Abby become regulars at Sparkys and he eventually invites him to hang out with him, Vanessa, and max and the 4 just don’t stop hanging out. Then they one night decide to take a taxi to the place they are going to and Cory is their driver, and nobody really knows how but by the end of the ride they’ve all exchanged numbers with Cory and the 5 make plans to start hanging out.

ness is the tallest out of them all being 5”11 and whenever they are walking with each other down the street his head just sorta peaks over everyone.

the gang will usually hang out and play video games, and If Ness convinces them, they’ll read over random creepypasta stories and urban legends on online forums.

the group has a group chat where they all text each other during work or when they are bored.

Cory tends to rant about the weirdos he has to drive around with ness while ness rants about the rude customers he has to deal with.

Max enjoys writing and wants to be a romance author. She works at a library so she can read the romance books on her breaks.

ness gives the gang a discount whenever they stop in to sparkys and calls it a “personal friend discount” (he technically isn’t allowed to give them a discount but his boss will never know)

The group loves Halloween and they usually dress up and walk around their town to crash any party’s, parades, or to just take Abby trick or treating.

ness convinced the gang to create an online ARG with him with “found footage” recordings and everything but he eventually forgot about it and a large community started to surround it thinking it was real and he ended up having to apologize for it like 10 years later.

ness has a online conspiracy theory forum where he discusses his theory’s, the gang follows it and boosts his posts for him.

the gang likes to go to scary houses during Halloween and they each react very differently. Ness tends to grab at people (usually Mike) to steady himself when scared, Cory is prone to screaming loudly but also charging at the actors (they’ve almost gotten kicked out before because of this), max has a very slow reaction time and tends to just freeze up or swear under her breath when an actor jump-scares her, Vanessa doesn’t react at all (literally, she just doesn’t get scared by that type of stuff), and Mike just acts how any normal person would (or he tries to run off).

ness is gay, Vanessa and Mike are both bi, max is a lesbian, and Cory is straight.

since none of them are close to their families (except for Cory) the group hangs out together during holidays like Christmas. Cory usually visits his family for Christmas and holidays but on years where he can’t visit he’ll spend time with them.

cory made them all each a driving Mixtape for their birthdays.

they each have very differing music tastes. Ness preferring musical music, max prefers old love songs, Cory prefers 90’s hip hop, Vanessa likes alternative rock, and Mike enjoys any type of 90-2000s grunge rock and emo music. (Mike definitely listens to the smiths, the cure, and Alex G)

The gang ate over at Vanessa’s one night and the 5 tried to make dinner but failed and made a mess of her kitchen (they ordered takeout and spent the rest of the night listening to music and cleaning up Vanessa’s kitchen.)

Mike sometimes leaves Abby to be babysat by the gang while he’s off working and he once came back to them all dressed up with glitter makeup having a tea party with Abby (she forced them to do this)

In this AU Max does not die but Vanessa and Mike never tell Cory, Ness, or max all of the extra details. They know the robots are haunted to some capacity but not about Vanessa’s involvement or any specific details.

(This is not canon to the au, just a “what if” scenario) if max were to still die in this AU, Vanessa and Mike would not tell Cory and Ness what happened, out of concern for the twos genuine well being and because of how absurd it seems.

cory called them the “Fazgang” once as a joke and it kinda just stuck, now that’s what they and everyone who knows about their group refers to them as.

when Cory and the group went for a drive in his taxi they went on a back road and ended up breaking down in the middle of a dirt road in the woods. (They just finished a movie marathon where they watched the texas chainsaw massacre and Wrong Turn 1, so now half of them refuse to leave the car.)

Abby slept through the entire situation.

Lots of trauma, it’s like a group therapy session 24/7.

all of them get along with Abby, she actually gets excited whenever they hang out (since Mike takes her with him due to not wanting to leave her home alone by herself).

They all share a single braincell.

Ness and max are both 25, Mike is 26, Cory is the youngest at 24, and Vanessa is the oldest being 26 as well but older by a month.

could you tell me more about why you dislike femskk?

okay disclaimer before i begin: this is not meant to be a dig on every person who enjoys femskk. the biggest reason i don't like it is honestly because it's just not my cup of tea and honestly it really makes no difference to me if other people like it. but beyond that my biggest issues with it are

1. the phenomenon of fans "yuri-ifying" the most popular m/m ship and then using that to prove they like female characters and f/f ships. this is not a bsd-exclusive thing; it happens with stsg too and i don't like femstsg for the same reason. but there's a big difference between actually liking female characters and just genderbending (or even making transfem) the big m/m ship. i literally went to the f/f category in bsd on ao3 the other day looking for fics and about half of them are skk fics instead of fics about like. the actual female characters in bsd. who i was looking for fics of. similarly, there have been some redraw trends going around twitter - specifically the i prefer girls cover redraw - and i have seen. i don't even know how many femskk redraws of that (along with a couple femfyolais and a femrimlaine) but only one redraw with actual female characters from bsd. same with the scene 14 redraw that was going around, and while that one wasn't originally two female characters, i have still seen significantly more femskk (and femsigzai, femsigchuu, femfyolai, etc) than i have ships with even one character who is female in the source material.

and imo this phenomenon is made even worse in the bsd fandom bc so many fans just see bsd as the skk show. so of course they're writing off the actual female characters; they literally don't care about anything besides skk. and obviously i can't do anything to force anyone to care about other characters but like.... bsd has so many other wonderful characters and dynamics (both romantic and platonic) that a good half of the fanbase won't even glance at because they're not skk. i do like skk, but bsd is about so much more than just them. they are, objectively, only one small part of it. like if you only care about skk, then just be outright about it and don't pretend you're "proving" you like female characters and sapphic ships bc you like femskk too

2. of the fans who only like skk and nothing else about bsd, most of them. don't even characterize dazai and chuuya correctly? i think the some of the best skk characterizations i've seen have been from people who actually like other characters and ships too, and some of the worst skk characterization i've seen has come from people who literally don't care about any other ships or characters. this isn't a hard and fast rule obviously but even with 30k skk fics on ao3, i have struggled to find ones that actually feel true to their characters. and the characterization seems to only get worse when it's femskk. if you're just going to turn femdazai and femchuuya into two completely different people, what's the point in it even being skk? why not write k.ousano or h.igugin or even a ship with one canonically female character? if you have to change the core characteristics of both dazai and chuuya... do you even really like them?

3. about femdazai: i actually don't mind the transfem dazai headcanon in general but most fans get her wrong. i made a post about it here but basically so many times i see femdazais that are just. completely unrecognizable as dazai. you can't strip away core aspects of dazai like idk the fact that dazai doesn't show any skin from neck to toe just because you made her a girl. i have seen some femdazai that's good! but i have seen so much that is just fundamentally wrong for dazai's character as a whole. mostly on twitter.

4. about femchuuya: i really truly just don't get femchuuya. i THINK the hype here is probably bc lesbians seem to get attached to chuuya (which. valid. i am also a lesbian chuuya fan.) and so they want to draw a chuuya they can be attracted to (i.e. femchuuya) which like. cool whatever i'm not here to judge. but looking at it from a "would this character actually identify as female" perspective, i don't actually think i can picture that for chuuya. maybe it's just because i so strongly hc them as nonbinary? idk. this one is honestly just a neutral "i don't see that but you do you"

tl;dr: from what i've seen, femskk is often mischaracterized, and genderbending the big m/m ships in a fandom is often a way fans "prove" they like the female characters and f/f ships while not actually caring about anything other than their main m/m ship

The two van scenes- Steve's self centered 'love' versus Will's selfless love.

The thing that I've only realised upon rewatch is the similarities between Steve's love confession to Nancy in 4x08 and Will's love confession to Mike, also in 4x08 (aka the van scene). Although we usually use parallels to show how similar the ships are, suggesting that they may have similar fates (such as jancy & byler parallels and mleven & stncy parallels), I think these two scenes are similar to show how different stncy and byler are.

So what are the similarities???

First off we have the fact that they take place in the same episode (roughly 25 mins apart) and exsist in a van. There's other similarities such as they both have a "Yeah?" "Yeah." scene:

Which really draws the parallels. Furthermore, both Mike and Nancy feel like they're losing El and Jonathan.

Although Mike confirms these fears more explicitly than Nancy, it's clear that her and Jonathan are drifting apart when neither of them go to visit eachother over spring break, which clearly upsets Nancy. Jonathan's college plans only confirm for the audience that they are drifting apart.

Finally, both Steve and Will give a 'gift' of sorts: Will's painting, and Steve's vision of his future (that he implies he wants Nancy to be a part of).

Will's love for Mike is selfless and generous.

The whole point of the van scene is that Will sacrifices and disregards his happiness as he believes that Mike would be happier with someone else- El, and so he uses his love confession to strengthen their (mleven's) relationship.

Steve literally does the opposite of this.

Steve's love confession is all about him. What he wants. He wants 6 little nuggets and a massive camper van for holidays and that's great for him, but it's not what Nancy wants. Steve is not considering what Nancy wants. It has been shown multiple times throughout the show that Nancy is ambitious and wants a career in journalism. It's what drives her to the trailer park where she learns about Victor Creel and it's why she wants to go to Emerson. I'm not saying that you can't be ambitious and have children, but children is clearly not a priority for Nancy. She literally says it right here:

Showing the difference in Steve and Will's love for their respective Wheeler. Whilst Steve is enforcing unwanted expectation onto Nancy, Will is doing the opposite- "ripping off the bandaid".

Even when Will envisions a future with Mike and tells him, it involves things that they have bonded over and enjoyed in the past together:

Will also gets Mike to talk to him, and share his insecurities. They have several other heart to hearts throughout the season where both Mike and Will talk honestly with eachother, whether that's about Mike's issues with El, being different and how scary it can be to tell other people and working together against Vecna.

Stncy at best has Steve talking about how he is crawling forward and working to be a better person, but not only is that in an effort to somewhat win Nancy back, Nancy never divulges her insecurities with Steve, their 'heart to heart' isn't mutal.

If we go back to the "Yeah?" "Yeah." parallel, you can see that's it's less of a parallel than you may originally think. The person who's asking "Yeah?" Is reversed in these situations, with stncy, it's the 'confessor', Steve, trying to see if Nancy agrees with him, but with byler, Will is instead the "Yeah.", and is helping Mike overcome his insecurities with El, and reaffirming Mike's new found confidence through Will's painting. Steve is again revolving the conversation around himself, where as Will is being as selfless as you can get.

Although it can be argued that maybe stncy isn't having as many heart to hearts and that the reason Nancy isn't responding similarly to Steve being vulnerable just yet is because they're exes, it's awkward, and Nancy is dating Jonathan.

But at the start of season 4, we see that byler are also in a rocky position in terms of their relarionship and Mike is literally dating El.

And yet, time and time again, we as the audience are shown how strong their relationship is and how much they care about repairing it, whereas stncy has had no such thing.

So what is the point of paralleling these van/confession scenes in the first place??

Personally, I think it's to show how pure and selfless Will's love for Mike is compared to Steve's, and what it's like for a confession to fall flat.

The byler van scene is full of beautiful cinematography, rising music, gorgeous lighting and powerful emotion, whereas in the stncy van scene, you can still here the rumbling of the van and the song 'Fire And Rain' by James Taylor, which presumably is from the radio, in the background whilst Nancy hesitantly agrees with what Steve is saying, making it feel less important and almost anti climatic.

Therefore, despite the initial, surface level similarities, these scenes show how vastly different byler and stncy are. Stncy will never be endgame because Steve's love is presented as self centered, whereas Will's love is beautiful and selfless. Byler is endgame as both Will's confession and Mike's reaction are telling of how strong their connection is and how deeply they love each other.

Used to be my number one ship until I started liking N x Uzi more. I just love the concept of two cheesy old people that are so freaking different but love each other so much. Like, they're the type of couple that cuddle in bed every morning and look at each other with the most loving stare.

Controversial to put above Vizzy but I slightly prefer it more! Thad is such a chill and nice dude and I hc him to be a hopeless romantic too. Now there's V, she's unhinged and like a cat and probably pretends like she hates his affection but is a SUCKER for it. And Thad is the only person that could ever make V feel flustered. He'd be such a supportive bf to her too omg.

4. V x Lizzy

I headcanon V as pan and Lizzy as lesbian, gay up. Lizzy doesn't take V's bullshit sometimes but that doesn't mean they don't have any vulnerable or soft moments too. In fact, I can see Lizzy being great at helping V get through her issues while also drawing hard boundaries at certain behaviours. They'd have a healthy relationship too, even if it doesn't look like that at first.

5. Thad x Uzi

That ship is only on my top five because I used to ship it but also, they're cute too and could definately have a healthy relationship too. But I prefer Nuzi so much over them.

QUEEN, YOURE BETTER THAN THIS. genuinely tho- nakaba try not to make all your characters pedos challenge (impossible). there are literally so many other ways in which Jericho could have ended up in a similar situation, but nakaba really just chose pedophilia? it couldve been something along the same lines just without the romantic attraction!! a family bond can be just as strong- and it couldve been something like her losing Lancelot or in some other way letting him down, and then thinking that he despises her and holds onto that grudge (which, judging his character it wouldve probably been a small spat that he got over) - but maybe Jericho didnt understand that, or wasnt ready to face him, expecting him to be livid - so she asked for an alternative reality where that didnt happen and they got along great as sister/brother or master/trainee. i wouldnt put Jericho past being so stubborn that she wouldnt believe when Lance would say that he forgave her, and then boom!! same set-up, just without the nasty pedophilia!!

honestly, how talk abt them to friends sometimes arent my actual characterizations of their dynamic/relationship. But really they're spinning in my head like a microwave everyday, so my interpretation of them of them generally change depending on settings, aus, or just my mood.

The thing that draws me to them is the fact that Fanny seems like a loyal solider(quite literally), but to where she'd definitely throw herself off a cliff for her leader/command(for rachel only really.) Meanwhile Rachel is pretty oblivious to the length Fanny would go for her – and visa versa. They're devoted to each other, yet are scared to repair their fractured friendship at the same time(mostly on fanny's side).

also the fact Fanny was Rachel's runner up for her GOT fuels me everyday, cause besides this moment, we don't really get too many moments where rachel isn't pissed at fanny for reasons.

could just be her being harsh as it comes with a leader, cause welp, fanny does fuck up a lot. But with these interactions you'd think Rachel wouldve considered ANYBODY else – besides nigel – for her second choice. so 1000000000% rachel had to have ALOT of trust in Fanny to place her as a second in command of an entire global organization, despite her trackrecord of botched missions(which, honestly i believe is why Nigel had been Rachel's first choice, because while nigel had seen mostly sucess in his teams' mission, fanny had gotten the short end of the stick and just faces failure after failure from what we've seen.)

uhhh anyways!! Fanny fell first(unknowingly) amd by the time they become teenagers, Rachel ends up falling harder and depressingly misses her GOT while she's suffering in TND orientation.

Fanny: ashamed to admit, i cannot sit through a fanny episode withoht needing to pause and pace around – but like rachel, i like pretty much everything about her, she's interesing to disect as so much of her background is left up for interpretation. Like why did ahe join ths decommissioning squad? Why is she the way she is? Because of the decom squad or her time as a nurse, or just life in general bxns?

-headcanon: Her real name is Francine, and Fanny's a nickname because she thought it sounded less mature and didnt put too much thought in it's meaning in Ireland cuz she didnt live there that long (also her mother didnt have the heart to sit her down and explain it to her at her young age)

3. Chad is a loser. A failure. And i love him for that/j but actually, his entire character is interesting, and so much is left in the air for me to dig my teeth into and make up shit for him. One major headcanon i've convinced myself of for him is that he's related to rachel/harvey (cousins???)

4. Cree love her. I can forgive a woman of her crimes always xmsn one reason she's high up on the my list this week is she's interesting(duh), but like all the others she has so much character/info on her but little bits not filled to where i can just make up shit- canonically, i love her role, hsr character, she's an amazing villian/antagonist steals the show everytime - i'd pay warburton with my own money to write what she was like as a KND operative, she is quite skilled from the bits we've witnessed in flashbacks and in the present. One thing that runs through my mind is that Warburton in a Q&A, hinted that Cree probably wouldnt have scouted by the TND, that she was already trekking on a dark path while in the KND. BSJDB

-Headcanon: her and chad and steve have nights where they just hangs out and they watch stuff on Adult Swim. She probably likes South park

As always with cool daily prompt games I just end up doing a big batch of them at once and then collapsing fgdjhgjdf So!! Here's all my Profic Party prompts for Week One all together now sense I have a lot going on over the weekend

If you wanna see me talk about all my answers, that'll be under the cut. These were fun! Here's hoping I can keep the motivation through Week 2!!

Day 1: OTP - Easiest one of the lot my all time OTP is and forever will be Mariocest. Hooked on the brothers for life. First ship forever imprinted on me.

Day 2: Favorite Character - A man I do not gush of often but that's because his media fandom is literally two people, Hero Nightfall from the Hell's Library book series. He is Bisexual, he is Polyamourus, he is snarky, he never lies, and I adore him.

Day 3: Most Problematic Ship - First one to stump me, for a while it was between AFO/Yoichi from MHA and Wittecest from TOH. Then I realized I couldn't draw AFO to save my life, so I was going to draw all my Belos ships to make up for it... But turns out I can't draw Belos either kdfjgkdf So you get Huntlos cause I drew it first, and Bellector but Belos is a child cause that was easier to draw. Just assume Wittecest is there as well. (William Afton/Cassidy could also probably go here but I'm not hardcore about it so..)

Day 4: Rare Pair - My stipulations for this one was it can't just be a ship for one of my tiny fandoms that no one's in, it had to be a ship from a popular media no one else liked that I was insane about. Which is a very small list. I eventually decided on Maximilien/Mauga from Overwatch because I was feral for them for about half a month. The Sub Pathetic Sugar Daddy X Dom Batshit Sugar Baby really got to me. Commit all the atrocities you want bby daddy's got the police chief on speed dial <3

Day 5: Crossover Ship - I'm not a crossover ship kinda guy. It's unfortunate but it's true. My only actual Crossover ship is my own comfort polycule Selfship; The Ideal Polycule. Day 6: Polyship - I have so many of these you have no idea how difficult this was for me I love Polyamoury it brings me great comfort every ship can be made better with more people- Anyway. Oh... i have a lot of things that make me really happy xD so is kinda a hard question but ok, i'll try my best...

1. Enjoy watching my fav series and movies, like GOTHAM, BTAS, Dinosaurs, The Boys, The Shawshank Redemption, BoP, The legend of 1900, Back to the Future, I love you Phillip Morris, etc... also classic animated movies from Disney and Dreamworks... plus, i really enjoy to share opinions, HCs, theories etc. about that, with my friends

2. Reading... from novels to comics; i'm always searching for new material to read or if not, i also like to reread my fav stories, with the same excitement as the first time i read them.... plus, i think reading is the perfect way to learn about everything you want so i'm always learning and that's great

3. Writting... along with drawing, are activities i really love to do cuz those make me really happy, especially if are about my fav characters or ships/OTPs, cuz these last make me more than happy, in fact, two of them (Nygmobblepot and Zsasionis/Zsasmask) i easily can say they literally saved me from a very dark and deep depression periods in my life and i'll never forget that, i'll love those OTPs forever

4. Must say, to eat... i have a kinda complicated relationship with food, since i always have this toxic thought about that every lil piece of carb and fat i put in my mouth for a second will make me overweight ten kilos in the next hour i ate them... so has been kinda hard to try and change that bad perception about food in general, that's why i feel happy when i have a good day (i don't feel that toxic thought as intense as usual) and actually can enjoy some good meal, doesn't matter what it is

5. Kinda cliche but i love listen to music, i can hear just one (1) fav song the whole day, but i'm happy to listen all the playlists too... music is also such a great inspiration for my fics so i could hear or find new music just cuz that is useful for ideas or simply cuz that remind me at any of my fav chars/ships/OTPs, so those songs become special among other fav songs

Hyperfixations: what they are, how they work, and why they’re unhealthy

A PSA about my relationship with hyperfixations and why someone should get help if they’re experiencing something similar.

So, if you’ve seen me on this site/app, it’s probably been due to my massive love for Zutara and Katara. If you see me now, I almost barely use this site other than to reblog one or two Zutara posts I like. This is the result of an extremely unhealthy hyperfixation I had with Zutara.

A hyperfixation is pretty much exactly what it sounds like, but it’s easiest to explain it by breaking it up: a fixation is something a person is solely focuses on for a duration of time. This is often compared to a light obsession toward something. Most people can have fixations. It’s very easy to become enamored with something and make it a sole focus for maybe a day or two. The hyper aspect is what changes everything and why hyperfixations are most commonly associated with neurodivergent or autistic individuals.

Going from a fixation to a hyperfixation is easy to visualize. Imagine all the aspects of a fixation- just 10x more obsessive. A hyperfixation is basically the more unhealthy version of a fixation. I clearly remember myself staying up until 4-5am each night writing, drawing, and consuming Zutara content. It took up my every thought (seriously, almost all my thoughts consisted of Zutara. I could be at the beach and daydream about Zutara having a beach date, I would go shopping and look for Zutara/Katara merchandise, it took my my entire focus.)

There was nothing anyone could do to take my focus away. I was aware, in retrospect, that what I was doing wasn’t good for myself, but I was too obsessed to stop myself and take a break. That’s why when the hyperfixation finally died down, I almost left this site in its entirety. It was a sharp transition from hyperfixation to small preference; this is in large part also due to the fact that I began taking ADHD medication.

The medication I had stopped my hyperfixation, but it didn’t help any other factors that contributed to my attention deficit disorder, so I was on and off a variety of meds for a month or two.

When I finally stopped obsessing over these two, however, I was able to get good sleep, I was able to eat better, and I was able to better focus on what I needed to do rather than wanted to do.

Now, just because I’m not as crazy about Zutara as I was, it doesn’t mean I don’t like the ship at all anymore. My hyperfixation had to stem from a regular fixation/interest in order for it to get to the intensity that it got to, but I do think it is incredibly important to spread awareness about how unhealthy I was and how it manifested on this site.

From March 26th to August 5th, I wrote a total of 25 fanfictions and 40k words surrounding Zutara. That’s 2.5 fanfictions per week. Not to mention everything I was reading and consuming as well. I was also drawing. I made about 20 drawings with an average of maybe 1.5 hours spent on each one.

I was aware of the fact that what was happening to me was unhealthy, but I was so obsessed I didn’t want to stop. I actually didn’t want to take my meds because I didn’t want my hyperfixation to end.

That’s how bad things can get.

I hope this is helping to understand just how out of control something can become. The ONLY way I was able to stop was by taking prescribed medication that literally sends signals to my brain to stfu and leave me alone.

If this post has helped you realize that you may be suffering from some form of a hyperfixation or other ADHD related symptoms, please take the time to research and schedule an appointment with a doctor so you can be properly diagnosed and medicated. These kinds of obstacles that neurodivergent people face have many ranges and it’s important to realize that help might be needed.

Please please please do what’s best for you if you think you may be facing a similar problem. Because it is a problem, and it can hurt.

I hope this post was able to do good to some people. I really don’t want to imagine people in a place where I was where everything in my brain was so clouded aside from a ship.

Some words to call your lover

Sweet and polite

คุณ-khun or เธอ-tur with ฉัน-chan, เรา-rao or ผม-phom(offically this one is for men, but it did get used by women) are words that can be used with people who are not your lovers but are considered to be quite sweet to call your lover that. I already mentioned it in Chapter 4. Chan and tur are very popular choices for song lyrics.

ที่รัก-thirak straight up call a person "someone you love". Rak is love, so if we want it literally, it would be beloved or something along those lines. I never saw anyone actually use it seriously before. Just a parody of something, or like I do, to tease a friend. Or, if we count, I think I've heard a mom call her child "mom's thirak" before. We could add สุด-sud in the front, sudthirak, make it mean "someone you love most."

แฟน-faen Boyfriend/girlfriend but non-binary. If used as a pronoun, then it usually comes with those Thai sounds khrap/ka at the end. You probably need to draw the word out for good measure too. Its sound is the same as how the word fan in "fan club" is pronounced in Thai, so there are a lot of fan club or faen khrap puns/jokes used with actor shipping situations.

คนดี-kondee Khon is a unit of human in Thai, and dee is good. เด็กดี-dekdee Dek is a child, and dee is the same as dee in Khondee. I feel like both Khondee and Dekdee have a bit of a patronizing feeling. But not always in a bad way, though. Is that a thing? Like, if you used those words with someone sincere, you probably felt the urge to take care of them at least a little bit. You probably feel like they are a precious, cute little thing. Something like that The fact that Im 100% sure parents used dekdee with their children might factor into it. As for Kondee, I'm about 90% sure.

Dek means kid, but we use it quite loosely, so twenty-somethings get called Dek all the time, and if it were by an elderly person, then the Dek in question might as well be a mother of two.

พ่อ แม่-por and mae As in father and mother. Usually, it starts when a couple becomes parents. A fur baby will do too for some.

Insulting words as a pet name

เด๋อ-der clumsy, foolish, silly, awkward, stupid, dull, dump_ Those things mix together, but like, in a soft version. Usually used with something add to the front, such as ไอ้-Ai, เด็ก-dek, or some Thai's sound for tone indicator(?) to the back, or both.

อ้วน-uuan fat, chubby—อ้วน can actually be a parent-given nickname too. I know some women around my mom's age range whose nickname is that. Personally, if it says it in a particular way, I find it really cute.

เหนียง-niang double chin

เถิก-terk go bald,the description of a hair line that starts to recede.

ลุง-lung Uncle (the one that is older than the father) aka old man. Usually used by a noticeable younger person. Not that they actually date someone older than their dad, or do they?👀

เด็กโง่-dekngo Stupid child, but like, an endearingly stupid, childish person.

ดื้อ-due _Not obeying, refuse to comply_ often used to describe a child. I saw ดื้อ  get translated to stubbon a lot, but personally, I find that not quite fitting (not that I have other words in mind). It might just be a me thing, though.

Probably a full-on PDA couple, act cute to each other 24/7

เล็ก-lek Small,tiny

ใหญ่-yai Big,giant

This two are a pair. Sometime it will have something added to it, ตัว-tua which means self/person/body, for exemple.

Animal + small or pi/nong/por(dad)/mae(mom) + animal Something like, cat, bear, pig, dog

Ex:Pi Muu(pig)/Nong Miao(cute alternative way to call cat)/Miao lek(small)/Por Mee(bear)

บี๋-bie Short from baby

Repeating a syllable of a nick name two times for a lovey-dovey pet name is also a thing.

ไอ้ต้าว-ai tao Tao is a meaningless sound that was derived from a word that was a prefix "เจ้า-Jao." It is used to express that the speaker thinks the person being mentioned is cute/childlike. They most likely appear with a strangely sweet voice. Sometimes used for friendly mocking of someone for being childlike.

Eng sub-cute dimples = Ai tao dimples

หนู-nhu Nhu is something that is used with children, but it also can be for a lover. Can be innocent or quite sinful depending on the context. (This one is already mentioned in Chapter 4 too)

เค้า Kao and ตัวเอง Tua-eng are a pair. Kao is for calling yourself, and Tuaeng is for calling your lover. What is of interest is that Kao typically refers to the third person, and Tuaeng refers to "oneself." It kind of gets perceived as something silly that people in love do. There are some words that are born from distorted "tuaeng" that you can use for a lover too, such as using only the first word "tua", shortening the "tua" sound to make it sound like 'ta-eng, or combining the two sounds to make it sound like "teng". The "Kao" might be replaced by other words such as Rao, and it might help lower the silliness, or not? Lately, I have seen some traders (usually women small business owners) call their customers Tuaeng to make them feel closer to them. Not Kao, tho. I have yet to see any shopkeeper use Kao for "I.".

Kind of a little roleplay, but not really?

ป๋า-pa Dad as in father or 💰Daddy💰 as in sugar daddy.

An overly respectful way to call someone or use a title that the receiver doesn't actually own is also something I see and think is pretty cute.

เพื่อนคู่คิด มิตรคู่ใจ-phuea khukhit mit khuchai This is a phrase that describes a marriage partner as a friend ( phuea = friend) who will help you think ( khit), a trusting ally (mit ), and your best friend who you can rely on. I find it to be very romantic.

คู่ชีวิต-khu chivit life partner

คนรู้ใจ-khon ru jai person who knows your heart

ศีลเสมอ-syn samoe (like the name of a character from Cutie Pie)

ศีล Syn = precept

เสมอ samoe = same,equal

"Syn samoe" is a figure of speech that is probably roughly equivalent to "birds of a feather flock together." It is a concept that in order for one to be able to associate with others with ease of mind, one needs to hold the same moral code and values. If a person only holds on to one of the precepts, not killing, they wouldn't be suited to be with someone who also does not steal, not only as a lover but also as a close friend or someone close in general. And also the reversal, which is that if you can be close with someone, then you must be on the same level as that person, good or bad.

คนคุย - khon kui Person (you) talking to If A is Khon Kui of B, then they are getting to know each other with romantic intentions, but nothing is serious yet.

กิ่งทองใบหยก - king thong bai yok - jade leaf gold branch A very suitable match, used for those who are about to get married.

ผีเน่าโลงผุ - phi nao long phu - rotten ghost, decayed coffin When a couple is a very suitable match, but it's because they both are bad

ทองแผ่นเดียวกัน - thong phaen diao kan - the same gold sheet To become one piece of gold is to be connected by marriage. Ex: These two families are going to become the same piece of gold soon = someone from each of their families is going to marry the other.

โซ่ทอง-gold chain A child is parents' gold chain that will link parents' hearts together forever. Basiclly, it is a concept that by having a child, the couple will be more committed to each other. Kind of scary if you ask me.

จีบ-jeeb _woo, flirt, spark, spoon, court, bind around_ I saw this translate to flirting most of the time, but while flirting is not serious, จีบ can be.

หยอด-yort is to put or pour it little by little in a narrow place; in some contexts, it means to drop in sweet words when you talk to someone, aka flirt.

อ้อน-oon is to plead, to implore, to cajole, to wheedle, to whimper. 

กัดก้อนเกลือ-kat kon kluea-to bite on a cube of salt Is to be poor. usually mean when your financial situation is likely to be better than it is if not for your choice of partner.

ป๋า pa - เสี่ย sia - เด็ก dek pa/ dek sia When these words are used together, pa or sia is an (usually) older, wealthy (this one is a must) man, and dek, which translate directly to child or young, is a (usually) younger person who got financial benefit from being in this relationship. Pa or Sia is a sugar daddy, and Dek is a sugar baby, basically. 

คบ-kob Is mostly used to mean dating, but it can also mean "associate" or "friend with", and it has been used for a variety of ambiguous speaking scene in drama and novels.

ชง-chong-brew It's kind of like creating an opportunity for someone else to say a pick-up line. Say things in order to push your friend toward the one you think your friend will like (whether the assumption is correct or not). Say a pick-up line or flirt with someone for the other person. GMM actors do it to other shipping pairs all the time. I find it quite funny, lol.

เพื่อน=friend But it can also mean accompany if you say it in some way. You could say that you want someone to go somewhere with you as เพื่อน and that would mean that you want them to accompany you, not that they are your friend exclusively. You can say it to anyone. friend, family member, lover, co-worker, etc.

I think it would help in the next part (and with the Thai language in general) if you could remember what tone is what.

The mid one, number 1, had no mark, and the other is as you can see in that orange band.

อา, อ่า, อ้า, อ๊า, and อ๋า is probably going to be the same when spelled in English (unless we make something up, like, อา=ah, อ่า=aah) but in Thai, you can see that the mark on top of them is different.

There are also a bunch of things that are relevant, like the way each type of Thai alphabet has its own base(?) tone in itself, making tone marking affect them differently. Ex: low consonant + dead syllable + short sound = rising tone (5) Even though it is written with no mark tone and so looks like it should probably be a mid tone (1), but we are not here for an actual Thai lesson, so you just need to remember that different tone is a thing and different tone = different mening.

****This topic isn't really an official and well-organized thing, plus my knowledge and ability to explain are quite limited, so maybe don't see it as a fact but something subjective?

If I put a check mark in the example column, it means it makes sense to put the sound in that row in the blank. Well, at least to me, it makes sense.

A sentence that has some polite words in it doesn't mean that it is in fact polite or that the speaker is being polite and proper. So while Khrap and Ka are polite, people still can and have used them to end a sentence that is so impolite you will get customers yelling for your manager to fire you for saying it.

Some of those sounds can also be paired with other too. For example, Na(4) and Si(2) can be paired with Ka(4) and Khrap(4), as well as a few others, and include each other.

As someone who is long-time fan of Mlp EG and who has just finished watching TFP, your fic is true delight. I read it 5 times at least and it is still awesome. You perfectly matched girls with their autobots partners just as well as you did with decepticons as their evil counterpart. For example Twilight/Shockwave - both have high inteligence, but while one uses it for greater good and to help the others, the other abuses it to gain power and hurt the others; Fluttershy/Soundwave - even thought they are both animal lovers and quiet types, FS is just very shy girl while SW is calculating sadist; Rainbow/Starscream - Apart from being queer icons (If you can look at these two without the word gay constantly entering your mind, congrats, you´re legit cishet) they´re actually pretty similliar in function and personallity wise. They´re both eccentric, aroggant showoffs and are also fastest on their team. But it´s their differences that are making them great foils. RD is impaitent hothead, who jumps straight into action without the second thought, while SC is great schemer, who has his plans planed out. RD is literally element of loyalty, while SC is mostly loyal to himself and etc. I can´t wait to see all their interactions in the future. If you´re interested in some writting advice, there is one minor thing that can be fixed : your description of characters feelings and thought. You start explaining how and why they feel that way instead of giving readers benefit of the doubt. The best term I can think of is that you are describing a picture. Like you want us to see, hear and understand everything at once. It creates unnecessary sentences or whole paragraphs without which some emotional moments would have sounded better. For example if paragraph in Ch.2 with sentence "She was too stuborn." it would have sounded so much better. Or sentences like "She was too precious." are also kind of waste of space since they don´t tell anything new.It´s not worst type of description,but it can create a feeling that you don´t trust youre readers to read from emotions characters alone. Many new writers and comic artists are often doing this. It can be solved 2 ways : by improving their writing or start drawing comics. I´m sorry if I confussed you in some way. I tried my best to explain it, but english is not my primary language. If you don´t mind, I would recommend fics from @whatwooshkai to see what I am talking about ( it´s mostly TF shipping stuff, but man, the writting is so good that I can´t stop reading even if I wanted to). Overall great story and art, just writting needs a little improvment.

I want to finish this already long post with few questions:

1.What is group dynamic with eachother? I mean in and outside of their decided pairings. I can see Sideswipe and Rainbow´s relationship as chaos siblings and that Rainbow is definitely driving Ratchet insane, but what about the others? I´m courious to know.

2.Did you already started writting the next book? If not, do you have planned when you will start?

3.Do you consider draw this as a full time comic or at least draw some parts of it? Or drawing some strips of your incorrect quotes?It´s just that you´re artstyle is so pretty and redesigns of the autobots and girls are great. It´s shame to see so little of them.

4. Did you thought about getting your comics dubbed on youtube?

5. Do you draw ideas from the asks from your followers on Tambrlane or you take commissions only? Like if they had a idea for a comic/sketch and they post it to you, would you draw it? If not, could they draw it with your redesignes?

1. You are absolutely correct about Sideswipe and Rainbow’s relationship, in my opinion, they will be the best chaos siblings (I am 100% sure that most of the members will go insane because of their pranks) I could write more detailed headcanons for them and the others too.

2. The next book is nearly finished, I will make sure to post it at the beginning of January.

3. I will drop more art soon, promise! Sorry for the lack of content, I’ve been pretty busy for the past few months. But now I’m finally free and I will certainly start drawing again! I also have several ideas in mind for some parts of the next book.

4. I don’t mind my comics being dubbed as long as I’m credited and they’ve asked for permission.

5. Again, if I’m credited and asked for permission, there will be no problem for other artists to draw my redesigns. I don’t usually take requests and it really depends on my free time and motivation, but if I really like the idea that has been suggested, I would (probably) draw it.

6. Good guess! But actually no. I was really into this crossover way before Hasbro decided to make a comic of it. I’ve been into a lot of fandoms and reading crossover fanfics basically became like a hobby to me. I got a lot of inspiration after I accidentally stumbled upon some pretty good written Tf/Mlp fics, but it took me a lot of time to finally get enough courage and start writing my own. I’m more than thankful for the support and love that I was given through the years! It really motivated me to keep on going!

OK, what about the Arkhamverse NSFW headcanons? In a previous NSFW post, you mentioned that there is a difference. What is it? (Well, except that Arkham Knight Scarecrow is hardly as mobile as his comic version).

[looks away from arkhamverse based art, i’ve started drawing 4 days ago] now, that’s an interesting coincidence. everything had aligned for arkhamverse scarebat!

arkhamverse is genuinely such a volatile place for them. on one hand, you have jonathan who is mostly just being a gremlin, an' then, you have the most pissed off, destructive jonathan crane who was ever created. you have bruce, who keeps it together. an' bruce who is on verge of mental exhaustion an' have 1000 years old guy stare.

but ah, i feel like depending on the exact timeline, things would go differently in each ‘version’. so in a way, there is difference not only between them an' other adaptations, but a difference within the arkhamverse itself. i suppose, i’ll begin with the least loaded one. the arkham asylum era. the place, where sex still can be mostly fun an’ way less ridden with extra baggage *just your typical, classic scarebat one* 

if we look at aa!crane, he resembles comicverse one a lot in behaviour, but only in certain ways. he's the same ole classic jon on paper, less so in actions. for one, he's the least self-conscious out of all the cranes, despite this trait being pretty much inseparable from majority of them an' deeply conected with their origins / narrative on main *even within the arkhamverse timeline* yet, here he is. he’s not really caring to be half-naked in front of the bat. just look at him an' his nipples being out in the open. he has no shame at all lol.

the sheer fact, that batman can see all of it, an' in huge format too is smth else. jon has no real reason ot bend that far btw thinking about bruce being perplexed by this unsual sight, but not being able to ‘break the character’ an’ actually ask about it' is kinda funny. esp when he finds out that there is no underwear beyond jon’s pants as well! 

i imagine that due to whatever psychotic episode that made jon be half-naked in the first place, he’s also only bothered to put on pants. his underwear is somewhere unknown. i don’t imagine that he did it for some sexy or coherent reason, it's just smth that happened. i also think this jon’s pants have no zipper. while, it’s mostly connected to design an’ such, i tend to picture most versions of cranes liking the pants that you can just untie an’ tug down vs needing to zip or clip them with a button. doesn’t mean, that they all wear them. but i feel like arkham asylum an’ BTAS ones do, when they are inside their costumes. so essentially, bruce will have zero problems with getting pants off this specific version of him. the bat can literally yank on them, an’ they’d be hanging on jon's thighs.

in comparison, aa!batman is fully dressed. the visual of jonathan with his limited, easily removable clothes pawing at the bat, who is fully covered is…nice. usually, they touch costume to costume, glove to glove, but here, even sensually wise, that’s a new territory. esp if bruce wears armor *depending on skin of the suit* an' it is cold / warm to touch an’ jon will feel it with naked skin. for a hypersensitive loser virgin like crane, it’ll be mindblowing an’ also taunting an’ teasing.

funny enough, i feel like that version of jonathan *out of all of them* is the most receptive one to any sorts of suggestive signals. he’s less cautious an’ more curious about touching or being touched in any different fashion, than he’s used to. bruce brushing his side with his hand with seemingly not very formed, but not violent intent, will cause him to pause, but feel more interested in this oddity, rather than being instantly paranoid about it. in a way, it might be blamed on maniacal episode that he goes through, but it’s also just how he feels to me. as someone who might stand lustful touch without freaking out by proxy. wherever crane would have an upper hand or not, he can try to work with the situation in a less incoherently intense way, if compared to BTAS an’ comicverse ones. who tend to react to things they don’t understand very poorly or throw a fit, bc they have no idea what else to do. i imagine, aa!jon to be the most likely crane to get bolder faster than the rest an’ wanna get to touch bruce too, not just be touched. i guess, unlike his other counterparts, he’s not super shy about being bat-horny. he's more of desperate virgin vs them, who are a prudish one lol.

meanwhile, aa!bruce seems like he’d be less paranoid about all those things as well, if his interactions with catwoman are anything to go by. he might get carried away more easily, an’ be less closed off, when it comes to touching / showing interest, which BTAS an’ comicverse bruces usually struggle with. at least, when it’s sincere an’ not just playboy attire. aa!bat seeing crane’s not very well-hidden interest won’t make him freeze in place, baffled at how he should respond. he would hesitate, naturally, but way less than BTAS or comicverse ones, who are just like their respective jonathans, might have a blue screen of death moment. aa!batman might improvise, when pull comes to shove with less restrictions. in the moment fucking can pretty much happen there.

admittingly, aa!scarebat doesn’t have a lot of extra emotional / narrative ‘meat’ behind it. at least, not within the game itself, but if we combo what we have with some comics references, smth can really be cocked in there. for me that segment was always accidentally sexy, without it even trying or aiming to be. i’m very alluded to situations where jonathan uses his gimmick as a way to trap the bat, an’ keep him away from everyone else. in those moments, jonathan treats bruce like he’s fully his to observe an’ dissect. an' he never hides how much it pleases him. but jon trapping the bat with him, is also trapping himself with the bat too. the power tides can be shifted fairly easily. esp if jon is less hostile about them shifting, if it means he can get smth out of it.

also funny lil fact, while i always remembered that part of the game as cool an’ oddly suggestive. i also remember mistakenly thinking that when batman broke out from ft's stupor an’ reached out for jon, that he grabbed him by his nipple an' not his collar-piece lol. i was sitting there like ‘uh um', before squinting an’ realizing, that it was just my wishful thinking. but honesty, considering how petty batman can be toward scarecrow, this wouldn’t have been even out of character. esp bc it’s so baffling an’ humiliating for crane, who wanna be a big scary monster, but keens from the slightest of touches like a lil bitch. light nipple torture be like…the breaking point for him. i mean, everything in that set up was just asking for some kind of pwp situation, really. even with how huge jonathan could technically do things to ken sized bruce, while in reality, it would have been comically grounded. a bizarre kinky power play, if you may. the joker an' co being able to hear / see it through monitors be like 'lol okay. not the kind of show we wanted, but that'll do too'.

for me arkham asylum setting was more visuals before narrative in a way. vs where in other scarebat versions, it's like narrative first, sex comes a bit later. so imagine my surpise back then, when after this whole oddly porny mindfuck *fighting skeletons was an allegory for fighting a boner, come on* the arkham knight instalation provides way more emotional / narrative weight to bat an' 'crow's interactions. things are pretty wild there from the very start, even if they still more sexually charged, than they had any right to be as well.

‘what do you see, batman’ the scarecrow asked, an’ well, bruce was seeing your hypnotic hip swag, jon. that what he was seeing. jonathan comes back in style an’ fully covered, *prob with underwear on this time too* save for his hands. an’ he might not have a face any longer, but he got them, long legs. croc had chewed on one of them, but judging by his fashioned walk, it’s not that problematic for him. jon can even get on his knees, which is good. removing his pants still be hard, but at least, he can sorta move around. in fact, i'd say he moves very fluidly most of the time, which if we compare it to aa!crane wasn't his typical body language. but then again, if jon have chronics pains, which i assume he does, it prob makes sense why he would move with more calculation, rather than commiting to his more usual jerky gesture / faster strides.

that's aside, out of all the other versions of scarebat, this prob the one, where sex can act as an attempt to communicate things or let certain emotions manifest in this fashion. jonathan’s entire motivation in that game is literally his heavy-handed emotions for the bat an' his incapability to cope with his hope being smeared. the knight didn't save him. everything is meaningless now. he went into full blown doomer mode. him being fueled by this prospect in different ways can get very taxing. as the wanting an’ longing never stops an’ it’s such a salt onto his wounds, i'd imagine. an' he was never good at handling things, that actually hurt him. it even worse, than now his body constantly reminds him of said cruel betrayal too.

so regardless of any sort of deep buried sentiment, ak!jon is capable of things, most cranes usually wouldn’t consider doing. but like, if he’s about to destroy the bat anyway, why not take it in a different direction as well? all while, batman has a devil on his shoulder, who might suggest similar thing. bc if you don’t wanna kill, you can let this rage out in a different fashion too. 

they are very explosive mix tbh. the fact that whole of gotham suffers just bc jon has hurt fee-fees *along with other things* is so cartoonishly intense. it's like oh no, not jon's fee-fees. he's so terrible with handling those. why would you do this to him, bruce lol. at least, this what it's for me. i think, other folks often paint ak!jonathan way cooler, than he really is. he's literally goes into that plan, bc he's viciously upset about the guy, who he unknowingly relayed on, to not act in time. not bc he suddenly decided to take down batman just bc idk, he's super evil an' found his groove or whatever. jonathan IS a very scary person. he truly is. but not for the reasons people seem to like him to be. in fanon, he can be whatever really. but in canon, he's the same sensitive, delusional maniac, he always was.

[clears throat loudly] anyways, while there isn't any most indigenous ways for any version of scarebat to bang / develop relationships, since a lot of things can heavily depends on separate factors, i do think that not use the pure agression in arkham knight would be a waste. it's so rare, when you can have bruce, who isn't fully corrupted per say, but who actually struggles to keep his darker urges under control, bc things get too much, too bad, too fast. an' there isn't many forms of outlets, close to none even, that he can use without actually accidently murdering someone. an' you have crane, who is the most angry he can ever be with the bat. who wants nothing more, than to hurt him in ways, that cannot be reversed. there is just no room to actually talk about things. not that either of them would use it on a good day, but it's like mission impossible in here. the sheer detail of how much more hands on bruce is toward crane during this game is also smth to note. bc in most other adaptations, while he does touch him, when they fight. he isn't throw him around for no reason. ak!bruce does literally that the second they come face to face lol. an' jon wasn't even resisting for that matter. so if bruce handled him like that without provocation, how much more poorely if could have went, if jon actually done smth to earn it.

an' considering how even normal sex would have been somewhat uncomfy / painful for ak!jon due to his injuries / scars, one can only imagine what extra meaning or sensation, it might hold, when there is purposeful roughness to it or the opposite gentleness. esp bc beneath all that anger an’ contempt, jonathan would be appalled an’ humiliated to find out how much he is still earning for it. even after everything, he can’t really change this about himself. a dog desperate for a bone. an' the bat is somewhat desperate too, even if he mostly wants for the dead clown to finally stfu.

the dom / sub undertones are often presented in scarebat's dynamic throughout their shared history, even if in smaller doses. in arkham knight it was like, all over the place. you have constant beating, chocking, barking commands an' so on. i feel like if in other scarebat adaptations it'll be more like 'the only lube they have is spit', in here, it's more 'the only lube crane gonna get is spit' lol. at least, in some variations of events.

i think all cranes would find the prospect of bruce wetting his fingers with his own saliva an’ shoving it inside them thrilling, but it also might have a different context an’ slightly different effect too. there is pain that is rewarding an’ there is pain, that just kinda well, pain if this makes sense. i also think that if you wanna see bruce who gets turned on by crane’s pain, no matter how grossed out he is by his own reaction, it’s this one too. all those latent bad bad thoughts waking up, but only directed at the one person.

they can have more balanced out interaction too. there isn’t limit to how it will go, esp bc i feel like that no matter in what state bruce is in, he would still be somewhat considered of crane. the scene where the jokered up bat went to choke jon an’ his reaction to it, kinda implied that the pressure an’ the grip itself was different. prob stronger an’ more deadly. since angry or not, bruce will still hold back, after all. jon couldn't say the same about himself even on a good day. but now, it's endless bad day for him, so gloves are off. or well, the needle glove are on in his case lol. the bat should kneel under the power of his gay incel rage.

when i ponder on them an' their situation, it's honestly feels like they need to get all that complicated, agro stuff out first, an' then get to actually thinking about all of it an' what they feel. in canon, they never done it. they destroyed one another instead, which made for a good, tragic story, but at the same time....what if it went differently? what if bruce found a way to console jon's rage, an' what if jon found a way to keep the knight's demons away? they are in the end, the only people who can prob do it for one another. akrhamverse is doom & gloom on main, but at least, let their pants be down lol.

an' welp, there isn’t a lot of space left to talk about the post-game situation, *i even had to cut out a lot of stuff from this one,* but there is hope for them in there too. i love the idea of bruce trying to fix things at best of his ability, an' refinding what made him a hero in the first place. since crane did got it right. batman isn't just a guy, who goes out an' beats up evil dudes, he's the symbole of hope. they both had such a sad outlook on it during ak. it worth imagining what could have been, if it still could have been not actually mend back together, but bettered somehow.

*an' i’m glad that you can gather smth from my hcs or more like, rants. talking about scarebat is a lot of fun. comicverse, BTAS, arkhamverse. so much to pick from an' to think about. luckily for me, each versions still holds essence that i love about scarebat, even if their personalities differ in some aspects. which isn't smth that i can say about nolanverse. my mind just blanks out, when it comes to that version. don't really have anything to say about them.*

how I feel about this character ;

very strongly!!! 3 has always been… kinda of a playful villain throughout the series compared to say mr puzzles, but his personality has always intrigued me even before the events of IGBP. for example, one of the things i can appreciate about him in particular is the fact the writers intentionally have added levels to his character that make him more relatable on a personal level (eg: his backstory and reaction to snitch productions going boom) and then continuing that theme even now we’re post-IGBP (such as SMG3’s Bomb Cafe and Trash Friends).

just his whole character development is something I could go on for a LONG time about, because of how bittersweet it is to see him care for the main crew and for him to hold onto those sweet memories more fondly (shown in his flashback scenes in You Used To Be Cool for example) !!!

okay not shocking here but SMG4.. goes back to the whole thing about his character development and obviously his monologues in IGBP.. and OOO, that drawing at the end of WOTFI 2023 made me want to cry…

also Medi (VA for SMG1 and animator for episodes /shorts) literally said he’s intentionally wrote in these nice scenes between them.. and in his words are “various flirtation remarks” between them.

my unpopular opinion about this character ;

i don’t know if this is an unpopular opinion but i do prefer him as an anti-hero.. i caught up just before IGBP came out and as much as i liked his attempts to overthrow 4, having more episodes that are centred around him and the more vulnerable parts of his personality that we don’t get to see otherwise are definitely worth the watch and make me smile !!!

one thing i wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon ;

i think this can be universally agreed but to have a scene where 3 and 4 actually open up honestly about how they feel regarding each other and having closure from all their rivalry would be so awesome!!

also i do kinda wish we went with the “sexy dance” option in WOTFI 2023, not because that was the correct option, but i just think that we were robbed from a cute and / or funny scene with him..
