So since the Princess Peach showtime render change I’ve seen a sudden abundance of hate towards movie Peach for ‘ruining’ the original Peach. And while I’m not happy about the change either can we maybe leave the movie version alone and stop acting like she was so terrible?
Like come on look at that face

if annabeth had been taken by juno instead you know perfectly well she would’ve remembered percy. bc percy was the first to acknowledge her as a person and not a warrior or an error. the only reason juno didn’t take annabeth was because percy would’ve pulled a ‘rage of achilles’ type shit

I think constantly about Pudding and Sanji being obviously parallels of each other and how fucked up it is that Pudding had to live the life Sanji managed to escape but she constantly gets hate online as if she hadn't been literally manipulated by her mother through the whole fucking arc. But okay. Yes. God forbid women have any sort of trauma response and if they do they're not allowed to have a redemption arc because of course they're extremely evil for making your silly baby boy cry and they don't have a heart even though it's explicitly shown in screen that they do and they regret their past actions.

godd these last pages have been so heart wrenching for everyone but who really breaks my heart is Rachel. if anyones feeling like a fool it’s her!! turns out your best friend of however many years/boss and your other bestfriend/little brother surrogate are the same person and you don’t know if something happened to one of them or if they’re even real or if it was all just an act or what!! but you cared SO much for them and you were so so worried and maybe a little overprotective, but you were trying to get better, you were working on it, but turns out it was all a lie!! you knew them- you thought you knew them, him- only to watch in horror as one transforms into the other. you loved them and laughed with them and worried and cried for them and for what? why? what was the point? did you just spend the last two years babying your boss? did your oldest friend decide to fuck with you and act like someone else? was it just for fun? did something happen to him- did he do this to himself? how didn’t you notice something was so wrong? were you just a tool to use? part of a game you didn’t even know you were playing? was hyde even real? was any of this real? you still care for both of them, though, whoever, whatever, they are. you still spent all that time together, all those conversations and bonding moments and everything else- surely that meant something, right? some part of you still wants to help. but what the hell are you supposed to do? where do you even start? what do you even say?

annabeth, at seven years old, was on her own, fighting monsters with nothing but a hammer when luke and thalia found her. that means that this girl was beating monsters to death at seven??? why did we all gloss over that???

Nobody asked for it, but I’m going to also jump in & just say that I don’t care about Joseph Quinn & Doja Cat being whatever they are.
Their being together, not together, friends, friends with bennies, is not going to affect my life negatively or positively in any way shape or form, & it shouldn’t affect yours either.
Being disappointed is one thing, but some of the most disparaging things have been said about Joseph in the past 24 hours from his supposed fans. It’s very disheartening, disappointing & honestly disrespectful how quickly some flipped on him when you swear y’all love him so much.
If you want to stop being a fan, that’s fine, but you don’t have to disparage his name on your way out the door for him being a human being & trying to live his life & connect with other human beings. It’s nobodies business who he chooses to spend his time with or why.
He doesn’t owe anyone anything. Just because you watch his shows and movies or pay to meet him at a con doesn’t mean he owes anyone anything.
You have his gratitude. You have him agreeing to more projects that you can possibly enjoy, that’s enough.
You don’t know him. You don’t know what he thinks or feels. What you see from interviews & cons is what he wants you to see. How you interpret that is entirely YOUR take on things but when it comes down to it, you don’t know him.
Let him make mistakes. Let him live HIS life.
Life is too short & there’s already so much negativity in this world outside the four corners of our cellphones & laptops.
Literally none of this matters or changes anything.
In conclusion I leave you with a few words I think need to be remembered & should sound a bit familiar: “the more we respect each other, we can cultivate a kinder, more inclusive collaborative environment. For everyone. Wouldn’t that be nice?”
