After a long day of patrol it was usual for Shouta to come home and take his place on the couch, not moving another inch until he finally went to bed. He hated the exhaustion he got from being on patrol, but he knew it was his duty to keep the whole just a little bit safer. But tonight… tonight was a different story.
His usual nights on patrol were stressful, sure. But they were nothing like they had been tonight. Tonight had been the most stressful night he had ever had while watching over the city and it had immediately changed his entire mood.
As the heavy boots came through your front door you hadn’t expected him to jump for joy or be any more excited to see you than he usually was, but you had at least hoped for a hello. But his figure kicked off his boots and turned down the hallway without even a glance over at you. There were dirt stains on his suit and you had realized something big had happened. You watched him as the usual turn into the living room that he did became a straight line to the bedroom.
You followed him, hesitant on whether or not you should give him a few minutes, but curious to find out what was going on. As you turned the corner you caught him pulling his suit off his body. He hadn’t noticed you appear in the doorway yet, so you leaned on the door frame. As he stepped out of the jumper he looked up and noticed you.
Shouta sighed and continued to step out of it, now just in his underwear, reaching for the pair of sweatpants that sat on the dresser. “I’m going to bed early.”
You took a step toward him and sat on the dresser. “Are you okay? Normally you watch television for a little while after you get home.”
He stopped and turned to you, forgetting what he had even been doing. “It was a stressful day, I’m just ready to get it over with.”
You hopped down and approached him, your hands stopping him from picking up the pants that he was still gripping onto. “How about I help you with that stress?”
“Y/n,” he looked from the pants to you again. “I’m really not in the mood for this.” Your body moved toward him and he growled slightly. “Why must you be this way?”
Your hands reached out to him and slowly slid down his arms. “And what way would that be, Shouta?” You smirked. “I just wanna help you get rid of some of that stress that’s plaguing you so.”
His strong hand gripped your arm and spun you around. “And must you always be such a brat?” You didn’t have to see it to know that there was now a shit-eating grin on the exhausted man’s face.
You faked shock as you pushed your hips back into him. “I’d never do that… daddy.”
You heard the tone change as his grip tightened, he pulled you backward and placed his mouth next to your ear. “You have five seconds to get your ass on that bed before I do it for you.”
Without hesitation you pulled your hand from his grasp and turned toward the bed, letting yourself slowly fall back onto it. You crawled your way up and watched as Shouta grabbed a hair-tie from the dresser, pulling his hair back from his face. The sly grin that showed made your heart beat faster. Shouta glanced over to where his goggles and scarf from his hero suit lay, the gears turning in his head. When he looked back at you, a shiver ran down your spine. “Are you going to continue being a little brat, you needy little slut?”
You licked your lips and chuckled at him. “What do you think, Shouta?” Your eyebrows raised as you dropped the robe from your shoulders, tossing it to the side to expose his favorite bra and panty set that you owned. “Do I look like I’m done?”
That’s when his decision was made. His hand grasped the scarf and his figure walked toward you. “Naughty girls don’t get to have any control.” He climbed onto the bed and hovered over your figure. “Now’s the last chance to change your mind, sweetheart.”
“Do your worst.” As the words left your mouth and his hand wrapped around your wrist you had almost regretted it, but the fire in his eyes kept you ready to experiment.
The soft fabric of his scarf wrapped around one wrist, tied tight enough to keep you in place, but not enough to cut off circulation. His hand grasped your other hand and pulled them together, wrapping his scarf around that one as well. The other end of his scarf was wrapped around the headboard, kept perfectly in the middle so that you couldn’t wiggle from its grasp.
As he climbed to his knees and licked his lips at the sight of your tied up figure you could see his erection pushing at his underwear. “I hope you’re as prepared for this as you think you are, baby girl.”
His underwear were pulled down his legs a second later and thrown haphazardly toward the bedroom door. You felt the bed dip as he climbed onto it, his body climbing over yours as you felt his hand run up your thigh. The calluses on his hands left a rough sensation the farther his hands got, years of hero work leaving them battered and bruised.
As he slid his hand between your legs and pushed them apart an amused chuckle left his chest. “Guess I’ll just have to fuck the brat out of you, now won’t I, kitten?” Before you could even speak you felt his cock against your entrance, rubbing on your folds as he teased every inch of you. “But don’t think I’m gonna make it that easy. Someone needs their punishment for not letting me relax.”
You whined as he pushed his tip into your walls, pulling back out as soon as he did. “Shouta, please.”
“That’s right,” he pushed it in again, leaving it there just a little longer this time. “Beg me.”
“F-fuck, please.” You could barely stand the ache between your legs any longer as you tried desperately to reach for him, only to be stopped by the scarf that held your hands.
Shouta chuckled as he heard the headboard move. “What’s the matter, doll? Can’t get your hands free?” He was proud of himself as he finally gave in, your walls already soaking wet from his teasing.
As his pace quickened you fought harder and harder against the scarf, wanting nothing more than to wrap your arms around him and dig your nails into his back. You knew that he loved it when you left marks on him, but he seemed to be enjoying your squirming underneath him even more. Whether it was the fact that you were tied up, or the fact that his thrusts were ruthless and full of all of his stress from the night, but your climax was quickly upon you.
Your walls closed more and more around him and Shouta couldn’t help but egg you on. “So tight, kitten. Don’t tell me you’re already going to cum for me.” He smirked as he placed a soft kiss on your neck. “I wanna feel you cum on my cock, let go.”
His words were that pull you needed. You pulled against the scarf even more as your walls suffocated him, quivering around his length as you cried out his name. As his name left your lips he couldn’t hold onto himself anymore. Shouta painted your walls white as he let himself go, collapsing on top of you a second later.
You both fought for breath and his figure moved over you, untying your hands from the scarf. His hand grasped your chin and forced you to face him. “And that’s how Eraserhead tames a brat, don’t ever forget it.”
Before you could say anything back his lips roughly pressed to yours, his body leaving the bed right after as he entered the bathroom to clean himself up. The only thought left in your head was simple. “Shouta fucking Aizawa.”

BnHA 326: What’s up Kids, It’s Me, Your Old Pal Stain
Previously on BnHA: Ochako shamed the U.A. Clown Mob into letting Deku go back inside his own fucking school by giving them an hour-long speech about how not to be humongous dickheads. Kouta and Gigantic Fox Lady saved the manga by being the only ones brave enough to give Deku a hug. Shouto was all “man, all this togetherness sure does remind me of that promise you made that we would handle Touya together which you immediately bailed on, doesn’t it, Dad.” Aizawa was all, “for the one and a half people out there who thought that my losing an eye and a leg might actually make me less sexy, I’m very happy to prove you wrong.” All Might was all, “[standing outside the U.A. fortress alone in the rain talking to someone or something??].” Like seriously, what was up with that though.
Today on BnHA: All Might is all “here I am in Kamino having a belated mid-life crisis because Deku abandoned me and I’m a terrible mentor and everything sucks and I hate myself.” Stain is all, “don’t make me come over there and give you a ten page speech about why you’re still the goat while menacingly holding you at swordpoint the entire time” because idk if you knew this guys, but Stain is pretty crazy actually. Anyway so he does that, and then All Might gets all emotional, and then the lady from chapter 92 shows up and gives All Might’s statue an encouraging pep talk, and then Horikoshi is all “and it even stopped raining lol can you believe this shit I’m not even a little bit subtle,” and he really isn’t. But I still got emotional anyway, because seeing people reassure All Might that everything he’s struggled for his entire life hasn’t been in vain just got to me okay. Horikoshi knows I am weak to the All Might feels and he just goes for the jugular every time, that bastard.
lmao. “in the neverending downpour, All Might is...” yeah, thank you, glad we’re getting right to that then
“All Might is driving 95 mph in his busted ass car in the pouring rain, is what he’s doing.” huh
so basically a day or two after his adopted child refused to accept the handmade bento that he packed with love, my man is out here acting like he’s got nothing to live for anymore. this sure bodes well for certain prophecies on which the clock is still ominously ticking down
Tumblr media
his fucking face though omg. is it weird that I’m kind of hoping more people ambush him just because I think it’d be funny to see them get their asses kicked like the last bunch
(ETA: or maybe he will just stand there openly not giving a fuck and basically daring them to stab him!! get it together please All Might.)
side note, “anti-hero supporters” is such a strange way of saying “people who hate heroes”, which I’m assuming is what they actually wanted to say?? this makes it sound like it’s a group that really loves antiheroes. “these Hannibal stans have been a real menace lately. time to go deal with them”
ha ha ha, fucking ouch
Tumblr media
are you really gonna do it Horikoshi you bastard. are you really going to let that be the final encounter between the two characters whose relationship you once described as the vertical axis of the entire fucking story. are you really gonna?? huh??
huh
Tumblr media
you’re telling me you were driving 112 mph and you still didn’t get there in time. you’re losing your touch old man. lol Todo’s ice is almost fully melted already, how late were you
(ETA: so apparently this is taking place after the end of chapter 325, meaning he went to U.A., hung out for a bit, saw the kids come back with his bedraggled half-dead protégé in tow, watched as they shamed the civilians into some long-overdue character development, and then was all “welp, time to go argue with the hero-hating faction or something because I’m feeling useless.” and Edge just let him go, just like that. though to be fair I have to imagine it’s pretty hard to say no to All Fucking Might.)
also belated lol at the fact that the kids were all “yeahhhhhhh we are definitely not gonna touch that thing, let’s just leave it here, he doesn’t need it anyway.” probably the right call to make since they couldn’t get a hazmat team on such short notice
fuck. ha ha ha fucking ouch part two
Tumblr media
All Might please put that thing down before you get gangrene. also yeah, you dropped the ball, good for you to acknowledge it. nobody’s perfect and you did your best. but yeah you could have handled a lot of things completely differently. but I still love you
is Horikoshi really putting this flashback here. are you serious. what kind of fucking sadist
Tumblr media
look, I swear I’m not one of those people that runs up and down the street shouting “DEATH FLAG!!” at every third panel lol. but this shit screamed Death Flag when we originally got it, and it’s screaming DEATH FLAG!!! even more now. like with the capital letters and exclamation marks and all. and that’s just a fact. I don’t like it but that’s how it is
ffkdjslk
Tumblr media
“DID YOU READ THE SIGN??!” Horikoshi asks while zooming in maniacally because he thinks we’re blind or something. lol what
-- though actually, it only just occurred to me that this sign is actually written in English. I never really paid attention up until now and had been assuming it was written in Japanese and translated by the scanlators, but the writing here is clearly part of the original image. anyway so maybe that’s why he’s zooming in?? just to make sure everybody pays attention lol
okay fuck this
Tumblr media
see, this is the whole problem right here. once again All Might is all on his own. Deku’s self-destructive angst spiral was fortunately brought to a grinding halt because he actually has support from his friends and family and teachers and classmates. but All Might never had that same kind of support, and it’s made all the difference between the two of them, and not in a good way. Katsuki wasn’t wrong when he said All Might and Deku were both cut from the same cloth. but now when it’s All Might’s turn to go all “I WALK A LONELY ROAD~~” once again, there’s nobody in sight
just, after forty plus years of him carrying this torch, I just wish someone would finally come along to let him know he doesn’t have to. all those things that he wanted to say to Deku are also things that he needs and deserves to hear himself. Aizawa was making a little progress there, but now he’s got his sad zombie cloud boyfriend situation to deal with, and we can’t expect him and his perfect hair to solve all our problems. someone else has gotta step up
oh my god
Tumblr media
“you rang?” never mind I take it all back sob
omg why am I laughing. shit
Tumblr media
this man truly has the best PR game in the series. we were truly convinced he was gonna suddenly become a good guy and defend All Might against the other villains or some nonsense. as if this wasn’t the same man who decided on a whim that Iida Tensei deserved to be paralyzed, and that his fifteen-year-old brother deserved to die for daring to be upset about it
lol even All Might is all “I genuinely never saw this coming” lmao
Tumblr media
just want to say, for the record, I have always harbored a very sensible hatred toward Stain. feeling very vindicated right now. good job Past Me
adsfklwkfsdwgkj
Tumblr media Tumblr media
ffffwefjslkg. ghsdlkg. dsfkkkslkjldwkjrg
STAIN: heard you talking shit old man
ME: smh that’s what I thought you’d say you dumb fucking Stain
STAIN: how dare you talk about All Might that way
ME: gljfljgk
(ETA: in hindsight I have no idea how I didn’t clue in sooner that he didn’t recognize him -- or, well, ~didn’t recognize~ him, to be more accurate lol. I think it was the whole “is that a slight against the heroes?” thing that threw me. Viz’s translation makes it much clearer that he’s offended on behalf of All Might specifically, not heroes in general. anyways.)
sob. so All Might is all “yeah I don’t blame you for not recognizing me in this sweet leather jacket”
good thing he still knows how to do this party trick
Tumblr media
A+ reflexes on Stain’s part presumably pulling the sword back a few inches to keep this dumbass from impaling himself with his whole pufferfish routine. can you imagine if that was the gruesome death Nighteye foresaw. and he was just too embarrassed to say anything
lol anyways guess I was wrong about Stain everyone
Tumblr media
way to fucking go, Past Me. you really biffed this one
oh wait
Tumblr media
Stain sure is one wacky rollercoaster ride
oh fuck me lol I forgot how much I did not miss this
Tumblr media
(ETA: “this here is the sacred ground where All Might gave up the last of his power and turned into a shriveled old man!! please ignore the part where I admit to knowing all about that, and yet pretend not to recognize said man when he’s standing two feet in front of me.”)
Past Me, I know we’ve had our ups and downs these past ninety seconds, but I’m really starting to think you were on to something. this dude has always been kind of insufferable. always acting like his high horse is a fucking giraffe when it’s actually a Shetland pony
dammit now he’s got All Might going off on a depressed monologue
Tumblr media
oh my god my heart
Tumblr media
shit
why the fuck does that hit so hard. he became a hero because he couldn’t bear to just sit back and let bad things happen to people who didn’t deserve it. I mean that’s basically the same as every hero ever, right? so why does it still hit so fucking hard every single time though. what is it about seeing someone so determined to stand up for other people and fight on their behalf. it just never loses its impact no matter how many times I see that determination mirrored in so many of my favorite characters
“I wanted to make the world a better place.” omg. but you did, though. like seriously, I feel like people are always dogging on him for not being 100% perfect, and fandom really doesn’t give him enough credit for everything he still managed to accomplish. this man came of age at a time when Japan was by all accounts a total shitshow, and singlehandedly managed to bring about an era of peace that lasted for four fucking decades. can you imagine having peace for that long?? that’s longer than I’ve been alive. shit
and he gave people hope. he inspired them and protected them and made them feel safe. and no, he couldn’t save everyone, because he’s only one fucking dude (and also because the whole time AFO was also out there desperately working to undermine him so that he could keep preaching his narrative of “heroes are bad actually”). but you know what he did do, is inspire multiple new generations of heroes who, if they can all manage to work together, will finally be able to accomplish everything he never could
so yeah. forty years of peace, and inspired the “that’s how we all became the greatest heroes” generation -- that’s a fucking win in my book. talk about having a net positive impact on the world. lol anyways now I’m all fired up and ready to fight anyone who tries to talk any shit about you, All Might
“but what if I talk shit about myself” okay listen up All Might I’m gonna need you to try just a little bit harder to work with me here okay. please calm down and stop blaming yourself for every single bad thing that’s ever happened in the world. do you remember that time Bakugou was blaming himself for Kamino, and you gave him a hug and told him it wasn’t his fault, and that he was only a boy, and that even though he was strong, even strong people can struggle with the burdens they place on themselves, and that you were sorry for not seeing that earlier? do you remember all of that? that’s what I want someone to tell you too, dammit. anyway please stop breaking my heart please and thanks
wtf
Tumblr media
are you dead All Might
um
Tumblr media
I don’t even have the slightest idea what’s happening lol
oh snap did he grab him so they could hide??
Tumblr media
hold the fucking phone. don’t tell me this person in the background with the umbrella is here to actually do something decent??
oh my godddd
Tumblr media
and here come the feels. oh boy. okay don’t mind me, I’m just gonna sit here sobbing over this fictional lady and her simple act of kindness in this weekly shounen manga that I care about way too much
FUCKING DAMMIT AND HERE’S A SECOND HELPING
Tumblr media
DON’T MIND ME, I’M JUST GETTING DISPROPORTIONATELY EMOTIONAL OVER THIS WOMAN’S DETERMINATION TO HONOR A MAN WHO SACRIFICED EVERYTHING TO SAVE HER AND COUNTLESS OTHERS. I’M JUST HAVING SOME FEELS OVER HERE ABOUT HER HEARTFELT, DOESN’T-EVEN-KNOW-ANYONE-ELSE-IS-WATCHING FEELINGS OF GRATITUDE THAT COMPELLED HER TO COME OUT HERE AND MAKE THIS SMALL BUT POWERFUL GESTURE. I’M JUST OUT HERE GETTING ALL PROFOUNDLY WORKED UP ABOUT STATUE MAINTENANCE AND THE HUMAN RACE. NEVER MIND. JUST IGNORE ME AND CARRY ON
holy shit. I was not even remotely prepared. you can’t just do that to me. you can’t just leave all these death flags on my lawn and then suddenly shift gears to show me the best of humanity in a chapter where I was expecting the worst. that fucks a person up lol
OH ARE WE STILL GOING
Tumblr media
my heart. you see that, All Might. your legacy is so much more powerful and meaningful than you think
...has. has Stain actually been giving All Might a pep talk this entire time
Tumblr media
I give up lol. this dude is a fucking enigma
YAYYY
Tumblr media
it may just be a metaphor panel, but I’ll take it lol. I missed them. nice to see the traffic light trio front and off-center. I know the whole “this is the story of how we all became the greatest heroes” thing had left some questioning whether certain characters would continue to play a central role in the narrative, and hopefully this will help to ease those concerns just a bit
anyway, so idk if it’s getting a bit chilly down there in hell, but damned if Stain didn’t just give an actual decent fucking speech
Tumblr media
I have to say, earlier when I was whining about All Might not having a support squad, I really was not expecting Stain to be the one to come over and pat his head and reassure him that he made the world a better place
-- okay LISTEN
Tumblr media
YOU CAN’T JUST COME INTO MY HOUSE AND HIT ME WITH THOSE ALL MIGHT TEARS AGAIN GODDAMMIT THIS ISN’T FAIR. my god. first 317 and now this
holy fucking shit
Tumblr media
“I’m just gonna pretend like I haven’t been stalking him for two days and didn’t see the entire Deku bentogate thing go down, and then I’ll give him the whole big speech that I rehearsed, and then I’ll turn around and be all ‘BUT IF YOU’RE A TRUE HERO’, and then I’ll toss him the super-secret AFO wifi password that I stole from Tartarus. god I’m such a badass. fucking give myself chills”
so basically what you’re telling me is that this whole time my “what’s up kids” characterization of Stain from this shitpost has actually been 100% accurate. just want to make sure I’m understanding this right. okay then
“and then I’ll dramatically spin around and be all NOW COME KILL ME BITCH”
Tumblr media
it must be so much fun to write Stain. drawing this coked-out maniac who talks like a chatbot that was trained to speak by reading Alan Moore monologues. that must be a trip
anyway so All Might is still crying, the awesome lady from chapter 92 is admiring her handiwork totally oblivious to the batshit insanity going on fifty meters to her right, and it’s finally stopped raining lol
Tumblr media
“THE RAIN WAS A METAPHOR YOU SEE” yes, yes, we got it lol. thanks for that Horikoshi. don’t think we needed any help putting the pieces together on that one but I appreciate the effort
so that’s the end! and as I mentioned in another post, I had the count off by one chapter, but next week should be cliffhanger week! so break out your U.A. Traitor bingo cards, friends and fiends. either that or something else happens that I’m completely not expecting at all. which, based on my success rate with Stain predictions, I’d say is more than likely lol
mmm but anyway, so now that the Hug Deku 2021 campaign has finally come to an end, what’s it gonna take to get a hug for my struggling bento-preparing jacket-rocking world-weary death-flag-waving husband who is the worthiest man to ever live and deserves the fucking world, goddammit

Alpha! Izuku Midoriya x Omega! Reader (Ft.Omega! Ochako)
ANd I saId AhHaHHAHHA AHHHAHHA
I SaID HeY WhaT’s GOiNg On~~~~
I’m as useless as the G in lasagna on this page I swear.
I also swear I’m super sorry for the inactivity but I’ve been going on hardcore isolation for four weeks (FUcK TruDEaU HaS A CaCTUs DILdO In My AsS) and I’m losing motivation fast, but I’ll try to get some asks done as soon as possible!
Anyway-
I now present my first attempt at a fic on this page-
Warning! Cheating and alpha heart break. Poor IzUwU.
Heartbreak kid
Tumblr media
He knew deep down that she wasn’t the omega for him. He knew it, his inner alpha knew it, hell, he was sure deep down, even she knew it. But something in them kept them together. Neither were sure as to what is was, but it raged like an angry forest fire in both of them, keeping them at each others side even if they knew that something- no, someone- was out there, just aching to be a better match.
Izuku knew he didn’t want to keep this relationship going, but the girl -He’d say omega, but that would imply his alpha viewed her as such, when in reality,it barely saw her as a person- was adamant on keeping him within arms reach. But lately, it’s taken such a turn, not even the alpha was sure he could keep up.
Her nest was no longer an acceptable zone, the male not even allowed within a fifteen feet radius of the nest of bed sheets and pillows, her purrs no longer rang throughout the room whenever he cuddled with her, hell, cuddling alone- something both alphas and omegas needed- was so rare, Izuku was shocked beyond words.
“Are you okay?”
The words broke his train of though as the sudden coldness of ink disappeared from his bicep. Bright (E/C) orbs peaked up at him, bangs of (H/C) intruding every so often before she brushed them away. Her scent was vanilla sweet and surrounded him so nicely, making purrs erupt from deep within his chest. Her own purrs echoed around him reciprocation, making his alpha yip in joy.
“I guess. Just thinking...”
The (H/C)ette hummed, resuming her work on his bicep. Somehow the omega below him convinced him to allow her to draw and doodle all over his arm, using skin safe markers of course, acting therapeutic in a way to both of them.
“About Uraraka?”
He nodded as his purrs immediately softened, nearly disappearing completely. The click of the marker cap shutting tightly rung through his ears but, he remained stoic, eyes tracing over line after line etching onto his arm. Beautiful orchids and leaves trailed up and down his upper arm, highlighting the muscles he worked so hard to get. She even went as far as incorporating the scars into part of the piece of work, making them look like veins trailing up and down the petals of a primrose- the centerpiece of the artwork. The peice was beautiful in every way, and if he could, he’d get it tattoo’d permanently. Hell, his inner alpha was debating buying a tattoo machine just so he could have it done permanently.
The soft hand on his un-inked arm brought his attention full circle once more, his emerald orbs snapping forward to meet (E/C) ones. Her facial features were lax and calm, and made him smile.  Her mouth moved but he couldn’t hear the words coming out of her mouth. He was too busy watching her facial features, how her eyes shined with whatever she was saying, brows raising in the cutest way, he barely even saw her stop talking.
“-Zuku? Izuku? Izuku!”
The alpha shook his head at the sound of his name, quickly flushing red as she giggled, waving him off as he furiously apologized. When he shyly asked her to repeat himself she did so with little hesitation. Thinking back, if he had done the same to his now girlfriend, she’d snap at him.
“I was saying that maybe you and Uraraka should have a movie night tonight. Maybe some time alone would do you both some good. I could help you set up!” Your smile was bright and it made Izuku’s inner alpha whimper at the thought of him and Uraraka alone. He wanted to have movie night with you. Laughing with you as you flawlessly recited lyric after lyric, holding you when the climax of the movie would hit and you would inevitably feel sympathetic for the main character, carrying you to bed after you fell asleep during the credits, cuddling with you until day break. All of these things were things he wanted to do with you. Not her.
Nodding, he followed you into the dorms (Both of you sitting on the outside porch for some fresh air), thinking back onto his relationship with the brunette. She had asked him to scent something for her about two months back, and he was overjoyed. His inner alpha couldn’t care less, as he had already seen you as his omega, but Izuku knew deep down he wouldn’t get that chance. You were gorgeous in every way and he adored you for your kind hearted attitude. He adored you. But that was a far away fantasy in his mind so he settled for Uraraka.
In the first few days, his alpha completely ignored the omega, only recently coming around to even think about her as a suitable omega; and then it was if a flip was switched and they were all back at square one. But this wasn’t his alpha’s fault. Uraraka changed completely, making even Izuku question if he wanted to keep the relationship going. And he was going to break things with her, but he didn’t have a reasonable excuse.
No matter, maybe he could rekindle this dying light with your help.
Or so he thought. Watching as your skipping form abruptly stopped at the kitchen entrance. His brows furrowed as his alpha pushed to the surface, immediately rushing to your side. His heart dropped at the sight.
Iida and Uraraka were hurriedly trying to clean themselves up, the appearance of you obviously disrupting their previous activities (Izuku shuddering at  thought of what that could be. But between their disheveled hair and clothes, he could make a pretty good guess). His alpha was snarling wildly and growling, begging to be let out and put that damned omega in her place. Playing with an alpha like that was shameful that in olden days, it was punishable by death.
But Izuku knew that would nothing but scare you, and he didn’t want that. So sucking up his tears and clearing his throat, he merely let the alpha relish in the look of horror that crossed their faces.  Clutching his hands into fists, he growled lowly before opening his mouth to speak. Yet the words he heard weren’t his.
They were yours.
“You pitiful excuse of an omega! How in the world could you even think about cheating on an alpha, let alone one as sweet as Izuku?!” You spat the words, snarling as you stepped forward, anger apparent in your words, actions and scent. “Your pathetic doing so! I’m so ashamed of your actions, you almost make me ashamed to be an omega. God, there aren’t enough words in any language to describe how inexcusable your actions have been, much less disgraceful.”
You snapped viciously before turning to face Iida. “And you! How could you do this to one of your best friends?! This is deplorable and surely is enough to tarnish the Iida family name don’t you think?!”
The shocked look the two gave you was enough for you to deem this a triumphant victory before pulling Izuku, who looked seconds away from breaking down to his room. You watched as he let the rivers upon rivers of tears escape the corners of his eyes, eventually leaving him to his own devices, as an angry and upset alpha was also an unpredictable one.
<>~<>~<>~<>
Five days. It had been five days since anyone had seen Izuku. You left him food by his door everyday for every meal, praying he was eating it. Since the stench of death wasn’t constantly wafting from his room, you would say he was.
You had been in his room once within those five days, hoping to collect the dishes he was obviously compiling. He let you in, but holy shit did he look like death hit him with an iron mallet. His hair was greasy and his shirt had stains all over it; eyes puffy from days of crying. It made your omega whine in agony. You ended up making him a makeshift nest that day before leaving with the dishes.
Right now, you were wishing you had stayed with him though. Recovery girl and Aizawa stood in front of you, each looking incredibly disappointed.
Uraraka had challenged you to a fight in the middle of the night, and with your omega still being incredibly angry at her, you didn’t get the chance to decline. It had been a long and tedious battle- mainly because she just wouldn’t give up- but you won in the end; with a price however.
Your eye was swollen and turning darker by the second and the bottom right of your lower jaw was bandaged, and you had numerous other bandages covering cuts all over your body (She had thrown you through a window).
“I’m sure you both realize how incredibly foolish this was-”
“Y/N!”
Your head snapped up at the sound of your name, green hair quickly entering your line of vision as a body collided with yours. Pain seared through your side but you pushed through it, just happy to see the alpha out of his room. Your omega purred loudly before you could stop it, Izuku holding you close to his chest, almost in fear of letting you go. A small cough from the male teacher behind you quickly made him let go, but he still kept a hand on your shoulder.
He sat silently as Aizawa dealt out reprimendments and  punishments, turning to you once more after he left.
If you thought he looked bad before, he looked much worse now. Bags set under his eyes, heavy and deep, and his eyes were much more bloodshot. Tear tracks reflected off of the light above you and you could see the nearly gone remnants of the drawing on his arm.
You didn’t get to ponder more on it before he laid his head on top of yours, hiccuping as his breaths came in short gulps of air. It didn’t seem as if he were crying, but you’ve been wrong before.
“Please. Never do that again. When I heard you got into a fight, I- I thought I had failed you again and you were seriously hurt.” His voice cracked, but his arms remained firm, keeping you tightly against him.
“What about me, Deku?” That very voice. The one that started this mess seemed to make Izuku grip you even tighter.
“What about you?” For a normally docile alpha, the growl that escaped him would send shivers down even Bakugo’s spine. You arms instinctively wrapped around the alpha’s ribs as you nuzzled into his chest. You know he’d never hurt you, but your omega would be damned if he wasn’t surrounding by his scent right this minute.
He purred lowly before turning his head to face the brunette beside you two, “I trusted you, Uraraka. And you broke that trust. As far as I’m concerned your nothing but a classmate right now. Maybe one day, we could rebuild a friendship, but I don’t see that day happening anytime soon. I may be partially to blame for trusting you so easily, but even then, cheating on me in downright implorable, even for a villain. You destroyed our friendship, destroyed our relationship and tried fighting Y/N. If you knew what was good for you, you’d shut up and leave me and my omega alone right now.”
Without another word, Izuku picked you up bridal style, quickly carrying you out of Recovery girl’s office.
Deep down, you both knew he wasn’t ready for a relationship just yet- it would take a while for him to get over the harsh reality of a heartbreak. But now, Izuku could look forward knowing you were there to help him on his journey, and when he was ready...
You’d be waiting with open arms and a smile on your face.

Typetober Day 5: most afraid of (Villain!Deku/Fuyu)
“It’s okay, you don’t have to be afraid you know. We’re not going to kill you.”
Fuyu said nothing. There wasn’t much that could be said with the cloth mouthpiece gagging her mouth and keeping her from doing anything silly like biting her own tongue to draw enough blood to get her out of this situation. She kept her eyes on the floor, refusing to meet his warm, emerald gaze.
Sweat dribbled down the corner of her brow, rolling across her cheek and down to her chin. She kept her breathing even. There was no point in freaking out. She’d spent enough energy thrashing and fighting before the entire entourage finally made their way into the dingy bar room to face her, tied up and gagged to a sleek metal chair.
Her blood bubbled up underneath her skin, pressing the thin thing separating it from the surface. Fuyu glared hard at the floor, hair spilling around her. His clean, polished shoes stood toe-to-toe with her grimy sneakers, bits of dried blood staining the tops.
“You sure about this one?” Dabi said from a barstool, swirling a glass. “Seems like a handful to me.”
“If Izu-kun says so then I believe in him~” Toga chirped, earning a smile from the fluffy haired teen in the center of the bar. “Besides, she’s cute!”
Shigaraki kept silent, leaning back into one of the chairs against the wall of the bar. His chapped, cracked face was almost serene, calmly watching the sight before him with half-lidded eyes, fingers lightly laced together save for his pinkies.
Let them run their shit. Fuyu decided. This fucking cult. Dumbasses. Whatever the hell they want. She didn’t even have anything to offer. What, heal a few wounds, help them if they got shot by a cop or beaten to a pulp by a hero? Nothing beyond that. Dead weight. She’d let them go on and on with their spheal, let him say all his fancy, soothing words and she’d figure a way out of this situation.
Fuyu tried not to think about her gloved hands, her tightly bound wrists and her ankles locked to the chair, anything to keep her from harming herself or drawing blood. She’d have to force it out. She could cut loose and then—
Then what?
Wait till they leave? That had to be her best option. She’d arm herself with a chair or whatever the hell she could find and fight her way out—
“I think you can help me, and I can help you.”
She flinched.
“I don’t like to do things that are useless in my eyes,” he said softly. Fuyu refused to look at him. “I tend to… overthink things, most of the time. It’s a bad habit of mine.”
Toga giggled. He smiled. “So you know then, right? That I didn’t bring you here for no reason.”
Fuyu huffed through the gag. He laughed, a light, soft sound. It betrayed the entire air this guy carried with him. All the way from the rooftop, all the way from those sparse, dangerous meetings and—
“And I think it’s a good start that you’re not very afraid of us,” he continued warmly. Fuyu snapped her head up at that, glaring daggers at him in disbelief. He beamed at the eye contact, expression glimmering in approval. Fuyu felt her stomach twist. “You’re not, aren’t you? I can tell.”
Fuyu heaved through her nose, twisting. Izuku continued to smile, crouching down to look up at her. “I know you, Fuyu.”
She glared at him in disgust. Izuku was deterred, smiling warmly. He reached one gloved hand up and Fuyu jerked away, seething at him through the gag. Izuku kept his hand in the air, letting it hover just above her knee.
“I know you more than you think,” Izuku continued. Here it is. This stupid spheal. They’re crazy. These villains, they’re crazy.
They’re all the same.
“You’re thinking it’s pointless for us to convince you to hear us out, right?” Izuku continued softly. Fuyu glared, keeping her expression vengeful. “That you don’t have anything to offer… you always think so lowly of yourself, don’t you?”
Her stomach wrenched. Fuyu planted her feet firmly against the floor, expression icy. Izuku smiled, warm as the sun, the corners of his eyes crinkling. The real terror was how someone like him could get away with an expression so gentle when it seemed everything about him was anything but.
“But I think you have everything to offer,” Izuku continued. “More than you could ever imagine. Do you know why?”
Fuyu rolled her eyes. Izuku grinned.
His hand gently touched her knee. Fuyu went rigid. Izuku lowered his eyes, stroking his thumb over the outside of her stockings, comfortingly leaving it there, as though to console her. Fuyu huffed, quick, angry breaths that he ignored, continuing in that soft, lulling voice—
“You think you’re too passive,” he said slowly. “For all your roughness, for all those fights you get into… you think you’re not passionate about anything, don’t you? You think you have no drive, and that makes you less than everyone else, lacking ambition, lacking passion… but that’s not true at all, Fuyu.”
Izuku looked up at her, smiling. “I think you just didn’t have the right thing to be passionate about.”
Fuyu jerked her knee away from him. Izuku reached for her bound hand instead, leaving it over hers. She growled, glaring daggers at him.
“Like that piece of shit who calls himself your father, right?”
Fuyu froze.
Everything went quiet. Her heart stilled. The room blurred—tatami and screen doors, the thick smell of blood and the cold kiss of metal and—
Him.
Rage flooded her heart, pooling into every inch of her. Fuyu kept frigid, staring with blazing, frenzied eyes at Izuku’s face.
Izuku made a small, pleased noise, squeezing her hand. Fuyu’s eyes grew warm, hot, burning as he stared at him.
“You see, we’re not like filth like him,” Izuku said kindly. “I’d very much like to do a few things to scum like that. That’s what we strive for, you know? Getting rid of people like that, tipping the scales, sewing… a bit of chaos in the order of this world. The way people are allowed to get away with their crimes, their ambitions and agendas and…”
Izuku smiled up at her, eyes twinkling. Fuyu breathed raggedly, chest rising and falling. She realized with a start she could see their strings, floating and drifting in their shades of red, frayed or thick or—
“I love the way your eyes look like that,” Izuku said softly. “But see, Fuyu, I think our intentions can align well… men like that, they never get what they deserve, isn’t that right?”
Fuyu tried to think about Aizawa. She tried to think about her grandparents. About anything else that might block out the truth of his words flooding through her system, about the tune he was strumming to a song riling up at her blood, threatening to break through skin and spill all her secrets.
“The system lets them get away,” Izuku whispered, leaning forward, past her, over the chair, and just by her ear. She felt his hair tickle her cheek. “Scot free, without a care in the world… but you know, we can do something about that.”
Fuyu felt the blood bubble up, flamed by rage.
“You can do something about that.”
Izuku turned his head, peeking at her almost childishly from the fluff of his mossy green bangs. Her eyes rigidly turned sideways, glowing a bright, furious ring of red as she returned his warm, approving gaze.
“Because I think you’re mad,” Izuku whispered. “So, so mad, aren’t you?” The black void in her chest opened its maws, threatening to swallow the thin, tiny precipice of peace she’d tried so stupidly to cling to. “You’re angry.”
Izuku reached up and cupped her face, turning it forward as he towered over her now. Fuyu breathed raggedly, muscles coiling, eyes burning and he smiled down at her as though she were the most beautiful masterpiece.
“And you’re not afraid of him,” Izuku said, reaching a hand up and letting her and his string float just above his palm. Visible only from the strain and the ferociousness of her Quirk activating, making it visible for everyone to see. “You’re not afraid at all because…”
Izuku smiled at her, eyes twinkling with mirth. Fuyu’s glowed red in fury, dark and trembling and shining like the prettiest stars he’d ever seen.
“The thing you’re most afraid of,” Izuku purred. “Is yourself, right?”
A knife sliced through the bounds on her hands. Fuyu’s fingers curled instantly into fists, biting into her palm and drawing blood.
“And what you know you can do.”

::in which Bakugou makes a mistake, Kirishima pays the price, but it all works out and the quirk is gone for good... right?::
+++++++++++++
Kirishima couldn’t help staring at the empty desk across the room. It was Monday, and Bakugou still hadn’t returned.
Over the weekend, Kirishima had periodically visited his best friend after meal times. That was when he seemed to be on his best behavior, but the quirk still sent him into frenzies at pretty random times. He’d been able to feel most of them coming. Most.
It appeared he was making some real progress. The claws, fangs and cat-like eyes hadn’t gone away yet, but he was acting more like himself each day, and the fits of rage grew less and less frequent. Until this morning, when Kirishima had decided to bring him breakfast.
Kirishima was already in his school uniform, having woken up a half hour early to go see the blond before class. He’d grabbed a protein bar on his way through the kitchen for himself, but for Bakugou he’d prepared a quick meal of home cooked eggs and vegetables. He was no chef like Bakugou, but after all the meals the blond had prepared for him, he figured he’d try to return the favor. He made sure to grab some of the spiciest seasonings and a bottle of sriracha sauce before heading out though.
Cementoss was the one stationed outside of Bakugou’s room today. He let Kirishima in without hassle, and Bakugou was simply lying on his bed, staring up at the white ceiling.
“Hey, hey, Katsuki!” he greeted him cheerily. Bakugou gave no response, no acknowledgement. “I’ve got breakfast, dude.”
It wasn’t until Kirishima was standing beside the cot and set the tray down on the bedside table with a small clink! that Bakugou stirred.
Before Kirishima could even register what was happening, Bakugou was on him, pinning him to the ground, claws at his throat. Kirishima hadn’t hardened fast enough, and he could feel the hot, sticky blood on the back of his head where it'd collided with the ground. The claws were already dug into the flesh of his neck. He struggled to get out a choked yelp in an attempt to alert Cementoss.
It must have worked, because the Pro Hero came bursting into the room. He surged forward and lifted Bakugou off of Kirishima like he was nothing more than a rabid puppy. Bakugou struggled against the hero’s grip, but he would’ve had better luck fighting a brick wall. Cementoss was sturdy and unyielding.
“Get out of here, Kirishima!” his teacher demanded of him.
Kirishima managed to climb to his feet and stumble out. He put pressure on his neck where it hurt worst, but blood almost immediately seeped through his fingers. He was horrified at how much poured down his arms after hardly a few moments. He could only stare at all the red that stained his shirt and sleeves.
“Kirishima?” asked Cementoss as he emerged from Bakugou’s room. “What are you still doing here? You need to get to Recovery Girl.”
Kirishima couldn’t seem to move. His feet were glued in place, his eyes trained through the window to stare at Bakugou as he curled in on himself. His entire frame was shaking, and he buried his face into his pillow to hide it.
“Kirishima, can you hear me?” Cementoss was asking, but the teenager wasn’t listening. His brain was too busy screaming at him to get back to Bakugou, to tell him it’s okay, to beg him not to cry.
He stepped up to the door, trying to pry it open but unable to without the keycard to grant him access inside. Cementoss put a hand on his shoulder, pulling him away from the door as gently as he could, but he had to use more force when Kirishima fought against his hold.
“Please! Please, I—fuck! Katsuki!”
Everything became a blur after that. He remembered Cementoss delivering him to Recovery Girl, who looked panicked at the sight of all the blood. She was quick to heal him and wrap up his wounds. She’d wrapped bandaging all around his neck and some around his head. She decided he had a mild concussion and needed four staples where he’d bashed his head open. Bakugou’s claws had gone deep enough into his throat to have cut his larynx, so she said to avoid speaking as much as possible at least for the rest of the day. After all said and done, she told him he wasn’t allowed to leave until he’d gotten some rest.
But he couldn’t sleep. He had so much going on in his mind, his brain wouldn’t allow such a foreign concept as sleep. After a couple hours she let him go, but she made it known she preferred he didn’t go back to school until tomorrow due to the concussion.
But he couldn’t just sit in his room and dwell on his thoughts. He knew the teachers wouldn’t let him back in to see Bakugou so soon, and he needed something to distract him. So he went back to the dorms and showered, changed into a fresh uniform, and headed to class.
Everyone was obviously surprised to see him, Aizawa included. Kirishima took notice of the way their eyes caught on the bandaging around his neck that peeked out of the collar of his uniform, but no one said anything as he made his way to his seat.
And he spent the whole hour staring at Bakugou’s empty seat, not a word of Aizawa’s lecture reaching his ears.
Once the bell eventually rang, signaling lunch, the Bakusquad was surrounding him faster than he could even close his textbook.
“Kiri, babe, I don’t want to sound like that person, but you look like shit,” Ashido offered. “What happened?”
“We heard you went to visit Bakugou this morning and he attacked you again,” Kaminari explained.
Sero’s expression was full of pity. “Yeah, man, are you seriously okay?”
Kirishima gave them an O-K, then signaled to his throat with a shake of his head. He grabbed his notebook and wrote out Can’t talk yet. Nicked my vocal chords.
Ashido looked horrified. “He tried to rip your throat out? Seriously?!”
“Dude, that’s so messed up.” Sero shook his head and folded his arms. “Even under a quirk, you’d think he’d have enough self control not to nearly slit his best friend’s throat.”
Kirishima choked. It hurt, but he couldn’t help it. Hot tears leaked down his cheeks, and he could only bury his face in his sleeve to keep his friends from seeing him crying. He felt so unmanly.
“K-Kirishima?” Kaminari gasped. “Whoa! Are you alright?”
“Shit, Kirishima, I’m sorry!” Sero apologized. “That was really insensitive of me to say. I’m sorry, man.”
“It’s okay,” he tried to say, but his voice was horrifically gravelly and much too quiet for anyone else to understand. On top of the pain his throat was in, he could feel a marble forming in it, threatening to choke him. He had to get himself under control.
Ashido pulled him into a hug then. The effect was almost immediate. He relaxed in her grip, leaning into her and turning his head into her shoulder.
“Kirishima,” came Aizawa’s voice then. The redhead turned to see his teacher standing a few rows of desks ahead of the group, hands in his pockets and face expressionless. “A word in private, please.”
Kirishima slumped. He was about to get chewed out. Ashido tightened her embrace reassuringly before slipping away. “We’ll wait for you in the hallway so we can head to lunch together.”
He nodded his thanks, and the group retreated. Aizawa sighed once the door was closed behind them. “I just spoke to Recovery Girl. You shouldn’t be here.”
Kirishima looked down at the floor. He wasn’t sure how to reply, considering he couldn’t verbally answer anyway.
“Listen,” Aizawa continued, lowering himself onto his haunches to be level with Kirishima, “I can’t say I know what you’re feeling right now. But I can tell you I know what Bakugou is feeling. I spoke with him this morning after the incident. He wouldn’t say it out loud, but he was taking it really hard. He was pretty devastated, actually. I’m sure he’d like to see you and know that you’re okay. Would you like to see him?”
Kirishima stared up at Aizawa with big eyes. He nodded vigorously, and Aizawa chuckled softly at that.
“Alright, kid. Not until after you’re fully healed though. Seeing you like this would only make him feel worse.”
He stood again, stretching his back and Kirishima heard a few quiet pops of his joints. He pointed to the door with his thumb as he folded his arms. “Get out. You’re excused from classes for the day. If you’d like, I can give you your homework now, but I want you resting. Don’t come to classes until tomorrow.”
Kirishima nodded. He’d take the leave of absence if it meant he could visit Bakugou again. He stuffed his books in his bag and headed for the door, giving Aizawa a nod of thanks before dipping out.
Ashido, Sero, and Kaminari were waiting for him like they’d promised, but they looked caught off guard by his sudden change in attitude.
“Whoa, uh, you okay, man?” Sero asked.
He gave a thumbs up and flashed one of his toothy smiles.
“What did Aizawa do to you?” Ashido questioned, a lop-sided smile growing on her lips.
Kaminari cocked his head. “Yeah, Aizawa isn’t the type of guy to strike me as ‘uplifting’. Usually people leave his presence feeling worse.”
Kirishima shook his head with a smile meant to put them at ease. He tried his best to signal he was heading back to the dorms, but he was sure he just looked like an idiot waving his arms around. When the others only scrunched their eyebrows, he just pointed in the direction of the dorms.
Ashido’s mouth formed an ‘O’ and she nodded her approval. “Get some rest, Kiri. We’ll stop by and visit later! ‘Kay?”
He gave another thumbs up, then waved goodbye as he sauntered off.
Once in his dorm and changed into jogging pants and a tee shirt, he truly did try to fall asleep, thinking maybe it would help time go by faster. He ended up just staring at the ceiling for two hours. He attempted to get some of the homework done, but without Bakugou’s usual help, he was hopeless.
Finally, he decided to head into the common area and crash on one of the sofas, playing some cheesy American action film on the TV. He snuggled up under a layer of blankets with a bowl of ice cream and watched as two burley men duked it out on the small screen.
He must have fallen asleep, because the next thing he knew he was blinking awake at the sight of a few of his classmates above him.
“Hello, Kirishima,” said Yaoyorozu, a sheepish smile on her soft face. “Sorry to wake you. We wanted to make sure you were alright. We let you sleep for a while, but it’s dinner time.”
He wiped some drool off his chin. Ugh, how embarrassing. He blinked the sleep out of his eyes, then noticed Iida standing beside her with a tray in his hands.
“We thought you might be hungry,” Iida said with a kind smile. “Aizawa informed us you weren’t quite eating solid foods just yet, so we have some miso soup, and chocolate pudding for dessert.”
Yaoyorozu produced a small table from beneath her shirt and helped him prop it up over his lap. Iida set the tray down, and Kirishima felt his mouth water at the smell of the soup. His stomach growled almost comically loud. He winced, but the two only laughed.
“Glad to help, Kirishima,” Yaoyorozu smiled pleasantly. “Also, I made you some chamomile tea with honey. That’s always best for a sore throat.”
He grabbed the tea cup off his tray and took a small sip. It was delicious! It tasted just like his moms always made it whenever he was sick.
He cleared his throat and voiced a hoarse reply. “Thank you, guys.”
“No need to thank us,” said Iida. “Aspiring heroes should always be there for one another when they’re in need of a little help. Please, if you need anything, don’t be afraid to ask. Yaoyorozu and I would be pleased to help.”
He nodded his gratitude, and they left him to eat his meal in peace. The quiet didn’t last once his band of juveniles were passing through and saw him up and awake. Ashido squealed, and Sero and Kaminari were hot on her heels.
“Kiri, you’re up!” she squeaked, plopping down on the couch beside him. “Feeling better?”
“Much,” he answered. His voice was rough, like he’d just finished a long night of screaming at a heavy metal concert. He was just thankful to be able to speak at all and with almost no pain. At this rate, Aizawa might let him in to see Bakugou tonight!
“So, are you mad at Bakugou about what happened?” Sero asked then.
Kirishima shook his head. He didn’t want to strain his voice more than he had to.
“Good. I’d hate to see you guys stop being best friends over an accident that happened because of a quirk. And I’m really sorry about what I said earlier. It wasn’t true, and I know Bakugou would never hurt you on purpose.”
“It’s okay, Sero,” Kirishima said through a mouthful of pudding. “You were mad. I say things I don’t mean when I’m mad too.”
“How much longer do you think this quirk will last?” Kaminari asked. “I’m actually starting to miss all of Bakubro’s yelling and screaming. Especially his cooking.”
“What I wouldn’t give for a bowl of his curry right now,” Ashido said dreamily.
“I’m going to see if I can visit him again after dinner,” Kirishima explained, “but I need to see Recovery Girl first to get the OK.”
“Ooh! Please tell Baku we miss him.”
He laughed at her pouty lips and puppy dog eyes. “I’ll make sure he knows.”
The three chattered for a while about school and quirk training and all kinds of gossip as Kirishima finished his soup and listened in. He wished Bakugou was there more than ever. Sometimes when they hung out in the common room, he’d let Kirishima lean on him, and once even allowed the redhead to use his lap as a pillow. Kirishima was always a very touchy kind of guy—it was a part of his love language and how he showed affection. Bakugou would never admit he appreciated it too, but Kirishima could read him like an open book. Underneath his hard exterior, Bakugou was human like everyone else.
A little later into the evening, Recover Girl was happy to see his wounds had nearly healed over the course of the day, just little pink scars left that should disappear by morning and a scratchy throat that wasn’t giving him enough pain to bother him. She removed the staples in his head, checked his pupillary responses again, then planted another kiss on his forehead for good measure, but she said with Aizawa’s supervision she’d allow Kirishima to go see Bakugou tonight.
He just about ran all the way to the holding cells. Aizawa looked him over and must have deemed the teenager worthy, because with a sigh he swiped his keycard without saying a word.
Kirishima stepped into the room with a smile plastered to his face. After this morning and spending his whole day worrying about how Bakugou must be feeling, it was a massive weight off his chest to finally be here.
Bakugou was lying on his side in his bed overtop of the sheets. He had his back to Kirishima and didn’t make any efforts to look and see who it was entering his room. For a second, Kirishima wondered if he was sleeping.
“Katsuki,” he said, taking a couple steps forward.
That got him moving. He shot up and spun on Kirishima, shock clear across his face. “What the hell are you doing here?”
Kirishima shrugged. “I’m here to see my best bud. I wanted to make sure you were okay.”
“Me? You wanted to make sure I’m okay? Are you a fucking moron?”
The redhead only took another step forward. “That had to be scary for you this morning.”
“Tch. Kirishima, I almost fucking killed you.”
“Eijirou.”
Bakugou glared at him. “What?”
“Call me Eijirou. This morning hasn’t changed anything.”
Bakugou clenched his fists tight enough that his knuckles were white. He bared his teeth, and it was in that moment Kirishima noticed two things.
“Your fangs are gone! And your claws!”
All the tension in his body seemed to drain at once. Bakugou blinked a few times, then held his open palms in front of him. He looked up at Kirishima, his eyes no longer slit like that of a cat’s.
“Your eyes too! Katsuki, I think the quirk has worn off!”
Bakugou stood, his expression sinking. His head drooped and he held his face in his hands. Kirishima surged forward when he noticed his shoulders begin to tremble.
He wrapped his arms around Bakugou, holding him close as he cried. Bakugou burrowed his face into the crook of Kirishima’s neck and returned the hug.
“What’s wrong, Katsuki?” Kirishima asked in a gentle voice. “I thought you would’ve been happy?”
“I am,” Bakugou answered with a choked sob. “I’m just—relieved.”
Kirishima traced soothing circles into his back. “It’s okay, man. Let it out.”
He took a shaky breath. “I’m sorry I’m so fucking weak.”
“What? You’re not weak. You’re the manliest guy I know, Katsuki. The bravest, strongest, most heroic man I’ve ever known.”
“I-I didn’t want you to see me like this.”
Kirishima shushed him. “It’s alright. You don’t have to be embarrassed. This is what friends are for.”
“Friends,” Bakugou echoed. There was a strange undertone in his voice that Kirishima couldn’t quite pinpoint.
“Best friends.”
Kirishima tightened his embrace, wishing Bakugou saw him as something a little bit more.

Cuddles and Confessions | Todoroki x Busty!Reader
Request: The reader has a nature quirk and was training with Recovery Girl. Shoto fell in love with the reader when she was helping him with his injuries, he doesn't know that reader also likes him too. The girls in 1-A caught how the two would always share a loving gaze at each other and decided to make both of them confess. That's all I could describe and you can add anything you like, also you can add a smut in the story if you can.
The reader is quite shy about her chest area because it's too big( like Momo's), but Shoto loves to rest his head on it like a pillow.
Tumblr media
Warnings: Smut and fluff, Mineta being Mineta
Part 2
Todoroki scowls behind the hand he holds to his face. The half hot and cold user doesn’t understand why Aizawa would send him to the nurse over a simple nosebleed rather than let him continue training. Less he understands why Mineta, a boy he’s almost positive doesn’t like him besides as competition, would trip over himself to unnecessarily escort him to said office.
All becomes clear when the shorter boy impatiently swings open the door and sings out for the young girl pouring over books at Recovery Girl’s desk. “(Name)-chan!”
You along with Recovery Girl lift your heads at the greeting. Though, the one Mineta calls (Name) gasps out at the rush of blood that finally overtook the tissue he had gotten. You stand up, ignoring and for lack of better words running over Mineta as you hurry to see the injury.
Now, Todoroki completely gets it.
Reasonably pretty with dramatic curves highlighting your bust puts you right up that shameless pervert’s alley.
“What happened to you!” you speak out, and Todoroki steps back to get away from your sudden intrusion on his personal space while you finally notice the other human you knocked over after his weak complaint of how cruel it is for you to ignore him. “Oh, hello, Mineta, what are you doing here,” you say bluntly before drawing your eyes back to the boy with an actual wound.
“I’m hurt! You should give me a kiss!” Mineta begs, pointing to his now bruised head where you knocked him over, and you cringe slightly before your sensei pulls him up into her own arms.
“I’ll take care of this one,” she instructs and grabs onto the little pervert for you, “you can handle the Todoroki boy.”
You nod as Mineta squirms in a too tight hold before pulling Todoroki by the non-bloodied hand towards the bed. You let him settle down on it while you pull on a glove. “Can you put your hand down for me?” you request. When he does, the blood floods freely down his face. “Wow, whoever hit you really knocked ya good, like bam!” you tease, pumping your fist towards him, and he frowns slightly.
“I didn’t get hit. It’s just dry.”
“Sure, I believe you!” you answer to spare his ego while he squints slightly since you obviously did not believe him.
”I don’t need to be here. It’s just a nosebleed, it’ll stop on its own in a few minutes,” he says, getting up and preparing to leave right there before you interrupt.
He’s obviously one of those tough guys. If you had a dime for every one of them you met at this school, you’d be a rich bitch. “There’s no reason to walk around with a bloody face when I can just fix you up right here. More importantly, I’m not going to let you. So please sit!” you say, hold onto his shoulders, and push him back down onto the mattress. He supposed he can’t get out of this one and to just get it over with.
”Now, can you tilt your head?” you question, pausing him when he tries to tilt his head back. “Not back, it just makes the blood go down your throat when you do that.”
He nods and holds his head down for you as you lean over to get a better look. He gets a clear shot to look down your shirt from this position, the top button undone and offering a view full breasts bound by a bright colored bra. Lingering there, he has the passing thought about just how round and fluffy they look. He holds away his blush easily enough and shifts his gaze up to your face without a word.
“I don’t think it’s broken,” you finally conclude after a few careful pokes and prods.
“Because it’s not an impact injury,” he reminds you. You finally accept his story and give a slim smile.
“Sorry, but I kind of have to kiss you now okay?” You say, and this time he can’t stop the slight red that does come to his cheeks.
“Excuse me?” Todoroki interrupts slightly miffed at and doubtful of the suggestion.
Sensing the agitated aura, you clear your throat and explain, “It’s uhm...it’s just part of the job,” you say, not really being fond of this yourself in some cases like the purple boy. You quickly cup his cheeks to force him to look at you, only to hesitate when he stares at you.
His eyes are so pretty.
You smile and press your lips to his forehead.
Cue inner panic as he tries to process how close you are and the calming sensation of your quirk that plays opposite the frantic beating in his chest. He clenches at the sheets under him, palms sweating as you pull away and wipe away the remaining blood with a firm but careful touch.
"Done," you say. "How does it feel?"
“It healed,” he remarks, amazed that your kiss actually did as you said.
“See that wasn’t so bad! Definitely better than waiting it out,” you reply and jokingly add, ”mainly because I like to think I'm a half decent kisser."
He flushes. You weren't entirely wrong. Your lips were so soft and smooth, no roughness to them at all. Not that he'd say it. Before he can respond to your joke, Recovery Girl cuts you off. Thank All Might for that. “Aren’t you forgetting something?”
“Uh...oh! Right, right!” you frantically say as you look around the random drawers and desks. You finally pick out what you were searching for, a bright colored lollipop. “Would you like some can—where the heck did he go?” you question to the surprisingly empty space on the bed.
“You took too long as always, if you have time to flirt—”
“I wasn’t!”
“—you have time to remember where things are,” Recovery girl sighs and releases her patient as well before glancing over to you with a scowl, “For the love of—fix your clothes girl before you have an accident.”
“Ah! Why didn’t you tell me sooner!” you whine and adjust your buttons. You lament why she felt the need to torture you in front of the cute ones while Todoroki was dealing with his own problems back in class.
He couldn’t stop his heart from racing, cursing inside his own head for the new distraction to his training. Lust isn’t usually a problem for him since it's rarely on his radar to think about the fairer or less fairer sex for that matter, but he can’t stop re-imagining your chest in his mind, the kiss against his skin, and how’d both would feel together against him.
“Todoroki-san, are you alright? Your nose is bleeding again,” a classmate randomly points out to him, one that he can’t quite remember their name, but he nods all the same while quickly wiping away the new stain.
“I’m fine.”
“This is going to be annoying,” he thinks as he looks at the new smear of red on his hands. It’s then that he decides to do his best to avoid ever going to first aid again.
Life had other plans.
The last match of the sports festival is like a blur. The only thing he remembers is a hard impact before it all got hazy. The next is your vaguely familiar voice, calling to him; this incredible comfort from you cradling him, carefully running your hands on the back of his head; and Bakugo lying flat on the ground under Midnight before the world went black again.
When he opens his eyes, it’s to blaring lights that only dull in comparison to you leaning over him.
“He’s awake! Hey, Granny, he woke up!” You sound so incredibly happy about that and your eyes are a little red like you’ve been crying. The idea was a bit ridiculous since you didn’t really know each other.
“I told you he’d be fine, didn’t I?” your teacher responds, and you pout.
“But his head looked so bad! I couldn’t help it!” you complain, eyes watering a bit more.
“Stop blubbering. First Midoriya, Uraraka, and now this. People count on you to keep your calm as a healer. If you’re panicking, they’ll panic.”
Y-Yes, ma’am,” you sigh then furrow your brows as you drop your head. Todoroki stares, finding the drop from your happy expression oddly disheartening considering what he's been through.
Sighing, she smiles sweetly at you. "I'm sorry, dear. It's not your fault, I honestly didn't expect this when I put you in charge of the first years. Usually they're pretty tame, but this class is a lot stronger than usual. You've been doing a good job to keep up at this level. I know I can be a little mean, but it's because I just want you to improve so pick your chin up."
You smile softly. "Yes, ma'am. Thank you," you say before you notice her holding onto some restraining cloth. “Don’t tell me you’re going with that where I think you’re going? That’s just mean...”
Recovery girl nods in agreement before smiling bitterly. “It can’t be helped.”
You shake your head as she leaves the room. “(Name)," you perk your head up, "mind telling me what happened—I can’t really remember all too well. I know both Bakugo and I were out of bounds.”
You frown slightly. “Well, Bakugo’s attack knocked you out or well your ice did too when you tried to stop the blow back, I guess...and he didn't really want to accept that so Midnight had to knock him out.”
“So, I lost.”
“Afraid so, but you got second!” you say a little cheerfully, and he sighs as he tries to force down the remaining thoughts about his family for now before moving to leave. “Wait, you shouldn’t move now!”
“Isn’t there a reward ceremony I should go to?” he asks even if it’s one of the last things he wants to do right now.
“Well, yes, but—“
“GET THAT DAMN MUZZLE AWAY FROM ME! I'M NOT A FUCKING DOG!"
Todoroki scowls. "Is that-"
“Yeah...they thought it would be best to separate the two of you,” you laugh and nervously rub the back of your head, “Anyway, I’m sure you’re tired since you had to fight so much so take some time to rest. If anyone asks, I’ll just lie and tell them that you’re still a little woozy," you say, holding your index finger to your lips in a "hush, hush" manner.
Todoroki nods, allowing himself to accept the kindness you freely offer. “Thank you.”
“You’re welcome!” you chirp.
Todoroki curls back onto the bed as you go to check on a second-year also sent into first-aid for a minor injury. He sets his head back against the pillow, trying to collect his thoughts that last match. In all the jumbled mess, there’s still a slim memory breaking through of you when you held him, and he remembers how safe it had felt in the moment, like the fighting was finally over when you held him. Finally, he could recall what you were saying to him in that moment: it was going to be okay. He sighs and spares another glance your way, and when you catch it, you smile.
That look, sunny and encouraging and brimming with this expression of dismissed concern and absolute relief over him, is one of the very few good things about today. He thinks that maybe he wouldn't mind seeing it again sometimes, if that was an okay excuse to visit outside of injuries.
Todoroki frowns, clutching his hand over his chest as he hurriedly looks back up at the ceiling.
For some reason, his heart is racing again.
Just great.

“I can’t stand forest lodges,” Kaminari yawns and stretches his arms behind his head as the class waits to board the bus. “Goodbye, school; goodbye, wifi; goodbye, society.”
“I don’t see why you’re complaining, Kaminari,” Sero interrupts with a pat to his shoulder and points his attention towards Todoroki. “We all know Todoroki is going to miss school more than anybody.”
The topic of conversation looks up, escaping his thoughts and blinking in confusion at the two boys talking about him.
“He’s just so accident prone, I don’t see how he’ll survive in the woods.”
“Oh, you’re right.” Kaminari says loudly, glancing at Todoroki to make sure he’s a part of the conversation now. "I remember a time when Midoriya used to go to first-aid all the time, and now it's Todoroki. I guess it must be contagious."
“Can you blame him when every sneeze is an excuse for him to see his girlfriend,” Sero snickers.
“It isn’t like that...she’s a friend,” he corrects.
Sero winces. “Ouch, I hope you let her know that ‘cause I don’t think she’s on the same page as you, buddy.”
Playfully, Kaminari shakes his head. “Don’t worry, man, I’m sure she’ll find some other guy to keep her company now that Todoroki isn’t there to scare them off.”
Todoroki grimaces, his mouth suddenly filling with a bad taste. He’s sure you wouldn’t but—
“Enough already, stop teasing him and get on the bus,” Momo scolds as she boards the bus by a quickly following Ochaco.
Purposely bumping into his arm, Ochaco agrees with the boys. “It’s okay to admit that you’re in love with her!”
“I’m not in love with (Name),” he states bluntly.
“Is that so?” she asks skeptically, and Todoroki pauses as her eyes twinkle. He knows that look--she's thinking something to get him, he just knows it. “Fine, then, describe her to me.”
Todoroki furrows his brow. “What do you mean? You know her well enough.”
“But, how would you describe her if you were talking to a stranger, someone who didn’t know her?”
He rolls his eyes. “What’s the point of this?”
“Just do it!"
Sighing, he thinks about the words that first come to mind when he sees you. “She’s loud…talkative,” he begins, stating the obvious. “Very kind and helpful,” he says before moving on to your physical aspects. Several words come to mind, pretty being one along with your shape, your height and hair color being the others, but he settles on the fact that you’re always joking around, and his eyes soften as he smiles faintly at the thought, “and she has a really big smile.”
“Yep, you’re in love,” Ochaco states with a giggle, and Todoroki scowls. The freaking she-devil. “She likes you, too.”
“What gives you that idea?” Todoroki monotonously questions, walking onto the bus and taking a seat across the aisle from her.
“Well, besides that little smile you had there. You’re always extra sweet to her, and you talk way more with her, not to mention you always get that puppy-eyed look when she’s around. It’s pretty cute actually!”
“Not about me, Uraraka,” he interrupts, about to completely ignore her if she continued with his more obvious hints.
“I was getting to that,” she chides, “(Name)-chan is always fussing over you or trying to sit next to you at lunch! She even made you a bento for heaven’s sake!”
“Isn’t that what friends do?”
“I mean, well, yes, but girls just have a sense for these kinds of things!” Ochaco dismisses.
“And you’re sure?” Todoroki questions, neither denying or accepting Ochaco’s correct insinuation that he liked you.
“Double sure!”
“I think you should, I just got this feeling she’d accept, you know!” Kirishima suddenly adds in, leaning over Todoroki’s seat from behind.
Todoroki sighs. He supposes everyone is in on his love life now. If he had one, of course. He does.
“Speak of the Devil! Guess it’s Todoroki’s lucky day after all,” Kirishima remarks, taking a glimpse out the window to see you waving and speedily jogging up to the bus.
“HEY, AIZAWA-SENSEI, SEKIJIRO-SENSEI, THE OLD LADY AND I ARE HERE! SORRY, WE’RE LATE!”
“Who are you calling old!?” Todoroki glances out the window just in time to see Shuzenji popping you on the knee with her cane, and you stumble to grab your wounded bone.
“Ow...why!?” you gasp as Recovery Girl boards with class 1-B, and you ungracefully hop to Class 1-A’s bus.
“Holy…” Mineta mumbles, his own personal bouncing and swishing sound effects going off in his head. He wipes up his drool before pushing Kaminari towards the aisle. “Get up!”
“He-Hey! What are you doing!?”
“Just move it, I’m not missing this opportunity!” The purple boy states as you shuffle further down the bus lane. He already got rejected by one pretty black haired girl, now he wasn't going to lose his second chance for a two-piece, aka breasts and thighs. He finally pushes the blond out the seat from him, and Kaminari grumbles and sits next to Kirishima. “Hey, (Name), why don’t you sit over here, it’s warm for you,” Mineta sleazily offers, patting on the seat next to him, and he thinks he’s home free as you look over to his side of a bus and a smile spreads on your face. “Score! Come to me (Name)!”
You don’t pay any mind to the grape, rushing two more rows down from him. “Shouto!”
“Good morning, (Name)," Todoroki replies calmly.
You fidgeted your fingers a little, nodding to the empty aisle seat. ”Do you mind if I sit next to you?”
“Go ahead, it’s free.”
“Of course girls like Momo and (Name) would like pretty boys like Todoroki. Life is so unfair…” Mineta weeps in a new depression, his world crumbling.
“Can we sit next to you, too, Shouto~?” Kaminari whispers behind him, and Shouto huffs while you’re too busy setting down your things to notice the teasing.
“Thanks, I'm so glad I got to come with you guys, this trip is going to be so much fun!” you smile, and he forces his gaze ahead as to not blush.
“I think so, too, (Name)! Right, Todoroki?” Kirishima tries to help, but it only serves to make everyone else knowingly laugh a little.
Todoroki decides it would be best for his soul to leave his body or he’ll never make it through this trip alive.
A couple minutes go by on the bus trip, with Aizawa promising a stop each hour, not that anyone cared since everyone is too busy goofing off. It’s amazing that anyone could manage to fall asleep, yet Todoroki always manages to surprise you as he closes his eyes and leans his head back to sleep.
You spare a glance at him every now and then between talking to Ochaco beside you and Mina and Toru in front of you. Then, a bump in the road stops your discussion as Todoroki grumbles in his sleep. He slouches deeper into his seat and comfortably leans his head against your arm and the side of your breast.
Flabbergasted, you clam up and fight down the hotness that tries to flood your cheeks.
Why would he even—
“Aw, isn’t that just precious?” Ochaco giggles and the two girls in front of you giggle.
“You’re such a dirty girl, (Name), making your move while he’s asleep,” Mina teases. “I didn’t think you had it in you.”
“Wait! It isn’t what it looks like! He did it on his own,” you whisper and try to carefully shrink away from him, but he only slides down further to completely rest against your chest. “Eep!”
“But you like it! You’re glowing!” Toru says, and an invisible finger pokes at your cheek.
“Will you all be quiet!? He could wake up any second,” you lowly hiss.
“Good, then you can tell him you like him when he does,” Jiro adds on from behind Ochaco as she and Momo glance over to you.
“Does everyone know?” you gasp, and Momo nods.
“Basically, well, except for Todoroki-kun, apparently.”
You groan and use your free hand to face plant into. “Ugh…He probably just ignores it.”
“No…he’s honestly that dense, (Name)…” Kaminari comments. “It’s actually pretty impressive.”
You sigh. “What if you’re wrong, and I embarrass myself?”
“You won’t! Just find a romantic spot once we get to the lodge and confess!” Ochaco encourages.
“Mrm…maybe." You groan. Glancing back at the boy leaning into you, you nervously hum. "Let's just see when we get there, first," you think.
 ---
“I’m so tired!” you groan and fall on your butt in the dirt. You didn’t realize camp meant training camp with cat people.
“Healer’s are rare, even rarer ones who can fight. So, I want you to train closely so you can become a battle medic.”
You sigh. Honestly, sometimes Shuzenji is so sweet and other times you’re sure she wants you dead. Worse yet, you still haven’t confessed to Todoroki. You had plenty of chances to do so but it always failed for one reason or another, usually by the fault of one of your oblivious classmates.
“You’ve gotten a lot stronger since you last trained with us.”
Surprised, you blink up at Todoroki standing over you. “You think so?” you ask hopefully, and he nods.
Trying to remain humble and avoid looking like a dork, you hold in the need to smile. “Thanks! You looked pretty good over there too!” Definitely, he did. Both with his quirk and sweating through a tank top, with strong biceps on display and stocky build hugged by his shirt. Pushing those thoughts away, you glance back over to his training zone where the pot is stone cold. “Although, it looks like they’re trying to cook you rather than train you.”
“It helps regulation,” he says, noticing your own equal amount of sweating. Then, he finally pays attention to the light jacket you’re wearing. “Aren’t you hot in that?”
“A little, but I’m fine, really,” you answer, but in truth, you don’t really like the attention summer clothes bring to, well, places.
“Here,” he says, offering his right hand to you. You grab it, letting him pull you up to your feet as cold chills over you at the same time to cool you down.
You smile softly. “Thanks…”
You let the silence take place as he still holds onto your hand, wrapping your entire hand up soothingly. Hand crusher, you thought not. It’s a perfect opportunity to tell him you liked him. You almost do before he quickly drops your hand and turns away. “Come on, we should get cleaned and start lighting the fires for dinner,” he says monotonously and leads the way towards the lodge.
You frown. He’s completely unfazed or so you thought.
“(Name),” he says, stopping. You almost ran into him because of how sudden it was. He looked at you, face barely having a noticeable change in shade as he averts his gaze from you and anxiously strokes his thumb along his pants pocket.
“What’s up?” you ask, swallowing thickly as he switches to look at you with this deep gaze that has you near about the burst.
Too bad he loses his nerve to say what he wanted to and settles calmly on, “What are you in the mood to eat?”
“Oh...” you frown, dropping your head a little as you kick the dirt at your feet. “Noodles maybe? I’m not picky though,” you reply.
Ochaco places her fists on her hips while Mina pouts at the scene that just played out. “They need help,” she whispers to Mina.
“Right…this is just getting painful,” she agrees before perking up. “I got an idea,” she announces and quickly whispers into Ochaco’s ear who nods along with her explanation.
“You sure that’s a good idea?”
Mina laughs. “Well, no, but I’m sure Todoroki will forgive us at the end of the day!” she says hopefully and pushes Ochaco to help her go talk to class B.
Just after your bath, you go up to your room at the request of your teacher for some last-minute training for whatever reason. When you got to the room, you somehow got roped into a conversation about yourself and your “sort of” boyfriend. Sometimes she really acts like your own grandma, especially when two girls come to her to expose your crush and talk her in on their little plan while you were still bathing.
“When I was your age, it took me less time to go through three boys in the time it’s taken you to get one,” she replies with a short laugh, as you bury your head into your pillow to try to block her out.
“It’s not my fault! I just can’t figure out how to get him to notice me in that way,” you explain once again while a knock suddenly comes from the door. Shuzenji shakes her head, patting the back of your leg before walking to the door.
“You always make everything difficult. I know his family, and I know the way he acts, but he’s still a teenaged boy, if you really want him to notice so badly just use what your parents gave you.”
“W-What!?”
“You just have to pretty yourself up a little more like me,” she suggests. “Everyone wants to walk me home,” she says, and you have no idea if she’s serious or not.
“Seriously?”
“Of course, you think I carry this cane around for my health?” she chuckles and finally opens the door.
You gape. “Granny don’t answer the door when you’re saying things like that!”
“Hello, (Name), Shuzenji-san!” Mina greets. Your eyes widen as you see both her and Ochaco supporting a limp Todoroki between the two of them. “Are you two busy?”
“Todoroki-san, what happened to him?” Recovery Girl “questions” concerned.
“He just spent too long in the hot springs so he’s a little dizzy,” Ochaco hastily explains. The truth is they just sucker shot him with someone’s quirk on his way out the Hot springs, but you didn’t need to know that. “Do you think he can rest it off here? It should only be for a few minutes.”
“Of course, (Name)-chan, why don’t you sit him on the bed?”
“Oh, okay!” you agree as the two girls drag him in and basically drop him into your arms. You grunt as you adjust to holding him. Heavy bastard.
“Thanks, you’re the best!” The girls cheer while you fall back onto the bed, sitting on the edge with him groaning in your arms. “Well, we got to go fix dinner and all!”
“Hold on girls, I’ll come with you,” Shuzenji says and turns to you, still trying to lift him up. “I’m going to go help monitor the other students, so I’m leaving him in your capable hands until he’s feeling better.”
“But what about my training?” you ask, squirming to get from under Todoroki weighing you down towards the bed.
“What better training than hands-on?” she responds, and you almost wouldn’t have suspected anything if not for the slight inflection to her suggestion.
”I-I can’t do that!” People get licenses revoked and jail time for what she’s insinuating. “W-Wait! You can’t leave me with him like this, Shuzenji-san!”
“He’s your patient, make sure you take good care of him,” she says and closes you in.
You finally fall back to the bed in a huff, crushed under your crush. He doubles down and wraps his arms around you.
You stay like that for several minutes, awkwardly letting him lay on top of you as you wait for him to come back down to earth. The effects seem to be wearing off because he keeps mumbling every now and again rather than the soft breathing and groggy groans from earlier.
“(Name), you smell nice,” Todoroki mumbles under his breath.
You flush and try to coax him off you now that he seems to be getting a clearer head. Well, enough for you to try to run before he completely realizes the position you’re in. “Shouto, I have to get up."
Sighing, Todoroki refuses to move, cuddles tighter to you, and lightly rubs at your sides. “Don’t,” he requests and nuzzles against your chest. You just feel too good to let go right now.
“You have to let me go.”
“Why?” he demanded, slightly irritated at your moving.
“Someone might walk in and get the wrong idea!” You hope he can’t hear your heart going crazy as you become his personal pillow, but he can. Clearly and loudly enough to give him some courage.
“Would that be so bad?” he asks, anticipation pulling at his heart and mind.
“Yes!” you say, and he sighs into your skin, regret sinking into him. “If one of the teachers come looking for us, we'll get railroaded then everyone already thinks that we like each other, and—”
“They aren’t wrong, not completely,” he interrupts softly, weakly sliding to get off you. He holds a hand to his aching head, not completely sure why it was hurting except for a vague memory of too much pink. “I’m sorry, I just need a second, and I’ll leave you alone.”
You frown, guilt swelling inside you because you hadn’t meant it like that at all but also happiness that he felt the same way as you did. He clumsily stands to his feet, but you stop him.
“Wait,” you say and pull on his arm. “I didn’t mean that I didn’t want that. I like you, too. I just didn’t know if you liked me back, and I didn’t want to do anything that could run you off,” you confess, waiting patiently for a response from the quiet boy. When he doesn’t, you nervously place a small kiss on the corner of his lips.
Shouto blinks a few times, and you wonder for a second if he even knows where he is. He does, and you suck in air as he leans in to kiss you again, soft lips pressing against your slightly parted mouth. You close yours and press them against him innocently. Getting the feel for it, you gently open your mouth to suck his bottom lip. His breath tickles slightly each time he pulls away before meeting you for another passionate kiss.
In seconds, you’re pushing him down.
His arms go around your waist, his tongue along your own, and he moans at the way your chest hugs and molds against his chest. You share a few more kisses, slow and gentle, savoring the taste of each other as he runs his hands over the small of your back just at the hem of your shirt.
He loves the feel of your skin warm against his fingertips, unable to wait any longer to touch you now that you’re his. All his.
Large hands cup your cheeks, settling your forehead against his own. You inhale deeply, taking in the sweet scent from the hot springs. He pulls his hands away, lowering them to your shoulder. He slides his thumbs over your skin in tender strokes. “(Name), can I touch you?” he asks, squeezing your arms before pecking you again.
“I—that’s okay,” you answer and kiss him again, the passion from before returning.
Calloused fingers pinch at your sides, gliding down the outline of your body. His touch is warm and comforting. It has you growing hotter, and a familiar knot begins to grow inside you. The same can be said for Todoroki as the bulge against your leg swells.
His hands rake over your ass and trace up your spine. Carefully, he massages your back under your shirt before moving to the front of you. He softly squeezes the side of your breasts before gripping and following the strap to where it hooked in the center. He already has the first hook undone. You gasp in his mouth as the cups loosen, and he moves one hand to pull up your shirt.
“Shouto-kun! A-Ah~” but the next hook already unpairs “S-Stop! Don’t touch me there!”
Flustered, you thrust off him and hold your hand to your chest to stop your bra from sliding further.
Eyes stretched wide with worry at your sudden jerk, he stammered, “Sorry, I got carried away.”
“It’s not your fault, you just surprised me a little is all.”
“I’m sorry, is this better?” he whispers, kissing your neck. This time he holds his hands to your stomach and more slowly works his way towards your chest, but you pull away again.
“N-No, I mean…I don’t want you to see,” you reiterate, and he tilts his head at your bashful expression. “I don’t really like them.”
“I don’t understand why you would be embarrassed,” he softly says. Pursing his lips in thought, his gaze slowly drifts down you from head to toe. He can feel himself get harder as he studied your cutely flustered face and the way your arm squished into the soft flesh of your chest. You were so beautiful through and through. It hurt that you felt that way about it since he really liked your figure.
“They just kind of get in the way, and they aren’t super perky like smaller or fake ones,” you explain with a scowl.
“That doesn’t matter to me, I want to see them because they’re yours,” he promises, and you flush lightly and play with the edge of your shirt. He smiles faintly and lovingly kisses your lips. “You don’t have to. I just wanted you to know that.”
Mustering up some courage, you nervously pull your shirt up. You don’t have the fortitude to toss both your shirt and bra off together all sexy like, so you let your shirt fall to the bed before removing the next article. You chew your bottom lip, crossing one arm under your chest to rub at the other.
“S-So,” you question, not daring to look him in the eye as butterflies fill your stomach.
“You’re so beautiful,” he mutters, making your heart soar. You whimper when his lips meet the crook of your neck again.
Todoroki gently bites, and you tense as he cups your breasts. You shiver as his tongue glances across your pulse, and he squeezes into the firm yet soft globes before gently caressing to let them overfill his hands.
“They feel good,” he thinks out loud before glancing back up into your eyes. “Are they sensitive, too?” he whispers against your lips, and he brushes his fingers across your nipples.
You release a soft mewl. He kisses the top of your breasts, ghosting loving nips and bites along your skin before closing his mouth around one of your sensitive nipples.
You hug him to your chest, moaning. Impatiently, you rock against his lap, stroking his clothed erection. He groans and sucks harder, pulling the taut nub between his teeth before moving to the other side. Todoroki tweaks the other bud, warming his hand against your skin.
Weak and needy is all you feel when he releases with a wet pop and licks your saliva covered skin before smothering his head into your chest and biting into the supple mounds. You flush at the attention given to them as he pushes you down onto your back and settles between your legs.
“Shouto,” you moan, and he blushes slightly from the sweet way in which you say his name.
“(Name)…” he whispers before kissing you again. Slowly, he began to grind against you. He jerks and lightly bucks against you, his hard cock rubbing you outside your clothes. He keeps his lips on yours and his hands cupping and caressing your breasts.
Your eyes flutter, your tongue swirl with his, and you needful-ly suck on his pink muscle. Aroused, you lift and grind your womanhood back against him, finding the good mixture of pressure and friction that has you almost there.
Todoroki gasps, biting back a moan. “(Name), I’m close,” he chokes out, tightly squeezing his eyes shut as he tries to hold back.
You lick his lips, tangling your hands into his hair and mussing the colors together. “I know, me too,” you whine, wrapping your legs around him. “Please, make me cum, Shouto,” you mewl, and he buries his head against your shoulder as he slows his pace but drags himself more heavily against you, and each rub has you throbbing until the dam finally breaks.
“Shouto! Sho~” you cry and hold onto him tight, and he picks up his pace to see you through and meet you there. He’s almost there, your moans driving him crazy faster.
So close.
“Knock! Knock! Dinner is ready!” Mina announces and swings open the door on your mini-love fest. Ochaco tags along, obviously coming to see the results of their little experiment but she goes wide-eyed and red face before turning away with a squeal as she catches the last of off-guard grinding and Todoroki’s hold on you as you submissively cry out.
“T-Todoroki! We told you to confess to her, not whatever this is!” Ochaco squeaks, pointing blindly in your direction.
"You mean sex?" he answers for her irritably, like she legitimately didn't know what it was. "Because I'd like to finish doing that if you don't mind."
"J-Just don't say it so casually like that!" you groan as Ochaco stammers something along the same lines.
At that moment, you pitifully whine and curl up against Todoroki in a vain attempt to cover yourself, and he finally gets the idea to lay down on top of you to help you cover up. At least it’s them and not one the boys, but that helps little to soothe you in this situation.
“You know what, we’ll just go…you two take your time,” Mina says, awkwardly, and carefully pulls the door back closed.
Sighing, you look back up at Todoroki, unsure what to say. “Should we keep going, then?” he genuinely questions.
You clear your throat. “I think it’s better if we don’t keep them waiting,” you answer, not much liking the idea of them knowing you were off having sex somewhere.
Though, Todoroki’s annoyed pout was a cute result as he lifted off from you and helped you find your clothes.
You came downstairs for dinner, and there’s an obvious tension to the air that has you gulping as you sit down for an awkward dinner. You suppose the looks of embarrassment, sweat, and shame goes a long way in communication.
Shortly and with minor teasing, dinner goes along normally with you lightly picking at your food while Todoroki seems less than concerned about the atmosphere as he slurps down on soba especially now that he cooled it down with his quirk.
You almost relax until the person in front of you speaks.
“Why does Todoroki get to hug (Name)-chan’s boobies? I wanted a feel, too,” you barely hear across the table from the most obvious person in the room... "at least there's still Yaoyorozu," he thinks wistfully.
Your face goes hot as you choke on your dinner. You open your mouth to protest, but that’s before you hear the clicking of chopsticks next to you. Todoroki casts a sharp glare, that even has you a little worried, especially when a chill begins to flow through the air.
“Mineta...I can’t guarantee your safety on this trip if you keep talking about my girlfriend in that manner, so I suggest you shut up and keep your thoughts and your hands to yourself,” he threatens, ice creeping up the legs of the table and over Mineta’s seat.
“Y-Yeah, I got it, I won’t do it again,” he vows between chattering teeth. Well, at least not when Todoroki is within hearing range.
“Calm down, Todoroki, you’re going to freeze the food,” Kirishima warns him.
“It doesn’t matter, mine is already cold,” he explains indifferently, finally letting go his glare as the conversation moved on. “I can also just heat it in my mouth if need be.”
“But you’re not the only one who needs to eat!” Kaminari barks out.
Todoroki nods in understanding and glances at you. “(Name), does your food need to be reheated?”
“No, I’m good!” you answer, more concerned with the drumming in your chest. He called you his girlfriend.
"If it gets too cool before you finish, tell me."
"I will."
“Sure, sure, that's good for her! But what about the rest of us!?” Kaminari repeats.
Todoroki blinks. “What about you?” he sasses and returns to his soba with a loud slurp.
You hold back a laugh as the rest of the table complains at an indifferent IcyHot boy.
Afterward, you decide to settle down in the main room together in a far-off corner where no one could bother you as you sit between his legs with his arms drawn around your waist and his thumbs discreetly massaging the underside of your chest.
You would have to wait until everyone went to sleep to have some alone time to continue where you left off.

BakuDeku Fanfic; A Confession
Warning: Confession, kiss, death, wounds, fighting, crying ( at least I cried ), very gay
Bakugo was sitting in a hospital waiting room, sleeping against the wall from exhaustion, surrounded by his fellow classmates. Looking around, he saw all the UA faculty, every 1-A student, and then Deku’s mom on the verge of tears. What... had happened?
Then it all came back to him like one great flashback...
The League of Villains had infuriated the USJ, and Deku happened to be in the middle of it all. Everyone had been so busy trying to save their own lives, nobody saw Izuku fighting Dabi, covered in scorching burns and bruises from his fighting.
Izuku’s leg had been so burned it felt like Jello, so he couldn’t run and barely even move. Izuku was good, but no match for flames and heat unlike anything else he had ever felt before.
“Deku! Get away from him!” All Might yelled, as all of 1-A turned to see Izuku fighting Dabi while on the ground. Then... Bakugo started running. Even though he could hear yells, he kept running. He was going to attack Dabi from behind and then save Izuku.
But then... Deku looked at him. “Bakugo! Behind you!” Bakugo didn’t even have time to turn around before Izuku used all this power to launch Bakugo away to safety. Turns out Izuku had just saved Bakugo from a Nomu running towards him. Instead of the Nomu attacking Katsuki, it turned towards Izuku.
Immediately, it began punching the sense out of Izuku, knocking out the wind so he couldn’t breathe. As Bakugo watched, Izuku was becoming pale, and was near passing out.
“Aizawa-Sensei! We have to do something! We can’t let him die!” Ochako yelled, but it was no use.
Aizawa had been beaten senseless, and everyone knew that they were beyond repair. “Fuck this!” Todoroki used his last bit of energy to make an ice wall between Izuku and Nomu, desperately trying to separate the two and pushing Izuku into the water for safety.
That’s when the pro heroes arrived, knocking their way through the glass and running after the League and to help the kids.
“No, get Deku!” Bakugo yelled as a rescue hero walked towards him. But as Bakugo turned to see Deku, Deku wasn’t there anymore. Did they kidnap him?! Where was Deku?!
“Quick! He’s in the water! He’s drowning!” Ochako yelled from afar, pointing to where Todoroki had pushing him into the water. Bakugo, being the closest to the water, immediately jumped in, swimming down to reach the small-framed boy. Bringing him above the water, and onto the land, Bakugo slowly did CPR. “Deku! Deku! Don’t die on me!” Bakugo didn’t even notice when tears wept their way down his face.
“Please Deku!” Bakugo was now screaming as the pro heroes had to pry Izuku’s body out of Bakugo’s hands and into the ambulance. “P-please, let me go with him! Don’t take him away from me! Don’t let him die!” Bakugo yelled, being held down by a random hero and a few students while he kicked and screamed.
In the distance, many voices could be heard. “He’s losing blood!”, “There’s so much water in his lungs!”, “These burns are 3rd degree!”, and lastly... “His pulse is barely detectable!”
The students sadly watched the ambulance drive away before being forced to go back to the school. Present Mic was made to sub for Aizawa, who was sitting with Izuku. Hizashi tried to make them smile, but they couldn’t.
Deku would probably die.
So here they were, in their PJ’s at 4 am, waiting for the doctors to give them any updates. Nobody had wanted to go back to the dorms, so everyone squished into the waiting room, eating donuts and coffee brought by Present Mic. Even Aizawa was awake, slowly rocking back and fourth, shaking as Present Mic tried to comfort him. “If I could have been the hero he needed...” Aizawa murmured as Present Mic kiss his cheek, trying to make him feel better.
The room was silent, as you could hear a pin drop. That’s when the doctor walked in.
“He’s awake. We aren’t sure for long, but only one visitor at a time.” Immediately Aizawa stood up. “I’m his teacher!” while Deku’s mother stood up. “I’m his mom!” The doctor sighed, wiping a tear from his eye. “We are not sure if he is going to survive the night, so we are taking his first request. Is there a... Kacchan here?”
The doctor asked, Katsuki crying to hear the nickname only Deku was allowed to call him as the room went silent. Immediately Bakugo stood, holding back tears as he followed the doctor into the hospital room.
It smelled like bleach, and was very taunting with blank white everywhere. Bakugo honestly was scared, even terrified.
“D-Deku.” Katsuki ran to Deku’s side, gripping his hand. “Kacchan, you tried to save me.” Deku smiled, lightly squeezing Katsuki’s hand. “You did save me Deku.” Bakugo started crying.
“Now don’t you go dying on me, okay?! You’re a fucking hero. I’ll die without you.” Izuku’s eyes widened at Bakugo’s words. “Oh my god De- Izuku. I am so sorry for everything. I guess it takes a near-death experience for me to realize that I love you Deku.” Deku started crying. “I’ll die without you Izuku.”
Deku smiled, touching Katsuki’s face. “Don’t say that Kacchan. Dammit, why do you have to do this now? I love you to Kacchan. I always have.” Katsuki started sobbing, and he didn’t hold back. He was going to lose Deku.
“I’m so sorry Deku. I’ll never forgive myself.” Deku just smiled innocently, as if he weren’t hooked up to a million cables and monitors.
“Oh Kacchan, don’t be silly. I’ve already lived a good life. I got a quirk, I got into UA, I got to feel what it’s like to save a life, I’ve felt what love is like, I’ve made friends. I’ve done more than most adults. If it’s my time it’s my-” Deku got quiet as the machine next to him started beeping juristically.
Immediately the room was filled with nurses and doctors, pushing Katsuki away. “No.” Bakugo felt Aizawa grab him from behind. “Bakugo, we all need to leave.” Aizawa commanded as Bakugo fought against him. It was like everything went silent as Aizawa covered Bakugo’s eyes and forced him into the hallways.
“No. No.” Bakugo couldn’t scream, it was as if his voice box had been stolen from him. His heart felt like it was broken, he felt as if he couldn’t breathe.
As Bakugo entered the room, everyone read the look on his face and started crying, hugging together in one big group.
“I think it’s all best if you guys go to your own homes for a few days. Go home, go see your parents, go hug your families.” Aizawa told the kids as they nodded, still crying as they left. “K-Katsuki.” Bakugo turned to see Ms. Midoryia, her face stained from all the tears.
“He told you didn’t he?” She was smiling sadly, tears streaming down her face without her making a peep. “Y-yea.” Bakugo squeaked, trying not to cry. “You’re a good kid. I hope you know... that without you he never would have done any of this. Never UA, never meeting All Might, never wanting to become a hero. My Izuku wouldn’t be... Izuku if it weren’t for you. So... thank you.” It took everything in Bakugo’s power not to cry in front of Deku’s poor mom.
Bakugo nodded, hugging Deku’s mom tightly before running out of the hospital to join the rest of his class.
Before Bakugo knew it, the class was back in session. It had been an entire week since the incident at the hospital, and everyone was still more than depressed. Even Aizawa was half an hour late, which never happened.
“M-maybe he didn’t want to come.” Ochako suggested as Tsu piped in. “I hope Mic doesn’t sub. I hate the corny dad jokes. They get old really fast.” A few of the students nodded in agreement as All Might walked in, but not in his superior form.
“Students, sorry to keep you waiting. I am happy to announce that-”
Izuku walked through the door, smiling weakly. He was bandaged, bruised all over, cut on his face, and his hair was extra fuzzy. But... he was alive!
The entire class erupted they leapt out of their seat to hug Izuku, jumping up and down in overwhelming happiness.
“Deku.” Katsuki stood there, looking Izuku up and down. He felt as if he were dreaming. “Kacchan.” Izuku whispered as Katsuki ran up to him and kissed him passionately. His Deku was alive. His Deku was in his arms. His Deku was kissing him.
Bakugo was never letting go of his Deku ever again.

IFHY
Bakugou picked the scissors out from his desk, still haven’t used them even though they were on the supplies list.
They were still sharp. Maybe a bit too sharp.
But he didn’t care, this stupid string on his finger felt tighter and tighter everyday and seemed to glow brighter by the minute.
He couldn’t sleep at night, it was so bright and when he closed his eyes he could still see it.
It was cutting off the circulation of his ring finger, like it was trying to tell him something.
But he couldn’t put his finger on what it was though.
All he knew is he wanted it off.
He knew the consequences, your soulmate could die or your soulmate could go blind and they would never be able to find their way to you.
Even thinking about cutting it off could lead to catastrophe.
But he just couldn’t seem to care anymore.
Why, you may ask?
Because he already had fallen in love with someone else, a certain dumb ass redhead who seemed to make flowers grow and people smile wherever he went, at least that’s what he saw.
Kirishima didn’t seem to think the same way even when others would say it over and over again.
And the boy that had captured his heart and wouldn’t give it back, sat just a few rows ahead of him, unaware of any sort of stupid ass hex he put on Bakugou.
And whoever the fuck he was attached to would just hold him back.
Bakugo was practically sweating, putting the end of the string on the middle of the scissors, bringing them down on the string with a mighty “SNIP!”
Then he heard this noise from in front of him, and he looked up, seeing it was coming from Kirishima, or rather his mouth.
It sounded like he was screaming? But very silently.
“Kirishima? Are you okay?” Mina shook his shoulder, the boy falling out of his chair and onto the floor.
Many of his fellow classmates stood up quickly, Mina being the first to rush to Kirishima’s side.
Bakugou was the second, kneeling down next to him and going ghostly white when he saw the state of him.
Pink tears seemed to be coming from his unblinking eyes, his eyes themselves for were a dark red, almost empty looking if it weren’t for the light.
“Aizawa-Sensei!” Mina cried, voice cracking from the sobs that threatened to break it in two.
Aizawa pushed his way through the crowd quickly, depositing himself neck to Kirishima’s limp form. He grabbed Kirishima’s hand, where the strings was located and followed it, until he got the end.
The cut end.
Bakugou looked at his hand, seeing that his cut end matched Kirishima’s.
His heart dropped to the pit of his stomach, feeling closed in with all the people crowded together around the four of them, all whispering, or crying, or both.
They knew.
“Iida, take Kirishima to Recovery Girl. Well meet you there.” Aizawa stood up and out of the class president’s way, Mina doing the same but Bakugou was still stuck to his spot.
“Yes, Aizawa-Sensei!” Iida picked Kirishima up gently into a princess carry, the tears flowing from his eyes staining Iida’s clothes.
The class moved out of the way, Tsuyu opening the door for Iida to make a quick getaway. In a matter of moments and bit of smoke, he was gone.
A beat passed before the entire class rushed out in the halls in haste to follow Iida to Recovery’s girl’s.
Aizawa was about to make his way there when he saw Bakugou still rooted to his spot, having not moved, his hand still on the cut end of the string attached to his finger.
“Bakugo-“ Aizawa but the blonde spoke up first, cutting him off.
“What have I done?” His voice was so small, unlike the cocky, boisterous voice Aizawa grew to tolerate from his loud student.
“Kid, it’s not your fault.” He knelt in front of Bakugou, putting a hand on his shoulder.
“You seriously can’t sit here and tell me that it wasn’t my fault!” Bakugou lifted up the cut wire to Aizawa’s face, his hand shaking so much that he almost dropped it.
“You didn’t know, kid.” Aizawa’s hand on his shoulder got a bit tighter, willing to squeeze some sense into him.
“Yet It still got him hurt! I hurt him! Me! I have no one else but me to blame!” Bakugou did something that was unexpected, enrapturing Aizawa into a hug, holding on tighter than ever.
The stoic teacher really didn’t know how to respond, never having seen the blonde reach out to.. well anyone.
He wrapped his arms around the boy, giving him a slightly awkward pat on the back.
“I think he would understand, kid. He always has.” Bakugou nodded against shoulder before pushing him away a bit.
“This hug? Never happened.”
“What hug?” Aizawa said seriously.
Bakugou nodded in respect, standing up a bit wobbly on his feet, giving Aizawa a hand.
They headed out, practically running since they were already a few minutes behind.
——-
When they arrived, much of the class sat in the waiting room, they wouldn’t all be able to fit into the room.
Midoriya mumbled to himself, Todoroki and Iida were both holding his hand.
Ochako and Tsuyu were huddled together in a sort of side hug, Ochako’s head leaning on Tsuyu’s. Their string was wrapped around them, holding them together.
The others were either huddled or doing their own thing, the atmosphere in the room becoming a bit stifled.
He walked into Recovery Girl’s room, the main squad of his sitting around the boy’s unconscious form with grim looks.
His eyes were closed now, but his eyes were still leaking pink tears, they put paper towels under him. But he looked peaceful, beautiful in fact as the tears sparkled when they ran past his eyelashes.
“Well it’s not looking good for him. Luckily it didn’t kill him immediately like some cases.” Recovery girl turned around in her chair towards Bakugou with the help of her cane.
“But he’s still stuck in a limbo sort of space in his mind, the pink tears are just a side effect of the cutting of your string.” She pointed at the limp string hanging from Bakugou’s hand.
“Well, how do I fix it?” Bakugou piped up.
“Well, the only way I’ve seen for such a case is to replace thread but that’s only if the soulmates share mutual love for each other.” She pulled out a large spool of red thread from her pocket.
“Well, we have to try! Otherwise, he could stay like this forever.” Saying that brought another onslaught of tears to Mina’s eyes, Jirou hugged her tight, Kaminari and Sero joining.
“It seems to me that you love Kirishima, is that correct?” Recover Girl grabbed scissors and cut a good distance sized piece.
“Yes, I do.” Bakugou was comfortable letting everyone know that he loved the redhead, beck, they all loved him.
If the circumstances were different, he probably would’ve never said anything and took it to his grave. But right now what the time for that.
“Then it’s all up to Kirishima then.” She tied a knot around Bakugou’s finger and walked over to tie it around Kirishima’s finger.
Almost instantly, a slight golden glow started to come from middle of the string, as if it was mending the broken bond.
“Huh, imagine if Kirishima didn’t love Blasty. Then he would be in big trouble.” Kaminari laughed, trying to lighten the mood.
Just then the glow stopped abruptly, Kaminari’s eyes went wide as he made a face that spoke of “oh fuck” vibes.
Mina gave him a slap in the back of the head, “you jinxed it!”
Bakugou walked over and grabbed Kirishima’s hand, intertwining their fingers.
Kirishima sat up with a gasp, looking around scared, startling everyone in the room.
His eyes were back to normal, one red and one white as snow.
“What are you guys doing here? It’s not for school yet, is it?” Kirishima wiped away the tears as if he didn’t notice them.
“Another side effect of cutting the string, memory loss. Fortunately, it seems it only erased all of today but I’m not sure.” Recovery Girl was relieved.
“Kirishima, what was the last thing you remember doing?” Mina asked.
“The last thing I remember is going to visit my family and then coming back since we had school the next day.” Kirishima looked like he was struggling to even remember that.
“Ok, that was like almost a week and a half ago. Luckily not much has happened in that time span but you’re probably gonna need to relearn a lot of lessons from class.” Jirou patted him on the back as Kirishima looked like he wanted to go back into that coma.
“If I may ask, did you see anything while you were asleep?” Kaminari was curious, and with the way the others looked, they were just as curious themselves.
“I’m not sure what was happening because all I could was bright swirling colors and then you showed up.” Kirishima pointed at Denki, “and then you started screaming really loud and your skin like melted off and it was just your skull.” Kirishima smiled as if it was a fond memory.
“I would share more but, it would be way too graphic since it got more terrifying as time went on.” The boy shivered thinking about it.
“But anyways, how did I even get here? And why was in some hell purgatory or some shit?”
Bakugou looked guilty, looking nervously off to the side before speaking up.
“I cut the string. I wanted to be with you and I figured the person I was with would hold me back, so I cut it. I didn’t know that I cut off the person I wanted the most.”
Bakugou raised his hand in the air, pulling Kirishima’s hand with it, showing him they were attached, though it felt more like a handcuff than a string now.
“We’re soulmates?” Kirishima’s eyes warbled with tears, the whites of his eyes becoming a bit pink in color.
“I understand if I’m not the person you wanted to be attached to-“ Bakugou was tackled onto the ground by Kirishima, his back hitting the floor with a light thud.
“Woah! Maybe we should give them a bit of privacy?” Mina whispered, ushering everyone out of the room, Recovery Girl following them.
“Don’t mess up any of my things.” She warned as she left.
Bakugou doesn’t know he went from being a sad sack to having a lap full of the boy, dare he say it, of his dreams.
“I’m surprised that you want me too, you know?” Bakugou looked up at the boy, who’s smile faltered.
“Why wouldn’t I want you? Yeah, you may not be the nicest person at times but I’ve seen you, the you that’s under all those bricks and stuff. And it’s pretty bright, nearly blinded me the first time I saw it “. A pink tear escape one of Kirishima’s eyes, falling into Bakugou’s face.
The blonde rubbed his thumbs under Kirishima’s eyes, trying to wipe his tears.
And for the first time that day, Bakugou showed off his teeth with a bright smile.

2 - Shinsou
Kaori Shinsou has always been fascinated by people's minds. She is one of the best students in her Criminal Psychology course at U.A. and - being the lucky girl she is - her professor is not only one handsome dude, but is also working on the case of the serial killer Stain - a case that has been going on for years. As she is about to become Professor Aizawa's TA during the next term, a lot of other interesting cases start popping up all over the country... AU, OC x Aizawa
Trigger warnings: insomnia, stress, mentions of death
(possibly incomplete, if you’d like something added, please let me know)
You keep me up at night
(Florence + The Machine - Big God)
Kaori Shinsou had trouble sleeping, as usual. She was tired, that wasn't the problem. She had no nightmares. She was just not able to turn off her brain for some reason. Thoughts kept racing through her head and she couldn't stop thinking and she couldn't sleep. They were stupid thoughts, too. Not even worrying. Just stupid thoughts. Kaori tossed and turned and then gave up.
She grabbed her phone from the night table and checked the time. It was 4 am. She would have to get up in two hours anyway and get ready for university. There was really no point in lying around and waiting. She might as well be as productive as she could. She closed her eyes and let out a loud and annoyed groan.
Then she opened her eyes and quickly sat up. She crawled out of her futon and turned on the lamp on her desk. There were a bunch of opened books and half-written essays lying around. Kaori had made it a habit to start her essays the first day they got them and finish them with minutes to spare. At least that way people couldn't say she should have started earlier.
She knew exactly Professor Aizawa wasn't buying it, but he seemed to get some sort of amusement out of her trying to be organized and repeatedly failing. She looked over the half-finished papers absent-mindedly. Maybe she could actually finish one ahead of time for once...?
Kaori shook her head to herself. No. Not like this. She couldn't go and write papers while she was still in her pajamas. Maybe she should just get dressed for university already. It wasn't like she was going to go back to sleep anyway.
With another sigh she got up from her desk and walked to her wardrobe. She grabbed a pair of knee-highs and some fresh underwear from her closet and then proceeded to grab some clothes from her pile on the floor. Kaori was glad at first when she realized she didn't need to wear her school uniform anymore, but she quickly found out that life had been much easier when there was one less thing to worry about.
So she stuck to wearing skirts and knee-high socks and blouses a lot of the time, simply because she was so used to herself looking like that. She just couldn't imagine anything else looking even remotely decent on her. She tried a few styles and had at this point assembled a wildly diverse range of outfits, but she still felt most comfortable in something that resembled a school uniform.
She quietly opened the door to her room and snuck outside through the hallway. Her parents would get insanely mad if they knew she hadn't slept again. Kaori had been telling them her insomnia was fine again, mostly so she didn't have to take the sleeping pills her doctor would prescribe for her. They made her sleep like a baby, but she hated the side effects that caused some random memory gaps in her brain. And she really couldn't use that while she was in the middle of university.
As she was passing her little brother's door she heard a loud bang coming from the room. Not loud enough for her parents to hear it, but Kaori had learned to hear even the tiniest sounds. Especially when it was as quiet as it was right now. She knocked at the door, careful not to be too loud. There was no reply.
She carefully opened the door just a little bit. Her brother was lying in his futon, eyes closed and his hands folded over his chest. He looked like a mummy. No one slept like that and he should have known better. She looked over to the desk. The lamp on it was still glowing a little, as if it had just now been turned off. There were a lot of open books on the table as well.
"It's just me, Hitoshi. No need to panic." she whispered. Hitoshi Shinsou opened one eye and visibly relaxed when he saw it was only his sister.
"You gave me a fright." he said to her and quietly sat up again. Kaori grinned a little. Hitoshi had a similarly severe case of insomnia as she did and he also had no intention of taking sleeping pills.
"Can I come in?" she asked. Hitoshi nodded slightly, it was barely noticeable. Kaori slipped inside the room and closed the door, conscious of not making any noise whatsoever. Not that their parents were easy to wake. For some reason the insomnia genes seemed to have skipped them, but they were wildly rampant in both Kaori and Hitoshi. Or maybe their parents were just too exhausted after their work at the hospital.
"Can't sleep?" Kaori said to her brother, as he got out of his futon and went back to his desk. She sat down on one of his side tables. It was more of a rhetorical question since both of them knew that he couldn't sleep. And it wasn't like Hitoshi even wanted to sleep. He had other plans.
"No. You, too?" he replied. Kaori nodded and glanced over the books that were open. They were her old Criminology books. Hitoshi had tried to get into the Criminology course himself, but hadn't made it. It was a really close cut for him, too. All he wanted was to get into Criminal Psychology like his older sister. He had made the cut for the Psychology course and was now studying and tormenting himself relentlessly to get the best grades he could possibly get, in order to transfer into Criminology next year.
"Late night study session, I assume?" Kaori asked him.
"Yeah. I can't slack off. I finished all my assignments for Psych, so I have some time to catch up on all the Criminology stuff. And since I can't sleep anyway..." he answered and grinned. Kaori chuckled and shook his head. His hair was sticking out wildly in all directions and she just knew he wouldn't even bother with it before going to university. His eyes were as tired as usual, which made his grin look almost scary.
"You do know you can get into Criminal Psychology with a Psych degree, right?" she remarked.
"Yeah, but I don't want to." he replied.
"Why not?"
"Because that's the route people go who aren't good enough to get into Criminology and are too lazy to try and get in the next year. And that's what it'll look like on my CV, too. And I know I can do better, because I really only had a blackout during the entrance exams. And I'm shit at interviews."
Kaori smiled at him. She always admired how determined Hitoshi could be and how he could look so unmotivated at the same time. He had always been the one working harder for what he wanted. Academics had always come easy to both of them, but more so to Kaori. Hitoshi really had to crunch to keep up.
"I assume you're heading into uni early today?" he asked looking at the scrambled up clothes in Kaori's arms.
"Yeah, just trying to kill some time, so mum and dad won't get suspicious, in case they hear the shower." she said and yawned. Fuck, she needed a coffee. Extra strong and black, without any fancy milk or sugar or any of that shit.
"They won't wake up. I heard them come home at around 2 or something. They'll be fast asleep by now." Hitoshi replied. Kaori nodded.
"You taking the car?" he asked.
"Pfft, no."
"Are you sure? Did you look at the weather outside?"
Kaori got up and went up to the window. Was the weather really that bad? When she looked outside she saw heavy raindrops falling against the window. Judging from the puddles it had already been raining for quite a while. Kaori sighed.
"You know I hate driving." she said.
"Not my fault mum and dad managed to convince you to take the driving test." he replied and shrugged.
"It's just a little water, you won't die from getting a little wet..." Kaori answered, sounding much less convincing than she would have liked to. She knew exactly how much she hated to get wet and sit in class while feeling uncomfortable about just everything. Plus, it would get really cold and she might fall asleep during class from that.
"You know you don't mean that." Hitoshi said with a triumphant grin. Kaori sighed again. She knew that she would be driving the moment Hitoshi had brought it up. He just had a way about him to get people to do what he wanted. He used to be a real brat with that, but once he was mostly through puberty, he had gotten much better with it.
"Why don't you drive for once? You've got your provisional license and I would be qualified to come with you, you know." Kaori suggested.
"You really want me to drive your car and be on the passenger seat while I do that? Are you... are you okay? You know you can talk about it, if you're feeling suicidal, right?" Hitoshi replied. Kaori grabbed a pair of socks from the floor (hoping Hitoshi hadn't worn them yet, because... ugh) and threw them at his head, barely missing it. At least she messed up his hair. If there was even a way to mess it up.
"You're such a dick sometimes, you know that?" she said. Hitoshi just shrugged, pretending he didn't care. Kaori knew that he cared, he just didn't like showing it. He had always had this whole tough exterior thing going, but he was really a big softie at heart. Kaori knew because she was similar.
She remembered how distraught Hitoshi was when their cat died after they had gotten her as a kitten 14 years ago. He was crying in his bedroom for days and even skipped two days of uni for it. He barely ate. He had loved that cat more than life itself and he kept saying that he still wasn't ready to move on and get a new kitten. (Kaori knew that he had been looking at some ads online, though. She had caught him during lunch break in the canteen one time, when he wasn't fast enough to hide his phone.)
"Fine. I'll drive. If we die, it's on you, just for the record." Kaori said. Hitoshi gave her a heartfelt smile.
"Thanks, sis. I'll make sure it'll be mentioned at our funeral." he replied. Kaori glanced at the clock hanging at Hitoshi's wall. It was ticking loudly. She had always wondered how Hitoshi wasn't annoyed by this, but he kept insisting that it was relaxing him. It was 4.47 am. Even if her parents would wake up, it wouldn't be too early to find a suitable excuse. She walked back to the door.
"I'll go and take a shower then, I guess. Don't study too much, Toshi." she mumbled on her way out.
"I'll be fine."

Kids
(tumblr mobile wouldn't let me post a link so i guess y'all get this then. it's on ao3 as well like all the others are)
Summary:
I'm just a kid
And life is a night mare
I'm just a kid
I know that it's not fair
Nobody cares 'cause I'm alone
And the world is
Having more fun then me
Tonight
-
Deku is lying and Ochako is going to find out why.
-
Ochako knew he was lying to her. She knew it in the way he held himself and the way he stuttered through his words. She knew it through his eyebags and in his sluggishness.
She saw it in his ambling walk, in how he flinched away from sudden movement. She saw it in how he lost fight after fight in class, in how Aizawa pulled him aside to talk because it was so bad. She saw it in how he nodded to his teacher and didn't get better still.
She heard it in his voice and in his yawns. She heard it in his excuses, how he told her not to worry, he's fine. She heard him lie to her for days, weeks on end.
It hurt.
She saw, heard, and knew Deku lied to her, but for the life of her, she couldn't fathom why.
-
It was late. Ochako’s clock read 3 am. Having woken in a start as her parched throat couldn't bear it any longer, she'd ventured downstairs for a glass of water.
She went for the cup cabinet blindly, not bothering with the lights. It was too late for that, and she'd be in and out anyway.
It took a few tries to get a grasp on a cup, and as she turned and walked toward the sink, she tripped on her feet and fell to the ground. The cup slipped from her hand as she shrieked at the sudden change in direction. She landed as the cup’s shattering seemed to echo in the empty kitchen.
She winced as she laid there, taking her throbbing knees and palms in stride. Oh well, she thought at the sight of the shards of glass. She was fully awake, though that was more a curse than a blessing.
As she gathered up the broken shards, the front door opened.
Ochako froze. The door clicked shut and there was a scuffle of feet. A locker opened and closed, and then there were quiet steps.
Ochako gulped and slowly looked around the corner of the counter beside her. In the darkness, it was hard to tell exactly who was ambling toward the elevator. They looked about average height, and wore a white t-shirt that shown in the dark. Ochako squinted.
Whoever-they-are made it to the elevator and pressed the up arrow. It opened immediately, bathing the living area in a rectangle of light, and Ochako gaped.
If Deku found it odd the elevator was on the first floor instead of one of the floors with the rooms on it, he didn’t act on it. He only yawned as he entered and rode it up to his floor.
Ochako stood from her kneeling position, broken glass all but forgotten. She stared at the elevator doors like they would explain why Deku was out so late.
She thought briefly of the current mystery she was trying to solve, but shook her head quickly. It… honestly wasn’t any of her business.
She cleaned up the broken glass and headed back upstairs without ever getting her drink of water.
-
The next night she woke again in the middle of the night. She laid staring at her ceiling with a strange feeling in the pit of her stomach, filling her with nervous energy.
She turned to her door, glanced at the clock. What if she just…
She shook her head, and violently threw herself to face the wall. She needed to let it be. Deku can do whatever he wants after hours. Even if that means leaving the dorms at an ungodly time. Even if that means losing hours of precious sleep. Even if that means worrying the hell out of Ochako.
Fuck it.
Ochako flung back the covers and speed walked down the hall, careful not to wake any of the other residents on her floor. She took the stairs this time, leaping down two at a time.
The first floor was dark when she arrived, just like last night. It was near midnight again, so assuming Deku had gone out around the same time again, he should be back soon.
She sat in the kitchen area, pressed against one of the floor cabinets with her knees to her chest.
“I’m just making sure he gets back okay,” she said to herself. “Nothing more…”
So she waited. And waited. And waited some more.
When she was finally falling asleep in her cramped position, she heard the front door open and snapped to attention. She scrambled to her knees and peaked ever so slightly around the corner.
There he was again, just… sluggishly walking to the elevator. He seemed to sway on his feet as he waited for the elevator to come, and still didn’t notice her. She couldn’t bring herself to call out to him, too scared to break this trance he seemed to be in.
(Truth be told, she was afraid of confronting him about all she’s been feeling lately. Funny how she told him he could come to her with any of his problems and when he didn’t, she got all upset, when she did the same exact thing.
Ironic, isn’t it.)
He made it onto the elevator in one piece and rode it up to his floor. Ochako slumped down on the kitchen floor and didn’t move until the clock hit two am.
She was questioned the following morning why she looked so dead to the world, but she only shook her head and willed her eyes to stay away from her friend, even as he worriedly glanced at her from time to time. Call her petty, but she almost felt he didn’t deserve answers if she didn’t either.
-
They fell into a routine, though Deku didn’t know it. She would wake suddenly in the night and would rush downstairs to wait an unspecified amount of time for Deku to return from god knows where. The time it took him to get back ranged from ten minutes to a full two hours.
She would hunch in the kitchen, willing herself awake in the wee hours of the morning just so she could make sure he came home safe.
It is two weeks into this “arrangement,” that the routine is broken.
Ochako awakened and went downstairs just as normal. She waited like she usually did, and Deku came back after some time too. Only he didn’t get into the elevator when it came. The open doors bathed him in a bright light he squinted at, but he made no move to get in. He stared and swayed until the doors shut again, and then stared and swayed some more.
It was unbearable.
Ochako gripped the edge of the cabinet tightly in her hands, rooted to the spot like always. Her hesitance always cost her answers, but she couldn’t find it in herself to move.
That is… until Deku collapsed.
She has seen him fall many, many times, but nothing like this. Those other times he had been hurt, sure, but he’d either gotten up or been helped up if not unconscious. He’s also just clumsy sometimes. But now, seeing him just fold into himself and fall forward, not due to some final hit, but purely out of what looked like exhaustion is… scary. Before, she’d known he was tired, overworked, but…
Ochako felt herself fly over to Deku. His knees had caught him and he laid with his forehead pressed to the carpet. Ochako slid to her knees beside him, wincing at the rub burns immediately appearing on them. He was gasping over and over, like the breath he was taking in just wasn’t enough to satisfy.
Her hands hovered above him restlessly, not entirely sure what to do. “Deku, Deku,” she murmured, trying to rouse him from whatever state he was in. Finally, she grabbed him by the shirt and shoulders and yanked him into a sitting position.
The tears on his face were not an uncommon occurrence, but still she found her heart breaking at the sight.
The movement seemed to wake him in some way. The gasping subsided, but his breathing was still heavy as if he’d been running nonstop for the time he’d been gone. Which… taking in the sweat staining his shirt and the godawful smell coming from him, Ochako wouldn’t be entirely surprised if he was. “U—Uraraka? What—What’re you—”
“You’re such an idiot,” she said, crying too, and pulled him into a tight hug.
He was tense, and yeah, maybe hugging someone who was obviously freaking out wasn’t the best idea, but goddammit Ochako was fucking terrified. She knew she did something right because he melted in her arms and bawled his eyes out for some unknown reason. That was fine, though, for the moment, even if she desperately wanted answers for why her best friend was sneaking off in the middle of the night to run, or something.
Because judging by how he grasped helplessly at her shirt and how he sobbed apologies and the like into her shoulder, she could tell he needed this.
Honestly? Holding onto him after weeks of barely holding in her desperate worry? She needed this too.
It was a long while before either of them talked. They sat sprawled over one another in front of the elevator until the latter part of the early morning, nursing those relieved feelings after a good crying session.
“Deku?” Ochako finally said.
“Yeah…?”
“Please tell me what’s wrong.”
He didn’t. At least, not in the way Ochako wanted him to. He spoke vaguely about pressure and about the fear that’s been building in him ever since the beginning of the year. He told her his goal and how he sometimes didn’t think he could cut it, that he wasn’t trying hard enough, and that he was just so tired. Tired of the pressure and the worry and the constant threat of villain attacks. He said he knew what he was getting into when he signed up for hero school. He said he had thought he could handle it.
He said he thought he was wrong.
And god, did that make her angry.
“Are you…” Deku jerked his head up from the dipped position he had held it in. “Are you kidding me?”
He looked mildly hurt, and sure, maybe that wasn’t the best choice of words, but imagine if you heard this amazing, absolutely inspiring person who was kind and caring and everything you wanted to be, straight up say he didn’t have what it took to be a hero.
“No, I mean—are you literally kidding me? You. Midoriya Izuku. Are saying you don’t have what it takes to be a hero. After everything that’s happened? After you saved me before we became friends, after you saved Todoroki when you were supposed to be fighting him, after you helped save Eri when she was in the darkest place possible.” That restless, nervous energy from before was back and was pumping her full of love-induced rage. God, Deku’s such an idiot. “You’re so good and caring and you just want to save people, what are you even saying, Deku?”
Deku was crying again, shaking his head. “It’s all—so much, too much! I can’t—look at me, I’m dead on my feet, I can’t sleep, I can’t eat, I can’t—do anything, I’m just so scared all the time, I—!”
“You think all these heroes out there are sleeping soundly every night? We’ve—they’ve—So much has happened over so little time, I can’t even begin to unpack it all.” Ochako cupped Deku’s face to keep him looking at her. “Deku, Deku, hey. C’mon. We’re—We’re just kids, Deku. Just a bunch of kids wanting to be adults. We’re allowed to be scared. We’re allowed to be affected. We’ve been through some scary shit.” Deku huffed a watery laugh and Ochako smiled. “We’re kids, Deku, stop forcing yourself to be an adult.”
He leaned against her, his forehead pressed into the curve of her neck. “... When did everything get so… fucked up?”
Ochako laughed. “I think it’s always been fucked up, Deku.” She paused a moment. “Hey, Deku?”
“Mm?”
“I just wanted to say, um… I don’t know what the future holds, or how the rest of high school will go, but… no matter what, you’re already a hero. To me, to Iida, to Todoroki… to everyone. You—yeah, just… know that.”
He gave a wheezing sob and wrapped her in another hug
The next day they were both worried over by their friends due to their ragged, red-eyed state. Mina made crude comments on the coincidence that both of them looked the same. They waved off their friends’ worries and shared a look over the island. Deku averted his eyes first and Ochako sighed.
Yeah, sure, he didn’t tell her what was really bothering him. Or he did, but just in the absolute vaguest way possible. But she guessed he’s entitled to that. There are some things you can’t reveal, not all at once. Ochako is nothing if not patient, and she knew now he would go to her if he ever needed help.
But if all she ever is is a shoulder to cry on, then dammit she’s done her job.

Quirkless Hero!Deku and Artist/Youtuber!Shouto AU expansion
Shouto was expelled from the Hero Course by Aizawa after the Sports Festival for his refusal to use all his might (neglecting half his quirk) when the chips are down. Shouto went to General Studies and after some serious introspection post-Hosu (he was dragged along by Ende*vore to do grunt work as punishment and happened to come across Tenya and an Idaten intern he didn't know facing off against Stain) began to find solace in art and writing classes and decided to take his life into his own hands.
Shouto started a gaming channel because Ochako- while introducing him to Super Smash Bros Ultimate- noted that he has a nice voice and he likes the story-telling capabilities of games, so why not? What does he have to lose? His striking appearance and slight fame will surely garner him a boost in viewership early on, and they do.
He initially has to run the channel from Tenya's home since Ende*vore would never allow it. He starts off playing multiplayer games because those are what his friends introduce him to so they can play together, but he inevitably shifts toward single-player games that devote quite a lot of time into compelling story campaigns and exploration. His first delves are into Horizon: Zero Dawn, God of War, the Fallout series, Portal 1 & 2, the Witcher series, and the Last of Us since these are the most prominent games at the time (remakes of games in 22XX tend to release in the same year and order the originals did to get the most playtime out of fans). He’s not good at it to start. He reads from a script and he’s stiff and uncomfortable in front of the camera. He thought he was desensitized to that given his time in the limelight thanks to his name but there’s something about talking to a small webcam that feels, well, silly, and... intense. Personal. It’s a serious detractor, and the comments he receives about it are almost enough to shut down the channel for good. His friends’ support gets him through though and he starts to develop a considerable following.
Before he realizes, he’s spending all his free time playing games with purpose, creating new videos on a nearly daily basis, brainstorming how to structure  theory and lore episodes, and worrying about how his uploads are perceived. He runs charity live streams, plays fan-picked hero games, scours every last hint of lore from side-quests, get those sweet sweet completionist Platinum trophies that only like 1% of players get for every game.
Ende*vore cuts him off from his money, and inheritance. Shouto tentatively starts support pages and is surprised by the number of people willing to shell out for him. He starts to really feel the burn-out as he struggles to create more video content for awards before Momo suggests making things. Real, physical things for awards that will give him a break for the grind, and that he can use to improve his art skills. He smacks himself when he realizes that he can also use art as a way of re-connecting with his mother.
Visits at the hospital become days spent drawing, painting, sculpting, and knitting. His mother shocks him in a display of lace-making and he feels a pang of grief when he learns that it was a tradition in her family that she hadn’t been able to pass down to him. She’d taught Fuyumi and Touya a bit but Ende*vore found out and put a stop to it, saying that his legacy was the only one they needed to concern themselves with. She was too afraid of the harm her husband would bring upon the children if she tried again with Natsuo and Shouto. After hearing that there’s nothing more Shouto wants to learn (lace-crafts are his awards for months, and then on occasion for years to come).
His channel, SpicyHeathenGaming, steadily grows over the years and once he graduates from U.A., he devotes himself entirely to running it. By the time he has the formal encounter with Deku, he has millions of subscribers and has become quite comfortable in the public persona he’d crafted (it’s easy to slip into given his natural penchant for straight-man-esque dry humor). He’s almost 25, successful in a precarious field, and... happy. Genuinely at peace. There are days when he misses the rush of a fight, the satisfaction of post-rescue, and on bad days, he thinks of all the people he never saved. He schedules an appointment with his therapist and moves on.
Deku is the one to note that the Day They Met wasn’t at the construction site as he thought, but during the battle of Stain vs Team Idaten Round 2 (and U.A. Students) as the media has labelled it. Shouto is shocked but not for long. The similarities to his then-Idaten costume are prevalent in Deku’s short white mask, midnight leg guards, and heavy black soles but the rest is substantially changed. He’s vaguely reminiscent of a teal/aqua All Might- especially with his cowl on- rather than the Ingenium line now.
He’d become infamous for becoming a hero “the old fashioned way“ through interning and shadowing directly with Pros for years, foregoing hero-high school altogether.
While none of the schools outright forbid quirkless students from applying, Deku had said in his debut press conference, despite passing Ketsubutsu, Shiketsu, and U.A.’s entrance exams, I was denied admittance. They all said something to the effect of ‘I had a “weak constitution”’, ‘my “supposed passion” had been deemed insufficient hot air,’ and ‘my “heroic spirit” wouldn’t be enough to match the rigor of a top-rated hero-course’s training.’ A good friend of mine, Tenya Iida, had been at the same U.A. entrance exam as myself and after learning about my struggles put in a word for me with his family. I didn’t ask for a handout, but when the legitimate options are not truly available to you, what choice even is there? I wasn’t going to turn down the one chance I had left. Team Idaten was good to me and I wouldn’t be the man I’ve become if not for them. In all honesty, Deku shrugged, an almost apologetic look on his face, almost. I was starting to fall into a pretty dark place. I might have become a villain.
Deku had faced ire from Pros, alumni and non-alumni from the schools alike for those remarks, and public opinion had been torn between disdain for slandering the institutions of hero education or support for him having become a hero despite all the odds against him- a true, old-school origin story. All Might had surprised many by showing Deku support, and many U.A.-borne Pros had followed in his example. Ketsubutsu and Shiketsu had not been nearly as kind, with few exceptions. Deku’s rivalries with Dynamic Blitz (one-sided feud in reality), Magnitude, Cloudburst, and Sideburn Tress were almost as well-known as All Might and Endeavor back when they were heroes.
Deku was a world-wide icon for the roughly 2 billion quirkless people in existence, only one of a hand-full of quirkless Pros throughout the world since the dawn of quirks, and the first ever in Japan’s history. He was leagues above Shouto. Shouldn’t have paid him any more mind than any other civilian he’d saved. If not for Shouto’s disastrous inability to handle situations like anything resembling a normal person. He’d seen a strong, handsome, trend-setting, status-quo defying, internationally known hero up close in person, who not only recognized him for his channel but his private art blog and shop, reaching toward his evidently panicking self and had activated his right side as though it was the neglected half, and frozen their hands together.
He’d made a fucking fool of himself... but still... wound up with a number in his pocket and a wink emoji. He never got such lascivious flirting sent his way. Curses, that wink emoji. Not with his scar and eye-straining coloration and lack of proper skin and hair care. No way. What if Deku winked at him in real life? In public? Scandalous. What was he going to do?
Fuyumi. Tenya, help me.
Um, sure?
With what?
...kill me.
-Shou-!
W-why would you-!!
Please, just, vaporize me right now, I’m staring at the moon just take me by surprise, I’m begging you. Actually call Aoyama I have money.
Little brother! What’s brought this on?
That’s not an explanation! If you need help-
I... I have a date.
(Shouto is verrrr out of practice with his powers and dating and is a complete disaster gay. Izuku’s kinda suave and you can thank Tensei’s Big Brother Influence for that. Izuku saved Eri and Kouta okay I promise I have an explanation. All Might was a dick and never found Izuku to apologize. Izuku’s kinda bitter about it but he’s living his best life so :///////. OFA? Never met her. Mirio would be OFA’s 9th in this AU after losing Permeation. Will expand into a proper fic and post to AO3 when its done- I already have too many AUs at once going on.
Population estimates put humans stabilizing at about 11 billion in the 2200s - BNHA was already in modern day when quirks came and its been 200 years since then as per canon- and 20% of the population is slightly more than 2 billion. 2 billion quirkless people.
Dynamic Blitz is that motherfucker. You know who Magnitude and Cloudburst are~. Three guess as to Sideburn Tress’ identity. He wasn’t outwardly hostile but something about him set off red-flags for me. Also strikes me as having a lot of school pride.)

BnHA Chapter 328: Pandora’s Box of Discourse
Previously on BnHA: DEKU TOOK A BATH.
Today on BnHA:
youtube
Also Naomasa grew a beard. Goddamn.
please let this be a cool chapter that plays nice with my ADHD lol
(ETA: lol I feel guilty because a lot of people hated this chapter, but I’m just happy there was a lot of stuff to make fun of, and also that I have another week to work on my backlog of meta posts since the kids were MIA.)
around one month ago?? ah, okay, so we’re gonna find out what was in that Tartarus security file huh
I love that they just randomly set the place on fire
Tumblr media
was it necessary to do this in order to escape? no. was it a good idea to set the island they were occupying on fire while they were in the midst of still occupying it? uh. was it cinematic as fuck? fuck yeah
wow it’s a pervert!!
Tumblr media
that’s so great that the villains set loose this fine fellow who I’m sure is definitely not a serial rapist. truly the LoV is so noble and misunderstood. they’re just trying to free society from its chains people
oh my god??!
Tumblr media
SHANKED!!! oh my god I cheered for Stain before I realized what I was doing. time to have an identity crisis I guess
so he’s all “hey what’s going on.” which, while a respectable question, is something I personally would have waited to ask until I had put a bit of distance between myself and the fiery murder island. but that’s just my personal preference
Stain you really are tenacious I’ll give you that
Tumblr media
“what’s the point of escaping prison if you’re not gonna be smart about it” well shit. anyways yeah you’re dead right, society is in the process of collapsing and the outside world is in total chaos, good call there
oh shit
Tumblr media
I mean it’s not like we really expecting anything otherwise, but still. fucking brutal. I feel like these guys’ fates were decided the minute that one guy called AFO “scum” back in chapter 94. AFO is unmatched at getting long-term revenge
??
Tumblr media
ahh, was it the security footage??
fdsdfk he’s still alive??
and he’s immediately launching into an inappropriately theatrical monologue even as the darkness closes in on him fdlfksjdlk. you know, was it ever confirmed that the other guy back in chapter 297 was Seiji’s dad? I’m just saying
Tumblr media
very impressed that he’s still coherent enough to weigh the pros and cons before making the decision to gamble on giving this info to Stain, who at the very least has his own moral code and isn’t allied with AFO. it was definitely still a risk, but as we now know it was also the right call
Tumblr media
what a weird alliance. so Stain tells him that he’ll give it to a just person, and the guy is all,
Tumblr media
okay for real though I’m gonna need someone to run a DNA test on this guy. maybe it was some kind of cuckold situation?? the other guy had the family resemblance, but this guy absolutely 100% raised Shishikura Seiji and you are not going to convince me otherwise
anyway, so Stain is all,
Tumblr media
PRISON GUARD: “???? ??????? what the hell. what the fuck does that fucking mean. I’m dying here, jesus christ, whatever man fuck you”
(ETA: I kind of feel like this might have been Stain’s last appearance in the manga, given all the fanfare. there’s not really much else he can do for the story at this point, and he seems to have gotten all the character development Horikoshi was planning on giving him. so if this really is it, hasta la vista and good riddance I guess.)
DWLFDKSLDK MEANWHILE, OUTSIDE
Tumblr media
(ETA: I feel like this is meant to be evocative of that Sermon on the Mount painting, but in a really fucked up way lol.)
if it were me stumbling upon this scene I would just shake my head and walk right back into the flaming building. not getting involved in that mess. sorry not sorry. I’ll take my chances with the fire, especially given that it’s half-assed neutered BnHA fire lol
blah blah blah and so he decided to pass the info on to All Might -- HOT DAMN, HOLY SHIT
Tumblr media
NAOMASA HOLY SHIT. THE APOCALYPSE LOOKS GOOD ON YOU, BOY
“I really like that facial scruff thing Aizawa’s got going on, I think I’m gonna get in on that” yes sir. “also thinking of ditching the tie in favor of the bulletproof vest look. also thinking of getting totally fucking jacked.” good lord. except I’m pretty sure that’s just body armor, but also I don’t care. anyway I should probably stop staring and actually read the fucking speech bubbles here lol
“All Might first handed this information over to Nao, and then went to see Deku, and then came back to Nao” thanks for that tidy little summary Horikoshi. we are capable of piecing events together in sequential order, I just want you to know that. but thank you
“so has Deku finally gotten a bath? also, sucks that Stain saved the day, but what are you gonna do” Nao I missed you so fucking much and didn’t even realize. how am I just now realizing that you are the perfect man
for a second I was gonna ask why Tartarus’s security systems would be cut off from the outside world, and then I remembered that’s a basic security control, and then I actually got impressed by how sensible that is. like, it’s been a while since I could genuinely say that the good guys (excluding class 1-A) did something smart. not that it helped them much in the end, but still
anyway so they’re talking about how AFO was able to coordinate the attack by communicating between his horcrux self on the outside and his ugly peanut-faced self on the inside
huh
Tumblr media
okay you have my attention. I am taking notes here lol please continue
ah okay so he says that prior to Jakku, the transfer of information between him and his Vestige self was only one-way. but post-Jakku when Deku was in the hospital, he was able to tell what was happening inside the OFA Radical Lisa Frank Dead People Book Club Realm when he touched him. I feel like we established that before, actually. but he didn’t talk about how it actually felt, though
Tumblr media Tumblr media
boy we already know this lol. yes AFO can talk with his horcrux self. and he can also communicate with his little bro in OFA too, let’s talk about that sometime why don’t we. what exactly does that imply, based on the rules we’ve established here
my god I cannot get over Naomasa and his fucking facial hair
Tumblr media
no wonder All Might was in such a hurry to leave Deku and get back here
like I have no idea what this radio waves nonsense is but my god, people
Tumblr media
that jawline. also so it’s a quirk, I see. except last I checked Deku didn’t have a radio waves quirk, so that doesn’t really explain his connection to AFO. but whatever, hopefully we’re at least getting closer to some kind of reveal here
(ETA: since I sometimes forget that other people’s lives don’t revolve around my theory posts, here are the two relevant links if you by chance want to know my thoughts about this.
Hagakure is still The U.A. Traitor™ regardless of whether Deku is passing information on to AFO through his psychic link, which he almost certainly is.
speaking of said psychic link, Deku is a horcrux.
just posting these now, because whenever trippy OFA stuff happens I tend to get an influx of theory asks. so hopefully this will be a bit of a time saver lol.)
-- wait, what
Tumblr media
THAT’S what the recording was??!? holy SHIT. I genuinely was not expecting that. y’all wiretapped his fucking telepathy. fucking quirks, man. wild
AND THEY USED THAT POWER TO DETERMINE WHAT WE ALREADY KNEW, HUZZAH. GOOD SHOW
Tumblr media
-- oh shit wait lol, except I forgot we’re not talking about 38 days from the present, we’re talking about 38 days from the date the conversation was recorded. heh. um
Tumblr media
yeah that’s the face I would make too if All Fucking Might just casually told me we had eight days left until the end times
oh, pardon me. three fucking days
Tumblr media
r.i.p. anyone who thought we were going to have another band arc sob. I sure hope Deku is enjoying that nap
(ETA: I realize people were hoping for a longer rest period here, but given that the man warned us all the way back in chapter 306 that we were entering the final act, you can’t really blame him too much when that turns out to be true. anyway but I do recognize that we’ve reached the point in the story where this kind of discourse is going to become a weekly occurrence, simply because there’s no possible way for Horikoshi’s actual endgame to line up perfectly with the variable headcanons of millions of fans, all of whom have wildly differing and in many cases contradictory expectations which can’t possibly all be fulfilled. anyway, so I’m already bracing myself for that lol. this coming year is going to be a wild ride.)
damn, U.A. out here looking like the motherfucking United Nations
Tumblr media
-- is this U.A.?? I actually just realized, U.A. is four interconnected buildings, not two. wait holy shit is this Shiketsu?
wait holy SHIT
Tumblr media
based on the overwhelmingly powerful vibes of bureaucratic incompetence, I’m thinking this really is the (future) U.N., or whatever organization it is that deals with international hero stuff
“just let them handle it themselves I’m sure they’ll be fine” yeah okay, thanks guys. appreciate it
wait oh shit did he say that it’s not just Japan?
Tumblr media
soooo, what you’re telling me is that AFO is this close to bringing about the end of not just Japan, but the entire world, and you guys don’t think it’s a good idea to help the Japanese heroes stop him? so, genuine follow-up question: are you guys already planning your rich people exodus into space a la Wall-E, and that’s why you don’t give a fuck?? like, what??
omg international heroes
Tumblr media Tumblr media
these guys are from World Hoodie Mission, right? is this Horikoshi’s way of reminding me to buy tickets
(ETA: and it worked too lol.)
WHO??? WHAT???
Tumblr media Tumblr media
don’t tell me you’re introducing yet another badass new female character for me to fall in love with only to watch as you dismember them and/or blow them up, Horikoshi. I’m getting tired of playing this game my dude. don’t lie and tell me this time will be different. we’re not doing this again goddammit
noooooooooooooooooooo
Tumblr media
god fucking dammit lmao. [sighs and rips the previous paragraph into shreds]
on behalf of Americans I apologize for our superheroes always being Like This
I also apologize because I love her already and I’m gonna be shameless about it. so fucking shameless you guys
is her fucking hair red white and blue. it is, isn’t it
this is the volume cliffhanger, 100% lol. it will take every ounce of Horikoshi’s willpower not to put her on the volume cover. he’ll have to settle for the spine or the inner cover this time because Deku VS his class 1-a superpals takes precedence. but it will be a close thing let me tell you
tbh it’s that smile that does it for me. she’s definitely All Might’s protege. get out there and show them how it’s done girl. and maybe call Salaam and BRD and see if you can’t convince them to play hooky from their governments as well. why not. world’s ending in three days you guys. “sorry, I’m busy this weekend” ain’t gonna cut it lol
so while I am not fully caught up with Vigilantes, I have read far enough to know that there’s an American hero named Captain Celebrity whose superpower from what I recall is being a humongous douchebag. and while I haven’t read far enough to know what happens to this guy, I can’t say I’m very disappointed to learn that he’s no longer the number one hero in the U.S. (actually, didn’t they kick him out and that’s why he moved to Japan to begin with?). anyway, so my thanks to Horikoshi for having a marginally higher opinion of Americans than Furuhashi, even though we have definitely not done anything to warrant said opinion lately, and you may have inadvertently opened the door to a pandora’s box of discourse lmao
(ETA: lol I went into the tags and they don’t disappoint. “why is she dressed like a flag” because she’s an homage to Captain America and Major Victory and literally every other character on this list. again, I apologize for fictional American superheroes being Like This. “oh boy another thicc waifu to make the fanboys happy” look, tumblr fandom never seems to have a problem thirsting over Dabi or Tomura or Aizawa or Nao, lol, I’m just saying. “where is Captain Celebrity” idk, probably murdered by the exploding bee cartel, let’s just be grateful for our good fortune and try not to Beetlejuice the man.)
anyway, so let’s see if Horikoshi’s recent character development with regards to making Mineta not terrible anymore will apply to other aspects of his writing as well. I know I was making light of discourse just now, but I do think the complaints about him introducing yet another new character at the 11th hour to be cannon fodder in the final battle are absolutely valid. and again, it wouldn’t be a problem if he didn’t keep maiming/killing off his female characters one by one instead of developing them and letting them kick ass long-term. but that said, I will never complain about Horikoshi adding another female character to the series, regardless of how clumsy the attempt may be. go ahead and pander away, just give us more girl power lol
anyway so we’ll see how it goes, but I think I’m gonna be optimistic and let myself hope once again, even though I’m probably gonna regret it lol. it is what it is. she is standing on an airplane just chilling for fuck’s sake. I’m only human. anyway fingers crossed

So I binged Boku no Hero Academia (SPOILERS BELOW)
So I binge watched and binge read this entire series up to date in about 4 days straight. And let me tell you; this is some good shit.
It’s a very refreshing and welcome change of pace to a lot of other big shounen.
To start off, the protagonist, Izuku, starts off as a average guy who wants to become a hero- typical underdog plot, it’s fine. You know what I really enjoy about him? Everything.
I like that right off the bat, he has to train like hell to even start to be able to use his powers. I like how his powers have logical limits. I like how he gets around his quirk’s double edged sword in the beginning with strategy. This is the only shounen lead I’ve seen use strategy constantly and doesn’t have a craving for fighting in some form. I like his design because he doesn’t just have black dots for eyes. I like that he isn’t crazy ripped. I like that he isn’t afraid to cry. I like that he’s both striving for the top and improving himself in just about every way, not just in power.
The art in this series is great. Personally, I find it to be my aesthetic. I like how the women don’t have huge knockers, though this series certainly isn’t the first to not have it.
I like how the quirks and designs are unique for each character (except one, but that’s an acceptable gag). Because of their personalities and appearances, I like all of the 1-A class.
Except Bakugo.
Holy shit, he was such a cunt. His irrational anger at pretty much everything and him pulling a Leeroy Jenkins was more than annoying. It really bothers me how he never, ever got payback for him bullying Deku for years. Every time he opened his mouth, I just felt so irritated because he would never chill out for even a second, it seemed like. Eventually, his dickishness did tone down a little and I could acknowledge him being smart. I’ll probably never outright like him, but I can tolerate him a lot better now. Bless Kirishima for giving this boy some much needed friendship.
For story, I’ll just go by the arc.
Entrance Exam Arc -  Battle Trial Arc
Kind of slow paced. The first time I watched the series, I didn’t get past this because things were just so slow.
Anyway, just exposition, character introductions and reasons to hate Bakugo.
Unforeseen Simulation Joint Arc
Very dramatic. I like the fights in this arc. Tomura genuinely creeped me out after I got past his weird design. And his quirk...ouch. Poor Aizawa.
Sports Festival Arc
VERY good fights and even more characters. It was during this arc that I finally acknowledged Bakugo’s intelligence and started tolerating him.
I respected Uraraka’s fight with him. It reminded me a lot of Sakura’s fight when she cut her hair. Both girls were seriously outclassed, but tried their damndest try to win through cleverness and strategy. Both still lost, though. I appreciated Urararaka’s endurance, attitude and strategy. I’m sure that it would’ve worked against someone else. Good try.
Ok, Deku vs Shinso is the only instance of an asspull win thus far. What happened to make Deku break out of the brainwashing just didn’t make sense. I hoped that the author would explain it down the line with All for One, but nope.
Todoroki’s subplot was interesting. First and foremost, his dad is a dick when it comes to being a father. Experimenting with your own kids to try and project your dream onto them? Stop. Just stop. If you can’t beat All Might with your own strength, then you’ve lost, it’s over. Also, don’t tell me that Todoroki isn’t almost an anime Zuko. Because he is.
I liked Deku giving him some spur of the moment therapy and it was nice to see Todoroki surpass his trauma, if even for a short bit. The art and animation for their fight was stunning.
Bakugo vs Todoroki was certainly epic. I’m pretty sure that Todoroki could’ve won if he’d used both sides. But I understand him stopping at the last second. A motivational speech from Deku isn’t going to magically erase a lifetime of trauma, I’m afraid.
Sidenote: I really like Hatsume. She reminds me of Iruma from Danganronpa V3 but less bitchy.
Field Training Arc
Gran Torino is neat, but cliche. The badass grandpa mentor? He’s this exact trope.
Stain and Tomura’s interaction was...okay? I guess? It was an interesting conflict in ideals. It also made me realize how much of a manchild Tomura is.
Wasn’t expecting Iida to have a revenge arc going on. It gave character depth I just wasn’t expecting. Sad that he got stomped immediately. Didn’t expect Todoroki and Iida’s bond at all, either. It’s nice that he’s reaching out, I suppose.
Stain’s quirk was oddly specific. Deku being un-paralyzed first because of his blood type made me want to call bullshit. But I just..can’t. We knew Deku’s blood type from his profile. We knew that Stain’s ability works with blood. It’s just crazy specific. Anyway, Stain’s death was disturbing.
End of Term Test Arc
On some level, I knew that Deku and Bakugo would get paired up. Them being able to compromise on fighting and running was a surprise given how stubborn Bakugo is ;especially with Deku. It was nice that Deku went back for Bakugo when he literally got stomped. It’s amazing how he doesn’t hold a grudge against him.
Wasn’t expecting Yaoyorozu to have a subplot about her lack of confidence, though I had noticed it earlier. Her and Todoroki’s teamwork was neat. I didn’t see him to be the type to give a motivational speech.
School Trip Arc
Oh boy. When shit hit the fan in the woods, I could feel how scary that would’ve been. Here you are, in the middle of the night, in the woods, probably alone or with 1 other person, surrounded by a CLOUD OF POISON, all you can hear is explosions/screaming/silence and you know that you’re a sitting duck because you don’t know where anyone else is or how strong he enemies are.
Deku’s fight against the guy that killed Kouta’s parents was a nice show of strength. Fukami’s raging dark shadow was a nice way to get rid of a villain. Overall, I liked it. Just 2 things: 1) Bakugo saying “Don’t come, Deku” was ominous. Nice. 2) I feel like Dabi may know Todoroki somehow. Not like “heard of”, but know him, even if Todoroki doesn’t know him.
Hideout Raid Arc
Let me tell you; this arc was beautiful. Bless Kirishima and his friendship with Bakugo. Yes please. And the Pro Heroes charging in on the League of Villains was hype as fuck. Everything about that just made me hype in a way that I hadn’t been in months.
The play on words with All for One blew my mind. “All for One” as in “all abilities for one person” = Stealing quirks so that belong to one person only.
All Might vs All of One was...beautiful. His determination, the visuals of him cradling the last of his power just for this fight, everyone finding out his secret, everyone cheering him on anyway...Almost got a little emotional there.
Deku’s mom was being logical in those last chapters. I’d be wary if my son’s school kept constantly being hunted down by just about everyone and he kept getting injured every time. But through the power of Kouta’s sweet letter and All Might begging (this was also nice), she caves.
Hero License Exam Arc
Man, everyone in this is just interesting. Not much to say except the Shapeshifter using Uraraka’s appearance was smart, but not smart enough.
The whole Rescue Maneuvers thing was very necessary. It’s cool if you’re strong, but if you don’t know how to actually save anyone, you’re not even a hero at that point. Case and Point- Bakugo. Sure he could see who should be prioritized, but I don’t think anyone would be comforted by the way he handles things. Also, it’s hilarious that there’s actually a job of being a Professional Victim.
Internship Arc
Of course Bakugo wants a fight. Of course. A least he’s not doing it out of irrational anger this time.
The big 3 are kind of hilarious. It’s Kaede, Sasuke and Vault Boy. Jokes aside, Nejire is the definition of Innocently Insensitive and Tamaki is kind of adorable.
Nighteye is perfect. I love his dead serious attitude and love of humor. His process of hiring Deku was neat. It’s funny how they’re both huge nerds when it comes to All Might. Look at all that merch!
Eri is cute and I can already see the fandom calling her “an innocent, sweet cinnamon roll to be protected.” Overhaul is intimidating and he reminds me of Law from One Piece. With his ability he could literally annihilate you. Damn.
Kirishima and Fat Gum’s alliance (even though Kirishima got stomped immediately) was sweet. More than that, I just like the fight itself and Rappa’s attitude. And Toga is joining the fray, well, this is going to be messy.
AND THAT’S ALL CHAPTER TILL NOW!
Whew, that was a lot.
That said, I really do like this series. It’s my new weekly read.

BnHA Chapter 219: Two Good Boys and One Unlucky Broker
Previously on BnHA: Katsuki and Shouto had their licenses for all of 30 minutes (literally) before deciding to put them to the test. But let’s backtrack a bit! It was a beautiful snowy day in December and class 1-A was chilling out and watching the news. We were introduced to a company called Detnerat, and their CEO who’s apparently a big fan of this dead terrorist guy named Destro who wrote a book about quirk supremacy and how people with superpowers need to rise up and liberate themselves and shit. It’s actually really interesting and I can see how these ideas would create a divide within hero society much like Stain’s ideology did. But anyway, so the CEO casually murdered his assistant for mocking these ideas, so that was deeply horrifying. And then he went to meet with some other villains (because yeah! he’s a villain, apparently!) who are apparently descendants of Destro (as is he, I presume), and they talked about how they’re gonna arrange a meetup with the League of Villains so that they can FUCK THEM UP. Plot twist! Anyways and then we cut to some hapless citizens who were being robbed by some banditos, and that’s when Katsuki and Shouto showed up as previously mentioned. So let’s see how this goes!
Today on BnHA: Katsuki and Shouto take on Soda Sam (who I really did think was Aizawa’s old buddy for much longer than I’m proud to admit though), who fights back with some pressurized water jets. All Might saves a stupid Instagram lady and Katsuki saves the both of them, and also recovers everyone’s stolen wallets, because he’s a fucking boy scout now that the provisional course is over. Meanwhile Shouto whips out the ol’ hot+cold power combo of sports festival fame and knocks the villain out. Afterwards the two of them are enthusiastically congratulated by a pro hero called Slidin’ Go (who’s secretly evil, as it turns out, because this is a very strange arc) and hair ruffled by All Might and it’s fucking great you guys. We then cut back to the Detnerat guys, who bring in Giran, a.k.a. the League of Villains’ black market broker who just so happens to have balls of fucking steel. Good thing too, because the DetCEO plans to use him to track down and lure out the League so he can take care of them. Lastly, we cut over to said League, whose members are currently in the process of having their asses handed to them by Gigantomachia and are really not looking too hot, oh dear.
(As always, all comments not marked with an ETA are my mostly-unspoiled reactions from my first readthrough of this chapter. I’m caught up with the manga now at chapter 225 -- I haven’t read 226 yet -- so any ETAs will reflect that.)
so it’s come to this. the Symbol of Peace, reduced to directing traffic
Tumblr media
listen kid, you’ll have time for autographs later all right? for now just DO AS THE MAN SAYS
meanwhile Shouto’s being a badass
Tumblr media
Bakugou may be out of his element in the cold (and we’ll see if this poses a problem for him--he’s only got one gauntlet on top of that), but this lil lukewarm lad is fine and dandy
loooooll
Tumblr media
you tell ‘em Shouto. that’s some nice property damage there son. I hope Katsuki tries to keep his own quirk contained, the last thing we need is you guys getting billed Mt. Lady style for destroying fucking main street here all of 25 minutes after getting those licenses laminated
(ETA: I guess he didn’t actually do any lasting damage though? hopefully nothing got flood damaged when he melted all of that afterwards.)
the title of the chapter is “go! sliding go!” which sounds like fun. sounds like more icy goodness
(ETA: why did they name this chapter after the weirdly unsettling and secretly evil THE FULLLLLL BULLPENNN hero, though?? my working theory is that it was Horikoshi’s way of ensuring we wouldn’t just immediately forget he existed so that we could be properly surprised when he returned a few chapters later.)
anyway so Aizawa’s cloudy friend is shaking off the ice, and now he’s chewing the boys out for fucking up his big purse-snatching operation
Tumblr media
all that for a handful of wallets?? seriously??
LMAO
Tumblr media
I don’t know if it’s that I’m becoming more like him, or if he’s just becoming more like me. but either way Katsuki you gotta get out of my head there kiddo, I’m starting to worry here
by the way is it just me or is he actually higher up than he was just a few seconds ago. are you actually climbing this thing. drunk on adrenaline or what
anyway so Kumo, who may or may not actually be him but we’re just assuming for now, is explaining that he controls carbonated water and he lives for thrills. his words. not mine
Tumblr media
okay first of all, no you don’t. fucking no one in this series has more resolve than that lil monkey slowly inching his way up towards that traffic light there
and second, you spent a whole goddamn month planning a purse heist. where the fuck did you get these airs you’re putting on dude
wow you guys
Tumblr media
I feel like we should be placing bets not on whether Baku and Todo will win, but on how long it’ll actually take them. I’m thinking not very fucking long
(ETA: this whole thing is wrapped up within ten pages. I could have literally have been present on the scene, said to myself “my what a lovely snowy day, I think I’ll go buy myself some hot chocolate,” ducked into the Starbucks on the corner, and it would have all been over by the time I stepped back out. “you missed it!!” shouts the excited ‘it’s All Might’ kid from page one. “there was ice and explosions and this stupid lady almost got All Might crushed with a pole!”)
MY DUDES WHAT IS THIS??
Tumblr media
SIX IN ONE GO. THIS HIGH SCHOOLER IS THE FUTURE NUMBER ONE HERO I’LL HAVE YOU SUCKERS KNOW
AHHAHAHAHAHA
Tumblr media
I’M LOVING IT. I’M LOVING THIS. FUCK ‘EM UPPPPP KATSUKI
Tumblr media
WHERE’S THAT RESOLVE OF YOURS NOWWWWW
holy shit. it occurs to me that this is only the third time in the series we’ve actually seen him fight real villains. and the second time was at Kamino, and he was pretty much just on the defensive there and trying to keep them all at a distance, so it’s debatable whether or not that really counts. so basically this is the first time since USJ that he’s gotten to just let loose against a bunch of mooks. and I’ve only just realized how much I wanted this omg
Tumblr media
apparently he wanted it too lol. also I’m surprised and extremely impressed that he can control his trajectory that well with only one arm. gives me hope that Shouto’ll be going airborne like his pop any day now
anyway so Kumo? is fighting back though
Tumblr media
watch out Katsuki he’s got seltzer and he’s not afraid to use it
okay but damn though
Tumblr media
is this fucking seltzer water slicing through this metal lamp post??
I just took a brief break from reading this chapter to go look up “water saw” videos on YouTube to try and get an idea of what exactly we may be dealing with there. and well, I found this. so uh. depends on what kind of firepower that thing on his arm is packing I guess. but he might be more trouble than I anticipated
meanwhile!
Tumblr media
ALL MIGHT LET HER GO IT’S NATURAL SELECTION
FUCK
Tumblr media
IF THIS STUPID LADY GETS ALL MIGHT KILLED IN FRONT OF THESE TWO BOYS WHO WERE SO GUNG-HO ABOUT FINALLY GETTING THEIR LICENSES, SHE BETTER PRAY THE GATES OF HELL CAN PROTECT HER BECAUSE I’M GONNA GET ME SOME FUCKING BOLT CUTTERS AND FOLLOW HER DOWN THERE MARK MY WORDS
OH THANK GOD
Tumblr media Tumblr media
oh my goddddd
first of all, whew. and second of all I’m so glad Horikoshi let him have that moment, rather than Shouto. just in case there were any lingering haters out there thinking his heart still wasn’t in the right place and that the only reason he was all TEAM RESCUE, BITCHES in the previous arc was because he wanted to win
and I mean, he did, obviously. but IT CAN BE TWO THINGS, and now we have a nice little moment here with him rescuing his dad (whose body moved before he could think, AS USUAL) and this stupid lady who put her Instagram above her own fucking life
meanwhile
Tumblr media Tumblr media
okay Shouto you have my permission to kick his ass
Tumblr media
yeah go ahead and fuck him up
WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT
Tumblr media
PETITION TO PUT SHOUTO IN “GUESS I’VE GOT NO CHOICE” SITUATIONS MORE OFTEN
Tumblr media
wow not!Kumo, he is literally the worst possible opponent you could have had huh. sucks to be you
lol Katsuki’s mad that Shouto got to be a badass
Tumblr media
they’re getting along so well now. Shouto completely knows how to handle him, he’s like a Kirishima 2.0. he just completely ignores the fact that Katsuki is shrieking insults, and responds as though the questions were phrased normally
and Katsuki actually answers him despite everything. I know it’s crazy, but this is seriously progress
now Dad is running over to make sure they’re okay
Tumblr media
“oh, All Might. didn’t see you there. we were just out here being heroic heroes. [stretches casually; yawns] all in a day’s work”
Tumblr media
at least he didn’t reference his kidnapping! Kacchan’s protesting but really that’s the best he could have hoped for
so the dude’s asking if they did all of this and uh, yeah. who do think they are, amateurs? I’ll have you know they have provisional licenses, sir
Tumblr media
did this motherfucker just pull 13 fucking wallets out of fucking hammerspace to hand over. Link?? is that you??
holy shit. is that why your pants were always so baggy?? WERE YOU JUST BEING PREPARED THIS WHOLE TIME
so not only did Katsuki not destroy so much as an inch of public property (aside from the pole which was already destroyed), he even had the forethought to rescue everyone’s wallets and hand them over to the authorities like the good law-abiding citizen he is
where the fuck is Gang Orca, I need to send that man a fucking fruit bouquet or something
oh my
Tumblr media
new favorite panel alert
so this guy, whose name is apparently Sliding Go, says he’ll take care of the rest. okay. thanks man
meanwhile definitely!not!Kumo!mybad!sometimesI’mwrong’s little jet nozzle gauntlets are... exploding??
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Detnerat? possibly??
Tumblr media
good eye there Sherlock
so I wonder if they got them from Detnerat or from that black market guy the League’s associated with... Giran? I think is his name??
oh shit!!!
Tumblr media
new new favorite panel alert
love how Shouto seems shocked at the unexpected gesture of fatherly affection (which hurts my heart. hey All Might you got room for a third son there), whereas Bakugou is just accepting it and probably even knew it was coming and is just trying to keep his cool and trying to calculate how long he can stand there basking in All Might’s pride before it starts to look like he’s actually enjoying it
sdflkjasldkj
Tumblr media
SWEETHEART USE YOUR WORDS
Shoutooooooooo. ;_; that little smile is killing me, I’m melting. once the initial surprise wore off he was so happy. look at him shyly fumbling with his tie oh my baby I love you so much
Tumblr media
oh to be a fly on the wall of that taxi cab. watching the two of them sit in the backseat as far away from each other as possible and looking out the window and being so pleased with themselves after all their hard work finally paid off. and meanwhile All Might in the front seat next to the driver, peeking at them in the rearview mirror and smiling softly
also fly!me would definitely try to sneak a peek at Katsuki’s fucking hero license because HORIKOSHI COME THE FUCK ON ALREADY WHY IS IT ALWAYS SECRET AFTER FUCKING SECRET
and I guess that’s that! a very satisfying fight that lasted all of 10 pages but had several cool moves, an opponent with a cool quirk, and several character development moments! that’s how it’s done! god this series has been fucking killing it lately I swear. I hope I’m not jinxing it but this is some good shit. the artwork and pacing are great, I’m liking the new plot so far... just, keep it up, Horikoshi, please
(ETA: for real though he is crushing it)
so now we’re cutting back to the ol’ villain corporate office in Gotham City or wherever
ah, so it was Detnerat!
Tumblr media
well I can’t say this is a huge surprise. I imagine the villain market was too tempting to pass up
!!!
Tumblr media
I swear to god this had better be more entertaining than the last League of Villains team-up
so now this dude with the shiniest, most luxurious hair I’ve ever seen is explaining that he worked fast because DetCEO told him “do so at once” and his words are the words of Destro
damn so there’s a pretty clear hierarchy here huh
OH SHIT
Tumblr media
THAT’S FUCKING GIRAN. THAT’S THE DUDE. WHAT THE FUCK DID THEY DO TO HIM?? FIRST A MURDER IN THE PREVIOUS CHAPTER AND NOW THE LEAGUE OF VILLAINS’ FAVORITE BROKER IS GETTING FUCKING TORTURED BY CORPORATE THUGS, WHAT THE FUCK. ARE WE IN FOR ANOTHER HARDCORE ARC
(ETA: indeed we are, but this one is so much better though.)
Tumblr media
careful, he’s sensitive and clearly not afraid to kill a bitch for less than that, Giran
!!
Tumblr media
“the old man”?? is he talking about DetCEO’s father? or his? surely he’s not talking about AFO?
so now President Why So Serious is asking him how much he wants
and Giran is all “I happen to be picky about who I do business with, and since you all just kidnapped and beat the shit out of me, I’m inclined to say ‘no’ here”
(ETA: Giran is a stand up guy and it cost him a fucking hand. well that’s the risk you run when you work in the criminal underworld I guess.)
holy shit Giran
Tumblr media
RIP Giran 2015-2019
but damn though, I gotta hand it to the guy, he’s got a bigger pair than I ever expected
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
okay so I’m just gonna post the whole page and break it down
Tumblr media
GIRAN IS FUCKED. THIS GUY IS A MANIAC AND HE’S LEGIT GONNA TORTURE THE INFO OUT OF HIM HOLY SHIT
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, AGAIN
GIGANTOMACHIA IS FUCKING INSANE
AND HOW DID HE GET SO BIG
AND IS COMPRESS FUCKING DEAD. AND WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY BEST VILLAIN GIRL TOGA OMG
SPINNER IF THERE WAS EVER A TIME TO REVEAL YOUR QUIRK AND HAVE IT TURN OUT TO BE REALLY BADASS IT’S NOW BUDDY
DABI AREN’T YOU GLAD YOU WERE OUT PLANNING NOUMU SHIT WITH HAWKS AND NOT DEALING WITH THIS UTTER SHITSHOW
IS IT JUST ME OR DOES TOMURA LOOK A LITTLE BUFFER THAN BEFORE? YOU BEEN LIFTING BRO
HOW AND WHY DID THEY GET TO THESE CLIFFS IN THE MIDDLE OF FUCKING NOWHERE
LAST BUT NOT LEAST, GIGANTO YOU’D BETTER WATCH IT, BECAUSE TOMURA MORE THAN LIKELY IS TRYING TO THINK OF A WAY TO BEAT YOU WITHOUT KILLING YOU, BUT IF HE DOES DECIDE HE WANTS TO KILL YOU, YOU’LL BE PRETTY HARD-PRESSED TO STOP HIM DUDE
oh my god. this is three awesome chapters in a row now. BnHA is killing it, seriously

BnHA Chapter 160: Grand Theft Auto
Previously on BnHA: Deku knocked Overhaul THE FUCK OUT. Tamaki saved Aizawa and captured Chronostasis. Eri wasn’t able to deactivate her quirk, and for a few moments things didn’t look good for Deku. But the cavalry brought Aizawa to the surface just in time, and he erased Eri’s quirk and she passed out. The heroes called like a dozen fucking ambulances to evacuate all of the wounded. Nighteye was strangely peaceful for someone who just lost an arm and got impaled through the fucking stomach, and he was grateful to Deku for bringing about a future different from the one he had seen. I feel like Deku sensed something was going to happen, because he suddenly started encouraging Nighteye to hang on, and that he had to talk to All Might and make up with him. But Nighteye closed his eye really dramatically, and I’M FEARING THE WORST HERE YOU GUYS. We then cut to the ambulance containing the wounded villains (and their confiscated goods, including the quirk-be-gone bullets and the quirks-come-back serum), and watched as it was intercepted by a trucking carrying none other than SHIGARAKI FUCKING TOMURA. This is easily the most badass villain thing he’s ever done tbh.
Today on BnHA: We learn that Jin and Toga called the rest of the squad to let them know where the villain ambulance was headed. What ensues is probably the most badass action sequence this series has ever had. Dabi takes out the ambulance’s police escort with his quirk, but it turns out the car is protected by a pro hero named Snatch. He can manipulate sand and he is fucking awesome. So Tomura fucking leaps at him from the back of a moving truck, and the two of them start to duke it out, but Snatch keeps him at a distance, knowing better than to let Tomura touch him with his bare hands. Enter Compress, who rolls an innocent little marble under the car they’re battling on, and then snaps his fingers and turns the marble back into A GIANT FUCKING BOULDER. The car flips over and crashes into the ambulance; Spinner whips the truck around while shrieking nonsense; Dabi and Compress take care of Snatch; and Tomura goes to confront Overhaul in the crashed ambulance. He takes the bullets and the serum. And then he disintegrates Overhaul’s fucking hands and chops them off at the wrists. And he and the rest of the League just casually walk away. Holy. Fucking. Shit.
(As always, all comments not marked with an ETA are my unspoiled reactions from my first readthrough of this chapter. I’ve read up through chapter 187 now, so any ETAs will reflect that.)
so basically they figured out that the police would have to transport the villains to the nearest villain hospital, so they went on Google Maps and found the fastest route, and from there it was simply a matter of intercepting them
so Toga’s on the phone with Compress. and she says Jin is the one who told her to contact the others. I like that she gives him credit where due
(ETA: I can’t believe this joke went right over my head earlier, but at the time I had somehow forgotten Compress’s arm status. now that I remember, I can’t fucking get over this bit:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
this son of a bitch kidnapped Bakugou. how dare he be so absurdly charming now. praising Toga for her quick thinking and making jokes about his own missing limb. I can’t believe the entire League of Villains are now collectively my favorite character.)
Jin is cradling his head in his hands and trembling :(
Tumblr media
oh my god I love how she just gently takes his hand and leads him along. lord help me, why do I ship this so fucking hard, goddamn
also she’s so fucking smart. she watched and waited for a while before she contacted the others. to make sure that’s where the “finished product” was headed, since she knows that’s what Tomura was after, and they weren’t able to get ahold of Eri
and now we’re cutting back to the highway
this poor driver is having himself a hell of a morning
Tumblr media
boy, you about to earn that paycheck today
(ETA: yeah I’m pretty sure this guy is dead now. this joke didn’t age so well ffffff rest in peace??)
and he instantly recognizes Tomura and knows him by name. but I suppose he’s just about the most recognizable villain in the business when he’s all done up in full hand gear
Tumblr media
(ETA: it’s cute that he feels the need to clarify, as though there was more than one Shigaraki Tomura running around and we needed to know which particular league this one hails from.)
I have to imagine it’s not actually that easy to maintain one’s balance on top of a moving truck. you sure are full of surprises aren’t you Tomura
oh shit Spinner’s here too!
Tumblr media
(ETA: is Dabi just being cute here or do you suppose he really does get carsick. are you gonna puke on everyone, Dabi. do you need some dramamine)
haven’t seen you in ages, Spinner. we still don’t know what your quirk is if I recall
(ETA: oh my god, and we still don’t. Horikoshi you are playing a dangerous game, dragging it out for this long. if it doesn’t turn out to be some incredibly badass, plot-twisty thing when it’s finally revealed, you and I are gonna have words. I swear to god if we finally get that dialogue box and all it is is something like “quirk: lizard. does whatever a lizard can!”... I didn’t wait around this whole time for you to be all “LOL HE CAN SMELL STUFF WITH HIS TONGUE”, okay.)
this guy really learned how to drive from video games and Tomura still trusted him to drive this fucking truck while he stands ON TOP OF IT. wow
Spinner is disgruntledly muttering about not being sure whether this is really following Stain’s will
and Tomura can somehow hear him from on top of the truck, and he says this is “a necessary sacrifice”
he’s gotten so good at management. he really has matured a lot
I really want to see this in the anime. mainly because I feel like Tomura’s jacket is going to be whipping around in the wind and it’s going to look cool as fuck
like, if this scene plays out anywhere near like I’m expecting it’s about to, this is basically going to be our confirmation that Tomura has finally graduated from the ranks of “baby villain” to “main villain at large”
(ETA: yeah I think it’s safe to say our boy has got his bachelor of villainy)
ohhhhhhh shit
Tumblr media Tumblr media
THIS IS GOING TO LOOK SO FUCKING AMAZING IN THE ANIME YOU GUYS
(ETA: it stands a good chance of surpassing the one in Black Panther to become my new favorite car chase tbh)
jesus christ
Tumblr media
that cop car that was in between the villain truck and the ambulance was completely engulfed
oh! or maybe not, because it looks like the car is FIGHTING BACK
Tumblr media
I LIKE THIS GUY. WHAT A BADASS. WHY HAVE WE NEVER SEEN HIM BEFORE, THAT’S A DAMN GOOD QUIRK
(ETA: maybe a little too good. that’s probably why this is his one and only appearance)
Tomura’s just annoyed, though, and he’s telling Spinner to slow down
so now Snatch is pumping the truck full of sand, but at the same time Tomura is leaping right at him
Snatch are you about to be disintegrated my dude
oh!!
Tumblr media
HE’S NOT GOING DOWN WITHOUT A FIGHT
lol what
Tumblr media
lmao just because someone is capable of holding you back for more than two seconds doesn’t mean they’re your “natural opposite” Tomura. I’m not quite sure you understand how that works. is he restoring a pile of dust back into its original form like what we all hope will happen in Avengers: Endgame? no? then he’s not your opposite, he’s just a guy with an awesome quirk that you’re having a bit of trouble with
he is fucking amazing, though
Tumblr media
he’s absolutely right. Tomura he got your number dude
Dabi and Compress are still in the truck watching this play out
and Compress realizes that Tomura is trying to distract the guy
oh snap
Tumblr media Tumblr media
you know, I’m starting to realize Compress’s quirk is quite a bit more badass than I previously thought
ohhhhhhhh shit
Tumblr media Tumblr media
(((╹д╹;)))
aaaaaaand the ambulance is crashing
do you see how they did that? making it clear beyond a doubt what happened without actually showing it in horrific excruciating detail? I could have used more of this during the Overhaul arc
(ETA: also this answers a question I had as to whether Tomura had ever actually killed one of the good guys (as opposed to a fellow villain) onscreen. I couldn’t recall for sure. but that’s a definite yep.)
also this is a super epic car crash. this is crazy cinematic, it’s straight out of a movie
LMAO
Tumblr media
I LOVE IT
and oh my god it looks like Snatch actually saved the driver just in time. so no one was disintegrated after all!
(ETA: I actually think that’s the driver of the police car that he saved. not the ambulance driver. he ded. correct me if I’m wrong!)
but now Dabi is there >_>
Tumblr media
preemptive RIP, Snatch. you were the GOAT for one whole half of a chapter
Tumblr media
I’ll take that as a “no I haven’t”
oh snap is he still alive though?
Tumblr media
but we can all agree the other guy definitely died. that driver cop guy. rest in peace, friend
(ETA: yeah both drivers are super dead from what I can see)
so now back to the ambulance, where Tomura has retrieved and is talking to Overhaul who is strapped to a bed
Tumblr media
TAKE HIS QUIRK!!!
Tomura says he hates Overhaul because he’s arrogant
something is clearly about to go down, so before that happens I’ll just say, I thought Overhaul could disassemble anything he touches. so how come he can’t just do that to the handcuffs. plothoooooooles
anyway
Tumblr media Tumblr media
well LOOK WHO GOT HIMSELF A SHINY NEW ROBOT ARM MOTHERFUCKER
THIS MAN DESERVES HIS REVENGE. AND... YOU DESERVE TO DIE
(ETA: any idea what he just compressed, btw? I can’t for the life of me figure it out. this chapter is so cool but there are a handful of little details that I can’t quite get straight)
(ETA 2: many thanks to @baezetsu who pointed out that COMPRESS MOTHERFUCKING STOLE ONE OF OVERHAUL’S ARMS. straight up. you’re absolutely right. Tomura only disintegrates the right hand, and the left arm is already gone in the panel below. so either this is some good old-fashioned “eye for an eye” revenge (but with arms), or Compress is looking to replace that robot arm with something even better. god this chapter gets better and better with every subsequent readthrough holy shiiiiiiiiiit.)
so now Tomura is opening the box of bullets, and thoughtfully saying that he’s not sure which of the two boxes they recovered actually holds the finished product
“ahh well, guess it doesn’t really matter”
oHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH SHITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT
oH MY GOD!!!!
Tumblr media
MOTHERFUCKER!!!! MY JAW DROPPED TO LIKE HERE. HOLY SHIT, THAT WAS THE MOST HARDCORE SHIT I’VE EVER SEEN??!?
HERE I WAS SURE HE WAS GONNA DELETE HIS QUIRK, AND INSTEAD HE JUST DISINTEGRATES AND THEN CHOPS OFF HIS MOTHERFUCKING HANDS
SHIGARAKI TOMURA HAS GAINED +10,000 VILLAIN POINTS!! SHIGARAKI TOMURA IS MAKING A SUDDEN POWER RISE THROUGH MAKESTE’S FAVORITE CHARACTERS LIST
Tumblr media
SHIGARAKI TOMURA IS ONE CRAZY BITCH AND I KIND OF FUCKING LOVE IT
Tumblr media
THIS IS SO FUCKED UP AND I’M LIVING FOR IT?????
“GOOD LUCK WITH THAT”!!!!!
yo, when Deku and the others hear about this attack later what will their reactions even be. cuz if it was me I’d be like, “oh no... that’s terrible... you know. in principle”
hahaha!!!!
Tumblr media
(ETA: gotta love Overhaul screaming in the background. this chapter is so fucked up lmao)
THIS HAD BETTER BE A FUCKING PROMISE TO US LOYAL READERS YOU SON OF A BITCH. NO MORE SIDE VILLAINS. I’VE GOT FIFTY-ODD CHAPTERS LEFT BEFORE I’M ALL CAUGHT UP, AND THOSE FIFTY CHAPTERS HAD BETTER NOT FEATURE ANY OTHER BAD GUYS BUT YOU SONS OF BITCHES
(ETA: he just ignores everything I ever say to him)
oh man. well, that was a grand five chapter binge and I feel satisfied and very exhausted. I’m gonna turn in, and then tomorrow I can hopefully finally read a chapter with my explosive and hot and cold sons at long last
BONUS:
Tumblr media
likes: barbeque. is this Horikoshi’s idea of a joke. holy shit
and I guess that confirms whether or not he died, huh. these motherfuckers didn’t leave any survivors apart from the captured villains. that’s so messed up. why do I love them so much. Tomura you are a terrible man. please keep getting more terrible
